My partner and I had an amazing stay at this riad in Morocco. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Zakaria, the main host, was incredibly helpful with absolutely everything – arranging taxis, giving great local recommendations, and always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. He truly went above and beyond. Medi was also very helpful and friendly, always welcoming us with a smile and happy to assist with anything we needed. Both of them made our stay feel personal and genuinely warm. The riad itself was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless, with a lovely traditional design. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious.

Cons: La ducha no funcionaba, salía muy poca agua y aún así se inundaba porque el usillo no tragaba. El precio de la cena fue de 30€(2personas) por un tajín escaso y unos dulces. Tener en cuenta que al pagar con tarjeta hay que pagar un 1-3% más , en este caso es un 3%.

Personale eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile. Grande professionalità. Sistemazione veramente fine, curata e gradevole. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione, curatissima la pulizia. Peccato per il cattivo stato dei vicoli da percorrere per raggiungere la struttura (col taxi si arriva solo all'imbocco, poi si deve camminare un paio di minuti), ma và considerato che ci si trova a Marrakech: gli standard di decoro e conservazione urbanistica del luogo sono parecchio deteriori rispetto a quelli cui s'è abituati in Europa. In ogni caso, posizione comodissima per addentrarsi nella zona dei mercati: cinque minuti a piedi, forse anche meno, e ci si ritrova nel cuore della Medina. In definitiva: assolutamente consigliata

Excellent location with very friendly staff. Lovely roof terrace with sun loungers and seating. Enjoyed Moroccan breakfast at the Riad each morning all freshly cooked. もしあなたが初めてのマラケシュ旅行だったら、このリヤドを強く薦めます！スタッフはみな親切で、施設内では鳥の鳴き声が響いて快適です。観光地へのプランを考えたり、温かい食事の提供はもちろんですが、私達が朝5時30分の出発だと聞くと、その時間に合わせてランチボックスを用意してくれたり、道が分からないと相談すると現地まで案内もしてくれました。マラケシュ旧市街は一歩入ると迷路みたいな街。タクシーも自分で価格交渉しないといけないので、リヤドに空港まで迎えに来てもらうのが正解です。スタッフのおかげで、私達家族は安全に楽しい旅行が出来ました！本当に感謝しています！
Cons: リヤドまでの道は細く、現地の人が住んでいる場所なので道は整備されていないので、慣れるまでは不安になるかも知れません。 しかし、これは旧市街全域に言える事です。施設内は安全で静かです。

Riad Prada was an absolute pleasure to stay in. From the moment we arrived, Zaccharia and the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The riad was very clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet - perfect for relaxing after a day in the busy medina. The rooftop terrace is a another highlight: peaceful and charming place to enjoy breakfast or unwind in the evening. I would highly recommended this place, and would gladly stay here again.

Everything went well, the staff were super friendly and their services were really good. We got the help we needed and they even helped us with information when we needed it. Zakaria who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. On our last day, the staff prepared a small breakfast for us to take away when leaving early to the airport, a gesture we were thankful for.
Cons: The location was not too good. Although it was close to the souks, the alleyways that we needed to get through to get to the Riad wasnt great. It was quite dirty and kids playing there tried to ask for food whenever we passed by, knowing that we were tourists. The first day, one boy "offered" to help us with leading the way to the Riad, although we were using Google maps to find the place, and demanded that we pay him when we got to the Riad. Bad start when trying to check in late in the evening.

Riad bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ottima e abbondante colazione servita sulla terrazza. Camera pulita e bagno dotato anche di asciugacapelli. Zakaria, il ragazzo che gestisce il Riad, è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Posizione molto comoda per visitare Marrakech in poco tempo.
Cons: Il vicolo per arrivarci potrebbe risultare un po' isolato e poco affidabile nelle ore notturne, per quanto in realtà, non sia mai successo nulla

Zakarias es muy amable y nos ayudó con todo. El Riad está genial, muy céntrico. Los callejones por los que pasas para llegar a él pueden parecer inseguros pero no lo son. Las habitaciones y el baño son estupendos y el desayuno muy rico.

