Cons: As someone working in the hospitality industry, I strongly believe that even if an accommodation is cheap, cleanliness and proper hygiene should never be compromised, especially when it comes to the bed, as this is the most used item by guests. Blankets and bedding must always be properly washed. Guests sleep directly on them, and there’s no way of knowing how many people have used them before. Clean bedding is a basic standard, not an extra.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF and SYSTEM!!. I got my booking confirmed. It said that check in time was from 11AM-12AM. I came to the hostel at around 10PM. There was no staff there. After I called several time, and waited too long, the staff came. HOWEVER, they denied me to stay there because they said it was FULLY BOOKED. What they did was, they kept the booking available even though it was already fully booked, confirmed, and paid. They said that they would refund the money. BUT IT WAS NOT REALLY ABOUT MONEY!! They let the first guest check in and denied the other guest who came later even though they already got the booking confirmation. That was what happened to me!! I was already so exhausted and hoped to take a rest, but they unilaterally denied me check in with a reason that it was FULLY BOOK. Therefore, I had to strolling around to look for another accommodation late at night.

Cons: The staff and the system. Very money oriented and unprofessional. They wanted to earned money as much as they want and do not doubt to break the fair system of accommodation.

The property is very accessible and close to the centre square of the medina. The host at the property was very kind. He even made sure to pack breakfast for me when I left early.

Sin duda lo mejor del alojamiento y si me apuro del viaje fue Abdul, el gerente del riad. Es una persona maravillosa, super servicial y amable, fue muy atento con nosotras durante toda la estancia y a cualquier hora del dia, nos hizo recomendaciones muy buenas, nos consiguio taxis baratos, siempre pendiente de que estuvieramos agusto y no nos faltara de nada, el alojamiento es muy bonito, la habitacion comoda, tiene hasta lavadora para lavar la ropa, la ubicacion es muy buena, a menos de 10 minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, el desayuno muy rico y abundante, Abdul nos ofrecia te a cualquier hora del dia, nos preguntaba que tal estabamos, nos enseñó cosas de la cultura bereber, en resumen que repetiremos Marrakech y sin duda repetiremos en este riad, para volver a ver a Abdul, te queremos Abdul ❤️

C'était super! Le personnel est très accueillants et adorables. Les chambres sont bien et correspondent aux photos elles sont propres et font l'affaire pour quelques nuits. La terrasse est sympa et permet de prendre un bain de soleil avec le chant des oiseaux! et la localisation pendant la journée est super : proche de la place jama el fana

Cons: Nous avons été très déçus lorsque notre “chambre d’hôtel” nous a été présentée. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la literie était extrêmement inconfortable, et les draps, loin d’être propres. De plus, une odeur nauséabonde envahissait la salle de bain en raison de remontées d’égouts provenant des toilettes. Le lendemain matin, nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement concernant ces odeurs ainsi que le manque de confort des lit et l’état de propriété de notre chambre. Nous avons ensuite découvert avant de prendre notre douche que plusieurs équipements annoncés sur la fiche Booking étaient inexistants : pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de serviettes, aucun produit d’hygiène, ni même de chauffage. Difficile, dans ces conditions, de considérer cet établissement comme un hôtel ou un riad. Initialement prévu pour trois nuits, notre séjour s’est finalement réduit à une seule, tant la situation était insatisfaisante. Nous avons choisi de partir et de poursuivre notre séjour dans un véritable hôtel digne de ce nom. Le plus regrettable reste l’absence de suivi : après un message envoyé au propriétaire pour récupérer au minimum la taxe de séjour, nous attendons encore son appel à ce jour.

Cons: Everything was wrong here. The staff was really rude since we arrived, all the facilities are in bad condition and really really dirty (including the linen), the beds in the share room were awful and very old, and the worse of all it that they have a COCKROACH PEST in the kitchen were the prepare the breakfast and that every client can use. When we tried to talk about this and try to find a solution, they didn’t want to refund us the money and the told us that the pest was normal and always happened to them (without any consideration of the danger of this) and they accused us that we only want to kill animals… And that is not all…the guy that was in charge of the day by day manage of the accommodation, slept every night in the share room (that was a really tricky situation) and he flirted with all the woman that were alone.

