It's very central and thus comfortable to tour Marrakech whilst it might not be ideal for bringing much luggage or for disable people. The staff is very friendly and could organise transfers for me, nonetheless. The place is beautiful and I rarely had such a treatment by the staff in a place, they're extremely available and thoughtful so they tried gathering to all my needs with an extraordinary attention. Their spa, including the hammam are wonderful and I highly recommend you booking a treatment in advance!
Cons: The bedroom could have been cleaner and the wifi working better across the property, but overall it's small things...

This was our second stay at the riad and it was more beautiful than the last time. The manager Khadija and her staff are lovely. We have decided this is the place for our future Marrakesh stays. The breakfast is generous and so individually put together. The rooms are peaceful and great for reflection and getting away from the busy Medina. The area is safe and there are lovely restaurants a minute walk from the riad. Thank you so much. The price matches what you get.

The Riad was beautiful, clean and the staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom good. The spa experience was also amazing.
Cons: There was virtually no noise cancellation in our room, if anyone spoke outside we would wake up and the noise from the terrace upstairs carried down as well. This unfortunately took away from everything else as we were unable to sleep enough if there was noise late at night and then also early in the morning.

As a solo traveller who has been fortunate enough to experience some of the finest hotels across the world – from luxury resorts in Dubai to 5-star city hotels in London and Paris – I can honestly say nothing comes close to Riad Diamond of Marrakech & Spa. This place is not just accommodation; it’s an experience, one that leaves every other stay I’ve had feeling almost forgettable in comparison. From the moment I stepped through the riad’s doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine Moroccan hospitality. The design is breathtaking – a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern comfort. Every corner feels carefully curated, from the intricate tiles to the peaceful courtyard with its calming fountain. It truly felt like stepping into a secret oasis in the heart of the Medina. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and gave off a sense of tranquillity I haven’t found anywhere else. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and I slept better here than I ever have in any of the “top” hotels around the world. The spa was another highlight – words barely do it justice. The hammam and treatments were rejuvenating, making me feel brand new after long days exploring Marrakech. The staff know exactly how to blend professionalism with warmth; I was always treated with care, never rushed, and left feeling completely at ease. Breakfasts were a daily highlight: fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. From Moroccan pancakes and pastries to fresh fruit and mint tea, everything was delicious and tasted made with love. Sitting on the terrace with the morning sun, enjoying breakfast while listening to the sounds of the city waking up, felt magical. What sets this riad apart, above all else, is the personal touch. Unlike large chain hotels where you can feel like just another guest, here I felt truly looked after.
Cons: There is absolutely nothing that was unlikable at the stay. It was perfect, they even offered me larger condoms after mine was too small for my size (Size L) as a complimentary service, this was fantastic thank you.

The riad was cute and traditional. The staff consistently went above and beyond my expectations. They weren't just friendly, but they booked experiences for me, including a hot air balloon ride. I also did two Hammams and massages while I was there because their facilities were great!

If you want to stay in the Medina, the Riad’s location is great. Convenient to everything but just outside the hustle. Overall we had a good experience. The room was a little disappointing, with some mildew in the bathroom, but the beds were super comfortable and it was very clean. For the price, I was expecting a slightly higher end experience. The rooms were functional, but not some place I wanted to spend extra time. Still, I would consider staying there again.

I really like the services at Diamond Riad. It’s conveniently close to the Souq, and the staff—especially the front desk team, Khadija, Maryam, and the other members—are always helpful and responsive to my inquiries. As this is my first visit to Morocco, their support has been especially appreciated.

Pretty much everything. The decor, the location and the staff were lovely. The rooms were great. They do have a lift but it apparently only goes to the top floor so if you’re in the second floor rooms there isn’t always access. However the staff will carry your bags up and down for you. Breakfast on the terrace is great but they could have more shaded options. The location is in the car-free area although it’s car-free from 1pm onwards. So when you get dropped back in the evening you have to walk through the plaza to get to the Riad. It’s okay because there’s lots of people and lots to see on your way to the Riad.
Cons: There was an issue about confirming a transfer from another city but that was a small issue. We arranged another transfer and the Riad liaised witb our driver to meet us at the drop-off point to collect us and the luggage.

