Super good location – you can find everything you need nearby, and it’s absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I especially want to mention the two receptionists, who are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in Morocco. The guy is amazing: kind, funny, and always ready to help with anything. The woman is just as helpful and warm – both of them really make you feel welcome. The accommodation has excellent value for money. Some of the earlier negative reviews felt overly gloomy and honestly didn’t match our experience at all. Everything you actually need is here – just bring a pair of slippers and earplugs, and you’re absolutely fine. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you again my friends!

La posizione centrale è comoda per passare serate più a lungo senza temere la chiusura dei Souk. Vicino la piazza consente una facile gestione degli spostamenti. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile
Cons: Come immaginavamo, leggendo altre recensioni, la struttura è lasciata un po' a se stessa. Quindi odore del bagno persistente. Avevamo chiesto una matrimoniale ma erano due letti separati, con lenzuola corte. La camera era estremamente piccola per 2 persone. Il WiFi non funzionava, per fortuna eravamo autonomi. Non c'era riscaldamento e nella nostra camera c'era una crepa passante nel muro che faceva entrare spifferi di aria fredda.

Cons: La habitación, se reservo triple para dos personas... Nos dieron una habitación la más pequeña de dos camas en 2 metros cuadrados. Olía mal tuvimos que comprar un incienso para que por lo menos tuviera buen olor, las sábanas creemos que no estaban cambiadas y la habitación no estaba limpia, debajo de la cama estaba muy muy sucia muchas botellas de agua y mucha suciedad. Los baños compramos lejía para darle una limpieza. El ruido de las puertas si eres de los que se despierta a la mínima no te recomiendo. La basura del pasillo no la recogieron en todo el día. La gente muy amable pero le falta un buena limpieza por lo menos lo que nos tocó a nosotros.

Cons: On the app booking it was written an address, when I followed it I ended up 30 minutes far from the actual hostel I was really annoyed !! The beds where very dirty with big stains and hair. The toilets where all broken or disgusting Our room was on the 2 floor but I had to go on the ground floor to shower properly

This is my second time staying here at the lovely Riad. The location is perfect, a few seconds away from the Medina. The staff are lovely and super helpful. Showers are good too!
Cons: It would be amazing to have AC or a fan in the room as the room gets super hot at night in the summer months. Even if the Riad charged more, I would pay it as would be easier to sleep with AC or a fan.

Staff era ótimo, mas recibo do imposto não recebi, espero não haver problema do pagamento do mesmo. Estado do hotel era rui, cheiro na casa de banho, limpeza ma, faltava material nos quartos, alguma coisa partida. Ouve se muito barulho na rua, até às 3:00 não consegui dormir. Localização foi ótima, receberam e trataram muito bem.

Lo único bueno del lugar es el personal
Cons: A 38 y 42 grados y las habitaciones no cuentan ni siquiera con un ventilador pequeño. Los baños están en muy mal estado . Las regaderas rotas por todos lados las tasas de baño amarillas y el lugar tiene cucarachas Si no fuera por los empleados que son super amables de ese lugar ya estaría cerrado. Y no porque sea un lugar económico tiene porque estar sucio y en pésimas condiciones de mantenimiento

Cons: This hotel is a disaster. This 5-6 square meter room is like a prison cell. Apart from the bed, there is either a tiny broken cabinet or a tiny armchair because there is no room for anything else. A tiny window facing the corridor. You can hear people's voices until late at night. The bathroom...stinks and disgusting. No one cleans it. The sink is constantly clogged and only cold water. The shower is rusty but luckily it has warm water. There is not even a hanger to hang your clothes. No toilet paper. I did not even receive a towel. Location...200 m from Jamaa el Fna. For some it is a plus, for others a minus. Lots of people and huge noise everywhere. I was supposed to stay for 10 days. I bought a second ticket and left after 5 days.

I booked this hotel last minute then read the reviews which were very negative saying bed sheets and room, toilet were dirty, I didn't find this to be true, the place was very clean also there was hot water, perhaps there has been a change of management but my stay was great. The hotel is 5 mins from Jmaa El Fnna.
Cons: The only slightly negative point was my room had a window over the narrow street which was a bit noisy till about midnight.

Cons: The rooms are super tiny and the bathrooms arent clean. I didnt spend a night. I visited few days before the arrival day and i cancelled but the hotel comfirmed the booking and booking took the money from my bank account. I have contacted the client service and the hotel, it is been one month and i am still have no response back to my problem.

The only.positive thing about this hotel is the location. It is super close to Place Jemaa El Fnaa. But again it doesn't exist on google maps as dar youssef 68 but rather hotel dar youssef 2 I think.
Cons: The room was dirty. The bedsheets were stained. The toilets were really really disgusting, they smelled, there was no soap and no toilet paper!!!!! The shower didn't function properly it was leaking everywhere. My friend who was staying in the first floor could hear my alarm and I was on the second floor. Also, the receptionist made us very uncomfortable by insisting that I don't visit her in her room. It also says it closes at 2am because apparently it's the same receptionist working 24/7??? So if you go out you have to be there by 2am or else you sleep outside.
