Redouane il manager del Riad è simpaticissimo, e disponibile ad aiutarti e consigliarti. Il Riad è accogliente, e trasmette l'anima marocchina. La colazione nella terrazza con pietanze tipiche marocchine ti mette energia e carica per conoscere Marrakech.
Cons: Non ci sono cose che non mi sono piaciute. Una sera la doccia non era caldissima, ma amen non sono questi i problemi.

Toplage mitten in der Medina, direkt am Königspalast und nur etwa 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Vom bunten Trubel der Stadt bekommt man im Riad nichts mit, es ist angenehm ruhig. Das Riad ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Zudem sind die Gastgeber ausgesprochen freundlich.
Cons: Aufgrund unseres frühen Check-outs haben wir ein Frühstück to go bekommen, was natürlich sehr nett war. Allerdings bestand es lediglich aus trockenem Brot, Pfannkuchen und Bananen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns noch etwas Butter dazugegeben. Im Vergleich zu anderen Riads gibt es hier keinen Brunnen, Pool oder Spa, und auch die Dachterrasse ist eher klein. Preislich ähnliche Riads bieten teilweise etwas mehr Komfort. Insgesamt ist es aber dennoch eine schöne und nette Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist etwas schwierig zu finden, was in der Medina mit ihren engen Gassen jedoch ganz normal ist.

Location was great, Riad was quiet. Rooms clean and comfortable with dressing gowns, shower products etc.
Cons: There wasn't anywhere to get a soft drink or tea/coffee. After being out all day, we wanted to be able to get a drink but there wasn't a facility to do so. The staff kindly offered to go out and get some but we didn't want to put them out!

If I could give Riad Tizou more stars I would!! We very much enjoyed our time at Riad Tizou. The location is great, rooms exactly as described, fantastic traditional breakfast, but for us, the people and service is what made our stay so special. Everyone at the Riad is so friendly and welcoming + super helpful. Ridouan in particular made our stay so special. It was my birthday when we were in Marrakesh and he made sure it was celebrated! An amazing Riad and we will be back here when visiting Marrakesh in the future.

Very friendly, helpful, informative staff and extremely hospitable. Authentic riad and the location is also great and safe. The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was also great. In my opinion the pricing is reasonable, recommended riad.
Cons: Everything was great, if i really have to point out something I would say the room was quite small, but still this did not cause any inconvenience, overall nice and very clean room.

J’ai atterri au Riad Tizou un peu en catastrophe, après avoir quitté un autre riad dont la réalité ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos. Et quelle bonne surprise ! Accueil très sympathique et rassurant dès mon arrivée. J’ai même été surclassée la deuxième nuit sans rien demander, un geste vraiment apprécié. J’ai pris un repas sur place, c’était très bon. Le riad est très calme et bien situé, idéal pour se reposer et profiter de Marrakech sereinement. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Een mooie authentieke, maar smaakvol gemoderniseerde, riad om de hoek van de souks, maar net wat rustiger gelegen dan rondom Jemaa el-Fnaa. We kregen een kamer op de begane grond, deze was goed, en kregen later een grotere kamer aangeboden, deze was perfect! Traditioneel Marokkaans ontbijt op het dakterras onder het genot van een haardvuurtje. Verder erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel dat graag mee denkt en je bij naam kent. Zeker een aanrader voor een eerste keer Marrakech!
Cons: Kamer op de begane grond soms wat gehorig, maar eigenlijk geen last van gehad. Bovendien gratis een kamer upgrade gekregen, wat erg gewaardeerd werd!

The riad is in a great location; has nice communal areas; the staff are amazing; the breakfast is great; they provide fresh baked items each day; and the room is comfortable and clean.
Cons: The room (called Tahira) is on the ground floor off the main entrance courtyard. If you are a light sleeper it might be an issue as guests have to knock on the front door to be let into the Riad. (The front door cannot be opened from the outside.) Also the office for the person on duty is next to the room and sometimes they play music or videos quite loudly. The room does not have any windows besides a window in the bathroom that opens to the main entrance courtyard. You cannot have the window open unless you want to be seen in the bathroom by guests coming and going. Not being able to open the window when you’re in the room or leave the window open when you go out creates an issue with damp in the room. The room has a very strong musty odor which doesn’t go away. If you’re sensitive to noise or smell I would recommend asking for a room on a different floor. Besides the window and smell in this room, the Riad is amazing.

Cons: I paid for a deluxe double room advertised with a "patio". The patio was a shared indoor courtyard. Also from the early hours every morning men were shifting bags of cement on the street side of my room (room name "Tala") plus mopeds whizzed by at night, so sleep was difficult. This was a shame as the place itself is lovely.