Cons: Reservamos habitación con baño privado y cuando llegamos no estaba, no teníamos otra opción y nos dijeron que era lo que había, en cambio el resto de habitaciones si que tenían. Las toallas que nos dieron muy viejas y las sábanas bastante viejas estaban algo manchadas y con algún agujero que se veía el colchón.

Cons: The dorm room is located on the ground floor but all the bathrooms are upstairs. Since this building is a riad, you can hear all the noise from other rooms. Bring earplugs, and you’ll be fine.

El lloc estava molt bé pel preu que tenia. El noi que ho porta és molt atent i amable. Està ben situat a la Medina. La habitació era espaciosa i tenia molta llum natural.

Cons: És molt centric però la gent del carrer no ens va fer sentir del tot segura, sempre ens volien estafar. L'únic punt negatiu que li veig al hostel és que les tovalloles no estaven netes, feien mala olor, i potser faltarien lavabos. Només hi havíen 2 per tothom.

Nada prácticamente un desastre, empezando porque en el anuncio pone fotos como la de la piscina que no es del sitio. Es una estafa.

Cons: Todo mal. Empezando porque en la publicación tiene fotos como la de la fuente o terraza que no corresponde con el sitio, no tiene nada de eso. Los colchones por llamarlo así están desfondados. No tenía agua caliente, la suciedad está por todas partes, desayuno pésimo, 3 días nos quedamos y ni se cambiaron las toallas, da para el patio de los desayunos y quedadas por lo tanto no puedes abrir puertas y ventanas por intimidad así que te mueres de calor, tiene dos ventiladores de la segunda guerra mundial, pero lo peor de todo es que al estar al lado del patio se escucha todo, no puedes descansar más temprano de las 22 ni levantarte más tarde de las 8 que es el desayuno. Un desastre ni a mitad de precio vale la pena.

L’hostel est proche de tous les centres d’intérêts, ce qui facilite les déplacements. De plus, la chambre que nous avions, était spacieuse et disposait d’une clim (non négligeable) !

No geral, a nossa estadia correu bem. Fomos muito bem recebidas. O pequeno almoço era simples mas bom. O hostel estava escondido mas fácil de encontrar com Google maps, ruas tranquilas e seguras. Fácilmente chegamos à praça.

Cons: A cama de casal era confortável, porém, a de solteiro tinha o colchão em péssimo estado, precisa ser substituído urgentemente. Faltava toalha na casa de banho e gel para lavar as mãos, tinha sabonete. O lavatório não parecia muito seguro, um pouco inclinado.

I really enjoyed my time here! The hostel is much bigger than most I’ve stayed in, which makes it feel open and comfortable without being crowded. The design is beautiful and gives the place a unique character. Even though it’s right in the center, it’s surprisingly quiet and perfect for getting a good night’s sleep. The terrace is a great spot to relax and unwind after exploring the city. Staff were welcoming and always available to help. Definitely recommend this place if you want both convenience and calm during your stay

Pongo en la balanza que el riad dentro de todo es aceptable, nada lujoso y todo lo supera el precio-calidad. Aunque el valor agregado es gracias al manager Abdul, un fenómeno!! Es muy detallista, resolutivo y asesora muy bien algunas actividades que quieras realizar en la ciudad o en las afueras. El riad no está cerca de la plaza Jame El Fna, solo a unos 7 minutos caminando. Lo bueno es que es zona más silenciosa y pasan taxis por si preferis esa logística.

