Riad in ottima posizione a pochi passi da Place de Ferblantiers, porta della medina. Camere impeccabili e ottima colazione. Eccezionale l'assistenza durante il soggiorno, dal prelievo all'aeroporto, all'organizzazione dei tour (della città e a Essaouira) e per ogni esigenza. Facile la comunicazione fin da pochi istanti dopo la prenotazione. Gentilezza, professionalità, ospitalità, non avremmo potuto chiedere di più ad Alice, Mohamed, Youssouf e a tutto lo staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warmth Alice welcomed us when we checked in. It felt more like home away from home. The staff at Riad were super helpful and friendly- always asking if we needed anything and serving the best Moroccan mint tea in Marrakech. We were served fresh breakfast just how we wanted so couldn’t recommend it enough. Special thanks to Mohammad for all his help, tips and looking after us to make sure we had an amazing time.

Nice riad in a good location. The staff was great. Very welcoming and going out of their way to help. Most of the time we were interacting with Yunis, he's great! The breakfast was really nice too.
Cons: It's a riad in Marrakech, meaning there's some noise. This is a good one, don't get me wrong. The noise was mainly from other guests, except for the morning prayer.

Myself and my partner had a fantastic stay at Riad Alice. The staff - Younes, Mouha and Alice - are so friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. We really felt like we had a home away from home, and enjoyed spending time on the terrace, having the wonderful breakfasts each morning, and getting top Marrakesh tips and advice. Treat yourself to a massage in the spa and/or sample the tagine and cous cous available - both were sublime. The Riad is in a great location near to the Badi Palace, so good restaurants, the souks and Jemaa El-Fnaa Square are all walkable.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Younis, who greeted us with traditional Moroccan tea and made us feel at home. His kindness and hospitality truly set the tone for the rest of our trip. The Riad itself is stunning, a perfect blend of Moroccan authenticity and modern comfort. We were very happy with the rooms as they were beautifully decorated and clean. The rooftop terrace was one of our favorite spots, perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. What made this stay even more special was the staff’s genuine care and attention. They were always available to help, whether it was arranging excursions, recommending local restaurants, or simply checking that we had everything we needed. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, which made the experience feel like staying with friends rather than in a hotel. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to spend our holiday. We absolutely loved our stay at the riad! Every time we returned, we were warmly welcomed with tea and friendly conversation, which made us feel right at home. The terrace is incredible — the perfect place to relax after a long day while enjoying the delicious tajine they prepare for you. The private hammam was also an unforgettable experience. The riad alice is like an oasis in the centre of the caotic market. Is is very pretty, calm and your always recieved with some morrocon tea and a big smile. The rooms were super comfortable and the tajin they serve there is amazing! When going there you should definitely try the privat hammam and combine it with a long massage!! We loved just sitting in the lobby talking to moha, the manager and out new friend, and drink tea😊

Riad Alice Terrace & Spa is a gorgeous riad located near the old Jewish Quarter (Mellah) and within easy walking distance to all sights in the Medina. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the bathrooms are modern and the whole property is very clean and pleasant. In the morning you are greeted with fresh breakfast consisting of tea & coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs, bread, and a delicious selection of local treats like cheese, honey, olives, and butter. You can opt to enjoy that at their lovely terrace where you have to chance to soak in the warmth of Marrakesh’s weather while enjoying a fantastic view over the rooftops. A highlight of the property is definitely the staff who always great you with a smile and are eager to accommodate any requests whether that’s a booking a transfer, planning trips or arranging an early breakfast to suit your travel needs. In conclusion, a highly recommended stay for trip to Marrakesh.

Riad muy bonito y cuidado, desayuno estupendo y atención de 10 en todo lo que necesites. Destacar la atención recibida por Moha, que siempre con una sonrisa te escucha y atiende sin demora a lo que necesites. Enhorabuena Alice por el personal que atiende tu Riad, es de primera. We absolutely loved our stay! Alice, Mouah, and the boys were incredibly warm and welcoming — it truly felt like staying with family. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to help. The riad itself is charming and cozy, in a very convenient and safe location, close to everything we needed especially being two female travellers. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious every morning and fresh! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

It is lovely riad! Peaceful, clean, comfortable, with a wonderful kind and helpful staff! The location made it very easy to walk to many main attractions, and Alice was also very helpful with suggestions of places we might enjoy and how to get around. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and a peaceful way to start the mornings! The staff even went out of their way to leave us breakfast to go for the morning we had to leave super early in the morning! Also…the beds are amazingly comfortable! I would highly recommend a stay here!

