Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. Lo staff è sempre stato attento, cordiale e disponibile, mentre i responsabili ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli e suggerimenti per vivere al meglio l'esperienza. Le camere erano pulite e curate. Il riad è molto tranquillo e, durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto la piacevole sensazione di averlo quasi interamente a nostra disposizione. Il giardino interno, dove abbiamo gustato la colazione, è curato e molto silenzioso. Posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos della piazza e dei mercati.

L'accoglienza dei ragazzi molto calorosa, la posizione buona, il silenzio. La struttura è nella medina, vicino al souk, ma anche vicino ad una strada punto di raccolta di macchine per andare a fare attività. 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, molto servizi utili sotto, diversi ristoranti buoni. Il vicolo in cui si trova è decente e pulito, non ti viene ansia di notte. Camera bella con balcone comodo. Nonostante il caldo abbastanza fresca. Essendo una gusto house, con una colazione semplice, il prezzo pagato fuori stagione è forse un po' alto.

Kjempe hyggelig personale, god frokost og kjempe fin hage. God beliggenhet. Servicen var veldig bra, Jamal hentet mat til oss den dagen vi skulle dra slik at vi fikk tid til å skifte og ordne oss. Og den første dagen vi var der gikk han gjennom et kart over hele medinaen og ga oss tips. Servicen var mye bedre enn det man kan forvente.
Cons: Litt skittent under sengen. Innsyn til soverommet uten mulighet for å lukke gardinen. Veldig sterk parfyme lukt på et teppe som lå der, ør i hodet. Måtte ta det ut. Uteområdet på taket var skittent, ville ikke ligge i solsengene. Veldig hard seng. (Personlig preferanse)

The accommodation was beautiful. We took a taxi from the airport that was arranged by the accommodation so everything went smoothly. The breakfasts were excellent, and every member of the staff was kind, caring, and helpful. We also appreciated that, when we had to leave early, they prepared a small breakfast for us to take on the way home. Thank you very much for everything!

Cons: Pur essendo tutto fantastico ciò che non mi è piaciuto molto è la mancanza della luce accesa di notte dal portone (dentro) e dalle scale (interne). Luce che poi ci siamo accesi e spenti manualmente, ma forse una luce crepuscolare sarebbe opportuna . La nostra camera, pur essendo esteticamente bella, era piccolina e il bagno molto molto piccolo.

The staff is very welcoming and was able to give us a broad overview of the city before going out for a stroll. The inner courtyard of the riad is very green and calm and has a relaxing feeling which is nice after being around in Marrakesh which is a busy city. The rooms are situated on the first floor with a view to the courtyard. The rooftop allows you to see parts of Marrakesh from above.
Cons: The bathroom in our room was pretty small, it had all the facilities but could only ever be used by a single person at once.

The staff was excellent, always there to help. The breakfast in the garden area was very good, made with thoughtfulness with traditional tastes.
Cons: As a traveller, you have to realize that you are in the Medina area, therefore a new cultural experience for europeans and you have to be prepared for that. Once you walk in the Riad you feel like entering a small oasis, in a clean traditional setup with a very well kept garden.

Le riad était très agréable, calme et idéalement situé au cœur de la médina, proche de tout. Le personnel a été exceptionnel : hyper gentil, doux et toujours aux petits soins, avec de précieuses explications touristiques dès notre arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux et très agréable, était servi dans le jardin au milieu du chant des oiseaux, ce qui apportait une atmosphère particulièrement apaisante. Le personnel s’est également montré très arrangeant lorsque nous avions une excursion tôt le matin. Tout était vraiment génial ; nous n’avons simplement pas l’habitude d’un service aussi attentionné.

Cons: Petit be mol pour pour l’eau chaude malheureusement il est parfois un peut compliqué de se doucher en ayant de l’eau chaude en fonction de la journée, pensez à prendre une douche chaude le matin de préférence ( ils doivent avoir un petit ballon d’eau chaude ) neansmoins après que ont les a avertie ils ont su trouvé une solution

It was our first days and first time visiting Morocco and we had the best welcome by staying at the Riad. We were picked up from the airport and welcomed with Moroccan tea in the inner courtyard of the Riad. It was such a beautiful and calm Riad that you cannot imagine its being in the center of the Medina. From the rooftop you can see the stars and a bit of view. The room was well equipped with authentic decorations and we absolutely loved everything. And special thanks to the team that’s always responsive and always there for us for everything we needed!

The gardens were stunning and very peaceful specially in the morning during breakfast. There were a variety of places to sit at any time of the day, including terraces. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Cons: Our original room had an incredibly strong perfume, maybe bleach odor and it was very hard to stay in there. Fortunately, the owners accommodated us and move us to a better room after one night.

Riad4Jardins was located at the western most edge of the inside of the medina, just outside the souks, 5min to the Musee de Confluences, 8 min from the Jardin Secret. It was close to the action yet completely quiet and secluded behind its thick stone walls and tranquil garden - what an oasis for rest! The property owners - Jamal, Hind and Adnan - are kind, welcoming and offer you orientation insights and advice over a glass of fresh mint tea. They are proud of their family home - there are 8 rooms total - and you feel like a personal guest. My room felt secluded, and overlooked the fountain courtyard of orange trees, bougainvillea and rosemary. There is a hammam and spa services which you book for your private use and the services are excellent; an alternative to public hammams elsewhere.
Cons: The only small point was that though WiFi was excellent in the ground-floor courtyard area, it was variable in my room, which means that private WiFi calls or meetings could not be conducted reliably there. Perhaps a wifi system with multiple units to extend the range would be helpful.

I cannot recommend this Riad (hotel) enough. It was the first time that we had visited Marrakesh and the family owners Jamal, Hind, and Adnane, were just fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Riad is perfectly placed near to the centre of town but so incredibly hidden from the busy Rte Sidi Abdelaziz street as the entrance is down a little side alleyway. The room that we stayed in was lovely, very comfortable, and most importantly, very quiet. We enjoyed a balcony which overlooked the beautiful central garden that always had birds singing their hearts out during the morning and evening. Jamil who was the waiter and nigh duty manager, was also incredibly obliging and polite and went out of his way at every opportunity to assist and make us tea! Breakfast was very generous with local pastries and produce and we also had a meal one evening in the garden which was very special. Treatments are also offered and my wife had a Hammam which was one of the most memorable experiences of her life - for all good reasons of course! :) We will absolutely stay here again when we next return to Marrakesh as we had such an amazing time. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and treating us like royalty. Barry & Rachel.

