Cons: I was provided with the wrong address. Basically it cost me extra to get to the right address with another taxi. Was standing at the wrong addres for 30mins with my luggage trying to call the aparthotel and waiting for the right address. Called several times speaking with different people. This was annoying after a 4hr bus ride.

Cons: Le gardien de parking trop intrusif à surveiller les aller venu, à la limite de l'impolitesse (je rentre dans la chambre avec ma femme alors que l'hôtel a été prévenu de son arrivée et la chambre bien payée pour 2 personnes) le gardien surgit sans savoir vivre à me demander le nom de l'hôtel et le numéro de chambre (alors qu'il ne m'a pas adressé un mot les 2 jours précédents) 2 min après un membre du staff sonne à ma porte et a voulu voir les 2 passeports (pourtant déjà donnés à l'arrivée) tres décevant ce type de comportement pour un hôtel qui avait pas mal de qualités. Aucun respect de la vie privée ni même une attitude un minimum cordiale afin de régler ce soit disant problème à leurs yeux..

Close to the train station and supratours, it is also amazingly quiet despite being in a busy area. Walkable to Gueliz and many good restaurants. I had the best sleep in Marrakech there, probably saved me from cancelling my trip early and going home after 3 nightmarish nights in a Riad in the Medina.
Cons: Just a bit pricey for what I was initially planning to pay for accommodation in Morocco!

Cons: L'accès Maps à l'immeuble est une route non goudronnée et cabossée : catastrophique en temps de pluie. Il y'a un autre accès via la rue de la gare et l'hôtel doit communiquer sur ce point.

Everything went smooth and the staff were nice and accommodating, the rooms were clean and had everything you could need, the temperature was nice, the property is so close to both the train station and the supratours bus station and you can spend your nights calmy there without the loud sounds of the medina. breakfast was great!
Cons: The entrance on google maps was a bit confusing, so I recommend telling your taxi to drop you exactly in front of the hotel

Madame Soumiya, la gouvernante, est très à l’écoute et réagis rapidement et efficacement à toute demande formulée. Tout le personnel de cet établissement ( accueil, ménage et sécurité ) est professionnel et vraiment très agréable. Je leur dis adresse à tous mes remerciements pour avoir fait de mon séjour de deux semaines un moment de calme et tranquillité d esprit.
Cons: C’est un studio avec un coin salon, balcon. literie très confortable, propreté, climatisation, emplacement, ascenseur, frigo, chaîne française etc… à un prix tellement raisonnable que c’est impossible de critiquer pour moi.

De lichten gaan niet automatisch aan waardoor je in het donker niets ziet en niet weet hoe hé eruit kont. Ik heb daar echt doodsangsten gehad. Het was er zo heet en donker dat ik een claustrofobie kreeg. Ze moeten daar echt wat aan doen!!

Das Zimmer war relative groß und schön. Nach unsere nachfrage und wünsch uns wurde ein anderen Zimmer gegeben.
Cons: Das erste Zimmer, das uns zugeteilt wurde, war nicht vollständig sauber. Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten im Korridor während unseres Aufenthalts war vermutlich Staub in das Zimmer eingedrungen. Wir machten eine Mitarbeiterin auf den Staub aufmerksam – sie kam zwar vorbei, um sich die Situation anzusehen, teilte uns jedoch mit, dass sie uns einen Besen bringen würde, damit wir das Zimmer selbst reinigen könnten. Das empfanden wir als absolut unverschämt. Wir haben für diesen Aufenthalt viel Geld bezahlt und erwarten, dass grundlegende Standards eingehalten werden. So mit Gästen zu sprechen ist inakzeptabel. Ich habe daraufhin verlangt, mit dem Manager zu sprechen. Anschließend wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen.

Le personnel est très à l'écoute et sympathique. Les studios sont très spacieux et les lits confortables. La localisation centrale, à 2 pas de la gare, est un atout pour les voyageurs qui se déplacent en traîn et visitent la ville à pieds. Pour les autres, un parking en sous-sol est disponible.
Cons: Le seul bémol actuellement est la présence de travaux importants sur le terrain voisin. Beaucoup de poussière et sans doute du bruit lorsque les ouvriers sont présents. Mais cela est indépendant de l'hôtel.

