All the staff members was so nice. They were always there to talk to you, or help you with anything you wanted. Something that woyld be really helpful if we knew earlier, they said to us, because one day we left earlier than the breakfast time and they didnt show us there, that if we want any other time to leave ahead breakfast they can have something ready for us to take it with.

Riad totalmente recomendable. Un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse y darse un bañito en su piscina después de ver la ciudad, en pleno centro de la Medina, cerquita de todo andando. El personal super atentos y simpáticos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Recepción 24 horas. Desayuno muy rico. Todo un acierto.

Riad molto accogliente e pulito. La camera era piccola, ma ben organizzata e dotata di tutti i comfort, perfetta per un soggiorno di qualche notte. Colazione buona e abbondante, servita sulla terrazza. Il vero punto di forza è però il personale: tutti sono estremamente gentili, sorridenti, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare con grande attenzione e professionalità, facendoti sentire accolto come a casa. Un gesto che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stato quando, dovendo partire alle 6:30 del mattino per un'escursione, si sono offerti spontaneamente di prepararci qualcosa per colazione nonostante l'orario: una piccola attenzione che dice molto della cura che riservano ai loro ospiti.

Wij hebben een enorm speciale tijd gehad in deze riad. De kamers en bedden zijn comfortabel, alle faciliteiten die je je maar kan wensen zijn aanwezig, het is dicht bij een Uber pick-up point en je stapt ook direct de drukte van de medina in. Het dakterras is een plek waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen en het zwembadje beneden biedt verkoeling. Ook de hamman is een absolute aanrader. Maar wat deze riad echt speciaal maakt is het personeel en met name Ismael. Hij zet net een stapje extra voor zijn gasten en zorgt dat iedereen zich thuis voelt. Ikzelf heb best wat gereisd, maar zoiets ben ik nog niet eerder tegengekomen.

The property features a remarkable interior, as well as a pleasant rooftop area and swimming pool. It was great the room was equipped with air conditioning. The property also had a pleasant scent of incense throughout. Additionally, the availability to leave luggage after check-out was a nice and thoughtful gesture. Location was good as well.
Cons: - One staff member, Mulay Ismail (or what’s his name), initially appeared like just a nice guy. We had a single conversation about local culture, which I appreciated and interpreted as friendliness. However, a few days after I had checked out, he contacted me demanding that I cancel my hostel reservation and return to stay at this Riad Belikoss free of charge for a night. Apparently, it was practically empty with only two guests staying. He was pushing: "Don't be shy. You will be comfortable, you can swim..." Any decent girl could assume his intentions… I find this communication absolutely disrespectful and disappointing. It left me questioning whether the management is aware of such behavior of staff – contacting former guests, inviting girls to a hotel for personal use… - Additionally, the driver arranged by the Riad was with no manners whatsoever. During the journey he engaged in excessive small talk despite my apparent fatigue after long travels. Eventually, I had to directly ask if we could continue the drive in silence. - The room was smaller than it appeared in the ad and was excessively damp. As there were no windows facing the outside, the bathroom in particular felt somewhat claustrophobic. The overall cleanliness could also have been improved. Ventilation was challenging, as fresh air could only enter through the window and doors opening into the riad's interior. As a result, I spent a considerable amount of time attempting to reduce the humidity. - Riad Belikoss encouraged guests to "feel at home”, but guests were forbidden to use the kitchen. Although male staff were acting nice, I could feel no respect or honesty within.

Odličan smještaj za kraći ili duži boravak. Sve je bilo uredno, čisto i dobro organizirano. Lokacija je vrlo dobra, a domaćin susretljiv i uvijek spreman pomoći. Osjećali smo se ugodno i sigurno tijekom cijelog boravka.

Le personnel est très à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente à l'aise dans ce riad. Un grand merci aux 2 ISMAEL pour leur bienveillance et sympathie. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent ainsi que les repas (nous étions en 1/2 pension). Bravo aux cuisinières. Nous étions à 15mn à pied de la place centrale .

