J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Le riad est magnifique, propre, calme et très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Je me suis senti comme à la maison et en totale confiance. Je recommande ce riad les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Marrakech. Merci encore pour tout 🙏

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel au Riad Maison H. Tout était simplement parfait ! Le service est irréprochable, le personnel extrêmement attentionné et toujours souriant. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, varié et préparé avec beaucoup de soin. La chambre était magnifique, propre, confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, tout en profitant d’un cadre authentique et relaxant. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Maison H — nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 🌿✨

Super Lage, je nach Zimmer auch sehr ruhig. Schöne Ausstattung, sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr bemüht, auch sehr nett mit Kindern und immer vor Ort. Ermäßigung bei Barzahlung, auch in Euro.
Cons: Offene Toilette im Raum vielleicht nicht immer ideal, Englischkenntnisse des Personals teilweise zu wenig für Gespräche und Beantwortung von Fragen. Schließsysteme der Zimmertüren sowie des Tresors haben seine Tücken. Frühstück ausschließlich outdoor, was bei 9 Grad schon gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Basic Infos zu Frühstückszeiten etc und Willkommenheißen haben beim Check in komplett gefehlt, war nur Bezahlung.

Cons: Il periodo , seconda metà di novembre, non avrebbe dovuto permettere di fare la colazione all'aperto sul terrazzo per la temperatura piuttosto bassa al mattino alle 8:30, ma nella pratica non c'erano altre possibilità ragionevoli, manca una sala interna di qualsiasi genere. Le condizioni alquanto scarse della manutenzione, docce che "allagano" il bagno, prese elettriche guaste, e parecchi altri dettagli un po' "fuori posto".. un peccato...

Établissement très chouette et soigné dans la décoration. Plusieurs petits espaces très cozy, un petit bassin chaud pour se détendre à l’intérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel réactif, à disposition et gentils. Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est varié et assez copieux. Cappuccino bien réussi. Nous avons commandé au restaurant La Kamounya, pour être livré à la chambre. Nourriture très bonne et personnel très pro.
Cons: Nous avons malheureusement eu des difficultés pour obtenir de l’eau chaude dans la douche, avec une mauvaise évacuation qui a eu pour effet d’inonder la salle de bain…. Le bain lui, n’avait que de l’eau froide tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé, qui était bien à disposition dans la chambre mais sans matelas (couettes et coussins ont été empilés pour faire office mais cela reste non adapté pour un bébé).

Becausw of this very slow service average time for food 15 mins - 20 mins. breakfast starts at 8:30am which is too late should be around 7:30am. The staff was very friendly and helpful with organizing things such as hammam massage etc. we were treated very well and daily received water, very delicious breakfast that vary a bit every day. The Riad was very clean and nice and nothing missing concerning the facilities. Furthermore, very close to some attractions from Marrakesh.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everywhere but thankfully no street noise at all in your room. Set back from the main road, walkable to everything. Spacious modern rooms with floor to ceiling windows and a super comfy large bed. The AC worked flawlessly, the rooftop was awesome for their delicious breakfast & suntanning. We didn't use their indoor cold plunge pool at all so I can't say how that was. Accommodating, friendly staff and the entire place was very clean. I recommend this place and would stay here again, for sure!!
Cons: It's not make or break, and we would 100% stay here again... But on our last night the neighbourhood WiFi went down completely and we couldn't connect at all. I know that's first world problems, but if you were trying to check in to your early flight the next day or arrange your driver for pick up, you would not be able to do so at all. Unfortunately for my husband it was game 7 of the world series and it shut down in the last inning when the game was tied. Again, no ones fault, it was just horrible timing. Making it all feel worse. Also the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor when it was on and the water never really got hot. But, cold showers were fine as we were always hot anyways. Told the front desk about it when we were checking out and they were apologetic and were going to fix it.

