J’ai aimé l’emplacement, à proximité de la place Jemaa El Fna et de nombreuses boutiques et restaurant dans les ruelles adjacentes Le petit déjeuné très copieux, au top ! Le personnel très bienveillant, agréable, respectueux.
Cons: Le Riad est pas facile à trouver. Arriver sur la place qu’indique le GPS, mieux vaut demander des renseignements sur le lieux exact du Riad aux habitants. Pour ma part, j’ai dormi au rez de chaussée, Et le rez de chaussée est vraiment bruyant. On entend les arrivé, les départs des autres hôtes. Les discutions, le téléphone sonner. Les personnels a oublié de faire la chambre et changer les serviettes de bain une journée ( pour ce qui est des serviettes ça été vite gérer par le personnel présents sur place. Des petites finitions et travaux de restauration sont à prévoir dans ce Riad.. et les serviettes de bains à renouveler, elles sont très, très usées.. les consommations sur place, au Riad, sont élevés.

Une belle découverte au cœur de la médina. Un endroit au calme, une très jolie décoration. Un personnel d’une gentillesse et un petit-déjeuner incroyable.
Cons: Les finitions dans la salle de bain. Nous avions 2 chambres , une pour nos filles. Le robinet du lavabo fuit, malgré nos demandes de réparations, cela n’a pas pu être modifié sans fuite. Mais le personnel a relancé plusieurs fois le réparateur.

Karim was echt een fantastische gastheer die ons met tips goed op weg hielp. Daarbij waren alle medewerkers geïnteresseerd en vriendelijk als we terug in het riad kwamen. Het ontbijt vonden wij heerlijk! Iedere ochtend een feestje aan tafel.. Wat ook echt een pluspunt is is dat je zo de straat inloopt en in de medina staat maar eenmaal terug je in volledige rust verblijft.

Cons: Nonostante la richiesta di avere una stanza migliore, abbiamo avuto 1 camera al piano terra, un po' rumorosa per il via vai dei clienti. Il bagno era molto piccolo con doccia totalmente aperta fronte bagno senza tendina/chiusura quindi ogni doccia il bagno si allagava con difficoltà ad asciugarsi data l'assenza di finestre. Mattonelle in bagno sbeccate e presenza di macchie di umido. Camera nel complesso piccolina. Colazione non varia. Preparata al momento al mattino ma monotona. Rapporto qualità prezzo non proprio ottimo. Leggermente caro per quanto offerto.

All four different staff that spoke with were so lovely and helpful. The two at reception really helped us out with organising taxis and trips and just in general explaining Marrakech. Cleaning lady was lovely. And chap serving at breakfast was great too. Riad was so relaxing, pool area was lovely. Room - shower all good.

La colazione varia, buona e preparata al momento, tutto home made. Una particolare nota di merito a Otmane, sempre efficiente e gentilissimo. La posizione del Riad, piuttosto vicino alla piazza principale (circa 7-8 minuti a piedi). Ambiente molto caratteristico e piacevole.
Cons: Le foto della camera su booking non sono quelle della camera dove abbiamo alloggiato, il che è stato fonte di spiacevoli situazioni con la reception. Inoltre nella descrizione della struttura era specificato che non ci sarebbe stato alcun addebito anticipato (cancellazione gratuita entro 4 settimane). Invece l'importo è stato detratto dalla carta di credito molto tempo prima del dovuto

Cons: Not easy to find, Google Maps directions aren't accurate and the Riad has also a different name from Booking which made the quest difficult. We had to ask a local shop to call the riad personnel to pick us up. Bed was squeaky. No sound isolation in the rooms.