C’est donc difficile de se détendre quand on a l’impression d’avoir des gens présents dans la chambre… Grosse odeur de moisi et renfermé. Il y avait du moisi sur le mur collé au lit ainsi que dans la douche. L’odeur piquer les narines, c’était très désagréable.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tizou! The riad and our room were absolutely beautiful. Before our arrival, they arranged a transfer from the airport and even came to meet us at the entrance of the Medina, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the vibrant spots and main attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The room and everything were very clean! Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options served on the rooftop terrace. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. Rachid and the entire team were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

Cons: Le Riad se situe au fond d’une ruelle il est très mal indiqué, même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, pas de mini bar , chambre plutôt exigu sans ouverture à part la porte d’entrée, salle de bain en tadelak très joli mais un vrai danger un fois les pieds mouillés ! On avait réservé il y a plus d’un mois en demandant le repas du soir mais rien n’avait été prévu ! Dommage !

Riad is located 3 minutes from Cafe Bacha and Le Jardin Secret and in general its location is most definitely its biggest asset. Very nice, freshly prepared breakfast served at the rooftop. Staff super friendly and helpful. If you finished your stay but still want to leave the luggage and spend the rest of the day sightseeing, no problem! Riad is nicely renovated.
Cons: Riad could be cleaner. At first sight it seems pretty clean, with fresh sheets, towels changed every day and overall pleasant smell. But there’s a lot of dust in the room, for example on top of the shelves, spiderwebs in the corners or dirty AC which clearly hasnt been cleaned for quite a while. Shower in the room on the ground floor is broken, water leaks on the floor creating a small lake which then makes the room very humid and damp even when cleaned by the staff.

We had a lovely two night stay here when we arrived in Marrakech. Our room was spotlessly clean and the decor is modern and cozy. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was delicious. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful and helped with anything we needed. The location was great, close to the markets, lovely restaurants and Le Jardin Secret.

For me, the riad felt like a visit to relatives. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming - especially the ladies who lovingly prepare the food and always keep the rooms clean. Special thanks go to Ridwan, who was always ready to help me and even accompanied me to the cab rank. As a woman traveling alone, I always felt safe and in good hands in the riad. Thanky you at all💚
Cons: A little tip: As cars are not allowed to drive beyond a certain zone, it takes about five minutes to walk to the riad. The narrow alleyways can be a little confusing at first, which is why I would like Riad Tizou to be more clearly marked. In general, it would also be nice if the paths in the alleyways were better designed and made safer. This applies not only to Riad Tizou but also to the other riads next door

Little gem of a Riad A cute little Riad in a lovely location. Clean and well presented with a beautiful roof terrace. We arrived and were presented with tea and biscuits which was a nice touch! Staff are very friendly and helpful, our dealings were mainly with Rashid and Rizwan. They even suggested a change in room as they were aware of the noise of the building works outside our bathroom area- we didn’t even complain so that was superb. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a selection of pancakes/crepes, omelette, cake and fresh fruit. Filled us up so much we didn’t need to have a lunch! Riad is within walking distance of Souks and most tourist areas. Would definetly recommend this Riad for a pleasant stay. I would also recommend taking up the offer of hotel transfers to and from airport as it would be difficult to locate on your own (they email you after booking). They come to greet you and escort you to and from hotel.

Un grand merci à la Riad Tizou pour l'accompagnement et la bienveillance, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et ceux grâce aux personnelles, merci à Iman pour les petits déjeuners et le repas un délice incroyable! Merci à Fatiha pour avoir des chambres toujours nikel avec des linges de bain qui sentent tellement bon, à Nordine et Abdelalif. Un message personnel aussi pour Redouan, venue avec mes parents qui sont âgés Redouan à su les accompagner avec une grande gentillesse et tous fair pour qu'ils soient à l'aise, il nous à montré différents endroits à visiter au sein de Marrakech et être un bon conseiller, un humanisme touchant et une qualité de confort dans la Riad incontestable car en plus bien placé, de plus pour l'aller et le retour Redouan à su nous mettre en place un taxi tôt dans la matinée pour aller à l'aéroport comme pour venir à la Riad. Le calme et la douceur de la Riad ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel nous fera a coup sûr revenir. Un grand merci, ce fut un plaisir !

Staff were very attentive & warm. The rooms were stunning, bed was very comfortable and felt very safe to have the windows open during the day while we were not in the room. Breakfast was AMAZING…fresh OJ and coffee, followed with fresh cake and Moroccan flatbread with jams and butter, omelette with side salad and then a fruit platter. Everything was extremely fresh and served with a smile. We wish we stayed for longer to have dinner also (if breakfast is anything to go by). The location was fantastic also.

