Cons: Can't say we appreciated our stay. We booked a room for 3, one person didn't get the visa, so when I asked to change for a room for 2, they literally replied that it has been paid, so they don't really care about our problems. The room is big, which is nice, but very cold and dark. It was also smelling bad. For 5 days we had issues with WiFi, it was mostly only working at the reception. Breakfast is pretty basic, too. The guys at the reception were nice, and even gave me a cake for my birthday, but the overall experience is very average.

Ubicación excelente, en una calle muy iluminada en la medina y a pocos metros de la plaza principal. El personal muy amable y atento. Toallas y sabanas limpias, albornoz. Una botella de agua grande en cada habitacion. Aire acondicionado y wifi gratuito.
Cons: El Desayuno es el que te sirven cada día, no tipo buffet. no ponian nada salado (salvo un dia un huevo duro). Aun así estaba muy rico todo.

Konum Marakeşin en kaos dolu yerinde. Medine denilen yerindesiniz ama Marakeş başlı başına sıkıntılı bi şehir. Şehir vergisini ekstra almaları tuhaf geldi bana. Şehrin vergi verecek bi güzelliği yok bi kere. Sokaklar pislik içinde her yerde pis bi koku var. Otele gelince biraz daha huzurlu hissettik, Nurettin ve Muhammed bize yardımcı oldu her zaman ikisine de teşekkür ederim.

Excellent location. Riad was exceptionally clean. I had the superior room, really big and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Another thing worth mentioning as I traveled in the Winter months, that the aircon in the room heated up the place perfectly and in the common areas they had enough heating to make it comfortable.
Cons: I wish breakfast consisted of more savoury items, more protein, but it’s a very personal thing and what i received was lovely. Just a bit too many sweet things on the plate for my taste, but i appreciate that it might more traditional in Morocco.

Wij verbleven hier tijdens een zussentrip met z’n drieën en vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. We kwamen rond 23:00 uur laat in de avond aan, waren erg vermoeid en hadden nog niet gegeten. Het personeel reageerde hier zó lief op: ze maakten meteen thee voor ons en kwamen zelfs met couscous, zonder dat we daar om hoefden te vragen. Dat waardeerden wij enorm. De kamers zijn super schoon, ruim en comfortabel. De riad zelf is prachtig en ziet er precies zo uit als op de foto’s. Elke dag vroeg het personeel of we nog iets nodig hadden en gaven ze aan dat we het altijd mochten laten weten. Van het personeel dat rondloopt tot aan de manager en de eigenaar: allemaal super lief, sociaal en gastvrij. Voor ons was dit een onvergetelijke zussentrip en het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Een absolute aanrader!

Schönes Riad, zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Ruhiger sehr schöner Innenhof und Rooftop. Im Dezember war alles schon etwas kühl, aber es konnte mit der Klimaanlage einigermaßen reguliert werden.
Cons: An der Unterkunft hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings sind die Motorräder in den engen Gassen auf Dauer unerträglich.

Posizione eccezionale praticamente a due passi dal centro, in piena Medina. La struttura è davvero bella e tenuta in maniera perfetta, siamo stati accolti da uno staff incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, durante il nostro soggiorno è stato tutto perfetto, dalla camera alla colazione che si svolge in un terrazzo davvero bellissimo, i membri dello staff ci hanno dato molti consigli anche su come trascorrere le giornate e su cosa visitare e sono stati davvero delle persone eccezionali, qualità che non ho riscontrato in tantissimi altri posti visitati in giro per il mondo, davvero complimenti e grazie di cuore a tutti voi

Cons: -No tiene nadie en recepción por la noche - las habitaciones son frías y no tienen calefacción por lo que no es recomendable en invierno. A nosotros nos trajeron un calefactor al día siguiente de quejarnos. - el desayuno lo sirven en la azotea a 5 grados y sin calefacción, no tiene sentido que en invierno pongan en la azotea el desayuno - no tiene bar ni zonas comunes con sofás para relajarse en el hotel

Cons: De kamer was feitelijk een soort grot zonder natuurlijk licht. Heel slecht geslapen door constant lawaai in de nacht. De eerste dag was de kamer niet gekuist door gebrek zogezegd aan reservesleutel en daarbij een toilet die niet werkte. Was wel snel opgelost, maar spijtig genoeg op korte termijn. Zwembad was ook gesloten, wegens werkzaamheden in het hoogseizoen. En het ontbijt was geen riad waardig. Eindconclusie, prijs/kwaliteit geen aanrader.

