Spacious room , comfortable beds, good location, good breakfast.

Cons: Poor sound isolation. In room next to ours lived annoying family with loud kid. At some point they tried to learn to play piano at reception creating unbearable cacafony. There were no reaction from staff and I had to shout to them to stop the noise. Also room service from neighbour rooms or rooftop was loud. Internet connection was very poor. Internet rooter in our room had a strong signal , but no internet. Some facilities and furniture in room was weared out. Overall from 5* hotel we expected better condition.

the hotel is relatively small but we loved it! the bedroom, restaurant and garden were elegant and comfortable. breakfast and lunch very tasty. staff super kind. also very convenient location to reach both the main square/medina and the Hivernage district on foot, and very nice also to have a walk in the vicinity.

Cons: - there is no gym. - the doors of the toilet make some noise when opening and closing. - the laundry service could be improved by providing a laundry bag.

The Sillage Palace Sky and Spa was just amazing - tucked away down a long driveway it was exceedingly quiet. Stepping into the entrance foyer was like stepping into an old palace - which it was - one that had been renovated beautifully. The staff were so friendly and willing to help in any way. Oumaima (which means Little Mother in Arabic), who was on the Front Desk, spoke English perfectly and was delightful to deal with. Our Presidential Suite was enormous with 2 balconies and leather settees that probably could seat at least 8 people! The view outside was into the garden below and the sound of birds was everywhere (so nice compared with the sound of traffic in Marrakesh). Breakfast was a large spread of hot and cold dishes and very tasty. The top floor swimming pool had an incredible view to the mosque and it was beautiful to be up there at night. This was definitely the quiet side of town. Across the nearby roundabout was the Nobu hotel and nightclub and noise was emanating all around that area probably from dusk to dawn so we were glad to walk back to serenity and get a good night's sleep before our flight. There was great AC in our room which was much appreciated.

Cons: Sad that we stayed only 1 day!

The room was big Staff were friendly Location was fairly good, in between Medina and Hivernage

Cons: The pool is misleading from the pictures. I booked for the pool which turned out to be a paddling pool on the roof. The breakfast was quite basic with everything being cold. They wanted to charge me MAD45 for a bottle of small water, 9x the price from the shop, which is beyond ridiculous. Overall for the price paid, this is definitely not worth it

Maybe location

Cons: There is bad smell in the room since day one. Insects from balcony always there. Bathroom too small, cleaning service is not that good as there is always hair in the floor and stains in bed sheets & sometimes towels. Tiny lobby. Breakfast doesn’t seem fresh & small quantities are provided without refill, parking facility is not a five star hotel value. Not worth the money at all, and i’m not recommending it to others. In my opinion it’s should consider three stars hotel.

Really nice place, staff very friendly nothing too much trouble. The location could not have been better, over the road is a park and a few minutes after you area in the main square. Loved that it was a small hotel, no crowds, never had an issue getting a sun lounger or seats in the garden. Would definitely stay here again when in Marrakesh.

Cons: It didn't sell alcohol - we don't drink a lot so not a major issue but I like a glass of wine with a meal, maybe a cool beer round the pool and a nice brandy after a meal when on holiday. We didn't eat in the restaurant for that reason, and in 4 days only saw one other couple eating dinner.

Location was good for the Madina. The hotel looked authentic, but was only built in 2011. The staff were friendly.

Cons: Paid for a suite, which was large and decorated in morroccan style, however we there is an adjoining door to the next room (locked) but we could hear everything through it. It was also accessed via the garden, which looks nice, however could hear everything going on, people sitting in the garden also had to keep curtains shut so we had some privacy. The shower was cold. As we were only there two nights and didn't use until second day only told them when checking out. Roof top pool was cold and couldn't get in. No breakfast menus. So no idea what was available, other then the buffet style that was laid out. My wife asked for chips, which she was told they didn't do, except we had them the previous day with burgers. (they call them French fries) The staircase leading from the rooftop pool area had no lights so when leaving when dark was a danger, if there are light in the staircase, then a sensor would be a good idea. A very nice lady worked at the reception, her name is Fuzia and she was able to help me with any concerns I had and the amazing thing was that she could also speak Turkish in addition to Arabic and English! The massage is also highly recommended; individual needs are addressed and problems are massaged out. The location is the only decent thing about this place.

