La habitación es amplia y cómoda, el personal muy amable y el desayunado abundante y variado (solo falta la fruta). En cuanto a la ubicación, es perfecta: entre la zona vieja y la nueva. 20mins caminando a la Medina y 15 hasta el centro comercial, restaurantes, tiendas.. de la zona nueva.

Cons: La azotea y la terraza con la piscina está muy descuidada.

Le personnel - travailleurs non declares et non formés - 2 pour 24 h étaient charmants mais dépourvus de toute initiative.

Cons: Le manager est absent - en vacances selon le personnel. Les installations ne sont pas entretenues: volet fermé dans notre chambre car non fonctionnel. Le 1 ier janvier a 19h: impossible d’accéder à notre chambre car le système électronique est en panne. Nous avons dû attendre 3 heures et raté notre soirée. Le manager joint par téléphone s’engage à rembourser notre nuitée mais 1 mois plus tard rien n’a été fait malgré des promesses répétées : établissement à fuir

Cons: My room was right next to main road so hardly slept at all. So loud! They said they had ear plugs available in the documents, but didn’t. Breakfast was also basically a one egg omelette and pastry.

Posizione molto comoda perchè situato subito fuori dalla Medina e a 15' a piedi da tante attrazioni. La colazione è maestosa e sempre attenta anche alle richieste individuali. La piscina è bella ma nei giorni in cui siamo stati noi faceva troppo freddo per godercela. Il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff, tutto cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare qualunque richiesta (anche quelle last minute).

Cons: In generale tutto più che ok. L'unico aspetto un minimo negativo è che i tassisti non trovavano mai l'indirizzo della struttura perchè non ha un nome famoso o da grande catena alberghiera, ma parliamo di una non colpa della struttura!

Cons: Petit déjeuner à améliorer déception car nous avons séjourné au palais il y a 4 ans et c’était vraiment meilleur et varié . La personne de jour n’était pas accueillante aucuns bonjour aucuns sourire et zéro communication .La personne du soir était souriant et avenant . C’est dommage car nous avions un excellent souvenir de notre séjour en 2021 c’est ce qui nous a motivé à revenir quelle déception !

Cons: Leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Preise entsprechen einem 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber die Qualität ist weit davon entfernt. Das Zimmer war schlicht, das WLAN extrem schwach und das Fernsehen hat während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Auch das Frühstück war sehr einfach und ohne Auswahl. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Ich kann die Villa leider nicht empfehlen.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast service. It was our first time in Marrakech as two female travellers and this hotel felt really safe as the main door could only be accessed by guests with keycards 24/7. The street outside leaves a little to be desired but you're only 100metres from the main boulevard that runs between Plaza Gueliz and Koutoubia Mosque which is busy and well lit in the evenings so we felt comfortable walking home after dark from the Medina. The hotel gave us a boutique vibe and we often only saw 1 other couple at breakfast. It's within the central district so most tours picked us up directly from the front door.

Cons: Luggage storage could have been a bit more secure but the hotel is small so there's very few guests.

Cons: Het gevoel dat het hotel vergane glorie is; voor die prijs vind je iets beter. Het is duidelijk dat er geen oversight/toekomstvisie is; men kan niet blijven teren op het verleden. Er moeten dringend een aantal onderhoudswerken gebeuren. Een likje verf, het herplamuren van gaten in de muur, olie aan de deuren die piepen, maken dat de deurbel 's nachts niet door heel de gang halmt en iedereen wakker maakt, een beetje variatie in het ontbijt, het zwembad kuisen, spots die loshangen of maar op halve kracht werken. Allemaal relatief kleine kosten/ingrepen, die alvast niet gebeurd waren op het moment van ons bezoek.

Liked the location it was very quite & the room size was good.