Le personnel au TOP surtout Karim qui a le sourire du matin au soir et l’equipe de cuisine: le serveur et la cuisinière du petit déjeuner!! Le petit déjeuner est préparé avec soin, tous les matins des choix différents, et tout était très bon !
Cons: Rien de négatif mais un peu plus d’équipements serait le bienvenu par exemple mettre à disposition un fer à repasser à la réception, un mini frigo dans les chambres, un meuble dans la salle de bain sous les lavabos pour mettre ses affaires de toilettes

Das Riad ist sehr schön, der Pool und der Blick in den offenen Himmel wunderbar. Du bist mitten in der Medina, die jede Sekunde voller Menschen ist. Lo mejor de este alojamiento es el personal, muy amables y siempre ofreciéndose por ayudar. El alojamiento se sitúa dentro de la Medina y en apenas 10-15 minutos estás en la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. Las instalaciones en general bien y el desayuno que ofrecen un diez.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y la zona del desayuno es espectacular. El desayuno es muy completo y son muy serviciales. La piscina es muy fresquita, ya que por ubicación no le da tanto el sol y se agradece con el calor de agosto. La habitación está bien pero un poco antigua.
Cons: Está muy mal indicado para encontrarlo, no tiene ningun cartel ni nada que te pueda ayudar. Si preguntas a los locales, te ayudan pero a cambio de dinero y, aunque intentes con el gps es muy difícil de localizar por ti mismo. Al ser un riad y al haber eco, las habitaciones dan a las zonas comunes y hay bastante ruido si la gente no respeta la tranquilidad de los demás. En nuestra experiencia, pasamos mala noche porque estuvieron llamando al teléfono durante horas y, aunque había un chico en la noche, no paraba el teléfono.

Nous étions 6, répartis en 2 familles et logés dans deux chambres, pour un séjour de 5 nuits dans ce magnifique Riad. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : le lieu est totalement conforme aux photos et à la description. Idéalement situé en plein cœur de la médina, à quelques pas du souk, tout se fait à pied, même avec des enfants. L’entrée du Riad peut surprendre au premier abord, mais dès que l’on y pénètre, la magie opère. Le personnel est exceptionnel : attentionné, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider. Un immense merci à Ayub pour son accueil remarquable – il mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles, tout comme le reste de l’équipe. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, véritable festin, différent chaque jour, et riche en découvertes gustatives. Nous recommandons vivement d’organiser le transfert depuis l’aéroport directement avec le Riad : c’est un vrai gain de temps et d’énergie. Si l’on devait faire une petite remarque constructive, ce serait qu’un peu plus de rangement serait utile pour 3 personnes dans une même chambre, ainsi que des verres supplémentaires. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Les Cornes de Gazelle !

Le riad est beau mais assez petit par rapport à ce que l'on pourrait s'attendre sur les photos du site. Chambres petites, pas d'espace de "détente ", juste la très petite cours carrée autour du bassin qui permet mal la circulation dès qu'une personne est assise. Chambre et sanitaires propres. Personnel gentil, bons petits déjeuner.

Sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la atención que nos brindaron Ayoub y Ayoub waiter en toda nuestra estancia, han sido en todo momento muy amables y serviciales y siempre con una sonrisa, además nos imprimieron los billetes de avión en el hotel. Otro punto a destacar fue el desayuno que estaba increíble y ponían mucha cantidad. El Riad es precioso, cuenta con una piscina muy bonita y limpia que viene muy bien para refrescarse con el calor que hace en la ciudad. La habitación estaba limpia y cambiaban las sábanas y las toallas todos los días. El aire acondicionado también viene muy bien. Finalmente, destaco la tranquilidad que sentí ya que en la puerta había una persona de recepción las 24 horas del día para lo que necesitarás. Sin duda si volvemos a Marrakech repetiremos.

Schon im Vorfeld unserer Ankunft wurden wir gut betreut: Es bestand ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt und wir hatten keine Sorge, nachts vom Flughafen ins Riad zu gelangen. This road is beautiful! Me and my partner stayed here over our anniversary and were blown away by how kind all the staff were. The riad was clean, the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was great and the place overall was a place of peace in the middle of the medina. A special thank you to Abduu who helped us numerous times, always friendly and chatty. He made our stay extra special.

Cons: Riad un peu difficile à trouver, il faut marcher dans les petites rues étroites de la Médina (pas d'accès en voiture direct) et seul un petit panneau d'affichage montre l'entrée de l'hôtel située à 30 mètres à une petite intersection. Localisation inexacte avec le GPS.