Central location, lovely facilities with a charming little spa. Staff are super friendly and supportive.
Cons: Our breakfast experience was a bit disappointing. Instead of a buffet, we were served a different dish each morning, which was okay in terms of quality but lacked variety. However, the bigger issue was the poor sound insulation in the building, which made it difficult to relax with noisy clients around.

Congratulations to the owners (and the designer). A special location with an interior architecture that could serve as a model for others. From the inspired combination of colors, wood, glass or copper or porcelain to the kindness of the staff, everything made me feel like I was in authentic Morocco. I can't say the same about the city, especially the central area which I was totally disappointed with. I will return to Marrakech in September and I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: I liked everything and I thank the staff, especially the gentleman and lady from the restaurant (the Moroccan who likes Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston :) ) The two of them and the beauty of the Diamond riad took me out of my regret about visiting Marrakech. For the owner: 1. a little more attention to the restaurant, more precisely to the menu which should be reconfigured to the preferences of Europeans who are not used to Moroccan food. 2. a medium-sized TV is needed in the rooms (for example LED TV TCL 32" 32S5400AF) with hotel application and ok to project what the customers want.

Booked as part of a solo travelling tour group. This was a beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable last stop of our Morocco tour. The Riad was tranquil with very polite and welcoming staff, who were very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, the lunch too, and although we didn’t have dinner and I can imagine it was also yummy. The room was airy, good lighting and facilities, an amazing shower and comfortable beds. All areas were incredibly clean and you could forget you were in the middle of Marrakesh centre only minutes from the square and get lost in the serene music and local bird song.

10/10 recommend this riad! I arrived just before midnight and the taxi dropped me off about a 5-7 minute walk away, as there are no cars allowed in the medina area where this hotel is located. I was nervous about safety at that time of night, but it was NOT a problem at all! The square was still packed, even on a weekday, and there were families still out with kids running about. The walk was easy, I just put the directions in Google maps. All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so kind. The property itself was *gorgeous*! My friend and I couldn't believe how stunning it was for the moderate amount of $$ we spent - the decor, the architecture, the whole vibe - definitely exceeded expectations! We are all about ambience and when I first got to the room, my friend was showing me how incredible the lighting was and we were just both in awe. The design of everything was beautiful, and the lighting was dimmable, warm, and so relaxing. Breakfast was excellent too! Location was great, right in the heart of the souks and restaurants, but down a quiet alleyway so you don't hear anything at night. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

This riad has an incredibly convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from the main square but in a very quiet alley. Beautiful decor, comfy bed, everything was new and very clean. I got a massage treatment at the spa on the last day and the masseuse was absolutely incredible — if I had known how good she was I would have had a massage every day! If I had to nitpick, the room wasn’t particularly large (but this is pretty typical of all Marrakech hotels) and the bathroom had a suboptimal design that resulted in a lot of water pooling around on the floor after every shower. It wasn’t a huge deal though. We would definitely stay here again if we go to Marrakech in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Riad Diamond in Marrakech. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just 2 minutes away from Djemaa El Fna. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the mint tea. We experienced the famous royal hammam at the spa, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. We also really liked the soaps they use, and the scent of essential oils in the corridors was delightful. The design of the hotel is beautifully alluring.

Location- great 👌breakfasts were amazing, really looked forward to it - each day slightly different and freshly/home cooked. Spa/hammam/massage was excellent. I would stay again. I would recommend the airport transfer, especially from airport to the Riad as it would otherwise be hard to find. Dinner must be booked but was excellent, home cooked, good value.
Cons: .Would have liked a bar on site in preference, but the location was so close to a couple of licensed bars, it really made very little difference. Room a bit small, but properties in the location were limited for twin beds as I was travelling with a friend and the sleeping arrangements were our preferred choice. Location was excellent and friendliness of staff was faultless.

My experience at Riad Diamond Of Marrakech & Spa was great. The riad is located near popular tourist attractions which can be accessed by walking. Staff at the riad ensured my stay was pleasant and my vacation was worthwhile. Enough cannot be said about the staff; they are all thoughtful and unique individuals. I highly recommend to book this riad. Thank you again to the wonderful staff of Riad Diamond Of Marrakech & Spa. All the best.

Excellent location, right next to the main square. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast - omelette, pastries, fresh juice, tea A nice choice of spa treatments Comfortable beds with AC in the rooms
Cons: Nice steam room but I would advise you check the temperature before using it. It was 45 degrees which wasn't hot enough for me. In fairness, they did increase the temperature but it takes time to warm up.