Cons: We were disappointed that the details on the website did not match the actual Hotel. It said Adult only but there were children staying there. There was NO restaurant yet it advertised lunch & evening meal. We asked for a menu to be told there was no restaurant. The bar & sun terrace were closed & had been for awhile. The swimming pool was dirty with green algae & remained so even after being cleaned. Breakfast was basic very carbs based no fruit on offer & no butter for the bread. You couldn’t close the glass door to the toilet as the hinges had dropped. The patio door didn’t lock so we couldn’t leave the shutters down as we were on the ground floor. The TV didn’t work the safe wasn’t secured so could just be walked away with.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and anything we wanted they would try and get for us. The place was lovely and comfortable. Shame about the rooftop. I asked for a bottle of wine in my room as I was celebrating, they provided this and rose petals all over the room is was amazing to walk into a great touch, although 50euro was expensive for this it was great.

Cons: It's a shame the rooftop bar has gone to ruin, that would have been a lovely addition if it were open. The pool area needs a bit more looking after the beds near the pool need new cushions and the pool itself although small needs cleaning of leaves etc. The price of the minibar was expensive.

Un petit coin de paradis au milieu de Marrakech. Entre le Gueliz et la Médina. L’emplacement est parfait et quel luxe de pouvoir avoir une piscine. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très serviable et agréable. Mention spéciale pour Jaber le réceptionniste de nuit doté d’une gentillesse hors pair ! L’hôtel est propre et le petit déjeuner copieux. C’était un séjour parfait, je recommande et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestaveis.

Cons: A limpeza do quarto, quando chegamos, reparamos que não tinham mudado os lençóis e as fronhas (sendo corrigido de seguida). Cabine de duche numa das partes laterais estava negra da sujidade e o escoamento da água era muito lento, ouvia-se as pessoas a falar no corredor. Desapareceu peças de roupa no quarto. O cofre não funcionava, fiz o reparo e o sr° da recepção disse-me que só entrava no local o staff. O ar condicionado não funcionava, o sinal wi-fi era muito fraco. Pequeno almoço sempre igual.

Fles koud water aangerekend ondanks dat ik duidelijk heb gemaakt dat ik de hele nacht zonder airco heb geslapen en koud water wil hebben. Gemeld dat er in de kamer voor de 3e persoon handdoeken missen en dit eerst in twijfel trekken. Handdoeken soms tekort bij zwembad en 1 keer gevraagd of ik volledig uitgevouwen handdoeken wil hergebruiken bij lig bed. Een keer bij het ontbijt al lopen opruimen terwijl we nog aan tafel zaten

Un hôtel absolument magnifique ! L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 5 minutes à pied d’un boulevard animé avec de nombreux restaurants, et à 15 minutes de marche de la médina. L’hôtel a tout le charme d’un riad, avec une décoration splendide, choisie avec beaucoup de goût. Karim et toute son équipe sont d’une gentillesse et d’une attention exceptionnelles, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Les parties communes comme les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui est très appréciable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour !

Cons: Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas la suite Menara, car elle est située au rez-de-chaussée. Même si le personnel est particulièrement discret et respectueux, cette zone est souvent bruyante à cause des autres touristes de l’hôtel.

Cons: Breakfast; dry breads/croissants, only one option for breakfast, which was not good at all, very disappointing. The shower was slightly damaged on the wall and not properly cleaned as it was white tiny slimy stuff on the wall that somehow got solidified. Additionally, the room did not match the room we were given. There was no bidet in the bathroom as it was shown on the pictures when we were booking.

La habitación era espectacular, era super amplia y el aire acondicionado iba increíblemente bien y te dejaba la habitación super fria. La piscina es bsstante amplia y la gente no suele ir por lo que puedes disfrutar practicamente todo el dia de ella sin molestias y con unas camas balinesas y unas tumbonas comodisimas. Lo que destacaria sobre todo la amabilidad de todos los empleados y en especial de Redouan que nos ayudo en todo momento y todos los dias nos preguntaba que tal habiamos pasado el dia anterior y para recomendarnos cosas siempre, fue muy muy amable. Hablan un ingles muy fluido pero español muy poco pero con el traductor te puedes entender sin problema. Doy las gracias a todo el equipo por la gran atención prestada y por la comodidad.