Asma and all the staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly for our entire stay at their Riad. The location is perfect for being close to landmarks, but away from too much noise so you get a peaceful rest. Our room was very comfortable and the services for breakfast, the welcome drinks and arranging airport transfers were all delivered with a high standard of customer service.
Cons: You could probably find accommodation at a lower price, but we would recommend Maison H Kasbah to anyone travelling to Marrakech.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. It is very easy to reach the location with a taxi. The center of the medina is within walking distance. The room was confortable and clean. The staff was very kind and they helped us a lot with the organisation of transfers to other locations after our stay.

I loved the property overall! The location was great, the staff were great and very accommodating. Although I did not utilize, they had great excursions you could book through them. The staff was one of my highlights especially the overnight staff. I was a solo traveler and he made sure to check on me and make sure I was okay during my stay. They also assisted with cleaning my clothes. Would definitely come back!!

Stafff was friendly and helpful at any time. Location was pretty good and close to the center. The neighborhood was nice with plenty of restaurants and everything else you needed. We booked the suite which had plenty of space and a comfy bed.
Cons: The riad definitely looks much better in the pictures. The pool on the roof doesn't have water in it. The sun beds are old and in a very poor condition. Generally the interior looks like it's used and is not in a fresh condition anymore. Same for the chill out area in the basement and the pool which indeed had water but is not in a neat condition. Our room (suite) was separated by a locked door to another room. So I was able to hear the other guests while they have been in their room. I was very disappointed by the difference between pictures and reality. Breakfast was served but quite slow.Coffee machine wasn't working and we have waited 30 - 45 minutes just to get a.coffee. Overall the staff was motivated but not fit to handle service in a pleasant way. There is much better options in the same price category around. I'm sorry to say as I liked the people who worked there but in the end this does not deserve a rating above 7.

Ein wunderschönes Riad gleich hinter dem Eingang zur Altstadt, versteckt in einer Seitengasse gelegen und von außen unmöglich als kleines Schmuckstück zu erkennen. Ausgesprochen großzügiges und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, super Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Vor allem extrem nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, das sich sowohl beim Transport des Gepäcks als auch der Organisation eines Parkplatzes sehr hilfreich zeigte.

Maison H Kasbah is a wonderful riad. The room was comfortable, spacious, and bright! The staff were amazing, especially the manager. She helped to organize a surprise birthday cake for my son at the restaurant next to the riad. And restaurant staff went all out to join the celebration!!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce Riad pour sa localisation, il était parfaitement situé pour visiter la médina, vous pouvez tout faire à pied ce qui est un vrai + (le quartier est très agréable, vivant mais pas étouffant) Le personnel était très gentil et disponible.Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas un buffet mais préparé pour chaque personne. L’établissement est décoré avec goût et tout était très propre. Un très bon rapport qualité/ prix

Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : le personnel, l’endroit, les chambres, le calme et le petit-déjeuner. Tout était incroyable ! Le personnel était à l’écoute et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres étaient très propres, spacieuses et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner était très généreux et le choix variait chaque jour. L’emplacement du riad est juste top ! Nous étions à 10 minutes, 15 minutes maximum, des principaux sites touristiques.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad a Marrakech e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza e un calore davvero speciali. I ragazzi che lavorano qui sono fantastici: sempre sorridenti, disponibili e preparatissimi su tutto, dalle informazioni pratiche sulla città ai consigli autentici su dove andare e cosa fare. Grazie a loro ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e il nostro soggiorno è stato ancora più piacevole e rilassante. Un’accoglienza così rende la differenza e lascia davvero un bel ricordo. The breakfast was great and you got alot of food that changed every morning. The staff were so helpful and kind and gave us free tea before our check in and also when we flooded our room (which was our fault!!). We had to leave to get our flight before breakfast but the staff specially made us breakfast earlier so we could have food before we left. The value for money was amazing and we had such a luxurious experience for such a low price!! You will feel truly looked after and get to experience true moroccan hospitality!

