Großartiges Personal, man hat sich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Manager lässt sich immer blicken und bemüht Sich stets um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste, so wie ein top Manager es tun muss. Die Tür wird einem Immer geöffnet, das Auto beim parken geholfen, es gibt Parkplätze vor dem hotel. Der Pool am Dach ist traumhaft schön, Sonnenuntergang und Sonne wunderschön. Zimmer sind sauber und modern! Haben auch ein gratis Upgrade bekommen. Danke!

Cons: Leider waren die Duschen und Toiletten am Rooftop pool noch nicht fertig, war aber nicht so schlimm.

The hotel was good, in particular; the staff were great, a very warm welcome, easy to park my hire car, the breakfast was excellent, the bar/pool on the roof was nice, normal service during Ramadan. I was looking for an easy European style stay because I was just passing through, having been to Marrakech a few time before (I didn't want to be in a Riad / the old town). It did all of those things very well. I liked it and would happily stay again.

Cons: Not really a criticism; It's not directly in the old town, but taxis are easy and many will prefer that.

The staff were amazing. I reached quite early but they still let me check in early and also gave me an upgrade of my room when I returned a few days back to stay here again. Beds were very comfortable. The TV let's you connect to Netflix,Prime and YouTube. The location is great. Allocated parking is very handy.

Cons: If I had to nit- pick, sometimes the taps just give you boiling hot water irrespective which side you turn them. The lifts here have a mind of their own and are very slow. But these are not deal breakers at all. I'm glad this hotel exists and that they're doing so well to keep high standards.

Un immense merci à Youssef, Youness et Mohamed le portier, qui ont été incroyables pendant tout notre séjour : toujours disponibles, accueillants et prêts à aider pour quoi que ce soit. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel est parfaite. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à 2000 % !

The location is good - a walk away from the newer and hiper area, but also not too far for a ride or walk to the city center. It is right at a busy road, so if you are a light sleeper or want to keep the window open, ask for a inner yard room. Otherwise it's not too bothersome. Superb breakfast, a great variety of choises! Great gym equipment. The SPA is also very nice. Make sure you double check if the rooftop area and pool is open - it has been closed for maintenance, if you book this hotel for the pool and/or rooftop, you might be disappointed.

Une mention spéciale à Youssef Manssouri, le manager, qui a su répondre à toutes nos questions et s’est occupé de toutes nos réservations pendant notre séjour avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Het ontbijt was grandioos. Keuze in overvloed. Ook werd er een heerlijke omelet gemaakt voor alle gasten. Verder ruime keus. Veel lof voor het vriendelijke personeel. Speciaal dank aan de Transport manager Tariek. Hij was echt heel goed voor zijn klanten. Maakte ons verblijf tot een dikke 10 ondanks de rammadan. Hij bracht ons overal naar toe en probeerde ons ook de full Marrakesh experience te geven. Ook het naast gelegen restaurant Ritzi was een prima plaats om te eten.

Cons: Het zwembad was in renovatie. Was echter geen probleem, omdat het toch geen weer was om te zwemmen in februari.

Des femmes de ménage toujours souriantes et discrètes, à l’accueil au comptoir, aux bagagiers, au service à table, aux dames qui cuisinait le petit déjeuner, aux portiers, et une mention particulière à Youssef pour l’organisation des activités… chacun a été d’une gentillesse extrême. On sent une vraie sincérité dans l’accueil, une attention aux détails et une envie de faire plaisir. Je les remercie du fond du cœur 🤍 L’hôtel est impeccable, très propre, parfaitement entretenu. Il est situé dans une rue calme, ce qui permet de vraiment se reposer, tout en étant à seulement 10 minutes du centre en taxi — l’emplacement est idéal. Les infrastructures sont modernes, élégantes et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est varié, frais et délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Les lits sont grands. Bus juste devant l'hotel, également des taxis. A pied, la place est à environ 30mn. Le quartier est assez animé et sûr. Je recommande et y retournerai sans hésiter.

The hotel has a wonderful service at the reception. We arrived and the rooms were ready before 15:00, which was very nice. Though we didn‘t know the pool was in construction, so i went to talk with the receptionists. Everyone in this hotel is really professional, how you would expect the service in known 5 Star Hotel chains. They understood our dilemma with the pool- (because we just came for a few days and mainly wanted to grab some sun and chill in the pool)- and refunded us the money and even recommended us another hotel which had what we were searching for. This service was so good, that we were sad for leaving, so we surely hope to try it again with this hotel the next time we come to Marrakesh. 👍🏽

From the moment of arrival all staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and had a few small changes each day to keep things fresh. The omelette station as well as the fresh morrocan breakfast items were really appreciated. The rooms were lovely offering a great view from the balcony and air con was appreciated, even in february. The room service is very reasonably priced, fresh, and a good portion. They also said at the time of ordering how long it would take so we could ensure we were ready. Finally the location was ideal. Easy for pick up and drop off for excursions and airport pick up, and a nice easy walk to a supermarket or the medina and menara mall.

