Cons: NO ES UN HOTEL SOLO ADULTOS ESTAFADORES llegamos y las sabanas estaban sucias tenían pelos de otras personas, manchas en las cortinas con un color marrón sospechoso, y para colmo en la habitación de alado se pone a llorar un niño pequeño. Bajamos a preguntar a que se debe que haya un niño en un hotel solo adultos, respuesta solo ponemos eso en la web no es verdad no somos un hotel de adultos. Cogimos este hotel para poder descansar del barullo de la Medina y no tener que estar media noche sin dormir, resultado la decimos que si es un scam y nos contesta que si entre risas. Que llamaran a la habitación para decirles que callen al niño, eran las 11 de la noche como se iba a callar porque la de recepción les llamase, claro que no se callo. Decidieron después de 3 llamadas mas a recepción cambiarles a los padres de habitación con lo que conlleva de ruidos a las 12 de la noche, todo mal. Para nada, ni un trato de hotel de 4* ni instalaciones ni limpieza y el desayuno una mierda. No recomiendo ir no merece la pena calidad precio.

. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est l’ensemble du personnel, qui a été très aimable et professionnel.

Cons: Ce fut une mauvaise expérience. La piscine est très petite, elle ne convient pas pour nager et il est même difficile de s’asseoir à côté. Il n’y a pas de parking pour les voitures. Le restaurant est petit et le petit-déjeuner est en dessous de la moyenne. Les lits ne sont pas confortables

L’accueil à la réception et à l’entrée de l’hôtel très agréable et toujours avec le sourire ! Cela est fortement appréciable et tellement important dans un établissement de ce standing !

Cons: Le petit déjeuner pour un quatre étoiles était assez peu riche mais bon dans l’ensemble ! La vue depuis notre chambre sur les travaux actuels (il convient de noter que nous n’avons pas eu de bruit) et le vis à vis avec les autres chambres.

Die Zimmer selbst waren zwar nicht besonders groß aber für den Preis recht gut ausgestattet. Baulich war insofern nichts auszusetzen.

Cons: Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, davon wurde uns ohne Rücksprache ein Zimmer am vorletzten Tag in unserer Abwesenheit weggenommen. Der Betrag wurde zwar erstatte,t aber der Vorgang selbst war schon sehr merkwürdig. Aufgrund dieses Verfahrens kann man das Hotel sicher nicht weiterempfehlen.

On my whole floor it felt like I had excited school children on their first hotel stay/night out without parents/teachers.. They stood outside my door at 11.30 - midnight talking and laughing like 5 year olds in a school yard. There was a party in the room next door but instead of going inside the room they stood outside!! I had to ask them twice to be quiet as people have early morning flights. I have never stayed in a hotel with so many noisy and inconsiderate so called "adults"

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, großen Supermärkte sowie die Neustadt war sehr gut. Ich habe ein größeres Zimmer bekommen als zuerst gebucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Dusche und Toilette sauber und angenehm zubenutzen. Das Frühstück war okay, es gab süßes und Salziges. Ich habe mich sehr über die Vollkornbrötchen und die Spiegeleier gefreut. Der Fitnessraum war mit einigen Cardiogeräten, Kurzhantelen und einer Bankdrückbank ausgestattet.

Cons: Our first room didn’t have a locking sliding door. We brought it the attention of the staff. Their first solution, was that it would be fixed tomorrow. Since we weren’t staying, we asked them to change rooms. They then tried to fix it. They couldn’t. They said they didn’t have a room, so we asked for a bar to place against the window so it couldn’t be opened. They then, found a room for us. I appreciate we eventually found a safe solution, though I wish it would have been offered the first time, instead of the run around and with an additional hour, leaving a late night for us. We had hotel dinner, and the waiter decided to keep my money and feign he didn’t have change.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et toujours à l’écoute. Le nettoyage est fait régulièrement et avec soin. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec différents choix pour bien commencer la journée. Ils ont même eu la gentillesse de monter le thé directement en chambre, une attention qui fait vraiment la différence. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Cons: Wasn't a massive issue but the bidets didn't have the nozzle on the front of them so you have to turn it on and off from the stopper at the back instead of just pressing the trigger at the end of the nozzle,

