Je tiens à remercier l'équipe d'Al-Batros, et plus particulièrement M. Benani. Nous sommes ravis de son retour à l'hôtel après une absence de près de quatre ans. Nous avons également remarqué son accueil chaleureux envers les clients. Je remercie le personnel de la réception pour son grand professionnalisme. Je remercie également les responsables de cuisine, et tout particulièrement le serveur, Reda. Un hôtel vraiment exceptionnel.

Animatieteam is gewoon het hoofd van de hotel! Taoufik , souka, flora, Lehsen, Dj Youssef en Jihane danku om ons zo te vermaken. En ervoor te zorgen dat we ons niet vervelen! Topteam gewoon. Barman Jawad danku voor de lekkere drankjes en de glimlach! Kamer top! De jongens met rode pak die alles in het zwembad deftig kuisen en afruimen zo vriendelijk. Mijn zoontje heeft het heel leuk gehad zeer kindvriendelijk hotel! Eten zo lekker proper alles zo netjes altijd. Je komt niks te kort en word bij elk ding meteen geholpen. Wij komen zeker terug

Cons: De SPA medewerkers werken met tegenzin. En willen geen afspraak maken voor een behandeling omdat het zo gezegd vol is terwijl ze niks doen. Geen zin om te werken. Wel spijtig want ik wou heel graag een massage maar werd telkens afgezegd. De medewerkers vind ik ook niet zeer aangenaam

Pickalbatros Aqua club is truly who they say they are, we enjoy every moment and seconds we spent at the hotel. We spent 4night and it still felt like it wasn't enough. The foods, activities, staffs, the rooms, facilities etc are all exceptional. We won't hesitate to return when next we visit Marakecch.

The hotel is really well ran, staff are really helpful, friendly, efficient and hospitable. The facilities are fantastic and gardens are really well maintained. Rooms are lovely, spacious, clean, and modern. The variety of food is great, and it's only 30 minutes from Marrakech airport. Highly recommended for families and water slide lovers.

Cons: Front desk does not answer phone. You have to walk to front desk to get action on issue. Facilities are beginning to show wear. The children’s playhouse needs to be updated structurally and also with supplies and activities. There was hardly anything for the kids to do there besides drawing and making do with few worn out toys.

Don’t hesitate on booking this hotel. We enjoyed every minute. The entertainment staff were amazing, my daughter who is 4 had the time of her life. Cried leaving and had asked me every day can we go back. Yano the entertainment staff do an amazing job when they managed to get my partner up dancing every night. The food was probably better than any other all inclusive I have been to. My only issue is if your coeliac or have a gluten intolerance you need to pre order your food before your next meal for example order at lunch for dinner. I only figured this out towards the end of my staff. The hotel is so clean, staff constantly cleaning. I dropped grapes from on my plate by the time I set my plate down to pick the up someone was beside me sweeping up. All the staff were so friendly. The pools and slides were great and so spread out so there was no over crowding. We did go in Nov so pools were cold in the morning but warmed up a bit by 2/3. The indoor heated pool is a great addition for wet days.

Cons: Properties around with a lot of waste, and no water for the olive trees behind the property. Feels a bit like you waste all the water. The drinking water is just served in very small bottles and to much alkohol is served.

Un immense merci à Walid, le chanteur, qui a mis une ambiance incroyable à chaque soirée : sa bonne humeur, son énergie et son talent ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Merci également à Ayoub, Abderrazzak, Mourad, Rachida et Youness pour leur disponibilité, leur sourire constant et leur sens du service irréprochable. Ambiance incroyable ! Personnel au Top ! Walid le chanteur est exceptionnellement souriant , gentil et avenant avec les clients pour les faire participer et passer un excellent repas . Les serveurs s'y prêtent même aux jeux du chant pour amuser les clients , chose rare ! Zack de Guest Relation est tout simplement incroyable . Il m'a préparé en moins de 24h une excellente surprise pour mon anniversaire ainsi qu'un itinéraire parfait avec d'excellents conseil . Toujours joignable et prêt à rendre service , il a rendu notre séjour encore plus incroyable ! Equipe D'animation au top , surtout les responsables Momo et Lolo qui ne laissent personne a l'écart et font s'amuser et participer tout le monde . Concernant le restaurant, nourriture très bonne et serveur souriant et serviable. Younes le chef de salle vous fera vous sentir comme à la maison . Redda , Mourad et Ayoub ont egaillé nos repas avec leur service et l'interaction avec Walid le chanteur.Au passage , Walid a une voix impressionnante ! Le personnel du bar est aussi très souriant et font se sentir les clients dans une bonne atmosphère.Jaoued et son responsable Samo , nous ont fourni une très bonne expérience avec leurs petites blagues et conseils tout en préparant nos cocktails . Nous avons adoré le séjour , merci encore à toute l'équipe pour cet excellent séjour , à Walid pour avoir egaillé nos dinner, ainsi qu'à Zack pour nous avoir fournit une expérience et des conseils incroyable, ainsi qu'une belle surprise organisé par ses soins pour mon anniversaire.

Cons: Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu un petit incident . En effet , nous avions réservé une chambre Twin avec lit séparé et la déception fut lorsque nous découvrons que la chambre donnée était une chambre avec lit double . Heureusement pour nous , la réception a cherché de suite une solution et après un peu moins d'une heure , nous avons eu une chambre comme nous devions l'avoir . Autre point négatif : la localisation. En effet , l'hôtel est loin de la ville , et lorsque vous sortez de l'hôtel , dans un petit rayon vous n'avez pas grand chose à visiter ou aucun magasin à visiter ou faire des achats . Il faut à chaque fois prendre une navette ( horaires et places limitées) ou un taxi pendant une trentaine de minutes .

Absolutely amazing time here! The facilities here brilliant. My kids had the best time and are already asking when we will be visiting again! The animation team were brilliant, entertained our kids and were very welcoming too. Zahra did her duty with pure care. From the reception staff to the room servicing team, to the food prep team, everyone was very welcoming, spoke kindly and was always telling us about facilities and things to do! Rashida did a great job in looking after our room too. The club’s were very entertaining too!

Cons: The city was approx 30min away so spent a lot of money on taxis. Maybe have a more frequent shuttle service to help save the residents money because mostly it was full.