El personal muy atento y agradable, siempre con una sonrisa. Ashraf y Sidzuin sin duda son personas maravillosas y muy ospitalarias, consiguieron que en todo momento nos sintieramos como en casa. Cualquier cosa que necesitábamos o cualquier duda que teníamos nos la resolvían en seguida y nos ayudaban con todo. También te reciben siempre con un té típico de aquí y unas galletas caseras. Son ellos quien se encargan de todo en cualquier momento. Los desayunos son increíbles y muy generosos. Sin duda si tuviera que volver a Marrakech volvería a este Riad, no lo dudaría. Al final me hice amigo de ambos y es algo que me llevaré conmigo de recuerdo de vuelta a España. La unica pega que podría poner es que al centro de la medina hay 15 minutos andando, pero en partes también es de agradecer ya que en la medina hay demasiada gente y es bastante agobiante. Lo mejor para mí es que este un poco alejado para poder estar más tranquilo.

The property was by far the Nicest and cleanest accommodation we have seen in the country. The manager Asmea ( i hope thats spelt right ) was extremely helpful, the young lad who was new was also very nice to us, even showed me the nearest gym.

El riad es muy bonito y está bien ubicado, a unos 15 minutos andando de la Plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Aunque al principio la zona puede impresionar, es muy segura. Me moví sola, tanto de día como de noche, y lógicamente siempre hay que tener cuidado, pero me sentí muy cómoda y tranquila en todo momento. También cogí sola varios taxis, hay que negociar el precio, pero siempre tuve una experiencia positiva. La manager del hotel, Asmae (que me dio su número de teléfono para todo que pudiera necesitar), y los chicos de recepción son muy amables, serviciales y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesites. Hacen que te sientas en casa desde el primer momento. La habitación era limpia, amplia y cómoda, con ventiladores y aire acondicionado que se agradecieron mucho en agosto. El desayuno es muy rico y abundante, y se sirve en una terraza muy agradable. Hay que tener en cuenta que no se puede comparar con los estándares europeos, estamos en Marruecos y conviene valorar la experiencia según los estándares de aquí. Teniendo eso presente, para mí la estancia ha sido excelente y le doy un 10.
Cons: Mi estancia fue genial y nada de lo siguiente la cambia, pero lo comento para los otros viajeros. La presión de agua en la ducha es bastante baja. Recomiendo explicar muy bien el tema de las intolerancias alimenticias con un traductor. Tengo intolerancia a la leche de vaca y sus derivados, lo expliqué cada día, pero aun así me servían algo de productos lácteos en el desayuno (igualmente poca cantidad y había una gran elección de comida, así que no pasa nada). También había muchas avispas que se acercaban a la comida, aunque no hacían nada. Solo había que dejarlas tranquilas. Aun así, el desayuno fue en general una experiencia magnífica. El transfer desde el aeropuerto ofrecido por el riad cuesta 25 €. Yo reservé un taxi por Booking por 10 €, y para volver conseguí el mismo precio negociando directamente con un taxista en la calle. En Marrakech hay que negociar prácticamente todos los precios (menos en restaurantes). En la mayoría de los sitios intentan cobrarte de más al ser turista, aunque también encuentras precios razonables, sobre todo si te alejas un poco del centro. Las calles son muy sucias, pero al final es parte del encanto de esta preciosa ciudad a la que seguramente volveré.

Collaboro spesso con questa struttura e ogni volta che ci torno mi confermo nella scelta: tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, dall’arredamento scelto con gusto fino alla posizione strategica comodissima per chi arriva con un transfer dall’aeroporto o dalla stazione. Il check-in è semplice e veloce, il personale è gentilissimo: ti accolgono con un sorriso e ti fanno sentire subito a tuo agio. La connessione Wi-Fi è eccellente (cosa non scontata!), e il ristorante interno è davvero di alto livello ottimo sia per la colazione che per cena. Un grazie speciale alla responsabile Asma, sempre disponibile e attenta, che riesce davvero a far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. È il tipo di posto che consiglio sempre con fiducia ai miei viaggiatori, perché so che vivranno un’esperienza bella, comoda e senza stress.