Cons: This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3 star at best. It is not as advertised. The food is not edible. I was given ice cream covered in freezer burn and they still tried to charge me. How they could serve what they served is so crazy to me. The standards are so low. The breakfast was seriously horrible! Birds eating from the food that was sitting out, which was all cold and soggy. Horrible coffee and food selection. Something you would find at. Hostel. Was told a cappicino would be extra. For a “5 star” hotel. I have no idea why there are positive reviews of this place. There is no way I was going in the pool. The pool and the whole area is was so dirty and the pool is why I booked the hotel. My door handle is broken and has not been fixed no matter my complaints about it. The staff did not speak English. They did not have a first aid kit. Construction was going on throughout my whole stay and it was so loud and disruptive. The biggest kicker: They keep a large bird in a cage outside of my room that wakes me up every morning at 6 AM!!!! No rest at this place! This was not close to being 5 stars, and one of my worse hotel stays.

Breakfast was nice and in a great location with dining outside in the lovely gardens. Staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly, Rooftop pool is great if a little small, but with only 12 rooms it's just about right. Only criticism I would give is that the pool bar could at at least service drinks, even better a beer, but underdstand the alcohol restrictions. Hotel location is really good for the Medina and other places as well as easy to get to the new town. Our suite was fantastic, lots of space and great shower, woud definitely use again if visiting in the future. Lovely to talk to the parrot outside our room every morning :-)

Cons: When we arrived at the airport our pre-arranged hotel shuttle driver did not appear, not a great start to our holiday unfortunately. The hotel did compensate us with a free return journey back to the airport. Breakfast was nice but very repititive during our 7 day stay. Bed was very firm but the staff did try to help by giving us a mattress topper. I reported the room door lock being very loose and a broken plastic panel right above the lock (easy to break in I would have thought as looks as though someone had maybe tried this before). The did eventually refix the panel but not the door lock itself which was very loose throughout our stay.

Super friendly staff, very nice rooms, great breakfast, nice rooftop pool, free parking on premises, walking distance to Jma el-Fnaa,...

Cons: Really nothing to flag... Maybe just that my phone's location was thinking I was in the Mamounia next door, not giving enough credit to this very nice, small hotel.

Beautiful hotel! We pampered ourselves for our last night in Morocco and stayed here. The staff were wonderful, the room was big and very comfy, the location was close to the Mosque and the open plaza of the medina. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing. The parking is on the property and security is 24hrs. The owner apparently lives in the house on the property too, so it is a very well cared for place. The elevator was a plus. Breakfast buffet was good and we ate out in the garden. We got massages in the spa, and they offered hammams as well. The A/C was almost central A/C tho we had our own controls and it worked perfectly, and so quiet. We did not like the medina, and so we felt like we escaped to a slice of heaven once back at the hotel!

very good location. Very quiet rooms

Cons: I booked a suite but basically it was a normal room with a very tiny 'dressing-room' (something like 2 sqm!) and 2 armchairs in front of the bed. The shower-door didn't close properly meaning that when you took a shower the whole bathroom was wet, quite a bit of water on the floor. Breakfast was poor, had nothing to do with the so-called 5 stars the hotel claims to have.

