Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Magie war perfekt. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr schön. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag frisch gemacht. (Neue Handtücher, Waschlappen, Bett, etc.) Das Frühstück ist unglaublich gut! Jeden Tag abwechslungsreiches und mit Liebe zubereitetes Frühstück. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unglaublich gut für Menschen die Marokko gerne erleben wollen. 2min vom großen Marktplatz entfernt. Und dennoch unglaublich ruhig im Riad. Wir würden den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The service was excellent – everyone was incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely happy to help with any questions or needs. They really made our stay comfortable and special. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully served, and different every day, which allowed us to try a variety of local Moroccan dishes. The riad itself is stunning, designed with great taste and attention to detail, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Riad Magie, especially for families looking for a warm, authentic experience in Marrakech. Also worth to mention, we visited Riad in January, with AC and extra heating at bathroom it was totally warm :)

I had the most perfect stay at Riad Magie. Everything was absolutely impeccable — from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Yasin and the entire staff were truly incredible, so warm, attentive and helpful in every possible way. This was honestly the best accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The riad itself is stunning: spacious, spotlessly clean, peaceful and beautifully designed. It has a luxurious atmosphere, but in a way that feels even better — more intimate, authentic, and relaxing than any hotel. I can’t recommend Riad Magie enough. I will definitely be returning!

The riad location is perfect - you can easily walk to the main sights and restaurants. Also it's a little bit on the side of the main streets near the garden, so its nice and calm around it. Breakfast is amazing - it was different everyday, had everything you need - omlet or fried eggs, vegetables, fruits, fresh juce, rolls, pastries, yogurt, butter, tea and coffee. Room was nice and cozy. Everything you need. Quite clean. I enjoyed sitting area in the room near the window. Roof also amazing - nice sitting areas (chairs with tables or comfy sofas), small pool, I spent a lot of time time there resting. Host is very helpful, you can ask questions about the area, taxi, have an extra cup of tea or coffee.
Cons: Towels were a little bit outdated, but as I understand they are replaced gradually with new ones (I had new towels couple of days). Would be nice to have slippers.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Riad in Marrakesch rundum genossen. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, traditionell marokkanisch und sehr gepflegt. Auch wenn der Weg erstmalig ein wenig abenteuerlich war (abends durch eine recht dunkle, verwinkelte Gasse) - nach einem Tag voller Eindrücke war es einfach herrlich, in die ruhige Atmosphäre des Riads zurückzukehren. Entspannen kann man perfekt auf der Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool. Das Personal gibt sich ausgesprochen viel Mühe und war bei Fragen immer verfügbar. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt und man fühlte sich wirklich willkommen und umsorgt. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gesäubert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet (Eier, frisches Obst, Yoghurt, Brote und Gemüse).
Cons: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Ubicato in una buona posizione: si trova in uno dei tanti vicoli di Medina, un po’ isolato, ma molto vicino alla pizza principale e la zona è tranquilla. Staff molto gentile, sempre disponibile e affabile. Il giorno della partenza sono stati così gentili da anticiparci la colazione rispetto all’orario solito! Ottima colazione, ogni giorno diversa e con tante cose sostanziose. La stanza è spaziosa e i letti sono comodissimi!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A magical long weekend at Riad Magie (20–23 November) We had a fantastic stay at Riad Magie. After landing in Marrakech, the riad arranged a taxi for us, which takes you to the edge of Jemaa el-Fnaa. From there you’ll walk through the winding, cobblestone alleys of the Medina. I recommend hiring one of the local men with a small cart to bring your luggage in — it’s quick, inexpensive, and saves your suitcase wheels. The riad is tucked away in a peaceful part of the Medina, far from the noise of the souks. It truly feels like a hidden oasis. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views; on clear days you can see the Atlas Mountains, and early in the mornings we watched hot-air balloons rising over the desert. The Koutoubia Mosque is also clearly visible from the terrace. Inside, the riad is clean, atmospheric, and full of charm. In the evenings the lanterns create a warm glow and there is a light scent of incense in the air. The courtyard garden has citrus trees with fruit hanging from the branches, adding to the relaxing feel. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious every morning — generous portions, varied options, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. There are sunbeds on the terrace as well, so we could relax and sunbathe daily. The location is excellent. A short two-minute walk takes you straight into the heart of the souks, where bargaining is essential and part of the fun. A practical note: Marrakech has five daily prayer calls, broadcast from the mosque loudspeakers, starting before sunrise. It’s part of the city’s rhythm and adds to the authentic experience. Overall, we had a truly memorable long weekend at this beautiful riad. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic and peaceful Medina stay.

