Al llegar con la dirección del maps al hotel quedamos un poco perdidos, ya que estacionamos un poco lejos y caminamos, el lugar es histórico, con sus calles angostas y en ruinas. Pero cuando llegamos a la puerta del hotel nos cambió todo lo que pensamos en su minuto ( donde nos vinimos a meter). Pero resultó ser parte de una aventura y quedar encantados con la llegada y ver lo hermoso que es el hotel, buena recepción, lugar muy acogedor y limpio, con cada detalle desde el ingreso. Nos recibieron con un te mientras realizabamos el ingreso y nos entregaron la habitación, que sin ningún detalle y solo cosas positivas desde el shampoo, crema corporal, batas, secador y una confortable cama.. Wooo mi estrella N®10 para éste hotel!!

EL Riad es muy bonito y es tal cual se ve en las fotos. El servicio es muy atento y la habitacion era amplia y cómoda. Nos recibieron con una te y agua y además nos ayudaron a subir la maleta a la habitación. El desayuno estaba muy bueno aunque el ultimo día lo pedimos para llevar (porque teniamos que hacer el check-out muy pronto) y nos lo prepararon en una bolsa.
Cons: Es verdad que está a 10 minutos de la plaza principal de Marrakech pero la ubicación no es excesivamente buena ya que para llegar te tienes que meter por unos callejones que dan respeto, ya que a penas pasa turismo por la zona. Por la noche hay poca luz para llegar y está en una calle sin salida y justo en la esquina de la calle del Riad hay un comuna de gatos que estan en medio del paso.

The riad was beautiful and very clean and terrace was lovely. The staff were also very polite.
Cons: This is not my first time in marrakech and I had stayed in numerous riads so I know they are not 'hotel' quiet but this was louder than most. The walls seemed especially thin and my bathroom window faced onto the road so I got all the road noise as well as guest noise til 3am. Not a good night's sleep, I would recommend taking ear plugs. This riad was not cheap and I expected a little bit more for the price to be honest

Il riad si trova in una posizione straordinaria ma non è possibile venire in macchina. Il taxi si ferma un po’ prima e qualcuno dell’hotel deve venire a prenderci se no, molto difficile per trovare l’hotel. Quando si entra dentro, é un piccolo paradiso che non si indovina da fuori. Tutto è stato rifatto e é veramente bello con una buona colazione sul terrazzo.
Cons: Durante l’inverno , non esiste veramente il riscaldamento. Da un certo punto di vista si capisce che avere il riscaldamento per un paese come il Marocco è strano ma tuttavia l’inverno che dura poco rimane comunque freddo

POV we have stayed in 5 Riads in Morocco. The property was recently renovated. Staff gave extra hot water at night for medicine upon request.
Cons: Money: When we gave city tax in cash [as don't accept credit] a day before, the staff didn't return the change. They said they will do it next day but they didn't and we had to leave to catch a flight. Location: It was not easy to get to. Room: We had several things off when we got to the room. The paint was wet on the doors. A glass on the door was broken, the cabinet boards were broken. The staff called the repair and got glass temporarily fixed and cabinet board fixed. The wet paint caused allergies. We asked for another room and staff informed that was not possible. Next day the thermostat stopped working. The night temp was 44F (6.5C). The staff brought a small room heater. Shower drain was partially clogged. Due to rain, outside our room there was 2 inches for water for 2 days which the property didn't clear/clean. We had to walk thru the puddle to get in/out of the room Breakfast: Due to breakfast being served in open terrace area, was not hot. Tea/coffee was always luke warm. Toilet: New but didn't have bidet.

The property was in a very good location, close to many attractions, it was clean and beautiful. The staff was really nice.
Cons: It was very cold as it was 1st of December, the heating system did not seem to work, the water in the bathroom was not getting hot, only warm, this was the 3rd riad we stayed at and the other 2 had very hot water. The jacuzzi was broken.

La décoration est incroyable. C’est tellement beau. C’est toujours propre et l’odeur dans le Riad est magnifique. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
Cons: J’aurais aimé avoir un petit déjeuner typique marocain tous les jours (msemen, baghrir). Nous avons eu ça le premier jour mais après c’était des crêpes ou autre pâtisserie. C’était quand même varié mais juste une préférence personnelle.