Cons: O alojamento tinha baratas e ainda que os funcionários tenham sido impecáveis e pedido desculpa, a verdade é que na manhã seguinte voltaram a aparecer. A entrada para o Riad fica por uma rua muito pequena que a noite acaba por ser assustador, ainda assim correu tudo bem. O AC também não arrefecia o quarto como era suposto.

The riad is in a nice location. It has quite spacious rooftop where you can enjoy good breakfast (pancakes, fruits, bread, coffee or tea). The personnel was welcoming, helpfull and friendly. The taxi they organised for us to the airport was good and we could also print our boarding pass at the reception for free.
Cons: We were charged extra 30 dh for water (much more expensive than anywhere else) during the breakfast - did not expect that when juice, coffee and tea was included. We were not informed about it only charged later at the check out. The entry to the hotel is not marked at all and Is located in a small dark street so it's impossible to find for a tourist. Locals who saw us struggling offered help but in the end asked us for money. It seemed to be normal procedure judging based on the reaction of the staff of the hotel which just watched. It was really uncomfortable. We would expect to get some instructions or a map showing the way to the hotel in advance to avoid this. The room was very basic and we got only small towels. The riad looks overall bigger in the pictures here.

I loved staying here. It's understated but beautiful. You arrive down a little alleyway and through a tiny door to this fabulous oasis in the city. The location is central. I walked to all the Souks and Palaces. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I usually enjoy different places but Marrakesh and Riad Les Cornes de Gazelle will be an annual trip now

La struttura è accogliente ma la differenza la fa il personale. Tutti bravissimi e super disponibili. In particolar modo Mohamed che è stato gentilissimo perché ci ha atteso all’arrivo del taxi accompagnandoci al Riad e ci ha accolto in tarda serata facendoci preparare una buonissima cena. Mohamed ci ha fatto da tramite anche per la prenotazione di una escursione con get your guide accompagnandoci la mattina prestissimo al punto di raccolta. Veramente top. Bravissimi anche tutti gli altri ed in particolari mod Moustapha.

Idéalement placé dans la Médina et à 10 mn à pied d’un parking, et à 15 mn de la Koutoubia , la place Jemaa El fna, ce Riad est une véritable perle avec sa petite piscine rafraîchissante. Une excellente literie (pour nous ). Un accueil chaleureux du personnel et leurs bons conseils. Ils sont venus à notre rencontre au parking sur notre demande et nous ont raccompagné au parking pour le départ. Bon petit déjeuner. Aucunes surprises désagréables

The Riad is nicely located next to Ben Saleh mosque, it’s perfect for walking, it has a tiny pool which is great in the heat and sun beds located at the top floor. The typical Moroccan breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly.
Cons: We had a room at the ground floor next to the pool, which didn’t really give a feeling of privacy. At breakfast we asked for some water and then learned that it was 30 dirham (even expensive restaurants only change 20). Overall, the services offered by the hotel are significantly over priced compared to the market so we didn’t use any

Nous venons de séjourner au Riad. Il est très bien situé, au cœur de la médina mais en retrait et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons choisi la demi pension et le repas du soir est toujours délicieux. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et il est même fourni si votre départ se fait très tôt. Merci au veilleur de nuit pour l’accompagnement jusqu’au taxi à deux heures du matin. La chambre est spacieuse et le roof top idéal pour se détendre au soleil.
Cons: Un peu bruyant si vous êtes en bas. Les gens ne sont pas toujours discrets en passant devant votre chambre.

A wonderful place to relax during your stay in Marrakech. The staff is very attentive to all your needs and incredibly kind. The breakfast is abundant and offers a typical Moroccan experience! There's a solarium on the rooftop terrace, perfect for unwinding. We also had dinner here and it was fantastic. They also organize transfers around Marrakech and to nearby areas. Just about 8 minutes from the main square. Highly recommended!

The staff were fantastic. Mo in particular was a delight and always fantastically helpful. Felt like he deserved more credit or responsibility in a way. The rooftop and included breakfast is lovely. The location is really quite good. Opposite the ben salah mosque entrance.