Durante la giornata c’e sempre qualcuno che si occupa di pulire e di dare assistenza agli ospiti. Lo staff é stato meraviglioso: ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste e ci ha organizzato taxi da e per l’aeroporto e l’escursione nel deserto in quad e cammelli. Anche i trattamenti spa sono stati bellissimi: quasi due ore tra hammam e un massaggio super. Abbiamo adorato tutto!

The stay at Riad 4 Jardins & SPA was a wonderful experience that exceeded absolutely all my expectations. All the staff at this riad were extremely kind, courteous and responsive. Having visited various 4 and 5-star hotels in Europe, I thought I had seen quality service, but it turned out that I was wrong - the level of service provided at Riad 4 Jardins & SPA met the highest possible standards. Given that we missed the 3-day excursion to the Sahara, the team was very flexible in assisting us with absolutely everything so that we could enjoy our stay. The riad itself is located in a very good location - quiet and close to the souks. The garden is truly magical and creates a perfect atmosphere - both in the morning and in the evening. The hammam and massage also left us with an incredible feeling, as I had not felt so fresh and energized after it for years. You made us feel wonderful, and the harira soup was one of the best I've ever had! Thank you very much to the entire team for the warm welcome, and if I come to Marrakech again - I would visit this Riad again.

Riád je skvěle situovaný v srdci mediny, ale přesto je to tichá oáza poskytující kompletní servis. Oceňujeme zejména pana Jamala a jeho tým. Jsou prostě skvělí. Po příletu nás jimi domluvený taxi vyzvedl po půlnoci na letišti ve smluvený čas a celý pobyt bylo o nás skvěle postaráno. Snídaně byla výborná.

Le riad est superbe : une ancienne maison familiale pleine de charme, avec un magnifique jardin au centre, qui est très agréable et permet de s’éloigner du bruit et de l’agitation de Marrakech, ce qui crée une véritable parenthèse de calme au cœur de la médina. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents et très variés, avec de délicieux produits. Le hammam permet de passer un moment de détente parfait après une journée à explorer la ville, et le massage qui suit est un vrai plus. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le toit-terrasse, qui offre une jolie vue sur Marrakech. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se poser, lire un livre ou boire un thé tranquillement (au coucher de soleil de préférence 😊).

The riad was a little haven of calm and comfort right in the medina, with its beautiful garden and traditional architecture. The staff was beyond helpful and welcoming and we really felt like we were their guests, not just customers. We enjoyed the authentic atmosphere, the freshly made breakfasts served in the garden, waking up to birdsong, the views from the terraces, the best mint tea (without sugar) in town, and would be happy to visit again. I appreciated the fact that they use solar panels for heating the water, even if it meant that it was nicer not to take a shower very early in the morning.

L'emplacement du riad est idéal, et le calme dans le riad est très appréciable alors qu'il est tout près du souk. Le lieu est très beau, on α été bien accueillies durant tout le séjour par le propriétaire et sa fille, adorables et hyper réactifs. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. In der Unterkunft ist es sehr ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte herausgetreten steht man mitten im Trubel der Medina. Jamal, der Leiter des Riads, ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat und mit guten Tips versorgt.

Въпреки, че беше много централен, риадът беше тих и приятен за релакс. Има удобен и красив двор с кътове за почивка и зеленина. Носи отпечатък на автентично място, но е много чист и добре поддържан. Най-забележителното нещо обаче е собствникът и целия персонал - бяха толкова мили, отзивчива и приятелски настроени, чувствахме се изключително добре посрещнати и желани гости там! Осигуриха ни трансфер от и до летището, възможност за съхранение на багажа ни преди чекиране, по-ранна закуска от предвиденото, масаж и хамам. Препоръчвам този риад с две ръце!

It’s a wonderful place, the Riad 4 Jardins, located a bit outside of the medina’s chaos but still very close to all the major sites. The riad has a magnificent garden which allows the guests to take break from the loud streets of the city, relax and enjoy the birds songs. Jamal and his daughter are extremely helpful. The rest of the staff is also very respectful and helpful. Our room had its own terrace and we enjoyed privacy. The room was cleaned every day, it was equipped with all the needed amenities. The only thing that we requested is to get eggs for breakfast which was immediately provided to us.

The property: Is beautiful and perfectly located. you're not too closed off from transportation and the main streets. And also very close to some of the main attractions. The breakfast: a very delicious, warm, LARGE, spread. with ingredients that are very fresh. My room: I got the Balcony room, I loved the minimalistic and modern vibes while maintaining regional authenticity. While I loved the regional tile work, in the rooms and bathrooms it can get a bit overwhelming. Fortunately that was not an issue for me in the balcony room.

Ci sono luoghi che si visitano… e luoghi che si sentono. Questo Riad per noi è stato proprio questo: un’esperienza da vivere con il cuore. Dal primo momento siamo stati accolti da Jamal e da sua figlia con una gentilezza autentica, di quelle che non si imparano ma che appartengono alle persone. Hanno superato ogni aspettativa, facendoci sentire ospiti speciali, mai semplici clienti. La posizione è perfetta: nel cuore della Medina, a pochi passi da tutto, ma allo stesso tempo in un angolo di quiete sorprendente. Si può rientrare attraversando i suk, lasciandosi avvolgere dai colori e dai profumi, oppure percorrendo la strada esterna, comodissima la sera, quando, con le botteghe chiuse ci si vuole sentire più tranquilli. Varcata la porta, il tempo rallenta e la frenesia di Marrakech resta fuori. Il giardino, il pergolato, i terrazzi: silenzio, luce e canto degli uccelli. Una pace rara, quasi sospesa. Nulla di ostentato o sfarzoso, ma un’eleganza sobria, con un fascino leggermente retrò che custodisce l’anima autentica del luogo. Le colazioni sono un piccolo rituale di felicità: prodotti fatti in casa, spremuta fresca, caffè e yogurt semplicemente indimenticabile. Abbiamo scelto anche alcuni servizi del Riad — il trasferimento da e per l’aeroporto, l’hammam Royal interno (un’esperienza intima e professionale), e una visita guidata in italiano che ci ha permesso di scoprire la Medina con occhi diversi, senza fretta, con curiosità e rispetto. La nostra camera, Salma, affacciata sul giardino, inizialmente mi preoccupava per la privacy… timore completamente infondato. Nessun disturbo, solo tranquillità. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono loro: Jamal e sua figlia. Attenti senza essere invadenti, presenti ma discreti, premurosi in ogni dettaglio. Si percepisce quanto amino ciò che fanno e quanto desiderino che ogni ospite si senta bene. Noi ci siamo sentiti accolti, protetti, coccolati. E siamo ripartiti con la certezza che, se torneremo, sarà anche per loro.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! If you are lucky enough to come across this Riad, look no further! From the moment I arrived in Marrakesh, I knew I was in safe hands, we were picked up from the airport by our driver Abdul who greeted us with big smile, he helped us with everything, our bags, our SIM cards and he answered all our questions about the city with enthusiasm and kindness! When we arrived at the Riad we were blown away by the beautiful aesthetics of the courtyard; from the orange and pomegranate trees, to the fountain in the centre. It exceeded our expectations. Our room was comfortable, and the cleaners did a good job. The managers Hind and her father Jamal were very welcoming and even drew us a map about where to go in the medina and was very informative and kind about everything! All in all the Riad was perfect in every way the breakfast was amazing and if you have time please book the spa and hammam massage treatment my masseuses Samira gave me one of the best massages of my life I would 1000% recommend!!

