During the booking process, we were even given the option to include an extra bed within the room rate. However, upon arrival, we were told by the hotel that the room was only for two people. The staff stated that what was listed on Booking.com was “not their business,” and the room itself was too small to accommodate three guests. * Poor Housekeeping: The cleaning standards were disappointing. We found an old, dirty tissue stuck to the bathroom floor that had an unpleasant smell. The bed sheets also did not appear to be properly cleaned, and after housekeeping, the room had a noticeable bad odor. * Inconvenient Location: The hotel is not within easy walking distance of supermarkets, pharmacies, or other conveniences. Walking in the surrounding area is difficult, making it less convenient than expected.

Cons: House keepers leave the rooms door open while cleaning so lizards get into your room from outside. Found a lizard and they could not kill it so i stayed up all night. While check out they came after us for missing "laundry bag" and they asked me to give it back.

Superbly appointed hotel, rooms are spotless, bed and pillows excellent. Pool is lovely, all the breakfast staff are incredible so caring and so attentive, as are the front of house ladies.
Cons: The shuttle service is okay but not great, the location of the hotel does not allow any ability to walk to a coffee bar/7-11 or other, we found this a little inconvenient as the coffee was not great at the hotel, and sometimes you just feel like a walk. But overall very enjoyable and very good value.

The property is great and very well maintained. We stayed for 2 weeks and took a room with a private pool which was perfect for the timeframe. It had a microwave, coffee machine and all the basic amenities one needs for a slightly longer stay. We extended our last day in a basic room with the tub which was also excellent. There is a terrace on top which has beautiful sunsets and the gym is great too. We had one meal at the hotel which was also delicious. We didn’t use the pools much as we had a private pool but they looked great.
Cons: I had 2 issues with the stay. One was the location. The property is located right on a main carriageway so walking is NOT an option. Either you call a grab or rely on the hotel’s transport to Patong centre which has fixed times of 3-4 trips a day so that was a little inconvenient. The second was my booking came with airport transfers but when I reached out to the hotel they said they were unable to supply it so this miscommunication was annoying!

Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал, который действительно заботится о гостях и старается помочь во всём. В отеле чисто, уборка на хорошем уровне. Расположение — не в центре города, но для нас это было даже плюсом, так как здесь спокойно и тихо. Есть бесплатные шаттлы, что делает перемещение более удобным.

The rooms were a great size. Nice & clean. They made great drinks, plenty of places to sit around the hotel outside in the shade. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The pool and kids pool was always clean. Loved it. The free shuttle to Patong beach & shopping centre was great. The staff were always friendly.
Cons: I didn't like the fact getting into the pool was so slippery. I nearly fell, two of my grand kids did slip over on the step. I feel the shuttle could start an hour earlier & be a little more frequent. They could have a little broader menu.

Je krijgt veel meer dan wat je betaald! We zijn echt versteld dat je zo’n luxe krijgt voor zo betaalbaar. De ligging is perfect, net buiten het uitgaansgebied en het ontbijt is perfect zonder in de ochtend geuroverlast van het Aziatisch eten te hebben net als bij alle andere hotels in Patong. We dachten eerst dat het te mooi was om waar te zijn maar hebben na 1 nacht ons verblijf verlengt met 8 nachten. Zeker een aanrader!
Cons: Ver last van muggen zowel overdag als in de avond/nacht. Gehorige kamers en kamermeisjes doen niet goed hun werk. Maar ondanks dat perfect hotel!

The balcony with jacuzzi was amazing in the mornings. The slower pace was nicer than if we had stayed in middle of Patong chaos. It felt very natural and it was easy to establish a routine of breakfast, jacuzzi, take shuttle to town, and get home at a reasonable hour.

The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The pool area was very relaxing and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for reaching Patong Beach. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the beach and a nearby mall, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good variety with different options each day, although the pastries were mostly the same daily. Other than that everything was fine. Highly recommended.

Good spacious silent rooms, service is excellent, very polite and helpful staff available anytime. Room has microwave so you can easily bring a meal from 7-eleven and heat in the room. The main pool is large with great sunset view and is immaculately clean. Staff take great care in maintaining all the pools in the property. Bathrooms have very good water pressure.
Cons: The jacuzzi room we got was about 100 stairs away from the lobby. Going to the room is easy but coming back up was difficult as there is no elevator. Location is not good, difficult to get cabs, there is no 7-eleven/convenience store nearby. Also, the shuttle service provided to Patong only starts from 12 pm and runs every 2 hours till 8 pm. This is not enough if you need to make a quick run to Patong area. Shuttles should run atleast every hour till 10pm. Also, the shuttle vehicle is like a cattle van with wooden seats and no seat belts or AC. Other resorts used proper AC MPVs as shuttle vehicles. Breakfast spread is ok but it is not kept hot and all items are cold even if you visit at 7:30 am. Bathroom and toilet are a bit small and the doors are see-through with no locks.