L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné, dès mon arrivée. À l’occasion de mon anniversaire, l’équipe a eu la délicate attention de me préparer un excellent gâteau, accompagné d’une décoration soignée et d’un magnifique bouquet de roses. Nous avons passé 3 nuits absolument parfaites à la Maison H Kasbah. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccable, remplie de lumière et incroyablement confortable (literie de grande qualité et un canapé idéal pour se détendre devant la télé). La salle de bain était tout aussi superbe, on s’y sent comme chez soi ! Le ménage est fait chaque jour par un personnel discret et très respectueux de nos horaires, ce qui est un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Le personnel est tout simplement formidable : toujours disponible, souriant et prêt à rendre service. Un grand merci à Sidizouine, d’une gentillesse et d’une efficacité remarquables, et à Asma, adorable et très attentive. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais nous aurions adoré manger encore plus de spécialités marocaines, surtout ces fabuleux baghrirs (on en rêve encore 😋) ! Pas grave… nous comptons bien en faire une cure la prochaine fois ! En résumé : un havre de paix au cœur de Marrakech, l’un des plus beaux Riads de sa catégorie. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à la Maison H Kasbah et ce fut un vrai coup de cœur ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par le calme et la beauté du Riad, idéal pour se ressourcer après une journée dans l’effervescence de Marrakech. Notre chambre était très confortable, super lumineuse, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. On se sent vraiment bien dès qu’on pousse la porte. Mention spéciale pour la literie ultra-confortable, digne d’un grand hôtel ! Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours aux petits soins et avec le sourire. Asma et Sidizouine sont de véritables perles, attentionnés et disponibles à tout moment. Si nous devions mentionner un seul petit bémol, ce serait le petit déjeuner, qui nous a semblé un peu trop européen. Nous espérions davantage de spécialités marocaines pour un dépaysement total. Cela dit, ce n’est qu’un détail, car tout le reste était parfait ! Nous recommandons vivement ce Riad et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We loved the decor, the rooms were nice and spacious and clearly remodelled with modern updates, and gave the vibe of being a stylish Moroccan Riad. The staff was amazing ! Manager was very attentive to our needs and was great at solving any small glitches. She booked all of our day excursions, car rentals and guides which went above and beyond our expectations.
Cons: The first night my daughter’s room didn’t have air conditioning so she had a restless night. They said it would be fixed but when we arrived back at 10:30 pm it was still hot in the room. The manager promptly had someone fix it at 11pm!! Just needed filter cleaned and we were back on track. Rooms were very clean.

All of the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Asma was always there for us if we had questions and made our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast was so delicious and varied every day a little bit. We enjoyed having it on the beautiful terrasse. It is also a perfect location if you like to be in the Kasbah and visit the Medina or the nearby tombs. Thank you for everything!

I’ve stayed here with my mother and father. The property location was great as everything you need is within walking distance from small grocery stores to restaurants. The only downside of the location was the parking but it was solved by a parking area within 3 to 5 min walking distance from the Riad. Also, the staff all of them were very helpful and nice and welcoming. They even do a restaurant booking using their personal mobile phone without hesitating. They offer a support or help whenever you need it. We felt at home during our stay from the staff. They are the definition of hospitality.
Cons: There is no refrigerator in the room, it was solved by the staff but they could get rid of some furniture from the room and replace it with small refrigerator. In General all issues were solved by the staff. Great staff