Le personnel est attentionné sans être trop envahissant, nous les remercions tous sincèrement avec une mention spéciale pour Rachida 😊 Tout était toujours très propre, nettoyé chaque jour. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont conformes à ce qui est décrit et à ce que nous attendions. La nourriture est variée et très bonne avec beaucoup de choix, même pour les végétariens. L'équipe d'animation est géniale et propose plusieurs activités ludiques et sportives tout au long de la journée, même hors saison ! La situation est très excentrée de Marrakech mais en taxi, vous y serez en 30 minutes. L'hôtel propose des navettes aller-retour gratuites à plusieurs moments de la journée (à réserver absolument en avance !).

Cons: L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parc aquatique avec des sensations pour petits et grands. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas chauffé en partie pour en profiter même "hors saison". De plus, il n'y a pas de piscine chauffée à l'extérieur, seulement une à l'intérieur, ce qui est déjà bien mais pas suffisant si on veut profiter du soleil.

Desde las instalaciones, la amabilidad y el trato de todos los trabajadores, los bufets, los chics que trabajan realizando las actividades de todo el día que hacen muy divertida la estancia. Las limpiadoras que se encargan de las habitaciones para mantenerlas perfectas siempre atentas y cuidadosas. La verdad que todo ha sido genial.

Personnel très attentionné, courtois et diligent, dès notre arrivée et tout au long de notre séjour. Architecture élégante de l'établissement, qui s'inscrit dans le paysage marocain traditionnel. Malgré les marques du temps visibles dans les chambres ou les installations extérieures, une hygiène irréprochable est maintenue en continu. On a apprécié une vraie chambre familiale avec un espace séparé pour notre fils. Enfin, la vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon de notre chambre était absolument magnifique.

Cons: Les inconvénients de ce genre d'établissement : - buffet un peu répétitif (avec un coin cuisine marocaine que nous étions heureux de trouver ! Le reste : frites, pâtes, pizza, sushis... Il en faut pour tous les goûts) - musiques difficiles à ignorer aux abords des piscines. Heureusement il y a des moments plus calmes, notamment en début d'après-midi (pas de musique entendue dans notre chambre côté jardin) - hôtel éloigné de Marrakech, comptez 20 bonnes minutes pour rejoindre la médina et 300 dirhams A/R. En somme, ne choisissez pas de séjourner ici pour visiter la région.

Nous avons adoré le lieu avec toutes les activités qu’il propose. La chambre très spacieuse. Le personnel très accueillant et hyper agréable. La cuisine, pour un grand buffet c’était vraiment très bon!! Les tajines sont délicieux et les Msemen le matin aussi ! La navette gratuite pour le centre ville un vrai plus. Nous avons tout aimé durant notre séjour à aqua fun club, de l’accueil, à la prise en charge, la chambre, les repas fait sur place, l’équipe d’animation, la propreté, les équipements. Vraiment bravo à tout le personnel, serviabilité, gentillesse et particulièrement à Nora qui nous a été d’une grande aide lors de l’oubli d’une pochette de jeu de notre fils! Het buffet is zeer gevarieerd en lekker. Naast alle dingen die je kan verwachten was er ook altijd een assortiment aan lokale specialiteiten (Tajine etc). Het hotel en de kamers zijn proper en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Er zijn heel veel zwembaden en glijbanen. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen op een halfuur van Marrakech.

Cons: Je merkt dat het hotel een beetje afgeleefd is. Dat zie je in de kamers, maar ook aan de glijbanen. Veel daarvan glijden niet meer heel vlot. Dat is jammer!

Cons: Seul bémol, les chambres sont vieillissantes. Un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenue. Il serait appréciable de proposer des navettes supplémentaires le matin et le soir.

Les infrastructures exterieurs sont très bien entretenues. Les chambres peuvent être mieux (rideaux ne tiennent pas bien). Les repas sont variés et il y a pour tous les goûts.

Cons: L'équipe a la réception n'est pas organisé. Vous demandez des renseignements et chacun vous donne une version differente. Un exemple, la veille du départ, j'ai réservé un last checkout au comptoir de la réception. On me confirme que tout est ok. Dans le doute, le lendemain au petit déjeuner, je vérifie et on me dit, aucune trace de ma demande. Leur attitude de vous regarder de haut est le point négatif de notre séjour. Contrairement au reste de l équipe (restaurant, piscine) où l'on s'est senti acceuilli avec bienveillance et avec un grand sourire.

We had a wonderful room located in a quiter location of the complex. It was kept extremely clean. The whole was very well maintained and clean. Loved the pools and slides. Loved all the resident cats and kittens. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Cons: The food was never hot in the restaurants. The shuttle bus was too small for the hotel and was always full, so we ended up having to pay out for taxis to take us into the city and back which made it very expensive.

We stayed 4 nights, but originally planned 5, luckily we decreased it to 4. To start about the price, it's very high for the quality and atmosphere you receive. Most of the staff are very friendly. Also the entertainment! You should book this hotel purely for the aqua park, where our kids had lots of fun!! This was amazing for sure. The slides were great. Some were always closed though (about 5). Also it should be a bit longer open in the evening. The indoor pool closes at 5PM!!! Why?? Would be lovely to have a swim in warm water between 5 and 10pm for example... Music is indeed everywhere too loud, but if you ask the staff (at aqua park ay least) they put it lower, that's kind. Then about the food: we ran away after our 2nd evening from the hotel to the Medina, where we had the rest of our diners. This says enough I think... The food is HORRIBLE at Pickalbatros, no taste, dirty buffets, no refill fast enough, huge smoke inside, NO atmosphere or vibe at all, avoid it.... The singer was nice and kind though, he did his best. You feel like in a hospital or school eating place... I had 2 days stomach problems/diarrhea of eating here, after 6 days in Morocco nowhere issues only here! Just go to the city, yes it costs money, but 100 times better!! You won't regret it. Breakfast was the best of the 3 moments. The coffee in restaurant is undrinkeable, just go to Columbus bar, there it's good. Our room: big and good, but window door could not close /lock, so it's not safe. Some days they took our towels and we only received new ones 5 hours later... But housekeeping very friendly and helpful!!