As for breakfast everything you'd expect, we stayed b&b as.only there 2 days, but had our evening meals there too and I must say they were exceptional. I'm very picky and have a tendency not to move.on from what I like at home but the meals were truly wonderful well done 👏

Honestly feel like the pictures don’t do the hotel justice. It’s decorated beautifully and a great value for the price. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food at the hotel restaurant was also good. This is a great hotel for those wanting to stay in Patong but not in the heart and business of Patong Beach. It’s only about 10 minute drive down to Patong Beach and the hotel has a free shuttle. Hotel has a beautiful view overlooking the city and water and was nice to come back to after you’ve been in the hustle of the city and beach all day.
Cons: The first night I arrived the bedsheet did have a stain on it but the staff came right away and changed them. Also the rooms require your room key to turn on the lights and electricity inside the room so if you leave the room with things on the charger, like your phone or power, bank it won’t be charged when you return. We were also only given one room key. The hotel does sit on the hill from Patong beach and on a busy road so walking the area isn’t feasible if you’re the type to want to walk the area, get food, run to the store etc.

В этот раз получили в подарок от отеля апгрейд номера и много различных небольших приятностей при заезде и проживании. Мы-требовательные гости, поэтому часто обращаемся к персоналу с различными просьбами и пожеланиями 😀 Хотелось бы отметить что эти пожелания всегда выполняются. Приятно было встретить вновь знакомые лица, хотя большая часть персонала меняется каждый год. Об отеле: Расположен на холме над Патонгом, поэтому до пляжа нужно ехать(есть трансфер каждые 2 часа с 8 утра до 20). Классный вид на закаты, видно море и весь Патонг. В некоторых номерах слышен шум с дороги. Самая удачная категория номера для нас - гранд делюкс(площадь 30+, ванна, балкон, отдельная зона с диваном, стол для работы). В 2025 году реновировали бассейн.
Cons: Из пожеланий: хотелось бы увидеть доводчики на дверях номеров (очень хлопают дверьми гости), в смежных номерах прочувствовать звукоизоляцию между двух полых дверей(есть номера, между которыми есть внутренняя дверь и вы можете ходить друг к другу без выхода в коридор), а также чтобы персонал лучше следил за соблюдением правил отеля (курение где попало, бокалы в бассейне, лежаки на которых оставляют полотенца на весь день)

I had a great stay at Fusion Suites Phuket Patong. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and relaxing, with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere despite its convenient location. Overall, it was a very good visit and I would happily stay here again.
Cons: One thing that could be improved is the outdoor terrace, as it wasn’t very well serviced and has the potential to be much better, and some good music around the pool in the day time would make a big difference.

Отель довольно свежий , хороший бассейн , неплохой ресторан и услужливый персонал. В номере была микроволновка.
Cons: Запах канализации , несколько дней подряд был очень сильный запах. У отеля расположение «у дороги» , если у вас нет байка или автомобиля , то никуда сходить вы не сможете т.к тротуар отсутствует. Все перемещения будут возможны только на такси или трансфере отеля.

We went back for the third time, our past visits were very good. Pool area is lovely, rooms are spacious and the location is great. Spa lady did a very good job. The rooftop has a very pretty view of Patong’s main area.
Cons: The property has gone backwards since our last visit, and the staff struggled to understand us. Breakfast was disappointing, 8 days everyday the same food. I had to ask them to clean the gym area after my fourth visit, still not being cleaned.

L’hôtel est top, il est très bien situé. À quelques minutes du centre de Patong, l’hôtel dispose d’une navette qui peut vous accompagner à Patong beach. Le personnel est très gentil, réactif et au petit soin. L’hôtel propose un restaurant et un room service, très très bon. Le petit déjeuner est très varié également, donc top !
Cons: Seul bémol, l’hôtel est mal insonorisé, vous entendez chaque personne qui passe dans le couleur donc les gens qui discutent, les bruits de pas, etc, etc.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff were hey approachable and helpful and they have their own shuttle to the local shopping centre and beach which was very convenient. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the spread was quite lovely and tasty. They also specially decorated our room for us and left a note as we were celebrating an anniversary and truly went above and beyond. Will definitely be staying here again, thank you to all the staff☺️
Cons: The only thing was that the water smelled really funny! However I'm not sure whether they can do anything sit this as smelled this in a few other parts of Phuket. Regardless, they offered daily cleaning and everything was cleaned to a very good standard and we did not have any concerns about hygiene.

