Nous avons aimé par dessus tout l’accueil et le personnel ! Yacine nous te remercions pour ta bienveillance, ton accueil chaleureux, tes conseils, ta gentillesse etc etc ! Tout le reste du personnel aussi était adorable. Le jour où nous sommes arrivées Yacine est venu nous chercher à pied jusqu au taxi pour nous guider jusqu a l’hôtel. Nous avons également étaient escortées au retour jusqu a notre taxi par un autre jeune homme. Le Riad est ultra bien placé dans Marrakech ! En plein dans l’effervescence de cette ville ultra vivante ! On aurait pas trouvé mieux ! Le Riad est propre, bien entretenu, notre chambre également, elle était très propre et le lit très confortable ! Le petit déjeuner que nous avons pu prendre un matin était excellent et servi avec soin ! Mille mercis pour votre accueil chaleureux ! Manon et Clémence , de Cannes !

I had a very good impression of this riad based on Booking and Google reviews, but they still managed to exceed my expectations. From the attention and care of the staff to the food, location, and pleasant atmosphere, everything played an important role in making my trip to Marrakech a truly memorable experience. It was my first time staying in a riad, and I was impressed by the size of the room and the overall sense of grandeur. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yassen. He took the time and had the patience to help me plan an itinerary that perfectly matched my goals and travel style. He also arranged several activities for me, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Beyond that, he was always available to help with even the smallest things — from checking whether prices in the markets were fair to evaluating items I was considering buying. For someone visiting Marrakech for the first time, this level of support brings enormous peace of mind. He was truly essential in making my experience so special.
Cons: The only small downside was that the bathroom cleanliness could have been better, but overall the experience was excellent.

L’accueil du personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, un grand merci à Yassine particulièrement qui a était adorable très disponible et serviable. Une personne très touchante. Le reste du personnel a été très aimable également. Le petit déjeuner était correct juste ce qu’il fallait avec quelques produits locaux.
Cons: Le Riad est très beau mais il faudrait quelques rafraîchissements à certains endroits. ( peinture qui s’effrite, transats du rooftop abîmés …)

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I really felt it was deserved. Yassi is without a doubt the best receptionist I have ever met, and I say this after having travelled a lot. From the very first moment we arrived until the very last minute when we left, he was incredibly attentive. He helped us with everything we asked for, organised all our plans, and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. Every request we had was handled quickly and with great care. On top of that, he was always extremely kind, friendly and genuinely pleasant. His professionalism and attitude truly made our stay much better. He really deserves special recognition.

La máxima aspiración de un viajero en su destino es sentirse cuidado, incluso mimado. Existen alojamientos más lujosos que este Riad, especialmente en la zona de Hivernage. Pero estoy convencido que en ninguno se preocuparían más por nuestro bienestar y comodidad. Samir y el resto de la plantilla ( Fátima y Ayoub) fueron diligentes y solícitos de forma permanente a cualquier necesidad que nos surgió. Fue un disfrute cada minuto que pasamos en el Riad, tan diferente al contorno de la Medina.Todos los momentos fueron mágicos: el amanecer desde la terraza, el desayuno, el refrigerio del mediodía que sirve para retomar fuerzas para volver a sumergirte en la atmósfera del Zoco, el baño en la piscina a cualquier hora del día...y todo ello, en una respetuosa intimidad, dado que sólo hay 4/5 habitaciones, lo que permite una atención absolutamente personalizada. Volveremos. Inshallah.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Riad II Parco dei Principi and we’re deeply grateful for the hospitality we received throughout our stay. First and foremost, we want to express our sincere appreciation to Ayoub, who was acting as the substitute manager during our visit. Even though he had only recently taken on the role, we were truly impressed by how confident, capable, and professional he was. Ayoub went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always helpful, always kind, and full of insightful tips and tricks about the city. Thanks to him, we were able to discover Marrakech in a much more authentic and informed way, from what to see to how to navigate the souks like locals. The Riad itself is beautiful and incredibly well located, right in the heart of the Medina, which allowed us to explore many of the city’s main attractions on foot. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having the chance to relax by the pool in the courtyard was a real highlight—it became our favourite way to unwind in the evenings. The entire staff was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home and even offered us the opportunity to try different Moroccan teas during our stay, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Although the Riad’s architecture and decor are stunning, we truly believe that its greatest value lies in its people. The team made our experience unforgettable, and for that we are truly thankful. Cons: Our stay at the Riad was only negatively impacted by the bathroom setup. The shower had no curtain or glass partition, which meant that every time we showered, the entire bathroom floor got completely wet. A simple addition like a shower curtain or screen would make a big difference.