Cons: Continuation of above: Then about evening vibe/atmosphere = it's unexisting!!! The sky bar has such nice views for example, but there was every evening absolutely nobody, even the bar most of the time unstaffed. No vibe at all. You can smoke a cigar but no ashtrays there when you ask😂 why there is not even just 1 place with good atmosphere, vibe in the evening where you can have a good drink and don't have to walk 10 min to find a bar.... The cocktails and drinks are mostly a joke, very bad! At every bar (if you find a staffed one) you have to queue long until the 7 people before you have ordered their 50 drinks... Cheapest plastic cups all the way. Reusable stronger ones would be a nice improvement. Our room was good, but 2 nights we got awake because of loud shouting people during the night. The shuttle is a joke too, sorry! Was always fully booked, even for the next days. Last ride was around 2PM, so no other options than expensive taxis. Take Taxi Abdelaziz, just outside the hotel on the parking, friendliest guy! Unfortunately this was one of our worst all-in experiences till now. Not to compare with RIU hotels for example... Also we didn't receive any help from the hotel with some payment problem with pickalbatros Sungo (same hotel group), where they charged us wrongly money.... Luckily we had Booking.com. Ohhh and before I forget, communication with hotel upfront is almost impossible. We've sent multiple mails. Never a reply. Through booking app, they replied just before arrival on a birthday question, that was nice of them, thank you!!!

We got a family room, which came with a (very large) double bed and single bed. The bathrooms were clean and well designed. The balcony was a nice touch too.

Cons: Not much to complain about at all! Only negative of the trip was the €50 note that "disappeared" from my bag the one day we allowed cleaners to clean the room. Highly recommend to specially request no cleaners enter your room if you stay here!

L'animation: beaucoup de musique très forte sans aucun intérêt l'accueil : pas très souriant La navette pour se rendre un centre ville: peu de place et peu de créneaux Les horaires pour récupérer ou échanger ses serviettes: très restrictifs à 17h il n'y a plus personne La chambre familiale : trop petite pour 4 personnes, vous n'avez plus la place de circuler autour des lits. La salle de bain : vétuste et l'écoulement de la douche était catastrophique, de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain.

L’accueil au Pickalbatros est toujours très chaleureux et de grande qualité , nous avons pu compter sur le professionnalisme de Zack et Mounir en particulier qui ont contribué à notre confort tout au long du séjour. La restauration est toujours très variée notamment dans le corner des spécialités marocaines (tagines, légumes, découpes de viandes) ou pour le petit déjeuner qui nous régale de msemens et de baghrirs. Le point fort reste le parc aquatique qui ravit petits et grands. Le personnel qui encadre cette zone assure efficacement la sécurité de tous.

Cons: Les prix ont nettement augmenté par rapport à l’année dernière ( victime de son succès ? Forte demande…?)

For a family trip the kids will love it, you are on a water park. And you can actually let them roam ( we were a group ) we did have a few maintenance issues but this was dealt with by the guest services manager ( Abder) I actually own hotels and this guy was one of the best I have seen and he is a credit to the hotel.

Cons: Hotel is starting to show signs of age in the rooms initial one we were in was more dated, we were moved to a room that looked like it had be refurbished.

Pickalbatros The hotel was clean and tidy , the staff are 100% the best asset The food wasn’t great , the breakfast was probably the best part Whilst we were there the restaurant moved , the change over days were particularly bad , there were not enough plates at glasses and the the food ran out an hour into dinner The food choices were also not great , not what we have experienced from other hotels of this size , the choices are limited and very repetitive, a lot of the food is also quite bland and undercooked , the breakfast potatoes were raw everyday and were more boiled than roasted The other really irritating thing is the flys , there everywhere , if you sat on a sibling’s there’s one every 2 minutes, although I get some of this is out of the hotels control , there doesn’t be anything in place to cut down the numbers , it’s super annoying lying there feeling them constantly landing in you The aqua park is great kept the kids busy , the children’s club is also very good The entertainment team were very very good , always friendly and enjoyable, however the evening entertainment was poor , there were no outside acts on The room was cleaned every day and to a great standard , we even had the older rooms and they were fine , shower wasn’t great but it’s only a week , we coped fine All in it was ok but I don’t think I would return here , I would probably see what else is available, there are some hotels which you think I would definitely go back there , I’m not saying I wouldn’t I’d the costs was right but if there were options I think I would investigate the others Zach on the main desk is a great guy super helpful , bar guy near the DJ booth super , bar guy near the millennium restaurant is very grumpy , Omar the baggage man is amazing , all the maids were spot on Accommodation 7/10 Staff. 9/10 Food 2/10 Water park 8/10 All in all 6/10

W większości posługujący się językiem angielskim. Osoby, które nie posługiwały się językiem angielskim nadrabiały uprzejmością i chęcią pomocy. Pod względem jakości i zróżnicowania posiłków na all jest to najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam. Było dużo, pysznie i nie do znudzenia. Jedyne co bym poprawiła to dodała świeże soki i smoothie do lunchu. Były przepyszne ale dostępne tylko na śniadanie. Jakość alkoholu zadowalająca. W ciągu dnia i wieczorem animacje dla dzieci. Jednego wieczoru był "Moroccan show" polecam być i zostać do końca. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, codziennie sprzątane z myciem naczyń i podłóg. Wygodne materace w łózkach. Myślę, że w tym hotelu nie ma złej lokalizacji pokoju. Everything at the hotel was perfect — the cleanliness, the animation, the water slides, the food… Special thanks to Ghita, who cleaned and organized our room every day. We would also like to especially thank Nora, the guest relations manager — she always answered all our questions in detail and helped us with everything. Thanks to her, we were able to arrange all our tours easily even before arriving at the hotel. The kindness shown to us when leaving the hotel also made us very happy. The place is very clean and tidy. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The shop on site is lovely and the staff are very friendly. The animation team are exceptional and are excellent at what they do.

Cons: The lift was out of order for our entire stay. The bar continually ran out of cold beers so they served them warm. They should watch their stock and refresh when they are halfway empty so that the beer can get cold. The bar staff are not friendly and barely speak.