Mitten in der Medina gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Perfekt zum chillen zwischen den Besuchen von Souks und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supernette Besitzer, tolles Frühstück, wunderschöne Dachterasse. The staff were super lovely - Yassine, Fouad & all the crew. The romantic courtyard with lanterns & citrus trees. The adorable private sitting area with the cushions & curtains where you can read & journal. The upstairs sitting area where we had breakfast (courtyard was wonderful too). The very kind early check in because we arrived 7am & didn’t have to wait very long. The very pretty room. The glass double doors into the courtyard.

The rooms and common areas were clean and modern, yet authenic look/feel of the riad provides a relaxing ambiance. The rooftop terrace is a very special place for breakfast. We ordered a meal for our arrival night, which was probably the best and tastiest meal we had on our holiday.
Cons: A room on the groundfloor opening to the inner courtyard can be noisy, as guests move in and out of this common area (especailly for late/early flight departures/arrivals). This is common in a riad though, so not penalising this very special riad for this reason.

Dies war unser vierter Aufenthalt in Marrakesch. Wir haben davor in anderen Riads übernachtet und können somit evtl. etwas differenzierter beurteilen. Das Team im Riad Magie ist ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wohl und zu Hause. Airport-Transfers funktionierten reibungslos, Ausflüge konnten problemlos organisiert werden. All unsere Wünsche wurden nach Möglichkeit sofort erfüllt - sogar meine Anfrage nach pflanzlicher Milch für das Frühstück! Hier sind wir beim nächsten Thema: Im Riad Magie hatten wir das beste Frühstück ever! Immer wechselnde Gebäcksorten, Eierspeisen, warme Gerichte, Gemüse und Obst, Aufstriche! Soooo lecker! Danke für alles!

Kleiner Hinweis: Um zum Riad zu gelangen, das an sich völlig ruhig in einer hinteren Seitenstraße liegt, muss man eine der stark frequentierten "Zubringerstraßen" des Souks durchqueren. Es gibt viele Imbissstände dort und dadurch ist rund um die Uhr viel los (Menschen, Mopeds, Transportkarren). Das hat rein gar nichts mit dem Riad zu tun, man sollte sich aber auf viele drängelnde Menschen einstellen und ein wenig mehr Zeit einplanen, um von A nach B zu gelangen. Sobald man in die Seitenstraße abbiegen kann, ist es aber viel ruhiger und entspannter vorwärts zu kommen! Aber das macht Marrakesch ja auch aus...?! ;-)

Einfach alles. Angefangen von der großartigen Lage am Rande der Medina (4min zum Place Jemaa El-Fna) über den herzlichen Empfang, die unglaublich schöne Einrichtung des Riad und der Zimmer (3-Bett Zimmer für Familie sehr komfortabel) bis hin zum unvergesslichen Frühstück auf dem Rooftop. Wundervolles, immer hilfsbereites Personal-Team. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Riad Magie jedem empfehlen, der Marrakesch besucht. Auch wenn der Name eigentlich nur auf die erste Eigentümerin (eine Britin Names "Magie") zurückgeht, ist es ein wirklich "magischer" und wunderschöner Ort. Eine kleine Oase im doch recht hektisch-lautem Marrakesch.

Magnifique accueil par Yassine dans le riad, il nous a offert le thé marocains avec des sucrerie marocaines a notre arriver, toujours avec le sourire et sa gentillesse et surtout avec un grand sourire, nous a donner beaucoup de conseil sur notre séjour. Nous étions arriver trop tôt a l’hotel malgré cela, il nous ont donner la chambre a 11:00 au lieu de 14:00, nous avons pas dû attendre, nous remercions le riad pour ce geste. Nous avons beaucoup aimer ce riad, très propre la chambre à été nettoyer tout les jours et les serviettes ont été changer tout les jours. Un bon déjeuner différent chaque jour avec des spécialités marocaines et le pain et les jus toujours frais. Le riad est très calme et bien situé, vous êtes a quelque minute de la place jemaa elfna et encore d’autre monument.