I had an amazing vacation! Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the location, and especially the great service. Great location, close to the square but very easy to retreat to the very quiet sunny rooftop for relax and respite after the busy souks outside. Food cooked here is delicious, great breakfast and you can order lunch or dinner. One evening we arranged Dinner on the rooftop and ate the house made Zaalouk and Tagine it was the best we had in Marrakech, superb. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Staff were very attentative and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff went above and beyond by decorating the room and even providing a cake. The room itself was also very nice.
Cons: Can be a little noisy at night time between rooms, but would expect every Riad to be the same regardless of where you stay and it wouldn’t stop us staying in one for the experience. Only thing the room could have benefitted from would have been a kettle, and maybe an iron.

The location of the riad is right next to the medina. However, even on the roof terrace, you can hear very little noise. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The riad was able to organise a fantastic driver for our airport transfers, he charges 350mad, but its well worth it to travel in comfort.
Cons: It's a minor thing, but this riad does not serve alcohol, so chilling on the sun loungers with a cold beer isn't an option. However, there is a love roof bar at the top of the lane less than 2 mins walk from the riad.

The staff were wonderful, kind, warm and welcoming. They made us feel at home. Special thanks to Amina (from the breakfast staff) who brought us Moroccan coffee to take with us back home. That was after we said how much we loved it. In the evening we would go up to the terrace on the roof and have tea. Hanan was so hospitable and welcoming. She would come chat to us and would choose songs that we liked as most of the time there was only us up at the terrace.
Cons: The room we stayed in had one small window that overlooked the alley. It felt somehow claustrophobic and dark. However we tried only come back late at night when we were ready to sleep. Also sitting on the roof terrace we felt quite cold. That was where the breakfast was served. It would have been good to have labels for the breakfast food served and ingredients. Every time we had to ask

We had an incredible time here. The location is fantastic. It was perfectly located near the square and Medina, with many choices of restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay, even making last minute arrangements for a transport service for us. The riad is beautiful and relaxing. My wife and I both enjoyed wonderful massages and breakfast on the rooftop. We could not have been any happier with our stay, and will definitely include Riad Diamond in our plans for our next visit to Morocco! We just left there today and already miss not only the place, but the wonderful people we got to meet there. Our many thanks to them! Choukran!

This Riad is located right in the centre of the old town. It is clean and warm and great value for money. The staff go well out of their way to help. Mostly I dealt with them by text which was really convenient and meant there was nothing missed in translation.

Everything ! This riad is so gorgeous and intimate and clean. We would find ourselves taking photos of it every day. In a great location too because it’s close to the bustle and excitement of the city centre but very serene when you’re indoors. Walking distance from lots of great places and easy to find. The food was excellent but the highlight of our trip was most definitely the incredible staff members (Hannan, Yousra, Abdul Haq, Nasrin, Hesham and all the other staff). Friendly, warm and a staple of our trip. They made our stay so special (especially as we had been travelling for a big birthday!) and we couldn’t recommend more. Went out of their way for us. We will definitely be back !

Our stay at Diamond of Marrakech exceeded our expectations. What made our stay so special was the staff who were always accommodating, smiley and helpful. They even organised a surprise bday cake (at no additional charge) and gathered to celebrate which was heartwarming. The room and the whole place were beautifully decorated with the traditional Moroccan style which gave us a better taste of the culture away from touristic influences. The breakfast was homemade and different variety every day.
Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the room as we could hear every sound and move from the neighbouring rooms but this didn’t change at all the quality of our stay.

I would rate this gorgeous Riad and the amazing and thoughtful staff a 1000 stars ! ! I'm not sure there are enough words to describe our amazing experience with Diamond Riad . They definitely exceeded our expectations! We were treated like royalty with the utmost care of detail and service during our stay. They decorated our room with rose petals, balloons, and gifted us with a wonderful fruit basket to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our suite was spacious even to American standards , including a large bathroom with modern amenities, a cozy sitting room, and lots of closet space too . My husband and I slept like babies in the incredibly comfortable bed mattress to match the luxurious pillows, sheets, and comforter . Our room was impeccably cleaned daily. We had fresh bottled water daily and quality towels . And oh my ! Breakfast, teas, coffee and authentic Moroccan dinner dishes at the terrace or brought to your room is a must try !!! Everything was delicious!!! From the bottom of our hearts, Shoukran Bezuf for everything 🙏😇🌹!
Cons: It was perfection !