Great location, a short walk from the souks but also easy to find on foot from the nearest taxi-drop off point - very important when travelling with suitcases etc. We stayed in the 'Talitha' room, which was spacious and had a large, very comfortable double bed and small safe for valuables (note, laptops do not fit - only passports/wallet). The bathroom was also very spacious, clean and modern (note, there is no standing shower - only a bath with a hand-held shower on the side). The room had a strong air con/heater system that worked very well, which was important as we visited during a cold spell where temperatures reached 2C outside at night. Both the room and the riad are nicely decorated with traditional touches, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. WiFi was very good and allowed video calls.
Cons: Nothing! I would point out that the riad is next door to a mosque, so you will be woken just before dawn with the 'call to prayer' playing from loudspeakers - it is very loud! However, this is common throughout the medina and I doubt it can be avoided, no matter where you stay.

Très bon emplacement dans la Médina, personnel très serviable et préoccupé que le séjour se passe bien. Nous avons pu en particulier faire deux excursions (Atlas et Essaouira) organisées par le Riad. Nous avons également pu profiter de deux excellents diners dans le Riad et de nombreux conseils pour visiter Marrakech.
Cons: Chambre un peu petite, mais c'était la dernière qui restait disponible. Quelques problèmes avec le Wi-Fi au début du séjours mais qui ont été rapidement résolus par l'intervention d'un technicien.

I loved everything about this property! It was quiet, beautiful, peaceful, and the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I felt so safe and welcomed being a female and traveling with my bestfriend who’s also a female. Yassine was so helpful towards us and even helped us get taxi’s for cheaper and would walk us to our taxi. The breakfast was delicious and our room was so clean. If I’m ever in Morocco I would 100% stay here.

The Riad was incredibly beautiful, just like it appears in the photos. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Our room (Winston) was very comfortable and clean. What we appreciated the most was how attentive, helpful, and friendly the staff were. From the airport transfer to the transfer to the Agafay Desert, restaurant recommendations, and the great service in between — always accompanied by fresh mint tea — everything was perfectly arranged. A special thanks to Yassin, who managed everything wonderfully for us. Many, many thanks for the wonderful stay and all your efforts. You truly made our trip perfect with your outstanding service. La limpieza de habitaciones y del propio alojamiento es impecable. La conexión wifi, perfecta así como la ubicación del alojamiento, a poca distancia de sitios de interés como la Plaza de Jemaa el-Fnaa en una zona tranquila con fácil acceso desde la calle Rue Fátima Zahra
Cons: Nos alojamos en la Suite De Luxe Winston y consideramos la iluminación más allá de la habitación [ zona de baño y entrada ] era demasiado escasa. La disponibilidad de una única cortina opaca restringía la posibilidad de entrada de luz natural frente a la intimidad de la habitación. Sería necesario además de la cortina opaca una de menor gramaje y blanca que no te expusiese directamente al paso de la gente

We stayed only for one night, but the staff was very welcoming and the room was very good, spacious and private, even if it faced the main courtyard. The Riad was very quiet and isolated from the chaos of the main road. The location is amazing, central and easy to find.

Siamo rimasti colpiti piacevolmente da questo affascinante riad: pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. È una struttura che ti catapulta nelle storie delle Mille e una Notte. La colazione è ottima e viene servita nella corte interna: un luogo rilassante e molto suggestivo. Il personale è gentile e accogliente, sono sempre pronti a dare ascolto a tutte le richieste, cercando di trovare una soluzione per qualsiasi cosa. Questa struttura ha, inoltre, una posizione ottima per girare tutta la medina (è posizionata a pochi minuti dalla piazza centrale e dai Souk) ma anche vicina al punto in cui è possibile prendere i taxi per spostarsi nella città nuova. Assolutamente soddisfatti!!!

