An exceptional stay defined by extraordinary people. Park Hyatt Marrakech is a beautiful hotel, but what made my stay truly exceptional was the people. The level of warmth, generosity and genuine care I experienced from the team is what I will remember most. Franck Sibille, the Area Vice President and General Manager, is an outstanding leader. His personal attention, humility and commitment to guest experience were remarkable. Leadership is felt through culture, and the care shown by his team speaks volumes. Nafisa was exceptional. An absolute superstar. Her attention to detail and the immaculate standard of my suite were extraordinary. She takes enormous pride in her work, and it shows. Fouad is another incredible leader who treated me with such warmth and care throughout my stay. Hosni Mubarak, who became my friend during my time at the hotel, was wonderful: kind, attentive, funny and deeply hospitable. Laila was also incredibly gracious and welcoming. And the food! Chef Issam and his team are genuinely world class. The flavours, textures, presentation and quality were outstanding. Some of the best food I have experienced in a luxury hotel. The suite itself was spectacular: beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean and a wonderful space to rest. What Park Hyatt Marrakech reminded me is that true luxury is relational. It is not simply beautiful architecture or expensive surroundings. It is being seen, cared for and welcomed with humanity. My deepest thanks to Franck, Nafisa, Fouad, Hosni, Laila, Chef Issam and the wider team. You made this stay incredibly special. I will absolutely return with my family, Inshallah.

Cons: We stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast was the same for all 4 days. The only rotation was beef sausage or pork bacon or rice. Everything else was the same. There could have been better variety and choices of food. It was raining on one of the days and water seeped into our room via the main door, shoes that were placed the main door were wet. Location is really out of the city centre - it will take you 10 minutes alone just to get out of the property and another 15 minutes into the city if there's no traffic. Room service will take you a long time. If you'd like to get extra bottles or bath towels, be prepared to wait up to at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.

L'hôtel est situé dans un resort de golf privé, donc très calme, l'architecture est assez jolie, très standard pour un park Hyatt mais bien fait. Le personnel est agréable, gentil, bienveillant. Le parc de l'hôtel est agréable avec un petit potager, des allées calmes. La chambre était très grande, avec une vue agréable sur le parcours de golf, la salle de bain est immense, le lit était très confortable. Le Spa est bien aussi, la piscine intérieure est jolie, la gym très agréable et bien équipée.
Cons: Malheureusement la liste est assez longue d'ou ma note globale de 6. Malgré un service bienveillant comme mentionné ci-dessus, j'ai trouvé le personnel assez inefficace. Quelques exemples: j'ai contacté l'hotel 2 semaines à l'avance pour demander une chambre proche de mes amis mais ma demande a été ignorée, j'ai contacté l'hotel pour organiser des activités par email et n'ai pas eu de réponse avant d'avoir relancé 4 fois ce qui est inacceptable pour un hotel de ce standing...; j'ai fait un early check in et on m'a dit qu'on me préviendrait quand la chambre serait prête. Je n'ai jamais reçu de message, à mon retour dans l'après midi j'ai demandé si la chambre était prête - c'était le cas - mais ma valise avait été laissée à l'entrée au lieu d'être installée. Un épisode mineur mais très révélateur: j'ai demandé une brosse à cheveux et malgré 7 tentatives je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Les verres de ma chambre n'ont pas été changé certains jours malgré la saleté évidente, nous avons attendu des voiturettes parfois si longtemps qu'on a fini par en "emprunter" une qui était garée pas loin de notre chambre, l'équipe des bagages a débarqué dans la chambre de mes amis à 8h pour récupérer les valises alors qu'ils ne partaient pas ce jour la. Par ailleurs le hammam du Spa sentait vraiment très mauvais et malgré notre commentaire les équipes n'avaient pas l'air très préoccupées par le sujet, nous avons demandé une table au soleil au restaurant en fin d'après midi après une journée de pluie non stop mais on nous a indiqué qu'il n'était pas possible de s'y assoir car elle était sale... Bref, tout ca est un résumé de petites choses qui sont ok dans un hotel moins cher mais au vu des prix les attentes sont forcément élevée et je dois dire que le Park Hyatt Marrakech nous as beaucoup déçu.

My recent stay at Park Hyatt was truly outstanding. The hotel’s atmosphere, comfort, and elegance exceeded all my expectations. However, what made this experience truly memorable was the impeccable service I received throughout my stay. I would like to give special thanks to the team of Nour-edinne, Zakaria, Hamza, Fatima zahra, reda and Oussama. Their hospitality, professionalism, and warm attitude made a real difference. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their personal attention made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es sind aber die Kleinigkeiten die mir in einem solchen Hotel gefehlt haben. Da war nichts zu reklamieren und dennoch bekam ich in den Restaurants jeweils die falschen Getränke, hatte es den Wein oder das Bier das ich wollte nicht mehr und war das Fleisch zu fett. Einen late check-out von 45min wurde auch abgelehnt. Alles “erste Welt Probleme” aber für den bezahlten Preis dürften diese Dinge nachezu perfekt sein.

I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

The Park Hyatt Marrakech is an absolutely stunning hotel, with incredibly kind and supportive staff. I was hesitant to book at first as I had seem some mixed reviews, but having been, I would assume those previous mixed reviews are due to the hotel not long being open. However I can confirm that it was an absolutely beautiful hotel and location, and a LOT cooler than staying in the centre of Marrakech as there was a breeze off of the golf course and mountains. The restaurants offered a wide choice and absolutely delicious food, including lots of non-alcoholic cocktail options. We also did a 4 hour private tour with a local that the hotel booked for us, and this was very interesting. I highly recommend this!

Cons: There is still some development happening so some noise from machinery, building work, etc. Sadly, whilst most things were good or very good, the food was mostly pretty awful. Occasionally inedible.

A fabulous new hotel which opened summer 2024. Absolutely wonderful service, rooms very carefully designed, stunning views of the Atlas mountains. Very close to golf course. There is a lot of development in the area - but this cannot be seen or heard from the hotel.

The staff are the best thing about the hotel , incredible service and each staff member goes out of the way to help with your every need , they represent the Moroccan people in the most beautiful way possible. Special thank you to the therapists at the spa each one very special . The boys at the pool are lovely and so welcoming . And the waiters at the Asian restaurant in front of the pool and especially wonderful . Thank you to everyone for your incredible work it really shows .