Such a gorgeous and calm oasis! Beautiful garden and a very comfortable room – I slept very well, both nights that I was there. Hind went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, and was so helpful re. Marrakech advice. Her colleagues were also so welcoming, and the hammam was wonderful! Would really recommend to anyone visiting the city, and certainly hope to stay again.

Wirklich hübsches, kleines Riad in der Medina- trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern versehen. Wir haben 1x Abends dort sehr lecker gegessen. Jamal und seine Tochter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Cons: Leider war die Terrasse im Januar oben nicht hergerichtet, gerne hätten wir die sonnigen Stunden oben genossen. Der Speisesaal ist quasi ohne Tageslicht, das köstliche Essen wurde am Sofatisch serviert, was wir unbequem fanden.

La habitación limpia, con camas cómodas, buen tamaño para 3 personas con 2 cuartos dentro de la misma habitación, con aire acondicionado para el tremendo calor en agosto.

The setting: calm and peaceful with a traditional feeling. The location: Safe location, easy enough to reach the main attractions with plenty of cafes, stores and nice restaurants nearby. But quiet enough to be enjoyable. The staff: helpful, attentive, considerate, friendly and professional. The bedroom: comfortable, spacious and with all the modern amenities. Un accueil parfait dans un Riad familiale, avec un service parfait et dans un lieu magnifique. Le Riad profite d’une localisation parfaite pour profiter de Marrakech dès la sortie de l’établissement. Des restaurants qualitatifs sont à proximité et si besoin ils trouvent toujours un bon repas à proposer si on ne souhaite pas sortir. Les prestations de SPA sont de bonne qualité et le repas sur place était succulent et il n’y a pas besoin de sortir de Riad pour profiter d’un bon Tajine. Mais surtout, Jamal et sa fille ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une aide sans défaut pour nous aider à trouver un véhicule de location et même à négocier avec les locaux en appelant à plusieurs reprises les loueurs de véhicule. Ils nous ont même accompagné jusqu’au rendez-vous avec le loueur pour vérifier les documents et que tout soit bien en ordre. Je recommande vivement et j’espère revenir pour une prochaine visite de ce magnifique pays.

We had an exceptional stay at Riad 4 Jardins & Spa and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh. The riad truly feels like a quiet oasis in the middle of a vibrant, noisy city. The perfect place to retreat after a day out. Breakfast was excellent and a real highlight each morning, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead. We also tried the hammam at the riad, which we would highly recommend, especially as a first hammam experience. It was relaxing, well organised, and very well done. Jamal and his daughter, and the entire staff were wonderful hosts throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to make our visit as enjoyable as possible really stood out. A fantastic place to stay and we would not hesitate to return.

Cons: Les voitures ne peuvent pas passer mais le point d’arrêt des voitures est réellement proche (maximum 2 minutes de marche) une des premières rues sur votre gauche. Pensez à bien être attentifs aux panneaux ou prévoir votre carte SIM connectée et l’application Google Maps.

We loved the garden, our cozy and comfortable room with the balcony and a perfect and surprisingly quiet location of the Riad. We also very much liked the manager and his daughter - both very friendly and helpful, and Mr. Abdeljalil, an exceptionally nice and professional employee of the Riad. The breakfasts, typically for Morocco mainly baked goods and eggs, were fresh and generous and the dinner that we had there once - was truly delicious.

This riad was perfectly located close to lots of nice shops and restaurants. Close to Bacha Coffee, Ben Youssef Madrasa, and the souks. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. The garden was lovely and relaxing.
Cons: My only criticism would be that the beds were a little bit hard but that was the standard in most of the places I stayed at in Morocco. Maybe that's their preference. Also the pressure of the hot water in the shower was very weak. Otherwise everything was lovely.

A really lovely stay at Riad 4 Jardins. This 300-year-old riad has been in the same family for 70 years, and you can feel the care that has gone into it. Jamal and his daughter Hind are excellent hosts: warm, attentive, and always quick to help. Communication with Jamal before arrival was easy and fast, which made everything straightforward. They kindly arranged airport transfers both ways, which was much appreciated. The location is ideal: quiet derb but only a short walk to the main square, souks, and plenty of restaurants. We stayed in two different rooms; both were comfortable and nicely decorated, and one had a pleasant balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast was very good each morning (fresh juices, bread, fruit, eggs, etc.) and could be taken in the courtyard or indoors. Jamal and Hind were happy to share recommendations for dining, money exchange, car rental, and parking, all of which were spot-on. Overall, a calm, authentic, and extremely well-run riad with genuinely helpful owners. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Marrakech.

The staff were just as welcoming and attentive as on our first visit and the standards of comfort and hospitality were just as high. We had a fantastic few nights at this beautiful traditional riad in Marrakesh. Jamal, Hind, Abd al-Jalil and everyone there made us feel hugely welcome from the first moment. Sadly I was a little ill during my stay, but by the time we left it truly felt like they were more like family than hosts. The riad is in a perfect location in the medina — just next to Dar el Bacha and a short walk from the souks and Jemaa el-Fna. It’s central enough for everything to be easily walkable, yet in a quiet area so you can relax away from the crowds. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated in a Moroccan style, the breakfast in the garden was delicious. We were also able to book excursions through the riad, which was a fantastic and well-organised experience — highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. From the very warm welcome upon arrival (after stepping into this vibrant, colorful, and loud city that initially felt a bit overwhelming) we were instantly relieved to find ourselves in a quiet, oasis-like place, greeted by the owners’ daughter. She took plenty of time to explain the main attractions and shared some very helpful local tips. The garden is beautiful, and breakfast served there exceeded our expectations (especially after reading some reviews). Freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of pastries, and cake made for a perfect start to the day. The room was rather small, but we were lucky to have one with a balcony overlooking the lovely garden. We also booked a hammam and massage — the treatment rooms themselves were quite traditional and not particularly cozy, but the two ladies providing the treatments were absolutely wonderful and made it a truly enjoyable experience.
Cons: The only small downside was the rooftop terrace, which wasn’t in the best condition and therefore not particularly inviting to spend much time on. The water pressure in the shower was sometimes very weak.