Location: walking distance to Medina Junior suite room: room was large and comfortable. It was actually bigger than the senior suite, which is problematic…

Cons: Value: 3 star quality, 5 star price Pool area: pool is much smaller than expected from pictures. Pool lounge beds were filthy. Umbrellas were broken and hotel staff could not get them to work, so no shade. Service: many problems with the service (although people were kind, lacked professionalism and sense of responsibility). One of several examples: someone in our party booked a spa treatment. She went to find hotel employee for different reason shortly before treatment. Employee then mentioned that the treatment would not be possible. She asked the staff “if I did not come to you would you have not told me that my scheduled treatment was canceled?” Staff replied, “yes.” Unbelievable. Manager promised at time of checkout that she was making major changes. Those changes are very necessary. Breakfast: scrambled egg mixture, terrible coffee and charge extra for espresso drinks, birds eating from the buffet. Staff complained that it used to be good, but that management has restricted the breakfast quality severely…

Everything! This was a lovely stay, very close the Medina, and the traditional market Jemaa el-Fnaa (15 min walk!). We were upgraded at the time of our arrival, from the pre-booked junior suite to a superior suite. This was lovely! The room size was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine at the room, with daily restocking of the capsules. Two small (50cc) water bottles were available daily. The bathroom had a shower and a Jacuzzi (we did not try to the second), great shower! The toiletries smelled lovely and there was also a hair dryer. The hotel was very silent and peaceful, the small swimming pool in the roof top had great views.

Cons: Most of the staff was lovely and spoke english, and those who were not lovely were still ok. Nothing really to point out!

Located just a stone's throw away from the iconic Mosquee de la Koutoubia. This small Moroccan charm hotel exudes warmth and hospitality from the moment you step in. The spacious room we stayed in was a delightful surprise - elegantly decorated with traditional Moroccan accents and boasting a comfortable king-size bed that provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel intimate setting and serene courtyard offered a welcome retreat from the bustling streets of Marrakech. We enjoyed starting my day with a delicious breakfast served in the traditional Moroccan style, surrounded by the tranquil ambiance of the garden.

Location and quiteness

Cons: They called me a taxi that was supposed to cost 150 DRM and they took me 200 drm (20€). Of course it's not about the money, but about the attitude. This was a small boutique hotel made all the more interesting as it was in a large villa conversion with an eclectic mix of paintings and artefacts. The location was in a great part of town close to exclusive hotels and restaurants. It was a comfortable oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the souks which could be easily reached with a fifteen minute walk through the park past the main mosque. Our return journey was a late flight and, for a small fee, the hotel allowed an extended stay. Importantly, it was the friendly, warm and welcoming staff who made this stay all the more pleasurable.

Cons: Breakfast was an enjoyment the first 2 days. Then it got boring. Where was the continental breakfast i e good cheese, slices of roastbeef?, turkey or chicken and vegetables? There served eggs but not a few pieces of Merguesz beef sausages with it. Variety is the name of the game if you stay 10 days. To much of sugar in the dishes. It felt exclusive thanks to the limited amount of rooms which meant we had a lot of privacy at the pool and no noise from other guests could be heard from our room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was huge enough to keep us full until dinner. The location is great- only 20min to the airport with the normal Marrakech traffic, and an easy 10min walk to the medina and the Carrefour supermarket. The pool was amazing, it had a great view and had so much sun to lounge in all day. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable with plenty of natural light. Having a spa onsite was awesome for a massage to top off a very relaxing stay.

Cons: The only tiny issue was the shower door didn’t close/seal properly which meant we had water all over the floor of the bathroom on the first night.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool area and good location

Cons: My stay at Sillage Palace was very pleasant, however I am most disappointed with the follow-up after my stay. One of the rooms I had booked was paid twice and the hotel recognised the issue. However, after two months I still haven't been paid back. The argument is that the payment has to transit via the CIM, a state owned monetary transaction centre which seems to be sitting on the transaction. I have called the hotel many times and sent many messages, at first, I had the hotel manager following-up and since two weeks no more answer and of course no payment back! I am most disappointed and will not return to Sillage Palace!

The roof top pool had views of khoutobia and the mountains, gorgeous! Easily can get in to old and new town as taxi stand just down the road. The breakfast was sublime.....served at the table with beautiful surprises every morning.

