The room is so big. The whole palace reflects the beauty of Moroccan design. The place was so quiet. The most impressive is the staff’s ability to make us feel comfortable. They go beyond our expectation- especially Oussama and the two kitchen staff who brought to our room a dessert with a candle for my husband’s birthday. They sang a birthday song too. Thank you.

Cons: None at all.

It was a truly authentic experience, and I did not regret for a single moment choosing to stay in this historic palace. The experience was exceptional and started even before my arrival. As this stay coincided with my wedding anniversary, the owner of the palace personally contacted me to check whether I needed transportation and to confirm my exact arrival time. Upon arrival, the reception staff was waiting for me at the entrance, welcoming me warmly and making me feel as if I were at home. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and effortless. I was then pleasantly surprised to be welcomed into a suite thoughtfully prepared for my wedding anniversary, with great generosity, care, and attention to detail. Every corner, wall, and space in the palace tells a story of deep history, complemented by beautiful décor and a lush garden filled with trees, birds, seating areas, and a swimming pool. I will certainly repeat this experience again.

(This review is long but you'll want to read it in full. You can read other locations reviews if you want, but I doubt they'll win you over as well as this one) As someone who's done a ton of traveling in their life (for an American, especially) I'm going to be blunt: This was one of the best stays I've ever had in my life. I'm going to immediately call out the manager Ayub for being so supportive and helpful through my stay. From the moment I landed, I was checked up upon by staff and when I was having trouble figuring out the tricky barter system for calling a cab, they personally called me a driver to pick up my wife and I from the airport. Speaking of, we were here to celebrate our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place. Ayub and the staff prepared a super special entrance adorned with rose petals and towel decorations and my wife loved it. The room itself was incredible with a large bathroom with tub sized for two, a large living room and bedroom plus great views into the garden that's open for use 24/7 for all guests. Breakfast was included and we were fed a feast, it was a tremendous welcome to Morocco. Ultimately my wife and I even traded the busy city life of Marrakesh for extra lounge time at the resort because we just felt so damn comfortable and at ease there. During downtime we had fun just sitting by the pool, playing foosball and table tennis and of course introducing ourselves to the resident mascot cat who roamed the outdoors. Again, I need to shout out what truly made the stay so special was the staff. Manager Ayub and the owners were so kind and supportive, it gave us an unbelievably incredible start to our trip and I cannot recommend them enough. Even when we had trouble navigating the Medina, or planning other parts of our Morocco trip, we were guided and offered tremendous advice that we followed throughout the rest of our stay.

Cons: Honestly, I don't really have any feedback to provide whatsoever. And i'm not one to hold back on that kind of stuff.

The room was a wonderful size with a great view of the pool. The breakfast was pretty good with a good range, although it was assumed we would likes scrambled eggs each day. The staff at the desk were very helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately the AC did not work well and the staff kept turning this off. We were there in a 44 degree heatwave, so it was already challenging to sleep. The shower did not work and was broken. We asked to get this fixed but it was not. Before we arrived I liaised with the hotel about two beds as I was travelling with my daughter They suggested putting an extra bed in the room via email, but this did not happen. Although only 8km outside the centre, lots of taxi drivers did not know where to go. It meant 150 - 200 Dirham each way that we did not factor in, so please be aware of this extra cost to get into the Medina.

L'emplacement idéal pour être au calme. Belle piscine.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. We were upgraded to the wedding suite and it was out of this world amazing with incredible views of the pool through its huge windows the staff as so friendly and went over and about to help. The grounds are full of orange trees, heather, palm trees. Fruit trees. There are plenty of places to get shade in peace. The spa massages were so good I had to have another one the next day. Reasonably priced too especially compared to the uk I slept so well. Cabs are about 15 minutes into the centre of town and taxi drivers are good at giving you number and will let you arrange a return pick up time. With messages on WhatsApp to keep you to date, it was less busy so worth staying a little less central if you don’t mind paying 150 mad each way. Breakfast was very generous, flat bread, jams, honeys, cake, bread, yoghurt and cheese omelettes but I’m sure you could ask for something different and it would be no trouble,