The room was cute and wonderfully situated on the top floor, walking out onto the rooftop terrace. 4 poster bed, walk in shower, huge wardrobe, AC. Was very impressed.

Not only were the riad, terrace and general facilities great, the shining star of this riad was the wonderful staff working there. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we were extremely grateful for their helpfulness in organising spa treatments, taxi journeys, and most importantly the constant mint tea deliveries. Would highly recommend this accommodation for an authentic Marrakech experience.

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes from the old town. The room was simple but clean, and there was a lovely terrace on the top floor where breakfast was served. The host and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always quick to respond to any issues or questions. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Marrakech.

It was my birthday when we visited and Moha ensured that I had a really good birthday surprise (coordinating with my friends). His hospitality and the rest of the staff really made sure that we had a good time in Morocco. Always made sure his amazing Moroccon mint tea in the mornings when we left and evenings when we got back. I cannot wait to experience this hospitality again! Great location. Beautiful Riad. The hospitality is absolutely outstanding. Mou-har and Hisham are Berber gentlemen❤️ both always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed for two nights, left for a four day trek and then returned for two more nights, it was like being welcomed home❤️. Breakfast is on the terrace, great omelettes. 100% recommended👍.

Amazing breakfast, even packed us to go when we were leaving to the airport. Great location - only 5 min walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, near kings palace so well guarded- which we appreciated as 2 female travelers. Definitely recommend staying here!!

The Riad is lovely, recently remodeled with modern conveniences, and has outstanding customer service. Alice, the owner, and her staff are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I celebrated my birthday while staying there and when I returned from dinner found my room filled with roses. The staff brought delicious drinks and cake to my room and sang happy birthday. What a delight!

I liked Everything. The Riad is well located really close to the Jamaa el fna place, the owner Alice is amazing as well as each and every one of the other people working there. They were so welcoming and kind, they always put us in a good mood, put a smile on our faces, they were really helpful every time we had a question and they did everything they could to make us have an amazing stay and it worked. I would 100% go back to this Riad next time I am in Marrakech.

This is one of the best Riads I've stayed in. It has amazing interior design, very friendly service and pretty comfortable bed. The room is spacious too. The bathrooms are top quality. I found that the staff is pretty trustworthy and they speak many languages fluently including Turkish. We had some very interesting and engaging conversations with them. Shoutout to Hisham and Mohammed who made our stay super convenient. Jama al Fna is just 15min walk from there which is amazing. I would stay there again.
Cons: As soon as you step out the door there are kids asking for money and shady people who try to bring you to markets that are "only open on that day". Be careful don't engage with anyone and assume they want your money rather than trying to help you with anything. Don't let anyone show you where the riad is, it's easy to find. We came by car and there is parking just opposite the supermarket nearby. Just negotiate a bit with the security guy who's around. I paid $5 for 4 days.

The riad is very nice, with a charmful interior. Although it is very close to the medina, it is very quiet and peaceful. We had a taxi arranged in the middle of the night, when leaving for the airport. Alice is a very friendly host.
Cons: We did not eat breakfast, but the hosts agreed to pack it to-go. Although they asked us, what kind of coffee we'd like to get, there was no coffee in the package, no butter either ;). But this is just a detail, overall, a really nice stay.

Breakfast was excellent, we were given additional Moroccan crepes which were excellent. Mouha was an excellent host, gave us Moroccan tea a number of times on the house, he is extremely friendly and speaks, English, Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, Berber and Darija.
Cons: The approach to the property was a bit difficult and the outside look was not that great, which gave the impression that the place would be run down, but that was a complete opposite of what we felt as soon as we got inside the property. In my opinion the parking guy charged me a bit too much at 5 dollars a night, normally it should have been 3 dollars per might but I did not have much option so had to acquiesce to his demand.

Staff - especially Hicham and Moha, were excellent and went out of their way to help. They arranged a wonderful massage in the riyad, which was very convenient and easy.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit light. Doors close in the center, so acoustics are not great. But, they say they will replace with solid doors. Once they do this, the place will be great.

I think the biggest advantage of this riad is its location as it's located a few minutes walk from the medina. The place was very clean, nice and quiet. Staff was great, Mohammed was very friendly and helpful. Card payments are accepted. Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace and is pretty much the same as in every Moroccan guesthouse.
Cons: Our room was pretty small. There is free parking available on a square next to the entrance but I was advised not to park there but instead leave the car on the nearby paid parking lot due to safety reasons (possible vehicle damage). Breakfast was limited to a few items per person. I think that in such a fancy place a breakfast buffet should take place.

