El personal sobresaliente, muy atentos y amables. La habitación cómoda y limpia, como todo el Riad. El desayuno abundante en la terraza, la ubicación no es la mas cercana a la Medina, pero se llega dando un paseo en 20 minutos, no tuvimos ningún problema en llegar a ningún sitio a pie.

Vor allem das Personal ist fantastisch! Alle waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend zu uns. Wir durften spät in der Nacht einchecken (aufgrund unseres späten Ankunftflugs), konnten spontan noch einen Tag länger bleiben und hatten eine tolle Zeit im Riad Tislite.
Cons: Schade ist, dass die Räume keine Fenster haben, dass man von der Terrasse keinen Ausblick hat und das es doch leider von der Lage auch etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum und all den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt ist.

Ci ha colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Ci hanno accolti con tè alla mente e dolcetti tipici. Si sono presi cura di noi e ci hanno coccolato. Colazione ottima e abbondante . Abdou si è persino offerto di parcheggiare lui la nostra vettura , dopo aver portato i bagagli in camera . Il Riad si trova in una viuzza tranquilla , pur rimanendo a meno di 100metri dalla strada principale dove si trova facilmente parcheggio . Il Riad è meraviglioso , nuovo , pulitissimo e molto ben arredato. La colazione viene servita in una grande terrazza .Il letto è comodissimo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo sicuramente .

Riad un peu excentré par rapport à la médina. surpris du quartier, mais une fois dans le Riad, accueil très agréable, et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner copieux, agréable. (par contre le repas du soir, je ne le recommande pas). Pour un séjour sur Marrakech, je le recommande à des personnes aimant marcher, remarquez, les taxis sont très abordables. le Riad prix très correct.

Heel mooi gebouw en de service was super! Ze hielpen ons verder met elke vragen die we hadden. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.
Cons: Op google maps staat de riad verkeerd of dubbel aangeduid waardoor bij het boeken we dachten in de medina te liggen maar via de booking.com richtlijnen lag het buiten de medina en toch een eindje wandelen (30 min). Verder was het verblijf goed enkel was de douche aan de kleine kant en was er sterke rioolgeur de 2e nacht wat het slapen uitdagend maakte. De combinatie van deze punten verlaagt de prijs- kwaliteit voor ons. Ook omdat we in veel betere riads met zwembad verbleven midden in de medina voor een gelijkaardige prijs.

Location, easy access to all the main tourist attractions, excellent Staff. When you arrive at the location, don’t be surprised by the local surroundings — Riad Tislite is truly a hidden gem. If you want to experience and explore the traditional Moroccan lifestyle, this riad is perfect. It’s surrounded by shops and markets, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. Only a 15–20-minute drive to Jemaa el-Fnaa, the main souk, and Marrakech International Airport. Parking by the roadside was no problem, even though it’s a busy area. The property itself is very clean and well-maintained. The team at the Riad is fantastic — very kind, accommodating, and with excellent communication throughout. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next holiday, and I’ll be recommending it to my local friends and groups as well.
Cons: As a small suggestion, offering traditional Moroccan food for breakfast would give an extra special touch to the stay.

Khalil, the manager, has always been very kind and helpful. he organized taxis, changed my room since the first one was small, was asking if everything was ok
Cons: My first room was small so i asked for a bigger one. Both of them had a very tiny bathroom, not at all comfortable. IN addition the shower was not draining our so the bathroom soon turned in to a lake. THe air conditioning was point directly to the bed, so could not keep it on during the night. The lady at breakfast, though very nice, did not understand my requests