This is a beautiful family run riad offering a peaceful retreat away from the busy medina. It’s a traditional riad with a gorgeous courtyard and terrace. Breakfast was served in the courtyard, it was beautifully presented and slightly different each day with a selection of breads, yogurts, cheese, eggs, fruit and even cakes. It was perfect preparation for a day exploring. There are options to book trips such as desert trips, hot air balloon flights and Hammam spa treatments. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was an electric kettle and television. The shower had lovely hot water. Nothing was too much trouble. Mr Jamal booked all our airport taxi transfers for us and allowed us to leave our bags as we had a later flight home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it for its location. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Ne-au făcut sa ne simțim bine venite si vom reveni cu mare placere si de asemenea vom recomanda prietenilor aceasta locație.
Cons: Nu as spune neapărat ca nu ne-a plăcut, însă astăzi fost puțin incomod ca nu exista un loc destinat valizele si a trebuit sa improvizam cate un scăunel, masuta pentru asta, camera fiind foarte mica. Dar bănuiesc ca acesta este un lucru comun tuturor ridurilor din zona fiind totuși construcții foarte, foarte vechi. Cu toate acestea, nu se compara cu nimic farmecul de a te caza aici decat la vreun hotel. Căldură si disponibilitatea oamenilor care te primesc, atmosfera de poveste creata dincolo de zidurile ce te despart de vuietul strazii, liniștea si cantul păsărilor din grădină, șterg orice astfel de mic neajuns.

The riad is amazing, I highly recommend! We had a great stay and the staff was very kind and helpful for everything we needed. Jamal was a great host, very kind and always smiling and checking if we need anything. Upon arriving we got greeted with some Moroccan mint tea and traditional biscuits whilst the hosts explained to us where all main attractions and good spots in the city are located. The rooms are cleaned daily with lots of care. The towels and bedsheets are also changed daily. The location is superb, not in the busy and noisy medina, but right next to it - offering proximity to the center but a calm place to rest. Still on a big street with lots of shops if you need anything like water or food. The breakfast is very nice, with lots of traditional Moroccan foods and is prepared fresh every morning. We had to book an extra night and they kindly took our request and even upgraded us to a better room without extra charge because the first room was unavailable for the extra night. The garden in the centre of the riad is beautiful and very peaceful, such a nice place to take a break from the busy streets of Marrakech. The riad also has a spa and restaurant which is very handy if you don't want to go to the medina.

L’hotel ci ha regalato un soggiorno autentico in una splendida struttura, sapientemente gestita dalla famiglia dei proprietari. Dalla camera, con vista sul cortile interno, si respirava l’atmosfera suggestiva della splendida Marrakech. Il canto del muezzin echeggiava all’alba dalle finestrelle colorate della stanza; il rumore delle ceramiche e delle tazzine ci risvegliava, invitandoci alla deliziosa colazione, prontamente servita nel cortile. I proprietari ci hanno accolto con cordiali e preziosi suggerimenti per visitare la città, rivelandosi, oltre che dei bravi professionisti, anche persone deliziose. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio ristorante la prima sera in cui siamo arrivati e abbiamo mangiato divinamente; oltre all’hammam con massaggio, una vera coccola da non perdere.

The Riad 4 Jardins & Spa was one of the best accommodations I have ever been to. The rooms were very well accommodated, and the AC worked well. The location was fantastic as it is located inside the Medina of Marrakesh, and it is an easy 10-minute walk to the main square. The whole estate was very nice and well-kept. Jamal and Mohammed were great hosts and provided us with a detailed explanation of Marrakesh´s best sights, and gave us a custom map. The rooftop terrace was also splendid. My friends and I spent a lot of time there. We also used the opportunity to visit the hammam and the massage provided by the Riad. Would truly recommend trying the hammam as it is truly an experience. The breakfasts were also great and provided a range of options, from local pancakes and bread to yogurt, fresh fruits, and omelets. My friends left at 3 AM, and Mohammed even prepared a breakfast package for them! That should tell you that Mohammed and Jamal are truly great hosts, and they will try to help you in any way possible. Would 100 % recommend staying here as it was a wonderful Moroccan experience.

We woke up late for breakfast one morning, but he still bought us an incredible spread out in the garden. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was very helpful with suggestions and arranging taxi's. The riad and the gardens are beautiful. A quiet haven in a good location. We loved our stay in this Riad, especially our mornings and evenings in the garden. Everything is within walking distance, and there's even a parking lot in 5 mins in case you come by car. There are about 6–7 rooms in the Riad, each one different, so please make sure to book the one that suits your needs. We booked two rooms. The room on the top floor had its own private terrace, was very bright, and had a cupboard. In contrast, the room on the first floor didn’t have a cupboard, was a bit dark, and was located close to the Riad's entrance, so we could always hear when someone came or left during the day. Overall, it’s a lovely place to spend your holidays in Marrakech. Thank you to the entire team and the owner for the warm hospitality!

It is beautiful, walking distance to many attractions and the staff is wonderful. There are Moroccan artworks in the rooms and the garden. Everyone greeted me and offered assistance with planning activities and carrying them out. And the breakfast is enormous!

The service was great, and we’d like to extend a personal thanks to Mohammed who was particularly attentive, friendly and warm, he provided amazing service! Jamal, the director is also great. Breakfast was lovely each day and the onsite Hammam and massage experience we’d recommend. We stayed in the triple room which was very well decorated and felt lovely and homely. All in all, a fantastic property.
Cons: The only small downside is the WiFi can be slow and patchy, just prepare to have your own data should you need it. I imagine this problem is across all Medinas, not just this one.

