Facing the sun
Cons: Not clean room and accessories including kitchen appliances and accessories. Leak in kitchen and could not use for 3 days along with main shower that could not climb up. Shower was not safe to use at all. Last day we moved to a different flat but still has issues with kitchen microwave that almost exploded on us and shower head that not working. Originally we had reservation for three room and living area but ended up with two rooms and living area because it was not available at the same complex. We had no option but to take it as we were already on the way there. We should get a full refund for this one.

La résidence que nous connaissons mais … l appartement n était pas à la hauteur de nos expériences passées
Cons: Plusieurs logements sont proposés dans l annonce … donc vous ne savez pas vraiment quel logement va vous être attribué à votre arrivée ! Le nôtre était au 1er étage : odeur nauséabonde pendant tout le séjour (remontée d égout !) et le logement était infesté de cafards !!! Enfin si vous voulez regarder la télé, il faut littéralement quémander pour qu on vous apporte un décodeur (reçu 4 jours après notre arrivée !) enfin le ménage ne semble pas avoir été fait ! Le micro ondes degeulasse, la vaisselle (cheep!) degeulasse ! Lorsque vous remontez ces problèmes à la personne qui gère la location, après plusieurs relances il vous répond « contactez la propriétaire » … qui ne répond jamais ! Never again !!!

Très mauvais souvenir, nous avions réservé, payer, ça été confirmé, tout ça pour arriver sur place et découvrir qu'ils n'y avait rien,en galère avec 3 enfants,les agents nous ont proposer une alternative bien inférieure, que nous avons refusé, ensuite une autre personne nous appelle pour nous proposer un logement, mais qu'il fallait payer de main à main nous avons refusé et nous nous sommes dirigés sur Airbnb pour trouver un autre logement, très déçu sachant que je suis bon client chez Booking.

L'emplacement. Belle résidence avec une grande piscine. L'amabilité de la personne en charge de L'accueil.
Cons: L'annonce est gérée par une conciergerie. Les photos correspondent à plusieurs appartements gérés par cette agence. Malheureusement on est tombé sur un appartement dans son jus et surtout il n'y avait pas de serviettes ni de linge de lit.. ce qui n'était pas précisé sur L'annonce.

l’emplacement est très pratique et nous pensons que le problème venait surtout de notre appartement, car les autres semblaient propres. La piscine est très agréable, avec un maître-nageur et un personnel vraiment sympathique. Les espaces communs sont bien entretenus et agréables.
Cons: Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet appartement. Dès notre arrivée, l’hôte a tenté de nous faire payer 15 € supplémentaires en prétendant que les frais de ménage n’avaient pas été réglés, alors qu’ils l’étaient déjà. Le logement n’était pas prêt : ménage bâclé, draps qui sentaient mauvais (nous avons dû les laver nous-mêmes), fourmis partout. La climatisation, cachée à la vue, dégageait une forte odeur de toilettes lorsqu’elle était allumée, ce qui rendait le sommeil impossible malgré les 40 °C à Marrakech.

On a aimé la piscine , la vue vaste sur le golf , la sécurité de la résidence.
Cons: Logement trop petit pour 4 malheureusement, pas d'etendoir alors qu'une machine a laver est disponible( j'ai du étendre mon linge un peu partout dans le studio). Le bruit des avions incessant ( sommeil sacadé),dommage! Deux serviettes de bain alors que nous étions quatres!!

Le séjour s’est très bien passé ! Le logement était bien dans l’ensemble, conforme à la description et agréable à vivre. L’hôte était super sympa, disponible et très professionnel. Très bel emplacement, très reposant et très calme. Hamed, la personne qui nous a accueilli et donné le digicode a été très aimable et serviable. Donc, très bon et bel accueil. Très bon wifi.
Cons: Juste, à signaler que les équipements étaient un peu limités. L'évier d'une des Sdb était bouché. Le store du Salon et la fermeture de la porte-fenêtre ne fonctionnait pas.

Cons: Había cucarachas, las puertas exteriores no cerraban, la ducha del baño principal funcionaba mal, el menaje sucio, olía a humedad, no había sabanas, no funcionan las TV ni Netflix, el personal nada resolutivo y nada servicial, en la urbanización no dejan entrar a nadie de visita, para ellos cualquier persona de sexo femenino es una prostituta, totalmente indignado con el trato, el apartamento no corresponde con las fotos etc.

Cons: This property was not at all as advertised. The hosts did not offer airport transfers which was a main reason for picking this location. When we arrived, we were told that our rooms were not available so we were "upgraded" to a villa. This villa was much farther away, impossible for our tour to find the next day, and more expensive. The host tried to get us to cancel our reservation and pay in full for the new property (trying to scam us into paying twice). We refused and finally settled on paying the difference because we had no other option of a place to stay. The property was nice, but not fully cleaned and did not have enough resources (towels, water, etc) for our group.

