Chaque détail a été pensé pour que l’expérience des clients soit exceptionnelle. Un grand merci au personnel, qui a été accueillant, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Hind et Najib, dont la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le sourire ont rendu mon séjour encore plus mémorable. Vous avez vraiment contribué à créer des souvenirs inoubliables ! Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour de luxe et de détente dans la région de Tanger. Tout était impeccable, excepté parfois les aboiements nocturnes des chiens et les chants des coqs. L'environnement était convivial, propre, la literie aussi top. This is my second visit to this hotel and we stayed for 2 nights - The room we had was a panoramic twin room which was lovely- The bathroom was quirky and different and a lovely welcome gift was there for our arrival - All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The stunning pool is a highlight and really terrific! The breakfast buffet was vast and the crudo restaurant lovely in the evening

I had an amazing stay at Fairmont Tazi. It is literally a plaza. I relaxed at the spa, and soaked up the early December sun by the pool. But the highlight was a private cooking class with Karima. Karima and I bonded instantly over our shared love of cooking. She radiates pride in her craft and genuine joy in working at the Fairmont, and it shows in every moment of the experience. Together, we prepared Zaalouk and a fragrant Moroccan Chicken Tagine. The air filled with garlic, cumin, ginger, saffron — the kind of aromas that make you stop, close your eyes, and take a long breath in. As the dishes simmered away, other guests wandered over to the outdoor kitchen, drawn by the spices and curiosity about what was cooking. It felt communal, warm, and wonderfully Moroccan. This class with Karima was a standout moment on my final stop of a three-week journey around Morocco. I’m heading home to Australia now, eager to recreate this meal for my friends and family — and I know that each time I do, I’ll be transported straight back to this special corner of Morocco. Highly recommend. An unforgettable experience.

The hot stone massage I had at the Fairmont Hotel in Tangiers was one of the best massages I ever had. I have had massages all over the world, trust me, this was wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing, the staff so very kind and welcoming. I especially want to thank my therapist Amal and receptionist Chaimae for a very memorable experience.

I usually prefer to write positive reviews, because they capture moments worth remembering. The Fairmont in Tangier has a breathtaking location atop a hill, with a romantic view that’s truly special – but only if you book a Panorama room. Unfortunately, despite my high hopes for this stay, the hotel falls short of what one expects from a true luxury experience. Across all departments, there was a noticeable lack of seamless communication, smooth operations, attention to detail, and the ability to really “read” the guest. Everyone on staff was kind and polite, and that friendliness is appreciated – but it’s simply not enough. The cuisine was another disappointment. Morocco in general, is famous for its rich spices and flavors – yet the dishes here were surprisingly bland. A personal word of caution: I would think twice before relying on the in-room dining. That said, there’s a lot of potential here. The property’s location and setting are truly magical, and with some serious attention to training, operations, and culinary creativity, the Fairmont Tazi Palace could still become one of the city’s top high-end hotels. Tangier is on the rise in terms of luxury hospitality, and I sincerely hope the Fairmont evolves with it.

This is an incredibly beautiful property with very nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds incredible service, and great dining. The gardens and the pool are spectacular. I stayed in a room with a private garden, which I highly recommend it was just so lovely. Very big and private If I had only one suggestion, it would be that they had some kind of affordable shuttle that would take you to town because the property is about a 15 minute drive away from most of Central Tanger. They provide taxis a few ask but they charge almost 10 times the amount that it cost to get back to the hotel in a petit taxi.

The setting, high in the hills overlooking Tangier, is breathtaking, and the hotel itself is both elegant and serene, with every detail beautifully thought through. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with an effortless blend of Moroccan design and modern comfort. The atmosphere across the hotel is calm and restorative, creating that rare feeling of total escape. The food was a real highlight throughout our stay. Breakfast at Crudo was exceptional, with an incredible selection and the warmest service. Najim and Ghali made every morning feel special — thoughtful, attentive, and always with a smile. In the evening, Social Kitchen and Pairisa were outstanding, with perfectly cooked food and a wonderful atmosphere, full of flavour and charm. A special mention must go to Cookie on reception, who genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction felt sincere and personal. Fairmont Tazi Palace is one of those rare places that combines world-class service with a real sense of warmth and authenticity. It’s a true sanctuary in Tangier, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly

I had a very positive experience at this beautiful hotel. It is well-located and a stunning property. This was my first visit to Tangier, a city I thoroughly enjoyed in every respect. I was pleased that the hotel was in close proximity to many important sites. Our bedroom was lovely, with attractive furnishings, and a terrace that overlooked the city. Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant was very tasty and the food was extremely fresh. They staff was lovely and most hospitable. Thank you for making our stay so great

This was a fabulous hotel. It had been the old Sultan Tazi's palace and had been empty for many years before a wonderful renovation by the Fairmont. The property stood in its own very spacious grounds with views out to the Tangier coast in the distance. Everyone of the staff - and I mean everyone - we encountered was exceptionally friendly and exceedingly helpful. We had a Panoramic View Double Room with Balcony - the room was enormous and so was the balcony outside. Bathroom was huge as well. It was very quiet while wandering the beautiful long corridors of the hotel - and getting lost a few times in the different wings! The Lobby is on the 5th floor - it was beautifully decorated with stunning glass mosaics and high ceilings. The hotel had an incredible number of different styles of chairs - all beautifully created to be pieces of art as well as for seating. They had a resident super friendly cat called Mendoub which translates into the "Sultan's Representative". Mendoub had his own basket in a corner of the Rose Bar area but he was often just seen lounging around in various places waiting for guests to "pay homage" to him by patting and stroking him. Eating outside in the Crudo Mediterranean restaurant was excellent one night as was the meal in the downstairs Social Kitchen which provided a beautiful Moroccan setting for wonderful dining experience.

