Emplacement idéal à Gueliz à environ 25 min à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna. Le personnel est très à l écoute attentionné disponibleet aimable.J'ai eu droit à des roses fraîches dans ma chambre à mon arrivée et à mon départ un joli cadeau avec 3 produits de beauté et nous avons été surclassés car nous venions fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. 3 semaines auparavant à quelques rues de là j'avais réservé un hôtel 4 étoiles qui est tres loin de celui ci en terme de qualité. Dès la réception le cadre est apaisant et le parfum qui se dégage nous fais ressentir que nous sommes en vacances.

Good location (easy to reach on foot or by taxi), Pleasant staff, Comfortable rooms, Simple and delicious breakfast (though there are only 3 options to choose) Hotel receptionist helped us to arrange a return transfer (100 dirhams taxi) and gave small gifts. We had some minor issue with AC, but hotel staff did everything and even more (including the option to change the room).

Super hôtel situé à l’extérieur de Marrakech, proche d’un quartier animé avec commerces et centre commercial, et à environ 25 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le rooftop, la décoration de l’hôtel ainsi que la chambre, et avons eu la bonne surprise d’être surclassés à notre arrivée. Le personnel était très gentil, attentionné et toujours disponible. L’hôtel dispose également de quelques places de parking gratuites dans la rue adjacente, qu’ils ont mises à notre disposition — un vrai plus lorsque vous voyagez en voiture. Le petit-déjeuner est proposé sous trois formules afin de satisfaire les envies de chacun. Le restaurant où nous avons déjeuné est magnifique et propose aussi une carte pour le dîner qui semble succulente. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Cons: Dommage que la piscine du rooftop ne soient pas chauffée pour la période hivernale c'est un peu trop froid mais cela est certainement parfait en été quand les température grimpe

L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable, avec une literie de grande qualité. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités tout en étant calme et reposant. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais. We have been to Marrakech many times and stayed at Fashion hotel for just the one night as we had an early flight and it was recommended by my sister. It is a beautiful new stylish hotel, spotlessly clean. We had a well appointed large room. Great food at lunch, dinner and breakfast. Excellent warm friendly staff especially a beautiful young lady and Mohammed at reception and lovely waiting staff. Perfect location for visiting medina the sites and for the airport. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at Fashion Hotel again, longer this time.
Cons: Nothing, we had a great short stay. Unfortunately, weather was wet and cludy so we couldn't avail of the rooftop terrace. A little more choice of fish main courses woukd be welcome.

Отличное расположение. Все чисто, уборка каждый день. Современный и свежий отель. Меню завтраков добавил в фото. Но самое главное, что в номере есть кондиционер, который работает в режиме отопления. Для зимних месяцев очень актуально. Во многих сетевых так не работает. Это первый отель, в котором мы не мерзли. Парковка у отеля есть, она не большая, но также можно поставить на дороге машину за совсем небольшую стоимость.

The central location made everything so easy to reach, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Stayed here with two friends from December 22nd, 2025 to January 8th, 2026 during AFCON 2025. Very good location. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. All appliances working as they should. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioning/heating was working (was really cold outside on some days). Staff friendly and attentive. Reception always helpful and friendly. Also spa was very good and staff there is friendly. Nice roof-top terrace. Food in the restaurant really excellent - see separate review. Very good breakfast with 3 options. Would come again and can recommend.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit stilvoller Einrichtung. WiFi funktionierte sehr gut, Das Bett war sehr bequem. Obwohl zur Straße, war es sehr ruhig. Im Dachgeschoss ein Pool und eine Pool-Bar. Sehr charmantes Personal, insbesondere die Rezeptionistin, aber auch alle anderen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und es wurde serviert! Die Bar war ebenfalls sehr interessant. Das Hotel liegt in dem Stadtteil Gueliz, umgeben von z.T. sehr guten und ambitionierten Restaurants (z.B. +61) und hinter dem Hotel ist ein wunderschöner Park. Uns wurde für die Weiterreise ein Fahrer zum Flughafen vermittelt. Beim nächsten Besuch in Marrakesch würden wir sehr gerne wieder absteigen.