Riad sympa, bien situé dans la médina. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse du haut est bon et copieux. Le personnel est vraiment top et aux petits soins.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce riad pendant 5 jours. C'était vraiment exceptionnel. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous avons pris l'option demi pension et nous n'avons pas regretté. C'était délicieux et typique du Maroc. Si vous voulez un maison familiale ou vous vous sentez comme a la maison, n'hésitez pas ! Un grand merci a toute l équipe!:-)

Cons: Petit déjeuner catastrophique : rien ne correspond à un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom : aliments peu appropriés (madeleines industrielles) pas d'huile d'olive ni olives ce qui est le minimum à Marrakech ville traditionnelle. Les deux jeunes hommes sont très bien mais les pauvres n'ont pas visiblement le nécessaire pour bien faire leur travail. Ils gardent le sourire et ne se plaignent jamais.

I servizi offerti sono eccellenti: dopo un’intera giornata in giro per Marrakech, è stato un piacere poterli usufruire direttamente nel riad senza dover uscire di nuovo. I trattamenti benessere meritano una menzione speciale: hammam e massaggi relax sono davvero professionali, svolti con grande cura all’interno del riad. Anche l’henné, preparato e applicato sul posto, è stata un’esperienza autentica e rilassante, accompagnata da un bicchiere di tè tipico marocchino, che rende il momento ancora più speciale. Il personale ha superato ogni aspettativa: cordiale, disponibile ed efficiente, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Anche quando la cucina era chiusa, si sono premurati di recuperare del cibo per gli ospiti che non potevano uscire a causa del maltempo. Perfetto anche il servizio navetta, sempre puntuale.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la qualité humaine des 2 "ISMAEL", les hôtes de ce riad qui portent le même prénom. Celui qui était présent à mon arrivée, était très à l'écoute et formidablement efficace pour comprendre mes attentes et mettre en place les solutions. La chambre était sympa et la petite salle de bain en tadelak ivoire, très agréable.
Cons: Le riad se trouve dans la médina et malheureusement, celle-ci me semble de moins en moins sécure, notamment à l'ouverture des échoppes ou bien tard le soir. Ce quartier était plus facile à vivre avant et aussi beaucoup moins cher qu'à présent.

De host en het volledige personeel zijn ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen vraag is teveel. We werden volledig ontzorgd. De Riad is zeer goed gelegen… op het dakterras kan je volledig tot rust komen en toch zit je op korte wandelafstand van het oude centrum. Een aanrader zijn de wellness faciliteiten… de combi Hamman en massage is echt hemels!
Cons: De bijzetbedden (kamer van 3) zijn echt aan vervanging toe + gezien de kamers niet zo groot zijn is het beetje puzzelen om bagage goed weg te krijgen (zeker in kamer van 3)

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Riad aber hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hatten alles was man braucht ! Die Lage war etwas abseits aber in wenigen Gehminuten war man mitten im Geschehen! Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Gastfreundschaft, jeder hat sich Mühe gegeben und man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt! Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Ismael der sich große Mühe gegeben hat . Was auch ein Pluspunkt war , war das dazugehörige Spa ! Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir würden direkt wieder kommen !

La sera molta confusione, non c'è la chiave della camera ma solo un lucchetto, le escursioni sono più costose che all'esterno, circa il doppio e non hanno la carta di credito per pagare.

The staff were super nice people, they gave us a warm welcome and offered us tea as soon as we arrive.
Cons: We booked a 3 single bed bedroom, the room itself was definitely not big enough for that. We weren’t able to leave a luggage open as there’d be no space to walk. There also was an extreme humid and damp smell in the room and on the furniture. When we asked to swap the room, they told us it was due to the weather conditions and all rooms would be the same. I understand it was a natural cause, but if you have asthma or are very sensitive to smells, I’d advise you to think twice.