Riad molto carino, pulito e ben curato, soprattutto nell’architettura. La posizione è abbastanza centrale, qualche minuto a piedi da un suck che ti porta direttamente alla piazza principale (jemaa el fna), unica cosa per arrivare al suck c’è da percorrere dei vicoli un po isolati ma mi è sembrato abbastanza sicuro. Il personale è stato gentile e al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito una cartina con i principali luoghi da visitare e come arrivare alla piazza.
Cons: Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti con colazione inclusa, la prima mattina siamo riusciti a fare colazione. (aperta dalle 8:00) in cui viene servito, senza possibilità di preferenza tra dolce e salato, uno yogurt, della frutta, tre tipi di marmellate, burro e formaggini con delle crepes, un tortino e del pane. Per quanto riguarda la seconda mattina, avendo l’aereo alle 9 siamo dovuti uscire per le 6:00, quindi avevamo chiesto la colazione takeaway sia al nostro arrivo sia la sera prima della partenza ma al momento del check out non c’era nessuno né per lasciare le chiavi della stanza né per la nostra colazione. Anche per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti su booking c’era scritto “ristorante” ma quando siamo andati a chiedere se fosse possibile cenare ci è stato detto che il cuoco se ne era andato e avremmo dovuto comunicarlo prima (erano circa le 18:30). Secondo me prezzi un po’ troppo elevati per i servizi offerti. Ultima cosa per pagare la tassa di soggiorno assicuratevi di prelevare e di avere soldi, noi avevamo pagato con booking e al nostro cheek in non ci era stato detto niente (per esempio nel primo Riad avevano già preso anche quella) sicché l’ultima sera abbiamo fatto in modo di finire tutti i soldi, quando siamo entrati ci è stata chiesta e la volevano solo in contanti che non avevamo più, al che siamo dovuti uscire per cercare un ATM e prelevare 10€

L’endroit est sublime, moderne, au calme mais à côté de la médina de Marrakech donc super pratique. La chambre Tokyo est magnifique et confortable. Assan et Dominique sont au petits soins de notre arrivée à notre départ. Ils sont à l’écoute de tous nos besoins et nous ont aidé à trouvé un taxi rapidement. C’est un enrichissement culturel et humain à faire, dans un traditionnel logement marocain. Le petit déjeuner typique est fait minute et est super bon ! Allez voir par vous même, je recommande les yeux fermés. Des bisous de Jango et Gabrielle !

Beautiful interior just as the pictures show. Staff were accommodating as we had to have breakfast early to get to the airport after our final night in Morocco. It's a good location for most of the main attractions in the Medina.
Cons: Not a big issue for us but as it's in the Medina a taxi will only get you so far and then it's a 5 minute walk through the busy streets.

Spotlessly clean, tranquil and comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. The decor was imaginative and colourful. The roof terrace was a beautiful space. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and so willing to help. Hassan and Ismal were always on hand and really friendly. Ismal met our car on arrival to walk us to the property… great location to the souk and everything we needed.

Nádherný Riad, opravdu je to kousek klidu uprostřed velmi rušné Mediny. Kousek od hlavního náměstí. Personál byl velmi milý, dal nám pár opravdu cenných rad. Jediné co nás mrzí je, že jsme zde nemohli zůstat déle. Budeme muset přijet ještě jednou a určitě si k ubytování vybereme znovu tento Riad.

Bellissimo riad situato nel cuore della medina, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Jemaa el-Fna. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono estremamente puliti, profumati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è amorevole e sempre accogliente. Ho apprezzato molto l’ospitalità in generale: mi sono sentito davvero coccolato per tutto il soggiorno.
Cons: L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda l’insonorizzazione delle camere, che andrebbe decisamente rivista. Inoltre, ho trovato poco piacevole l’assenza del POS per i pagamenti con carta, ormai accettati praticamente ovunque a Marrakech.

The colours were very pretty outside of the rooms, roof top was very cute also.
Cons: The jacuzzi pool upstairs wasn’t working at all so couldn’t swim in it at all. Which meant you only had the bottom ‘pool’ which to be honest was more like an ice bath. It was highly unpleasant to take a swim in because it was freezing even after a long hot day walking around the Medina, I could barely manage a minute in it. There is also no tea/coffee provided in the rooms, I had to ask for a kettle and tea then they charged me for the tea. Unusual for a Riad to not have complementary tea/coffee in the rooms. I also had the tangine there which was very expensive and only vegetarian. I asked for about 7-7:30pm dinner to which ended up being 8:30pm and I was the only diner? I also asked hours in advance. Front reception was barely ever available, having to go up and down the stairs frequently to find staff. Overall I wouldn’t recommend, it’s just for ‘looks’ and close to the Medina. The ‘bar’ is also not a bar, it only serves some juice, soft drinks.