The room is very nicely decorated. The bathroom and the shower are in excellent condition, with toiletries supplied. The whole place is very traditionally decorated and a beautiful Riad. The staff were outstanding. Breakfast is delicious, something different each morning. Walk out the door, and a short walk, and you are in the middle of Souks. It's well worth doing a tour with a guide, but make sure it is only a small group so you can ask questions. Be prepared to bargain and walk away; they will follow you and sell it in the end—20€ for a high-quality t-shirt. Great trip! Try Saffron for dinner; it's costly but worth a look. The show is good, and the food is delicious.

Cons: The Riad is located at the Medina, hence be prepared to navigate super narrow streets, donkeys, carts, merchants, beggars and cats (very very many cats). The room was very lovely, but we were missing a tea kettle and ability to make ourselves tea, and the lights in the bedroom were super dim. Breakfast is mainly sweet, I’d recommend to diversify it with more savoury options.

We had a wonderful stay at the riad. The place was beautiful and everything went smoothly. We also tried the spa at the riad, and the hammam experience was a lovely touch of Moroccan tradition. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was meeting Ahmed. He was everywhere. Welcoming us at the door, helping with arrangements, and even serving breakfast with a smile. His kindness and attentiveness gave the whole experience a personal touch that made us feel right at home.

El Riad es IMPRESIONANTE, la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la Plaza y súper fácil para llegar. Las personas que trabajaban allí encantadoras, en especial Mohamed. La piscina una maravilla, un remanso de paz. Nos dimos un masaje en el Riad y lo recomiendo 100%, las mujeres que lo dieron unas profesionales. En resumen, si volviera a Marrakech me quedaría en este Riad sin dudarlo!

Cons: noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, ma se proprio dovessi trovare dei difetti, il condizionatore rinfrescava ma solo fino a un certo punto, i gradi erano impostati a 16 ma sia io che il mio ragazzo ci svegliavamo di notte sudati, ma sarà anche la temperatura esterna che influenza. le camere non erano insonorizzate come descritto.

Subito dopo ci ha dato una serie di consigli per il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech, alcuni molto preziosi. La camera era grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort, bagno spazioso con doccia enorme. Colazione bellissima, preparata con cura e diversa ogni giorno, probabilmente è stata la parte più bella del Riad, soprattutto perché farla sul terrazzo aveva il suo fascino. Potrei stare ore a dire cosa mi sia piaciuto del Riad, è stato veramente tutto perfetto.

The main issue was the pool, which was very unhygienic and unusable during our stay due to an unfortunate incident that left visible traces of blood in the water. The handling of the situation was not reassuring. What disappointed us most was the lack of proper compensation or meaningful apology. We received a minimal refund of €2.60 per person and a free airport transfer – which felt more like a symbolic gesture than genuine hospitality. Additionally, the reception was not staffed consistently, leading to long waits both at the front door and when seeking assistance. This added a layer of frustration, especially when returning to the Riad after a long day. The rooms themselves were acceptable, though a bit dark, and the rooftop terrace offered no real view, which was a bit underwhelming. In summary, the place has potential, but the management lacks professionalism and the overall guest experience suffers as a result. With better communication and more care for the guests, things could have been very different.

Cons: Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und es roch nach Abwasser. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben der Rezeption unf wurden jeden Morgen vom Lärm geweckt. Ebenfalls konnten wir dadurch nie die Fensterläden offen halten, weil sonst alle reinschauen konnten. Dadurch war es im Zimmer immer dunkel, da auch die Lampen nicht wirklich hell waren.

