The room was cleaned every day, the location was great, close to many restaurants, there was security, and every day two free bottles of water were provided. It was a non-smoking hotel, and the air conditioning worked great.

24 hour reception was great as our flight arrived around midnight and we were able to check in with no issues. Location is great to explore the old town section of Phuket. Room was clean and comfortable. Free bottles of water given daily. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a water boiler in the room but at least there was one near the reception.

Very simple, clean room with tinyyyy balcony. About 15mins walk to the middle of old town and loads of restaurants and shops in the way. Security in the parking lot at night. Very similar to IBIS hotels in Europe.

The receptionist waited and greeted at me even I checked in at around 12 midnight due to flight delayed. Location not too near to old town must call for grab ride.The airport bus didn't stop at this hotel so I have to walk another 8 mins to reach there. Anyway so far so good staying here.

Cons: We would like to recommend hotel prepare for everything without any request because in our room don't have in-line telephone when we need something they have to request on reception or telephone on in front of room. for example, : hair dryer, hair conditioner separates between shampoo.

Cons: It says the front desk is open 24 hours but the person at the front desk asked us to arrive before 12pm. Our flight wasn't arriving to Phuket until 11:40pm then we have to collect our bags ang get a long taxi ride to the accommodation so that wouldn't be possible for us. I mentioned to the person that is is advertised as a 24 hour front desk so they agreed to wait for us. When we met the staff they were friendly and helpful.

We were arriving late into Phuket and so wanted somewhere cheap just to sleep the first night. Hop Inn was really well priced, felt safe and clean, and was in a good location so we could explore Old Town the next day. They provided bottled water, shampoo and body wash and the bed was clean and comfy. It was great for what we needed.
Cons: Obviously it's not super luxurious and doesn't have a pool or any other facilities if that's what you're after, but for us it worked well

Extremely clean and comfy room! Nice bed mattress! The hotel is bright and shining clean and the area feels very safe. The staff is very helpful and willing to solve any issue/request. The hotel has a spacious parking with guard and it is located 5-10 min walking from the city center. I like Hop inn so much! So the last trip to Chang mai also I tried to use the Hop inn there. Very simple facility but enough and clean so much! Like IBIS hotel. I love it!
Cons: Location is a little bit far from Thlang Rd , mercado and shopping center that the good places for tourists. If you can prepare with or give us more informations of bicycles or bikes for rental , it’ll be better, I just think..

It was quiet, the air conditioning worked really well, it was clean, there was a small balcony to get some air. I liked this part of phuket too. Away from the crazy tourist area, you can really feel the authenticity of the city in old Town.
Cons: The pillows felt like 2 pillows stacked on top of eachother, they were really thick and hard and it gave me some neck issues because of how heightened your head was compared to your body. I opted to sleep without a pillow on the second night. But that's my only complaint! :)

Everything was just perfect! Spacious and clean rooms, with the most comfortable bed. Only a 10 min walk to old town and a 5 min walk to 7-Eleven and different little restaurants. There are free parking spots in the front of the hotel. Great quality for the price you pay.

It looks like a brand new hotel which offers standard double room at very reasonable prices. The double room where I stayed was big enough with a fridge inside. The common / reception area, although small, but still have a coffee maker with serves coffee and hot chocolate until 11 am and a microwave oven. A convenience store is nearby, and there are few cheap local food available nearby. Bus terminus (blue buses) going to the Phuket beaches and just about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and a pink local bus No. 3 going to the Rassada Pier, from where you can take ferries to Phi Phi Islands, can be waved just by crossing the street. If you just want a bed but don't want to stay in a hostel, this hotel is a perfect choice.
Cons: It doesn't offer a safe in the room. As an alternative, you can drop off your valuables at the reception counter.

This was a one night stop over for us and so we needed a budget hotel. I booked this, not expecting too much. The bed was so comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. Being in Thailand most of the beds we stayed in was rock hard, this bed was perfect. The room was super clean and the shower was amazing. Literally cannot say anything bad. Definitely worth the price. The cleaning staff were also super friendly, they seem to work quite late on throughout the day but still had a smile on their face.

Beds were super comfortable and clean. Room spotless. Cleaning ladies were super nice! Wifi fast and reliable. Location good. Staff could be a bit happier but they were ok and helped me storing my valuables. Room big enough for one person.
Cons: No tea station in the room, and the one in the lobby open only until 11am. If you need a tea or coffee after 11am, you better get creative :) No safe in the room and a note that hotel is not responsible for the lost valuables. So I left them at the reception when I was not there.

The location was good for the price; just a short walk to Thalang road but away enough to drive out of the city easily. Having its own big parking lot is very useful if you have your own transportation. The room was clean and adequate; the staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again if ever back in Phuket Town