Not sure where to start on this amazing stay. Fantastic place that was insanely clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing. Special shout out to Nora for organising everything I needed any time of the day, Flora at kids club for making sure my kids had the best time and Ghita the housekeeper for going above and beyond. All the staff would go out of their way to make our stay flawless. Food was delicious and there was so much variety. Even after 8 days here we had different meal each day. Don’t even get me started on all the facilities and the 57 water slides that kept us all busy and happy all week!! Then when we wanted to go out the team arranged fantastic trips for us. 11/10 value for money. We can’t wait to come back

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa! O alojamento é muito confortável, limpo (pela querida Latifa) e acolhedor, mas o que realmente fez a diferença foi a simpatia da equipa. Um agradecimento especial ao Mourad e ao Rida, a equipa imbatível do lanche/jantar, que nos atenderam sempre com um sorriso, foram super atenciosos e fizeram-nos sentir verdadeiramente em casa. Cons: Infelizmente a nossa experiencia foi pessima. A chegada tivemos de carregar as nossa malas ate ao fundo da recepcao onde nos disseram para esperar que alguem viria ter connosco. Depois pediram que preechessemos um formulario com todos os nossos dados pessoais, passaporte, morada, duracao da estadia, voo de saida de Marrocos (isto para 4 pessoas, criancas com menos de 5 anos inclusive). Foi uma autentica perda de tempo preencher todos esses formularios a mao. Os restaurantes nao existem, apenas um buffet com pouca oferta e os escorregas nao estao todos em funcionamento, diria que apenas 10% esta funcional e esses mesmo precisam de muita reforma. O pior de tudo foi que fomos roubados na zona da piscina. Comunicamos o sucedido na recepcao, disseram que iao verificar as cameras de vigilancia e andamos nisto durnate 2 dias ate que o dia do nosso check out chegou e disseram que nao podiam verificar as cameras devido a politica de privacidade. Foi inaceitavel esta atitude por parte do hotel e dos gerentes. NAO ACONSELHO ESTE HOTEL, NAO FOI UMA BOA EXPERIENCIA E OS EMPREGADOS NAO AJUDAM EM NADA.

Outstanding service (special thanks to Nora in Guest Relations and Rachida in Housekeeping), a spacious family room with pool view, spotless daily cleaning, tasty and varied food (the Alfredo restaurant was a lovely surprise), and a brilliant waterpark for kids and adults. Punctual airport transfer and free shuttles made getting around easy.

Cons: A small bathroom leak by the toilet and the reception follow-up could have been quicker. The nightclub was under renovation and the heated indoor pool was always closed. None of this spoiled our holiday, but it’s worth improving.

Primeiro a destacar... os funcionários todos simpáticos, especialmente a NORA que todos os dias perguntava via whatsapp se tudo estava bem e a RACHIDA com a limpeza do quarto. Apenas dou nota negativa a uma rececionista chamada "IMENA" (ou algo parecido) que sempre mostrou frete no atendimento e má cara. Eu já evitava Ser atendido por ela. O quarto bastante espaçoso, com camas confortáveis e vista para a piscina (depois do upgrade ter sido feito), sempre limpo quando solicitado, e um bom banheiro. A comida do restaurante era saborosa e com variadade, em 4 dias não ficamos fartos! Escelente aproveitamento por parte do hotel do espaço exterior para as refeições! Oferecem 4 horários diferentes de transfers gratuitos para a cidade com marcação prévia. Bastantes piscinas e com uma variedade enorme de tobogans (apesar de não os ter usado) Em resumo um bom hotel com regime Tudo Incluido proximo de Marrakesh para uma escapadinha de fim de semana prolongado. Não esquecer que o hotel já é antigo, mas achei que estava bem cuidado dentro do possivel! Os jardins com boa manutenção e sempre alguem a reparar alguma coisa ;)

The food was absolutely amazing — so much variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The waterpark was fantastic and perfect for all ages — so much fun! My room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with huge beds that made it hard to leave in the morning. The entertainment was also really good — lively shows, great music, and something to enjoy every evening. The entire resort was very clean and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I will definitely be returning. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille au Picalbatros Marrakech. Les enfants ont adoré découvrir l’Aquapark, avec ses nombreux toboggans et activités. Ils s’y sont vraiment amusés, et c’était une superbe expérience pour eux. La nourriture est variée, très bonne, et il y a de nombreux plats locaux très bien préparés. L’accueil du personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : toujours souriant, attentif et disponible. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Un grand merci tout particulier à Zach, qui s’est occupé de nous du début à la fin : accueil, chambre, services, petits soucis… toujours réactif, super gentil et très professionnel. Son WhatsApp nous a été très pratique pour le contacter rapidement. Grâce à lui, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Nous remercions aussi énormément le personnel du restaurant Millenium : Malika, Zahra et Soukaina, des personnes formidables, toujours gentilles, attentionnées, et adorées par nos enfants. Leur présence a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Un merci spécial également à Mouad du Café Alfredo, toujours sympathique et serviable, ainsi qu’à la dame qui y travaillait le matin, très agréable également et Simo le barman Un grand merci aussi à Sabir à l’accueil, toujours souriant et disponible. Et un immense merci à Rachida et c'est collègue des dames de chambre juste super incroyable ! Un geste vraiment magnifique que nous n’oublierons pas. Côté points à améliorer : Nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec un barman près des piscines principales/Alfredo le matin, dont l’attitude était désagréable. Cela tranchait avec l’extrême gentillesse du reste du personnel. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais une navette gratuite est proposée plusieurs fois par jour, ce qui compense bien.

Hotel layout, leisure facilities, restaurant & majority of staff. The hotel is a huge site, offering well laid out rooms, we had a junior suite & terrace on the ground floor. Several pools to choose from, with varying depths. The water park offers a large choice of rides, to suit all ages. The restaurant is fantastic & offers a wide variety of cuisine to suit all tastes, all freshly cooked by the numerous chefs on site. Staff here are simply wonderful. Seating inside & out is very spacious & comfortable.