Cons: Shower pressure isn't so good, the pool was closed but we didn't find out until we checked in, and the baked goods available with breakfast often seemed quite dried out no matter what time we sat. I would however wholeheartedly stay again should I visit Marrakech. Thank you for the brilliant hospitality.

Well placed, a short drive from the airport. Close to the Medina, about a 40 minute walk or 100 dirham in a taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and rooftop bar was a nice place for a drink and some food.

Cons: The pool was closed, we were only informed of this once the hotel had taken payment. The email said the pool works would be completed midway through our stay, however they were not so it was closed the whole time. We were given a 600MDH voucher for the spa which was nice. Nothing very close to eat that is good apart from hotel restaurant, you are about 20 mins walk down a very busy road, better to get driven from the hotel or ordering room service.

I spent one night there with my mom, and it was very nice. They even upgraded us to a junior suite. We arrived late and missed dinner, but we were able to order room service. Parking is available. Breakfast is good and offers a variety of options, and you can ask for eggs cooked fresh to your liking. The staff were very warm and helpful.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Longue Vie Hotel and its phenomenal staff. We visited Marrakech to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the team made it truly unforgettable. My mother said it was the best birthday gift of her life. Youssef, the hospitality manager, was truly outstanding. He checked on us every day, made sure my mother was comfortable, and treated us with genuine warmth. When her luggage didn’t arrive, he didn’t just call the airline—he followed up constantly, kept us updated, and reassured my mom so she wouldn’t worry. His patience, professionalism, and kindness stood out in every interaction. He made us feel like valued guests, not just visitors. Abderaheem, the front desk manager, ensured our room was perfect and shared great recommendations for exploring Marrakech. Nour Eddine, the restaurant manager, was exceptional—he personally brought us whatever food we wanted each day and showed such care for my mother, especially knowing she uses a cane. The young ladies who made our omelettes every morning were also wonderful. Our housekeeper kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly, and even security staff like Amad made us feel welcomed and safe. Because of this incredible team, our stay felt like home. I already look forward to returning to Morocco—and I will definitely stay at Longue Vie Hotel again. The service, kindness, and care we received were truly unmatched.

We arrived after an early flight with a fractious toddler and the staff were so kind whilst we waited for our room. Zainab on reception kindly upgraded us to a bigger room which was so helpful with our young daughter. The hotel is lovely and the staff are excellent.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet établissement ! L’hôtel est superbe, moderne et très bien entretenu. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement à l’aise. Le personnel a été incroyable du début à la fin : souriant, disponible et aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Leur sens du service et leur gentillesse font vraiment la différence. La piscine est magnifique, idéale pour se détendre et profiter du soleil dans un cadre reposant. Le petit déjeuner était également exceptionnel : varié, copieux, traditionnel et de grande qualité, de quoi bien commencer la journée. Un geste particulièrement apprécié : comme nous devions partir très tôt le matin, ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter, ce qui témoigne une fois de plus de leur attention et de leur professionnalisme. En résumé, un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter, pour la qualité de ses installations, le confort de ses chambres et surtout la chaleur de son accueil. Une véritable expérience 5 étoiles, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

J’ai réservé cette hôtel à la dernière minute sans même regardé les avis , et j’ai été agréablement surprise. Tout était parfait , l’odeur des que vous rentré dans le hall est juste incroyable, sans parlez de l’accueil . Très très bon emplacement dans le centre de marrakech. Les chambres sont spacieuse et le lit était immense . Rien à dire sur la propreté c’était intacte . Le petit déjeuné est très varié et très très bon . Si je reviens a marrakech je reprendrais cette hôtel sans hésité .

We ended up leaving the coast to come back to marrakech and this hotel early. The staff are amazing, Youssef goes to the ends of the earth to make sure you’re comfortable. They were brilliant at accommodating small requests we had and helped organise a private taxi to take us round the souks and gardens. The pool and rooftop bar are also fab!

Cons: The food in the Camino restaurant downstairs was disappointing, quite expensive and not particularly good.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was great the staff were exceptional we had the manager greet us everyday and ask us how we were and if there was anything we needed . Cons: - No Ac system (cold air ) in the room during winter, only heating. - For the breakfast: Very important for the hotel: 1- The outside patio should be covered it was raining and everyone was stuck inside, with a child who was screaming every minute, it s a little hard in the morning to be annoyed by others! 2- The breakfast zone near the lobby should be a kids and parents zone, it was empty… The main breakfast room will be : A- The QUIET zone, main dining room B- The smoker zone, outside dining room C- The parents/kids zone, near lobby dining room, a lot of space… The breakfast is the number 1 moment guests needs to enjoy at 100/100. Great breakfast buffet (especially the patisserie!). We got a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Room was warm and spacious. Close to Supratours bus stop. Nice dinner at the Ritzi restaurant.