We loved the location, it was incredibly quiet despite being a 2 minute walk from busy streets and a 5 minute walk to the main square in the Medina - couldn’t hear any outside noise in our room, just the noise in the Riad itself which was generally pretty quiet. The hosts were fantastic, friendly and helpful throughout and did everything to make our stay very comfortable.
Cons: We think the breakfast could have had a better variety of fresh fruit, there was a lot of heavy cakes and breads. Despite this we enjoyed the service at breakfast and the selection available was generally very good considering it was all included in the price of our stay.

This Riad is so beautiful. Spotless clean everyday. Attention to detail here is on point. Lovely sit down area by the pool to relax & read,with a rooftop area for breakfast or to chill with a drink (non alcoholic)
Cons: We couldn't fault anything. It is down a narrow winding street which seems like forever to find the place but a staff member met us on arrival and showed us the way, after that no problem walking to and from the Riad to the Medenia etc.

Cons: I was rather upset after organising transfers with the riad that I agreed one price with one member of staff and when paying at the end of my stay I was charged more and they had also added on a tip on which should be my choice not the riads. I also heard the member of staff saying rooms would be given clean towels each day which I wasn’t. One day I was offered eggs and because I said no on the first day it was offered on the second day.

A colorful gem in the medina! Riad Paradis Blanc is such a lovely place! Right in the middle of the medina, very colorful and full of charm. Everything was super clean and the rooms were spacious. The best part was the staff, really kind and always ready to help. One of them even found us a taxi to go to the station and walked with us to the spa next door, where we had a hammam massage. That was so nice and made us feel really cared for. I really recommend this riad if you want a beautiful and friendly stay in Marrakech!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce Riad juste magnifique. Malgré notre arrivée tardive un membre de l’équipe est venu nous chercher au parking et nous a accompagné jusqu’au Riad. Les (+) : - Très beau riad, conforme aux photos - Service voiturier à la demande (transport depuis ou vers l’aéroport, la gare, ou pour des activités comme le Jardin Majorelle) - Piscine très agréable pour se rafraîchir - Service de nettoyage de linge personnel - Climatisation dans les chambres - Personnel serviable, disponible, dont le travail est irréprochable (notamment celui des femmes de ménage : le riad et les chambres étaient toujours impeccables, même si nous avons trouvé une crotte de nez (pardon… ) collée sur le lavabo à notre arrivée…
Cons: Les points négatifs (les deux premiers ayant vraiment « gâché » notre séjour) : 1) Le riad et les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisés, on entend absolument tout ce qu’il se passe (de la conversation au bord de la piscine, attenante à notre chambre, aux travaux avec perceuse réalisés dans un immeuble voisin… ) 2) Le toit-terrasse est envahi de guêpes au petit-déjeuner, nous avons déserté au bout du 3ème jour car c’était impossible de manger sans se faire attaquer (je précise que nous avons constaté ce problème nul part ailleurs dans Marrakech, donc il doit y avoir un nid de guêpes sur le toit du riad mais rien n’est fait malgré les précédents commentaires sur le sujet… ) Par ailleurs nous avons relevé d’autres points négatifs qui font vraiment baisser le rapport qualité/prix (notre chambre étant à 120€ la nuit… ) : - linge de lit et linge de bain : il n’y avait pas d’alèse (protège-matelas) ce qui n’est pas du tout hygiénique, aussi les serviettes de bain et peignoirs étaient abîmés (élimés/effilochés) et surtout très rêches et piquants ce qui était très désagréable - la robinetterie commence à être très usée (le robinet d’eau froide du lavabo tournait « dans le vent », et la douche est pleine de calcaire/tartre, voir photos) - le service de restauration de l’hôtel ne semble pas vraiment en service (à notre arrivée, à 17h, nous avons demandé s’il était possible de réserver pour 2 personnes le soir, mais ce n’était plus possible car « le chef était déjà parti »… il faudrait réserver 3h à l’avance (ce qui est assez long) mais même à 17h c’était déjà trop tard (sachant que nous aurions pu dîner à 21h ou plus tard sans problème… ) - enfin la ruelle menant au riad est glauque (souterrain pas éclairé) et sale (déchets, excréments… )

Riad magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et d’une propreté irréprochable (10/10). Chambre impeccable, bien équipée et très confortable. Le personnel est adorable, surtout Hassan, toujours souriant, serviable et disponible. La petite piscine est agréable et bien entretenue.
Cons: L'environnement immédiat n’est pas très rassurant surtout tard le soir. Petit-déjeuner correct mais limité, à améliorer. Parking à proximité (70 DHS/nuit) qui est un peu cher.