Everything was phenomenal. The staff were incredible, greeted us with mint tea and biscuits and, throughout our stay, were always ready to help with a smile. In our final day, we had already let them know we'd leave near the check out limit, and they prepared the most complete breakfast of our stay. Breakfast was always terrific, but the last one was exceptional and they made sure we'd be full for our trip back home. There is no way I could overstate how perfect everything was. Despite being just meters away from the busiest streets in the Medina, the silence was a constant.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning and all the essentials. The location couldn’t have been better – tucked away in a quiet corner just steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa, right in the heart of the city but peaceful enough to relax. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with generous vegetarian-friendly options that really exceeded my expectations. I was also given helpful local advice – from recommended spots to visit, to how much I should expect to pay for taxi rides, which helped me feel much more confident exploring the city. Small thoughtful touches made all the difference: I was welcomed with traditional Moroccan mint tea and offered cold water bottles on particularly hot days. This riad is a real gem – authentic, comfortable, and made unforgettable by its genuinely kind and caring staff. I'd recommend.

Everything! From the warm welcome to the heartfelt departure - Yassin and his brother, as well as the other ladies who cooked delicious breakfast each morning made us feel like family! The riad is beautifully decorated, quaint in areas but with a lot of soul. So quite as well which is shocking due to being so close to the craziness of Jemma el-fna. The only “noises” were the calls for prayer at sunrise and then the lovely bird songs, both of which are part of the experience. We had a beautiful family room with everything we needed and if we ever return to Marrakech, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you, Yassin and team! We miss you already!

Our room had a balcony so very relaxing sitting out looking into the trees that were in the centre of the riad. We arrived earlier than check-in time expecting to leave our bags until that time, but they made sure our room was ready to go from when we arrived with no extra charge. Breakfast was AMAZING every morning, with so much variety. Location was right in the middle of the Medina but down a nice quiet street so it felt like we were far away from it all.

Breakfast was legendary - every morning same but a bit different, so you never got tired of it. It was so good and just big enough that we skipped lunch most days. Atmosphere was so cozy and nice. We could chill at the rooftop or on our balcony. Everything was always clean and we felt so good. Hospitality was amazing - cheers to the whole staff. We got help with airport transfers, arranging daytrips, and dinners. We felt like part of the family. The room is exactly as on photos. There is great wifi and you have access to a safe (although felt like it wasn't necessary). Early December there were oranges on the orange tree that was in the middle of the riad which made everything especially cool and cozy.

Riad Magie lies in the heart of the Medina, just 5 min's walk from the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa and is ideally situated for a visit to Marrakech. The lovely staff are so friendly and welcoming, can't do enough to make you comfortable, and it feels like coming home to an oasis after the bustle and crowds of this noisy, vibrant city. Everything is very clean and has a modern, contemporary feel. The roof terrace is a lovely space to relax, dip into the small pool, and soak up the sun or sit in the shade. The breakfasts (on the rooftop terrace) are just wonderful: so varied and tempting, setting you up perfectly for the day and I had dinner there on my first evening: the food was truly excellent. At night I was able to sleep so well: it really is silent there and you can relax knowing you are safe and sound inside this cocoon of a place.

The cleanliness and peace of the riad. In the hearth of the medina, but away from the bustling streets. This place is truly an oasis of comfort and silence. The team is fantastic and very kind. You will quickly feel at home. The decoration and the rooms are amazing. The rooftop area, with the pool and sofas, is a revitalising space, to take you away from the fast paced city. The breakfast was very generous and good. Throughout our stay the team was always available to share advices an insights about the city with us.
Cons: The only thing we felt that could be improved was: - wardrobe space for the clothes, especially to hand clothes. - the mattress and pillows. They were good, but a bit hard. An the bed squeak a little when you moved while sleeping.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Magie! The room was the perfect size for two people and the hotel has a small pool on the roooftop which was perfect for cooling down after a hot day. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for money too as the room came with a full breakfast spread every morning which was really delicious. Location was good and close to the main square and souks although it may be difficult to find if you are going to it on your own, luckily for us we had a porter who helped us.
Cons: We came at a really hot time so it would be great if they put some fans on the rooftop to use during breakfast and when at the pool. Wish there was also a small refrigerator in the room as we were constantly asking for cold water and ice as we came at a really hot time but otherwise everything was great.

The atmosphere of the entire Riad is both homely and elegant, and the entire vibe of the place is nothing but amazing ❤️ we loved everything about this place! But most of all we loved the people who worked there - Yassine and the rest of the staff made us feel SO welcome and at home. They cared for me when I got sick, helped us with everything we needed from information about transportation around Morocco, printed out our travel documents and guided us to which places to eat - all in all, they made the stay amazing! To get anywhere, you have to walk through several empty alleys, then onto the most busy/chaotic street in the Medina. The property was nicely secluded, but I did not like having to walk through the epicenter of chaos to get anywhere else (restaurants, shops, outside the Medina).