My room was nice and clean, also no noise from the street, I was quite happy with it Continental breakfast was fairly enjoyable (no meat tho) The staff were fantastic, they were always very responsive, they even suggested that I drop my luggage after the checkout and before my trip to the airport so it would be safe while I'm walking around the city, I definitely appreciated that The location was nice(without construction sites around it that were blocking some paths – would've been perfect)
Cons: The floor in my room was very cold in December, although they were happy to give me slippers when I asked, also the smell from the cafes outside was coming in the room and in the evenings it felt like I'm in the kitchen without a ventilation The bathroom was nice, but the glass wall in the shower wasn't properly isolated and was leaking when the water was hitting it directly causing a bit of a lake if I wasn't careful with it The restaurant wasn't very well heated(an issue only relevant for the winter), you may have to wear outdoor clothes even when eating inside, they do have fire heaters, but they have limited range, so you may not always be warmed by those The lighting in the hall on my 2nd floor was quite slow to respond, every morning I had to walk from my room for a couple of meters in complete darkness until the motion sensor would be triggered and turn on the lights, hope they'll fix that, it was quite annoying (also maybe an english version of the low ceiling warning on the stairs would be a nice addition)

Prima volta a Marrakesh, ero molto indecisa sulla zona in cui alloggiare. Mi sarebbe piaciuto un alloggio di tipo tradizionale ma di contro ma nella Medina temevo di imbattermi in qualcosa di scomodo, troppo sperduto o difficile da raggiungere. Alla fine ho optato per la zona di Gueliz, nella parte moderna della Città, e mi sono trovata bene. Fashion boutique è bell'albergo, curato, con stanze eleganti e bagno confortevole. Ha un bel ristorante e un'ottima colazione a scelta fra tradizionale continentale e salutare. Ha una spa e una piscina. A richiesta servizio transfer dall'aeroporto, pertanto i servizi offerti sono ottimi. Lo Staff gentilissimo e accogliente. La Medina dista mezz'ora a piedi ma con una piacevole passeggiata che permette di vedere anche parte della zona di Hivernage. Abbiamo fatto il tragitto sempre a piedi sia di giorno che di sera. Mi sono trovata bene ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. Breakfast is à la carte with three menu options to choose from, and it was tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. At the reception, everyone was welcoming, and special thanks to Mohamed, who kindly upgraded our room and organized airport transportation for us. The room had Netflix, which was a nice extra.
Cons: The hotel feels a bit old and could benefit from some renovation. The towels needed replacement (they were changed without any issues after we asked). The bed linen had some pilling, the water had a slightly unusual smell, and the shower head looked worn and probably needs to be replaced. Additionally, there was a very strong smell in the hotel, possibly from perfumes, oils, or fragrances, which might be uncomfortable for some guests.

Et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil avec des pétales de roses fraîches joliment disposées car j'avais indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'un week-end en amoureux. Vraiment un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel, cette charmante attention nous a beaucoup touchés. Très belle surprise également d'avoir la chambre prête dès midi et sans supplément. Un grand merci aux femmes de ménage et au monsieur à l'accueil la journée, vous êtes de grands professionnels et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Un grand merci également aux esthéticiennes qui se sont très bien occupé de nous pour un hammam-massage en duo, c'était vraiment top!
Cons: Pour mettre un petit bémol et donc une petite marge de progression : le resto de l'hôtel est très agréable, le personnel aux petits soins et une très belle carte pour déjeuner ou dîner, votre petit déjeuner n'a cependant rien de spécial. Je suis certaine que vous pouvez proposer mieux. Preuve en est l'excellent dîner que nous avons eu l'occasion de déguster chez vous ;)

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location on the edge of Gueliz, a great area with a lot of bars and places to eat around every corner (especially Le Zar) Nice and uncomplicated/fresh breakfast in the morning and a rooftop bar/pool area that has a clear view of the mountains. It was cold when I was there in December but I can imagine that during the summer it would be great place to hang out during the evenings. Very friendly and helpful team working there who are more than happy to help arrange transportation, food recommendations, excursions bookings and everything else. I’m bad with remembering names but everyone was super friendly and a massive thanks for everything and making the short time I was there memorable. Also did a couple of spa treatments in the small spa in the lower floor, also highly recommended and thanks to that team too. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, wifi works perfectly