MISLEADING AND UNTRUE INFORMATION. Our stay was simply ruined! Photos attached. ‣ The Deluxe room we booked? It's been never received. INSTEAD — we were given a completely different room with no patio, different layout, nothing like the photos. It was broken, very dirty, worn down, and falling apart. IS THE HOLE IN THE WALL IN THE SHOWER NORMAL? ‣ The host/property manager admitted it was the wrong room but refused to fix it, claiming Booking.com for the mistake. No effort to help - No solution offered - No apology & Zero empathy. ‣ Booking.com? Their "solution"- €20/MAD 20 on credit. That's it! ‣ Also, for the last two days of our stay, we were disturbed by loud construction noise from works being carried out inside the Riad during the daytime. No warning, no notice - making it impossible to sleep or relax. ‣ It's very clear this property does not care about guests' comfort, satisfaction, or/and complaints. ‣ ‣ ‣ PLEASE AVOID STAY IN THIS RIAD: "Maison H Kasbah"! Le personnelle sont aimables mais sans plus, pas très accueillant.. Le riad et jolie mais c’est tout ce qu’il apporte, attention à la piscine du haut que n’est pas utilisable. Elle pour tant mis en avant sur le profile donc assez déçu et non ne reviendrons pas !

This property is compared to others a bit expensive. And photos actually oversell what you will be getting. Room was ok, breakfast was nice, staff was good, but pool downstairs was below of what was expected, pool upstaira - that is not a pool. Location is great though. All in all property is good but in pictures it looks as more like a luxury, but in real life not even representing a proper riad. I would not choose it again for the price it charges. Sorry.

This was our first time in Marrakech, and we were not disappointed with the Riad. It's in a perfect location, close to many attractions. The Riad is so clean and modern. It smells so beautiful the minute you enter. The room was a great size with lovely decor. We were treated so well throughout our whole stay by all of the lovely people who work there. I'd like to especially mention "Doha" who was so warm and welcoming from the minute she came to collect us from our taxi. We couldn't have asked for a better person to be looking after us during our stay. She made our time in Morroco even more wonderful 😊. We would highly recommend this Riad to anyone thinking of coming here! P.S. the mocktails were also amazing!

Cons: We were disappointed that the upstairs outdoor pool, one of the reasons we booked the hotel, was out of service. The indoor pool was freezing and felt unsafe. There was damp in the room and the door did not lock properly, albeit it the staff did try to rectify this. The temperature of the shower was temperamental and there were hairs in the bed on arrival. Breakfast was fine but there was no flexibility and some of the dishes prepared were not to our taste, cheese, tuna and ketchup sandwiches for example. It was also a shame that water was so expensive Ultimately, this was the most expensive hotel we booked for our 10 day trip in Morocco and felt poor value for money. To reiterate the staff are wonderful and the location is great but I think there are nicer Riads/hotels for better prices in the city.

The riad was amazing! The room got cleaned every day! The staff was at the reception available day and night and was very very kind and helpful. The location is great, 15 minute walk to the main square and the street in itself was lively and fun to walk around. The breakfast is different every day and the rooftop is beautiful. We were leaving very early in the morning and the staff offered us to give us breakfast the night before so we could eat before we leave. That was very kind! I highly recommend anyone to stay here! Una de ellas tenía humedades y tuvimos que cambiarla pero solo quedaba libre una de categoría superior y nos obligaron a pagar el costo adicional No nos pareció correcto. El restaurante en la terraza bonito y agradable y el desayuno muy bueno. ahora bien el desayuno solo lo sirven a partir de las 8:30 y como gran favor un día que salíamos pronto lo sirvieron a las 8 Hay que tener en cuenta que si tienen excursiones y lo necesitan antes, se lo ponen la noche anterior en la puerta de la habitación. La piscina de la foto es engañosa porque en realidad es una acequia de decoración. La pequeña piscina que tienen es interior y es una tanqueta.

Le personnel est très gentil et serviable Le point négatif est qu’on devait avoir le transfert de l’aéroport vers le Riad gratuit (à partir de 3 nuits). Arrivés à l’aéroport on attend presque une heure et rien. Je contacte le Riad et on me dit que le chauffeur est en panne (chose qui peut arriver) mais il fallait nous informer surtout qu’on a fait 4h de vol avec des enfants en bas âge. Par contre notre chambre était tres bruyante car donnant sur la rue et sans isolation : impossible de dormir avant que tous les habitants du quartier ne se couchent. Les chambres sont avec des baies vitrées qui donnent sur le patio et donc impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux pour ne pas être vu de tout le monde.