The kindness and hospitality Jamal, Hind and the amazing young Mohamed offered us every day! Every time we return to the Riad in the evenings or serving us breakfast every morning in the garden, made us feel home and part of their family! We have seen many Hammams, but we are very happy to have enjoyed the one they offered us at our Riad ! We arrived from the desert and they were waiting for us, our 13 year old boy experienced it for the first time as well, and it was gorgeous. The ladies team made the best massage on this planet, it was a blessing! The Riad's location is just perfect, to visit the Medina, cross the Souks, few minutes walking to reach all the historical atracttions and also 20 minutes walk to L'Hivernage, the modern part of Marrakech! Very save to return at night!. We will choose Riad Les 4 Jardins again for sure in our next visit to this fabulous Marrakech!

I really loved the stay. You are super close to the busy and vibrant center, but hidden in a small street, it is calm (very good sleep) with a garden in the middle of the hotel (Riad), so you woke up to singing birds in the morning. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast was very good, with Omelette, pancakes, bread and various spreads (also a typical Moroccan ones). The rooms are clean and big enough to feel good. We even had a balcony (not a standard for every room) to relax and enjoy the Riad. We also took the massage and hammam directly at the hotel - it is a good alternative, because this was much calmer and relaxed than the more busy Hammam centres (which are also plenty within 4 minutes walking distance, if you prefer. The massage was was so good we even some the next day.

The Riad was located in a great location, peaceful and tranquil inside the walls but very close to the bustling souks and main attractions. We loved lingering over breakfast in the leafy gardens and listening to the birdsong; it set us up for the rest of the day.

I can't praise the Riad or manager Jamal enough. Also his daughter Hind, & a young man named Ismail who brought us breakfast every morning, remembering the tiniest details of how we liked our coffee and eggs. Before arriving at the Riad I had messaged Jamal regarding my husband's CPAP machine for sleep apnea. On arrival he had put up a shelf at the side of the bed for it, & had located a shop and purchased a bottle of distilled water for the machine ! Taxis were arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, the driver bringing us & our luggage into the Riad . When we arrived home yesterday, I realised that I had lost a key ring that held my car and house keys. Today I contacted Jamal to ask if he wouldn't mind checking the Riad, and also with the taxi company to try to locate my keys. Not only did he do this without hesitation, but he also offered to check at the police station in case they had been handed in. Never in my life have I encountered such kindness and consideration as I have from Jamal & his wonderful team. I wholeheartedly recommend Riad 4 Jardins to anyone wanting to experience a beautiful Riad, in the heart of everything, but inside is beautifully tranquil.

This is an original Riad in Marrakech with an oasis type of feeling. It is historic being more than 150 years old (while having modern facilities). It is nestled in the heart of Medina while being very peaceful and charming. The location could not be better. Just 5-8 minutes walk from the Souks and a leisurely 12-15 minutes walk to Jama el Fana (the main square). The immediate area has a lot of Riads and excellent possibilities of Spa & Hammam. The hosts Jamal, Hind and Hamza are amongst the kindest people we met. Jamal gave us complete info about what to do in Marrakech while we are here. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a personal balcony. Nicely furnished and adequate for all our needs. The sound of birds was such a nice experience through the day. The breakfast was varied, tasty and sufficient. Hosts were very accommodative of all our requests. In fact, we missed home food and wanted to make something of our own in the kitchen. We just asked Jamal and he allowed us to cook our own meal!! We recommend this Riad in a heartbeat, a must do in Marrakech.

Wonderful hosts! They were so accommodating and helped us with any issues we had. We were able to check in a little earlier and they picked us up from the airport and guided us to the hotel. They provided breakfast every morning and tailored it according to our likes and dislikes which was nice. We were upgraded to the Ouarzazate room from the second day which was really lovely of them as the room was a lot nicer and had its own private balcony. My sister was unwell for the first two days of our trip and they helped with providing medication and asked about her regularly. We were also able to check out later which we were very thankful for as our flight was late afternoon. The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the souks and only a 10-15 min walk to many attractions. I would highly recommend staying here if it’s your first time in Marrakesh!
Cons: Our room, although lovely, did not have a very good shower. The water pressure was incredibly low to the extent that we were only getting trickles of water. This was extremely inconvenient as we had just arrived from a dusty desert trip and couldn’t shower straight away. We had to wait till the next morning to shower when the water pressure went back to normal. The mattresses are also extra firm so be wary.

The Road was incredible, very authentic, beautifully designed and clean. The beds were comfortable, we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious, selection of pancakes and bread, with the option of omlette/eggs- we stuck to pancakes as they were so good. Markets were just a few mins away- top 5mins to the Secret Garden. In general everything was close by, nice restaurants a short walk away. Trip to Ourika was organised for us at short notice, which we enjoyed immensely. We also had hammam and massage at the Riad- complete bliss! Thank you very much for making our stay memorable. We didn’t want to leave and would love to be back one day.

The location is walking distance to most locations you may want to visit. What I enjoyed most was that our host, and his daughter, made you feel you were at home. His partner picked us up from airport and I did not book any attractions till we arrived. He gave us great suggestions and he took care of scheduling everything for us. Me and my wife stayed at this riad for 3 nights. It was such a wonderful experience. Jamal and Adam made us feel at home. They were so welcoming and friendly. Location The hotel is slightly hidden. But very easy to find because it is next to a famous place called Dar Bacha. So if you get lost, you can always ask someone where dar al Bacha is and they will direct you. It is about a 15 minute walk from jmaa al fnaa. It is a simple route. I also prefer it's not too close to fmaa al fna, because it is quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping. Also, we were walking around the location at night and it felt really safe. Not once did we feel unsafe. Riad Such a wonderful and clean Riad. It has a beautiful garden. To be honest you can spend hours sitting there and enjoying the peace and quiet. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The rooms were cleaned everyday and new fresh towels were placed. Hammam/message They have an option of hammam and massage. Samira and Khadija did an amazing job. Its a once in a lifetime experience. I highly recommend it Breakfast. We only had breakfast one of the morning. Because the other days we had activities planned during the day. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was an exceptional stay at this riad. I would highly recommend to all. You would not regret it.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and we got also a breakfast to go when we left for the desert tour in the early morning. In addition, we got Amlou at the end to bring it back home and we were so happy about it <3 The staff cleaned the room every day and changed the towels (that was not necessary for us but it's nice). We also had dinner there and we can really recommend it. It's good. The location of the Riad is also quite nice. You're close to Souks but also to a main road. So during night it's save to walk there.