The route which googlemaps shows is not very accurate, the first time you get there might be easier if you ask someone from the staff to wait for you outside, next to Ben Salah Mosque.

La struttura è un’oasi di pace, i ragazzi dello staff sono sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Colazione molto molto buona ma servizio un po’ lento. L’hammam viene effettuato in una struttura vicina ed è un’esperienza imperdibile.
Cons: Unica nota negativa, l’ultimo giorno dovevamo raggiungere l’aeroporto e avevamo prenotato un transfer. L’autista non si è presentato e siamo dovute partire con un’ora di ritardo, dallo staff ci hanno trovato un autista all’ultimo secondo. Per fortuna dovevamo solamente ritirare la macchina a noleggio e non effettuare i controlli dell’aereoporto.

Tout d’abord je tiens à saluer la gentillesse de toute l’équipe qui fut aux petits soins avec nous pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Que ce soit pour l’accueil, la réception, le service du petit déjeuner ou encore le ménage, un grand merci à tous ! Dès notre arrivée nous avons reçu de très bons conseils pour le déroulement de notre séjour autour d’un thé servi avec des pâtisseries marocaines. La chambre et la salle de bain offrent un parfait confort. Le ménage est réalisé tous les jours, avec un changement quotidien des serviettes de bains. Il y a des cotons, des cotons-tige, du gel douche et du shampoing à disposition. La terrasse rooftop ainsi que la piscine au centre du riad permettent de profiter d’une belle tranquillité. De plus, une agréable odeur de fleur d’oranger parfume à merveille les espaces communs. Le petit déjeuner servi de 7h30 à 10h30 sur le rooftop par un personnel toujours chaleureux et souriant, est succulent et copieux, avec quelques modifications journalières des plats servis. Jus d’orange pressé chaque matin, thé, café, fruits frais, œuf au plat, salade composé, crêpes marocaines, pain, confiture, beurre, fromage blanc, gâteau… tout est très bon ! L’emplacement du riad est juste parfait, à une minute à pied du souk. La porte d’entrée est difficile à trouver la première fois : il faut passer sous une petite arche (je vous conseille d’appeler la réception des que vous arrivez à proximité pour qu’ils viennent vous chercher sur la place devant la mosquée). Le personnel s’est également chargé d’organiser notre transport retour en direction de l’aéroport à 5h du matin avec en bonus un petit déjeuner à emporter et un accompagnement jusqu’au taxi. Au final, nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans ce riad, bien au dessus de nos attentes. Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil ☺️

- das Personal war wirklich außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit - aufgrund eines verspäteten Fluges kamen wir erst um 00:30 Uhr im Riad an und wir wurden dennoch lieb empfangen - beim Frühstück bekommt man ganz viele verschiedene Dinge (ich glaube alles war vegetarisch), die sich täglich bisschen ändern (für Veganer nicht super viele Optionen, aber immerhin bisschen etwas) - tolle Lage in der Medina - der Innenbereich mit dem Deko-Pool ist super schön und farbenfroh

Es fühlte sich an, als ob es gar keine Wände gibt (Ohropax sind fast ein Muss) - Eingang ist leider nicht da wo Google Maps einen hinführt (war nochmal um die Ecke in einer hinteren Ecke einer Gasse) - was nicht ganz so toll war wenn man nachts ankommt als Frau - auf den Fotos auf Booking wirkt das Riad größer als es tatsächlich ist

Lo staff dell'Hotel è come se ti facesse sentire a casa tua. Mohamed, il guardiano notturno, la cuoca e tutti i partecipanti dello Staff ci hanno fatto sentire a proprio agio per una vacanza indimenticabile. Sono davvero tutti bravissimi e disponibili!! Il miglior punto positivo del Riad è proprio il personale, sempre sorridente anche durante un periodo "difficile" come il mese del Ramadan. Riad davvero molto bello, tipico e profumato di Marocco, ha ancora un potenziale enorme che potrebbe venir sfruttato maggiormente con dei piccoli dettagli da sistemare e pulir maggiormente. Offre molte attività e sono disponibili ad aiutarti e consigliarti.
Cons: L'entrata del Riad è in costruzione e non è di proprietà del Riad. Nei prossimi anni potrà sicuramente avere un aspetto migliore rispetto a quello odierno.