Cons: The constant club music at full volume, all day long played poolside in front of the reception area. This was the first thing that greeted us on arrival. The ‘entertainment’ continued live at the restaurant and at full volume. There was no time to just relax in tranquility. I tried to sleep by the pool at the far end of the complex but the pounding beat & encouraging tones from the entertainer on his microphone made this impossible. For a 4 star venue, it was unexpected, unwelcome & intrusive. The room was perfect, however, we were unable to have hot water, it remained a constant tepid, so showering was unpleasant. Staff were fabulous on the whole, however, our first day was greeted by a lawnmower & petrol strimmer outside our room & around us at the pool, for over an hour mid-morning. Then followed having our sun beds exchanged, as we were using them. On our last evening I called reception to check when our taxi was due the following morning, to be told he didn’t know & I should, despite this having been arranged by the hotel. I trawled my emails and found confirmation, so was reassured and he was indeed there the next morning. What wasn’t was the breakfast to go, which we were told would be waiting, so we had to go without. There was no help with our suitcase from the room or to the taxi, down several stairs, by either hotel staff or the taxi. It felt like as we were leaving we were no longer of any concern, in sharp contrast to staff fluttering around us on arrival, which now feels it was just to be awarded a tip. In summary, the hotel did provide what we needed for our stay in terms of accommodation, meals & facilities but let us down on hoping for relaxation, despite being quite costly. We will not return to this hotel.

Place needs serious maintenance and attention. Hazard tape all over the place. Sunbeds around the main pool are all squashed together with no space. Evening entertainment was not advertised well. There is nothing much for teenagers. Gym was not open on time every day. We had to wait 20 mins for it to be opened. There was rarely any water in the fridge and no clothes to wipe machines down after using. Cocktails were thrown together with a mixer machine and splashed with alcohol, no presentation or care.

Pas énormément de choses en comparaison avec d autres hôtels club que vous proposez sur votre site.

Cons: La qualité de la restauration tant au niveau du service que de la qualité gustative. La clientèle que je trouve plutôt hétéroclite et pas vraiment communicative avec les autres clients. Le brouhaha ambian causé par une musique electro disco très forte à longueur de journée. Le bar de journée et soirée sans ambiance ni accompagnements gustatifs avec les boisons proposés qui était sans attrait pour la plupart. Le bruit quotidien dans les couloirs de l hôtel occasionne très tardivement par des clients non respectueux des autres occupants. Je pars très régulièrement avec booking et jamais je me suis jamais plaint comme vous pourrez le constater en consultant mes avis. Un dédommagement rapport à mon insatisfaction serait très justifié. The waterpark was so much fun for the kids! The food was really good compared to most other all inclusives I’ve stayed at, and the staff was very friendly and forthcoming. There were photographers who followed us around to take our pictures and they turned out amazing! The free shuttle into town was great as well, and we overall enjoyed our stay so much and wish it had been longer!

Cons: Some more variety at breakfast would be great, and be aware that if your child is <10 years old, they may not be able to ride all the slides. There were also some incidents at night when other guests and cleaning staff were being a bit loud, but nothing that Zack from guest relations didn’t immediately take care of. Really can’t complain!

Un lieu où tout est pensé pour que vous puissiez vous reposer en famille ! Le all inclusive qui me faisait peur au départ, s'est avéré extra ! Du petit dej au dîner en passant par le déjeuner et meme le quatre-heure, tout était excellent. Msemen esquis fait maison devant vous, tajines excellents, viande de qualité, poissons... bref tout y est aussi varié que bon. Bravo ! Tout au long de la journée, vous pourrez aussi boire un café, un bon thé nahnah, ou encore un cocktail.. Et tout ça inclus dans la formule all inclusive ! Évidemment, les toboggans pour petits et grands ont ravi mes enfants. Beaucoup d'animations, la mini boom disco pour les enfants le soir... top ! Animateurs très drôles et sympas. Bref, si vous êtes en famille, que vous cherchez un endroit pour vous reposer et vous amuser, cet endroit est fait pour vous.

Cons: L'hôtel est tout de même à 30 min de Marrakech centre (jemaa el fna) MAIS L'hôtel met des navettes gratuites (sur simple réservation à la réception) pour vous y rendre et bien sûr revenir. Donc top ! Cela évite les frais de taxi (200 à 250 Mad l'aller) La musique était un peu trop forte lors des siestes, mais il faut dire que notre chambre donnait sur la piscine. Donc famille avec enfants qui font encore la sieste, demandez à ne pas être côté piscine, tout simplement. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants plus grands, ils seront ravis de participer aux animations ! Le vrai point à améliorer c'est le mini-club. Une salle fermée avec une seule personne qui les surveille, aussi sympa et dévouée qu'elle peut l'être, elle ne peut pas prendre le temps d'organiser des jeux et autres divertissements pour les enfants. Donc c'est plutôt une garderie qu'un mini club. On espérait avoir des animateurs qui organisent des jeux dehors avec les enfants. Sans prendre le risque de les amener aux toboggans, c'est le rôle des parents ça. Mais juste jouer au ballon, faire une ronde, danser, chanter, s'amuser quoi ! Avec des jeux simples, sans danger. Du coup nous n'avons pas laissé nos enfants au mini club pour ces raisons alors que nous pensions le faire. Inspirez vous de ce que font les autres qui ont un vrai mini club. Vous auriez le potentiel de le faire et les parents en seraient ravis. Je suis sûr que vous fideliseriez d'autant plus votre clientèle.

Fajne baseny i aqua park. Duży pokój rodzinny z 2 pomieszczeniami bardzo czysty i ładny. Wygodne materace na łóżkach. Pyszna herbata serwowana w restauracji i kawiarni. Fajne animacje w ciągu dnia. Starają się w restauracji odnośnie jedzenia. 2 x w tygodniu było sushi :) jedzenie praktycznie cały dzień: od 7 rano do 22. Pierwszy mój hotel poza Europą, w której podawali kilka rodzajów dobrego serca żółtego, pleśniowego czy nawet wędzonego łososia. Bez problemu można zarezerwować transfer czy wykupić wycieczki, które są bardzo dobrze zorganizowane.

Cons: Sztuczne napoje w automatach. Trochę drogi hotel biorąc pod uwagę jakość / nowość obiektu. Można by zwiększyć częstotliwość sprzątania stolików w restauracji i przy barach czy strefy basenowej oraz wydawać więcej pizzy, gdyż zawsze jej brakowało.

As a Muslim woman I am normally the only person wearing a burkini (and sometimes can feel a bit out of place) but it was very refreshing to see real diversity at this hotel. I’d say about 80% of those at the aqua park and hotel were modestly dressed, which felt really nice for a change. It’s a great place if you’re going with a large family and kids. There are plenty of activities and entertainment on offer but at the main hotel and in the aqua park, the slides are awesome and the staff are considered and safety conscious. I saw mixed reviews about the entertainment staff in the hotel, but personally found them nothing but friendly and kind - going out of their way to sign people up to yoga, Zumba, water polo, etc. The main restaurant is decent, enough variety for the length of stay we were there for. I saw 1 cat the entire time I was there (it didn’t seem feral), again a lot of washing and cleaning goes on from morning to evening.