Unglaublich, dass man aus dem Trubel der Souks in eine solche meditative Stille eintauchen kann. Der Innenhof ist selbst bei großer Hitze kühl und das Bad angenehm erfrischend. Die Dachterrasse eine Oase der Ruhe, wunderschön bepflanzt. Das Treiben vor dem Riad hört man an keinem Ort. Die Lage ist optimal um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war liebevoll gerichtet, der Orangensaft herausragend. Alle die dort arbeiten, waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

It was such a beautiful Riad with only a couple rooms so the staff has a lot of time for you. They all knew our names and they always asked how we were and if we needed anything. The location was in the middle of the Medina. There were no cars allowed in the street which makes it a lot better.

Todo ha sido perfecto! El riad es muy bonito, la comida y el desayuno estaban riquísimos, la ubicación en la medina es estupenda y sobretodo el trato del personal es maravilloso. Samir siempre pendiente de nosotras para facilitarnos todo y hacernos sentir como en casa, ayudarnos concualquier cosa, ofreciendo ayuda para todo, gestión de traslados y excursiones ... También Ibrahim fue encantador. No hay estrellas suficientes para valorar nuestra experiencia en el Riad. Muchas gracias por hacernos pasar esta estancia tan increíble! Sin duda recomendable 100 %

The best thing no doubt is the staff s friendliness. The patio around the lovely pool is a wonderful site and so is the roof terrace. We had lunch and breakfast and were impressed with it all. Samir and team made everything possible to make us feel welcome and at home. The location is perfect as it’s in the medina area but within easy reach of the medina door where the taxi driver will drop you. Just head to the pharmacy ans reference and the road is next door (the sign in the wooden door is small though so you might miss it) We’ll come back again for sure.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Our room was cool which was much needed in 40 degree heat, the pool clean and refreshing. Breakfast was fab. The very best thing about this place is the staff, Samir and Ibrahim went out of their way to help us during our stay and we couldn’t be more grateful! We will definitely stay here again.

This was the most perfect stay for us in Marrakesh! The riad was beautiful with lots of spaces to relax, either down in the courtyard or on the rooftop. The staff were honestly incredible; Samir was so helpful, answering all our questions and helping us to book places for lunch and dinner. The location of the riad is super convenient, everything was in walking distance and we were able to find our way back to the riad without using maps. Our trip was fantastic from start to finish, we were picked up from the airport and brought back to the riad where we had the most delicious lunch in the courtyard by the pool! Breakfast every morning was fantastic, it was super relaxed and there was so set time! Could not have asked for better staff and customer service throughout.

Lovely and safe riad in the heart of the Medina Our first time in Morocco – two women, feeling cautious. From the start, Samir (the host) was kind and helpful. He organised everything perfectly: transfer, meals, local tips. The riad is charming, very clean, and centrally located. Our room was spacious, cool (with air conditioning), and well equipped. Breakfast was generous and traditional, with free tea and coffee. We felt safe and truly welcome – thanks to the warm, respectful hospitality. We’ll definitely come back!

A fabulous Riad in the middle of the Medina, perfect for our visit. Ayoub gave us a great welcome, and looked after us so well during our visit, along with the other lovely staff. Breakfasts were fabolous, and set us up for the day. It's a very relaxing Riad, in the middle of a buzzing city, we loved the pool for cooling down, and chilling. The rooftop was very nice also. A big thank you to everyone.

We stayed for two nights in Riad II Parco Principi. One night on arriving in Morocco and one just before we left. This was a nice quiet and beautiful Riad with a convivial welcome and a nice breakfast, also well Suited for visiting places like the Secret Garden. The large room we had for the first night was pretty nice. The second room also not bad. The host helped us get the Aircon working. Thank you. Top Tipp, Try to buy a Moroccan SIM card as soon as you arrive. We found a phone shop just outside the Medina entrance. It avoids a lot of hassle trying to find your Hotel and awkward conversations
Cons: What soured our stay a little was that for the first night we had booked but not payed. When it came to checking out the host gave us an imaginative exchange rate which made the room 12 euros more expensive and I’m Not talking about the tourist tax. It’s more about the principal than the nominal amount. If you want to stay here pay for everything on Booking.com. Then pay the Guest tax in change. That way you can’t be unnecessarily diddled.