Cons: Le monsieur qui s'occupe le jour de la maison d'hôte était irrespectueux, je portais mon pyjama avec une phrase dessus au niveau de ma poitrine et sans scrupules il s'est permis de lire à haute voix et aussi me la montrer en pointant son doigt . Cette personne aussi m'a obligé à quitter vers 11h00 la maison d'hôte. Par contre celui du soir était très gentil et respectueux.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the room was great. It was clean, the beds were a really good size considering they were single beds, and the shower was very refreshing.

Cons: We were really disappointed with the pool, it hadn't been cleaned as there were insects in there, it was a green colour and there was just a hose sticking in the pool. The area around the pool was nice but it was quite clear that the sunbeds hadn't been cleaned in months. We ended up paying for a pool pass to go to another hotel because the pool was unusable. The facilities weren't very good either, on booking.com it said there was a resturant but when we arrived and went upstairs to the rooftop where the bar and resturant should have been, it was still under refurbishment (which had apparently been going on for over a year). The TV didnt work properly either, even when the staff helped to set it up, we still couldnt get any channels working.

Das Gästehaus war sehr angenehm und besticht durch seine optimale Lage zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir konnten alle Punkte gut zu Fuß erreichen, vom Gästehaus bis in die Medina sind es ca. 500 bis 800 m. Das marokkanische Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons: Ich habe das Haus gewählt weil es als barrierefrei gekennzeichnet war. Ich bin selbst an den Rollstuhl gebunden. Außer einem Aufzug in den ich gerade noch rein passte war das Haus nicht barrierefrei. Von der Straße in das Haus mußten 6 Stufen und im Erdgeschoß von der Lobby bis zum Aufzug nochmals zwei Stufen überwunden werden. Wenn nicht das Personal so freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit gewesen wäre um mich jeweils über die Treppen zu transportieren ich hätte den Aufenthalt abbrechen müssen. Für Rollifahrer ist das Haus nicht geeignet.

Riadのような雰囲気ですが、設備は新しく、とても快適な宿泊が出来ました。特にレセプションにあるホールは雰囲気もあり、毎朝ホールで美味しい朝食が取れたことは素敵な思い出です。部屋の掃除も行き届いており、ベッドの質、シャワーの水圧も言う事なし。水回りも綺麗（洗面所が2個あり家族宿泊でも使いやすい）でアメニティも充実していたと思います。何より、レセプションの方のホスピタリティが素晴らしく、サービスが行き届いており、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。 Soukなど旧市街の観光場所までも徒歩20分程度・新市街まで5分程度で行くことが出来、近くのスーパーではお酒も売っているなど、ロケーションも良かったと思います。旧市街での宿泊だとタクシーが入りづらい（ガタガタの道をスーツケース持ってホテルまで行くのが大変）と思いますが、あまり混雑しない大通り沿いなので、タクシーも使いやすく、静かでした。

Great location for young people and families. It’s about 15 mins walk from the main square with the souks and the medina and there is a shopping mall about 10 mins away. Me and my wife felt very safe walking around at night too. We got card for the main door and so was quick to get inside. Great breakfast and room very comfortable and well equipped. Hospitality was flawless from all the staff.

Cons: Le manque d’insonorisation de la chambre car elle est située à proximité de l’entrée et de l’accueil, nous entendons donc toutes les conversations dans le couloir ainsi que le téléphone qui sonne et la sonnette, difficile de trouver un sommeil idéal. Déçu alors que nous arriver avec une réservation suite deluxe. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, nous n’avons même pas pu mettre Internet. Cons: Quel étonnement à notre départ de devoir régler des frais supplémentaires. 2 cafés pris en capsules à 5h du matin pour nous rendre à une attraction. Sachant que notre petit déjeuner du matin était payé nous ne voulions pas déranger la personne de nuit. Felt very welcomed by the staff at all times. They did their best to help us with any of our requests, questions. The hotel was really nice and clean with traditional moroccan interior. The bed was really comfy and good size and the room was spacious with a balcony. Highly recommended to anyone who visits Marrakech.