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mon séjour au Tempoo Hotel Marrakech City Centre a été une très belle expérience ! L’accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, dès le premier instant je me suis senti à l’aise. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Rachid et à la jeune demoiselle à la réception (à l’ordinateur) pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur sens du service. Ils représentent parfaitement l’hospitalité marocaine — ce genre d’accueil, c’est exactement ce qui fait la beauté de Marrakech ! L’hôtel est très propre, calme et bien situé, parfait pour passer un séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Cute hotel in a convenient location with a small indoor pool. Staff at reception were very welcoming and efficient. Good value for a stopover. Good wifi, comfortable mattress, good water pressure and hot water. The breakfast crew can get overwhelmed if tourist groups descend on the buffet all at once, otherwise there is everything you need. I was upgraded and enjoyed a large room overlooking the square.

This is my third time at the Tempoo Hotel. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Luggage taken to room, and shown how to use safe. Breakfast was good, served from 7am. Room always clean, towels changed daily. All the staff were amazing. I can not remember all their names but all exceptionally professional and I felt like VIP. I will always book Tempoo when I come to Marrakech.

Honestly, everything was great. The staff are super professional and treat you really well. It was my first time staying here, and because of how good they were, I came back again. For sure I’ll always choose this hotel. My son and I found the room size at the Tempoo hotel just right, quite spacious, and we were not falling over each other's cases. Excellent location to Menara Mall, getting taxi's, and accessibility to other amenities. Breakfast was quite standard, pastries, basic, nothing to write home about, but it did the job for me.

For a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel, it's just lying. I went to drink orange juice and the restaurant staff told me that I could only have one glass of orange juice per person, even though there was another juice that tasted horrible. I felt frustrated about paying an exorbitant amount and being politicized in the consumption of what I wanted to eat. you can't walk around the pool.

J'y suis allé à minuit avec mon fils juste pour dormir et prendre l'avion tôt le matin, mais le réceptionniste et la personne en charge de la cafétéria je crois étaient très accueillants et serviables. Je n'ai pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner car je partais avant 7 heures du matin, avant l'heure du petit déjeuner, mais malgré cela, ils ont insisté pour que je prenne un café à emporter. A part cela, j'ai vu qu'il y a une belle salle de gym. L'emplacement est excellent.

One night stay only having left a riad in the medina. Check in was smooth and efficient. The room was large and clean and came with fridge and complimentary water. Good AC which was essential in the 40+ temperatures, decent gym area. Breakfast service was excellent thanks to kamal and Abdullah who were both friendly and very efficient. Thanks also to the porter who helped me get a taxi to the airport with no problems.

Cons: Pool is very small. Once there are 3 people in the pool area it is crowded. Bathroom needs attention around the shower as it was grubby.

As usual, the Tempoo is good value for money. And as a bonus, even though I had to leave very early to catch my flight, the concierge was able to arrange a breakfast for me in the morning, even outside of official breakfast hours.

Cons: The room had a very strong disinfectant smell. I found it overly aggressive. I had to open the windows to air out the room, even if it was very hot outside. I appreciate the need for cleanliness, but perhaps use a different product?

The rooms were spotless clean, spacious and well equipped. The reception area was tastefully designed and a nice space to relax and enjoy a coffee. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options and eggs cooked fresh to your liking. The buffet would benefit from having fresh fruit available.

Cons: Jag hade bokat ett rum med tre separata sängar, men vid ankomsten till hotellet fick jag ett rum med en dubbelsäng, utan någon förvarning eller förklaring. Detta är helt oacceptabelt. Jag reste med en vän, och ni kan förstå att en dubbelsäng inte var en lämplig lösning för oss. Dessutom var vi tvungna att tillbringa tre timmar på att leta efter annat boende, vilket var mycket frustrerande och orsakade onödiga besvär.

Cons: The beds are in terrible condition. I'm not saying I didn't like the bed, but rather that they shamelessly keep mattresses that are clearly destroyed! It was like sleeping on several cushions on a sofa instead of a bed. Besides, the price isn't cheap enough to allow this kind of mockery. I couldn't sleep the night I was there.