Cons: Posizione: la struttura, ubicata nella Medina, e’ vicina ai principali monumenti, ma si trova in una stradina chiusa e bisogna percorrere un tratto piuttosto isolato e sporco. Prima colazione: la prima colazione viene servita in terrazza e si mangia letteralmente circondati dalle api. Queste si posano sulle persone e sul cibo. Ho richiesto di fare, pertanto, la prima colazione in camera ed è possibile. Tuttavia non è corretto dare questo tipo di servizio scomodo considerando che ho pagato 130 euro a notte. Disservizi: nella mia camera varie cose non funzionavano come l’asciugacapelli, una presa e una maniglia del lavandino. Anche in questo caso non è la fine del mondo e mi hanno portato l’asciugacapelli, ma non va bene per il prezzo che si paga.

Cons: die Art der Zimmerschlüssel bzw wie die Zimmer von innen verschlossen werden ( mit Riegelschloss) und von außen mit Vorhängeschloss , das Problem war, wenn jemand im Zimmer blieb und das Zimmer von innen mit Riegel verschlossen hatte und derjenige dann eingeschlafen war, oder durch andere Aktivitäten (duschen, Musik hören mit Kopfhörern) nicht gut auf die Geräusche von draußen achten konnte/ wollte, , kam man nicht ohne gröberen Lärm zu machen ins Zimmer , es sollte vielleicht einen Code geben , der sowohl von innen wie von außen nutzbar ist

We had an amazing stay at Riad Paradis Blanc! The staff were very accommodating, spoke English, and provided a helpful map of tourist spots. The riad has a beautiful, traditional Moroccan vibe—super Instagrammable! Rooms were clean with daily towel changes, cold AC, lots of plugs, and a delicious rooftop breakfast (though there were a lot of bees). Location is tricky—about a 10-min walk inside the medina from the taxi drop-off. Suggest booking transport through them. The area feels like a maze but signs help. Close to Bahia Palace, Hammams, and Al Barid ATM.
Cons: Some downsides: the faucets and showers were faulty at times, and booking fee must be paid in euros or MAD. Still, it was totally worth it once inside—clean, peaceful, and full of charm!

Riad Paradis Blanc is a hidden gem. The area is safe and a short walk from the main square. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is served on the roof terrace each morning. It is a lovely fresh breakfast with fruits, yoghurt, eggs and a variety of breads. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. The Riad is very clean and beautiful.

Cons: Ontbijt van 8u tot 10u is wel wat laat als je uitstappen wil doen want het personeel start dan zelf maar… dus snel 8u15 tegen dat je je ontbijt hebt en het meeneemontbijt stelt niet veel voor in vgl met het vers ontbijt. Locatie is ook niet bereikbaar met de taxi dus moet je altijd wel wat stappen.

Cons: Being in a road can be a little noisy as on a normal street - no way to look your door once inside the room, the shower was very fiddly took a long time to get the temperature right and it was not the strongest, the tap was useless. Only get water on arrival so you are expected to supply your own which was not made clear - the road was quite expensive for water so better to get from elsewhere.

Me gustó la limpieza, la cama era cómoda, la ubicación y en general el riad es muy bonito. El desayuno ea muy completo cuando hacen huevos, un día hicieron y el otro no.
Cons: Las paredes son de papel, no puedes hacer ruido porque te escucha todo el riad, y al revés, se escucha todo y dificulta el sueño. La música ambiente que ponen a partir de mediodía es molesta, porque está muy alta y suena en bucle una sola canción en 8 horas durante todos los días. Es imposible hacer la siesta y sentir un momento de calma.

El riad es precioso, las camas muy cómodas, la ducha está muy bien. La ubicación a pesar de estar entre los callejones de la medina es segura, fácil de llegar y cerca de la plaza y de una zona donde pueden acceder los coches por lo que esta muy bien para la llegada y la salida en auto Tuvimos un gran percance, teníamos que salir a las 5 de la mañana y el recepcionista echo la llave y no pudimos salir aun habiendo avisado... se despistó y perdimos el vuelo... pero la gestión de los encargados fue excepcional, nos pagaron otro vuelo de vuelta, nos alojaron y nos dieron de comer.