Très beau riad, parfaitement situé, ce qui permet de visiter facilement les principaux points d’intérêt tout en profitant du calme. L’établissement est plein de charme, propre et très agréable. Un grand merci surtout à Ismaïl et Mustapha qui ont été exceptionnel tout au long du séjour : toujours souriant, d’une grande gentillesse, très disponible et attentif au moindre besoin. Leur accueil et leur sens du service font vraiment la différence et rendent l’expérience encore plus incroyable. Nous recommandons également leur spa : le hammam traditionnel est une très belle expérience, un vrai moment de détente que nous conseillons vivement. Je recommande ce riad sans hésiter et j’y reviendrais avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Beau séjour dans ce riad. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa situation idéale, à environ 15 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui permet d’être proche du centre tout en restant au calme, à l’écart de l’agitation. L’accueil a été exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Ismaël 1, Ismaël 2 et Mounir pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Les petits déjeuners, pris sur une très belle terrasse, étaient parfaits : copieux et composés de produits frais chaque matin. Les linges de douche ont été changés tous les jours ce qui était très agréable en raison de l'humidité constante de la chambre et de la salle-de-bains. Nous avons apprécié le bon rapport qualité-prix pour cette période de l'année (590 euros en offre pour 5 nuits avec petits-déjeuners) mais par contre nous n'aurions pas choisi cet établissement à un tarif plus élevé.
Cons: Concernant les points à améliorer, le nettoyage de la chambre pourrait être optimisé. Il ne s’agit pas d’un manque de volonté des personnes en charge du ménage, mais plutôt d’un manque de formation. De petites améliorations simples pourraient faire une réelle différence : mettre un sac dans les poubelles des WC et de la chambre, nettoyer les télécommandes (TV et ventilation - bien que nous ne les ayons pas utilisé, elles étaient très sales), utiliser un produit anticalcaire dans la salle de bains, ou encore passer un chiffon humide sur les tables de nuit. Nous étions dans une chambre familiale (Deluxe) pour trois personnes et l’espace de rangement était limité (une seule petite armoire d’environ 50 cm de large). À noter toutefois que le rideau de douche, qui était très moisi, a été remplacé pendant notre séjour sans que nous ayons besoin de le demander, ce que nous avons apprécié. Enfin, la chambre était très humide (pas de fenêtres ce qui est d'usage dans un riad) et nous avons eu froid malgré l’ajout de couvertures. Le personnel n’est évidemment pas responsable de la météo particulièrement fraîche et humide de ce début de mois de février. Même si les vacanciers respectent globalement les heures de calme (22h30-08h30), le riad reste assez bruyant notamment en raison des portes et serrures marocaines, et d’une insonorisation très limitée. Nous pouvions entendre clairement les bruits des autres chambres, y compris les sanitaires (:-().

Cons: il Riad non è raggiungibile in auto, quindi chi ha problemi di mobilità o ha bagaglio pesante deve sapere che ci sono alcuni minuti da percorrere a piedi dal luogo dove verrete lasciati. la stanza è molto piccola e per niente luminosa, materassi abbastanza duri. è presente solo un piccolissimo armadietto ad un anta quindi se siete in tre come nel nostro caso i vestiti rimangono in valigia. il televisore scollegato e pieno di polvere, anche se a noi non interessava è un punto negativo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. Le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours attentif au moindre détail. Une mention toute particulière pour Ismaël, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquable tout au long de notre séjour. Le riad est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche des souks et des principaux lieux à visiter. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avions opté pour la demi-pension : les petits-déjeuners et les dîners étaient copieux, 100 % marocains et délicieux. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Die Dachterrasse ist eine absolute Ruheoase in der Medina. Das Personal ist mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Lage ist auch gut, nicht direkt im Trubel, aber um die Ecke.
Cons: Das "Luxus Dreibettzimmer" ist leider ziemlich klein. Alles ist ziemlich hellhörig. Das Badezimmer braucht dringend eine Renovierung (Schimmel in der Dusche und am Vorhang). Die Fotos täuschen insgesamt ein wenig.

La struttura é molto bella, la terrazza ha una vista sui tetti di Marrakech molto suggestiva, soprattutto la mattina. Colazione preparata sul momento, ricca e buonissima. Ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile e fuori dal caos della medina.