Cons: The location, the amenities and the rooms wasn’t exactly what I expected from the pictures and reviews. Unfortunately I had to stay because I was afraid to lose my money and how they will react if I decided to leave. The bathroom and bedroom was very disappointing for the amount of money that I paid. Also, the retention of our passports for around 20 minutes was the first thing that we didn’t like it. Then, we have to fill a paper with all our information including all the passports information. We were in shock that when we realized that we left our passports in the office was too late. They were very supportive after all but the place wasn’t what you expected.

This riad was in a great location. It was quiet and safe but still within walking distance to a lot of sights and attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They sit you down when you first check, give you tea and help you make an itinerary/ help you with the itinerary you have already. They also organise transfers to and from the airport. They really want you to enjoy your trip! The breakfast was also excellent. A great start to each morning!

Riad molto accogliente, la fragranza di oli profumati e la piscina danno subito un senso di vacanza e benessere, ottima posizione in una zona caratteristica della Medina, vicinissimo a ristoranti e bar ma situato in una via nascosta e molto tranquilla. Anche la terrazza con vista sui tetti e sulla moschea è pittoresca e i tramonti sono magici! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile sempre, molto simpatici.
Cons: Il bagno si allaga facilmente dopo la doccia che è aperta, sarebbe da mettere un box, ma niente di preoccupante. La preghiera del mattino potrebbe svegliare qualcuno, ma è anche molto caratteristica.

I recently stayed at this Riad in Marrakech and had an Amazing experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the city's main attractions easily. The staff, including Mohammed, Ayoub, and everyone else were incredibly friendly, kind and always willing to help. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality, the ingrediente were fresh and the presentation was beautiful, adding to the overall wonderful experience. The Riad truly reflects the authentic experience of staying in Marrakech.

Bellissimo riad nel cuore della Medina. Posizione ottima, a piedi si potevano raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni. La cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile sono stati i ragazzi che lavorano qui che ogni giorno scambiavano delle chiacchiere con noi e ci facevano sentire amici da una vita. Ricorderemo sempre con grande affetto i due Mohamed e Ayoub che ogni giorno rendono il Riad Les Cornes de Gazelle magico. Le camere sono semplici ma molto pulite e dotate di tutti i servizi. Colazione ricca e buonissima. Consigliato!!

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps was man in Marrakech so machen kann und waren immer vor Ort um Auskunft zu geben. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Dachterasse und das Frühstück sind unglaublich. An unserem Abreisetag bekamen wir sogar ein Frühstück für Take Away, welches mit Mühe gemacht wurde. Die Lage ist auch top!

Il Riad corrisponde perfettamente alle aspettative che hai a distanza tramite sito, forse va oltre perché è bellissimo. Posizionato a qualche minuto dalla piazza principale, ha vicino ogni cosa (piccoli negozi, farmacia, ristoranti e caffè). Lo staff è eccellente e accogliente, non ti senti un ospite, ma un amico. Organizzazione per gite ed trasporti molto disponibili e ben dosati. Colazione tipica ed ottima e il the di benvenuto super buono! Noi sicuramente torneremo 🤍

I kid you not, this place made our staying in Morocco superb. For starters the whole riad smells amazing, it’s well located and the place is beautiful and very clean, food was great from breakfast to dinner. And service? The staff were some of the nicest people we’ve met in our trip, they were always kind and helpful. Beautiful, traditional Moroccan style hotel. Greeted from Mohammed and Mohammed from the getgo. Welcomed onto the rooftop terrace with Moroccan tea and forms filled in whilst waiting for our room. Very attentive, welcoming and friendly. Room was absolutely gorgeous, bed was so comfy and felt very cosy. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

El mejor riad sin duda de Marrakech, el lugar es precioso, todo muy limpio y la habitación es muy espaciosa con su baño privado y muy limpio. La atención de todo es personal es impecable, nos ayudaron en todo y nos recomendaron sitios para comer y visitar. Además nos dieron te de bienvenida y pastas. El desayuno buenísimo, nos pusieron de todo y la atención del camarero Ayoub Waiter y la cocinera Mariam fue genial. Muchas gracias a todos el equipo de este Riad porque hicieron que nuestra estancia aquí fuese perfecta. Los recepcionistas Ayoub, los 2 Mohamed y Mustafá fueron geniales!!! Volveremos sin duda!