A little oasis in the busy and noisy Marrakesh. Jamal is what makes this Riad what it is. Excellent hosting always ready to help. The staying is informal and laid back and the rooms are spacious. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Djemaa El Fna trough the Souk and other interrelating sites. Jamal sent a taxi to pick me up from the airport which I recommend as the driver will walk with you for a little stretch to the actual Riad as cars cannot get in. Booked tours pick up are also conveniently based just a few minutes walk.I will definitely revisit when next in Morocco.

The riad is in an excellent location in the medina, and easily accessible by taxis from the main road, yet close enough to walk to all the main areas like Djemma El Fna, Palais El Bahia, Medersa Ben Youssef and Le Jardin Secret, and a short taxi ride to Jardin Majorelle. As a solo traveller, I especially appreciated everything about this riad including the location, security and Jamal’s support with helping me experience Marrakech.

The Riad is really beautiful, romantic and well maintained. We really enjoyed the self made breakfast in the beautiful garden, birds chirping...silence, peaceful atmosphere. Jamal is an exceptional host, always friendly, and helpful when you have questions or need help in organising activities.
Cons: Our room had only a small window at the very top of the wall - but this is the way many rooms in the historical Riads are build, and one gets used to it after two days;-) (In any case you can stay in the wonderful patio and garden downstairs to relax).

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Marrakesh and our incredible stay at Riad 4 Jardins thanks to Jamal and his lovely staff. This riad is a peaceful and tranquil spot right in the heart of the busy medina. When we first arrived we were welcomed with some tea and lunch by Jamal. Food was of a very high standard, all freshly made and authentically Moroccan. Room was beautifully decorated and clean, and we had a lovely balcony looking out onto the beautiful courtyard. Jamal was an amazing host and did absolutely everything to make our stay an amazing one. We also booked the hammam and massage in the Riad’s spa (thoroughly recommend). All of the main attractions were within waking distance (we visited Bahia Palace, Badi Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Secret Jardins, Jardins Majorelle and Jemaa el Fnaa) We will definitely be back to Riad 4 Jardins on our next visit to Marrakesh and will recommend to all our friends and family who also wish to visit this amazing and unique city. Really beautiful, authentic Riad. Jamal told me it is between 400 and 500 years old. To be an actual authentic Riad it should have 4 gardens with a Center piece. So most other places aren’t actually riads, which makes this place very special. It’s clean and super comfy and a really nice environment.

This is a wonderful place to explore Marrakech from. It is ideally placed down a quiet alleyway on the very edge of the souk and within easy walking distance of all main attractions. The building is an atmospheric, traditional Riad built around a garden with a central water feature, yet it has all modern facilities. The manager, Jamal, couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. If I go to Marrakesh again this is where I will stay.

Jamal is the nicest and most helpful guy in Marrakech. We were greeted with Moroccan tea and a tour of the beautiful Riad. He arranged our transfer from and to the airport and picked us up at the place where the taxi couldn't get any further.. The Riad is so pretty, the roof terraces (multiple) are so pretty, the room was very spacious, and the entire Riad is a sea of peace and quiet in a very busy area. The location was close to everything: the souks were a 5min walk, the Jemaa El-Fnaa market place 15min, but it was also relatively close to Jardin Majorelle which is out of the Medina. The breakfast is a typical Moroccan breakfast, it had everything we needed. I learned what Amlou is, a delicious spread for bread and Moroccan pancakes, and because I loved it so much, Jamal gave me a little bottle of it to take home when we left. I would definitely stay here again, thank you for everything!
Cons: Same problem as every Riad: if you try to sleep early, you might have problems with other guests entering the building and having a conversation, since nothing in Marrakech is really isolated and all the riads have the central place to which all rooms are adjacent to. I have slept in other riads, some which were a little more quiet, most where the problem was even bigger, so it's a problem you're going to have everywhere.

The Riad is in a perfect location: at the entrance of the souk, which is great, because if you do any tours, you can easily go to the nearest pick up place but also enjoy the best sights in Marrakesh. The Riad is beautiful, decorated in a traditional style. The rooms (we had 2, one for us and one for the kids) are spacious, clean and well equipped (incl hairdryer). The breakfast is delicious with traditional delicacies. Jamal and his staff are extremely hospita le and helpful. There is a hammam in the Riad and you can eat lunch or dinner there as well. All in all, we loved our stay, I can only recommend this Riad!

Very nice accommodation. It felt like staying at a family. The Riad is located in a quiet part of the Medina. Just a few minutes walk to the busy market. Jardin Majorelle is 20-30 min walking distance and so are most of the other sights. There are lots of restaurants around. You can also have dinner at the Riad. The roof Terrasse is nice to watch the sunset and you can order tea and coffee with it. We didn’t have time to use the Hammam and Massage in the Riad. Jamal helped us booking a tour, was there to just chat. He even woke up to get us to the taxi at 3:45am. Thank you for the lovely time! We sure will be back one day ☺️

This was our first time in Marrakech and spent 5 days at Riad 4 Jardins, including New Year’s Eve. We booked this riad because we were looking for something truly authentic place to stay but also comfortable. We were very happy with our decision. Jamal, the owner and manager is the kindest and most helpful host we could wish for. Even before our arrival he was very communicative, he answered all my questions right away. We arrived late at night in the last day of December and were a little worried we will be cold as the temperature drops down below 10 degrees over the night but the room had an air conditioning with heating that we could turn on. Even though the family owned riad is located in the old medina part of Marrakech just a few steps from the really busy souks, the building is so peaceful and quiet, it is a garden of Eden with beautiful palm and orange trees and birds chirping in the morning. Not to mention the sunny rooftop. You can definitely sense the Moroccan historical architecture and design throughout the building including all the furnitures and relics which are just amazing to be around. Jamal served delicious authentic Moroccan home made breakfast, with fresh pancakes, paratha and amlou, a special mix dip made of argan oil, almond and honey. We also asked him to organise a private day trip for us to Essaouira with a company called Red City (which we learned later) for a very reasonable price. The driver, Ayoub, was beyond our expectations, he was very kind and such a good companion for the 5-6 hours road trip, and he drives very safely. We had a great and truly memorable time staying at the riad, and the spirit of Jamal and the rest of his crew made it even more special. On the last day we asked Jamal to prepare a little lunch for us before we leave to the airport, and they served us delicious tagine with fresh salads that he offered on the house which was a really kind gesture from him. We couldn’t wish for better experience for the new year!

Well located to explore the Medina and the sights, at Riad 4 Jardin you are right in the thick of it and it's fascinating. It's a lovely old property, and interestingly, the only property that I stayed in during my travels in Morocco that matched the description of a traditional riad. Jamael, the owner, is a lovely man who did his utmost to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately he was facing staffing issues due to illness at the time of my visit and there were a couple of niggling issues from that, but otherwise it was a wholly enjoyable experience.