The staff were the best and the location was the best. Also the fresh breakfast was great. I had a great conversation with Alice, and she event helped me negotiate a reasonable cab fair to the train station. The location is close enough to walk to the Medina main sights but also reachable by car which is a big plus.
Cons: There are construction noises next to the Riad due to reconstruction post earthquake, but not much that one can do in this regard. There isn't anything to not like about the Riad as the staff makes everything okay within a matter of few minutes.

We were leaving in 7.00 a.m., while the breakfast was in 8.30 a.m. I asked the guy on reseption day before and he made breakfast for us in 07.00 a.m. that was really nice. Also he didn't ask any tip for that. On arrrivel we got a tea too.
Cons: Small things: sound isolation from street not perfect, becase it is no glass, you can hear cars passing. In the bathroom there are no curtains and the whole floor is wet after the shower.

This is a wonderful riad, centrally located. Beautiful painted doors and woodwork, a nice roof terrace and good food. I enjoyed the breakfast pancakes, fresh orange juice and coffee. I also had a good vegetarian tagine. Above all, the staff are kind and gracious. Thank you Mohammed and the rest of the team. The airport transfer also worked out well.

This Riad was very close to city centre. it was really clean and authentic. The receptionist working at night shift (Mohammed) was extremely kind and helpful.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like about the place was the air conditioning, Riad was cold (this is understandable by its nature) and our room wasn’t warm enough and the air condition wasn’t working properly I guess.

Cons: Location is a little bit outside quick access to the Medina. That said it was only a 5 min walk to get into the heart of the souks and many restaurant options. The other advantage though is that transportation can easily get to the location and take you almost up to the entrance.

We had the most wonderful experience and wish we stayed longer just to spend more time with Alice! The Riad is gorgeous on the inside and really feels like home. We came with a total of 12 people and stayed in different rooms at the riad and they were able to accommodate us wonderfully; we were welcomed with tea/ coffee, a great dinner on the outside terrace, a breakfast spread in the morning, and set up with a driver to the train station. Definitely stay here if you are considering!!

Me and my friends came to Riad Alice last week and we were not disappointed! One of the nicest places I have ever stayed and the customer service was second to none. Mohammed, Moham and Alice were incredible hosts, gave us advice on the local area and made us feel very welcome in Marrakech. I’d highly recommend Riad Alice to anyone. The location is perfect, still close to the life of the city but quiet too and the terrace was fantastic.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Fantastic all round!

Alice, Muha and Mohamed were incredible hosts. Always attencious towards the clients. Took care of trasnfer without any problems and made contact with rent a car to arrange the best place to deliver. Extremely well located inside the medina but no too close to the chaos.

Everything was just great, the manager and staff were absolutely helpful and attentive in each aspect. The location is also great as you can get everywhere walking. Thanks for everything, we will definitely go back.

it was extremely clean. the location was optimal to reach the center of the Medina and all other amenities. the staff was happy to accommodate any requests we had.

Breakfast was wonderful. Everything was very fresh and there was plenty of it. If you wanted more of anything you could always ask, although this was never necessary. We ordered an early breakfast on a few occasions as we were out on excursions and it always arrived spot on time. We also had dinner on the first night, it was very flavoursome and reasonably priced. The location was great, just outside the city walls so avoided the worst of the chaos that goes on inside the city walls but only a ten minute walk to the main square and that was with a 5 and 8 year old. Alice, the host, was very friendly and willing to do anything. All the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and accomodating.

The Riad is very lovely decorated and very cosy. The staff is incredibly nice. They make you feel like being part of a family and provides you with some very helpful tips for your stay in Marrakech upon arrival. Breakfast was great as well and always sumptuous.

The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful including not only Mohamed and Mohad but also Alice the owner; they gave us several good tips to make our visit better and safer. Although our room was quite small it was comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. The bed and the pillows were comfortable as well; I slept really well.

The riad is beautiful!! Rooms are very clean the bedsheets re so soft! Staff are so lovely, they have treated us very good. Food is also good and good price. Breakfast is very nice. They have helped us with anything we need it. Alice, the owner is a very amazing person, we have had some time for tea and chat with her which we loved. The location is good and they have transport service, so it is easy to arrive there. It is close to all the markets and touristic places. The terrace was our favourite place during the night, having some juice and enjoying the weather. I would definitely be back, and I recommend that place so much. Thanks Alice!!!!!!!