Cons: There were some mosquitoes in the room on the first night which wasn't great as the windows and doors had been left open. But on discussion with reception the next morning they totally cleaned our room and put in a wall mounted mozzy killer. So all was fine after that. We were promised a twin bed but that was not the case. But the bed was huge so for my mum and myself that wasn't an issue.

This hotel at the brim of the famous Medins of Marrakech is truly an Oasis. The nice little hotel had everything we could ask for. All the staff of the hotel has always been very attentive and super friendly. The rooftop pool terrace was a great place to relax, have a cup of tea, and overlook the city. The Spa Centre offered a very relaxing service, the room was bigger than we expected and very quiet, with our own private terrace. But what was most outstanding was the breakfast, which was served in the serene garden and consisted of fresh fruits, delicious pastries, freshly cooked omelette, and home baked croissants. We enjoyed a very cosy and relaxing couple of days and can recommend this hotel to everyone who is seeking a relaxing hideaway in walking distance to the Medina and the souks of Marrakech.

Location, interiors of the main building

Cons: Room we stayed at is located in the annex facing A/C units from the main building and exhaust from the restaurant kitchen. Constant noise day and night as a result. Impossible to sleep

The service at the hotel was excellent and the people are very nice. The hotel is about a quarter of an hour's walk from the main square and the alleys of the state and thus allows you to sleep in a quieter and more luxurious place.

absolutely exceptional; great team - gizlane, rania, yasmin, karim and the rest are all fantastic hosts beautiful hotel with fantastic decor - it's relatively small, very peaceful and has everything you could need location is spot on; main square is less than a five minute walk absolutely gutted that we had to come back from marrakesh and leave this place behind

Cons: hand on heart can say that i didn't want for anything

there are quite a few hotels in Marrakesh but sillage palace has only one and there not enough stars to rate it-it’s so beautiful, the cleaning is impeccable, the food is wonderful and served generously and the service is second to none.

Excellent, fantastic, nice!Staff is very very friendly. We had late flight.Hotel gave us late check out.We would like to express our deep gratitude to Hotel Manager. Nice decoration, absolutely clean, home atmosphere, location, calmness, great breakfast in the garden, where the birds sing the songs, beautiful and very kind girls in the reception …..It is not easy to describe all the advantages of Sillage Palace. Without any doubt we will choose Sillage Palace if we visit Marrakesh again in the future.

Cons: nothing

The location is just perfect! Right next to the Hotel La Mamounia. It is really close to the Koutoubia and the Medina, but you can reach the hotel by car, what is excellent. The superior room is amazing, really huge! The decoration is beautiful, i felt like in a Palace. Bed is large and confortable. Breakfast in the garden, nice breakfast. The hotel is really quiet, you can only hear the birds. There is a pool on the roodtop with view to Koutoubia. I truly recommend this hotel!

Cons: The hotel is new (1 year) so the service, althought excellent and kind, is a little slow yet. But it means nothing considering all the other qualities.

The room was lovely, bed mattress was very comfortable

Cons: No , alcohol licence so had to eat elsewhere for the the evening meals The sky pool was nice but no sunbed cushions , we were told there are none available No towels to dry off we were told all towels are in the laundry . Again No alcohol anywhere , so we went to LA MAISON ARABE for meals and drinks and most of the breakfasts during our stay Communication was difficult Just to get milk for a cup of tea was so difficult , no tea for the English people and very poor selection .

• Good staff • Location • Big room, with good facilities • Clean • Good Breakfast TV has subsecribtion in Smart TV,  which is great.

Cons: • Power outrage, more than once, while I am there • Policy of supplies wasn't clear regarding coffee and water in the room, any coffee supply they charge you for it • Be aware of dogs at the gate, especially at night (was gurd dog, but it scares you with loud barking) • The gate is dark at night • It is more of a mansion than hotel, they close the door at night, so you need to call to let you in. • Internet keeps interrupted, and slow • Because of the design of the lobby and suites, sounds easly heard in the suite