Etablissement charmant, très bien placé à seulement quelques minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa el fna ou du quartier juifs avec les souks. Personnel très gentil et attentionné présent 24h/24 si besoin ! Il y a possibilité de manger dans l'hôtel ce qui est très agréable après une arrivée tardive. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avions un vol très tôt le jour de notre départ nous avons eu le petit déjeuner en chambre le soir pour le lendemain matin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Petit-déjeuner varié qui change tout les jours et délicieux.
Cons: La chambres n'était pas très grande et le point négatif est vraiment le bruit... De notre chambre nous entendions la machine de la piscine très forte, heureusement pas la nuit, mais dès le matin 8h et sur une très longue partie de la journée. Et piscine non chauffée.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in many ways. The location is fantastic, and the atmosphere is truly tranquil and stunning. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a beautiful scent in the common areas, which added to the charm of the place. Our room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, making it a lovely retreat. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious and different each morning, which was a delightful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we want to particularly mention Stefan, who handled a very unfortunate situation with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, we experienced significant issues with our room during two nights of rain. The bathroom ceiling leaked heavily, and the windows were not watertight, leading to water flooding the floor, carpet, and curtains. Dealing with this just after midnight was far from ideal, especially when all we wanted was to rest. While efforts were made the next day to fix the issue, it continued the following night, which was disappointing. Given the circumstances, we were surprised that no alternative room was offered, nor any form of compensation. Additionally, we were not big fans of the payment system. We paid half through Booking.com and the other half at the property, but when settling the remaining balance, we were asked to pay the city tax on top of the total fee. Even though we mentioned that the tax was already included in our booking, our remark was challenged by Doha, and we had to pay it again. This and other payment situation (there was another charge that wasn’t supposed to be there, which was corrected) left a bit of a sour note. The room was looked after in terms of cleaning during our stay, however, the floors didn’t seem to be hoovered during those 4 nights. Overall, we loved many aspects of our experience, but these issues did take away from the enjoyment.

We werden erg fijn ontvangen door een dame die erg gastvrij is. Ze was behulpzaam met alles en zorgde ervoor dat we ons gelijk thuis voelde, geheel ons verblijf. Daarnaast was het ontbijt elke dag variërend en ook het andere personeel was super vriendelijk. De locatie was even wennen in het oude gedeelte maar voelde ons altijd erg veilig. Echt een aanrader! Super bedankt voor onze fijne vakantie :)

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l’emplacement est idéal, pas loin des taxis pour ceux qui n’aiment pas marcher et accessible à 10-15min à pied de la place Jamaa El Fna. Les célèbres monuments sont faisables à pied pour la plupart. Le personnel était très accueillant, le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux, nous sommes restés 7 nuits et avons eu le droit à 7 petits déjeuners différents mais tous bons ! Les petits points négatifs étaient le bruit et la piscine : notre chambre était mal isolée donc nous entendions parfois le voisinage, les piscines intérieure et extérieure n’étaient pas chauffées (certainement meilleures en été mais nous sommes venus en mars). A part ces deux petits points qui restent des détails minimes nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

The property is beautifully decorated and situated in the ideal location! The staff went above and beyond to decorate the room wonderfully for my boyfriend's birthday, which was a delightful surprise. They even accommodated our vegan dietary needs. Doha was great from start to finish, she was super helpful, which enabled us to have a fantastic stay. We are absolutely thrilled with our stay. Nous avons séjourné dans ce riad du jeudi 13 au samedi 15 mars, et dans l’ensemble, c’était une très belle expérience. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la médina, parfait pour explorer Marrakech à pied. Le riad est d’une propreté impeccable, joliment décoré, et le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentif. Le petit déjeuner était un vrai régal, copieux et varié, parfait pour bien commencer la journée.
Cons: Seul bémol : notre chambre donnait sur la rue et l’insonorisation était assez limitée, ce qui a rendu les nuits un peu bruyantes.