It was quiet.
Cons: The location offered breakfast, but the breakfast started at 9am. When we requested the staf to serve it earlier they did, but the quality was very low. Also, there was a problem with the bed settings. When booking, we indicated we needed single beds and not a single large bed. When we arrived, the room had the large bed. We requested a change, they indicated they would do it but only did it for the last night. So sleeping conditions were bad. Further, the bathroom was in bad shape. First, the shower rose was leekint and made all the bathroom wer when we showered. We had to request toilet paper meaning that we didn't have toilet paper for the first night. The sad part is that we saw the bathroom from anotherroom and it was great. Lastly, there was the problem of payment. Upon arrival, I indicated I wanted to pay with card. They said the machine was broken, but later they showed it was working. After this, the person working for the hotel tried to push me to cancel my reservation at booking.com saying he didn't want to pay the booking.com fees and I would get a discount. When I refused, he charged us 5 euros more for the accommodation. He even tried to charge me two times. I refused as I could check the payment went through with my credit card app. It wasn't a smooth stay and I even fot my sunscreen due to the stress.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Very clean! They upgraded the room for us, i found out that I booked a room without a toilet, the toilet was in the common area, but only you have the key. I didn't see that when I booked. There was a toilet in our room, but it was very small, it was inconvenient to wash, water was literally everywhere, you stand near the toilet. The area is normal, but when we approached the riad, the children mosted us, shouted at us as if they had never seen a white face, it was very annoying. The breakfasts were very good.

even though the riad itself is beautiful, my favorite part was the welcoming and friendly staff that treat you like family and make you want to come back. Abderrahman and Khalil were such great hosts. 10/10. The lovely ladies that cook and clean were so nice as well, and dont even get me started with the lady that provided the Hammam and massage which was an experience that everyone should partake in. I got to meet the owner, who has done an outstanding job in getting the riad renovated and has big plans for the future. I would come back for sure. The drivers that take you to and from the airport were very friendly too. It felt nice to be welcomed at the airport.

A beautiful Riad from inside with a very nice Rooftop. The rooms are on the smaller side but with everything you need and perfect for a few days or a week. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Abderrahman, Khalil and the team did a fantastic job and service, always ready to help and are available to message through whatsapp 24/7. Service is seriously a 10/10. The bathroom inside was a bit smaller but still fine for 2 people. There are also Rooms with private external bathrooms which I believe are bigger, both options are fine. Breakfast was included and provides a lot of energy, perfect for exploring and walking through Marrakech throughout the day! The Riad is located outside the main “touristic area” but the Medina is easily reacheable within 20minutes on foot or a few minutes with Taxi or the InDrive app. There is also a bus stopp very close.
Cons: It is quite difficult to spot the Riad from outside as it is located in a narrow side street without any signs. When we first arrived with the taxi we were welcomed by one of the hosts who walked us to the Riad. This was very good as we probably would have struggled to find the entrance without any help.

The Riad is beautifully decorated with gorgeous features. The rooftop is especially lovely and a nice place to eat breakfast and dinner.. We had a wonderful Hamman spa and exfoliation treatment one evening, which was a real treat and made you feel amazing afterwards. The staff are very attentive and friendly.
Cons: It was a little too far out of the city for popping back in the day if you wanted a rest.. Once back after a busy day walking the city, it was a lovely space to rest. Our room had a bathroom in the hall, which I did not realise when I booked the accommodation, but it was private and lockable, and robes were issued for discretion. .

The riad itself is stunning—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. My room was spacious and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat. One of the highlights was the large private bathroom, which, although located just outside in front of the room, felt completely secure and exclusive, as we were given the keys for full privacy. This thoughtful arrangement made my stay even more enjoyable & not all rooms like ours there is another one with the bathroom inside the room , Everything about this place was perfect—the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience. I highly recommend Riad Tislite to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Close enough to be able to walk to the Medina. Very gracious manager and staff. Welcoming and cozy with just a limited number of rooms in a traditional riad. Generous breakfast and nice selection for dinner. Note you need to pre-order dinner. Loved the terrace on the roof for meals and some sofas.
Cons: Breakfast was very good but came a bit slow. They were able to accommodate by setting an earlier time so we could make our tour.

The property was beautifully decorated and the staff were incredibly helpful. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts.
Cons: Note that the property can be a little tricky to locate and there is no sign at the door. It is about a 20-30min walk into the old town, most of which is along the walls of a large cemetery.