Il y'avait une réceptionniste qui s'est mal comportée avec une résidente devant moi. Cette résidente n'a rien demandé qu'à changer sa chambre à cause du bruit.

Le personnel était très aimable et serviable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié Ghizlane et Jassine de la zone petit déjeuné. L'Hivernage est une zone très animée de Marrakech, proche du centre.

Cons: la struttura è vicino ad una famosa discoteca, perciò vi ritroverete gente che torna in stanza alle 6 del mattino gridando e ascoltando musica ad alto volume, le stanze non sono insonorizzate. Un altra cosa molto negativa è stata la receptionist vecchia con gli occhiali, non dovrebbe assolutamente lavorare con il pubblico, maleducata. Il resto dello staff è stato molto gentile.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt ansprechend. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir das freundliche Personal und das leckere Frühstück. Die Location des Frühstücks war sehr sehr ansprechend. Wifi hat funktioniert. Gut ist, dass ein Airport Service angeboten wird - leider entsprach dieser aber nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die Lage des Hotels ist okay - es gibt aber bessere Lagen in Marrakesh Es ist ein kleiner Convenience store in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants die ich auch genutzt habe

Cons: Leider ist das Haus insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder auf der Plattform sehen ansprechender aus als in der Realität. Der Service zum Airport war unverhältnismäßig teuer und von schlechter Qualität (man wurde nichtmal bis ans Terminal gefahren sondern nur an den Eingang des Parkplatzes um Gebühren zu entgehen - dafür nehm ich mir ja kein Taxi) Der Geldautomat ist eine Katastrophe - so hohe Gebühren wie hier zahlt man nirgendwo sonst im ganzen Land.

Cons: La seule petite chose est que j'avais demandé qu' on me réveille tôt le matin pour me permettre d'être prête pour aller à l'aéroport. Le responsable à la réception dit qu' il a tenté de m'appeler, mais que je ne répondais pas, alors que j' étais déjà réveillée à l'heure convenue. En fait, on s'est rendu compte que mon téléphone était en dérangement! J'aurais apprécié qu' on vienne frapper à la porte de ma chambre!

Cons: Sinceramente non mi sono trovato tanto bene in questo hotel, innanzitutto non gli darei 4 stelle, forse al massimo 3, perché la porta era rotta mi è capitato che la plastica dove si mette la scheda della porta praticamente si staccava e cadeva, rimaneva solo la scheda elettronica fuori; le finestre sono molto sottili e di fronte ogni notte c'è un bar che mette musica e si sente fino all'interno della stanza disturbando il sonno. Una ragazza giovane della reception è stata abbastanza scostumata gli avevo chiesto un favore perché avevo avuto un problema con l'escursione e quindi avevo chiesto il favore di telefonare, lei ha anche telefonato ma dopo mi ha trattato praticamente in maniera molto antipatica e mi ha dato sinceramente molto fastidio; per il bagno ho riportato almeno tre volte che la doccia non drenava l'acqua e quindi il livello dell'acqua saliva quando facevo la doccia, mi hanno detto sempre sì tutto a posto ma in realtà i miei piedi erano a bagno. I pavimenti spesso sono sporchi e a volte mi è capitato che la scarpa rimanesse attaccata ai pavimenti; poi c'erano per esempio dei tubi che uscivano dal water senza coperture e senza niente; Sinceramente una sola persona è stata molto accogliente e disponibile e credo sia il ragazzo della sicurezza che è magrolino e porta gli occhiali, di cui non conosco il nome. Il materasso non è proprio comodo perché sul lato sinistro ha una pendenza che ti fa scivolare sul pavimento, la chiave elettronica della camera si è disabilitata almeno tre volte e dopo una sveglia alle 6:00 del mattino ed al rientro dopo un'escursione di un'intera giornata andare su in camera vedere che la chiave non apre andare giù alla reception a farla a ripristinare, è stato veramente scocciante per ben tre volte! L'ascensore l'ho trovato fermo almeno 2 volte e quindi mi sono dovuto fare 3 piani a piedi!! Il bancomat per il pagamento delle tasse non era funzionante.