We had an amazing stay at this Riad, great location just inside the medina, easy to access and within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. The riad organised a free airport pickup for us which gave us a very smooth check in, and once we arrived the facilities were lovely and clean, the room was a good size and a free breakfast was included every morning. There is 24/7 staff available all night and it was the staff who really made our stay great. It was my girlfriend’s birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to give her a brilliant birthday, decorating our room with balloons and candles & even giving her flowers! We specifically would like to thank Doha who went out of her way to co-ordinate all of this, and would also like to thank Stefan who was super friendly, always available to help, or just for a chat. All staff were great and we would definitely come back again.

Accueil sympathique, jus offert à l'arrivée et Stéphane a été réactif et aidant pour accéder au parking. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Notre chambre était surprenante dans la configuration avec d'énormes baies vitrées pour y accéder (bien cachés cependant grâce à de gros rideaux) ainsi qu'entre la partie lit et salle de bains. Pas de tv mais pas gênant pour nous. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons découvert ce Riad lors de notre séjour à Marrakech, et quelle belle surprise ! Le Riad est d’une propreté irréprochable, un vrai plaisir. Dès l’entrée, on est enveloppé par une délicieuse odeur qui se diffuse dans tout le lieu. Le Riad est spacieux, joliment décoré et surtout très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont exactement comme sur les photos, aucune mauvaise surprise ! Le lit était très confortable, ce qui a rendu nos nuits encore plus agréables. Nous avons été mises à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est vraiment au top : toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à répondre à nos moindres questions. Mention spéciale à Mohcine et Reda, qui ont été des amours avec nous tout au long du séjour. Ils ont su allier professionnalisme et bonne humeur, et nous avons beaucoup ri en leur compagnie. Les femmes de chambre sont également adorables et attentionnées. Le Riad est très sécurisé, ce qui était important pour nous, étant deux femmes seules. Un grand merci à Stéphane, le surveillant, pour sa vigilance et sa gentillesse, toujours présent pour veiller au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Nous remercions aussi chaleureusement les cuisiniers, qui nous ont régalées chaque jour. Le petit-déjeuner varié et différent chaque matin était un vrai délice, préparé avec soin et créativité. Quant à la gérante, elle est formidable : professionnelle, bienveillante et toujours à l’écoute, même quand nous avions mille questions ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons ce Riad les yeux fermés !

Loved the staff, the decor, the location. Staff were super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help. The decor is really, really lovely - contemporary Morroccan with a nod to the traditional. Great roof terrace for breakfast and lounging in the sun. The location in the Kasbah is fantastic - easy to walk around and get to the Medina or Gueliz. I'm not a fan of super touristy areas, this felt more local and there are some great local spots to eat about 20m away from the Riad.
Cons: Only couple of niggles are that the hot water wasnt very hot at night (was fine in the morning) - would be ok in summer but not so good in winter (when I was there) and the rooms are advertised as having tea and coffee making facilities in them, they dont. Would also be great if the breakfast area was non-smoking....

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich einen schwarzen Mitarbeiter, leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht mehr, jedenfalls hat er sich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich um uns gekümmert und jeden Wunsch schon vor wir ihn geäußert haben, erfüllt. Le personnel : très bon accueil, prévenant, attentionné, faisant de son mieux pour compenser les aberrations des équipements !
Cons: Les équipements sanitaires et l’éclairage Douche à l’italienne parfaitement inutilisable, écoulement totalement inadapté, pas de joint entre la douche et les toilettes donc les pieds dans l’eau en permanence malgré une pression particulièrement faible, difficile de se rincer... Éclairage uniquement tamisé dans la chambre, impossible de se préparer, de trouver ses affaires dès qu’il fait nuit. Une cafetière dans la chambre serait bienvenue puisque le petit dej n’ouvre que de 8h30 à 10h …