Possibly the most comfortable we have ever been away from home. I honestly didn’t feel like I left to go to another country. Not a single complaint in absolutely any way. Hosting, cleanliness and the breakfast were just perfect every time. All members of housekeeping especially the 2 brothers were just beyond hospitable. We were treated like members of family by everyone. Never a dull face or a question of any task being too problematic. Decor and the design of the riad is beautiful. Great secluded spot and just a stone throw away from the bustle of the busy square. The alleyways are filled with the love and culture of these amazing Moroccan people. This riad is a true paradise away from the bustling Medina streets. Fouad, Yassine and the rest of the staff are welcoming and helpful - they made me feel right at home. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and there are many lounging areas. The rooftop terrace and pool are great for an afternoon wind down. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. I would definitely recommend Riad Magie to anyone who wants a well-located, beautiful stay in Marrakech.
Cons: As mentioned in some previous reviews, the alley to get to the Riad is dark and there is a large (but short) tunnel that feels a bit ominous. I stayed two nights and when I returned to the riad circa 8-9pm there was a group of men congregated at the exit of the tunnel which felt a little bit threatening as a solo female. I wouldn’t let this put you off though!

The breakfast was big and varied everyday. We really enjoyed how cosy the room was. We couldn't hear any noise from outside the Riad but if you are a light sleeper you might hear the call to pray at 6 am. The host helped arrange a luggage man for us when we left and accomodated our requests.
Cons: The bathroom had a bad sewage smell during our stay which is really unfortunate given how lovely the Riad is. The host burned scented candles at times but it didn't really make the smell go away. While you cannot hear outside noise, you can easily hear any noise made inside the Riad which means it would be difficult if you want a late lie-in. While the location is central, we did not realise that a taxi cannot get to the Riad directly so that was slightly inconvenient at times. Normally, the taxi would drop you off at the main square and it will be a 10-minute walk to the Riad. I think it is slightly over-priced given the costs of living in Morocco.

Cons: The location in the middle of the Medina can be quite chaotic so that’s something you need to enjoy. But as soon as you enter the riat it is all quiet and peaceful.

A lovely riad in a great location - close to the main square, but tucked away discreetly a few alleyways from there. My room and ensuite were a good size and very comfortable. The owner Hannes is German - and everything was designed with thought, and works! I only stayed one night, but enjoyed the small pool on the roof terrace, and there were three nicely furnished terraces to spend time relaxing. Breakfast was good, and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. They made my stay an absolute pleasure.

We have stayed here for 3 nights, which the team of Riad Magie made exceptionally wonderful. The location of the riad is perfect: it is situated in a very narrow street, but once you've been there twice you'll find it very easily. It is a five minute walk to the big square, where you can find taxis when you would like to make use of one. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfasts were never the same, but were delicious with dishes of the local cuisine. Yassine was always prepared to provide us some advice if we needed it and there was always a smile on his face: fantastic. We would definitely recommend this riad! Yassine and the rest of the team: thank you for the wonderful stay!

We have just returned from an amazing week at the Riad Magie , I stayed with my two children aged 15 and 14 , it really was like your home for a week , the Riad was beautifully clean and maintained , the staff there were phenomenal Yasin and frued (hope I have spelt that correctly) were friendly and very helpful , they were always on hand, and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was amazing we are used to small breakfasts at home this was a real treat having traditional dishes to try at breakfast. The female staff who were at the Riad were very friendly. We have never been somewhere where the hospitality has been so good. We went out on the mornings as it was cooler then spent the afternoon on the rooftop of the Riad which was very peaceful considering we were in the medina , it was the most relaxing space , and the views from the rooftop were just someting else and watching the sunset. The team at the Riad are very special and we will definitely be returning , thank you, you really made Marrakech an enjoyable experience 😊👌

Yassine and all the remaining team are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good, tasteful and varied. We were 5, using the 2 only rooms in the ground floor. It felt like the interior patio between the rooms was just ours (there not many other guests during our stay). The small pool in the rooftop was a great way to relax and recover from the heat of the city (it was July). The riad is in a very quiet street, the place is very calm and perfectly silent at night. Yet, it is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and all the busy streets.