The Riad was absolutely charming, beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan tiles and design elements. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay, helping to arrange a taxi to airport. Breakfast was great, served on a lovely rooftop terrace. Overall, excellent value for money.

Cons: Esperienza pessima. Anticipo che era l’ultima struttura dopo un viaggio itinerante di 8 giorni, con diverse strutture. Avevamo oramai termini di paragone. Partiamo dalla posizione, in un vicolo cieco e buio senza uscita, della Medina. Tornare la sera non era certo la cosa più piacevole. Struttura. Apparentemente pulita e ristrutturata. Fin troppo ristrutturata visto che di originale non c’è più nulla. Pareti sottili facevano sentire i rumori delle altre stanze. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare le lenzuola MACCHIATE ci hanno prima chiesto di verificare, poi le hanno cambiate buttando i cuscini che erano sul letto per terra… Colazione. Scadente, nulla di locale e tutto di pessima qualità (era la sesta struttura del viaggio che provavamo) Infine la cosa peggiore. Per un lutto personale siamo dovuti scappare via una notte prima. Abbiamo chiesto a e vista la circostanza potessero annullare la notte senza penale. Hanno risposto di sì, sia a voce che per messaggio e-mail su Booking. Peccato che quando Booking gli ha chiesto il rimborso, hanno negato e detto di no. Personale davvero poco competente e poco attento ai clienti.

Cons: WARNING- Manager and cleaner completely incompetent. The manager contacted us the day before our stay to say it’s double booked and we can’t stay. We booked it 5 months before hand and the other person booked the day before. This gave us a day full of stress being in a foreign country having nowhere to stay. We then were told we can stay. On our second night we established the cleaner and binned medication of ours. The hotel took no accountability. No apology. The manager was beyond rude and I would not recommended for these reasons. The manager is NOT fit to manage this hotel.

Cons: Le bruit, le peu de temps que nous avons passé dans notre chambre était pour nous reposer et ça à été compliqué...bruit de perceuse, musique sur la terrasse jusqu à 22h et mon mari s'est même levé à 0h00 et là c'était la musique des voisins à coté du Riad visiblement ...un peu dommage. Pas de jacuzzi car une piece cassee et depuis un moment visiblement...

La pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni è impeccabile, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. E che dire della colazione? Variegata, abbondante e deliziosa, con prodotti freschi e tipici serviti in una location da sogno. Un angolo di pace e bellezza nel cuore della città. Ci tornerei domani!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Riad war wunderschön eingerichtet, stets sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Riad autentico e di gran classe, ogni dettaglio è curato, raramente ho trovato un alloggio così pulito e profumato, abbiamo chiesto addirittura di poter comprare l'olio profumato che utilizzano nel Riad, eccezionale! Personale molto educato e discreto, ma in particolare ishmael sempre con il sorriso e a totale disposizione del cliente, ci ha aiutati più di una volta con le prenotazioni del taxi. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Das Hotel innen fasziniert mit den tollen Bunten Farben. Das Frühstück war toll und frisch zubereitet. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt geben die Mitarbeiter super Auskünfte und bieten tolle Sache an. Ebenfalls hatten sie solch speziell riechende Kerzen Öl was typisch Marokkanisch ist aber was das Hotel unfassbar toll zum riechen bringt. Allen in allem wirklich super.
Cons: Der Balkon Aussichtspunkt ist dauerhaft geschlossen was wir sehr schade finden. sowie der Jacuzzi leider geschlossen/ Umbau und wir wussten das leider erst vor Ort. Wir haben bei Check-Out gefragt, da wir nicht viel Bargeld haben und wir für den Taxi Geld abheben mussten, ob man im Hotel noch was zahlen muss. Da wir sonst natürlich mehr Geld abgehebt hätten da dass Hotel nur Bargeld akzeptiert. Als sie nein sagten und wir dann komplett ausgeheckt haben wollte sie die Tourismustaxen. Mussten somit mühsamerweise wieder 13 Minuten ins Zentrum rennen da der Taxifahrer wartete und wurde dann somit noch ein riesen Stress obwohl wir extra gefragt haben ein Tag vorher…

