Riad w znakomitej lokalizacji. Niesamowicie gościnny, pomocny i zaangażowany personel i menadżer. Świetny kontakt z nim od razu od chwili rezerwacji. Od momentu odebrania nas z ulicy z taksówki i przeprowadzenia nas do hotelu po wszystkie wskazówki i pomoc w rezerwacji atrakcji- czuliśmy się w pełni zaopiekowani i bezpiecznie. Byliśmy z dziećmi, więc miało to dla nas ogromne znaczenie. Riad bardzo ładny, kameralny, cichy, urozmaicone śniadanie. B. Polecamy!

Cons: Jedyny minus to mieliśmy dość niskie ciśnienie wody (+ woda nie zawsze była ciepła, czasami letnia) co w zimie było kłopotliwe nieco. Ale to szczegół.

La literie est parfaite , et la propreté était au rendez-vous vous . La chambre était très agréable les enfants avait leur petits coins . Un immense merci au staff du Riad des équipes de jour et de la nuit tombante . Un petit déjeuner différent chaque matin sur la terrasse . Riad Jalina is a beautiful place to stay in Marrakesh. Its location is very good. Even though it is inside of Medina, the Riad is calm and cozy. I also appreciated there were only five rooms, so you felt there like at home -pleasing atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff always ready to help us ( e.g. prepared the breakfast earlier). We enjoyed our stay and can recommend to the others.

Cons: It would be fine to add there any kind of guidepost into the Derb Dalia street by the host. We could not find the Riad for the first time. Google maps won't help you (see the picture where the Google maps shows the Riad and where exactly it was). Tip: When you arrive to Derb Dalia street, go deep down to the "labyrinth", at the end you will find the Riad Jalina. The second thing to mention is related to breakfast. We really liked it, the breakfasts were of very good quality, though the selection was mainly focused on sweet dishes. It would be great to have more savory options for guests who prefer less sweet meals. As the tap water was not drinkable, we were slightly disappointed that only one bottle of water was provided at the start of our stay and nothing more, e.g. for breakfast.

Das Personal ist großartig und macht alles möglich. Spontan wurde sogar ein privater Kochkurs mit der Köchin Layla organisiert- direkt in der Küche des Riads. Die Ruhe im Haus ist toll und doch ist man nach wenigen Schritten mitten im Gewimmel. Die zahllosen Tipps für Restaurants von Radouane waren super und sogar den kleinen Pool im Atrium konnten wir für unsere müden Füße nutzen. Wir haben uns rundum umsorgt gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

El alojamiento es espectacular, tal cual las fotos. El personal muy amable y un buen desayuno. La verdad que estuvo mejor de lo que pensé. Éramos una familia con dos hijos y la habitación de los niños estaban en la misma habitación pero arriba y eso me hacía sentir más segura pero con intimidad.

Karim est une personne en or, bienveillante, toujours prête à nous aider et il nous à même montrer le chemin pour que notre séjour se passe aux mieux. Très bel accueil, le petit déjeuner était une merveille tout est fait maison et joliment présenté. Ce riad est proche de la grande place (5 minutes) et à deux pas du souk. L'emplacement est très calme on se croirait seul au monde. Encore mille merci pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande à 100 pour cent.

The riad was a little hidden gem. Very nice hosts, so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The place was quiet and comfortable. The food was delicious and we loved our brief stay here.

Cons: The only issue I can think of was trying to find the place. Initially our taxi either didn't turn up or missed us at the airport. We then needed the help of some local kids to find the entrance to the riad. I lt is well hidden down an alley and could benefit from a signpost or two to show the way.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property. The decoration is perfect, and everything is very clean and well maintained. Although we had a bit of trouble finding the hotel on the first day, the staff was incredibly helpful—just a quick text or call and they guided us right to the door. The location is right in the heart of the Medina and within walking distance to all major landmarks and great restaurants. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available in case of questions or to offer advice or help with booking taxis and activities. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and planning to stay in the Medina.

Radouane was a great host and the place is lovely. Appears freshly decorated and the whole place and rooms very tastefully furnished. Breakfast and dinner just perfect.

Cons: Would have preferred a slightly softer bed it was very hard (this seems to be the norm in Marakesh though) and the pillows could have been slightly better quality but doesn't detract from the 10 out of 10. Would certainly stay again.

Riad itself was good, if a little small, and had a small pool if you want to use it. Staff was overall very friendly, helpful and flexible. Location is good, close to the main square, however the path to get to the square is particularly busy and chaotic

Cons: Main issue we faced was the door locks/latches were inadequate, and it was not possible to lock the bathroom from the inside. It kept opening on its own, and we had to hack up a door stop. This should be an easy fix. The staff while friendly could be a bit more communicative, They sat us down and went into the kitchen without much explanation, turns out we were getting a welcome tea, but we didnt know. Make sure they know you are coming, as the location isnt quite the same as on google maps, and the path it is on isnt shown the same on google maps.

Riad Jalina is a beautiful riad in the centre of the old town in marrakesh and a short walk to the main square Jemma el Fna. The first person we met was Karim who collected us from the taxi and brought us to the riad. Such a warm welcoming and helpful young man. He was chatty and gave us alot of information about Marrakesh. He was always a smiling presence and willing to help in any way he could. Later on we met Radouin the manager who was very helpful in responding to our messages and questions before we flew to Morocco and also was very kind and helpful while we were there. The breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner we ordered one night while we were there. I would recommend Riad Jalina to anyone going to marrakech.

Cons: Nothing . Just would recommend getting a shuttle from the airport if you arrive late at night as all the riads are down little alleyways.