It was in the best neighborhood of the Medina, next to all the best shops and restaurants. Big thank you to all the staff, It’s was the nicest people we ever met. Mourad made our journey incredible, he is awesome, and always with good advices and solution.
Cons: The room on the first floor are damp, that’s the only point. Nevertheless the cleaning team did everything to make this room perfect.

Pretty much everything. The best about the Riad was the staff. Every single one of them. Exceptionally helpful, friendly and made our stay unforgettable. On our 2nd day there, it was my birthday and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake during our breakfast.

A beautifully decorated riad hotel tucked down small alleyways away from the mayhem of the Medina. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace which had a lovely log fire going to keep us warm. The room was clean, comfortable with a great shower and we had a good night sleep staff for always on hand if you needed them but gave you privacy also I would definitely recommend for a small scale hotel with some privacy.

It was easy to get to, once you know which entrance to take into the Souk. The breakfast was more than adequate. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The Riad is noisy, as is the case with most Riads and unfortunately some guests were not mindful of this, talking loudly late at night. The location of the Riad is fine during the day, but it feels less so at night once the shops in the Souk around it have closed. Any negative comments are balanced out by the kindness and generosity of the staff, for example the night manager arranged an earlier breakfast for us and helped us with our luggage to the entrance of the Souk.

Perfect location, situated on the best part of the Medina (close to nice restaurants, souks, rooftop bars, …) and easily accessible without needing to walk too much to find a cab. The Riad is small, but peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a getaway from the busy streets! Everything clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend it for a night or two!
Cons: Nothing to complain except that the street leading up to the Riad might look sketchy, but it’s not. There’s enough light and it’s completely safe.

Each time we saw them all they were super friendly and helpful and attentive. The welcome we had at check in was very informative in terms of receiving tips and tricks of what to do and what not to do during our stay. Most impressively, we mentioned in passing that we were there for my birthday, and when we next returned they had bought me a whole cake!
Cons: The room and the riad itself were smaller than expected. It was unfortunate that there was no hammam on site and the nearest recommended one remained fully booked throughout our stay.

On arrival we were greeted by Kadija who brought us tea and biscuits, went through some details about the riad, then kindly organised a guide for a private tour of the medina which was well worth doing as Abdul was great. We needed to be up early for pick up at 8am the next morning so they started breakfast a bit earlier for us. The second morning we returned from a balloon flight at 10am and still they did the best breakfast ever and it was no trouble. Mums birthday was during the stay and they got a delicious birthday cake which was a wonderful surprise, then we realised why our guide asked what flavour cake we preferred the day before. One of the staff got up early to show us where a pick up point was and there was always someone available in the road should you need anything. The room was attended to each day and the whole place was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and room kept cool with the air-con unit so we had a great sleep each night. The roof terrace is a fabulous little haven to relax either on the sun beds, or in the shade with the mist sprays which keep you nice and cool. On our last day, they look after our bags after we vacated the room so we could visit the Majorelle gardens. Overall, it was personal, calm and relaxed and I can’t fault anything. If we return to Marrakesh we’d definitely book riad Tizou.

The riad is located in the old medina region near souks. Exceptional location. Its walkable distance to few landmarks and multiple restaurants. The staff are very welcoming. The quality of the food is good. The riad is true to the posted pictures. The aesthetics of the riad is very calming. The terrace offers a good relaxation area.
Cons: The air condition power was so low. The room gets really hot during the day making it uncomfortable. Our bathroom basin drainage doesn't work properly, it was very slow the first few days. But the last 2 days of the stay the drainage did not work at all. Ended up not using the basin - might be the case of only our bathroom. It was informed to the staff however there was no action took place. FYI: The shower cubicle only had head shower so can be bit restrictive.

All of the staff at Riad Tizou are amazing, they couldn't do enough for you! Such fantastic customer service. The rooftop is so calm and tranquil a great escape from the busy streets. The breakfast was delicious. We wish we could have given gratitudes on leaving but unfortunately we used up our cash and there were no working ATMs in the city all weekend.

All the staff were attentive and friendly. When we had questions about breakfast choices, this was quickly resolved. The whole raid was lovely and tastefully designed.
Cons: It was unfortunate that the riad was being decorated and areas replastered while we were there. This did affect our privacy and relaxation, mainly due to the fact our room was very small and dark and in need of decoration (room on ground floor, next to reception) I think we were just unlucky with our room as the others looked really lovely.

The breakfast each morning was fantastic. We felt very welcome, and we were given lots of advice and helpful recommendations. We were very happy with our room. The Riad was immaculate with modern fittings throughout. Decor was very well presented. Perfect location for exploring the Medina, the attractions and the souks. It was good to be able to come back to the Riad to take some time out when the streets were busy and too excitable.
Cons: This Riad does not have a central pool or water feature like many of the others, but there was a shower next to the rooftop lounge area. This is a minor detail given how perfect the rest of our stay was.