We had a lovely week long break based at the Riad Diamond. The property is situated down a tiny alley only a very short distance from the main square and within easy walking distance of the souks, all the main historical buildings and several very nice restaurants. Breakfast was served on a pretty terrace each morning and was typically Moroccan and very extensive, with cakes, yoghurts, fruit juice, pastries and omelettes and more. All the staff were helpful and friendly. They arranged several excursions and tours for us, as well as transport to and from the Riad from the airport. Our room was large with Moroccan decor and a modern shower room and toilet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it unreservedly.

Living in riad allowed me to have true Moroccan experience and made this trip different from many others I have had. Location of riad was just fantastic. 2 min walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square - the heart of Medina - and at the same time in a quiet street away from noisy square. But the most value of this riad is people. Everyone was great (people serving breakfast, cleaning staff, receptionists) but special thanks to Omeima from reception and manager Hisham (apologise if the spelling of the names is not quite accurate). Their service, hospitality and friendly attitude for me are beyond normal, beyond what one would expect in any hotel in a busy touristic city.

I stayed here last year and returned since I loved it. I found they had very successfully doubled the number of rooms with a very large commun hall and a beautiful full sized pool (even 2 if I understood well but I saw 1) the location is really the best, so quiet, so safe but only 2 min literally from the famous square. The rooms are fantastic, the beds heavenly, the personnel efficient and the smiles authentic. And don t even ask me about the perfect breakfast on the rooftop terrace... I can t wait to get back !

The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was amazing. The riad is very close to the main square but it's in a quiet street so it feels like an oasis of calm/rest within the busy city. The room was clean and beautiful. When we arrived, the staff surprised us with tea and cookies. We really loved that after a long travelday. The breakfast was amazing and varied. On our last day we had to leave really early for a trip to the desert and the staff gave us breakfast on the go. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Marrakesh!
Cons: Nothing!! Unrelated to the riad really but we think good to know for visitors of this riad/Marrakech in general: If you come by rental car it is very difficult to find a parking place within the Medina and driving in the Medina is horrible. There are people offering to guide you to a place but this is a scam as they ask for a lot of money afterwards. There is a guarded parking place close to the riad but it is difficult to find so a map would have been helpful.

This is a perfectly named place - it really is a diamond. As with all riads, the beauty is not on the outside but the inside, behind the walls. Hisham is the perfect host, and the people he has working with him to make this place a success are truly amazing. Customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was finding a pharmacy for us on a Saturday and collecting something for a cough or just an extra bottle of cold water when it was needed. Everyone is very accommodating. The delicious breakfasts on the cool terrace are a pleasure to eat, and the ladies who cook them can't do enough to ensure you're satisfied. We had a really, really lovely and relaxing stay here on our last trip to Marrakech in a lovely quiet room. We wish Hisham and his family and staff every success with Riad Diamond and the extension to it which is currently being built. We'll be back to see the results!

Excellent location, close to the famous souks. Beautiful traditional decor inside Riad. Very polite and attentive staff, admin and lovely manager himself. Delicous variety of breakfast. It was a joy to stay there. They allowed luggage storage after checking out and also printed our boarding passes for us.
Cons: Nothing to complain about. Only one thing, which is same with most other Riads, is that it is down a narrow alley. With luggage, all drop offs and picks are done in main square. Private taxis are not allowed in or around main square after 13:00.

From check-in to check out, everything at this Riad was handled efficiently. The rooms were amazing and were cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was great and the Riad is in a perfect location, being only a stone's throw away from the main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa). Excellent breakfast. Varied menu, with traditional products, lots of variety. Served by very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Always asking if we needed anything else. The Riad is in an excellent location. Very close to the main square (2-3 minutes walk) and the main tourist attractions. The staff are excellent, very friendly and attentive. The Riad is very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and located on a side street to the square, which makes it very quiet. I highly recommend this riad. My sincere congratulations to the staff who were always attentive, friendly and kind.
Cons: The riad does not have a swimming pool. It's very hot in Marrakech, so a swimming pool would be really nice. However, we wanted to stay in traditional accommodation and have that experience of staying in the middle of the medina. Reconciling a swimming pool with the internal spaces of the medina is very difficult. So, even so, I think we made the right choice. In fact, it's an excellent choice.

