We came to the hotel 1 h earlier and the earlier check in was possible. There is a great cafe with great sandwiches, and a coffee shop next to the hotel with exceptional coffee and croissants. They have a discount for the guests of the hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

Cons: Low shower pressure. 1 toilet paper roll, and if you’re not asking to make up your room, you have to request it at the reception. Beds were too low and you always had to bend down. New towels smelled dump.

Je descend à la réception je leur que dit qu’il me rembourse car je ne veux pas dormir là car ce n’a rien avoir avec les photos ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles elle me répond que ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles alors que sur booking il y a écrit 4 étoiles les dames rigoler de nous entre elle ! Je ne peux pas mettre plus de photo mais la salle de bain une cata vraiment !

Room was lovely, exactly as appear in photos and the staff were lovely. Ideal to have a restaurant right next door for breakfast and the coffee shop next door is lovely!!!!

Cons: Nearly every other shop outside are “massage” parlours so feels a bit seedy when walking around in the night… it’s more visible there than any other part of Phuket that I’ve seen.

Cons: The location is good but not ideal, as it is not centrally located in the Old Town. There are some adult-oriented entertainment establishments on the street; they are not noisy or intrusive, but they can be an eyesore. The rooms do not have a safe or an iron.

The room and the pool were very very nice! The staff were smiling every day. You have a room service, which changes your Towels, toilet paper and Bed sheets every day. Beside the hotel is a coffee shop, which was so good. We had coffee there every day and they had a discount for hotel guests. There is a also a nice restaurant (also discount for hotel guests), where we grab breakfast every morning. We are really sad, that we needed to check out today. Would recommend

Cons: The pool closes at 8 pm. It would be nice, if we could have sit there till 10 pm. But we understand why they keep it closed at 8 pm. Nearby are a lot of massage salons, but honestly we didn’t care about that. It was silent and away from the traffic

The hotel itself was as pictured for the most part, the room itself was as advertised in the bedroom area.

Cons: The room did not have any windows or soap to wash your hands, my dispensers in the shower were empty as well. I had to walk to 7/11 for soap. The pool you would walk in about 1 minute. The hotel is a bit worn as you can tell from the walls and paint overs. The hotel and its restaurant are the only thing on the block. There is nothing else except for some sketchy massage places around. One had a bar outside and ladies... so if you want to walk around or have things close to the hotel this is not for you. I tried to walk around the block and nothing.

The Property locates convenient next to a coffee shop and a restaurant, making it easy to find foods in the morning. You also get discount there for being a guest. It is also extremely clean. The room is comfortable and has minimalist design. We enjoyed staying there very much

clean room, we had the deluxe one, which had a decent outside view. pool was small but nice. staff was nice, free water dispenser was great.

Cons: the businesses around it are indeed dubious. it's a bit far away from anything central (10-15 mins walk). Getting to any kind of beach takes a 30-45 minute taxi drive. Breakfast starts way too late to be useful, but the coffee shop next door does sell small bites as well.

The hotel is in the classic Old Town location of Phuket. You will see many small local authentic shops for food. A lot of places to click pictures. The hotel is in an area which seems to be forgotten in time with the rise of new places like Patong.beach.

the hotel was nice, it's right next to a coffee shop and you can get a discount on the coffee shop and the restaurant. the staff is extremely nice, and they go out of their way to make sure you're stay is comfortable.

Cons: The rooms were clean, but we stayed in the bedrooms with no windows, and perhaps because there's no exit, the bathrooms had mold.

The service is amazing!! 🤩 The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but does the job. The pool is very cute and the coffee shop is great!! Worth the value! I think low score the place got because of the area, but it is not really that bad in my opinion.

Cons: The location is next to “massages” places, but we didn’t mind they do the job and disturbing you at all.

-The location isn’t too far from Old Town. Lots of access to restaurants and shops once you get there. Also ideal if you plan to get a ferry to your next destination. -The staff tried to resolve an issue I had with the room.

Cons: -The toilet wasn’t in a great state; and it seemed they were aware, and deliberately avoided showing this in the pictures. Paint peeling, mould, and it had a terrible smell. I asked one of staff if she would stay in a room like that, she giggled and said no. I was moved to another room; which was smaller, and the toilet still had a bad smell. -Sheets were slightly stained and needed changing. The woman changing the sheets was literally stepping on the sheets with her bare feet that she had been walking around on- Disgusting. -Mosquitoes in the room on arrival; but seemed to later.

Nice, new and clean. Rooms were small but cozy. Reception always there and very friendly and supplied extra help with renting and extending our scooter.

Cons: Didn’t like the location, on a street with many “massage” shops that were definitely not massage shops as you could see girls wearing numbers. They don’t annoy you if you’re walking though they just wait. Didn’t like the people on our floor not respecting the SILENT signs around the hotel and would be running and yelling at godly hours of the night, and would NOT respect when we could come out of our room at 11pm to ask them to be quiet politely. One night we ended up shutting their own door for them as they just left it open and were basically screaming down the hall at the rest of the family. Absolutely disgusting when you’re trying to have a peaceful street as the location of the hotel itself is not in a loud area. More soundproofing on the hotel I guess would help but these animals were atrociously loud and had no respect so if you plan on staying, stand your ground and tell them to be quiet.

Cons: The rooms were not clean. The bathrooms were poorly decorated/ designed, dirty and without ventilation. Some of the rooms don’t have windows at all. The street the hotel is located on is full of strip clubs/brothels - we were not happy with the hotel and unwilling to stay in the room - when discussed with the staff they were responsive and understanding.

The hotel was kept very clean and was in a great location. You can tell that the rooms were renovated pretty recently and the sheets were clean and soft.

Cons: There are some rooms that don’t have windows which we weren’t told before we stayed here- it wasn’t a huge deal because we spent most of our time outside of the room but if you like to spend a lot of time in your room it may be best to check with them beforehand. There is also a great café and restaurant underneath and the proximity to things around is fantastic!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room itself was bright and clean! As well as modern and so comfy 😍 barbowl downstairs also has really nice food and you get 10% off if you're staying in the hotel which is wonderful! The reception team also helped me book a taxi to the pier for the next morning which was also really helpful :) 10/10 - would definitely stay here again :)

Cons: The bathroom was always overflowing (both basin and shower floor) , I think the floor is tilt the wrong way hence the water is not going down the drain. The air con doesn't cool the room efficiently even though it is a standard room, making one side being too hot to sleep and the other side too cold to sleep.

The design of the hotel is nice

Cons: There were bugs in our room (after research it looked like young cockroaches) that appeared when one day we didn't let the house cleaning in (they spray rooms every day with insects killer spray). It seems like the staff knows about them cause they didn't react in a proper way when (again) we had to complain about the cleanliness. They just sprayed the room in the middle of the night which prevented us from sleeping there, because we couldn't air it out due to locked windows. Personally I wouldn't recommend - during our month long stay this was the best looking, but also the dirtiest hotel in Thailand.