I have just returned from a long weekend at Riad Jalina and I want to say that it is a total gem in the center of the bustling old town. A stylish and small Road with about five clean rooms, very conveniently located only a few minutes away from the medina and the Jemaa el-Fna. We were welcomed at around 10 P.M. with traditional mint tea and sweets. Breakfast was different each morning and very tasty. On my birthday they surprised me with a heart made of rose petals on the bed and cooked a lovely traditional dinner which I really enjoyed. Radwan and Karim, as well as Leila from the kitchen were very friendly and helpful and made this bday getaway a really memorable one.

We found the breakfast to be repetitive although in saying this, we requested scrambled eggs as an alternative which was gladly provided.

Cons: We had numerous cold showers with poor water pressure and the noise from other guests over several nights woke us when they arrived at the Riad. Sound travels through every aspect of the building from the movement of furniture and voices echoing around the building courtyard.

It was immaculately clean with an excellent breakfast service. The managers (Radwan and Karim) were extremely helpful with advice and tips, e.g. arranging a guide, arranging taxis and suggesting travel options for places outside Marrakech. This riad has a lovely design and is very clean. The staff are very friendly too. But for me, it lacked soul. I can't fault the price for what you get, but I don't think I would stay there again. Perhaps this is more down to personal taste than anything else.

Cons: There was nothing not to like really, everything was very good. Perhaps there could be more variety for the breakfast as its mainly the same breads and cakes every day.

The tiny street in Medina guided us to the hidden doors nr 11 Which were opened for us by very sympathic and helpful Karim, who was waiting for us at night. Karim no matter the late hour ( it was 3 am) served us the speciality of Morocco - the famous tea. The Riad was fantastic, like the one from the books or movies about Marrakech. Beautiful water in the middle gave to the space the elegant touch. The rooms were big and comfortable but still our favourite was beautifully designed bathrooms. Everything in the style of Maroccan Palace. Our rooms were perfectly cleaned every day by very kind and lovely ladies that were always smiling. Breakfast was one of the best in this kind of hotels, always fresh and every day different. We also really appreciate the help of the Radouane who helped us a lot to manage another booking in the Riad. All the team was more like a family and we really recommend the hotel for a short or longer stay, for friends and especially for couples. Greetings, B&M

The manager Ridhwan and Karim were more than helpful, always professional and treated us like family. We stayed with two young kids and had the best time. The housekeepers prepeared home cooked breakfast from scracth daily (included in our booking) and it was truly a relaxing stay. I honestly believe the staff made the riaad stay a memorable experience. If we had any questions or needed bookings for tours, the staff was more than happy to help us and escourt us to our tour guides. The property is beautiful and managed by the best people! Recommend to everyone!

The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, professional and were more than happy to put in the extra effort to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable! The room and communal areas were exceptionally clean and pleasant to be relax in! We had breakfast on all 3 days of our trip and absolutely loved it and found some new traditional Moroccan food. We also chose on the last evening of our trip to have dinner at the Riad which we asked for traditional Moroccan dishes and they did not disappoint, each course was delicious and the service was impeccable! When we first arrived, the Riad manager provided us with a map of the Medina and highlighted all the areas of interest such as attractions and restaurants and even went to the effort of booking us a table at restaurant which turned out to be a brilliant recommendation!

Cons: The only slightly minor inconvenience is that it is hard to find when you first arrive and could do with a sign outside to point customers in the right direction, although the manager did provide his contact details and expressed that he wished we had called so that he could come collect us from the square!

All the staff was so nice and helpful. nothing we asked was too much for them. The room was amazing, a big bed for us and two small beds for the kids. the bathroom was nice with everything you need. Riad is so calm and clean. And super close to souks, good food, jemaa el fna. Everything is walkable distance. Highly recomended, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Couldn't be better. After a wonderful reception from Radouane, Karim and their colleagues, we had a marvelous stay in Riad Jalina. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms clean and beautiful. Dinner served the first night was very tasteful. We felt very welcome. The staff was available 24/7 to help with anything we needed and gave us also some good ideas on excursions and things to do.

Me and my mom stayed in the riad at the moment of the Earthquake , fadila and het husband who are the owners of the riad took is in their homes when we were in need. This was real moroccan hospitality at its finest. However we also stayed in the riad à few nights before , where you feel like à princes with the nicest people accommodating every we asked for. It is à real oasis of peace in the busy but magical medina. Excellent location, close to jamaa el fna . We Will rebook to finish our stay that promptly ended .

we had a lovely time at the Riad Jalina. The rooms had a beautiful modern Moroccan feel and were very clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were always welcoming, and attentive, always went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and looked after. The only disappointing thing was that we couldn't pay for our stay by card and the hotel was not easy to find. Otherwise, I can't fault the place and would definitely go back.

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL they accommodated my every need and made me feel at home. They helped me find cash points, local stores and more. I have never seen such care and support from staff. I felt at home and did not need to worry about anything. The breakfast was AMAZING and fit for kings everyday. It had everything for everyones taste. The service was perfect and it lacked NOTHING. The rooms were all perfectly new and had everything that you could need. The riad itself is heaven and the beauty is in its design. Staying here was magical and it being such a last minute booking I was truely taken back by the ambiance, quality and kindness of this place. If you are coming to Mareakech I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. It is close to everything and everywhere important.

The staff were great & super friendly. The property is also picturesque

Cons: It was right in the heart of the Medina, which was great for tourists but not for work. It wasn’t motorable & I ended up not staying because navigating my movement was too hard. The staff offered to help but I just could not stay.