Cons: We had booked a night at Hostel B20 (rated 8.4 on Booking), but upon arrival, we were informed — without any prior notice — that the bathroom was out of order and couldn’t be used. This was especially frustrating since we had exchanged messages just hours before, and nothing was mentioned. I asked to see the room but sensed hesitation. Given the time (11:30 PM), being in the Medina at night, not speaking the local language, and with two tired and scared children looking to us for safety, we accepted the proposed solution. Sometimes, priorities shift — rest and security become more important than arguing. We were transferred to Riad Yenna, nearby, with a lower rating of 7.7. This review refers to that property. While the breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the AC functional, the overall conditions were clearly below what we had seen and expected from Hostel B20. It was a downgrade. One major disappointment was that B20 advertised food and drink facilities, including an on-site mini market with meals available — none of which existed at Riad Yenna. These extras were part of what made B20 appealing in the first place, and their absence at the replacement accommodation added to the feeling of being misled. As someone who works in aviation, I know that when a downgrade happens — whether in seating or service — the customer is usually compensated fully. That’s what professionalism and integrity look like. Unfortunately, no refund or even a gesture of goodwill was offered in this case. If you're reading this review, check the price and conditions of Riad Yenna before booking Hostel B20 — the same might happen to you. What was promised was not delivered. I cannot recommend Hostel B20 based on this experience. Be cautious and consider other options. Fortunately, it was only for one night. We chose B20 because it was the only option available at the time with 24-hour check-in. The rest of our stay was spent in a riad — which I won’t name out of respect

Es un Ríad muy céntrico,en la misma Medina.A tan sólo unos 5 minutos de paseo hasta la plaza y soco principal. De los chicos que lo atienden,por nuestros horarios de idas y venidas tratamos más con Abdul.Es un encanto de persona, siempre dispuesto a solventar cualquier duda o inquietud que tuviésemos.Incluso acompañarnos o localizar algún lugar en concreto por los alrededores sin interés o pedir nada a cambio. El alojamiento dispone desde habitaciónes compartidas con literas hasta habitaciónes con baño privado y aire acondicionado. También dispone de cocina por si en algún momento necesitas calentar o preparar alguna cosa. Todo muy limpio. Muy contentos con el trato recibido por parte del personal que lo atiende. Altamente recomendable.

Me gustó mucho la vibra bonita que tiene este Hostel. El precio, la ubicación, la decoración y limpieza es un 10/10. Super bien! Aparte de eso, me encantó conocer a Abdul (quien administra el Hostel) el fue super amable y atento durante la estadía. Gracias a sus buenas orientaciones pude conocer un poquito más de Marrakech y recibir información sobre otros nuevos lugares que visitar en Marruecos y que espero volver! Cons: En nuestro caso contratamos recogida del aeropuerto a la riad (20euros) , cuando bajamos del coche nos recogieron las mochilas y nos las llevaron, el chico que lo hizo no trabajaba en la riad era algún amigo/conocido de allí y nos pidió dinero por llevarlas 100 metros en un carro, no es nada raro porque en Marrakech te piden dinero por casi cualquier cosa pero las formas no fueron muy buenas y a parte estaba bastante borracho, el trabajador de la riad tampoco hizo mucho por evitar esa situación y casi que intentaba que le diéramos lo máximo posible.

Me gusta viajar sola, pero reconozco que viajar sola a Marruecos me daba puro. Pero me encontré con Abdul, el chico que lleva el Riad, un hombre muy respetuoso y amistoso que me dio buenas recomendaciones y consejos. He disfrutado mucho del intercambio cultural con el y me he sentido súper cómoda. El Riad es muy bonito, echaré de menos el desayuno de allí. He tenido un viaje magnífico y sin duda volvería a escoger el hostal.

Cons: Dorm is on ground level and there are only 2 basic bathrooms on first floor for whole riad. Dirty blankets and no top sheet so bring a sleep sack for dorm. Picture in marketing shows single beds but dorm room is bunks. Manager and cleaner are overworked.