I had a very pleasant experience at this riad! The place looks lovely and the people are very friendly! It is a perfect place to relax! For breakfast they usually serve sweet food, but if you tell them they can also offer you salty food, such as eggs, olives, cheese. The host, Mohamed is a 10, a very sociable guy who will help you with many useful tips! They also helped us with the transport to the airport! The place is on a street in Ben Saleh square!

The facilities are very charming, breathing the Moroccan style and allowing us to get the feeling of how people used to live typical Riads. The staff was amazing. It really feels like family and they were very welcoming. From the kitchen staff, cleaning staff and reception, all amazing. Got a lovely massage as well and the therapist was professional and very accommodating as I like deep pressure massages. They were prompt to organise tours and travel from and to the airport. Thank you both Mohammed's and Ayoub. Say hello from Dublin to all the staff!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. My husband has disabilities and they brough food downstairs for him which was very helpful. We went for the half board option which worked well for us. The breakfast was very good. Thwee staff were pleasant and looked after us throughout our stay. The riad was clean and comfortble and quite convenient to the centre of Marrakech.
Cons: It was a little difficult to find at first and I worried we would get lost. However we quickly found our way around and it wasn't a problem after the first day.

Sehr schöner Innenhof, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und Zimmer ordentlich und alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man ist in wenigen Minuten mitten im Souk. Dafür ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Cons: So gut wie nicht mit dem Taxi erreichbar, da diese nicht dort reinfahren können. Dh. immer etwas Wegzeit einrechnen. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Frühstück nichts besonderes aber in Ordnung.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. L’ingresso è sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello del Riad. Anche la colazione buona e abbondante. Un angolo di tranquillità nel pieno della caotica Medina.
Cons: Camera angusta, con un’unica finestra che non si chiude bene. Inoltre, affacciandosi all’interno del Riad si sentono tutti i rumori proveniente dal corridoio, dalle altre camere e dalla reception. Oltre a questo, essendoci una moschea a pochi passi, siamo stati svegliati ogni giorno alle 6.40 dalle preghiere. Ovviamente questo non è colpa del Riad, ma essendo la camera poco insonorizzata si sentiva tutto. Poca cura anche alla pulizia e all’arredamento della camera. Insomma, struttura carina ma per quel che costa a mio parere non ne vale.

La ubicación es maravillosa, en pleno corazón de la Medina, el acceso es complicado pues Google Maps te dice una y Booking otra, aunque esto se solucionó fácil pues llamamos al Riad y Ayoub nos vino a buscar y nos guió hasta él. Nada más llegar, Ayoub nos recibe con té y pastas mientras realizamos el check-in, nos aconseja qué visitar y qué hacer durante nuestra estancia, nos muestra las instalaciones y nos acompaña hasta nuestra habitación ayudándonos con el equipaje. La habitación amplia, impecable y muy tranquila, contaba con todo tipo de servicios y el baño muy grande y completo. El desayuno variado, delicioso y abundante. El personal simpático, agradable y profesional. Limpiadoras, camareros y recepcionistas, le dan paz a todo el caos de la ciudad. En especial, me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de Ayoub. Por poner un pequeño pero, les vendría bien una mejor señalización para que sea más fácil encontrarlo. En resumen, realmente está pagado, volvería sin dudarlo.