Cons: The bathroom drainage systems in the room could be better

Cons: Completely Unprofessional and Deceptive I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked a suite through Booking.com, which was 3 times more expensive than the standard room. When I arrived, they gave me a standard room instead of the suite I had paid for. They were overbooking and it ended up with me without the room that I booked 1 month before. They were completely out of organisation. I didn’t complain during my stay, but I asked for a refund for the first night at checkout. The General Manager, Ayub, assured me that the refund had been processed, but it’s been a month now, and he’s been continuously misleading me. He responds rudely, claiming he doesn’t have time to address my complaints. I’ve emailed the hotel, but the contacts are non-existent. The stay was awful, the staff was completely absent, and the property was dirty and cold. They clearly don’t know how to run a business. I would highly advise against staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Nomadz Palace over New Year – it felt like paradise! Our large, private room was incredibly comfortable, and the beautiful gardens and pool made the setting feel so serene. Ibrahim and all the staff were fantastic, going above and beyond to cater to every need, including delicious veggie and gluten-free meals for my partner. The New Year’s Eve celebration was unforgettable, with an incredible 9-course meal, a traditional Moroccan band, and a fire-breathing show. The hotel is just 15-20 minutes from the medina, it’s easy to get a cab arranged by the hotel. I’d also highly recommend taking a trip into the Agafay Desert and the Atlas Mountains if you get chance.

So, if you are thinking of booking to stay here just do it, I don’t usually write reviews but this place has earned the following: Breakfast is traditionally Moroccan and absolutely fabulous, nothing too much trouble, you can take breakfast from 7:30 ish to whenever suits. We sat by the pool for breakfast today under the rising sun, just us, it was perfect. Location is a bit out of the crazy of the Mediana, we used In Drive App to dial cabs ( like Uber) £8 ish return into the city. 15 mins from airport Set in country side in view of the Atlas Mountains, absolutely gorgeous backdrop. Quiet and lush gardens round a stunning deep pool with comfy sun loungers and double lounger areas, pool towels provided clean every day. We had the mountain suite, and wow, what a room, the huge bed was excellent pillows great sheets pristine. The whole place is soundproofed, sleeping in is not hard to do here. Bathrooms high spec, lots of hot water, clean pristine white towels changed daily. Fridge in room, replenished daily with water. Just 14 rooms makes this place feel like you’re in a private hotel Evening meals exceptional, al a carte style, beer cold, wine great by the glass or bottle. What absolutely made us say we will go back are the staff, especially Ibrahim, this guy was the perfect host, nothing too much trouble, went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, spoke great English amongst other languages. I celebrated a milestone birthday whilst staying here, Ibrahim arranged a traditional Moroccan band for me, laid on tea, had me a cake made and ensured my day went with style. What a great surprise, what a lovely guy. Thankyou so much Nomadz Palace. We will be back when we next visit Morocco. We have already started recommending this place to our friends

We loved our stay here at Nomadz! We had the downstairs suite opening onto the pool area, which was very spacious and comfortable. You can eat in the restaurant or in the outside area. The breakfast included is very generous and the food you can order off the menu is very tasty. The warmth, care and service from the staff made the whole experience fantastic and we couldn’t recommend them more. The place is a little out of the city centre and so is lovely and quiet and relaxing, but they will arrange a driver to take you in and out of the city/airport for €15 each way so it was easy to explore. We loved our stay and would come back again for longer!

The hotel is situated outside of the city which was perfect for us. We had car so this wasn't an issue. Taxi's are available if needed. It's approx. 20 mins into the medina depending on the time of day. The Hotel is stunning. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The pool area is great, enough sunbeds for everyone. We were there off season so the outside bar/restaurant area wasn't open. We had an upgrade on our rooms and they were huge! We had a roof terrace with seating and a table which was great if you want to chill in your room. The staff were very helpful and friendly The breakfast, as with most hotels in Morocco serve you a set selection. The food was very nice and plenty of it. Coffee was great at this hotel-Not many hotels serve a great coffee! We ate here on one of our nights and the food was okay. I would definitely stay again

Cons: No water in the rooms On the night we ate here the service was slow, however it was a Friday and it seemed like the staff were limited.

fantastic setting with beautiful garden and pool. Was upgraded to a very impressive room that was very comfortable and clean. It is outside the Medina by some distance so feels very peaceful and calm.