Riad vraiment magnifique à même pas 5 minutes à pied de la place Jeema el fna en passant par de petite ruelles touristique très jolie. Les chambres sont très jolie, c'est très propre. Nous avons été accueilli par Abdul avec un thé. Abdul est très gentil et très serviable. Le matin vous vous levez et un bon petit déjeuné vous est servi au rez de chaussé du Riad. C'était magnifique. Je recommande +++

Dee Innenhof war unserer Meinung nach das Highlight des Hostels. Er wirkte sehr wohnlich und war wirklich schön. Die Zimmer waren zwar klein aber trotzdem gemütlich und insgesamt war die Übernachtung ja auch sehr günstig. Es gibt 2 saubere Gemeinschaftsduschen zusammen mit Toiletten, was manchmal zu kleinen Wartezeiten in der früh führen kann. Wir wurden während der gesamten Reise sehr freundlich behandelt, weil wir früher wegmussten und so das Frühstück verpasst hätten wurde uns extra ein Frühstück to go mitgegeben. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

O hostel está muito bem localizado e é um lugar muito simpático e sossegado, mesmo com a lotação completa e um clientes muito heterogéneos: grupos de jovens, famílias, casais... Fica apenas a 15 minutos da Praca Jemaa el Fnaa e o percurso até lá é a adaptação perfeita para a agitação dessa praça e dos mercados à volta. O Abdul é um faz-tudo do hostel e faz normalmente tudo bem. Simpático, bem falante e muito provavelmente portador de um ou dois superpoderes, pois não se percebeu que tivesse espaço para dormir...

Le riad présente un cadre charmant et typiquement marocain, avec une décoration soignée et un agréable patio. Idéalement situé, à proximité de Jamaa el-Fna, notre séjour a été globalement agréable. La chambre était propre, correcte, bien aménagée et la literie confortable. Abderrahmane, le chargé du riad, a été courtois et attentif, nous offrant de précieuses recommandations locales. We had a nice stay in this hostel. Me and my friend were travelling by bike and they were kind enough to let us have the bikes inside and we even left a few things while we were on the mountains biking. Abdu was super kind and helpful with everything and in general it was nice to be around him :) Breakfast could be improved! it would be nice to have an omelette and some juice, maybe some olives like we had in other hotels during our time in Morocco!

Cons: Jest skomplikowane dojście do hostelu. Na pewno drogowskazy by bardzo ułatwiły dojście . W Łazienkach przydałyby się stoliki na których można położyć kosmetyczki lub kosmetyki. W pokoju wspólnym jest problem z ładowaniem telefonu. Trzeba bardzo uważać na osoby które chcą doprowadzić do hotelu chcą więcej niż taksówka za 3 min doprowadzenie do hostelu więc jak znacie drogę trzeba zdecydowanie odmawiać. Ode mnie chłopak chciał 100 dinarów a za taksówkę z dworca autobusowego zapłaciłam 50 dinarów.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile. Come posizione si trova leggermente fuori dal centro ma in appena 10 minuti circa a piedi si è nel cuore di Marrakech. La camera è molto minimal ma per chi cerca solo un appoggio per dormire va bene. Ci è stato concesso anche di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out per goderci l’ultima giornata in tranquillità

Cons: La camera come dicevo è molto basica, letto un po’ duro, ma soprattutto scarsa la pulizia, specie del bagno dove sulle pareti era presente muffa e in generale la pulizia era appena sufficiente.

The hostel was in a good location just a short walk from the main square. The building was gorgeous and had comfy beds. We absolutely loved relaxing on the roof terrace. Mohammed was the best host and made our stay amazing. The highlight for me was the breakfast, it was exceptional!!

Hostel muy bonito. Estábamos en la habitación compartida. El desayuno está bastante bueno. Mohamed, el dueño, es super atento y habla español. Nos recomendó monumentos que visitar. El ultimo día nos consiguió el taxi hasta el aeropuerto, el conductor Ismael pone buena música y es muy amable . Expectativas cumplidas.

Cons: Nosotros como grupo, compartíamos la habitación y los baños. Es verdad que son muy básicos y podría tener algo de mejora pero calidad/precio estupendo, para salir del paso está bien. Repetiría sin duda.

Mi è piaciuto che la struttura si trova proprio in centro a Marrakech. Quindi è tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Poi volevo fare i complimenti allo staff, che era super accogliente e cordiale!

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto che la colazione non fosse abbandonante, ma quasi inesistente.. Ci hanno portato solo 1 uovo a testa e del pane marocchino..e da bere caffè con il tè.. Poi secondo me le camere dovrebbe essere più pulite e almeno fornire il sapone, oppure il gel per la doccia + 2 asciugamani a persona.