We verbleven zes jaar geleden ook al eens op deze locatie in Marrakech, en opnieuw werd onze keuze bevestigd. Palais d'Hôtes Darsor ligt heerlijk rustig tussen het oude en het nieuwe deel van de stad, met alle bezienswaardigheden binnen loopafstand. Omdat de reis last-minute was geboekt, was er weinig beschikbaarheid. Hierdoor kregen we een kamer op de benedenverdieping, die iets minder praktisch en sfeervol was dan de kamer tijdens ons vorige verblijf. Desondanks ontbrak het ons aan niets, en hebben we uitstekend geslapen in het ruime, comfortabele bed. De WiFi werkte perfect, waardoor ik zorgeloos mijn favoriete Netflix-serie kon streamen. Daarnaast was de service van het personeel uitmuntend. Op verzoek werd er een chauffeur geregeld die ons naar de prachtige Ourika-vallei bracht (en weer terug), en ook de taxirit naar het vliegveld was vlekkeloos georganiseerd. Kortom, bedankt voor een opnieuw zeer aangenaam verblijf in Marrakech!

Cons: On checking in, we were told they had kindly upgraded our room for us. Except they hadn’t - they just put us in a more expensive room than we had booked and then charged us extra for it. Also, when we were shown to the room, the man told us to help ourselves to the snacks, water, and drinks in the fridge because it was all included in the price. Except, it wasn’t. When we went to hand in the room key, a lady promptly went to search our room and then demanded we pay 12 Euro for a can of pop and some chocolate. Don’t bother to stay here. Dirty carpets, dirty pool, and they just want to rip you off.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner, nous n’avons pas eu droit, le premier jour, car nous partions Excursion à 8h15 et que le monsieur chargé du petit déjeuner, devait mettre les nappes. Pas génial avec deux enfants en bas âge! Le reste du séjour pour le petit déjeuner ne fut guère mieux. Nous devions attendre 1 heure avant d’être servi. Aucune sortie possible de l’hôtel avant 10h si vous voulez manger. C’est vraiment dommage

Well situated between the old and new city. Kamal gave us a good welcome.

Cons: The room had few issues with half of the lights not working. A part of the ceiling was peeling, There was moisture on the walls. The advertised terrace was non existent. On the last morning we had an early flight and no breakfast was offered even though it was included in the price.

Firstly, the staff were fantastic. Mustapha and Hakeem looked after us really well with attention to every requirement and great local knowledge. Friendly but professional. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable with fresh sheets and towels provided every day. The public areas were spotless and provided cool retreats from the fierce sun. The pool area was a great place to chill out with lots of sunbeds and pavilions to relax in. It was totally private and not overlooked by any other buildings. The hotel is in a quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the main square but lots of restaurants in easy reach.

Cons: Only small observations. The shower pressure was not great and the wifi kept dropping in and out. Breakfast became a little boring and could do with more fresh fruit and variety.

Do facto de ser um hotel familiar, com poucos quartos. Tem um bom pequeno almoço. A localização é funcional. A envolvente próxima pode não ser a mais agradável, mas a zona é segura.

Cons: Na primeira noite, existiu um problema com a marcação do nosso quarto, éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças e apenas existiam camas para os adultos. O quarto não estava preparado para receber a minha família. Contudo na 2 noite, a situação ficou resolvida. O hotel precisa de pequenas reparações, que não dão um aspecto cuidado à propriedade (lâmpada da piscina, portas a ranger).