La gran diferencia de este lugar con otros, es que te sientes dentro de una casa marroquí donde te acogen como si fueses un familiar suyo. En la mirada y la sonrisa de los dueños y trabajadores encuentras verdad, no lo hacen por agradar, sino que ellos genuinamente quieren tratarte con lo mejor. Ismael fue la persona que nos recogió directamente del Transfer y desde el primer minuto fue cálido, humilde y hospitalario. Está es para mí la gran gran experiencia de este Riad porque las instalaciones están bien pero sin más. Nos prepararon una cena casera improvisada yendo a comprar la carne en el momento y fue una auténtica experiencia dentro de un hogar marroqui.

L'emplacement au bord du souk était fantastique et nous permettait de rejoindre facilement le centre et la place (avec toutefois l'aide d'un plan téléchargé pour le dédale des petites ruelles :). Le personnel était exceptionnellement gentil, sympa, disponible à toute heure et apportant réponse et solution à n'importe quelle question. Mille mercis encore à tous et toutes ! Les massages et hamam étaient super agréables, et le petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons aussi aimé la terrasse, son aménagement et la vue qu'elle offrait. Il ne faisait pas très chaud en ce mois de décembre, mais avec un plaid et un chauffage d'appoint par moments, aucun souci. Notre journée d'excursion avec le chauffeur dans la vallée de l'Ourika était aussi exceptionnelle.

Cons: On the downside, we were charged for additional morning coffees, which felt a bit unexpected. Our room initially had cold air coming in, though the issue was resolved afterward. When we mentioned the temperature problem, the hosts’ attitude shifted and felt less friendly, which was disappointing. Also, the overall cost was a little high, especially since the city tax wasn’t included. Overall, I would recommend staying here for the hospitality, breakfast, location, and hammam, but be aware of extra charges and check room insulation in advance.

El personal maravilloso! al salir de la puerta de Riad pasaron dos chicos en moto y me robaron el movil, todo el personal del Riad se implico en ayudarme, mostrando su desacuerdo con estos hechos, trataron de localizar la ubicación, etc. La entrada del riad es muy bonita, la terraza muy acogedora, el desayuno bueno, esta limpio, en general todo perfecto.

Il riad si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni di Marrakech. Al nostro arrivo, siamo state accolte da Tarek che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa offrendoci un ottimo tè marocchino con dei buonissimi biscotti. Ogni giorno ci è stata preparata un’ abbondante e variegata colazione tipica. Lo staff è sempre presente in struttura e disponibile per ogni richiesta, tanto da averci accompagnato personalmente alle 5 del mattino alla fermata del transfert verso l’aeroporto. Adorámos tudo, o Riad parece um oásis no meio da medida! Decoração típica muito bonita, quartos confortáveis e limpos. Os funcionários todos muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar! O gerente esteve sempre em contacto connosco casa precisássemos de apoio para alguma situação. Muito obrigada, sem dúvida que nos sentimos mais confortáveis com este apoio! Gostámos da piscina, sabemos que iria ser pequena e por isso ficámos surpreendidas pela positiva pois era mais funda do que pensávamos ser, deu para refrescar e recarregar as energias fa confusão da cidade. A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro, andámos sempre a pé pela medina, nunca percorremos mais de 30 minutos para chegar aos sítios que queríamos visitar. Sem dúvida que vamos voltar!

El Riad es tal cual está en las fotos y tiene todo el encanto de Marruecos. La piscina es una maravilla y más después de un día de caminata. Tanto Amit, como Ismael y el resto de trabajadores fueron encantadores y súper atentos con nosotras durante toda la estancia. Lo recomiendo 100% y si vuelvo, sin duda les volveré a reservar!

El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, era muy bonito. El personal fue muy amable, Hamid y sus otros dos compañeros fueron de mucha ayuda durante toda la estancia. Nos ayudaron en recomendaciones y todo lo que necesitáramos. Un sitio para recomendar, tanto por el personal como por las instalaciones. Nos pilló unos días de muchísimo calor y la piscina vino genial. El desayuno está muy bien al igual que la terraza por la noche.
Cons: Igual el aire acondicionado en los días de mucho calor no enfría lo suficiente. El alojamiento está a unos 16 minutos de la plaza pero es totalmente seguro por la noche.