Cuando nos fuimos.

Cons: Esta reseña es para que los que la lean no les pase como a nosotros nos pasó. Primero que nada, el contacto con el hostel es pésimo, meses antes del alojamiento escribiéndoles tanto por booking como por correo y ni una sola respuesta. Una vez ya allí, lo primero que nos encontramos fue sábanas sucias, el suelo de las habitaciones sucio también, los baños terriblemente sucios (con pelos en la taza del váter, etc.) tanto los privados que se encuentran en las habitaciones, como el baño compartido en la parte de arriba que tienes que usar si tu habitación no tiene baño. El servicio… cuando le pedías una toalla al chico que trabaja allí, miraba a su al rededor y la primera que veía te la daba, aunque estuviera usada de otro huésped. La joya de la corona fue cuando de noche el baño de una de las habitaciones donde nos alojábamos se derrumbó (en las imágenes adjuntadas se puede verificar) efectivamente el techo se cayó pudiendo haber ocurrido mientras nos duchábamos o nos encontrábamos en el baño, suponiendo un riesgo grave. Los desayunos bueno, sosos y la higiene brilla por su ausencia, también puedes estar desayunando y que te caiga ropa tendida en la azotea encima como nos paso. En resumen lo barato sale caro.

Cons: DECEPTION !!! We had to leave knowing we would lose our money. Upon arrival, THE ROOM WAS REALLY DIRTY and moreover, THE DOOR OF THE ROOM WAS BROKEN on the sides, letting in a lot of cold air from midday. However, the owner knew that by deleting a review on Booking, you couldn't write it again, and thus TRIED TO SCAM ME. Despite everything, I contacted Booking to allow me to leave the review again. I suspect that the accommodation has positive reviews because it DECEIVES people who leave negative reviews into deleting them. That's why I'm writing this review again, to prevent you from being DECEIVED and to prevent you from LOSING YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY or YOU WILL HAVE A STAY COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS STATED IN THE REVIEWS. ARNAQUE !!! Nous avons dû partir en sachant que nous perdrions notre argent. À notre arrivée, LA CHAMBRE ÉTAIT VRAIMENT SALE et de plus, LA PORTE DE LA CHAMBRE ÉTAIT CASSÉE sur les côtés, laissant entrer beaucoup de froid dès midi. Pire encore, la serrure n'était qu'un petit cadenas qui n'offrait AUCUNE SÉCURITÉ. Cons: L'employé du Riad était très gentil mais nous avons attendu parfois très très longtemps notre petit déjeuner ce qui mange un peu la journée. Les chambres sont vraiment petites et tout est installé de biais, on ne peut donc rien poser sur le lavabo, les cintres de travers nous ont fait rire.

Con respecto al Hostal hay cosas que me gustaron y otras que no, las detallo: Cosas que me gustaron: El anfitrión era amable y desde el hostal se ofrecían tours. El cuarto era grande. El ambiente era respetuoso sin ruido. El desayuno estaba ok para el precio que se paga. La ubicación era céntrica al centro (casco antiguo de la ciudad). Cosas que no me gustaron: La limpieza sobre todo la de los baños daba mucho que desear. El calefactor funcionaba pero estaba tan desgastado que el ruido que hacía parecía que se fuese a romper por todos lados. Faltaban más cobijas para la cantidad de días que se iban a estar.

La cercanía al centro es espectacular.