Cons: The hotel is a bit tired in some parts, generally a nice place and you feel relaxed, but it’s small things like paintwork peeling off the patio doors with the hotel’s name on it - while not critical to the stay, I found it off putting. The heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi was closed the entire time, which was a shame. I have been to hammams before and I can safely say what they offer in the spa at this hotel is not a true hammam experience. I went for a 1 hour hammam experience and only 15 mins of that involved the attendant randomly applying some oils and scrubs intermittently. There is one particular entertainer (can’t remember his name but he wears yellow sunglasses) who pretty much leads all the entertainment. On the one day he wasn’t there, they didn’t stick to the entertainment schedule which was a bit of a shame as it seems like an inconsistent service. The aqua park is open to outside visitors which means it can get crowded at times (although this was the case at the weekend) during the week it was very pleasant with hardly any queues for the rides. I read some reviews about the food getting boring, but I think that’s the case for any all inclusive, especially if staying for longer than a week. I met some people who were there for 2 weeks, so I can imagine this would very much be the case for them. Also, there are 2 main restaurants and one of them was closed to guests the whole time as they had “company events” going on. Cleaning is good but on one day we took a day trip outside and our room wasn’t cleaned at all but all our towels had been taken. It wasn’t until I asked for it to be cleaned that it eventually got cleaned around 4pm.

Le spa attendre 15 min mon soin du visage alors que j'étais a l'heure ,la pauvreté des explications de l'esthéticienne qui m'a laissé dans le noir le temps que le soin pénètre sans me dire quoi que ce soit....et 30 min pour l'accès au sauna pour mon mari car il y avait des femmes dedans avant lui alors que son créneau était réservé et 2 saunas dispo. Das Hotel mit Aqua Park ist ein Paradies für Familien mit Kindern. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Freude an den zahlreichen, sauberen Schwimmbädern und Rutschen. Auch das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Cons: Beim Essen haben wir allerdings noch Verbesserungspotenzial gesehen. Das Buffet war oft ähnlich gestaltet, geschmacklich wenig abwechslungsreich und die Hygiene könnte an manchen Stellen etwas sorgfältiger sein. Un très bon rapport qualité prix J’ai pu profiter de mon séjour en compagnie de mes enfants et parents sans se soucier de quoi que ce soit (à tous les niveaux: sécurité, hygiène, activités, repas…). Le All inclusive est parfait aucune critique à faire, y en a pour tous les goûts. Les serveurs sont super sympas et font leur maximum pour satisfaire les différents clients. Et un grand merci à leurs responsables qui restent très vigilants au service et ce d’une manière quotidienne ! Franchement l’hôtel de manière générale mérite largement ses 4 étoiles, espérant qu’ils puissent maintenir le niveau 👍 Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des excursions proposées du fait du court séjour mais nous programmerons cela lors du prochain séjour.

Nous avons apprécié le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable. Franchement tous étaient souriants et serviables. Spéciales dédicaces à : Khadija ( la dame qui fait les msemens au petit dej, les serveurs Mourad, ainsi que « moul Atay », le pisciniste Yassine, ou encore Zac à l’accueil ). Les marrakchis ont fait honneur à leur réputation ! L’hôtel est situé en dehors du centre-ville avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour en famille. Le complexe est grand avec des piscines pour tous les goûts ( bébés, enfants, ados avec l’Aqua Park). Il y a une partie calme avec des piscines fréquentées par des adultes et une partie plus « bruyantes » en journée avec la musique qui tourne en boucle et les activités aquatiques proposées ( Aqua Zumba, etc). Nos enfants ont été autonomes et ont fait de belles rencontres avec d’autres touristes et marocains locaux. La sécurité est au rendez-vous, ce qui était un critère important pour nous. La restauration est très bonne avec des plats typiques et savoureux et du choix malgré tout. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ( différents tajines tous les jours, bar à salades, poissons, pizzas, pâtes et fast food …). Les plus : des jus frais au choix au petit déj ! C’est un hôtel attachant avec du personnel qui fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien , nous y reviendrons avec plaisir l’année prochaine.

Cons: Des pannes d’électricité parfois qui coupaient la climatisation ( et à Marrakech en plus août c’est quand même gênant ) La chambre mériterait d’être rafraîchie pour être plus moderne Les animations du soir sont à revoir La propreté des piscines devrait être accentuée vu le nombre important de baigneurs journaliers

Firstly, when I tried to adjust or cancel one of our reserved rooms and move it to another date, the concierge staff were uncooperative. Instead of assisting, they kept passing me from one colleague to another without resolution. The facilities also had several shortcomings. The electricity kept tripping throughout our stay, and the air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly, which was very uncomfortable given that outside temperatures were over 40°C. I would strongly recommend avoiding Marrakech in August, as the heat combined with poor cooling made the stay difficult. The food, while plentiful, lacked flavor. Most dishes were cooked without any real use of spices, leaving them rather bland and unenjoyable for the family. Basic maintenance was also an issue: at times, water stopped coming in the toilets, and the shower head in our room was broken. Although it was eventually fixed, I was surprised to see a handheld shower installed in a hotel of this supposed standard. Overall, while the room size was good and the location convenient, the service, maintenance, and quality did not match the level or price of the hotel.

Le buffet est complet et les produits sont frais et réalisés maison. Cependant beaucoup de monde au buffet et parfois c’est un peu brouillon l’organisation. Manque des assiettes, de la nourriture partout car les gens sont irrespectueux je parle des clients. Et du gaspillage. Les toboggans sont supers et pour les enfants c’est génial. Le personnel est au petit soin très serviable et adorable.

Cons: Les infrastructures sont un peu dépassés. Piscine principale avec le liner déchiré. Le liner dans une autre piscine est accroché avec des clous. On voit que l’hôtel n’est pas de première jeunesse et malgré un jardin et un nettoyage impeccable les infrastructures sont vieillissantes. Hôtel très bien pour les enfants. Mais si vous aimez le calme et la sérénités il faut passer son chemin. C’est un club donc musique à fond animations régulières.