La ubicación del Riad es inmejorable, en pleno corazón de la ciudad, lo que nos permitió movernos a pie y descubrir rincones maravillosos sin necesidad de transporte. La limpieza es impecable, cada rincón del lugar está cuidado al detalle, se nota el cariño con el que gestionan el sitio. Sin duda, recomendaría este Riad a todo el mundo. La gentillesse de tout le personnel, des garçons à l accueil qui se plient en 4 pour vous chouchouter comme a la maison et vous donner les meilleures adresses (comptez sur eux pour vos reservations, trop d attrape touristes ailleurs), à l equipe de nettoyage et cuisine qui rendent ce riad exceptionnel, et l equipe spa, très professionnelle, qui vous dorlote ! Le rapport qualité prix est indiscutable,la situation de ce riad au cœur de la mesina et à deux pas de la medreza est très appréciable. Nous avons eu l occasion de nous rendre dans un "palace" et sommes vite retournées dans ce riad à l ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. A recommander absolument !!!!!!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole grazie alla cordialitá dei ragazzi che gestiscono la riad. La struttura è comodissima per muoversi in centro. Eravamo 3 ragazze e ci siamo affidati a loro per il trasporto da/per l’aeroporto al nostro arrivo/partenza. Colazione buonissima servita in terrazza. Hanno la disponibilità anche di una macchina del caffè Nespresso per poter godere di un buonissimo caffè in qualsiasi momento. La struttura è molto pulita e profumata. La nostra camera forse un pó piccola per 3 persone, ma comunque ci siamo adattate. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di hammam tradizionale e massaggio.. un’esperienza unica e super rilassante!! Super consigliato!!😍

The terrace on the top floor was very comfortable, relaxing, well equipped and gave wonderful views of the roof tops of Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains. The location was great for walking straight to the souks and all main attractions including Jemaa el-Fnaa.

Das Riad Belikoss hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Inmitten der trubelligen Innenstadt von Marrakesch kann man dort sehr gut Ruhe finden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir zunächst herzlich mit einem Tee begrüßt. Frühstück gibt es jeden morgen auf der Dachterrasse auf der man einen super Überblick auf die Stadt und die umliegenden Gebirge hat. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Ismail der uns während unserer Zeit vor Ort besonders herzlich verköstigt hat und uns viele Tipps über Marrakesch geben konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved the breakfast and the staff working there are so nice! We told them we wanted Shakshuka and they made it for us for free which was so kind. Hamid, who runs the Riad, is extremely thoughtul. They offered to come pick us up when we got lost. We had a great stay and would come again! The value was incredible!
Cons: The rooms are very small. My friends and I did not mind this, as we appreciated being close to each other, but be aware that the quarters are tight. Also, one of the three beds was a pull out bed. I slept in it and it was comfortable. Also, as three girls, the area around th riad was a little bit sketchy at night. We moved our dinner reservations earlier and were back at the Riad by 9 - this helped it feel less dangerous.

Odlična usluga hammama svaka preporuka. Doručak je u redu iako ja preferiram za doručak slani odabir jela dok je u Maroku naglasak na slatkom. Terasa za doručak je ugodna kao i za večernji odmor prije spavanja.
Cons: Predlažem da na Google maps stave oznaku Hotela jer ga je vrlo teško naći i locirati. Ulica je mala i skrivena iako blizu glavnog pravca.

Great location near the medina but not quite in the thick of it. We never came home late but felt quite safe walking back ( 3 females ) We loved Marrakesh- do the hot air balloon ride you won’t regret it ! The gardens and souks and food all amazing. Will be back !

Wat een mooi plekje midden in de oude Medina. Je loopt zo de stad in en restaurants en winkeltjes zijn op loopafstand. Het ontbijt ‘s morgens op de rooftop met de eerste zonnestralen is genieten. Het personeel maakt deze plek compleet. Hamid denkt graag mee over tripjes, restaurant en mogelijkheden om je verblijf optimaal te laten verlopen. Hij regelt alles als je zou willen. Uiteraard wel tegen een prijs, maar dan krijg je ook wat je boekt. Wij hebben een stadswandeling met gids, de woestijn trip, Hamam, een kookles, de tuinen en een tripje naar het water museum gemaakt. Aanraders! En er was nog genoeg tijd om te struinen door de stad en de Souks. En als je even tot rust wilde komen kon je heerlijk op het dakterras met prachtig uitzicht een kopje thee drinken. Het personeel is top en maakt je bestemming tot een feestje.
Cons: Tips die we hebben zijn de bedden. Voor lange Nederlandsers zijn de bedden klein en een tikkie hard (dat is maar waar je van houdt). De kamers zijn eenvoudig en erg gehorig. De ambiance past helemaal bij de plek en maakt veel goed.