The Riad is designed beautifully, great colours and little touches in the design/decor of the Riad that makes it very attractive. The room sizes are a little small but the space is used really well to not make it feel small. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous with a log fire. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond to make your trip worthwhile.
Cons: It is a little noisey in the room on the ground floor as you can hear everything going on (knocking on the door, building works outside, motorcycles etc)

A huge thank you to the on the ground Riad staff - Saeed, Aziz (especially), Noordeen (night watch), and the housekeeping staff. Excellent service no matter what time of day or evening. The breakfast each morning was great, the Riad was always clean and tidy. The staff work really hard and make the stay worthwhile. Close to a good entry spot to the Medina too. I would definitely stay here again, this stay made up for the previous stay . The Riad is also very close to Bacha Coffee inside the Museum which means you can get into the queue easily, especially if you leave very early.

Wir hatte einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt im Riad Tizou. Das Team und der Service sind einfach unglaublich. Sie erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch und sind sehr hilfreich. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum und das Essen war besser, als in den meisten Restaurants. Einfach Bescheid geben und man bekommt ein sehr leckeres Essen. Auch die Sauberkeit war spitze. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, da man sofort in der Medina ist. Ich kann das Riad nur jedem empfehlen. Bei meinem nächsten Urlaub in Marrakesch, werde ich dort wieder ein Zimmer buchen. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Vielen Dank, dass ihr unseren Urlaub unvergessen gemacht habt.

I stayed in this riad for 3 nights and it was spectacular! From the modern Moroccan style decoration to the staff who were always ready to help us with any kind of request. We have stayed in the superior deluxe room and it was very spacey for 2 people. The location is super central and anywhere is walking distance.
Cons: The shower head and hot water gave us problems at times.

Beautiful riad that felt like a second home due to the good care of the staff and cook. Laila, the host, helped us pick out spots to view, best places to eat, how to plan our trips and gave us wonderful advice! The food was amazing, took our allergies into account and cosy at the fireplace on the roof terrace! Located in the center of Marrakech, next to the Souks and close to everything was extremely convenient.

the staff were nice and as our flight got cancelled and we missed out on a day they let us have a late check out and it looked pretty.
Cons: it was super cramped and it felt like we had a curfew at one point when we got asked what time we will be back as we are going out late. the AC isn’t very strong so we was always hot. the bathroom kept flooding everytime you would take a shower. you can’t just walk in as you please you do have to knock to enter. the breakfast was limited however traditional. where it is located down a alley way is not convenient. we felt kinda far from a lot of things and tucked away.

The riad is amazing! The room is spacious, toilet and room are super clean, there’s soap and shampoo available. But what I liked the most about our stay was the staff. The people that work there go the extra mile for making you feel welcome during your stay. Breakfast is prepared with fresh ingredients when you arrive and is different each day.

Great location, walking distance from any points of interest and just 20 mins from the airport. The riad is newly refurbished and incredibly clean. Rooms are quiet and spacious, nicely furnished and bright. Lovely reading room and roof top. Wi-Fi is fast and super reliable. Breakfast is just great. Every morning is freshly home-made, it varies everyday and it is delicious. Staff is friendly, prepared and always available. Highly recommended!

I Like the cleaness and the simpaty of the staff I love the exceptional breakfast I like the perfect location of the Riad, inside the medina I liked that an employee picked us up from the taxi and took us to the riad, because it is actually difficult to find one, considering the alleys of the medina
Cons: I didn't like that the windows didn't have a curtain that didn't let in the light, because as soon as it got light, a huge light entered the room that woke us up. The riad was right in the center of the medina and noises started to be heard early in the morning, as soon as they started to serve breakfast or someone left the rooms, the noise was audible.

The riad is beautifully and newly furnished in a great location. I have to mention the breakfast because it was absolutely delicious, along with the endless cups of tea and coffee upon request. I loved my stay here. Leia and Said were amazing, the chef was so incredible-- waking up to eggs and crepes and confiture by the fire was so hard to leave. Said Leia helped me with anything I needed, like, above and beyond helpful. Marrakech is lovely and busy and this place was very calm and zen-- coming back to some cookies and mint tea on a silver tray I'll remember for sure. You can walk everywhere in the Medina from here, but also reach a taxi to the outside, it's a perfect location. The soaps they have are nice, the building is very nice, the rooftop is great. Just make sure to chart out your exact path from the train or plane if you don't arrange a pickup, it's on a street with many riads and you will have teenagers trying to 'show you the way' for some $, just know your way and figure it out yourself, it's a good tip for Marrakech in general really.