When we first walked into Riad Magie, we were blown away by its modern style. The rooms were roomy, spotless, and had a cool, modern look. Everything we needed was available, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Another big plus was the location. Riad Magie is situated just a 5-minute walk from the famous Jemaa El Fnaa square. Being so close to the heart of Marrakesh made our sightseeing easy and fun, giving us more time to explore the wonderful city. The staff at Riad Magie really made our stay special. They were always ready to help us, from printing our flight tickets to letting us stay a bit longer because our flight was in the evening. They made us feel at home and took care of all our needs. We also loved the breakfast at Riad Magie. Every morning, we had a large selection of tasty food to start our day. The quality was excellent, and it really added to our overall experience. In short, if you're planning a trip to Marrakesh, you should definitely stay at Riad Magie. Its modern style, prime location, excellent service, and delicious breakfast make it the perfect choice. everything was absolutely perfect, Yassine and his brother were absolutely wonderful, very accommodating and made the whole trip so much easier. the highlight of the Riad is definitely the rooftop and the patio. we had an amazing dinner on the rooftop, which I’d definitely recommend booking at least once. I’d definitely recommend booking the airport transfer via them (we didn’t do it and regretted very much). next time we’re in Marrakesh we will definitely stay at Riad Magie.

A room with perfect AC, plenty of room, comfy bed. Excellent breakfast (the best we had in Marocco) On the terrace there is a nice small bath and plenty of seating area where you can further relax. The orange trees of the riad give shade and a good vibe to the place. Next to the Riad is also a green garden with trees higher than the Riad adding to the atmosphere. Silence away from the crowds of Marrakesh. With only five rooms its not that busy.

Incredibly clean and nice! The staff were so nice and helpful, always on the offer side with plenty of information and help. We arrived late in the evening but we were warmly welcomed with dinner and a botle of wine.Amazing, large and good breakfast with a mixture of hot food, bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. We were 9 people and since the riad only have 5 rooms, we had the whole place for our group, which was very convenient and make our experience super nice and cozy. The rooms are very well decorated, clean, comfortable and with a good size. The terrace is lovely and perfect to watch the sunrise/sunset, rest for a bit, have the breakfasts (10 stars delicious), etc... A big thank you to all the staff that was super nice to us, specially Yassine, who was always available and helped us with all our needs/doubts during the trip. We definitely recommend Riad Magie to anyone visiting Marrakesh.
Cons: Some of the showers did not had to much pressure and the water temperature was difficult to regularize, but that is not so problematic.

Absolutely beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakech. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! The terrace is a little slice of heaven, you are close to the hustle and bustle of the city but it is so peaceful and quiet inside the Riad. Highly recommend dinner at Magie, the chicken and lemon tagine made for us was the best we had during our stay. The breakfast provided was excellent, super varied and always massive! Thank you to Yassine and the rest of the amazing people that work here, you made the whole stay great.

We appreciated the friendly customer service, great food and good quality room setup. The staff was very accomodating and friendly, provided extra water as needed. Breakfast was served to us a little earlier as we had to leave that was kind of them. Lastly the bedroom was so comfortable after flying into Morocco. The riad was pretty close to the main street compared to the other riads we stayed at during our trip to Morocco.
Cons: I would recommend increasing the light in the rooms, felt a bit darker than i would like. The area was a little bit tight but was manageable in the end.

Riad MAGIE was the perfect place to stay during my trip to Marrakech. The staff were very hospitable and helped us on every occasion. They were always there to help and made us feel very welcome in their home, whether making us mint tea in the evenings or letting us stay at the riad until our flight once we had checked out. Finally, the breakfast was unbelievable! It was different every day and was freshly made whenever we were ready to eat each morning. We could eat our breakfast anywhere we liked; we always chose the roof terrace which was never a problem. Overall, it was a perfect place to wake up and go to bed every night of our trip and really is a place of pure joy and relaxation. Thank you!
Cons: A few minor things such as somewhere to hang clothes in the room, like a wardrobe etc would have been good for hanging dresses, especially if you are there for longer. The pillows in the bedroom were a bit hard, maybe there could be a selection of bed pillows.

Superb Riad, I have stayed in numerous Riads in the Medina and loved Riad Magie. Having been so disappointed with our original choice on arrival, this was a knock on the door do you have a room moment. Yaseen (manager) was warm, welcoming, offering exceptional hospitality. This small Riad is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, with comfy beds, and the BEST breakfast I have ever had in Marrakesh. The immefiate area is quiet, literally 3min walk off a main area with shops and food, but lying in the sun on the roof terrace it was quiet and peaceful I visit regularly and will be returning. .

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Although the riad is in the city centre, it is such a quiet and peaceful place to stay. The riad has been renovated and the rooftop terrace is just breathtaking! We had a lovely dinner on the terrace and I looked forward to breakfast every morning.