We loved our stay at this Riad, the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you(Muhammad & Ayub in particular!) The rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast was nice for being included in the price. The riad is bang in the middle of medina about a 10 minute walk away from Jemaa El Fna but is very peaceful.
Cons: The location on Google maps is wrong so you can get a bit lost I’d recommend booking an airport transfer via the riad and then when you’re out and about, use the mosque next to the riad as your location to get back!

Great location for walking around the centre, pool area was very comfortable and decorative. Friendly and knowledgeable staff help you around the area.
Cons: The bed was very hard, damp room with one window, critters coming out of the drains, noisy at night with phone, prayer sounds and people coming in and out, breakfast could have done with some improvements

A beautiful riad in a central location with very helpful and friendly staff. Mohamed and Ayoub efficiently organised airport transfers and 2 brilliant excursions for us ... one a camel trek, dinner and show in the Agafer dessert, the other mountain walking through berber villages in the high atlas with lunch in a berber house...stunning.... highly recommend.

La plupart de personnel ( les femmes de chambres qui sont au petits soins ) La beauté du Riad. La propreté.
Cons: -Premièrement l'emplacement n'est pas du tout a la bonne adresse. Et pour cause. A 100 m dans une autre direction car nous avons été déposés à la bonne adresse mais introuvable. Et comme par hasard en 30 secondes un homme viens nous chercher en nous disant que ce n'est pas par la. Ils nous y conduit ( au fond d'une ruelle impossible a trouver. Et arriver nous demande de l'argent pour nous avoir aider. ( le receptionniste attendait patiemment que je lui donne l'argent. ) Étrange que le Riad ne mette pas la bonne adresse et que un homme extérieur au Riad vienne nous chercher. -Deuxièmement le lit n'est vraiment fameux. - Troisièmement les prix proposés pour les repas et autres services sont très chère. 3 à 4x plus chere qu'à l'extérieure.( j'ai vu sur la note à la fin que la bouteille d'eau mis à disposition dans la chambre pour une semaine était gratuite mais pas la deuxième....) - Quatrièmement et l'une des personnes de la réception qui n'était pas présent au moment du départ matinal ( je laisse les clés à la réception après une attente de 5 minutes en bas alors que notre taxi nous attendais. ) Celui-ci m'envoie un message 2h plus tard sur mon numéro pour demander de régler les 2 thés pris pendant le séjour. Je lui explique que je l'ai attendu 5 minutes mais que personnes n'est venue et que je ne pouvais pas laisser d'argent liquide car il n'accepte que la carte. Il me dit qu'il a du payer pour moi et qu'il faut que je lui envoie de l'argent sur son propre compte que c'est 15€ ( 12 € en réalité) car il a du avancer cette somme et qu'il n'allait pas pouvoir manger à la fin du mois. Et me dis qu'il n'était pas à la réception car il était malade et il avait été dormir sur la terrasse. Je lui explique que je n'enverrais de l'argent que sur le RIB du Riad et pas sur son compte. Il me dit non que sur le sien et m'envoie son RIB.

O Riad é bonito e estava sempre impecavelmente limpo. O pequeno almoço é tradicional e muito bom.
Cons: Quando chegámos ao Riad questionei o valor de um táxi para um Hammam que tínhamos visto. Foi-me dito o preço e propuseram fazermos o Hammam no próprio Riad. Reservámos com eles para essa tarde porque efetivamente o valor do táxi e do Hammam nao compensava. Quando chegou a hora, fomos guiadas pelo Mohammed, muito simpático, até outro Riad do mesmo grupo, cerca de 7/8min a pé. Nao gostei de atitude, deviam ter sido claros connosco e ter-nos dito que tínhamos de sair do Riad.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Riad des Cornes de Gazelle, idéalement situé ! Le décor est tout simplement magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est incroyablement chaleureux et accueillant, toujours disponible tout au long de la journée et de la soirée. Les chambres sont élégantes, climatisées, avec une literie très confortable. Chaque jour, des serviettes propres et un lit impeccablement fait nous attendaient. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. En résumé, un séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux !

It looks appealing set around the pool and the simple room was adequate. While some staff here were most helpful and kind that did not apply to all.
Cons: For a start the location of the place we stayed was not the same as shown on the map. So the whole thing was a deception. There was nothing in the information that suggested we would need to walk several hundred meters from the taxi to get to the place. Walk down an alleyway filled with rubble and mud to get in. Our room flooded when it rained and the duty person said "it is not my job" to sort it out. Fortunately someone else came to do it and the following day we could change room. The fact we had breakfast only once in three days suggests it was not very appetising.

I loved the location, a little hard to navigate at first but the staff were amazing and came to meet me when I lost my way. It was beautiful, calm, clean and very relaxing. The terrace was gorgeous and the pool was fantastic for an afternoon dip to cool down after a day sightseeing.

The ease of changing our initial room and the helpful manager on arrival.
Cons: Breakfast was basic and did not cater for gluten free. The pictures of the rooms was sadly a misrepresentation and very noisy. In the morning (started early) tables and chairs were scrapped around above our heads and other guests conversations/music were easily heard throughout the day. Had to wait to be shown to our room and listen to a sales pitch before we could check into our room.

El desayuno era perfecto, todo muy rico y muy completo, ademas, en esa terraza tan bonita era perfecto, tuvimos que salir muy pronto una mañana a una excursión y nos pusieron el desayuno para llevar, cosa que se agradece muchísimo, ya que al hablar con otras personas de otros Riad en la excursión nos comentaron que venían sin desayunar por que no les facilitaron ni adelantaron el desayuno. Las instalaciones son preciosas, además de estar todo muy limpio. Y el personal es super amable y están pendientes de ayudarte en todo. Lo recomiendo 100%
Cons: Solo podría decir que nos costo encontrar la entrada ya que es dentro de un callejón, cosa que se soluciona contratando con ellos el taxi de llegada. Por otro lado al tener una mezquita justo enfrente, el primer rezo del día nos despertaba muy temprano (5 y algo), pero es la consecuencia de estar en el centro (unos 8 o 10 min de la plaza) y siendo positivos, te mimetiza en el ambiente :)

Un séjour parfait dans un établissement parfait. Un accueil très chaleureux ainsi qu’un personnel très souriant et à l’écoute de la moindre question. La cuisine était bonne. Un grand merci à tout le personnel ainsi qu’au service propreté qui est présent tous les jours de la semaine et qui s’assure que la chambre et le Riad soit dans un état parfait. Le Riad est au cœur de la ville et simple d’accès. C’est un 10/10 Merci encore 🙂

O Riad é um verdadeiro Oásis no meio da Medina. Chegamos muito cedo e ofereceram-nos logo Chá de boas vindas e fizemos o check-in. A limpeza é fantástica. Cheira sempre a limpo. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Houve um dia em tivemos uma saída e deram-nos almoço em vez de jantar, pois fomos em regime de meia pensão. O pequeno -almoço e jantar são muito bons e variados. O terraço é fantástico e tranquilo. A piscina, embora pequenina é muito agradável e limpa. Ajudaram- nos com os transferes e fomos sempre muito bem acompanhadas. Se um dia voltar a Marraquexe ficarei neste Riad, sem dúvida. Felicitações a todos, principalmente ao Fattah e ao Redouane.

Muy atentos con nosotros, la piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece, pero un sitio muy acogedor y con mucha magia. La comida muy rica y las habitaciones e instalaciones super limpias. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Si vas a Marrakech, empapate de su cultura y ve a un Riad, “Les cornes de Gazelle” es una estupenda opción.

Sanaa, the lady who works at the reception and who welcomed me delivered a great service. I was offered tea as soon as I got to the riad, and they arranged a massage for me to do in the span of an hour. The riad also offers a pick up service to clients, which I strongly advise to future clients who need punctuality, especially if they're headed to the airport in the middle of the night. Since breakfast was included, I also got a packed breakfast box to carry with me on my way to the airport. The place is amazing, I had one of the best experiences of my life and I would recommend it 100%.
Cons: It was a bit difficult to find the place since the GPS would not detect it on Google maps. I managed to have a local taxi driver call them so that they would come and pick me up at the parking lot 100 Mt away from the riad.