This is a really beautiful Riad in a residential area. A little far from the main square but easily walkable in half an hour or by taxi or tuktuk. The most positive thing about the property is the people who work there. Khalil looked after us very well. Nothing was too much trouble and he always had a smile and sorted out any issues we had. He even helped us with out luggage without asking. Always very polite and respectful. An asset for his employer. We also met the owner of the Riad and he was also very courteous and took the time to tell us about the history of the huge house. Abdul rehman and Bushra were lovely and presented guests with the most delicious food and always had a smile. The terrace was beautiful and very clean. The whole riad was very tastefully done and it was obvious that they used quality products. Bedrooms were immaculate with high quality of bedding and furniture. We stayed in a suite which was exceptional. Modern yet very morroccan. Brand new aircons were powerful. We loved our stay there. Again huge shout out to the staff there. Thank you so much.
Cons: The distance from the centre but it's nothing that would deter us. Some of the bedrooms are small and one has an external bathroom. However there are a variety of rooms at different prices.

The staff are super sweet and lovely. Very helpful and kind. You definitely feel the Moroccan hospitality. The hotel is nice and conveniently located a short drive from the Medina. Or a 15-20min walk. We enjoyed not being right inside the Medina as it can be hectic

I had an amazing experience at Riad Tislite in the Medina! What I loved most was that it’s perfectly located just a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa el-Fna, giving us the peace of staying in a quieter area while still being close to everything. We also had the chance to try the delicious tajine ever, prepared by the wonderful Dada Fatima such a treat! The hospitality at Riad Tislite was exceptional, with the entire staff creating such a warm and welcoming vibe. It truly made our stay in Marrakech unforgettable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic experience in Morocco :)

We found out that this property has been taken over by new owners. They are a lovely family & I wish them well. They need to improve on a number of things so their business can grow.
Cons: With all due respect to the new owners, we were not keen on the position of this property. It is about 2 Kl to the medina gate, crossing busy roads. The rooms are very basic & feel closed in. We had a private, external bathroom across the other side of the hallway. When we arrived, it was not very clean. This was rectified by the staff when I pointed it out. The worst thing was the noise. There must not be any soundproofing in the walls. I could hear doors opening & closing & other guests coming in, during the early hours of the moring. The sould eccoed throughout the property. I believe they can improve a few things. Offer mattress toppers to those who cannot sleep on rock hard beds. Make sure breakfast is on time & somehow keep food warm (serve in tagine containers or similar). Breakfast is served on the roof top but the kitchen is three floors down. Offer a selection of fresh fruit.

The communication from the Riad was spot on and started even before our trip began. The check-in process was smooth, the rooms were clean and comfortable, turndown service was excellent and their terrace is beautiful, perfect for morning breakfasts. It's important to note that the Riad itself is not smack in the middle of the centre and it will take you 25-30mins to walk to the big square and other attractions in the centre but we actually preferred being away from the madness. It's tucked away in a quiet alley and my partner and I felt perfectly safe returning there at all hours, even late at nights. During the day the friendly neighbourhood kids will be more than happy to engage with you :) The highlight of the stay was the staff. Khalil and the rest of the staff went out of their way in ensuring that we were well taken care of. He booked my partner a spa session at the Riad, booked us our cab back to the airport and even ensured that the hot water situation was resolved quickly on our last day. It was our first time in Marrakech and we'd like to thank Khalil and the staff at Riad Tislite for making it memorable for us
Cons: There wasn't anything particular that we didn't like about the riad itself. As I mentioned above, for anyone looking to be in the thick of the action they'd be well advised to know that the riad is a little away from the centre.

Cons: I was given a double room (with a detached bathroom) despite booking a suite. My husband had made the booking for me, and I wasnt aware. Only when he asked me about the room (more expensive to book of course) we found out that they had given a cheaper room, and by that time I was already checked out.