Prima di tutto la struttura è pulitissima. Credo sia uno degli aspetti fondamentali. La camera bella grande e comoda. Servono la colazione/pranzo/cena nel ristorante adiacente, dove lo staff è molto gentile e professionale e si mangia molto bene. E inoltre il design è meraviglioso. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto se potessimo avere la colazione alle 7:00 (inizia alle 7:30) e senza problemi hanno aperto prima per noi e si sono messi a disposizione. Ci hanno dato anche l’acqua per il viaggio. Mohamed e Soukaina sono stati eccezionali, sempre con il sorriso, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi ora e ci hanno dato un sacco di consigli. Ad esempio la prima sera che siamo arrivati ci hanno consigliato il locale Azar che si trova a 2 minuti dall’hotel dove abbiamo assistito ad una cena spettacolo meravigliosa senza aver prenotato siccome era last minute. Il servizio in camera era eccellente, la stanza era sempre pulitissima e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci i cuscini per esigenze personali e in 30 secondi ci hanno portato i nuovi. Il giorno in cui abbiamo fatto l’escursione sulla mongolfiera siamo usciti alle 5 di mattina e tornati alle 10:30 e al nostro rientro ci hanno regalato a me e il mio compagno un massaggio di 30 minuti che è stato fenomenale. Inoltre il primo giorno mi si era rovinato lo smalto su un dito e la ragazza nella spa me lo ha aggiustato subito senza problemi e non mi hanno fatto pagare (era semi permanente). La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, i taxi passano sempre quindi è facilissimo trovarli e dista 5 minuti dalla Medina e 10 minuti dalla parte “ricca” di Marrakech dove ci sono hotel di un certo livello, e ristoranti ottimi dove organizzano cene spettacolo sempre di un certo livello. Abbiamo preferito soggiornare in hotel piuttosto che nei riad per avere la sicurezza di stare tranquilli, in una buona posizione, con privacy (che nei riad non c’è) e pulizia garantita.
Cons: L’unica cosa che ho da dire, che ho detto anche alla reception, è che dovrebbero aggiungere qualche luce in più nel bagno e nella stanza e mettere un bicchiere per gli spazzolini e una mensola un po’ più bassa siccome quella che c’è è troppo in alto. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Un service vraiment très aimable et aux petits soins, une magnifique décoration intérieure, et une literie très confortable qui permet de bien dormir. L'emplacement est parfait si, comme moi, on arrive par train.
Cons: Pour plus de flexibilité sur le choix et les quantités, j'aurais préféré un buffet de petit-déjeuner. J'aurais également apprécié un bureau dans la chambre.

The hotel’s location was good and the Servers were friendly. Breakfast was okey, you can only choose between 3 breakfast options.
Cons: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing; the room was barely cleaned, the floor was sticky, surfaces had visible marks, the corners were visibly dirty, and even simple things like the shampoons were not rolled up and the tea and espresso were never replenished. Although the room appeared stylish at first glance, the quality of the furnishings was poor—for example, the toilet paper holder was broken and the paper constantly slipped off. We were especially upset to find our cosmetics placed on the bathroom floor one day, which resulted in the lid of my husband’s skincare product breaking; when we reported this to reception, we received no apology, only that a photo was taken. At checkout, the receptionist apologized for the incident but still asked us to leave a 10/10 rating and told us not to mention anything negative. Even worse, days after returning home, a receptionist contacted me directly on my private phone number via WhatsApp without my consent—to request a perfect review, which is a clear violation of data protection rules as all communication must take place exclusively through Booking. I was extremely uncomfortable being contacted on a private channel. It’s clear the hotel tries to pressure guests into overly positive reviews. Despite the good location and friendly staff, we would not return. Although the farewell gift of local products was a kind gesture, these issues, especially the lack of hygiene and the mishandling of personal data, left us very uncomfortable.

Sehr netter Service durch Ahmed, wir haben das Upgrade sehr genossen. Freundliches Personal. Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer. Das traditionelle Hamam Spa war sehr gut! Das Dachpool ist nett um bei schönem Wetter auch mal einfach zu entspannen. Man ist auf unseren Wunsch einer Umbuchung der Daten eingegangen.
Cons: Das Frühstück war das kleinste unserer gesamten Marrokko Reise. Die Lage war gut um das moderne Marrakesch zu erkunden, uns gefällt der alte Teil jedoch besser. Haken im Bad wären nett.

We appreciated the calm and quiet of this hotel. It's on a busy street but the windows block out 90% of any noise when they are closed. We also appreciated the attention to comfort and practicality such as the cute wooden ladder in the shower stall that hung the towels, the hooks on the door, the light near the window that allowed someone to sit on the couch without disturbing anyone sleeping, Even the couch was very a very clever design, cut out in the middle for those with shorter legs! The staff such as Soukaima and a young man whose name we didn't get were very quick to respond to any requests. The air conditioner works well and has a fan only mode. In the restaurant there was a choice of three types of breakfast, all of them great and varied. Served on a tray to each person with coffee exactly as you like it. Almost all of the staff speak excellent English and French as well as Arabic. The TV works really well and all the basic apps are there. The rooftop pool is pretty, you can swim in it if you want to cool off and has a great view where you can see sunset.
Cons: As in many many hotels, the duvet on the bed is way too warm and we usually swap it out for a light blanket if one is available. In this case we just used the duvet cover. You do need to take taxis to get back and forth from the Medina, but they're relatively inexpensive, especially if you bargain. Water and tea are supplied in the room on the first day only but can be easily requested from the reception desk.