It was the perfect location, right next to the souks, many restaurants and about a 15-20 minute walk from everything else. The 4 gardens were also beautiful to look at everyday and the terrace allowed us to enjoy some sun when needed. Jamal was the perfect host and helped us with everything we needed. We had a cooking class with Nayima at the Riad where we learnt to make vegetable cous cous and chicken and lemon tagine. It was honestly the best tagine I had that trip so even if you don’t do the class, I’d recommend having the chicken and lemon tagine there one day! We also experienced a traditional Hammam and full body massage at the Riad which Jamal organised for us. The breakfast there was delicious with fresh bread and Moroccan crepes every morning served with Almoun among other things. The staff were all very friendly and helpful including Salomon. Overall, we had a great trip to Marrakech and we would stay here again!

Beautiful property that is well situated right in the Medina and is very convenient to get to. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The Riad is an old family home and is immaculately decorated in traditional Moroccan style. The beautiful garden, rooms and various seating areas were and incredible oasis to escape to the business of the alleyways outside. The breakfast and other food was also extremely high quality. Jamal was an extremely kind, knowledgeable and outstanding host and was the highlight of my trip to Morocco. He and the staff helped organise transfers, various trips around Marrakech and further out into Morocco. He truly went above and beyond every day to make the stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Marrakech!

Where do I start? I’ve never experienced such amazing hospitality, so much thanks to Jamal and everyone who works at riad 4 jardins! My flight landed after 00:00 and although it was a last minute booking they easily and quickly arranged airport transfer, when the taxi arrived at the medina I was greeted by a very friendly Jamal (the host) who walked me to the Riad which was not too far, a couple minute walk from where the taxi drops you. Although it was now around 1am Jamal still offered tea and coffee in the garden as I was shown to my room, which was beautiful! I opted for a beer instead of tea and chatted for a while with Jamal, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable in a country I’ve never been to before, especially so late at night! In the morning I missed the slot for breakfast as I’d gone to bed late but when I came outside my room I was still offered it in the garden, to my delight!… it was delicious and the service was great too! All in all, I 110% recommend staying here, the hospitality and friendliness is second to non! Jamal and the staff go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, wether it be advice on forward travel or where to go & what to see, day trips and great conversation! As a solo traveller I’ve loved staying here so much so that I’m currently staying another extra night! It’s located in one the best areas of Madina walking distance to all touristic attraction and best of all 3 steps away from one of the best Spa and Hamam’s. But, these are not the only reasons you should stay in 4Jardin, it’s a family Riad runs by Jamal who went above and beyond to not only make sure we have a great stay but helped us with finding a car and a driver to our roadtrip in Morocco. I highly recommend this Riad and I think we were lucky to meet Jamal. Ps. Life in Marrakesh is normal and the recent earthquake had no apparent impact on this town that should discourage you from visiting.

Cons: Not Riad's fault, however this Riad name and location seems not to be clearly known by taxi. If you can, take the transfer that the owner propose you, the better. If instead you will arrive on your own, please take note of the following, otherwise a taxi may charge you more or take to a wrong direction (it happened to us). The Riad is true that it's inside the Medina but it's just 2 minutes walk from a main street that a vehicle can reach easily. Therefore, as a drop-off spot tell your taxi driver "Dar Moha". Then, from there you can walk in the direction of Henna Cafè (use maps.me app), Riad 4 Jardins is in a side street nearby.

Best location! Jamal and his team were great hosts. This was the perfection location for us to get back to our rooms and relax after a long day of exploring Marrakech. We loved our stay here for its cleanliness, but it was also cute riad to drink tea in the morning before we head out.

I stayed one night in Riad 4 jardins. Jamal was very friendly and gave me good tips for sightseeing etc. Riad was clean and beautiful, like in the pictures. Good location and I felt safe to walk there also in the evening.

Jamal's Riad is beautiful and excellently decorated with an authentic Moroccan style. He provided a really nice breakfast each morning (included with the price) with things like Moroccan pancakes, an assortment of jams, bread, cake, fruit juice, Moroccan tea and/or coffee. Both the shared spaces and the room were extremely clean and tidy. The room also had air conditioning which was very beneficial considering Marrakesh's high temperature (especially in summer). Moroever, the Riad was situation in an ideal location in the medina, surrounded by many market stalls and restaurants. As a young female traveller I always felt safe. Jamal was the most amazing, friendly and welcoming host and was the highlight of our trip. He offered tea, coffee, and bottled water throughout my stay (free of charge) and always made sure myself and my friend were ok. He even helped us on directions and things like how much we should pay for taxis so we wouldn't get scammed. Overall, Jamal's Riad was excellent value for money and should I ever come back to Marrakesh I will definitely be staying here again.

Our host was exceptional. He patiently explained our options and helped us arrange outings. He made us feel taken care of when we were uninformed beginners. In the end he meticulously calculated our charges which were correct, i.e a lucid and honest transaction. 4 jardins is a good choice for first time visitors.
Cons: Some stairs lack handrails and there are no elevators.

I love the fact that Jamal the owner was available for us 24 hours for what ever we needed. From Fresh fruits cut for us at midnight to breakfast and guide for the city. It was a homely feeling which was great. Not a traditional big box hotel. Very cosey, comforting and the location is superb.

The owner and staff were all absolutely lovely and so helpful and the place itself was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and more, the breakfasts were lovely, the communal areas were really pretty and the room was exactly what we wanted. The location in Marrakesh was also ideal for everything we wanted to do.

When I entered the Riad 4 Jardins, I got the feeling that I was in the home of a Moroccan family, where the hospitality and beauty is frankly good. Stepping out of the hustle and bustle of the Medina and into this Riad, there is a tranquility and silence that doesn't feel real. The gardens, the porch, the decor, the mint tea, left us in love with the Riad. Then the room where nothing is missing and is very clean and comfortable. And finally Mr. Jamel, the owner, served us tea the two nights we were there, talked to us, and cooked us Moroccan food. He was really very nice and very gentlemanly. I can only say good things about this Rias that I highly recommend.... Thank you for everything Mr. Jamel!