Cons: Food is average at best. All the soft drinks are just syrup with no actual taste. There is 1 restaurant not 3 as advertised and it is about as atmospheric as eating in a motorway service station. The rooms are large but dated. But the worst thing about this hotel is it’s cost in relation to what you actually get - this is the worst value hotel I have ever stayed in and certainly not worth even half of the 350pounds a night I paid. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs as it is really poor.

Había veces que me quería duchar y no tenía toallas Las piscinas del parque acuático cierra a las 18,00 podría cerrar más tarde sobre las 20:00 y disfrutar más rato. El parque infantil no tiene de nada casi para jugar. La zona que tienen para cuidar los niños con la monitora los juguetes están rotos y descuidados. Nadie habla español en la recepción ni en el hotel ( a título informativo) Y en el comedor entra un montón de humo cuando cocinan fuera.

Cons: Does not feel 5*. Would ay 4* at best. The 2 restaurants are really one large food hall. Food quality is average and we found little to look forward to there at meal times. Even the Moroccan food was poor compared to the lunches we had on organised trips. Everything is self service and often required queuing or ran out. Poor selection of drinks at the bar which would frequently run out ie of Pepsi max, cold water, no coconut in the pina colada, only warm beers. Cocktails were very poor with no fresh ingredient. No proper kids club. Ice cream was served in the afternoon, again poor quality and when the tub was gone it was not replaced so you had to be in the que early. The catering overall felt chaotic poor quality. Sadly way below 5* standards in other resorts we have stayed outside of Morocco.

Le balcon de ma chambre, les sanitaires-douche, la climatisation. Les personnels de chambre très aimables et attentionnés.

Cons: Peu de variation dans les repas avec une baisse notable de la qualité par rapport à l'année précédente. Les jus d'orange ont l'air d'être coupés à l"eau. Le pain et les viennoiseries sont de production industrielle, pas de pain complet ou aux céréales. L'extraction des fumée dans le réfectoire est quasi nulle, nous sommes intoxiqués par les fumées. Le lit pour enfant est un lit d'appoint pliant sans confort, notre enfant a du dormir avec nous dans notre lit pendant tout le séjour. Le goûter est vraiment inutile, c'est juste un gaspillage alimentaire (je n'y allait pas). Dans la chambre (sur le balcon) il y avait des plinthes en carrelage décollée au sol, le rideau qui ne se fermait pas bien, les jointures de douches faites par un amateur ce qui n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Ceci signifie qu'il n'y a pas de contrôle avant l'arrivée de l'estivant. Les revêtement du fond de certaines piscines est déchiré causant des contusions, les escaliers de l'entrée de l'hôtel sont une vraie patinoire... Ma femme et ma fille ont faillies être brulée vive lors d'un spectacle pyrotechnique par une boule de feu. Aucune sécurité mise en place, pas d'extincteurs, aucune distance de sécurité respectée et aucune proposition sérieuse de la direction pour ce séjour gâché, malgré une douleur vive au niveau de la prothèse de hanche de ma femme récemment opérée. Aucun transfert à l'hôpital pour radiographie ou pour le choc subi : juste une proposition d'une nuit gratuite au mois de septembre après que nous serions rentrés : la blague. Cons: Cet hôtel a été une très mauvaise expérience, et je suis très déçu par la note de quatre étoiles donnée par Booking. Selon moi, cet hôtel mérite plutôt une ou deux étoiles au maximum. L’hôtel est très vieux et délabré, les climatiseurs ne fonctionnent pas correctement, et les chambres sont très inconfortables. Le buffet du dîner était très mauvais ; nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 alors que le buffet commence à 19h30, mais les plats qui étaient finis n’étaient jamais renouvelés, et la qualité de la nourriture était très mauvaise. Le parc aquatique (Aqua Park) est aussi très ancien et mal entretenu, ce qui nous a tellement déçus que nous avons quitté l’hôtel un jour avant la date prévue. Cet hôtel est une honte pour un quatre étoiles, et je tiens à blâmer Booking pour cette note exagérée.

Nous avions réservé une seule nuit au Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Marrakech, mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Dès notre arrivée à 11h (alors que le check-in est normalement à 15h), on nous a remis les bracelets pour accéder immédiatement au parc aquatique ainsi qu’à la restauration. Le lendemain, après le check-out à 12h, l’hôtel a gardé nos affaires et nous a laissé profiter de toutes les installations jusqu’à 17h. Un grand merci à Sara pour le surclassement en chambre familiale avec deux chambres, ainsi que pour l’accès au spa en fin de séjour afin de prendre une douche et se changer avant notre départ. La nourriture était excellente pour un all inclusive, avec un large choix et une variété de boissons disponibles dans les 5 bars ouverts jusqu’à 23h.

The room was a good size and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The cleaning staff are so nice, they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Chefs, in particular the women making the msemen in the mornings, they were so nice. Such a sweet lady who works super hard. The food was nice, lots of variety and food is available all day.

Cons: I have been to this hotel many times, there are a lot of new staff who don’t care about the standards they used to have. The animation team didn’t speak to my children the whole week, the only person who bothered was a lovely guy called Ilyas who made an effort to say hello so thank you. There is a massive difference in the animation team, the old team were so much better.

Hotel var helt perfekt og personalet var ekstra perfekt inkludert direktøren som stod og passet på at alt gikk på skinner, sykepleier fatima azohra var et under å ha henne på hotellet hun pleide mitt kutt på fingeren profesjonelt og alltid med et godt smil. Maten var variert etter hver sitt smak og veldig god. Damene som stod hver morgen og lagde fersk Harcha og msemen og sunt brød, de var fantastiske og i møterommene. Aqua parken var en ekstra plus for barnet, de hadde også veldig bra organisert barne aktivitet. Jeg har bare positivt å si om dette hotellet og kommer definitivt tilbake igjen. Takk for tilbudet. It was clean. The hotel service was very good. The room equipment was fine. The team doing parties was also very friendly. The bar staff was fine. Food is ok however twice we found rare chicken meat (chicken tanjine). Toilets very clean! Coffee area very nice. Happy with the room (however the air conditioning was very poor in the room).

Cons: Half of slides in aquapark were not operational. Indoor pool not operational. The main pool- surface is broken (cut) and you can damage your feet touching concrete. Some of children slides (sometimes) also not operational. The staff misorganized our outbound airport transfer and we almost missed our flight.