Deuxième séjour au Palais d’hôtes Darsor et j’espère pas le dernier. L’endroit est place merveilleusement bien dans la ville, la piscine est très bien entretenue. Cons: Négatif: Le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout varié à part un morceau de gâteau et pancakes il n’y aura rien de plus le seul choix qu’on a c’est le café ou un thé. C’est très dommage. Mon séjour à durée plusieurs jours. La piscine n’est pas très très propre, la chambre est très bien mets la salle de bain à Plein de Cheveux et le sol et sale. Pendant mon séjour, je n’ai pas pu regarder la télé, il n’y avait aucun signal. Les chambres sont mal isolé, ce qui est dommage Très bien: Les réceptionniste sont au top du top à l’écoute. J’ai apprécié. L’emplacement est très bien proche de tout ce qui est un plus Wifi très bonne connection. En résumé , le prix il est exorbitant pour ce que c’est, il y a bien mieux sur Marrakech à moins chers.

Il est très bien situé. Je vous le conseille vivement. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité avec de bons produits, malgré qu’il manque quelques petites choses comme des fruits par exemple. The room was very spacious and well accommodated for those with young children, beds were very comfortable and big. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was very nice, I do feel they need to offer water for breakfast which they did not, especially in the hot weather. Location was ideal, Masjid Koutoubia was 13mins walk from the hotel, there were local supermarkets we were able to get some snacks from for the children.

Cons: I would not say this is something I did not like, more of an improvement, the staff did not understand or speak much English, it was hard to communicate with them. The were also not readily available when I would phone down to reception from our room, so had to go out and find them to speak to them.

Hygiene in general is quite bad. no reception staff. impossible to ask for anything. toilet tissue seem old and do not provide enough. towels look very old. did not even get proper check out. the staff called our room at 11 p.m. for us to sign the tax form.

The hotel was very charming, but the staff were even better. From the moment we arrived, Kamal welcomed us like we were family. He was even more helpful with helping us navigate the city along with booking excursions. It was a pleasure waking up every morning to go down to breakfast and to chat with the other guest, feel the cool air and have the sun fill the room with just the right amount of warmth.

Cons: The only things that we didn't care for is that we did not have much privacy when going to the bathroom due to the glass door and the glass window looking into the toilet.

Cons: Acqua della piscina gelida. I lettini della piscina vengono sistemati solo dopo la tarda mattinata, quindi se ci si vuole distendere e prendere il sole la mattina spesso mancano asciugamani o ci sono quelli suati del giorno precedente. Nella hall non c'`e sempre qualcuno per cui una mattina abbiamo aspettato dieci minuti per poter chiedere la colazione, e a un certo punto siamo andati via perchè eravamo in ritardo su un ingresso prenotato. La stanza era definita una suite con due stanze ma era un'unica stanza e i bambini sono stati accomodati su un divano e un letto pieghevole senza lenzuolo. Appendini rotti nel bagno, snack vecchiottia pagamento in camera e solo un caffè a testa a disposizione in omaggio, tutto il resto extra.

Cons: La chambre est rendue petite par la présence en plein milieu d’un petit salon assez inutile et très gênant. La piscine trop petite et pas entretenue, les transats semblent à l’abandon. La douche pas intimiste car avec une baie vitrée directement dans la chambre. Frigo rempli de boissons mais elles sont payantes… on a même plus la place pour mettre nos propres boissons. Le petit déjeuner dans le hall, il faudrait un lieu plus intime et une musique d’ambiance.

Nous avons été accueillis par Mustapha qui nous a chaleureusement servi du thé et des petits gateaux dès notre arrivée. Le lieu était super propre et moderne, il ne manquait rien. Mustapha nous a conseillé des restaurants et a toujours été à notre disposition si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Rien à dire de négatif sur cet établissement magnifique, c’était parfait et nous reviendrons 😊

Cons: Pequeno almoço pouco variado, pouca opção de comida, pouca quantidade. Ar condicionado não funcionava, apesar da amabilidade do rececionista do hotel em nos arranjar um aquecedor, o quarto manteve-se gelado pois fazia muito frio nos dias que lá estivemos hospedados, a tv também não funcionava bem, estava sempre a bloquear.