We would like to thank Mr. Jamal and Ms. Fatima for organising a truly splendid stay in Marrakech. They always helped us, if we had questions and gave us many tips on how to get a taxi, how to shop in the Median etc. The Riad has an excellent location - just next to the Medina, but not inside the busy streets or noise. The garden space is amazing - it is not common for city riads to have such big gardens, so you have your own little oasis in the city. Together with the terrace rooftop, this provides a great relaxing space after long days of walking. We appreciated the traditional decor, yet the riad is well renovated and always clean. This is reflected in the room and bathroom - very comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The breakfast is of high quality as all is made in the kitchen and comes fresh on the table.

The riad was extremely beautiful all around, clean room, stunning garden, great location, statt was over the top and very friendly. Great food also suitable for vegans. Every wish was fulfilled and we would definitely recommend staying here. If we ever come back, we know where to go. The riad is very private not many rooms and it is just beautiful! The property is fantastic with a lot of attention to details. The owner, Jamal, did a fantastic job not only with the facilities, but also in making sure you feel welcome and not just at a random hotel. I totally recommend staying here and I do encourage you to take some time to speak with Jamal if he’s available. he has a lot to say about the history of Marrakesh and Morocco in general. overall, the room was very clean and comfortable. location is perfect, next to a main road so it’s easy to reach via taxi, but only 3 minutes away from the medina.

Riad has wonderful and very pleasant garden. It offers a great escape from the hectic atmosphere outside. It's owner and the whole team are bunch of wonderful and kind people. After the sunset, you can chill at the very cosy roof-toop. Charming place in traditional Moroccan style.

Small restaurant.you can order when you leave in the morning and the food is prepared for you when you get back. Very good food!

Location was fantastic and the garden where we had breakfast was gorgeous. There were also patios to sit on in the evening to watch the sunset.
Cons: The algorithm keeps asking about the comfort of the beds, all beds I have slept in, in Morocco are hard. I did not like that we did not have a window to the outside for fresh air. There was a window to a corridor.

This is a gorgeous oasis in a nice part of downtown. We loved our stay! The owner and workers are wonderful and very helpful. We had an early flight, and despite it being Ramadan, they work up early to make sure we had breakfast before we left (which was delicious!). We loved our stay here and I highly recommend it for its location, beauty, garden serenity, and comfort! Thank you! (I also recommend the hammam right across the street! - super convenient location!)

The location is fairly central and in a very quiet neighbourhood, hidden from a main road. The garden is very large and offers many places (with the two terraces) where to sit and relax. When weather is rainy or cold one can enjoy other rooms. Good wi-fi. Comfortable bathroom, though a curtan would be a plus.
Cons: We were expecting the room to be cleaned up after the first night; there is no need to change the towels but tidying up the bed is the minimum one can expect without having to specifically require it (I don´t remember seeing any notice to that effect). Breakfast was acceptable but below the usual standards in a Marakech riad (bread and fresh juice).

The owner Mr Jamal, the staffs Fatima and Abdul were the nicest people I have ever met. They understood our needs and tried their best to accommodate us. Felt like family members to us. The terrace on the top of the property was our holiday haven to have our drinks and dinner. The food preparation especially the tagine was out of the world. Jamal and Abdul did not hesitate to climb all the stairs to serve our dinner in the terrace everyday. We can’t thank enough for their wonderful hospitality.
Cons: In comparison with the regular hotel this Riad would win a five star with some improvements. We were promised early checkin but couldn’t get the room until 2:45 pm. But thankfully we were accommodated in a nice reception area to relax, have lunch etc. Room facilities could do with some improvements. Ex: Long mirrors, coffee making facilities, dry place to use the hair dryers for safety reasons, small table for putting suitcases etc. The breakfast was a bit basic. Would have been good if there was some continental option too. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

A garden oasis in the medina. Peaceful and secluded this riad is much bigger than most. Carved plaster columns and mosaic flooring. The smell of orange blossom and singing birds. Elegant painted bedrooms. Plenty hot water too. Owner Jamal and manageress Fatima can be proud. 2 night stay ended too soon. Thankyou.

Nice location, set slightly back from the road. It has a garden plus large roof top terraces. The rooms are comfy, would recommend the one with the balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Fatima and Abdul.

Very nice authentic place, friendly staff, it is in medina Marrakesh, only 15 minutes walk to main square. Everything perfect.
Cons: Everything was fine, I would only suggest to add some more different food for breakfast. I mostly missed eggs (omelette or boiled eggs) or some salty stuff.

I loved this riad. First of al the location is perfect. Everything I wanted to visit was no more than 15 min away by foot. As for me the Medina, the souk and the food were the highlight of Marrakesch and the riad is just right at the medina and close to multiple cute little restaurants. The riad is beautiful and It is decorated with a lot of charm and love. It has multiple terraces with pavilions and a cute little garden. My room was lovely, comfy and clean, same as the bathroom. The breakfast has a lot to offer such as local bread, Moroccan crêpes, croissants, butter, jelly, honey, almond cream, mint tee... One night I stayed in and ate at the riad. I ordered a Couscous and I loved and would recommend it. Lastly, I think this riad has something special because of the atmosphere. I have never felt more welcome in an accomodation before. We were picked up at the taxi-spot (the taxis can not enter the medina) and accompanied to the riad. Jamal and his team put in a lot of efford into making us feel at home. They helped us by giving recommendations, by organising day-trips and Hammam for us. So over all, my stay was excellent and I would totally recommend.

The atmosphere. The feeling of enjoying the Morrocon lifestyle in the way the rooms were decorated Loved the personal service eg being escorted to a taxi. Always a warm welcome on returning to the hotel. The advice re the tours and the positive attitude to work out solutions when minor problems occurred.

Charming oasis in a busy location. The Riad had a lovely traditional, authentic, homely feeling. Jamal went out of his way to welcome us, always with a smile. The views on the roof terrace were magnificent. If you are looking for a real morrocan decorated place to stay, this riad is ideal!
Cons: The location was a little difficult to find on the first day. The souk (markets) have lots of narrow alleyways but we started finding our way around better on the second and third day there.

We have stayed in hotels all over the world and yet this was the first time that we felt comfortable just like at home and not like a hotel guest. You stay in a beautiful traditional Moroccan "Riat", relaxing atmosphere and very friendly Fatima and other staff. After entering, the owner Jamal drinks a cup of tea with all his guests, listens to your vacation plans and helps you casual tour options that make your search easier. During our stay we drank tea, laughed, made breakfast together and shared stories with other guests and staff. The rooms are clean, traditionally furnished and for what you pay it is definitely recommended. Thank you we had a great stay!
Cons: The location of this Riat is not easy to find on Google maps because it is a new hotel, but it is 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the busy city.