The staff is very sympa, even the ones that don't speak English, they try to help. Many pools and slides which are great and different options. Food is very diversified, especially at dinner. Everything was very good and we recommend it.

Cons: Food was not that great. Same food every day. Only 2 or 3 dishes were changed daily. Only 1buffet style restaurant. No a la carte restaurants even though the website says there is an Italian one. All inclusive snack bars had the same menu everyday. Cocktails were not nice. Evening entertainment could be better and could start a little earlier.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Ahmed brought our bags to the room and remembered my daughters name and greeted us every time we met him. Khadeja and Rachida cleaned our room to a very high standard every day. All the animation crew were amazing always in top form working day and night with a smile and great fun. The cleaners and gardeners were always working. The restaurant staff were highly efficient. The facilities are great for families from babies to teens and grown ups. Food was nice. Excursions to do quad biking and camel riding was a highlight with private transfer. Would definitely recommend.

-Le personnel très agréable. -Les toboggans et les animations sont sans doute le point fort de l’hôtel. L’équipe d’animation se donne vraiment à fond et l’ambiance est très conviviale. -Le petit déjeuner et le goûter sont les repas les plus réussis de la journée. -Chambre spacieuse et propre. -Les lits king size très larges (plus de 2m) sont un vrai atout pour les familles avec jeunes enfants.

Cons: La restauration est globalement décevante. Le déjeuner est répétitif (tajines, couscous, pâtes ou pizzas fades, frites surgelées), et le dîner est uniquement correct lorsqu’il y a une soirée spéciale. Le reste du temps, les plats sont insipides et la cuisine internationale semble peu maîtrisée. Organisation des buffets confuse : les plats sont dispersés dans plusieurs zones, obligeant à marcher pour composer une assiette. Il faut aussi faire la queue à plusieurs endroits juste pour avoir une petite bouteille d’eau. Les bouteilles d’eau de 33cl sont peu pratiques et pas écologiques : on passe notre temps à aller en chercher. Manque de vaisselle adaptée : pour les desserts, seulement de minuscules cuillères en plastique, dignes d’un stand de glace, rien de plus.. État général des équipements peu soigné : micro-ondes sales, distributeurs de booissons et de jus d’orange collants ou marqués par d’anciennes taches, vitrines à glace peu propres. Connexion Wi-Fi quasi inexistante Les piscines, bien que nombreuses, manquent d’entretien : mal aspirées on y retrouve parfois des cheveux, des miettes au fond des bassins. Les bords de piscines sont jaunies et décolorées, ce qui donne une impression de saleté permanente. Le café du distributeur est imbuvable. Il faut aller au Columbus pour un vrai café. Pour un 5 étoiles, l’absence d’une machine à grains est incompréhensible. Les jeux d’eau pour enfants au fond derrières les toboggans auraient bien besoin d’un gros nettoyage et d’un bon détartrage car on a l’impression qu’ils sont abandonnés. Les portes-fenêtres abîmées et se ferment mal laissent passer les moustiques.

Having access to the waterpark was the absolute highlight for our child — she loved it so much! The kids’ activities and the nightly show were fantastic and kept everyone entertained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The pool near the dining area was perfect — the kids could splash around while the parents enjoyed their meals worry-free. Zac and Yousef were incredibly helpful, making sure everything was taken care of. Truly zero complaints!

De la préparation de notre arrivée à l'hôtel avec Nora, De l'accueil à la prise en charge par Sarah qui s'est chargé de repondre à nos demandes pendant notre séjour. Omar aux bagages, Hamza à la reception et Najib, Soufiane et tous les autres maîtres nageur, Khadija avec ses délicieux mseumeun, Younes en salle qui fait en sorte qu'il vous manque de rien. Khaoula et toutes les femmes de ménages. Toutes les personnes travaillant dans le columbus ou les petits bar de piscine sous la chaleur pour vous servir des boissons fraîches. La chambre était propre, confortable et offrait une superbe vue sur la piscine et les toboggans, un vrai plaisir chaque matin. Un grand merci à Abderrazzak du service relations publiques pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Cons: Na forma de limpar os quartos, passa uma empregada primeiro que retira todas as toalhas, ficam sem uma única toalha para limpar as mãos ate reposição de outras, o que pode demorar. Na restauração, poderia existir snacks da tarde com pizza e hamburguers para crianças pois e o que procuram e se acabar o sabor do gelado não repõem mais. Na parte das piscinas, muitos escorregas estavam fechados e não permitiam a sua utilização, achei tudo um pouco degradado, com muita falta de limpeza, rebordos sujos e o liner do fundo todo levantado que ate dava para tropeçar. para o valor que se paga acho inadmissível.

Mention spéciale pour la prestation au spa : un moment magique et relaxant, parfaitement réalisé. Les chambres sont propres, bien entretenues grâce à des femmes de chambre exceptionnelles. El personal de todo el hotel siempre dispuesto a ayudarte, servicial, educado, con una sonrisa siempre. Mi hijo de 5 años enfermó y estuvieron pendientes, me ofrecieron llamar a un médico, acudir a la farmacia si necesitaba medicación, me cocinaron lo que les pedí para él. Eso es de agradecer muchísimo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con aire acondicionado y muy limpio todo. Te reciben con un albornoz y zapatillas. Tienen servicio de llevada y recogida diarios al centro de Marrakech para que puedas ir a pasear, realizar compras etc. Gratuito y con varios turnos a lo largo del día. Sólo tienes que apuntarte el día antes. Y qué decir de la zona de restauración!!! No he visto otro hotel así nunca. Comida en vivo, variada, pescados, carnes, platos típicos marroquíes, zona de comida asiática, pizzas, pan...toda cocina en vivo. Ensaladas de todos los tipos, quesos y embutidos de todas las clases. Y qué decir de los postres...exquisitos. Hemos estado 6 noches y desde luego que reservando con antelación, es muy muy asequible. Nos hemos despedido del personal y de los amigos que hemos hecho, no con un adiós, sino con un " HASTA EL VERANO QUE VIENE!!!" Gracias!!!

Cons: Por poner un pero, diría que hay que equipar un pelin más el gym. Con poner mancuernas y alguna que otra bicicleta de sppinning, sería genial.