Large smart rooms, convenient to railway station. The kitchen offers a fridge, hotplate and kettle but is minimally equipped with crockery, cutlery & pans. You'd struggle to cook a meal here. No basic essentials provided (salt/pepper, tea/coffee/sugar, oil, etc) but a bottle of water was waiting for us on our first day which was much appreciated. Access is a little confused, best to approach from the main road, Av. Hassan II, especially at night as Rue Jabir Ibn Hayane is a dirty road/building site (hotel should really let guests know this beforehand). The hotel is very convenient for the railway station and so for Gueliz, if that's what you want, but a 100MAD taxi ride into Jemaa el-Fna otherwise (less if you haggle/use inDrive App). Hotel was quiet when we were there but there is a lot of building work in the area. Large balcony (with view of substation!)
Cons: Minimal kitchen and access issues, as noted above.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Cet appart hôtel fait le job pour partir rapidement à l'aéroport situé à quelques minutes. Il y a un parking en terre battue pour les véhicules, surveillé la nuit. Penser au 20 dirhams pour le gardien.
Cons: La vue est moyenne (un immeuble en construction et des poteaux électriques de l'autre coté). Les finitions de la chambre n'étaient pas au rendez vous. Compliqué de se doucher sans en mettre partout.

Les personnes à l'accueil sont incroyablement gentilles , une dame nous a réservé un taxi pour le retour de nuit à l'aéroport , ils nous ont également réveillés. La chambre est faite tout les jours , avec une minutie incroyable!!! Les parties communes sont propres! Le petit déjeuner bien que français est très bon mais basique , un petit déjeuner oriental serait top ! Et le jus d'orange pressé serait un plus . La piscine est très pratique mais non chauffée en intérieur . Nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans cet appart hôtel où nous avons été accueillis avec une grande attention

It’s very well maintained apartment hygiene is 10/10 .Staffs were very polite and helpful especially Izzadeen who is always happy to assist and solve the querries.Izzadeen always made us feel welcome& friendly.The property is secured well with CCTV 24 hrs.
Cons: The location at the moment surrounded by construction sites that’s not shown in any of there pictures that’s uploaded when I raised the query on the same for cancellation on which the booking allowed me to.The hotel management said the full amount will be still be charged,it highly disappointed us. Although the stay and hospitality was great the location with the construction site put us down. I would have been happy if they had let us cancel the or charged us a little lower as a goodwill since they haven’t put the Real view in any pictures they had uploaded.

When we arrived our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke when we spoke to reception they apologised and said they were fully booked but would move us first thing the next day when a new room was available. The room its self was comfortable and spacious and all you needed for a few nights. The hotel itself was well located and had free underground parking available to keep your car safe at no extra cost.

Normalement dans ce genre d'hébergement on met à la disposition des clients qlq sachets de thé et qlq capsules de café ici, il y a rien au réveil on est obligé de sortir chercher ailleurs.

Am Abreisetag kam es zu einem kleinen Missverständnis - man meinte, wir hätten an dem einen Tag im Hotel gefrühstückt und wollte uns dafür die Kosten berechnen. Das Missverständnis ließ sich aber schnell klären.

Cons: The construction around it, families with noisy kids; also someone was smoking in the hallway or adjacent room because we could smell the cigarette smell. My room had a view to a power plant which defeats the purpose of having a balcony (who wants a power plant view?). Also on booking it says free breakfast but as you read the reviews it is mentioned that breakfast is €7 and is not that good so we didn’t even purchase it. When we mentioned in an email before arriving that we had a car we were advised that there was a parking garage in the property but we were not given any information/instructions as to how to access it and where to park since some spots had numbers and others didn’t. We had to figure all this out once we got there.

The staff was very helpful, they book a taxi for us to take us to the airport. Important: ask for the booking to be done at reception, not through the Booking message cause it causes a lot of confusion with a taxi wanting to charge more. They also help us print the boarding passes since Ryanair and all other airlines seem to not have scanner (or something like that) and charge you extra if you go with the check in just online. The room was very very clean, with everything you needed. We loved it. Location is very good if you are staying close the airport, but not close to the Medina.

Stayed at Atrani to avoid returning to the overhyped, overpriced riads in Marrakesh’s congested old town. Atrani studio apartment was reasonably modern, clean and spacious. OK value for money although the bed mattress was hard uneven and uncomfortable.
Cons: Atrani is situated next to a building site in the modern part of Marrakesh. However. Atrani’s location is a short walk from the modern main train station area, restaurants with clean food, and the Grand Plaza Hotel (I had already stayed at the Plaza to help recover from severe food poisoning suffered during initial old town riad stay, the Plaza room rate was lower than my old town riad rate).

Excellent service by the duty staff. Polite, Respectful, cooperative staff. We Booked 6 rooms for a family holidays with children. 24 hours Security. Rooms very spacious. Comfortable beds. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful From night receptionist to day receptionist fatima and the duty manager mehdi, Overall We had a comfortable stay. There are shops and fast food nearby which is also very convenient. 15 minutes by car to medina and same duration from Airport to hotel.
Cons: Breakfast, needs to address the breakfast as very limited breakfast. A nearby construction site which was quite noisy during the day.

Cons: Die Umgebung um das Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle, die sehr viel Staub verursacht. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts. Der Eingang war schwer zu finden...vielleicht ein Schild an die Straße stellen.