We are family of 6. This is amazing apartment inside golfing and very beautiful place. The apartment is the ground floor, with golf views course. You can set inside or outside, it very amazing. The bed are very comfortable like hotels. Everything u want is available in this apartment. The host is very amazing person . Anything u want she will make sure everything u want is available in. Guys I totally recommend this place. Inshalla if I come back , this will be definitely will be my top choice.

La ubicacion es perfecta aunque pa ir al centro se necesita coche. Pero un apartamento muy seguro, tranquilo y amplio.Con piscina externa y wifi y portero 24/7. En general muy bien todo.Y un punto importante-si comprais excursiones-te vienen buscar hasta la puerta.
Cons: Faltaban agunas cositas,algunas otras estaban en condiciones regulin y un poco de mas limpieza no vendria mal.

It was hard to like anything , because from the minute we got the keys and the host left , it turned into a nightmare . So there is nothing I LIKE about this place .
Cons: EVERYTHING !! we started with No Heating for 4 days and we're absolutely freezing , then the heating got fixed and the power to the appartment went out , that was another whole day , we had a broken washing machine , broken shower curtains , and the appartment smelt of raw sewage . We finally got moved to another appartment after continuously complaing about standard and then that was just as bad , we got eaten by mosquitoes, I believe there was a nest in property, ants were everywhere , we would find multiple cockroaches everyday, then the washing machine was also broken in this property, front door handle would fall off everytime you opened the front door. Toilets were always blocked , making the appartment smell of raw sewage. The list goes on and on , I have photo/video evidence for everything I have mentioned. I believe this host dhould be struck off BOOKING.COM as they lied to us ,acused us of breaking stuff when we hadn't, when I asked about them fixing the washing machine , the host said that I must pray for them so they can get a cheaper price for repair of door, and they would not reply for days whenever we would get in touch with a problem. I believe they were just wasting time until we left the property.. I asked for for a refund when we had 14days left of tenancy and the host offered me 7 days and said that is all you are getting, do obviously we couldn't accept. I continuously contacted BOOKING.COM help centre as I had no way of calling customer service due to my mobile phone plan , and I never got one reply or any communication after the 1st initial complaint I made regarding NO HEATING. I MUST SAY THAT I FEEL I WAS SEVERELY LET DOWN BY BOOKING.COM AND THE HOST OF PRESTIGIA GOLF CITY at a time when me and my family was most vulnerable you both took my family's money and did NOT address any of the issues we suffered CAUSING US PAIN AND STRESS , I ASK YOU TO CHECK MY CUSTOMER SERVICE MESSAGES

Overall the apartment was spacious, comfortable and the facilities were great and all working well. The host was very kind, helpful and friendly with a very thorough tour of the place and even gave suggestions on what to do that were helpful. It was very close to Marrakesh and getting a taxi was easy. The apartment was very clean and kept to a good standard.

This was our very first accomodation in Morocco (also stayed in Rabat and Casablanca), and this accommodation was the best one of them all. Very clean and spacious, perfect for a relaxing time after visiting beautiful and chaotic Medina market in Marrakech. The flat has everything needed and more, it had a coffee machine as the rest of the accomodations (all the places use the same coffee machine, so if you buy more coffee capsules you can just use at in the next place). The kitchen was fully equipped, cooking was easy as it had all sorts of pans, pots, plates, glasses, salt, sugar, etc. If you want to cook some meals while staying there, you will love the kitchen. :) The host was nice and helpful, always replied to the messages, so if you need any help or clarification, you won't have any issues. :) The place is a bit tricky to find on Google maps, so maybe ask them to share link to the location? Otherwise it's got nice view at the grass fields, and every morning we had a cat family of 5 cats having breakfast with us, which is amazing if you love cats. (If you don't like cats, not sure whether Morocco is for you as they're literally everywhere.) Hope you enjoy your stay at least half as much as we did. :)

Lovely apartment on a golf resort in Marrakech. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms and kitchen well-equipped for cooking in. Lovely pool space and restaurant onsite for a quick bite. UK TV available. Quiet and a little out of the centre, which was great to retreat to after a busy day of wandering the souks and sites of the city. Easy to get around with the InDrive taxi app (local Uber) with agreed prices so no haggling with taxi cabs. Also easy to order restaurant food or groceries with the Glovo app. Mayssa and Issam were great hosts - very helpful and informative (introducing us to the apps above as well, which were a great time saver!).
Cons: Nothing really - very happy with the stay and thought it was a good price too.