O Riad está muito bem localizado, numa zona central da Medina, embora o acesso ao mesmo, quando não se conhece o local, seja um pouco intimidante (com a vivência na Medina, acabamos por perceber que não há qualquer perigo). Muito limpo e os quartos com dimensão bastante razoável.
Cons: O pequeno-almoço é razoável mas encontram alternativas na medina por bons valores e mais especiais. Apesar de bastante limpo, as toalhas de banho estavam muito velhas. Acabaram por nos responder e conseguir resolver as questões, mas demoraram algum tempo a responder às nossas tentativas de contacto o que não deu muita segurança. Inclusivamente, tinhamos pedido um transfer do aeroporto para o Riad e, quando chegámos ao aeroporto, o transfer não se encontrava lá e o Riad não respondia nem às menagens nem aos telefonemas. Acabou por aparecer e ficou reolvido.

Doordat onze vlucht vertraging had, waren we te laat voor onze reservatie in het restaurant. Bij aankomst heel snel ingecheckt, maar Ismael was heel vriendelijk en heeft ons nadien de nodige uitleg gegeven. Heerlijk ontbijt op de rooftop met een glaasje vers fruitsap, koffie/thee, yoghurtje met vers fruit, pannenkoekjes en lekker brood. Echt genoten van onze nacht hier!

We loved staying in this riad and live the full ‘medina experience.’ The premises are beautiful, the room very clean, the bed very comfortable. The staff was great, especially shout goes to Ismael and Hassan who went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed (taxis, day trips). Breakfast was very complete and in the lovely terrace. The immediate area where the riad is felt very safe, just two minutes away from the markets but quiet and calm. The location is perfect to get to most historical sites, restaurants etc.
Cons: Rooms may be exposed a bit to the noise of other guests, but that’s probably due to the layout of a riad, with the rooms around an open patio. Medina can be confusing to navigate but we loved the challenge, and the charm. Other guests may not.

Le riad est magnifique et idéalement placé. On peut se déplacer dans toute la Médina à pieds. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et très professionnel. Hassan et Ismael vraiment au top , toujours présent pour vous renseigner et vous rendre service. The wonderful smell as we entered the riad was just the beginning. We were welcomed by a really friendly staff. Thank you Ismail. He gave us many important details about the city and programs as well. The room was perfect. The decoratipn of the whole riad is amazing. My favourite place was the roof terrace where breakfast was served in the mornings. Breakfast was beyond my imagination. The staff organised the excursions, transfer and even a cooking class for us last day.

Le camere sono splendide, arredate con gusto e dotate di ogni comfort, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. I ragazzi che ci hanno accolto sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La colazione, sana e deliziosa, è stata servita sulla splendida terrazza, un luogo perfetto per iniziare la giornata godendo della tranquillità. La ubicación es ideal , entre 4 y 5 minutos a la plaza, aunque todos los caminos son laberinticos, no cuesta trabajo entrar y salir. El personal del Riad excelente, mis felicitaciones y agradecimientos, muy amables y siempre respondían a nuestras solicitudes. Es un riad muy pequeño, se ve mas amplio en las fotos, pero no por eso es incomodo. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas. La terraza donde te sirven el desayuno, es agradable aparte de que encuentras cerveza y vinos de mesa. En general fue una excelente estancia.
Cons: Poniéndome muy exigente, dentro de la habitación deberían poner mesas o lugares donde poner mas cosas como lo que traes en la cartera, o en tu backpack.

El personal muy muy muy por encima del promedio, sobresaliente en su trato con nosotros, siempre con disposición y sonrisa, el desayuno muy bueno, completo, suficiente y varía cada día. Recomiendo este Riad al 💯.

The riad is beautiful, nicely decorated, clean and the room was very comfortable. Great location, near the main square and on the way lots of restaurants with the best morrocan food. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, they gave us tips on what needs visiting in Marrakech, provided a phone number in case we needed any help and also booked us a trip to visit the Ourika valley. Il Riad è bellissimo, situato in una posizione centrale della Medina, a due passi dalla famosa piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. Da qui è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti tutti i luoghi più importanti della città. Camera molto accogliente, silenziosa e pulitissima (come tutto il resto della struttura). Peccato per la piscina non riscaldata, ne avremmo volentieri usufruito. Colazione buona in stile marocchino servita direttamente al tavolo (no buffet). In generale, un Riad super consigliato dove passare qualche giorno di relax nella caotica Marrakesh!