La struttura è accogliente e pulita; posizione non centrale, ma molto tranquilla. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato e una banca. La camera era molto ampia, luminosa dal gusto moderno con dettagli in stile marocchino. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il benvenuto con il tipico tè e alcuni dolcini. Buona la colazione.

Cons: Il servizio taxi concordato precedentemente non è stato semplice da trovare una volta arrivati in aeroporto. Il costo era di 20 euro.. Il check-in è stato un po' lento.

Cons: Avevo prenotato e pagato una suite presidenziale, ma ci è stata data una camera standard al pieno seminterrato, polverosa, piena di moscerini e in un cattivo stato dí pulizia. Quando abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti il capo del personale ha detto che le camere erano tutte della medesima categoria. Colazione mediocre e con poca scelta, ben lontana dalla classifica colazione marocchina. Peccato la struttura ha un ottimo potenziale!

The staff were very welcoming, and offered extravagant hospitality! I had forgot my charger adapter and they supplied me with one which was kind. The location of the area is very convient and local taxis pass by which facilitates transport. Everything is also a walking distance of 20-25mins which is handy if you like to walk. I loved my stay and would recommend to anybody!

Best choice we could’ve made! The room was sparkling clean, the hotel itself is gorgeous with a small pool and tables around it. Would be wonderful for sun bathing when very hot. The staff was brilliant, in special Hassan who was a delight to talk to and extremely helpful at all times. The room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels, soap, shampoo etc. The location is somewhat between old and new town which gives easy access everywhere- 10-20 min walk which is ideal. Very quiet location, breakfast was delicious and overall I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I were to return!

I want to say a big thankyou for Hassan and Kamal and their assistants for making our stay above and beyond extra special. When we arrived we met Hassan who offered us some Moroccan tea and pastry and gave us a great history lesson about Marrakech and the Atlas mountains and then after gave us a tour of the hotel before showing us to our luxury clean room with a lovely balcony treats in the fridge plus robes and many more surprises. We had lovely evening exploring the town after we freshen up and chilling by the pool. Next morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast the atmosphere and vibe is so tranquil and fresh. The weather was prefer. The people are so friendly and helpful We explored so much we when quad biking in the dessert also I celebrated my birthday . Kamal advise me of the best bakery in medina. Miss our time already but will be back. Prayers went up blessing came down Amen. Thanks again From Marantholee & Lei

Die Freundlichkeit von Hassan, der sich sehr engagiert um die Gäste kümmert. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer war sehr groß. Die Lage ist gut mit dem Taxi erreichbar und zu Fuß sind die Souks / die Altstadt nur ca. 15min entfernt.

Cons: Das Frühstück war eintönig, jeden Tag das Gleiche bis auf die Variation des Rührkuchens und die Variation des Joghurtbechers. Kein Obst. Die Dachterrasse war ein Müllplatz und komplett heruntergekommen - sehr schade, weil die Anlage viel mehr hergibt, wenn sie etwas mehr Pflege erhalten würde. Dafür fehlt aber das Personal, Hassan hat das ganze Haus bis auf die Unterstützung einer Küchenkraft für das Frühstück (und sicher auch für die Reinigung der Zimmer) offensichtlich allein bespielt.

De gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid van Kamal & Hassan waren top. Beide heren deden er alles aan om ons een geweldig verblijf te laten beleven vanaf aankomst tot en met het vertrek. Ik had van te voren contact met Kamal gehad om wat extra dingen voor mij te regelen en dat had Kamal helemaal in orde gemaakt. Verder was het schoonmaak personeel zeer vriendelijk elke dag werd onze kamer goed schoongemaakt en werden onze handdoeken en badjassen vervangen. Paar keer aangegeven ontbijt op kamer te willen hebben en uiteraard werd dat ook geregeld. Al met al een top hotel met vriendelijk en goed personeel.