The staff were always available quickly for any reason and easy to contact, the apartment I eventually stayed in was very nice, spacious and clean and very secure, the pool is great! Balcony gets sun all day, also Lamya was extremely helpful and always happy to help with anything and also a special mention for Sabir one of the cleaning ladies who was available anytime when I needed her to remove any bugs that came from the garden (I have a fear of bugs) so they were quick to come to my rescue quickly when any showed up. They were really accommodating at the end of my stay I had a late flight and was able to leave my luggage, although I was late back they were kind about the situation and allowed my cousin to collect my luggage for me, thank you again Lamya.
Cons: At first there was a mix up with my apartment I had booked so we were offered a temporary apartment that wasn't as nice as the one I had booked but then Lamya actually took me and showed me a number of places to select from so this was resolved very quickly and I was happy with how she resolved the situation and helped me to move my things with no problem at all, the place she took me to was so nice that I decided to stay there for the entire 10 day trip. Only issue I had was a few cockroaches about but it wasn't a huge problem and is expected in this type of area with the gardens and ponds etc, the staff knew I was afraid and always came to remove them if I saw it so thank you. Overall the place is really lovely.

Cons: I stayed at this apartment for 14 days, everything was good except for one unforgettable incident. During my stay, I fostered a cat for the entire 14 days. On the last day, dogs, of unknown origin – whether they belonged to tenants or were from outside – attacked and killed the cat. Thus, this remains an unforgettable memory forever. So please, make sure that dogs don’t come inside the complex + take care of the dogs with families inside, the dogs kill the cat at 4:00 am !

Cons: L'appartement mérite un bon rafraîchissement.( peinture dans la chambre..) Les baies vitrés coulissent mal et ne ferment pas à clé. La salle de douche a besoin de reparation: abattant toilettes, vitre de douche. Pour la cuisine : manque petites cuillères. Faudrait avoir une éponge propre, prévoir 1 torchon....

la sécurité( résidence très sécurisé).
Cons: la propreté ( des cafards de partout, des draps et rideaux tachés, des meubles cassés, une prise salle de bains arraché avec file électrique apparent, moisissure, carrelage cassés). l’emplacement ( tout d’abord la propriétaire de l’appartement nous ramène dans une résidence surnommée OPALE, sauf que sur l’annonce en ligne il était bien spécifié résidence CORAIL. Donc on a dû dormir une nuit à Opale pour changer de résidence le lendemain en déplaçant tout nos affaires. ) un cauchemar !!

Appartement très bien situé et calme. avec des propriétaires super aimables, à l'écoute de nos attentes,tres propre , meuble toute neuf Cuisine bien équipée Le coin Piscine un plus.❤️ A recommander surtout pour les familles,Merci pour ce beau séjour

Cons: Ce n est pas ce que j ai réservé Apparemment avec bcp de défaut Stores ne fonctionne pas Porte de douche qui tombe On se réveille le matin avec un bruit de chantier ..... Je réservé sur booking.com a prestigia , Je me suis trouvé a riad garden en travaux Payer 500 euros les 3 jours pour ça tres tres dessus et dégoûté

the location was good near Menara Mall and Jamaa el Fna. The venue also ,the golf area, the pool, the gardens…
Cons: lot of mosquitos , and cockroach. not clean at all, bed sheets contained stains, appartment was not well maintained, some broken stuff. no TV cable, only youtube available. kitchen not well equipped, but you can ask for things you may need. they tried to overcharge us and we found hard time to convince them to reimburse us. Also, we paid the cleaning fees but we didn’t receive the cleaning lady. C’est dommage, could have been amazing with some efforts from the management.

L'accès à la résidence fut refusé pour motif : impossible d'offrir deux places de parking pour 9 motards en réalité le deuxième appartement fut loué a deux prostituées (confidence du portier)
Cons: La personne responsable de la gestion des appartements devrait être interné dans un asile psychiatrique que d'être en charge des clients, très mauvaise expérience nous sommes allés à un hôtel classique pour le même prix et plus de confort

It had a nice shared pool area which was clean, although not enough loungers for everyone staying there at all.
Cons: We had a terrible experience at this hotel, quite frankly we would never come back & would not recommend it at all. They had double booked us so on the first night, our second apartment for the group was not ready. They did nothing to help until we pushed & pushed, they then drove half of the group to a dodgy dangerous apartment which was not a hotel, but was owned by a friend or someone the manager knew. The second day the room was still not ready by 3pm. The staff were rude & blocked several of our phone numbers during the stay. They do not provide tea towels, an oven mitt, other utensils, enough toilet roll or towels. They have no reception desk for check in, only security staff.

it was a very quiet and chilled location not far from the Medina. it has a really nice pool and was lovely

L'accueil était juste extraordinaire MR JAMAI est une personne très gentil à l'écoute très serviable, l'appartement était très propre. Le WiFi parfait, le chauffage au top également vraiment rien à dire. La vue au réveil est juste extraordinaire une vue sur golf et sur piscine à la fois. Merci encore