Le Riad est magnifique, la décoration superbe, tout était très propre. La literie de la chambre était très confortable, et la douche bien chaude et avec une bonne pression. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le staff très agréable et disponible.
Cons: Seul petit bémol : faire payer les bouteilles d’eau alors que l’eau du robinet n’est pas spécialement potable. Les autres riads où nous avons séjourné offraient les bouteilles d’eau.

Exceptional service, beautiful decor, helpful staff, quiet spot, beautiful terrace for breakfast and relaxing. Only 3-4 minutes from the main street. I was welcomed with tea & biscuits on arrival. The host was super helpful before & during my stay, on-hand for any questions. The night manager also walked me to the street at 8pm to help me orientate myself with the local area.
Cons: The location wasn't far from the main street and Medina, but a little unnerving at night, as a solo female, down numerous narrow alleyways. Breakfast was good, but I felt like it could have been better, to mirror the rest of the riad.

La atención de los trabajadores es excelente, el desayuno se sirve en la terraza (en temporada no muy calurosa se está muy bien arriba) y existe posibilidad de contratar actividades en el propio Riad
Cons: Aunque no fue un problema para nosotros, la localización en mitad de la Medina puede ser un poco enrevesada al tratarse de callejones . No la recomiendo para alguien que no se mueva bien con un mapa o Google Maps.

Cons: Le taxi qui devait venir me chercher à l’aéroport n’est jamais venu. J’ai attendu 30 min et puis j’ai pris un taxi par mes propres moyens. Petit couac de communication. Attention aux jeunes dans la rue qui veulent vous porter vos valises et vous amener au Riad sans préciser combien leur donner. Pour 500metres, il m’a demandé 20€….. je n’ai pas eu envie de discuter mais ce n’était pas agréable en arrivant.

Gorgeous accommodation, room was great, breakfast was nice and staff was really helpful and fantastic. From the guy who helped with the bags to the lovely lady that walked us to our taxi to the older chap who checked us out they were all fantastic. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Cons: There was not anything we didn’t like but would recommend getting someone to come and collect you as we would have struggled to navigate through the alleyways with our big cases.

Le Riad Paradis blanc est très bien placé au cœur de la Médina à seulement quelques pas des souks et de la place Jemaa El Fna. Le Riad et la chambre sont magnifiques et très paisibles. Le petit déjeuner et les dîners sont très bons. Les employés sont très gentils, accueillants et disponibles pour toute question/réservation. Nous avons aimé qu’un chauffeur vienne nous chercher à l’aéroport, que le personnel vienne ensuite nous chercher au parking. Les matins où nous partions trop tôt pour prendre le petit déjeuner sur place, le personnel nous proposait un petit déjeuner à emporter. Nous avons réservé plusieurs taxis via le riad et nous avons mangé plusieurs fois sur place et nous avons tout payé à la fin du séjour. Nous recommandons et nous n’hésiterons pas à y retourner si nous revenons à Marrakech ! Merci pour tout !
Cons: Le seul petit point négatif est que les chambres pourraient être mieux insonorisées mais il y a seulement six chambres dans le Riad alors on est pas trop dérangés.

Cons: Une odeur d'humidité à certains moments est réellement le seul bémol. Mais sincèrement, ça n'a gâché en rien notre séjour qui a été parfait au Paradis Blanc (qu'ils auraient pu appeler Paradis Bleu).

The atmospehre in the riad was just amazing. There is a music playing during the day and it feels like in the spa. Overall the riad was very clean and it is very clear that the person managing it has a great sense for the details. The room I stayed in was clean, bed very comfortable, bathroom spacious and the cosmetics just amazing! Probably the best shower gel and body lotion I have ever seen in a hotel. The terrace was tiny but very nice. The walking distance to Jeema el-Fna was short and it was really easy to find the riad.

Tutto meraviglioso! Riad a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale di Marrakech in cui respira la pace assoluta. Appena si entra si viene accolti da un profumo e da una musica rilassante che fanno dimenticare tutto il caos che si trova tra le strade della città. Viene offerto il tipico te marocchino, dei biscotti buonissimi e una asciugamano rinfrescante imbevuta di un profumo meraviglioso. Le camera sono arredate con gusto, moderne ma in stile marocchino, la pulizia è impeccabile e in camera si trovano tutti i comfort necessari. Bellissima la terrazza dove viene servita la colazione. Avevamo il volo la mattina presto e ci hanno anche preparato la colazione take away. Il pezzo forte è sicuramente lo staff: Youssef, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e Nourdine, gentilissimo e molto paziente ad accompagnarci la mattina alle 5 a prendere il taxi per l’aeroporto. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la meraviglia di questo posto, assolutamente consigliato e speriamo di tornarci presto.