Liebevolles, individuelles Frühstück zwar in kleinen Portionen aber wirklich ausreichend. Eierspeisen konnten bestellt werden. Bedienung sehr nett und freundlich.
Cons: Die Dame an der Rezeption unserer Meinung nach hatte ein unsägliches Verhalten gegenüber Gästen. Ihren Ton gg. Gästen hatte Sie nach unserer Auffassung nicht im Griff! Hintergrund: am letzten Tag beim check out wurden uns Nebenkosten ( für Cappuccino und Cola ca EUR 14 ) berechnet, die wir angeblich getrunken hätten. Speziell, betreffend der Kosten für den Cappuccino wäre nur 1 Cappuccino kostenfrei im Frühstück enthalten. Auf meine Nachfrage, warum man das nicht vorher sagen würde wurde, die Dame von der Rezeption etwas lauter. Tut mir leid so ein freches Verhalten geht gar nicht. Nach längerer Diskussion nahm sie dann widerwillig, die Nebenkosten von der Rechnung. Abends wird ein Menü für 50 EUR pro Person angeboten. Nach unserer Auffassung ein Essen für 100 EUR ( für 2 Personen ) in Marokko steht nicht unbedingt im Verhältnis, da kann man weitaus günstiger draußen essen!

La atención personalizada, la hospitalidad y el profesionalismo de todo el staff. Especialmente Doha quién supo atender cada necesidad que tuve con mucha paciencia y consideración. Reda quién me asistió con los antojos de té a la menta a cualquier hora. Stephan quién se preocupó de mantener encendido el fuego de la gran chimenea otorgando al patio de la kasbah un espacio de gran calidez.

Riad au top très bien situé non loin de la place avec un personnel au top du top toujours à l’écoute aux petits soins que ce soit de la responsable, de Stephane, des cuisinières, des serveurs, des femmes de ménage vraiment rien à redire . Un grand bravo au personnel Un petit déjeuner hors du commun très très copieux du salé du sucré tout est fait maison des nouvelles choses tous les jours tout est excellent et en plus un vrai café expresso le matin (très très important pour mon mari) Riad très propre Un cadre parfait Très belle décoration des chambres et du Riad Riad à recommander sans hésitations Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir

Polożenie w spokojnej czesci miasta. Blisko do większości atrakcji. Cicho i komfortowo. Ekskluzywny, nowoczesny i artystyczny wystrój. Piękny, duży i wygodny pokój z kominkiem. Klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie. Luksusowo i bardzo czysto. Śniadania serwowane na tarasie sa bardzo obfite, urozmaicone i pyszne. Obsługa znakomita. Zapewniono nam niezapomniany pobyt w Marrakesh.

Plus la peine d'hésiter, c'est le riad qu'il vous faut. Emplacement juste idéal, Nous sommes venus faire un séjour en amoureux et nous avons eu une prestation digne de ce nom ( ils ont tout géré de notre arrivée à notre départ ). Le personnel est aux petits soins, nous avons pour habitude de voyager mais c'est bien la première fois que nous avons eu un service aussi raffiné. Milles mercis encore à toute l'équipe de ce Riad vous avez été des amours, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir vous voir. Pour plus de détails, Navette privée depuis l'aéroport, petit déjeuner très diversifié ( salade de fruit, yahourt, pain, omelette, soupe,....) service du diner aux chandelles sur les toits à minuit passé avec une cuisine exceptionnelle, service de coca, thé, de tarte, gâteau sur la terrasse autour de la piscine, en chambre ou sur la terrasse ... bref j'en ai dit assez je vous laisse juste allé vérifier de vous même tout ça !!!!!

Nous avons passé un moment magique au riad. L'accueil était chaleureux, le personnel aux petits soins et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient impeccables, décorées avec goût, et reflétaient parfaitement l'authenticité marocaine. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, varié et copieux, servi dans un cadre agréable, souvent sur une terrasse avec une vue imprenable. L'emplacement du riad est idéal , Nous recommandons vivement ce riad à quiconque souhaite découvrir Marrakech dans un cadre mêlant confort, tradition et hospitalité exceptionnelle.