Cons: Wij sliepen in de kamer op het gelijkvloers. Het was koud buiten waardoor we de ramen en deur niet open konden laten staan en het dus vrij donker was in de kamer. Maar het was uitzonderlijk koud door de sneeuw dus op normale dagen lijkt me dit geen probleem

Staff extremely helpful especially with airport transfer & escorting us to the riad for the 1st time! We had no issues finding it again after this though. Breakfast was delicious & they also made is a takeaway breakfast one morning when we had an early trip booked. Room was spacious, cleaned daily & looked like the photos. The location is near the main square, Souks & many sites can be reached by foot in 15/20 mins. We were also greeted with mint tea & cake on arrival which was much appreciated

El Riad está muy bien, limpio y cómodo. El baño era amplio. El desayuno estaba rico y completo. Personal muy amable, cuando llegamos nos dieron un mapa y nos explicaron dónde estaban los puntos importantes y cómo llegar al hotel. El día de salida guardaron nuestras maletas.
Cons: Solo por mencionar, la habitación era oscura, porque no tiene ventanas al exterior, pero creo que es algo común en los Riad.

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti dalla piazza Jamaa El Fna e a comunque molto centrale rispetto a tutti i musei e alle attrazioni principali. Colazione tradizionale con torte e dolci fatti in casa, super abbondante e fresca ogni mattina. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Molto disponibili nel darti informazioni o ad organizzare eventuali transfer per ovunque si voglia andare.
Cons: Il Riad è situato all'interno della Medina e per arrivarci bisogna percorrere vicoli stretti e tortuosi. Se da una parte ha un suo fascino, dall'altra purtroppo non può essere raggiunto in macchina e bisogna sempre organizzarsi con i vari drivers per trovare un punto di incontro nelle vicinanze. Niente di difficile o complicato, anche perchè vale praticamente per tutti i Riad all'interno di quella zona o quasi.

Cons: Per raggiungere il Riad non è stato semplice la prima volta in quanto è ben nascosto tra i vicoli. Per chi come noi era in auto è stato complicato riuscire a trovare un posto dove lasciare l'auto nelle vicinanze.. La prima sera abbiamo cenato nel Riad e sia la cena che la colazione sono state servite sulla terrazza anche se la temperatura era alquanto bassa

Cons: Niets viel tegen. De boiler voor warm water in de douche is voor een verblijf in december misschien wat klein aangezien de avond en nacht echt wel fris waren. Ik begrijp goed dat dit in de zomer echt niet nodig is dus geen kritiek hierop

Un pequeña joya en medio de la devastación que produjo el terremoto de 2023. Brilla con luz propia por lo bien acondicionado del establecimiento, y sobre todo por las increíbles personas que trabajan allí. Se emplean a fondo para hacer una estancia agradable. A la hora de llegar el entorno es solitario, pero es cuestión de acostumbrarse. El desayuno es abundante y recién hecho, servido em la terraza de la azotea. A la hora de comer, el kafta, los tajine y el cous cous recién hecho al lado de la mesa, impresionantes. Para dormir, tranquilidad total desde las 10 de la noche, y al amanecer el canto a la oración de las mezquitas, oído suavemente, te arrulla y hace sentir a gustito. En resumen, una sensación muy grata de Marrakech, de lo que el Riad Prada es parte importante.

Nous étions 2 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 adolescent et nous avons passé un très bon séjour, plein de bons souvenirs. Le Riad est au cœur de la Médina, proche de la grande place. Good location, very close to trade streets and yet very quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us couple of times around the area and organised a day trips to the falls. The breakfast on the terrace with sunrise above the medina is a must.
Cons: The streets are bit scary and dark on first glance, but the hole medina back streets are like that. Room was a bit small, we were with child.

Dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto. Lo spazio interno è un incanto. Siamo state accolte da Mehdi, un ragazzo super gentile, attento e disponibile così come tutti gli altri membri dello staff. Camera spaziosa con letti comodi e dotata di aria condizionata. Il bagno è largo con anche un bel piano di appoggio e la pulizia della camera è sempre stata impeccabile. La colazione è tipica marocchina con prodotti molto buoni. La posizione è fantastica, a 5 minuti dalla piazza centrale, vicino alle varie attrazioni e ai souk...infatti è facile orientarsi e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. È possibile anche organizzare il trasferimento in taxi con loro, molto ultile se si arriva in tarda serata come è successo a noi perché vi vengono a prendere nello spiazzale dove si ferma il trasfer e si evita di perdersi nelle viuzze appena arrivati. Esperienza super positiva e consiglio questo riad al 100% perché è stato tutto perfetto. Complimenti a tutti!

Era un ambiente pulito e aveva una bella posizione anche se le strade per accedervi erano ridotte male ma comunque tutta la Medina è molto primitiva
Cons: Che non c’era una tv e comunque è da capire per una serie di motivi tra cui la lingua, poi c’era scritto che c’era la piscina ma invece era una vasca solo per bellezza , la cosa peggiore è stato il momento del pagamento nel check out dove non c’era un pos per fare il pagamento, o meglio c’era ma non funzionante , sono dovuto alle 5 del mattino uscire e andare a prelevare soldi in piena notte per pagare il saldo del soggiorno., cose assurde. Capisco che alla Medina di Marrakech siamo ancora al terzo mondo ma se hai una struttura ricettiva come un hotel o BeB o una Riyād devi avere tutte le comodità possibili.

Me alojé en este riad y en general fue una experiencia muy buena. El lugar es realmente hermoso, la habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. Además, el personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta o necesidad.
Cons: Lo único a tener en cuenta es que llegar puede resultar un poco complicado: el nombre en la puerta es difícil de ver y la zona alrededor se siente algo desolada, especialmente de noche, por lo que no transmite mucha seguridad.

La ubicación del Riad es excelente, una bocacalle del zoco a 300m de la pala principal de Marruecos. Zacarias fue un anfitrión perfecto, amable, educado, sevicial y cualquier duda que tenias te la resolvía con muchísimo gusto. La habitación era amplia y muy limpia, y el desayuno estaba buenísimo, no se podía pedir mas. Cogimos con ellos tanto el traslado al aeropuerto como una excursión y fue todo de 10. We had an exceptional stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from the riad, you’re in the heart of the suks, though you’d never know it since the area is so peaceful. Watching the sunset from the terrace is a must. You can hear the hum and music from the central square, watch the sunset and see the Atlas Mountains from a distance. Great breakfast as well! And probably the best part of the stay was how hospitable and welcoming Zakaria and the rest of the staff were. A lovely visit. Highly recommend.

Fijn personeel dat vooraf en tijdens verblijf bereikbaar was en helder communiceerde. We hadden gravelbikes bij ons en geregeld dat de fietskoffers een week voor ons verblijf werden opgepikt van luchthaven en opgeslagen in de Riad. Dat ging uitstekend. Ook de fietsen uit elkaar halen en in koffer stoppen mocht op de binnenplaats van de Riad. Heel fijn!