Fantastic Riad, excellent and friendly staff, great breakfast, perfect location! This was a very welcome place to stay our last two nights in Morocco. The Riad Diamond is located around the corner from the busy Jamaa-el-fnaa square. We arrived exhausted from a three day desert tour. We were greeted with the traditional mint tea and cookies, and a large bottle of water in our room. The next day afternoon, the staff brought a tray of watermelon to our room for an afternoon refreshment. The breakfast was more than filling, with a variety of breads, fruit, yogurt, eggs, coffee. More that we could finish. I only wish we had booked a dinner, I am certain it would have been outstanding as well. Great value at this Riad, you will not regret staying here.

Amazing staff who looked after every need we had. They were down to earth and friendly. From the people cleaning our room to the staff who were serving us breakfast. It was our first time and the manager offered us free snacks, fruits and even a selection of cool watermelon when it was extremely hot outside. We met the manager and owner of this beautiful Riad and they welcomed us like their own family. I cannot recommend more highly of this Riad strategically placed in a quiet location within 1 mins of the Jama El Fna square. You can hardly believe it's 1 mins away. I have been to many amazing hotels and appartments around the world and this is one of the most beautifully restored Riads with great attention to the visitors who stay here. We were given options to go out to see some of the local attractions at a cheap price of €18 to the Atlas mountains. This didn't disappoint. The excursion ride there was easy and the waterfalls around Aurika were simply breathtaking. We rested on a riverside restaurant there & the food we had there was simply the best tagine we had. We managed to bring back some of the cheapest and finest local morrocan olive oil from these mountains. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned efficiently and quickly, we had a four poster bed with some intricate traditional morrocan ceiling and door designs you will ever see. Our breakfast was different everyday with local foods. Although the option for a vegetarian omelette with bread was accommodated for. The owners should be proud of their team that they have and we will certainly be back there again. We tried to locate a patisserie to which our surprise was just around the corner around 3 mins from the mosque which was on BBC TV channel and it did not disappoint. The souks and the media are very close by with a huge choice of gifts for everyone. The area is extremely safe with a 24hour front desk at the Riad. All we can say that this Riad is certainly a Diamond Riad of Marrakech.
Cons: Everything was catered to our needs.

We only stayed 3 nights but it was wonderful. I've never stayed in something like a Riad and it was a great experience I'd like to do again. The architecture is stunning and the furniture is beautiful. Our room was near the reception so could be noisy at times but the room was beautiful and air-conditioning worked, so much more character than any hotel. The atmosphere is cosy and I felt at home. The staff were welcoming, attention and the service was top notch. We were in contact from the day of booking and they organised airport transfers (which took us right to the door) and dinner on our arrival (10pm). All the food (breakfast, lunch & dinner) was delicious and plenty full. We ate outside of the Riad once and the quality just wasn't the same. Our room was cleaned every day and we were given a bottle of water. The location was perfect, literally 2 minutes from the main square down a safe street and a well lit and clean alley, we never felt uncomfortable. All of the staff were friendly and always happy to help but Hannan made our stay especially memorable, we spent a lovely evening with her laughing and listening to music. We would definitely stay again. I would recommend going to Jardin Majorelle, it's beautiful.
Cons: The pillows were large and very thick. It would be great to have a fridge in the room to keep the water cold.

Beautiful Riad! Loved the look, the rooftop breakfast and access to coffee and tea all day long. Loved the helpful, friendly staff. The mattresses were just the right firmness and the sheets were beautifully white and clean! The room is immaculate and so is the Riad. Loved the family seating area outside of the room and the peaceful fountain. All the stonework in the Riad is lovely, soft and soothing colors. We look forward to seeing the Riad once all the construction is completed.
Cons: The giant European square pillows are beautiful to look at but not practical. Many people sleep with 2 pillows and I would have liked a second smaller pillow. Our room had 3 beds but is really a good size for 2 people. The bathroom is in need of help. It is new and clean and functions but water gets EVERYWHERE from the spray of the shower and there are no shelves on which to put things. The bedroom could use another shelf too. But, it is still beautiful!!

The location is perfect. You are literally in the middle of the medina, but at the same time in a very quiet little street. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Oumaima, who helped us with every little request. She even let us take a shower in an unused room in the late afternoon when we came back to pick up our luggage even though we have already checked out at 12. Thank you Oumaima, you really saved our day. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Even the owner was there asking us if he can do anything to make our stay more comfortable. We even got a present 🎁 when we left. We would definitely come back and recommend Road Diamond to everyone.