La décoration La suite La piscine Le restaurant (le petit déjeuner à choisir selon 3 formules mais vous pouvez mixer entre les 3) Le personnel Bon emplacement à 2 pas de Guéliz et du carré Eden avec full restaurants, magasins et un bureau de change juste en face avec un bon taux (identique à celui de chez Ali sur la place Jemaa el Fna). Très facile d'avoir un taxi en sortant de l'hôtel.
Cons: Honnêtement si on veut un peu pinailler, il manquait dans la chambre un porte serviette et pas de réassort en capsules de café et en eau le 2e jour (nous sommes restés 2 nuits). Attention à la route en face qui est très fréquentée et où le feu rouge ne fonctionne pas donc pour traverser c'est un peu dangereux mais cela est bien entendu indépendant de l'hôtel.

La localisation est parfaite, à proximité de tout après 10/15 min de marche et proche de bons restaurants pour le soir. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également très bon et le petit déjeuner un régal !

Located in a convinient place in the new marrakech so handy for the old town with modern facilities on the doorstep. All the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. They organised two private tours for us - the walking tour of the old city with mohammad was superb. He was a font of knowledge. We cannot fault the hotel..the food the service all made it a fantastic trip for us.
Cons: Nothing - all we would say is that prospective guests should bear in mind it is on a relatively busy road but the sound insulation was good and the road is nt so busy at nightfall.

Sehr schönes Hotel, wirkt sehr neu! Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, danke :-) . Personal super freundlich! Sehr schöne Rooftop-Bar, Frühstück mit 3 verschiedenen Menüs zur Auswahl, unbedingt zu empfehlen ist das marokkanische Frühstück und auch der schwarze Kaffee war mega (!!), nicht wie sonst oft in Hotels. Transfer vom und zum Flughafen wurde von der Rezeption organisiert. Man kommt zwar fußläufig in ca. 35 Minuten zur Medina, empfehlenswert ist es jedoch sich eines der gelben Taxis zu nehmen, welche man einfach an der Straße anhalten kann. Auch sonst lässt sich fußläufig die Umgebung (Hivernage, Gueliz) vom Hotel aus wunderbar erkunden. In der Umgebung gibt es auch genügend Pubs mit typischen marokkanischen Snacks. Am Abreisetag durften wir unser Gepäck noch im Hotel deponieren. Für uns war es komplett das richtige Hotel in perfekter Lage um alle Richtungen zu erkunden.
Cons: Wenn es wirklich etwas gibt, dann vl. die laute Musik im Restaurant beim Frühstücken, aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es war sonst wirklich alles perfekt!

This is a clean, quiet, efficient hotel in a good location in this busy city. Room was clean and very comfortable, regular room cleaning was welcome. I had a mini fridge and kettle for tea and coffee which was welcome. Good breakfast is served in the restaurant right next door, which is also open for food and has a fully stocked bar in the evening. Reception team was fantastic, helpful and uncomplicated, helped me store my bike on arrival and my luggage after checkout and gave me good sightseeing advice. Particular thanks to Mohammed and Soukaina, great job guys! Plenty of good restaurants, taxis, Spas etc. nearby, and a 15 minute fast walk to the souk. Good location if you want to be outside the hustle and bustle. I didn't use the small rooftop pool but did enjoy the sunset view.

L'hôtel Fashion Boutique a été pour nous la dernière étape parfaite à Marrakech. We had a wonderful stay at Fashion Boutique in Marrakech. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Mohamed at the front desk was especially kind and helpful - he made everything easy from start to finish. We were able to check in early, which was such a relief after travelling, and even received a lovely goody bag when we checked out. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the restaurant below the hotel were really good - a little on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality and convenience. Overall, a stylish hotel with thoughtful touches and genuinely caring service.

