Very friendly staff. The Riad is not accessible by car, so Mohhamad walked to meet me where the taxi dropped me off the first night. He is very friendly and accommodating. Very good English. I missed my breakfast and they left sth for me to eat in the fridge. Had a great experience. The Riad is very central. One night, I heard prayers very early in the morning, which woke me up, but this was a nice cultural experience.

Cons: TBH, the Riad is accessible only on foot through very narrow streets - a bit like a maze. I asked Mohammad if solo, female traveller was safe walking on her own. He assured me that I was, but I was a bit anxious. Nothing happened, and I think it was just in my head, and there's nothing they can do about it. Overall, I had a great experience.

The riad is located in a quieter part of the Medina that feels less maze-like, and although it’s tucked away at the end of a small street, it’s not difficult to find. The main sights and the central areas are all within walking distance. It’s not the typical tourist zone, so it felt calmer and very safe. The atmosphere is ideal for travellers and wanderers. The staff were kind, the other guests were pleasant, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I truly recommend this place.

Cons: The room and the bathroom were not very large, and the bed might feel a bit short for taller guests, but this was really the only minor drawback. Since we spent very little time at the property, it wasn’t much of an issue at all.

The staff were lovely, making us Moroccan tea upon arrival and always offering help. We also had one of the best meals we ate in Morocco at the hotel, would highly recommend!

Cons: De taalbarrière was lastig alleen Frans werd echt gesproken. Het parkeren verliep erg problematisch, een klein pleintje waar onze, auto na 5 min was ingesloten. De uitleg naar een andere parking koste veel tijd. Uiteindelijk de kamer... Onherkenbaar in vergelijking met de foto's. De kamer die we kregen was basic, veel dingen stuk en oud of verwoest zie foto's. Douche was ok, bed ook niet geweldig en ontbijt ook niets bijzonders. Wij sliepen er maar 1 nacht maar vonden het schandalig dat je hier €59 voor moet betalen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, von der man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt hat. Mustafa und das Personal sind sehr freundlich, nett und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar, da es in einem etwas abgelegeneren Viertel ist. Sehr viel ist fussläufig noch machbar. Cons: A bit hard to find as the address isn’t correct in Google Maps. Also we got help from the hotel to book a taxi to the airport, which we paid for immediately at the hotel. But when we arrived at the airport, the taxi driver argued that the taxi had not been paid for and we ended up almost paying double for the trip just to close the argument with the driver, which was quite frustrating.

Cons: Our room, especially the bathroom, felt like requiring a better ventilation. Reaching to the parking spot through the marketplace and -very- narrow roads was a real challenge. Must be driven to late night/early morning.

Bedroom was very nice and comfortable. The staff was so lovely and kind. We had a late flight the day we checked out and they stored our luggage, allowed us to rest in the common areas and served us coffee/tea with biscuits. They were very attentive. Breakfast was also fantastic!

Staff was very nice and accommodating to let us leave our bags after checking out. Although they didn’t speak much English, they were very sweet. Breakfast was a nice spread. The room was comfortable enough for 4 people. Roof deck is great at night or for sunset or sunrise! Location is a bit outside the busy part of the medina but still close by.

Cons: Bathroom gets quite wet and smelled a bit weird but everything was clean.

The Riad was very clean and nicely located (bit hard to find though), super friendly personell (we even got some moroccan local snacks and tea for free) and could leave our luggage there for one nicht out of town. There are also two lovely cats that come there from time to time to have food (absolutely not disturbing the customers)

The family was very charming. At the beginning I was a bit nervous about the communication as we only speak English. But they are so helpful that the communication became easier. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean. I did not expect room service, but they cleaned the room and changed sheets and towels. We were melted by their warmth of heart! We checked out very early so we did not want breakfast, still they packed us food and orange juice and kept it in the fridge. I loved my stay there and highly recommend this place

The location is good, once you find it. The rooms and the whole building is very well decorated and nice. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, they printed out our tickets and arranged a taxi to the airport early in the morning. It was a really god decision to stay here and I would do it again.