Cons: Vi fik ikke rengjort 1/2 af vores værelser 2 dage i streg. Så vi manglede vand og toiletpapir. Meget irriterende at fjernsynet tændte hver gang man satte sit kort i standeren og det så var med deres egen reklame og ikke TV.

Hôtel au top ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et vraiment agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits variés. Le personnel est super gentil et très serviable. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec les toilettes, mais ils ont immédiatement fait le nécessaire et tout a été réglé rapidement. La piscine est top, parfaite pour se détendre. Seul petit point : l’hôtel est situé au bord d’une route, ce qui rend un peu compliqué d’aller faire des magasins à pied, mais rien de très gênant si on est véhiculé. Dans l’ensemble, un hôtel vraiment très bien, que je recommande sans hésiter ! 🌟

Cons: Mobility within the resort specifically from the cellar floors each time they need to go up and walk far .. generally we get a little lazy and this is no less when we are holidaying especially. Small frustration although i respect the hotel policy of not letting grab guys to room but i had requested the staff to collect the food on my behalf and being it to the room as i couldn’t go up since your technicians were fixing the phone in my room . Your staff didnt oblige n insisted i pick the food without sensitising the my reason which was purely due to technicians working in my room 6201.Sometimes you can be flexible in exceptions like this

The room was spacious and very clean, it was offering great privacy and comfort. The drinks I ordered were refreshing and flavorful, especially the creative cocktails that perfectly matched the relaxing atmosphere. The food was also very delicious. Overall my stay here was very enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made my whole stay even better. A special thank goes to Dee, Meya, Kiew, Aod, Big, Pep and Toom amazing service, friendly and such a positive attitude.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in Folge hier und hatten wieder eine richtig gute Zeit als Familie! Die Pools sind klasse, das Frühstück super und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Lewis und sein Team an der Rezeption waren nicht nur super freundlich, sondern auch richtig kulant und entgegenkommend – egal worum es ging. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Strand und nicht mitten im Zentrum, aber genau das macht es für uns umso entspannter. Wer eine gemütliche, familienfreundliche und schicke Unterkunft mit tollem Service und einem wirklich hilfsbereiten Team sucht, können wir die Fusion Suites nur empfehlen!

Cons: There are people smoking marijuana inside the hotel, which is very unacceptable and prohibited in most hotels. Beyond Our Expectations - A Dream Honeymoon I just finished the most incredible honeymoon stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. As a wonderful surprise, they had decorated our room for our honeymoon and provided a beautiful fruit platter. It was such a thoughtful touch that we will never forget. Every staff member we encountered was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The breakfast was a highlight of our mornings—so much variety and everything was fresh and delicious. We were even lucky enough to meet the chef, who prepared some incredible off-menu dishes for us that were absolutely delicious. This hotel truly understands hospitality. We cannot recommend it highly enough, especially for couples celebrating a special occasion. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories!

Cons: Purtroppo bisogna attraversare una strada molto trafficata per entrare le vicolo del hotel con macchine e moto che sfrecciano velocemente ed effettivamente risolta abbastanza pericolosa.

We stayed at the hotel for four days. We were very concerned at first because we needed gluten-free food. On the very first day, when we mentioned our dietary restriction, the hotel’s chef Gust, personally approached us and, from that moment on, took care of us with delicious, high-quality gluten-free meals every day. Beyond the excellent and varied food, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is perfect. Highly recommended for families with children!

Wow, what an amazing experience I booked this hotel when I came to Thailand for my birthday trip. I’m so happy that this was the hotel that I decided to spend my birthday the staff was so kind and gentle. I felt so special they celebrated me for my birthday. Everything was just such a positive experience they were very accommodating welcoming and sweet. The staff takes care of the hotel daily. The food is very good I loved eating breakfast in the morning. Also, their dinner is good as well.. Anything you need they take care of you. This was truly an amazing stay thank you all for making my stay and birthday special 🥹❤️🙏