The Riad is beautiful and calm. The staff is amazing. They helped with everything we needed and they were always very nice. One day I got there feeling sick from being on a car all day and they made me tea for my stomach. It was so sweet. Out bathroom was private but outside the room, but it wasnt a problem for us. Our room was very beautiful and big. Everything was always very clean. Breakfast was good, moroccan, always more food than I could eat. We had a lovely time there.
Cons: The Riad is a little far by foot from the main area, so keep that in mind. Maybe 30 minutes from Jemaa el Fna. It was not a problem for us because we love to walk. Also it is in a more traditional part of the city that we wouldnt have seen if we hadnt stayed there. So I totally recomend staying there because you get to see the real city and the real people, not just tourists. Children playing in the streets, markets, all kinds of shops. Very safe area, even at night.

whenever I managed to get up and moving, breakfast was made for me, with traditional options. I tried everthing and was full and please every single time. Every time I opened my door, someone would appear to ask if I needed anything.
Cons: No complaints. Even getting there at late times, I was able to find the riad, with all the helpful community around.

Our stay at this Riad was amazing, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring fresh and authentic Moroccan flavors As for the bathroom, I really appreciated that there were two types of bathrooms: one outside the room but directly in front of it. These were large, very clean, and, most importantly, private. Having our own key to the bathroom ensured our comfort and privacy throughout our stay Overall, Riad Tislit truly felt like home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable experience in Morocco.

The host, Abderraham, was specially attentive and always helpful. Amazing host! Also the rest of the people working in the Riad. The place is beatific as well. Room spacious and comfortable and great terrace!
Cons: The bathroom was outside of the room, which is not great but ok. Besides that, something worth highlighting, in Booking the location is within the Medina but it’s an issue with Google Maps There are around 4 different addresses with the same name. This Riad is actually located 30 minutes walking distance away from the main square. Please check in G Maps the actual location Still, everything else was great! The neighbourhood is safe, we has no issues coming back even late night.

This small Riad is lovely! It is in a neighborhood full of locals, safe, quiet, not so far away from El Fnaa square. The Riad is nicely decorated, is very clean, the rooms are big enough, the staff always nice and willing to help, the dinner is excellent. Breakfast and dinner is on the last floor, in an open space. We will definitely choose this Riad again if we come back! 😊 we loved our stay here!
Cons: We loved this Riad! It is new, they are only finalizing little details. Some of the rooms have the toilet inside and some have outside (in front of the room), only be aware when doing the reservation. We had the room having the toilet outside, NO issues since we have a key to lock the toilets/shower. Always clean.

Very nice breakfast on the beautiful rooftop. Birds were calling you for breakfast in the morning which makes the whole experience seem like a Marocean fairy tale. Khalil is there for you to cover your needs anytime.

Staff was helpful and caring. They guided us and helped find a parking spot when we arrived at night being overwhelmed by the Marrakesh driving culture. Brekfasts were good. Location is convenient. 20 minutes walk to get into the medina and city center
Cons: Although we had a private bathroom it was in a separate room on the other side of the lobby. It wasn't a big issue for us but at the same time we felt a little bit wierd each time we wanted to use the toilet we had to pass there between other guests and staff. Other rooms seem to have bathrooms integrated with the room though.

From the moment we arrived at the accommodation, they made sure that everything was great and we were extremely well looked after. At all times they made our stay as pleasant as possible. All the staff are lovely and the treatment has been exceptional. It is a new Riad that has all the comforts. Yussef and Halil stolen our heart.
Cons: The truth is that we liked everything and we wouldn't give any negative points, because it was great.

On arrival, w were met by Khalil, who made us feel welcomed. It has a homely atmosphere. We were offered tea and cookies and shown the establishment. At no time did we speak about payment. The staff was friendly and helpful. We walked to the Medina and got a call from Khalil to make sure that we were okay. I really appreciated his concern. On the mornings we had to leave early for excursions, a breakfast was paid out for us I would stay there again and would also advise friends to use Riad Tislite if they happen to be in Marrakech.