This beautiful riad was an oasis from the hectic pace of the Medina. The Moorish design included hand painted doors and unique tilework. The riad is located in the upscale Mouassine neighborhood with high quality shops and a lively cafe. The breakfast was delicious and uniquely Moroccan. The owner was very helpful in scheduling transportation from the airport and train station.

Our room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. It was cleaned each day which was great. The pool was lovely for a cold dip to cool down from the heat. Samir was very helpful and kind to us - nothing was too much trouble.
Cons: There was one member of staff who was rude and unprofessional which really tainted our stay. We weren’t given a key to the main door to the riad (which is fine) but when you’re waiting ages to get in at night, it is an issue. When we were leaving the riad to get our taxi transfer which was organised by the manager, the member of staff tried to blame us for it being late and saying we should have booked it earlier. He laughed in our faces when we said we would miss our flight if we had to wait 30 minutes longer for the taxi. I think the breakfasts could be more varied and water in the fridges would be nice. We also expected a tea / coffee making station in the room. Our TV didn’t work.

Cons: Where to begin? WiFi didn’t work and, despite telling two people, no one did anything to help. No key to the front door so you have to ring and ring and wait (which is not great when it’s late at night). We came home one night and a stray cat was in our room—no idea how it got in there. Breakfast is terrible—bread, tea, and syrupy orange juice, that’s it. We booked the suite because we wanted the bathtub—nope! The plug didn’t work so you couldn’t take a bath. Even more hilariously, the sink plugs were broken and always down so the sinks filled and stayed that way for a bit. Not at all worth the cost. Having stayed at a bunch of other Riads and Dars on our trip, this was not worth the money at all.

Beautiful riad conveniently located in the medina. Breakfast at the riad was great and we enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop terrace at sunset. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.
Cons: Our bathroom had a shower head but it was not attached to the wall so it was not easy to shower. My husband and I had to hold the shower head for the other person each time. I'm not sure if all rooms are like this so check the photos!

An absolutely wonderful Riad. The layout, decor and vibe were just so beautiful and classy. My room was extremely luxurious. I felt like a queen. The bed, pillows and linen were so comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful notwithstanding being in the middle of the medina that I slept a solid 8 hours (maybe more) every night. The breakfasts were amazing. Loooved the amlou. Samir and Anwar were incredibly hospitable and helpful. I woke up with a cold on the Sunday and Samir arranged a delivery of medication for me. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, very clean Riad, great breakfast, super helpful staff, advice where needed, comfortable rooms, lovely roof terrace. Would happily recommend to anyone!

Staff and service: Samir was the most accommodating host! The kitchen staff were a dream - indulged all our (my) whims and made me pancakes AND crepes. They also seem to clean the room and change the towels every time we leave. Location: THE most beautiful location, well appointed, every corner is picturesque. Conveniently located 5-10 mins walk away from the medina and djema el fna, and 5-10 mins ride away from usual suspects bahia, badi, menara etc. VERY VERY VERY SAFE!!! Room: Sockets aplenty! Air-conditioned with a tub with water that heats up quickly and with good water pressure. Extras: They arranged transport too from and back to the airport (including a porter to carry our luggages). I WILL BOOK HERE AGAIN!!!