The customer service from the staff was above and beyond. Every single staff member in the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay and we taken care of. I have travelled over 30 different countries and stayed in plenty of hotels and this hotel is by far number 1 when it comes to the customer service. I left my headphones at the hotel and even a week after our stay they were still messaging to arrange postal back home as well as follow up purchases for us from the local markets. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Excellent value.

Centrally located in the heart of Medina, close to nice restaurants and souks. Perhaps not the classiest riad at this price range, but it’s difficult to imagine better hospitality. Hamid and friends were very kind and welcoming, they worked hard to make sure we had a nice stay.
Cons: The alleyways are very narrow so taxi will drop you off a couple of blocks away and you need to find your way there. Breakfast was a bit modest and served at the rooftop terrace. It was nice to watch the sun rise but in December the morning temperatures were quite low at times. The riad offer tours and excursions through their own contacts and they give you a guarantee of quality, but I would advice you to look at other options available as their offerings are a lot more expensive than what is available at agencies.

It was a super simple Riad but beautiful. The best part is definitely the staff. Every single one of the boys was super kind, helpful and made us feel welcome until the end. The hammah experience was lovely as well.
Cons: Of course they try to play their part and sell you some experiences (desert and tours) that are a bit over market price but if you don’t care about extra pennies and want to support them then it’s an easy option. The street where the riad is located is a bit more quiet and empty in the night but we had no trouble and everyone guarantees it’s super safe - just something to keep in mind since it’s a bit out of the business of the center.

Riad nella.medina pulitissimo a circa 15 minuti a piedi da Place El ffna, parcheggio a 5 euro a circa 300 MT. Il Riad è completamente ristrutturato fatto bene con tutti i sistemi di sicurezza antincendio. Ha una bella terrazza e un hammam con servizio massaggi, professionale. Mouassin è il vero valore aggiunto del Riad un ragazzo a modo che anche nelle difficoltà sempre ad essere molto pacato e corretto. Il.padrone di casa ci tiene a fare bella figura.

The staff were excellent and the food was amazing, local and fresh. Room was of a reasonable size and clean. Location was within the old town, with staff advising best places to go. We used the hammam, which was a great experience and value for money.
Cons: The locals outside trying to give you directions. However, the staff had warned us regarding this. Other than this, nothing negative comes to mind and if we visited Marrakech again, we would consider staying at this hotel.

Heerlijk eten op het dakterras. Gezellige familiale sfeer dankzij het superpersoneel, hier laten ze je echt thuis voelen. Perfecte ligging midden in de medina.
Cons: Gehorige kamers, je hoort 's nachts de buren hoesten/douchen. Bedden redelijk klein.

Riad Belikoss is perfectly located in the center of Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, Hamid, the welcoming host, made our stay exceptional. He kindly picked us up at the spot where our taxi dropped us off and was always eager for a friendly chat, making us feel at home. The riad itself is beautifully decorated and clean. We enjoyed the delightful breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace. To top it off, we had one of the best massages ever. Highly recommended!

The Riad is not reachable by transport due to narrow streets inside the Medina but is easily accessible and just about 5-minute walk to meeting points for our tours. It is clean and cozy. The staff are friendly. Hamid, especially has been very accommodating and helpful.