De riad ligt eigenlijk enorm centraal. Overal in de medina waar je heen wilt ligt op Max 10/15 oploop afstand. De kamer is elke dag schoon en fris. Elke ochtend staat er een geweldig ontbijt. Waar je meer dan genoeg aan hebt. Wij hebben 2 keer een avond in de riad gegeten. Dit was echt super super goed en dat voor zeker niet veel geld. Het personeel (wij hebben alleen de naam Zacharias onthouden omdat we hem het vaakst zagen) is meer dan vriendelijken en doen eigenlijk alles wat je vraagt. (Er zijn er 3) Het begon al met de taxi bij het vliegveld. Daar stond iemand ons op te wachten. Wij hebben alle excursies via hun geboekt. Daar hebben we zeker geen spijt van. Dit was goed geregeld. Ze lopen met je mee vanaf de riad naar het plein waar de taxi staat te wachten en als het moet halen ze je daar ook weer op. Kortom een super verblijf met ontzettend fijn personeel.
Cons: Echt tegen niks. Het enige is dat je je drinken niet koud kunt houden wat je koopt. In de riad zelf is niks te koop. En de bedden zijn vrij hard. Al wen je er na een aantal dagen wel aan.

We greatly appreciated the friendly staff who were available whenever we needed assistance or advice. The breakfasts were absolutely delightful! Fresh and delicious meals energized us for the day ahead and offered us the chance to taste local specialties. Riad Prada is located in one of the many narrow alleys of the Medina, where it’s easy to get lost, but that only adds to the charm of the place. The atmosphere is unique and unforgettable, allowing us to experience the authentic environment of Marrakech. Jamal El Fnaa is really just a few minutes from the accommodation, and you can get there through the bustling markets, where you can still find something to eat even relatively late at night. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Riad PRada to anyone looking for comfortable, friendly, and atmospheric accommodation in Marrakech. We will certainly be happy to return!

Prada Riad is the cleanest and most hospitable Riad I've experienced in Morocco. The rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is great, and the hospitality is tremendous. The location is perfect, just a 4-minute walk to Jemaa el Fna. What really made the experience special was the staff. Abdullah went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Mohammed was equally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Prada Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Great location in the Medina. We went with a classical taxi which dropped us to the closest point he could go with the car. I recommend to load the map of the Medina in Google maps before you go with the taxi. We were welcomed with glass of tea. The decoration is very cute and the rooms are very clean. The personal was helpful.
Cons: It is a rather small Riyadh so if a bigger group is there, it might get loud during checkout, check-in and breakfast so not ideal for quietness.

A nice typical riad in the heart of the medina. First time you go it's best to be met in the square or escorted to the riad by your taxi driver. Also decent WiFi as well
Cons: There are no TVs so bring your laptop or iPad or view via your phone. Also no soundproofing so you will hear other guests socialising on the terrace or communal area. But once lights are out it's quiet.

Loved my stay here. From the minute I arrived I was warmly welcomed by Christine. Provided with mint tea on arrival, suggestions of what to see and even able to access my room slightly earlier than anticipated. I have stayed in lots of hotels on my Morocco travels, but this Riad was by far the most thoughtful- down to having a bottle of water waiting in the room, hairdryer, liquid hand soap (haven’t had this anywhere else in Morocco!). Beautiful rooftop terrace where you can watch sunrise/sunset, but most of all the lovely staff Christine, Mohammed and Zakaria made this stay and my final night in Morocco memorable . Highly recommend.

We had an expectational stay at Riad Prada. The location is very central and one of the easier Riads to locate. The breakfast was traditional and set us up for the day. The room was spotless and super comfy. We booked a transfer from the train station. Our driver was waiting for us. Jumped in a nice air conditioned car and took us to meet the staff from the riad. I cannot fault our stay.

He picked me up from a meeting point and also helped to carry luggage. Rooms daily cleaned by staff member and served delicious breakfast and even asked them to make omelettes 😃. Location normally you get confused with in and out of riad to medina souk but this was very easy and not a chance to get lost, very close to market like 5-10 mins from square. Very quiet and peaceful.