I write this review while still in the hotel, such is our happiness with the quality and service being provided. From arrival when we were greeted with a cup of mint tea and biscuits, followed by a short tour of the Riad, we have experienced a level of attentive and sincere service that is so far beyond expectation it would put a 5 star hotel to shame. All of the staff we have encountered have been amazing, from the receptionist on the front desk to the team at breakfast - more on that in a minute! The room and the decor in the Riad is beautiful, Iraqi Moroccan they tell us, it’s so tasteful it has literally inspired us to consider redecorating when we get home!! OK breakfast… my goodness. No greasy fry ups here, just traditional Moroccan breads and bakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits and pastries both savoury and sweet, and lovely coffee topped up as required. So delicious and a perfect start to provide the energy for another hectic day in the directly adjacent Medina. The staff are attentive and smiling, real smiles that reach their eyes. One example, I commented on how delicious the savoury chicken pastries were… a minute later a plate arrives with 2 more! Whoever the owners of this Riad are, they should be absolutely delighted at how perfectly the staff are representing their business. Absolutely first class in every respect.

If I could, I would give an even higher rating. The riad is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, with a very attentive and helpful team. The breakfast is divine, with plenty of variety. We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved it.

Riad Diamond is secluded, yet just off the main square of the market. It was super convenient for us with many restaurants within walking distance, an amazing breakfast and classic Moroccan architecture. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will come back to Marrakech and we will absolutely stay at Riad Diamond again.

Fabulous Riad, better than a hotel, hostal, guesthouse. Wonderful design, excellent food, perfect location right near the main square in Marrakech's medina. You can get a taxi in the square before 12noon, otherwise, get one a few blocks away (5-min walk). Room was very spacious, comfortable big bed, walk-in closet with refridgerator & safe), nice hot shower & good climate-control. You might hear noise if they are playing music in the square at night.

Friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to please the guest. Beautiful interior with rich traditional decoration. Amazing breakfast with local specialities.
Cons: There are no room windows opening to outside, as a consequence air can get a bit stuffy. Wooden facade of the room looks nice but lets in some light and noise.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Riad Diamond of Marrakech. Check-in was easy, and the staff made us feel welcome right away with Moroccan mint tea and cookies upon check-in. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of choices each morning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was always helpful, ready to assist with any questions or requests. Hisham deserves special recognition for truly going above and beyond to provide extraordinary service. I left my laptop at the airport, and he personally retrieved it and mailed it to me. His kindness and dedication to ensuring I got my laptop back was truly remarkable. I cannot thank him enough for his extraordinary help. Overall, our experience at the Riad Diamond of Marrakech was excellent. If you're visiting Marrakech, we highly recommend this riad for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service.

The physical property including the room and common areas were immaculate. Great detail and substance to the place. Really beautiful. Super clean. There were 3 of us in the group. I believe most of the triples were on the first floor. Since this is the area where people have easy access to it may feel a little less private fyi for those staying in this room type. Breakfast was decent. Great location next to the main square. For atms go to the post office Maroc in the main square. Al badrid atms there offer withdrawals without a fee. FYI for those using their car service from the airport depending on the time taxis cannot enter the main square. We came in at 5pm. The car dropped us off by the Shell station in front of the main mosque. Then they transferred our luggage to a man with a cart for the rest of the way where we walked behind him. We ended up giving him a tip although I believe it is probably included in the price of the car service.
Cons: I felt the staff was the weak point. They were nice but I didn’t feel they were as knowledgeable about activities restaurants, hammans as maybe they should be? Just a feeling.