Riad il Parco dei Principi in Marrakech is a real find. We loved how they paid attention to the little things - the bathrobes and towels had the hotel's name on them, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and gave us plenty of energy for exploring the city. One of the best parts was the pool - it was great for a dip whether it was scorching hot or after the sun went down. The place is right in the middle of everything, but you'd never know it once you're inside - it's so peaceful. We were impressed by how well-designed everything was, with the Winston room at the heart of it all. The rooftop quickly became our favorite spot. It's got this laid-back feel with plants everywhere, and the music they play just puts you at ease. We couldn't get enough of the Moroccan lamps - they're beautiful and give the whole place a warm glow at night. It's clear they put a lot of thought into making the riad feel both luxurious and authentic. If you're looking for a place that feels special but still comfortable, we'd definitely recommend giving this one a try. It's got that perfect mix of Moroccan style and modern comfort that made our stay unforgettable.
Cons: When asked about things we didn't like, it's honestly hard to come up with much. If we had to mention something, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit lower than what you might find in a newer hotel. But that's pretty typical for a riad in an older building, and it really didn't bother us. It certainly didn't take away from our overall experience, which was overwhelmingly positive. We understood it's part of staying in a charming, traditional property, and the authentic atmosphere more than made up for it.

From the very beginning, we had excellent communication with Samir, who runs the property. We had arranged to have a taxi pick-up to and from the airport. This cost was 420 DH. This is expensive, but worth the cost and provide peace of mind. Stepping into the riad was like walking into an Arabic oasis. It is beautifully decorated and the pool welcoming. We used the pool everyday to battle the heat. Drinks were always offered and available to cool down. They would even go to the store next door to grab us additional bottles of water at no extra cost. Samir also provided us with recommendations on where to eat, what to see and for some excursions. He also made reservations for us, always getting the best tables. Him and the team wanted to ensure that our stay was lovely and that we would leave back home with a good impression of them and their country. Would highly recommend and would come back.
Cons: Everywhere cash is widely accepted, either DH or EUR. To pay for the hotel by credit card there is a 3.5% charge. The AC does work in the room, however it is not very low like Westerns are use to. Though the room temperature isn't a problem, the mini fridge can be colder. There are multiple WIFI hotspots and sometimes the connection can be better. There was a TV in our room, but it didn't work. The breakfast was traditional, but only consisted of breads like pancakes, crepes, rolls, etc. This was filling, but missed some protein.

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Calm and relaxing after a buzy day. Very clean and comfortable. Great location in walking distance to most attraction. Staff was excellent and Sarim was very attentive and gave us most apreciative info. Nice breakfast served at the patio and a dip in the pool afterwards was a perfect start of the day. I recomend accepting the Riads offer on getting picked up at the airport and escorted to the Riad as cars cannot drive inside the Medina. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

This Riad was lovely and quiet. We liked the convenience of being in the Medina with an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed having mint tea on the roof. Samir and his excellent staff make you feel like special guests.

Very Welcoming, on arrival our taxi driver rang the hotel as we got there late at night, and one off the staff members came out and got a suitcases and brought us to the hotel, it’s located heart off marrakech, short walk to Marrakech market it’s self. couldn’t fault it, really good breakfast every morning which was included in price stay, The manager was very helpful with directions or anything we needed, always made sure we went out with fresh water. If we went back to marrakech wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this Riad again

Fabulous stay! We had all the help and support from our hotel staff. They arranged us all we asked including shisha in the terrace and reservation with hamam😍 They also had a super good idea of what to do in Marrakech. We loved our stay and it was as we dreamed about. The riad is truly spectacular, a peaceful haven amongst the chaos that is the medina! Moustafa was a splendid host and was happy to answer any questions we had and was always there to provide a much needed refreshing drink. He couldn't have done more to help us! Samir provided recommendations of things to do and places to eat which was helpful. The breakfast was incredible, a good variety to suit all palettes. Compliments to the chef! The whole riad is very zen, it has beautiful plants all around to add the relaxing ambience. The riad exudes earthy and natural vibes and we really did feel well rested whilst staying there. Would I stay again at this riad if I returned to the melting pot that is Marrakech? 100% YES

The Riad is located at the heart of the Medina, with all main visit points at a walking distance. There is the possibility to book airport transfers, which we did, and both worked perfect - taxis cannot drive you inside the Medina, but someone will accompany you by walk until the Riad (very cool since we arrived late night). The Riad is super nice, with all rooms facing the interior terrace with a pool, but also with a rooftop. The room was big and comfortable (room Yves). The breakfast is served by the pool and is amazing!! A big highlight is the hospitality of the team - 10/10. Always prompt to help with anything, and always offering support. Samir gave us a list of recommendations and chatted with us on our questions around Morocco/Marrakech - very interesting! I highly recommend this Riad if you are looking for a local and comfortable experience :)