Cons: Premetto che ho soggiornato da venerdì notte a lunedì mattina, in questo weekend il servizio dello staff è stato molto discutibile: sostanzialmente reception assente, l’unico presente è stato Mohamed, ragazzo molto educato e disponibile che peró da solo doveva fare: il guardiano di notte, preparare la colazione (al piano -1) e portarla in terrazzo (al piano 3) e se nel frattempo qualcuno bussava al riad per entrare…. Non poteva far altro che aspettare perché il povero ragazzo non poteva sdoppiarsi! La sistemazione (camera n.1) presentava delle criticità importanti: A) il materasso del letto (queen non matrimoniale standard quindi se non siete una coppia tenetelo presente) da un lato (lato bagno) era sfondato nel mezzo B) la doccia: oltre ad avere lo scarico otturato (situazione che non è stata minimamente risolta nonostante la mia segnalazione alla signora delle pulizie) non aveva nessun tipo di copertura (vedi foto) C) il bagno (come potrete vedere dalla foto) era in alcune parti diviso dalla camera solo da una grata di legno, rendendo ogni odore e rumore facilmente captabile, insomma non il massimo dell’intimità!

La estancia en general fue un éxito rotundo, comenzando desde el transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta el riad ofrecida por ellos mismos, los desayunos completos y muy buenos, cuartos impecables y espaciosos, con aire acondicionado. Piscina en patio interno y ático con tumbonas para tomar sol. Servicio de hammam y masajes, lo tenía todo y además una ubicación excepcional. Cerca de Koutoubia y del Zoco a 5 min a pie. Mención especial a Mohammed por su servicio, una persona muy agradable y con un trato muy cercano. No puedo recomendarlo más. Que sigan los éxitos.

Mooie kamer, lekkere bedden, superschoon, zeer welkome ontvangst met thee en koekjes. Lekker zwembadje om even in af te koelen. Mooi dakterras (waar onze kamer ook lag) waar we hebben ontbeten en in de avond spelletjes hebben gedaan. Onze kamer had ook een eigen patio, dat was fijn. Aanrader dus!

Loved the tranquil vibe. It's a place of peace. Loved the decor also. We arrived late the first evening and had no restaurant booked. The hotel was extremely accommodating when we asked for dinner even with such short notice.
Cons: The breakfast was ok. Very bread/sweet heavy. We were give 1 boiled egg each on the first day which helped however the second day we were not given them & had to request. Although the rooms are beautiful, the lack of privacy in between the bathroom & bedroom areas is not ideal.

Cons: It was our 5th time in Marrakech. When checking out and paying for 2 nights, the bill was wrong by 20€. We confronted them and they reimbursed us and gave an excuse saying the software was miscalculating the bill because of the 3,5% added fee for paying with Card, but they probably try to cheat every other costumer… we almost did not realize it neither. That didn’t feel right after a rather pleasant experience. From that moment on, the treatment of the staff changed considerably… which is not nice. The Family Suite we reserved is actually an extension to the Riad on the rooftop, thus loosing a bit the sense of being in a Riad. And there was a strong smell of sewage for the whole stay.

The location close to the Medina was great. We (four young women) felt safe walking around, also at night. Even though the riad was so close the city center it was still quiet, a little oasis in the city! The rooftop was wonderful and the breakfast every morning was fantastic. We were in the family room, please note that this room is on the top floor next to the rooftop where breakfast is served. However, we were not disturbed by this as all the guests were quiet and respectful.

Highly recommend this hotel! From moment we have arrived to our departure we felt welcomed and well looked after. Located perfectly in a great area with walking distance to the market and lovely restaurants. All staff were excellent, especially Hamza was super kind, attentive, warm and made us feel like home. Guys helped us with all the reservations from taxi to the nice restaurants. Also have organised the trip on the quad bikes at a very short notice. Just arrived back to England and already missing this lovely place! Thank you.

The staff was very nice and helpful and Mohamed really went out of his way to make our stay as smooth and as comfortable as possible, not only with regards to the accommodation, but also for our entire stay in Marrakesh, offering us valuable tips and tricks, recommendations and even shopping advice.
Cons: Even though the building seems relatively newly renovated and very comfortable, the isolation is not the best and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and from the interior court, as well as having no padding on the edge of the doors makes closing them quite loud. Also worth mentioning is that one of the rooms didn't have a door to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room, creating a bit of an awkward/unconfortable situation.