We loved the Riad irself but the biggest accolade has to go to Alice and her staff team. Alice herself is charming, friendly and so helpful and never passes by a guest without exchanging a few words or more with them. All of the staff like Alice are amazing, they are helpful, kind and nothing is too much trouble including serving an early breakfast on our departure day. Before leaving for Morocco we had to change our dates and Alice went out of her way to accomodate us. An example of this was arranging to have our lunch ready when we arrived mid afternoon after travelling from the coast. Immediately we arrived we were welcomed with warmth by smiling and caring staff. Our room and bathroom was spotlessly clean as was the whole riad and the roof terrace and lounge area are very enjoyable to relax in. The bed linen and towels were very good quality, the A/C was very efficient and quiet but having been two weeks in Morocco before our stay we rarely required it. You have the choice of dining on the roof terrace or in the lounge dining area on the ground floor. We dined there a couple of times and the food was very good and obviously cooked with love, knowledge and care. Breakfast was wholesome and had variety, snacks and drinks were available. The situation of the Riad is great tucked away in a tiny square and although within the city walls you can get a taxi just around the corner. If we were to return to Marrakesh we would stay at Riad Alice, we felt we were treated like family/guests in a loving home and not customers.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Rooms were lovely and very clean! Breakfast food was amazing, especially the crepes!! Location is not exactly in the center, but that means less noise which is good!
Cons: There was a small issue with a booking of a tour, but it was quickly taken care of!!! So it was actually no problem.

Mohamed made the Riad feel like home. His amazing smile and warm heart is exactly what i needed after a long day of travel. Great location, easy walking distance to jemaa el-fna but far enough away so it's quiet. The space is wonderful, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It was so good I stayed here on 2 seperate visits to Marrakech.

The staff were amazing, Said was awesome, he took great care of us. Location was good, not too close to the souk but close enough to walk there. Alice was a great host too, great communication.
Cons: Shower/Bathroom - didn’t like the wet bathroom, the shower and water pressure weren’t good. We didn’t like the fact that the whole bathroom was all wet after one of us had showered. The drain didn’t work well, the sink was too small. Beds were not comfortable :( , it would be better if the bed covers were made of cotton rather than polyester as they stuck to us because of the static electricity. Breakfast was nice but we felt it was the same every day , omelette would have been great if made with more than 1 egg? Perhaps some fresh fruit also would be nice.

My experience at Riad Alice was magical! My stay here was not only very wholesome but I never felt more at home. Everyone working here are so welcoming and from the moment I walked in there was a part of me that wished this was my forever home! No doubt I will be back to visit Marrakech and will 100% stay here again, thank you all for such an amazing stay you are absolutely wonderful thank you! :)

This Riad is one of the best accomodations I've ever been, if you are looking for stay in the city do not search further. After arrival I already got the first welcome tea. The bed was comfy, room has stylish interior which I liked very much. Make sure you go to the rooftop, I've spent all my breakfasts there, pretty lovely feeling. Most of the sights are so close. However next to the above, the best part of my stay was the staff. Alice, Moha and Sahit (I hope I spell it correctly) made my stay absolutely fantastic. I told them there, but here I would like thank you guys again for you to making my journey unforgettable :) They were serving my breakfast on the rooftop, there was no exact time until they serve the breakfast, if I wanted to have it later then it was still fine, you cannot skip it, same with the dinner, loved this attitude. Every time if I went through the common area, everyone had some nice words to me wide smile, ended up in a chit chat, on the fourth day we were talking like we knew each other for ages. For a lonely traveller like me this gives a huge plus, it's been a pleasure to meet with you guys :) I really looking forward to meet you again sometime, thanks for everything! (I was Adam).
Cons: Really cannot say anything for this, the only thing is actually goes for all the riads I guess, due to structure of these buildings, outer sounds can be heard inside sometimes, but not a big deal.

Location was good, we were on a car and parked it near the Riad We arrived around 10 PM and the staff was lovely to offer us tea, exactly what we needed after a long day Room was comfortable and big enough Riad was very beautiful It was lovely speaking to Alice (owner) next morning while checking out. Thank you!
Cons: Bathroom was small; sink was tiny, nowhere to put toothbrush, toothpaste Toilet and shower combined, so after shower it gets wet everywhere Bed sheets were synthetic, I like cotton, but it's very personal preference