The location was superb, not in the heart of the Medina, but close to everything. Hotel facilities and staff are great. Breakfast included was one of the highs of the accommodation. Room was big, clean and comfortable.

Hassan - Kamal en Nezha hebben mijn verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt. Ze deed meer dan hun best en hielpen mij graag verder. Hassan was echt de topper van het team, hij ontving ons met een glimlach en antwoordde aan alle vragen. Hassan khuya chokrane bassaf bassaf! Hotel is in een zeer veilige buurt gelegen, daarnaast kan je te voet naar de Jamaa el Fnaa wandelen, of naar Gueliz.

Cons: Ontbijt was zeer beperkt, en was niet lekker. Mssammann niet lekker, harcha niet lekker, en smaakte niet vers. Wij hebben maar 2 keer ontbeten, voor de rest buiten gegeten. We zaten in de presidentiële suite maar deze lekte door de regen. Het personeel had mij voorgesteld om van kamer te veranderen maar deze waren helaas allemaal bezet...

The staff was totally amazing. Always ready to help us with everything. I met three reception guys, all of them happy to guide us through the city. Asking for taxis, helping to get money.. The breakfast was amazing with typical Moroccan things. The location is perfect. 10 minutes walking from everywhere and not on the middle of the Medina which is very comfortable. The price is a joke compared to the state of the rooms and the hotel. Very cheap and very clean. Special thanks to iberka oui kamal, his English was perfect and was very helpful from day one.

Un oasis entre el ajetreo de la ciudad. Lo mejor las instalaciones: una habitación de gran tamaño y muy cómoda; un salón que era una obra de arte y una zona con piscina muy relajante. Además al tener sólo 8 habitaciones había mucha tranquilidad y un trato muy personal. Destacar la amabilidad del personal que nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y nos dieron un recibimiento muy caluroso. La localización también fue un punto positivo ya que estaba a escasos metros de un supermercado. No es muy céntrico, la plaza central está a 20 minutos andando pero a cambio ganas tranquilidad.

Cons: Por decir algo, las toallas. Estaban un poco ásperas pero puede ser por la sequedad del ambiente.

La habitación muy grande y las cama super cómoda, fuimos dos adultos y un niño de 8 años ( durmió en un sofá muy amplio y cómodo). El desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Cons: Un poco alejado del centro ( unos 15 minutos andando) aunque no supuso ningún inconveniente y así conocimos también la zona mas moderna con otro tipo de restaurantes de comida mas internacional. Desde el centro puedes coger un taxi por unos 4 €

Parfaitement situé, en dehors de la Medina mais suffisamment proche pour y accéder en 3 minutes à pied. Cela permet de ne pas être dans la cohue et bénéficier de tarifs avantageux. L'intérieur est superbe, très bien entretenu et le personnel a été au petit soin. Mentions spéciales pour le petit déjeuner et le thé d'accueil.

We asked check out at 1pm which was agreed but then they were knocking on our door and calling at 12:30pm saying check out now! I truly enjoyed my four nights stay at 'Darsor'. It's super clean, welcoming and cozy with a great location. I could literally just walk to any touristic spot: Alfna square, Manara Mall, Bahiya ... The staff were super friendly and helpful specially ' Kamal' . He was utterly cheerful, friendly and helpful. Extremely well-mannered, patient and ready to help whenever needed . Kamal even managed to help me fixed a misplaced part of my car. I am definitely coming back to 'Darsor'.

The Hotel is so so beautiful and in a very convenient location where one side is old town and in other direction you are in new town. Kamal at the reception gave us the best welcome and looked after us everyday. Rooms were very spacious and high end decor. Ground floor reception area is very well laid out and can be used as a common living space.

Kamel le réceptionniste est très dévoué. Il nous a très bien renseigné et était aux petits soins et ce avec le sourire.