This is my second stay at the property. The location of this hotel is great. It is close to the train station, in a great neighborhood for restaurants and cafes, and public transportation is readily accessible. It feels safe and secure for a solo traveler. I enjoy the breakfast service at this property, and the receptionist, Soukinah, is friendly and efficient!
Cons: For me, the one area where this property could improve is in comfort. The mattress is very firm. A mattress topper and upgrading the quality of the linens and towels would give this simple, clean hotel the feeling of a boutique hotel experience.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable au Fashion Boutique Hotel. L’hôtel est idéalement situé à Gueliz, à deux pas de la Médina, et offre un confort moderne avec un style raffiné. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Le rooftop avec piscine est un vrai atout, parfait pour se détendre après une journée dans la ville animée. Un immense merci à Mohamed à l’accueil, qui a pris grand soin de nous du début à la fin. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Cons: l’animation du quartier de Gueliz peut se faire entendre le soir dans certaines chambres côté rue, mais rien de gênant pour apprécier pleinement le séjour.

After staying at Swiss Continental hotel, I was so impressed with the facilities at fashion boutique hotel. The rooftop pool and breakfast were both not offered by the former. Mohammed, Ahmed and Soukaina couldn’t do enough from upgrading my room, sorting out transport to advising about the local area. I will be coming back. An excellent hotel with even better staff. Cons: For this price range I would expect something else. The towels were grey and filthy, bathoroom looked not very clean, pool thiny, very expensive for the prices. Breakfast Service very modest, cereals without milk, the staff looked very unprofessionell. Frontdesk ok, but I dont understand how it got 9.4 rating. Closet were some old racks, like a bootcamp I regret choosing this one.

Made a last-minute reservation after missing a flight. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the included breakfast in the café downstairs. This was on a very hot day in Marrakesh and the air-conditioning was not working well in my first room, but the staff went out of their way to get me into cooler room. My daughter is enjoyed the rooftop pool while waiting for our flight the next day.

Un immense merci à Ahmed et Mohamed pour leur accueil exceptionnel ! Dès mon arrivée, ils ont été aux petits soins, toujours attentionnés et disponibles. Mon séjour a été une vraie réussite : des chambres spacieuses, d’un confort remarquable, un petit-déjeuner varié et savoureux… tout était réuni pour passer un moment inoubliable. Rarement j’ai été aussi bien accueilli. Je recommande à 200 %, un 10/10 largement mérité ! Merci encore et à très bientôt.

Cons: Colazione non all'altezza di una struttura così, non per la qualità ma per la poca scelta, sarebbe preferibile poter scegliere liberamente tra cibi marocchini o internazionali senza dovere scegliere un solo tipo di menù. Solarium sul tetto bello ma suggerisco di rimuovere le spugne che coprono i lettini ogni giorno altrimenti ci si poggiano sopra gli uccelli. La medina va raggiunta in taxi, a piedi è lontana.

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnels , très attentionnés. Honnêtement ils méritent largement leurs étoiles ! Dommage que nous avions pas vu cette hôtel avant ! Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine ( à savoir qu'elle n'est pas profonde donc c'était super cool pour eux ) La chambre super confortable ! D'une propreté irréprochables ! Là TV avec Netflix... les gels douches sentent super bon ! Le repas était super bon !

I just had an amazing stay at the Fashion Hotel in Marrakesh. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The location is great, it's walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants, and the medina is only a 6 minute drive away. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, especially Mohamed who went above and beyond to assist me with all my needs and ensure I had a great stay. I definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel moderno, en zona nueva de la ciudad, con instalaciones correctas y cerca de bares, restaurantes, centro comercial y a una media hora del centro dando un paseo. Muy limpio, buen aire acondicionado y personal agradable. La zona de la piscina bien para pasar un rato y refrescarse.
Cons: Coincidimos con una avería del ascensor que duró varios días y aunque estuvimos en un primero, el acceso a la piscina (en el piso 6) o la llegada con las maletas y la salida también con ellas se hizo incómoda. Uno de los días al llegar después de pasar la tarde en el centro nos encontramos sin agua en la habitación para ducharnos. En unos 20 minutos la avería estaba solucionada, y suponemos que como compensación, el día de la salida, el servicio de transporte hasta el aeropuerto corrió por cuenta del hotel. Sin embargo, y este es el punto negativo, insistieron mucho tanto antes de salir, como después por whatsapp para que se hiciera una buena valoración en Booking.

Amazing to have a beautiful roof top pool for the hot summer ☀️ days. Room upgraded on arrival. Ahmed and the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Location very central and close to good restaurants and shopping centers. Walking distance to train station - 5 minutes. Excellent breakfast selection. The best we had in 2 weeks in Morocco.