The room was really spacious, we booked a triple with single beds, the pillows were very comfy. the room was right in the middle of the souks but was so quiet (although we didnt spend alot of time there as we were out and about) the hotel itself seemed quiet (maybe it was time of year) the staff were always on hand and were so so nice, would have been even more beautiful during warmer weather im sure. the staff were so nice the breakfast was really delicious and filling.
Cons: You dont have immediate access to get inside the property you have to knock on the door and wait for them to let you in and it made me feel really bad waking up the nightshift as we were leaving relatively early in the morning for trips and having dinner early (which they were really accommodating with) or getting back later after dinner

The place itself is beautiful, the patio and common areas are well equipped and decorated. You could just stay there and not go out and it would be a nice experience. Location is great. Rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is absolutely charming, we felt as if it was our own family hosting us. Samir and Mustapha were amazing since the beginning, also the girls.
Cons: Showers could be better. In one room it was only the tub with the telephone shower, with no curtain and nowhere to hold the shower head. The other room was better for it had a shower apart from the bathtub, but there was no place to put the shampoo and soap, and the drain was a bit clocked because it got a bit soaked.

Their breakfast within the courtyard in the morning was incredible - having staying at many 5* hotels around the world, we wanted to stay somewhere authentic for this trip, and it did not disappoint. The hotel was really cozy with small hallways and stairs resembling a nice labyrinth. With only five rooms, it gives you a sense of privacy. It is located in the Medina, just few feet away from where the zouk begins. However, it is very quiet inside the hotel and the bustle from the outside can only be heard slightly when sitting on the terrace. The outdoor spaces; the courtyard and the rooftop terraces was the absolute best. The staff was really accommodating and always helpful. Especially the manager Samir was nice and had a lot of good tips to guide you in Marrakech. If possible, eat dinner or lunch at the hotel. The cook there made the best Moroccan dishes.

Samir was very warm welcoming and gave a lot of useful information as part of check in process. We happened to go to two the restaurants he recommended and both were very good. He offered to book us anything we needed help with and we took him up on the offer once. He booked the restaurant for us very promptly. Thank you Samir! The Riad is charming whilst not being too flashy or polished. The top terrace is a nice place to chill. We had the Josephine room at the top which made the terrace even more easily accessible.
Cons: There was no where to hang the shower head in the bath. You’re having to hold it the entire and put it down and turn on/off when you need to use soap/shampoo.

There are lots of great things about this riad but the hospitality of its gracious hosts is the big stand out. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Mussafa met us from our taxi to guide us to the riad and made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast on the terrace and Samir kindly gave us an overview of things to do and helped us with booking a hammam and restaurant reservations. The riad itself is beautiful and offers a peaceful escape from the chaos of the medina just beyond its walls. The terrace and the pool are lovely and the attention to detail in the rooms and around the riad showcase that authentic Moroccan style. The air con was powerful which was certainly needed during our stay and helped to block some of the expected noise from the busy medina outside. Going off our walks around the medina the riad is in a much quieter area and we always felt safe walking through at night. Overall I’d say this riad offers a perfect stay in Marrakech and we’d love to return one day. Thank you Muffasa and Samir!
Cons: The only very small things I would say is that I’d prefer a shower cubicle and a firmer mattress but these are hugely insignificant in the grand scheme of our stay.

We loved it and we will return for sure. Unfortunately, I don't remember now the names of the kind staff, sorry, but they are all extremely delicate and kind. I am anxious to return. It was an absolute delight staying at this Riad and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Prior to arriving we were worried that Marrakesh had been badly affected by the recent earthquake, so we were hesitant about travelling incase we would be a nuisance if rescue/re-building efforts were ongoing. However the Riad staff assured us prior to arrival that Marrakesh was largely unaffected- which was 100% correct (we just didn’t visit the Atlas Mountains). The bedrooms and communal areas were beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. The staff were so warm and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make the visit more enjoyable. Lastly the location of the Riad was fantastic as we could get into the heart of city on foot within 5 minutes.

EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT.....need I say more! The max score I can give is 10, else I would have given a higher score. The breakfast was just amazing, both in service and content. There was something new every morning. The rooms and bathrooms were large and clean and the housekeeping impeccable. Both Mustafa who looks after the property, and Samir the manager, were fabulous....very customer centric, but more importantly, awesome human beings! I would even go to the extent of saying that it felt like we stayed at our own home with our two family members. One of them was always there to help. We never heard a "no" to any question/request we had. Their Riad is also in the best location, a few steps away from everything you want to do. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, we would go again and again and again!

The Riad’s location is safe, very short distance from the square and the main road, but it’s also very quite insiste which I was quite surprised about. The rooms design was very unique, my mum and I absolutely loved our stay here. I definitely recommend!

Cons: All in all a disappointment. There is real potential for the property to be beautiful but it needs a lot of work as it’s tired, old and uncared for. The Riad is not as advertised. There is no restaurant. We arrived late at night and had requested dinner, however this wasn’t communicated and so wasn’t provided. The room does not have a mini bar or tea and coffee bar as advertised. No shampoo/shower gel. There was also no water in the room, which is so poor. The bed was saggy and clearly old. We both rolled into the middle of it. The bathroom doesn’t have a shower. The whole space felt uncared for and was not particularly clean - lots of dust on surfaces. There were also a lot of broken small things in the riad such as curtain poles and hooks, lamps, radiators, which all added to the shabbiness. The breakfast was poor - juice clearly from a packet, rock hard stale bread, microwaved pancakes, old butter. I’ve had better breakfast in £8 a night hostels. Understaffed. While the guy who worked through the night and breakfast was very sweet, hardworking and certainly trying his best, there was too much for him to do to make it a great service. This isn’t what you expect in 4 star or for nearly double what other Riads charge. It feels like a scam as it was so far from what we expected at the price.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk through the souks to the main square. It was a beautiful calm place to relax after the craziness of the outside. The roof terrace was amazing. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. I would definitely recommend a stay here and if we were to return to Marrakech (which I'm sure we will at some point) the I wouldn't hesitate in booking the same riad again. If it's your first time in Marrakech then I would definitely use the Raids airport transfer service rather than get a taxi from the airport, especially if you arrive at night. The souks can be intimidating at night and you will be pestered by locals offering to show you the way for a price. Using the riad taxi will eliminate this as you'll be taken to the door without being pestered. Although it is situated on a straight bit of path/road from where the taxi would drop you off the door to the riad is easily missed.

We really enjoyed it, and loved the moroccan pastries along with the varied selection of plates. The terrace was a lovey place to spend the afternoon in. Layla, Samir & Mostafa were incredible hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. Our rooms would be cleaned every morning and the room was very comfortable. The staff were so kind and offered us endless amounts of moroccan tea. The location of the Riad is also super convenient as its quiet but very close to all the main attractions and the square. I would say we had exceptional customer service, i forgot what time we were supposed to check out and they offered us another room to wait in till it was time for our flight.
Cons: We would have loved a few more savoury options at breakfast to balance out all the sweet ones but the breakfast was lovely none the less.

Varied, and very tasty, a variety of fruit, yogurt, pastries and breads, jams, and all that without thinking of anything cooked as well! There are only 5 or 6 rooms. Ours was huge, overlooked the courtyard, well equipped bathroom, small fridge in the room for keeping libations cool, (the Riad doesn't have a licence, but nothing stopping you from bringing it in). The air conditioner worked well .

The patio area with the pool was cool and calming and they let us have breakfasts and a dinner on the terrace upstairs which was delightful. A lovely freshly prepared breakfast every morning, and they arranged taxis for wherever we wanted to go and were helpful with directions around the Medina itself. We booked an evening meal for our arrival and they even managed to get us a lovely bottle of red wine to enjoy. Situated on a noisy busy street, but inside was so quiet and peaceful. My sister and I had the best time ever - will definitely be back.