Riad molto ben curato nel cuore della Medina di Marrakech e strategicamente anche ben posizionato per raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi le parti esterne alle mura. Camere e spazi comuni ben tenuti (al netto di qualche piccolo dettaglio da sistemare). Deliziosa e ricca la colazione servita nel cortile interno del Riad o in terrazza, tempo permettendo. Ottimo anche il servizio massaggi ma la nota di merito più importante va al personale, in particolare a Mohamed, sempre disponibile ed estremamente cordiale anche fuori al suo orario lavorativo e di estremo aiuto quando abbiamo chiesto dei passaggi a ristoranti o aereoporto o quando abbiamo chiesto altri consigli. La sua professionalità ha fatto davvero la differenza!
Cons: Illuminazione scarsa nel bagno e nella camera. Scarico doccia molto lento / intasato. Lo staff si è reso disponibile a verificare ma non sono riusciti a sistemare il problema.

Riad RK is in a perfect position to visit Marrakech, the Riad is immaculate and the rooms tastefully decorated, breakfast on the terrace is delicious and the service impeccable. The spa is small but functional and the massage was really great. Muhammad was always on hand to help and give advice with a friendly smile, he really made our stay here an unforgettable experience . I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone travelling to the beautiful country of Marocco.

La localización era perfecta y en general ha sido una estancia agradable. La gestión de la recogida y devolución al aeropuerto fue muy buena y el desayuno bastante completo.
Cons: Aunque el Riad es muy tranquilo, los ruidos tanto de las habitaciones de otros huéspedes como de las personas que entraban y salían eran bastante molestos. También es bueno tener en cuenta que la habitación (al menos la nuestra en la planta baja) tiene muy poca luz y la iluminación es muy débil. Los trabajadores eran muy agradables pero no muy resolutivos en cuanto a la organización de actividades o las reservas. Es un alojamiento correcto pero sin muchos detalles, no reponían botella de agua salvo que la pidieras.

Todo, la verdad que el riad es increíble, en plena medina a 5 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el Fnaa. El personal es una maravilla, hospitalario, atento y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. La calle en la que está es tranquila, sobre todo en la noche, por lo que se puede descansar genial. Recomendable 100% y volvería a elegirlo.

Cons: Es gibt generell keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu bestellen. Das lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Da es diese Möglichkeit nicht gibt, wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer hilfreich. Dann würde man die Dachterrasse nicht nur morgens zum Frühstück nutzen, sondern auch mal tagsüber.

Un po' cara rispetto ad altre strutture simili. Lo staff è molto disponibile, ma non ha un atteggiamento professionale come ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello (e prezzo).

Cons: - vraag steeds voor een kamer op de 1e verdieping, wij sliepen in de kamer naast de receptie (gelijkvloers) dit zorgde voor geluidshinder en een gevoel van weinig privacy - kamer was zeer donker - bij betalen als je water vraagt bij het ontbijt - onthaal was niet warm, verantwoordelijke van de riad had in het openbaar een woordenwisseling met een lokale leverancier - vochtproblemen in de badkamer: ondanks de luchtontvochter in de badkamer die constant draaide, creëerde dit toch een geurtje in de kamer, moeilijk om handdoeken droog te krijgen - kakkerlakken in de badkamer: deze worden waarschijnlijk aangetrokken door het vochtprobleem, geen fijn gevoel om deze te vinden - tip om de receptie te verplaatsen naar de inkomhal zodat de gasten minder lang buiten moeten wachten totdat de buitendeur kan worden geopend - informeer de gasten voor aankomst over parkeer mogelijkheden in de buurt

El riad es precioso, está muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. Está muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fna pero en un calle sin mucho tránsito. El personal es amable aunque no hablan mucho español y nos costó a veces comunicarnos con ellos. Muy recomendable su servicio de masaje.
Cons: Había un ruido que sonaba a veces como por dentro de la pared de la habitación que era un poco molesto. Por la distribución del riad, la habitación no tenía mucha luz, pero imagino que pasará también en el resto de alojamientos de este tipo.