The welcoming receptionist was super super helpful and nice. They even explain to you the map of the medina when they're checking you in. They alse welcome you with some (very delicious) tea and biscuits. Then they show you around the riad and they get you to your room. Which just smells heavenly and is super clean too! The riad is super quiet and the vibe is so soothing. It's a very good place to go home to and relax after a long day in the busy streets of Medina. The breakfast was good too and the terrace is super cosy and well kept.

Stunning riad which brings peace & quiet whilst being in the middle of the city center of Marrakech. Beautiful authentic room, very friendly personnel, Good breakfast served at the rooftop terrace. Great value for price !

we liked everything about this place; location, service, cleanness, food, decor! they even offer to pick you up and drive you to the airport and since our flight back was very early in the morning they prepared a breakfast to go for us; We stayed there on two different dates while in Morocco and both times we were very satisfied

Clean, luxurious and spacious. The bed was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for a plug adapter and they found one so I could charge my phone. We had to leave early in the morning for an activity and they prepared us a breakfast bag. They go above and beyond! We will 100% come back next year :)

La atención de Hassan fue increíble desde el primer momento, muy amable y atento desde el primer momento hasta el último. Desayuno muy bueno, estancia tranquila y como si estuvieras en casa. Un diez en todo, lo recomendaría sin duda.
Cons: No puedo escribir casi nada malo de este sitio, pero por poner una pequeña pega, al desayunar hace falta abrigo, ya que la terraza es descubierta y por la mañana hace más frío. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

The pool was nice and breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Cons: No sun beds on roof terrace. No change given after I paid tax and my bill. I asked if someone could meet me after my trip to walk me back to the riad, which I was told no as they can’t leave the riad unattended so other guest are unable to get in. Which I understood. But then I was stuck outside of riad for 15 minutes last night as the receptionist left to walk other guest to taxi so I was waiting in the rain. Very disappointing stay.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and more than enough. The property was exquisite. Hassan and the other guy, (I'm so sad I forget his name) were so hospitable and kind and full of information. Location was perfect, very walkable to everything, amd close to the bus stop. Would highly recommend staying here.
Cons: Wished there was an on the spot restaurant. Had to order hours ahead of time if you wanted a bite. But no big deal as there were places close all around

Relaxing atmosphere, typical of the Moroccan Ryads! Super fragrant and very welcoming lobby! The room (named “Rome”), at the ground floor, was perfectly tidy at the arrival, with basic but still good décor. The Ryad is in the heart of the old town, lost in a small and smelly alley adjacent to one of the busiest streets in the medina!!! almost 10 mins walking from the Jemaa el Fna! silent despite everything!
Cons: Maybe too expensive for the service received compared to other Ryads! They offered me the possibility to book a 3 days tour towards the Sahara by paying €120 per person! Once there I discovered that other people paid €85 for exactly the same 3 days experience! In addition and non irrelevant, before confirming, I specified that I was looking for a tent with a private bathroom in the Desert, they reassured me about that … while at the end I got a private tent yes, BUT WITH NO BATH!!! I recommend to don’t book any experience through them!!!

Struttura pulita e profumatissima,moderna, con del personale veramente simpatico e disponibile. La posizione è comoda per visitare la Medina e con le principali attrazioni. Colazione buona.
Cons: Se c’è da trovare un neo è stata la comunicazione poco reattiva pre alloggio ( non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi per qualche settimana) che era necessaria per il servizio taxi e organizzare attività. Peccato per loro perché ho usufruito di alternative che altrimenti non avrei utilizzato.

Well curated. Welcoming staff. Nice touch: giving us a to go breakfast since we had to leave very early in the morning to go to the airport.
Cons: It’s a bit deep in the Medina. Even if we already had been in Marrakesh and knew our way around, of course a guy imposed his help to take us to the riad and pretended to get some money for the service (we didn’t want). The staff tried to close the door of the riad in front of him but the guy kept going and asked for 5€. We gave him 5 dhr instead to leave us alone.