Cons: Esperaba un poco mejor el desayuno ya que tenía lo mínimo, no había ni fruta, ni mermelada, ni yogurt, el café había que pedirlo porque no estaba hecho, tardaban en hacerlo, no había ninguna organización … las habitaciones bien pero el lavabo estaba que casi se caía, las toallas y mantas limpias pero no olían bien. Lo recomendaría por el precio y la cercanía al centro, pero no por la limpieza ni por la calidad

Booked for 2 nights but stayed for 1. The manager very kindly gave us the tourist tax money back for the 2nd night, thank you. It is a pretty hostel, great roof top and lots of spaces to relax. Great location and very friendly staff

Cons: The dorm room has open windows into the courtyard so it's very noisy. Snoring is understandable, this can not be helped. The male staff was sleeping on the bed below me, listening to videos out loud. When guests came home very loudly at nearly midnight I thought the manager would tell them to please be quiet, but instead he joined their conversation. The staff are talking outside the bedroom till very late, and again there is open holes/windows and doors so you can hear everything. Often no toilet paper and just 2 toilets with showers for multiple dorm rooms, so if two people are showering be prepared to wait a while for the toilet! Beds are comfy but there was chewing gum stuck on my bunk bed. I have stayed in hundreds of hostels but this one seemed to ignore normal hostel etiquette.

Cons: El personal, muy distraido/dejado. En la reserva no ponia que el baño es compartido. Los baños un poco dejados. En la reserva pone que hay calefacción y no es verdad. Nos dio un calefactor pequeño de baño muy ruidoso para calentar la habitación y no lo pusimos porque no dejaba dormir. Pedimos mantas para tres y nos dieron una, tubimos que coger de la habitación del lado que no dormia nadie. En general una experiencia muy poco recomendable.

Cons: El hotel tiene habitaciones frías, muy frías. Por ejemplo, no tiene ventanas de vidrio. Son solo ventanas de madera y una reja. Las ventanas son viejas y cierran mal. El baño tiene una puerta que no cierra bien y se deja ver quién está adentro (haciendo sus necesidades...) Las frazadas son como una cobija vieja de lana y pesada. El chico nos compró una estufa nueva porque no teníamos, para el segundo día. Hay ciertos puntos que dicen incluir pero no estaban. Escritorio no hay, calefacción no hay o si te toca una es chiquita. El desayuno es pasta de maní, miel y pan. Con un creps. Y un té. Nada más.

Cons: Come a volte capita nei dormitori, ci sono persone che non hanno assolutamente nessuna idea di come stare in uno spazio condiviso. Dato che era un gruppo di amici forse sarebbe stato il caso di farli dormire in un altro dormitorio libero. Tutto quello che può essere definito “scomodo” lo si può trovare in questo ostello. Nonostante il grande lavoro del personale (durante tutta la giornata) per rendere il posto pulito e presentabile, penso che all’ostello serva un po’ di manutenzione; nel bagno la luce non resta accesa per più di pochi secondi e non c’è niente dove appoggiare le proprie cose.

l’expérience a été exceptionnelle ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été chaleureux et accueillant, prêt à m’aider pour toutes mes questions. L’ambiance y est conviviale et détendue, parfaite pour rencontrer d’autres voyageurs. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, avec des lits bien équipés et des casiers sécurisés. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les espaces communs, notamment le salon cosy et la cuisine bien équipée, idéale pour préparer ses repas. Le petit-déjeuner offert chaque matin était simple mais suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est un autre point fort : proche du centre-ville et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Il est facile d’accéder aux principales attractions touristiques. En résumé, une auberge à la fois abordable et de grande qualité. Je recommande vivement et j’y retournerai sans hésiter ! Si tu veux que je personnalise la revue selon une expérience spécifique ou un nom d’auberge précis, n’hésite pas à me le dire !

La atención de Mohamed fue lo único destacable del lugar

Cons: Por dónde empezar: - La puerta del baño tenía rotas 2 de sus 3 bisagras. - Las ventanas no tienen cristal, por lo que en invierno es muy fría la habitación al tener un patio abierto en el centro del edificio. - Las mantas eran insuficientes para combatir el frío que hacía por la noche dentro de la habitación. Alquilamos una habitación para 4, con baño privado. Independientemente de saber que habíamos reservado en un hostel, es la primera vez en mi vida que me voy de un alojamiento antes de tiempo, por más que haya pagado. De las tres noches que pagué, usé una sola y pagué otro alojamiento para poder dormir en condiciones dignas.