O espaço é bonito, agradável e tem uma localização estratégica para quem quer explorar as atrações turísticas na Medina, pertinho da Praça Jemaa el-Fnaa. O restaurante do RK é excelente e tem um café da manhã delicioso e bem servido. A acomodação tem muitos pontos positivos, mas eu quero destacar o atendimento excelente que recebemos de todos, principalmente do funcionário Mohamed. Ele foi atencioso, gentil, deu dicas importantes sobre a cidade e solucionou prontamente todos os nossos pedidos. Fomos muito bem tratados em nossa estadia!
Cons: Gostamos de tudo no riad. O único ponto negativo é que nosso quarto era novo e ainda passava por mudanças recentes, deixando um cheiro residual de tinta.

Gostei de tudo, muito bem decorado, muito bom ambiente, localizado numa parte muito boa da Medina, os funcionários foram excelentes e o dono extremamente simpático. A Piscina era maravilhosa, passamos um tempo muito agradável, recomendo vivamente e vou partilhar com os meus amigos.
Cons: A logística do pequeno almoço tem de ser melhor estudada, o pequeno almoço é servido no terraço, o que faz com que o funcionário tenha de subir muitas vezes as escadas o que faz com que o tempo para fazermos essa refeição seja demasiado, ou seja demasiado tempo à espera até sermos servidos, mas a comida era óptima. Já que é servido do terraço este também devia estar com melhor apresentação, mas o que importa é o interior do Riad e esse é óptimo.

Le riad est magnifique, la décoration très belle, c’est élégant. La chambre est très spacieuse. L’emplacement idéal qui nous a permis de découvrir une partie de la médina plus calme et très sympathique. Mention spéciale à Mohamed, heureusement qu’il est là, merci encore Mohamed.
Cons: Le personnel (à part Mohamed) est froid, donne des indications très sommaires quand à la visite de la médina, comme pour se débarrasser de la tâche, le patron et son assistant, présents uniquement la journée semblent là que pour leur business. Heureusement que Mohamed est présent le matin et le soir car le pauvre c’est lui qui s’occupe d’absolument tout. Nous avions séjourné dans un autre riad une semaine auparavant, les hôtes étaient souriants, accueillants, serviables et avaient envie de faire découvrir la médina. Une partie du riad était en travaux et malheureusement nous n’avons pas été mis au courant, aucune excuse pour la gêne occasionnée. Nous sommes partis 5 jours dans le désert et avions envie de confort pour nos derniers jours à Marrakech. Je ne suis d’habitude pas aussi exigeante, mais pour un prix de 711 euros les 5 nuits, nous n’avions pas de baignoire comme mentionné dans le descriptif de la chambre, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, la climatisation faisait un bruit épouvantable, nous n’avons pas pu manger au riad le premier soir car 19h30 était à priori trop tard pour préparer quelque chose et la double douche qui de base est une idée géniale n’avait aucune pression et la température de l’eau changeait tout le temps. Nous étions en vacances pour découvrir le Maroc avec un sac à dos et un trek dans le désert c’était magique, le retour se voulait plus cosy, nous sommes déçus. Faites attention également car le patron prend plus de 3% sur le prix annoncé sur booking si vous payez par carte au check out, nous avons dû négocier ce pourcentage. Nous préférons notre premier riad plus simple mais tellement plus agréable. Encore merci à Mohamed, la seule touche de gaité dans ce lieu pourtant très beau.

An absolute gem in a quiet street within walking distance of everything you'll want to see and visit. Gorgeously decorated, impeccably clean and fresh, spacious. Swimming pool is better than in most Riads. Staff were absolutely fantastic: Mohamed, Nordine, Moad, all the ladies (sorry, didn't get to know their names) and even the owner, Mr. Spano, were extremely helpful and nice. Across the street there's L'Amazigh restaurant and rooftop which is a great choice, as they have both traditional local food as well as European food, not too expensive. Shukran, everyone!