Incredible value for the quality of the finishes and space in this wonderful Riad. From the point you enter you notice the very nice finishing touches of the floors, walls and ceilings. Far better than expected for the price after seeing Riads at nearly 2x the price. The family was great and made a bagged breakfast for my early exit. strongly recommend.

Cons: i booked this accommodation based on custumer reviews .I took taxi from menara airport and taxi dropped me far a way of the location saying its not safe for him to reach the hotel.I tried to contact the hotel for further assistance but I was unable to reach them and later on I requested to change the status of the booking or get a refund however the hotel decided to charge me the full amount without any sort of solution.

Cons: The taxi brought us to a market and it should be very near. We walked like 10 min with locals helping us very kindly but even they couldn’t find the place easily. The roads were filthy and we felt very insecure. When we booked the riad they never say anything about getting there. Only beautiful pics and a reasonable price. We are very disappointed ☹️

The owner is kind and respectful. The location is so close to Saadian tombs and Bahia palace.

Cons: When I call the riad owner, his father who doesn't know English answered me and I wasn't able to learn about the parking location. The riad has free parking 50meter away from it. Locals might screw money out of you, don't fall in trap. It is completely free. Just call the riad owner. You can go there with small cars like kia picanto or fiat 500 mini. Streets are quite narrow, be careful.

Riad Miel & Une Nuit is a beautiful, family-run riad. Everyone is incredibly kind and they work hard and go out of their way to take care of you. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Spending time on the rooftop terrace with some snacks and games was a perfect way to relax for a bit away from the hub-bub of the Marrakech Medina. It is perfectly situated to walk to everything you might need. We'd recommend this riad to anyone.

Nicely heated, small bedroom with hand washing facility and small, but modern bathroom. Welcoming host, nearby small parking area within the medina. Safe and quiet dead-end, but only a few minutes away to walk from the lively bustling of the central old town.

Cons: I was unlucky that the warm water had been forgotten to be switched on and the water for flushing the toilet was broken. However, the host was very responsive and fixed the problems as fast as they were able to. Would return.

A hidden gem booked last-minute (less than an hour before we checked in). The Riad is immaculate. The customer service is fantastic. Breakfast is great.

We stayed at the largest room, which was spacious and had a seating area within the room which was great. The bathroom was clean and the AC worked perfectly throughout, which was especially needed to withstand the 40oC heat! We loved the stay and we miss it already, would highly recommend for anyone staying in Marrakesh for the first time!

In this Riad that we have stayed, I highly recommend it for the attention of the owner Hamid, he always always asked us if everything was okay. We literally got home a few hours ago and he texted me to find out if we've arrived safely. That human warmth that you don't have in regular hotels. 10/20 I highly recommend it and it is located in the center of the old Medina.

The woman who works in the Riad is very kind and willing to help, which could not be said for the owner! The location is not bad, about a 15-minute walk to the center. Riad is very nice and cosy.

Cons: Breakfast was very poor, only butter and jam. I think the selection should be a little better, something salty and fruit as well. It is quite a shame to serve a guest only butter and jam.

Great location in the middle of the Kasbah area of the city. Tricky to find along several winding narrow lanes but only about a 3 minute walk from where the taxi drops you off. Nice room and good A/C. Simple but welcome breakfast each day. Roof terrace nice for a chill out in the evening. Great value for a city stay - recommended (if they sort the hot water issue out).

Cons: Wifi only worked up to the first floor - I was on the 2nd floor and there was no signal. Hot water was variable - two mornings and one afternoon with none.

Cons: we entered to the building and it smelled a lot of smoke in the while building there was this ´smoké coming from the bar besides it i had requested for hammam facilities, but when we were there and I asked to see the hammam I was shown a very dirty hammam fill of perosnal belongings of staff. so we couldn’t use the hammam the bar next door was loud till the late hours the terrace was in very poor state, nothing like the pictures the bathroom was also in poor state, use of low quality materials and not very clean