Cons: After a pleasant night 4 days ago, we came back to this hotel (from Essaouira) and announced an early arrival between 2-3 pm (knowing that check-in is only from 3 pm). However, no room was available upon our arrival. We left our luggage with reception and came back at 3 pm. Still no room available (we asked for a quiet room). We checked in regularly with reception and were always told that it takes 10-20 minutes more to get the room ready. In the end, we waited 3 hours until we got a room. Nobody explained, nobody said sorry, nobody offered us anything while waiting. After complaining, the manager arrived and we received a voucher for a free dinner (which was nice) but I think the situation was not handled well at all (especially considering that the room was by far much more expensive than any other room we stayed in during our 16 nights in Marocco). It was quite annoying having to wait for a room for so long (we wanted to leave our valuables in the hotel safe before heading to the Medina).

We used the hotel just for a one night stop-over, arrived quite late and had to leave with the Supratours bus early in the morning. As the bus stop is just opposite of the hotel it was very convenient. Our room was quiet (to the back) and spacious, the breakfast excellent and staff very professional. It was also much warmer than in the Riads where we stayed the previous nights (we were there in winter).

We had a great stay at the Lounge Vie Hotel in Marrakesh. The staff were genuinely kind and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight, there was a huge choice and everything we tried was very good quality. The location is perfect, very central and convenient for getting around the city. Je prends généralement le temps de laisser un avis afin de souligner les points à améliorer selon mon expérience. Cette fois-ci, le séjour a été tellement exceptionnel que je ne pouvais pas m’empêcher de consacrer quelques minutes à partager mon retour. L’hôtel est absolument splendide, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, tout comme le dîner. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe, et tout particulièrement à Youssef. Dès notre arrivée, Youssef a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les lieux incontournables à visiter ainsi que sur de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer. Lors d’un petit-déjeuner auquel j’ai assisté, il a fait le tour de toutes les tables pour apporter une attention personnalisée, s’assurer que tout se passait bien et échanger avec les clients sur divers sujets. Honnêtement, ce souci du détail fait toute la différence. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

This was a great stay! Hotel is very nice and modern. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the welcome drink/snack was much appreciated. The restaurant has great, fresh food which was good since I arrived late due to a flight delay. Big variety of food for breakfast also. The room was very big, spacious, clean and as per the photos. The hotel is opposite the train station, which was perfect since I had an early morning train. Thanks!

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out alles unkompliziert und herzlich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei (sowohl süß als auch herzhaft). Der Kaffee war sehr gut und alles wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This hotel was exceptionally good, great location, great breakfast selection, room was large over looking the busy road below, but with balcony door closed you could hardly hear anything. Bathroom was nice and clean. The bear essentials were present such as the refrigerator, kettle and coffee / Tea selection. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons: Lifts are super small and not too many of them which made you wait. Could have done with extra room card as to keep AC on. We needed bath towels which where not replaced after the room was cleaned, and after requesting they didnt have any large towels left, they did offer a bathrobe.

L'accueil, le petit déjeuner de qualité, la chambre ( nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée ), l'amabilité du personnel toujours aux petits soins, la propreté de l'établissement, mention spéciale à Youssef le Manager qui a été adorable

Cons: la situation bruyante côté route, beaucoup de circulation, des klaxons. J'aurais aimé une petite attention le jour de mon anniversaire ( j'avais précisé la date lors de ma réservation)

Had a good experience here. Professional and helpful staff. Mohammad Bagagiste helped me with my luggage was very pleasant gentleman. Not only did he recommend places to go but he made me a reservation for a restaurant that was difficult to get reservations for. He definitely made my night as it was the only night I was staying in Marrakech.

Müdürümüz Eylem beye, restorant şefi Ufuk bey kardeşime ki oda türk ve sağolsun bizimle çok alakadar oldu, kapıda görev yapan bellboy muhammet kardeşime, güleryüzlü resepsiyon görevlilerine ve tüm çalışanlara ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum. Herşey çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı şahaneydi. Odalar çok rahat ve konforluydu. geniş ve ferah odaları var. Magnifique hôtel ! 🌟 La piscine sur le rooftop est sublime, parfaite pour se détendre avec une vue splendide. Notre chambre côté cour était très calme, idéale pour un séjour reposant. Le véritable atout de cet hôtel, c’est la gentillesse du personnel, toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. Une mention spéciale à Lamia et Wissem au petit-déjeuner, pour leur sourire communicatif et leurs délicieuses omelettes et msemen — un vrai régal !