L‘emplacement est exceptionnel pour profiter de Marrakech à pieds. Le personnel est très attentif et donne volontiers de bons conseils pour visiter la Médina. L‘ensemble est tenu en parfait état et le propriétaire passe saluer ses clients avec gentillesse chaque matin.
Cons: Le Ryad résonne énormément ce qui fait que chaque bruit s‘entend depuis la suite. Les lavabos sont positionnés trop hauts pour être faciles d‘utilisation quand on est de taille normale. Nous avons systématiquement été réveillés par les bruits de vacanciers qui discutaient en prenant leur petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner était incomplet (impossible d‘avoir un fromage autre qu‘une vache qui rit!) et le thé aussi bien que le café servis a peine chauds. Le jour du réveillon, des musiciens ont joué jusqu’à minuit une musique trop forte et trop triste.

El diseño de las pequeñas instalaciones era muy bonito y cuidado, es un hotel muy pequeñito que tiene de todo. Nos gusto mucho el trato por parte de uno de los miembros del personal que se llaman Mouad nos atendió muy muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta y estás al lado de todo. Es una zona muy tranquila y segura, especialmente de noche.
Cons: Algunos miembros del personal (Mohamed) intentaron timarnos en varias ocasiones, la limpieza de algunos elementos es mejorable (por ejemplo: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, abrimos el aire y sacamos los filtros y tenia más mierda que la palabra, lo limpiamos nosotros y funcionó fenomenal) El tamaño de una suite familiar debería ser más grande ya que las dos camas pequeñas tenían unas medidas de 1,70 por 80 y son muy pequeñas. Riad molto bello e curato. Stanza pulita e accogliente. Posizione comodissima per girare tutta la Medina, ma anche a due passi da una porta per prendere taxi e girare la Marrakech più moderna e vitaiola. Abbiamo usufruito di vari servizi offerti: 1-Il transfer da/per l'aeroporto comodo e puntuale 2-l'hammam e la spa gestita da una giovane ragazza molto gentile e simpatica. L'hammam è stata un'esperienza da provare, il massaggio una coccola piacevole, ma non il migliore della mia vita. 3-la cena con il menù tipico. Il cibo era di buona qualità, ma il Riad non ha un vero e proprio ristorante con camerieri, menù e tutto il resto. Il servizio era gestito da Mohamed che é sempre super gentile e disponibile e si occupa un po' di tutto nel Riad. Ci é stato chiesto quando abbiamo comunicato l'intenzione di cenare in Riad cosa avremmo voluto mangiare, poi ci ha apparecchiato molto carinamente un tavolo sul terrazzo (dove viene servita anche la colazione). Quella sera c'eravamo solo noi ed é perciò stato molto rilassante e gradevole, ma la senzazione era esattamente quella di mangiare a casa più che in un ristorante. A noi é comunque piaciuto.
Cons: Sicuramente le stanze non sono molto luminose, ma questa è una caratteristica di tutti i Riad, perché le stanze non hanno finestre che affacciano all'estero della casa, ma solo verso il cortile interno. Per questo stesso motivo se qualcuno fa rumore o anche chiacchiera nel cortile interno, nelle stanze si sente tutto. Il Riad è in fin dei conti una unica casa adibita a B&B. La piscina è praticamente più decorativa che altro... Forse nei Riad più grandi si può parlare di piscina, ma nella maggior parte dei casi è equiparabile ad una fontanella decorativa.

Fomos bem recebidos até ao nosso quarto mesmo sendo de noite por atraso do nosso voo. Por ser tarde o anfitrião propôs fazer o check-in e explicar o roteiro da cidade no dia seguinte de manhã. O quarto que escolhemos foi a suite superior, que foi dos maiores quartos que já estivemos, limpeza sem nada apontar, casa de banho com dois chuveiros e lavatórios, várias toalhas, roupões… deixaram uma garrafa de água e copos de cortesia. Todos os dias vinham limpar o quarto e todo o staff foi simpático e cumprimentava sempre. A localização é muito boa, muito perto da praça principal, de todas as atrações e da praça de táxis. O pequeno-almoço era servido diariamente pelo anfitrião que nos recebeu inicialmente, sempre muito simpático e preocupado connosco e em nos receber bem. Era um pequeno almoço diversificado, com café, leite, sumo de laranja natural, panquecas e “crepes” com massa típica da região, mel, doce, manteiga e com algumas variações, por vezes queijos, fruta, ovos, iogurtes, mas sempre numa quantidade generosa para aproveitar bem a manhã. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a escolha e recomendamos a quem lá for!