Staff in the restaurant & rooftop bar cheerful & attentive. Food exceptionally good with a good choice. Breakfasts (not buffet) very good with options for all tastes. Location fine with close-by bars etc. Easy access to Medina on foot (25 mins) or taxi (cheap).

Le personnel à l'accueil s'est montré très à l'écoute, disponible et très généreux en incluant à notre départ le transport pour l'hôtel et des petits produits cadeaux. La piscine et le rooftop étaient magnifiques et propres, un moment de détente incroyable. Plusieurs menus à choix pour le petit déjeuner le matin, c'était très bien servi et délicieux ! Vous pouvez venir ici les yeux fermés !

L’Hotel Fashion è la scelta perfetta per chi vuole un hotel fuori dal caos della Medina ma comunque vicino ben collegato. Le camere sono spaziose e nuove. Tutto è molto pulito e anche la piscina all’ultimo è top. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des alentours. The Hotel was very very nice in a very nice area although as close as we expected to the main attractions. The staff were excellent in particular Mohamed, Meryem and another slender waiter in the restaurant. I would like to know why we were not replenished with a bottle of water each per day - only the welcome drink. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Struttura nuova e vicina all’aeroporto, poco fuori la Medina su strada trafficata, ma grazie agli infissi non si percepiva alcun rumore esterno. Al piano 0 dell’hotel e’ presente un ristorante ottimo Chou Chou che offre specialità per tutti i palati. Ottima colazione a scelta tra Continental, Marocchina e un altro tipo che adesso non ricordo! All’ultimo piano si può godere di una bellissima piscina e un bel panorama al tramonto. Sulla strada era pieno di ristoranti e locali di ogni tipo.

We love our room it’s spacious . We appreciate that they put some flowers in our room as a welcome for our 1st year anniversary. Staff are very nice thou not all pf them speak fluent English but they are trying their best to communicate. We love the roof top pool but the dept of the pool disappointing its for kids! Staff are very nice. They even gave us some freebies in pur check out. They allow us to check in 1 hr earlier with check in time We love the area accessible to the buses going to the center it cost only 4Dhm per person We had a relaxing 2 nights. Breakfast presentation was great

L'Hôtel est situé dans la partie moderne de Marrakech, à 1/2 h à pied de la médina, vers laquelle on peut se rendre facilement (sans se perdre). La salle de petit déjeuner est sympa également. Le personnel est gentil et serviable.
Cons: Le matelas est malheureusement un peu dur et la salle de petit-déjeuner, un peu froide (air-co ?). Il manque également un coffre (il y a toute la place). J'aurais préféré un buffet pour le petit-déjeuner mais celui-ci était très bien avec 3 choix (et choix du type d'oeufs).

Duschgel wurde nicht aufgefüllt ,erst bei Nachfrage. Da der Preis sehr hoch ist für dieses Hotel frage ich mich schon wofür? Rooftop wäre echt ein Hingucker wenn man den so schön präsentierten pool auch gebrauchen könnte, der gerade hüfthoch und sehr klein war ,extrem kalt, und gerade gut um die Füsse rein zu strecken. This was our first time in Marrakech and we were so pleased we stayed in Fashion boutique hotel rather than a Riad. The hotel was in a very good area and taxi to Medina was only 5 mins away. The food in the roof top bar and restaurant was the best we have eaten. Fresh breakfasts excellent. Staff so helpful. Including reception and restaurant staff. We did walk to the main station which was 5 mins from hotel and caught train to CasaBlanca which was fast train but worth the effort but glad to be back in Marrakech hotel. The bedroom was spacious and very clean with kettle and fridge. The best hotel.

It’s a great location, near Gueliz and the Train Station. Walking distance for both. Safe location and very welcoming staff. Many of them female. I was a solo woman traveler. The staff were amazing; professional and super helpful & friendly. Food in the restaurant was also delicious. Great vibe too. Rooms truly very quiet! Highly unusual in Morocco.

Cons: Too expensive for what you get. I had a challenging interaction with some restaurant staff (racist and discriminatory). and while management were quite apologetic and tried to rectify the situation, it left a bad taste in my mouth and made me not want to go back to this particular hotel.

Cons: The bathroom in the room was awful. It was a joke how many things were broken. The shower flooded the bsthroom, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The window obscurity film was peeling. There was paint on the mirror. The toilet seat didn't stay up by itself. The knob on the shower popped off. The service was bad. The cleaners never gave us bath robes after our first night (which we had to use to mop the floor so we could use the toilet without soaking our feet!) and when I asked 3 times she finally gave us a single bath towel, and told me "you know you only get 1 more cleaning right? Because you are checking out tomorrow? You don't get 2" it was absurd.