Cons: The hotel feels like it is brand new so there are obviously teething issues, the staff were all very polite but some basic things were a little confusing (breakfast times and what we got for breakfast) and the service was very slow. Perfect experience, the closest to paradise. Everything, to the maximum level of detail was taken into consideration. From day one to our last minute in the hotel, everything was brilliant. The owner was attentive at all times, available and offering assistance for all kind of questions and suggestions. She even drove us to the city center with her personal car… The cleanness of the rooms, the facilities (pool, restaurant, terrace) was state-of-the-art. We booked a junior suite and were upgraded unsolicitedly because of room availability. The people in charge were polite, attentive and on call at all times. Highly recommended. Surely will come again and choose this palace.

The staff was absolutely amazing, 11/10! One of the best experience we've had, they were very accommodating and went beyond to make sure we'd enjoy our stay. For example, at one point my allergy had gotten really bad and one of the staff went to the pharmacy and brought back the medicine (word of caution if you travel to Marrakech, there are cats everywhere... We even saw one inside the airport) The place itself was quite charming and it was very easy to stay at the villa and relax. The breakfast were always amazing with enough variety to never become boring. On a side note, the food in general at the villa was absolutely amazing. We've tried a few restaurants in Marrakech, even some which were highly rated and none of them compared to the food from the villa. Getting your food might take a bit more time, but it's definitely worth it.

Cons: The biggest downside I would say are completely outside of the villa's power... We thought the villa was rather far from the Medina. It wouldn't have been an issue if the transport was cheap, but we had to pay roughly $20-30 CAD for each trip as we had to use Grand Taxi because the villa is slightly outside of Marrakech... So in total it was $40-60 CAD per trip to the city. It's possible to get much better rates with apps ($7-10 CAD per trip), but these apps are not considered legal in Marrakech unfortunately.

Big yet small and comfortable in a good way, the Nomadz palace seems to be able to take about 5 families at a time making it feel like at home. Special thanks to Othman with whom we could exchange during the entire stay regarding any questions or needs, it made it very handy to be able to communicate via Whatsaap.

Amazing grand home that has stunning architecture, lovely pool and garden and the interior decor is beautiful. I felt like a king in a palace. The staff tried hard and were super friendly. The owners who arrived to stay on my last night invited me for dinner and tea afterwards. A unique experience. The suite I stayed in was 60sqm and easily the largest accommodation I’ve ever stayed in (easily liveable) and the location is just far enough out from the centre to be quiet and relaxing.

Cons: It’s an old house so has its quirks.

Very spacious, but out of the city, so quite calm and relaxing. Staff was very welcoming and helpful

Cons: While the room were very larges, the decoration was a little to sober.

The palace, the grounds and the rooms are beautifully done and very spacious. It really is breath-taking, especially with the views of the atlas mountains. Both the owner and the staff (Ottman) were very hospitable and friendly towards us, making us feel very welcome. The chefs cooking is amazing- we enjoyed an exceptional traditional Moroccan lunch in the grand pergoda.

Cons: The hotel, when we stayed, is not finished being renovated yet and we were not told this before arrival. Therefore meaning its not fully functional, e.g. a chef until late at night, unless requested. That's the key here, they will kindly accommodate for almost anything that you ask for but until everything is up and running bare in mind it may take longer than expected.

Fantastic Hotel in a luxurious and authentic set up. Beautiful huge garden with sea salt swimming pool and all the comforts. The room was amazing, very big and well furnished. The staff was absolutely great, Otham was incredibly helpful with everything I needed, including printing my boarding pass on my last day. I have been in 4 different hotels during my holiday in Marrakech and Nomadz was the best one by far. Overall a fantastic experience, I will be back soon.

Cons: Everything was perfect

The place is literally a palace. It has been renovated recently and everything is brand new. The staff is very professional and hospitable and make you feel like the place has been running for years. We were lucky to be the only ones when we arrived and were checked in by the superstar of the place - Othman! Having just arrived from Movenpick and not necessarily getting the 5 star hospitality, we received 10 star hospitality from Othman. Since the place is a palace, he literally treats you like royalty. Rooms are very spacious. Would highly recommend a stay and we will hopefully be coming back in the summer next year - to checkout the pool and especially to receive royalty treatment again from Othman.