Il Riad si trova in una posizione ottima (si possono infatti raggiungere a piedi i punti di maggiore interesse per visitare la città). La cosa più speciale però oltre all’ottima colazione e alla bellezza delle camere è aver incontrato Hamid! Hamid è stato sempre disponibile, accogliete e sorridente; una persona eccezionale che ha saputo rendere più speciale il nostro viaggio. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Sehr nettes Personal und tolles frisch gemachtes Frühstück!
Cons: Leider haben wir unsaubere Betten vorgefunden auf denen einige Körperhaare zu sehen waren. Und leider hatten wir keine zusätzlichen Decken im Zimmer und mussten deshalb in der Nacht etwas frieren als es plötzlich kälter wurde.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans le riad. Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils se sont démenés pour satisfaire nos demandes. La cuisine du riad est exceptionnelle. Le spa du riad est également de qualité. Nous vous recommandons de prendre le temps d’échanger avec le personnel, cela rendra votre séjour encore plus spécial. Un grand merci à eux, nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici si nous prévoyons un nouveau voyage à Marrakech.

Très joli riad ! La terrasse est superbe, les petits déjeuners également. La literie est très bonne. Nous avons aussi profité du hammam et c'était très chouette. Et l'équipe est adorable !
Cons: Pas très bien isolé au niveau du bruit entre les chambres (mais c'est un riad, donc il faut l'accepter!)

Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et serviable, Cela justifie la note. Le riad est très propre, bien décoré, et situé dans la medina près des souks.Le spa et les massages sont un gros plus.
Cons: La piscine est petite et plutôt décorative, on ose pas s'y baigner ni même s'allonger sur les transats.

Breakfast included, powerful air conditioning in the rooms, quiet neighborhood and building overall. The location is great, it is slightly off the beaten path which is why it's so quiet. The staff is more than happy to guide you, though, so was not a problem at all.

La posizione è perfetta per girovagare per la Medina, lo staff inoltre è gentile e disponibile. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta o anticipata; Essendo poi 2 donne sole in viaggio ci hanno mostrato accortezze e consigli in più. Sempre tutti sorridenti e affabili, ti fanno sentire accolta come a casa. Moha in particolare è stato ineccepibile. Per finire, il Riad è molto grazioso ed il terrazzino dove poter rilassarsi e bere un the è la ciliegina sulla torta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Très belle expérience au Riad Belikoss ! L'ensemble de l'équipe est au top et très prévenante. Nous étions en demi-pension et nous avons pu découvrir une excellente cuisine. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse du Riad permet de profiter des premiers rayons du soleil et du calme avant d'aller se promener dans la médina. Le riad a une très bonne position pour visiter Marrakech à pied.

La posizione centrale, la colazione e la tranquillità della terrazza. Lo Staff è stato molto pronto e gentile a risolvere un problema che abbiamo avuto il primo giorno.
Cons: Un voto in meno perché il primo giorno avevamo uno sgradevole odore in camera dovuto ad un problema esterno al Riad. La sera è stato risolto.

A nossa estadia no Riad Belikoss foi ótima. Tanto a nível das comodidades como de toda a equipa 5 estrelas que nos ajudou em tudo o que precisámos, dando inclusive várias sugestões de restaurantes e sítios a onde ir. Muito obrigada ao Hamid, Muchine, Isham, Rachid e Saida, que fez uma massagem maravilhosa a uma de nós e também ao Ali, o condutor que nos levou de volta ao aeroporto, através do serviço de transfer providenciado pelo Riad.

La ubicación está muy bien, a 15 minutos andando de la plaza y por el camino es muy seguro ir, entras en nada en el zoco de las tiendas.

Riad no centro da Medina, deu para visitar todas as principais atrações a pé. O pequeno almoço foi muito bom, servido no terraço. Os funcionários, em especial o Hamid e o Yosef, foram sempre cuidadosos, deram as melhores dicas e podem reservar excursões com eles, assim como o transfere para o aeroporto. Chegamos à noite e foram buscar-nos e levar-nos até ao Riad e ofereceram chá e biscoitos. Pode utilizar-se a piscina e a televisão que está no Hall. Os quartos tinham ar condicionado o que foi uma mais valia com o calor que estava na rua.

“From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely Moroccan décor. The staff were attentive and kind, offering great recommendations and arranging transport for us. Highly recommend this riad for anyone looking for a unique stay in Marrakech and they arranged our tours for us which made everything very convenient and costumed to our time! We had the best hammam and massage! 🇲🇦🧡