Even before the holiday started there were great communications from the Riad answering all my questions and were very helpful with organising the transfer to and from the airport, meeting me at the city drop off area and escorting me. the whole team were very welcoming and willing to help in any way they could. the Riad is perfectly situated in the middle of all the sights, a 7 minute walk from the main square but also far enough that is very peaceful and quiet. The room was basic (no fridge/Tv) but you're not there to spend all day in the room right? but very comfortable and cleaned daily, with a decent shower and AC, i was on the top floor and had no issues with WiFi!! highly recommend having an evening meal at the Riad
Cons: everything was great, although there is a fridge in the Riad that is available for guests to use maybe having a small fridge in the room would be very helpful to keep drinks cool.

I spend 6 nights with my friends in this beautiful traditional Riad. The staff were so kind and welcoming, offering us tea and making us feel comfortable. They arranged the taxi from the airport and also picked us up from the taxi to show the way to the Riad. After being shown the way once, it was pretty easy to find it and we never had any issues with safety even late at night, even though we were three girls. The facilities were very clean, the room was regularly cleaned and towels changed. We enjoyed our time having breakfast near the pool as well as reading and having tea in the terrace. We will for sure recommend this Riad to all our friends who will want to visit Marrakech in the future.

Location was excellent. Staff were nice.
Cons: Pool area could have been more inviting, most other riads we have stayed in are full of plants and foliage. Variety of breakfast would be nice.

The location of the Riad is excellent, close to the center. Our host was very helpful. Upon arrival, he came to the place where the taxi driver dropped us off and assisted us in reaching the Riad. When we left the Riad at 3 in the morning, he accompanied us to the taxi driver, whom he had arranged. This helped us a lot.
Cons: The room for 3 is quite small.

Close to the center, with a small poll, good for relaxing. It has a really cool terrace on top with views to the city. The employees were amiable and very helpful. The breakfast was marrocon style and with good amount of food. it was very clean and it had air condition.
Cons: Besides its closeness to the city center, you have to pass to narrow streets, which is not that nice at night. Not soundproof isolation. One night, a party was happening in another hotel that didn't allow us to sleep. The beds were a little bit hard.

The Riad is situated in the Medina, and only reachable by foot. To explore Marrakech it is perfect! You are in the middle of the town. Everything is reachable by foot. The breakfast was great! Everyday something different, tasty, an more than sufficent. Our room was big and with a lot of storage places. A small fridge is desireable, but we were allowed to store a water bottle in the fridge of the kitchen.

The riad is very beautiful and comfortable. We had a large room, a nice terrace on the rooftop, a lounge room on the first floor and a cozy breakfast area on the ground floor with a small swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. We will surely return next time we are in Marrakesh

The breakfast was freshly made. The room was very spacious. However, there were a few other riads nearby. It could be noisy. The soundproof was not very good. The location was great, very close to the big square.
Cons: The area seemed a bit rough. An old lady spat at us when she passed by with no reasons. The children played in the small lanes tried to kiss and touch my daughter (2.5 years old) a couple of times. Luckily, we were on alert and stopped them assertively. The pool was not that clean. It may not be used by any of the guests other than us.

The location was in the tourist center but a bit hard to find. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help.
Cons: The bed was too firm on my mind. The breakfast area should be heated in the winter time.

It is an amazing place to book for an amazing MARRÁKES experience! Great hosts who take care of you like you were their family, great and fresh breakfast with flexible schedule, perfect location, close to the souks and main tourist attractions yet very quiet, with a huge private rooftop terrace overlooking the amazing view of the city. Can't complain, would return!
Cons: Our room wasn't very clean arriving but then it was cleaned every day.

Excellent service and assistance at all times. All staff is super friendly and willing to assist you in anything you may need and provide wise advise in any matter. We trully want to thank them all. Excellent location right next to Jemaa El-Fna (5 min walk). We stayed in a room located in the first floor. The room was amazing, with a quality bed for a good sleep, equiped with air conditioned. Bathroom has everything you may need. There is a roof-top with incredible views to the city. Wonderful breakfast too! We highly recommend you to stay at this place if you are looking for a best quality offering, great location and safe stay. You will really feel like being at home.