The hotel was 10/10 … It was outside the Madinah in the modern city but not too far. There were plenty of eateries nearby and shops for merchandise. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff very welcoming and hospitable. The rooftop was an amazing place to relax and soak some sunshine. The Chou Chou restaurant below served fantastic breakfast and food.
Cons: Not anything to dislike apart from the mattress being too firm.

J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je suis ravi de mon expérience. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec un personnel attentif et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité qui garantit de bonnes nuits de sommeil. La décoration est moderne et soignée, et la vue depuis ma fenêtre était magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et un large choix pour tous les goûts. Les installations comme la piscine sur le rooftop sont bien entretenues et offrent un vrai moment de détente. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche des principaux sites touristiques et facilement accessible. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent au vu des prestations offertes. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour !

Location of the hotel was brilliant, it was 7 mins taxi ride to Medina. All amenities shops, ATM were close to this hotel, The hotel had a fantastic restaurant with good breakfast and food options. We really liked the slow cooked lamb and salmon risotto. We went with a 9 year and a 16 month old and stayed in a quadruple room. The staff were excellent and Mohammed and team were super helpful. I would highly recommend it for a family stay.

Very comfortable rooms recently refurbished and look new. Very modern bathroom as well. All very clean.Excellent staff and really good breakfast with a choice of continental, Moroccon and Healthy. All choices were excellent. Staff constantly asking if we were happy with everything and we were. Location is also great within 25 minutes walk to the Medina. Bus stop nearby which could also take you there for 4 dhirhams per person ( 33p).
Cons: The hotel just needs to put a safe in the room although the hotel and rooms were very secure. The extractor fan in the bathroom needs to be a bit more powerful and possibly needs a larger outlet.

The property itself was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hotel being away from the Medina, but still not so far. We will able to find nice places for dinner. The food at the restaurant was good too. The breakfast was our favorite.

Kamers zijn prima. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Zo is iemand met ons meegereden naar het autoverhuurbedrijf om de auto in te leveren. Dat was nl moeilijk te vinden. Verder kregen we een gratig upgrade naar de mooiste kamer in het hotel op de bovenste verdieping met mooi uitzicht. Rooftop zag er heel gezellig en mooi uit maar was er nu te koud voor. Goede bar beneden waar alcohol wordt geschonken. Ook de transfer naar vliegveld was goed geregeld. Taxis rijden den af en aan voorbij zodat je makkelijk bij de medina en andere bezienswaardigheden kunt komen.
Cons: Bed was iets te hard zodat bv bij het omdraaien van je partner je dat zelf ook merkte en wakker werd.

L’établissement est très propre, le service est impeccable et le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours attentif au bien-être des clients. L’emplacement à Guéliz est idéal, proche de tout. Mon séjour a été des plus agréables, et cet hôtel fait désormais partie de mes favoris. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de tester le spa cette fois-ci, mais ce sera une priorité lors de mon prochain séjour ! J’ai hâte d’y revenir pour mes prochaines vacances.

Everything else....from our very warm welcome to our departure, everyone of the staff without exception was incredibly friendly. The food was beautifully presented and always very tasty. The rooms were shining ... every day cleaned and beds so crisp and comfortable. My husband had 2 massages and really enjoyed them. We were unable to see many of the wonderful places and treasures of Marrakesh, but hopefully we will return and continue to enjoy this beautiful boutique hotel, well placed for all aminities and travelling facilities. Thank you to all the staff members we met and those who work behind the scenes.
Cons: We would have appreciated more written information! We did recieve details from staff on places to see and we had digital access but we are over 70 years and not proficient at using such devices.

The hotel is lovely ….decor, comfort, location, very friendly and helpful staff. The top floor has a fabulous deck to lounge, swim, have a cocktail, eat and enjoy the view. The restaurant in the hotel is also very, very good! Loved staying there and highly recommend it.
Cons: The hotel is close to town and in a busy part of the city which is perfect but depending on your room location, you will hear some traffic noise. Earplugs are useful.

A special mention to Oumaima who went above and beyond providing recommendations of where to go and ensured we had everything printed for our trip back home. Our stay here was unexpected due to a flight cancellation. The place was very nice and the staff were extremely accommodating. The breakfast choice was superb and the portions left us very full and satisfied. The location was good, with a 30(ish) minute walk to some of the main tourist sights of the city. A suprise gift on departure was a lovely gesture.