Il personale e l'accoglienza super, sono decisamente un valore aggiunto della struttura (Mohammed molto gentile e sempre disponibile in qualsiasi orario). La struttura tipo Riad molto molto bella, abbiamo adorato lo stile e i colori dell'ostello. La colazione preparata sul momento buonissima. Quando siamo dovuti uscire prima della colazione Mohammed ci ha dato la sera prima dei Pan brioches e le "crepes" tipiche (sempre buonissime). Posizione perfetta: in due minuti a piedi si è nei souk, in 8 minuti nella piazza centrale. L' 'ostello si trova in una vietta in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. I taxi riescono a portarti praticamente quasi in ostello (1 minuto a piedi).

Cons: Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un po' di aggiustamenti (lavandino che si stacca e vater che perde). Non era presente riscaldamento e dopo il tramonto in inverno fa freddo (anche se ti forniscono delle coperte molto pesanti per cui si riesce a dormire al caldo). Potrebbe essere comodo se l'ostello fornisse anche asciugamani agli ospiti.

Cons: Bei unserer Ankunft nachmittags war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Es hatte lediglich einen Bruchteil der beschriebenen Ausstattungsmerkmale. Unter anderem fehlte die Heizung, weswegen es nachts sehr kalt war. Die Dachterrasse sieht auf den Bildern gut aus, ist aber eigentlich nicht nutzbar / sehr ungemütlich.

Hostel Be 20 is a quiet and comfortable sanctuary from the busy souks of Marrakech. It's the perfect location for quick access to the markets, restaurants and main square, but at night I wasn't at all disturbed by any noise from other guests or mopeds outside. Mohammed is a very welcoming, friendly and calming presence. I didn't book ahead the first time I was in Marrakech, and sadly Mohammed didn't have any availabile rooms. But I made sure to come back to stay because he'd been so kind in helping me when I needed somewhere. And I'm very glad I did! If you do stay, make sure to have the breakfast - you won't leave hungry and the amlou is delicious!

Daca vi in Marrakech trebuie sa stai neaparat intr-un riad. Sa stai intr-un hotel poti sa o faci oriunde dar intr-un riad numai in Marok. Acest riad este amplasat in medina asa ca sa ajungi la obiectivele din centrul vechi este usor. Riadul este curat, gestionat de doua familii, mobilat modest dar suficient. Micul dejun inclus in pretul camerei este gustos si are in componenta si gem de argan; asta se v-a gusta numai in Maroc. Pretul camerei este avantajos.

Cons: Prima data cand am venit la riad ne-am ratacit pe stradutele intortochiate. A fost o zona ( mica din fericire ) in care nu a mers nici internetul. Dupa aceea ne-am fixat repere si a fost perfect. Poluarea pe stradute este foarte mare. Printre pietoni, turisti sau localnici, trec milimetric tineri pe scutere rablagite care poluiaza puternic aerul sau chiar te pot lovi.

Mohammed fue excepcional; su amabilidad, atención y educación destacaron en todo momento. Siempre pendiente de nuestro bienestar y dispuesto a responder cualquier pregunta con una sonrisa. Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este alojamiento. Las instalaciones estaban bien cuidadas y limpias, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún más agradable. El desayuno fue un gran punto a favor: muy completo y delicioso, ideal para empezar el día. También utilizamos el servicio de transporte ofrecido por el alojamiento (con costo adicional) y quedamos muy satisfechos. Tanto en el traslado de ida como en el de regreso, la puntualidad fue excelente. A la llegada, nuestro vuelo sufrió un retraso y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, ya que el transporte se adaptó a nuestros horarios sin problemas. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomendamos al 100%.

Cons: Lo único que podría mejorarse es añadir una cortina en la ducha para evitar que el agua salpique al resto del baño, aunque no es algo realmente trascendente.

Las instalaciones estaban limpias y cuidadas, y el desayuno, variado y delicioso, fue un gran punto a favor. La ubicación es estupenda, ya que en unos 5 minutos se llega a la Plaza Jemaa el-Fna. También utilizamos el servicio de transporte (con costo adicional) que fue muy puntual. Una experiencia altamente recomendable.