The Riad is in a quieter part of the medina while being located as central as can be. We felt very welcome and very at ease coming back after a day in the city. We have only the highest praise for all of the staff.

Hotel was a lovely little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Rooms were spacious and generally comfortable with ornate decorations giving off a peaceful vibe. Hotel was quiet in spite of the proximity to the souks. Staff were fantastic, incredibly attentive and friendly. Other amenities, such as the pool, spa were also great, as was eating breakfast on the rooftop each morning, and enjoying a beer (of the alcoholic variety) in the evenings.
Cons: There was a leak in our bathroom which partially disrupted the first couple of days of our stay. It was dealt with relatively quickly and was pointed out to us, but we did have a few drips on us initially. One of the lamps was not earthed properly and was prone to giving us some small electric shocks.

Cons: - Le bruit (nous avions la chambre numéro 5 qui se situe juste en dessous de la terrasse où se prennent les petits déjeuners + du monte charge, on a trouvé très bruyant le matin dès 7h30 et idem le bruit des ruelles avec les pavés la nuit. Cependant, alors que vous êtes à 2 min de la place Jemaa El Fna, vous n’entendez aucun bruit venant de la place : impressionnant !)

Je conseille la chambre 2 où on dormi nos filles. En fonction de l heure, quasiment pas d eau pour la douche. Le prix du petit-déjeuner (15 eur) est déraisonnable pour Marrakech même si il reste bon. La restauration sur place est trop chère pour Marrakech. Le transfert vers l aéroport (22 eur) est 50% plus cher qu’un taxi classique

Besonders die Aufmerksamkeit des Rezeptionisten, er war praktisch immer zur Stelle mit Ratschlägen, Servieren des Frühstücks und auch sehr behilflich mit dem Buchen von Ausflügen. Das ganze Riad war unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet bis ins kleinste Detail. Am letzten Tag habe ich bei schlechtem Wetter das hauseigene Hammam genossen und die beste Massage meines Lebens erhalten. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Woche, in der wir auch meinen 60. Geburtstag gefeiert haben. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!
Cons: Dadurch, dass der Innenhof natürlich offen ist, hört man praktisch jedes Geräusch im Riad. Allerdings ist über Nacht totale Stille und man hört absolut nichts vom Souk, der genau vor der Tür liegt!

Cons: Si tuviera que poner una pega sería el tema de la privacidad, las ventanas daban al pasillo y no había persianas, por lo que si no las tenias abiertas no había mucha luz. Pero tampoco lo considero un problema.

It was a lovely, clean little hotel. The staff were kind and it was within walking distance to restaurants, markets etc. I would recommend staying here it was a good price and a great trip.

Riad très bien placé dans une petite ruelle de la médina, à 5mn à pieds de la place jema El fna. Etonnemment très au calme par rapport à l'agitation et le bruit qu il peut y avoir dans la médina. On s'est perdu le 1er jour on arrivait plus à retrouver le riad mais une fois qu' on a les repères c est bon😅. Très bon accueil notamment Mohammed toujours souriant qui a bien pris soin de nous tous les jours. Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux, qui change chaque matin. Mention spéciale pour le cake à l'orange! Hammam et massage (2h) sur place super , on s'est regalé avec mon conjoint ( rituel corps et visage ). Le personnel au spa ( 3 dames) était top. Riad décoré avec goût. Chambre très propre. On conseille ++
Cons: Peut etre le WiFi qu' on ne captait pas trop bien dans la chambre. Personnellement ça ne m a pas gené car j avais du forfait giga international. Peut être aussi la salle de bain de notre chambre à rafraîchir un peu.

nice retreat in a very lively, busy center of town. Nicely decorated and comfortable property, bathroom has a hamam feeling. Staff were very caring and friendly
Cons: was charged 60€ at booking but paid 77€ at the property. They claimed it was a last minute reservation and so they couldnt charge my credit card, I didnt get any explanation as to why this raised the price. The room was on the courtyard / terrace area and didnt feel very private

The location was amazing, just a few moments away from the Jemaa el Fnaa square. The hospitality was perfect - the hosts really made us feel like royalty.