Very clean, stylish and spacious, had air con and swimming pool. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for the train and bus station and access to all the major sights of central Marrakesh.
Cons: Quite a lot of noise from guests with children in the room next door. Ordered breakfast in my room for a set time in the morning but it did not arrive, needed to ask again at reception after waiting which was an inconvenience. There was major construction taking place on one side of the building. It would have been helpful to know this and be directed to use the entrance that’s as available from the other side, that had no building work.

L'hôtel est situé à 2 minutes de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour nous qui devions prendre un train tôt. Bien évidement, si vous souhaitez aller à la médina, il faut prendre un taxi. Donc tout dépend ce que vous voulez. Le quartier est en pleine construction. Selon le chauffeur taxi, c'est un nouveau très chic, les appartements en construction étaient très cher. En tout cas, malgré les constructions, nous n'endentaient pas les bruits. En revanche, on entendait le voisin ronflé le soir... L'hôtel doit être nouveau, premier vu semble pas mal, assez moderne. En revanche, certains équipements sont déjà abîmés dans la chambre. C'est peut être la qualité des matériaux.
Cons: Le lit ! Vraiment dommage qu'il soit aussi inconfortable. Le matelas était très abîmé. Nous enfoncions dedans et avons très mal dormi. Heureusement nous avons resté qu'un nuit. Le prix est cher par rapport à la qualité ensemble.

El lugar es limpio, muy bien decorado (moderno) y el check in fue rapido y amable. Estuvimos solo unas horas porque llegamos tarde en la noche y a primera hora de la mañana debiamos tomar un avion por eso la ubicación fue clave.

I had a wonderful stay at this apart-hotel in Marrakesh. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe, which was incredibly important to me. The staff were amazing, especially the daytime receptionist, who was always so helpful with recommendations for places to visit and eat. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaners were so kind and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

L’appartement était spacieux et propre, l’ensemble du personnel était très sympathique et disponible, l’emplacement est bien, le parking sous-terrain est un gros + très pratique et enfin le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon et en bonne quantité. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet etablissement
Cons: La cuisine est très mal équipée: pas de plaque électrique mais seulement une plaque amovible (type camping), pas de micro ondes, très peu de vaisselle (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et avions uniquement 2 bols, 2 cuillères, une seule poêle…), aucun torchon ni serviette de cuisine. Dans la salle de bain il manque un porte serviette. Enfin, dernier point négatif mais dont l’établissement n’est absolument pas responsable: les travaux juste en face qui engendrent énormément de bruit et poussière.

The hotel is super clean and stylish, our room was really spacious with a very comfortable bed. It’s also very quiet for such a central location. The staff were lovely, big shout out to Hassan! And a very copious breakfast including the best pastries ever! We will definitely stay again. The location was ideal for us as we were travelling from the main station quite early in the morning.

Cons: Nuisances sonores sans interruption de 9h du matin jusqu'à 20h30... les travaux de renovation et les ébats sexuels des voisins nous ont énormément gêné pendant tout le séjour... La piscine était complètement à l'abandon et ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo Booking. Les prises électriques n'étaient que d'un seul côté du lit.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived at 11pm and was missing a bed from the room (2+2). We thought it was going to be difficult but it was resolved in minutes. Good breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms.
Cons: No view from the balcony and lots of building work in surrounding area. This wasn’t a problem but I had to write something here.

Le personnel était sympatique et serviable. Mme Soumaya la gérante était vraiment communiquante et répondant à nos demande. Elle a essayé tout le temps de rendre notre séjour agréable aux petits moyens dont dispose l'établissement.
Cons: le check in était catastrophique. Un jeune à la reception était très desagreable. On m'a dit qu'il est nouveau mais cela n'expliquent pas sa façon insupportable de recevoir les clients. D'ailleurs je l'ai trouvé en conflit avec un client avant notre arrivée. En plus l'hôtel dispose de moyens trés limités pour un hôtel de ce prix et de ce type d'annonces. Je n'y reviendrai plus jamais.

Lage außerhalb der Medina, aber dafür direkt neben Bahnhof und dem Busanbieter Supratours und nur 10 min vom Flughafen. Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis echt okay. Frühstück kann auch aufs Zimmer geliefert werden, fanden wir eine schöne Option.

Functional, cheap place to stay close to Marrakesh Airport. The Apparthotel is in the middle of a building site and the back looks onto an electricity sub-station so don't go for the view. The room was adequate although the bed was not comfortable. Staff were very nice and breakfast reasonable.

Struttura bellissima, camera fantastica e sempre pulita. Posizione vicina a M avenue e Hivernage, ideale per chi non volesse trovarsi nel caos della Medina, tutto il personale molto cortese e disponibili, quest’hotel merita tanto. Altro da aggiungere è a 2 minuti dalla stazione , ha vicino molti market , Starbucks , mc Donald , kfc. Sono state 4 notti molto piacevoli. Grazie!