We spent 7 days at Riad Diamond and it was truly the pinnacle of our Marrakech experience. From its superb location, conveniently situated within walking distance of all the city's attractions, to its tranquil ambiance nestled in the heart of the bustling Medina, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The staff's warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay – from accommodating our early morning excursion with a complimentary packed lunch, breakfast is varied and so delicious. 🤤 The pillows were exceptionally comfortable! We couldn't find a single fault during our stay, and if we were to return to Marrakech, we wouldn't hesitate to book Riad Diamond again. 100/10

My husband and I arrived at the Diamond stressed and dishevelled from wheeling our cases though the Medina. We had such a lovely welcome with Tea & cakes and very helpful staff. The Riad it self was amazing such a lovely relaxing place after going outside in the mayhem.Great breakfast and good outside space to sit and relax.Shaz and his staff where so helpful and friendly. When we left they help us with our cases up the narrow alley to the Tuk tuck to the taxi.It was a real experience in Marrakech quite Manic but felt safe walking round.Thankyou to Shaz and the staff for great experience 😀❤️

Boy, where do i start. I have visited almost 50 countries, stayed in over 100 accomodation, but this is best service and overall experience i have ever got! - i got sick while visiting the dessert days before coming here and arrived around 22h so the only pharmacy that was open was far away, but they went there and brought me some medicine and didn’t want to take money for it - they organized doctor free of charge the next day and after i started taking the medicine i felt better - literally, starting from the guy and girl from the reception, via cooking lady and cleaning ladies, to the owner/manager it was world class hospitality and amazing experience - breakfast was very tasty and we had variaty of options - there is nice rooftop where you can take some sun - it’s located in core center of Medina, but yet very peaceful - since we were checking out early, they prepared for us tasty lunch box - riad itself is beautiful - it even has elevator - If/when i’m back in Marrakech this is the only place where i will stay - i probably missed to point something, but everything was so good and i highly recommend this place

This Riad is a new hidden gem along a narrow quiet lane within the hustle and bustle of the Marrakesh Medina and Souk. It offers a welcome retreat, yet conveniently located to explore tourist attractions on foot. There is more to come as this new Riad undergoes expansion in the near future.
Cons: The restaurant within offered a lovely breakfast, but drinks and food were unavailable the rest of the day. As there are plans to make this Riad bigger and offer additional services, I am confident it will be a marvellous experience.

This is a beautiful riad. Both the rooms and the interior garden are very beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, really close to Jemaa el-Fna. However, in spite of this, the road feels very isolated, with no outside noise coming in. The staff is wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged a cab to take us to the airport and they took us to the meeting point. The breakfast was excellent. On the whole, we had a wonderful stay at the Diamond of Marrakech.

The breakfast was really good. The location is great. The bed was super comfy. Most of the staff were welcoming and helpful.
Cons: The walls were pretty thin so it didn’t feel like there was much privacy (this may just be the way riads are) but we were kept up one night by people talking outside the room (in the common area) until almost midnight. I also had a charger go missing from the room. When I asked at reception about it and suggested that perhaps it had been accidentally taken with the linen when the room was cleaned there was little interest and I was provided with a shrug. I then had to go out and buy another one. No apology. It also seemed strange that there was no way to ask for the room not to be disturbed which I guess added to the lack of privacy. The day trips offered my the riad or fairly expensive, i would recommend talking to others/ looking on the internet for the same trips at like a 1/4 of the price. I also received an email stating that I had already left a review - of which I did not - the previous one stated a perfect stay and rated everything perfect. I do not know why or how that happened but I have changed my password and logged in to edit this.

It's a beautifully made hotel, close to the Jemaa el Fna, the big food market in the Medina. The decoration and the level of detail in the rooms was really impressive. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The rooms were very noisy. Anyone in the hallway could hear what is being said in the room. For of the rooms, which was next to ours, you could see the guest lying on the bed, since the'wall' was made out of decorative wood panels. We ate at the restaurant, but were quite disappointed with the food. The salad was not fresh. Also, we asked if we could eat via email, but were not asked what kind of menu we would like.

The location was great! Hospitality of the staffs and arrangements were great but there were a lot of hidden fees which we were not aware of. Paid so much money to stay for 2 days but at the end when we were checking out they forced us to pay city tax which was we were not aware of or was not mentioned when we reserved the hotel rooms. Very disappointed how they put the customers in traps to get the money out with leaving a lot of hidden fees.

This place was an exceptional place with best location in all of the center of Merrekesh where the activities happen. This Ryaid was very beautiful inside and had a very calm feeling. It was a beautiful place to relax and catch up after a long day of driving and then touring the city. We ended up staying one night. The hotel was very clean and you can see the cleaning staff present. The staff at the front desk, including Abdulrahem was very helpful in checking us in and giving us helpful pointers to what tourist things to do in the city. I believe the restaurant was exceptional and some of the best breakfast choices to be served. I also enjoyed the lobby area where my fiancé and I could meet and talk while staying.