Après un périple de 4 jours dans le sud, séjourner au Fashion Boutique Hôtel a été la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Oumaima, très pro. Elle a répondu à toutes nos interrogations. L’heureuse surprise également d’avoir été surclassé. Ils se sont adaptés à notre heure de départ pour le petit déjeuner, ce que ne font pas tous les hôtels. Extrêmement bien situé, quartier chic, proche de la médina, idéal pour un départ rapide à l’aéroport. Un seul regret, ne pas avoir eu le temps de tester le spa. Une belle expérience pour terminer en beauté notre séjour.

Excellent hotel with warm and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, they took care of every detail with warmth and professionalism. The hotel has a nice rooftop and the hotel is at an excellent location in new part of Marrakech, with short taxi rides or walks to all top attractions. We had accidentally double booked. The hotel staff could have easily charged us for 50% of the second booking due to the cancellation policy but they in fact refunded us the total amount very quickly and easily! Thank you so much! It's in a good location away from the hustle and bustle. Great restaurant downstairs and a nice terrace area at the top with a pool.
Cons: Minor things but the pillows were a bit hard. Found this throughout our stay in Morocco. We in fairness did not raise this and if we did, I imagine they would have changed them for us so down to us really. The pool was cold - in an ideal world a heated pool would be amazing but again a minor detail as it was out of season.

Hôtel très bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied ! Personnel souriant et aux petits soins pour nous avec une mention spéciale pour Oumaima qui a été notre interlocutrice coup de cœur 🫶. Hôtel à taille humaine avec très beau roof top, un vrai bonheur.
Cons: Le quartier est bruyant mais tout à fait dans l’ambiance de Marrakech et pas du tout gênant.

The hotel was calm, clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, about 25 minutes walk to the madness of the Medina, 20 minutes walk to Menara Mall and there were lots of nice restaurants and bars close by. The pool area on the rooftop was great and the restaurant served good food too. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Nothing, we had a very pleasant stay in Fashion Hotel. Unfortunately the beauty therapist was unwell so we didn’t get to experience the spa.

It was a nice location, super friendly staff, cozy family room. The rooftop bar and pool was really pleasant and relaxing. It’s about a 20min walk from the hotel to the main Medina or the Yves Saint Laurent museum/garden, so pretty convenient. Really nice restaurants near the hotel, and hotel restaurant was great too

Nice location, the restaurant downstairs called Chouchou is good and all the staff was very friendly as usual in Morocco. We are a family of 3 coming from different places in Europe, my son came in late at night and the restaurant downstairs was already closed. The staff recommended a restaurant close by and unfortunately my son got e-coli after eating a kefta tajine there. As we were in Marrakech only 3 days for a wedding, my son spent the whole trip in bed. The staff has been absolutely fantastic from arranging tea with thyme for my son to letting us chinking out late and serving breakfast in the room…. Everyone was super accommodating despite the situation and I couldn’t recommend more this hotel. I will be back for sure.
Cons: The bed mattresses could be more comfortable. We found them a bit hard.

Fashion Hotel Marrakesh is an exceptional place to stay! The room was spotless, the service outstanding, and the atmosphere made us feel completely at home. We had plenty of space and felt very secure throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Mohamed, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable—that’s why we decided to extend our stay for another night! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Definitely worth staying!

We like everything, it is a great hotel with friendly helpful staff. Having previously always stayed within the Medina, we decided to stay nearer to the bus station ready for our onward journey which worked perfectly and we would definitely stay here again. Mohamed in particular gave us a lovely greeting and upgraded us, before showing us to our room which was spacious, tastefully decorated, with a great shower and a floor to ceiling window! We had a look at the roof top swimming pool but didn't' have time to try it out. The inclusive breakfast was also great, with 3 variations of the 'Moroccan breakfast' to choose from which was nice.

The staff are really friendly, Mohamed, Una and the guy who works at nights from southern Morocco were super helpful and pleasant. It’s a really great location in Guliez everything close by and you can get great food here or locally. The rooms are a good size and clean as well as the pool. The downstairs is lovely too where they serve breakfast and food+ drinks. Staff are really lovely as mentioned Mohamed was super good to us going the extra miles to be friendly and make us feel at home. This for sure is my go to when I’m in town.

We loved our stay at Fashion Boutique Hotel. The hotel was modern, with a really nice rooftop pool, which had a bar where you could order food and drinks. The room was very spacious and clean. I’d definitely recommend to stay here! The staff were very helpful, Mouna who worked on reception was really lovely and helped us with any queries we had.