Great comfortable enormous hotel with a beautiful view of the city and a large swimming pool with comfortable loungers. The comfort level is 10/10!! The beds, the room and the private terrace were all very spacious - nicely decorated! After 2 weeks traveling through Morocco we found this to be our sanctuary for the last two nights in Tangier. The staff is great about hailing taxis for you! Onsite restaurants are great options, if your not feeling like you want to go out. Their Moroccan restaurant had live music and we sat outside on the patio under the moonlight with the city sparkling in the distance! Cookie at the front desk, as she is adoringly called ,was so helpful and made us feel welcomed and right at home as soon as we checked in! Great bar, and mixed drinks - which we found to be a nice treat as Morocco is limited on good cocktail / wine options in many spots! The entire staff was so eager, helpful, and friendly, they are so passionate about their country and sharing their enthusiasm with travelers! Highly recommend!!

Seul bémol odeur des remontées de canalisations de salle de bain dans la chambre, assez gênantes et chambre mal insonorisée au niveau de la porte qui laisse passer le jour du coup on entends absolument tous des couloirs. À part ça l’hôtel est top avec bel vue sur Tanger malgres qu’avec la circulation compter 30 à 40 minutes pour se rendre sur la corniche.

L'établissement est somptueux, la literie exceptionnelle, les chambres magnifiques. J'avais un balcon qui donnait sur un jardin qui exhalait des parfum de rêve, avec une vue en surplomb sur la ville. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels : le choix entre le sucré et le salé est sans fin et de même entre les spécialités locales ou la western food (mais je conseille le local : fait devant nous, excellent). Des restaurants de différentes nationalités sont déjà dans l'hôtel si on ne veut pas ressortir le soir et la nourriture y est délicieuse également. Bref : à faire !
Cons: Je ne suis pas fan de piscine, donc à prendre avec des pincettes : mais elle est relativement petite, peu profonde, faite pour des enfants plutôt que les adultes. Par contre les équipements alentours sont supers si on a envie de faire une sieste ou de manger au bord de l'eau.

We had chosen one of the higher-end suites, expecting a five-star experience, but it didn’t meet expectations. While the room was clean, it wasn’t particularly impressive or up to the standard we expected. There were no fresh fruits provided daily, the fridge wasn’t working, and basic amenities like cutlery or a stocked minibar were missing nothing that made it feel like a proper suite or justified the higher price. Customer service was friendly and helpful overall, but due to a language barrier, some of my concerns and requests weren’t properly understood or addressed.

From beginning to end the service we received was exceptional. My husband and I could not have chosen a better holiday to mark our wedding anniversary. The staff truly made us feel as though we were their only guests. A very special mention to Yousef, Foutou and Omir. They and their colleagues looked after us. We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is very luxurious and the rooms are fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We used the gym and spa area which were also really lovely. The hotel is around 15 mins drive from the Medina etc but the hotel can arrange a taxi to take you there for 15 euros. We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful property with fresh flowers everywhere. Our junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. The balcony had very comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfast had a nice selection of fruits, eggs, crepes and an array of desserts. It was well stocked and replenished as needed. Car service was billed to room and was very convenient. All the restaurants we went to were only 10-15 minutes away. Why not five stars….this had to do with the service. Limited to no service at the pool. Two nights reservations were not found at outside restaurants when concierge said they were made. Service at lunch was fair. This really could be a five star property if service improved.

Les lieux étaient propres, agréablement parfumés, et nous avions réservé une chambre avec jardin privatif. Le seul petit bémol : la présence d’insectes, ce qui est normal en pleine nature, mais un traitement régulier permettrait sans doute de mieux les maîtriser. J’aurais aimé que ce palace bénéficie d’une vue sur la mer, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner était à la hauteur, tout comme les équipements et la propreté de la chambre. Arrivée à l’hôtel vers 18h, on a dû attendre presque une heure pour avoir les clés de la chambre. Je peux comprendre l’attente si on arrive à l’heure pile du Check in mais là .. Le service en chambre n’est pas consistant, il manque parfois des peignoirs, parfois des tapis de bain, parfois ils ajoutent de l’eau, parfois pas.. certaines fois ils passent 2 fois dans la journée.. d’autres ils nous laissent des mots en disant que s’ils ne parviennent pas à entrer dans les 24h ils feront « une inspection discrète ». Le service à la piscine est catastrophique, attente de plus d’1h pour des simples boissons ou sel (et on n’était meme pas en haute saison donc vraiment pas beaucoup de monde) La réception n’a pas les infos concernant les restaurants de l’hôtel et nous dit de retourner dans les chambres pour scanner les QR code et avoir les infos. J’ai payé une double taxe de séjour alors que j’étais seule en chambre. 1 mois après mon séjour, le remboursement n’a pas été effectué car la carte de crédit ne correspond soi-disant pas au paiement. Alors que je n’ai qu’une seule carte de crédit à mon nom .. bref l’incompétence règne dans cet établissement !! C’est très dommage car la structure et le cadre sont magnifiques mais pour un prix de presque 250€ la nuit on s’attend à un service de qualité qui n’est malheureusement pas au rendez-vous.

We loved our room with the private garden, and hated to leave! We travel with our small dog and he loved going out and laying in the sun in the garden. I found it to be perfect place to relax, read, have a glass of wine or a coffee. The staff was exceptional. Fatima, at the front desk, Mr. Ali (?) in the Crudo Restaurant, as well as a lovely young woman who served us at dinner. So very efficient and kind, I wish I remembered her name. Everyone was so very helpful and courteous. The food that we had at Crudo was excellent too...couscous with chicken, fish, everything was delicious. Also enjoyed the wood fired pizza.
Cons: I wish there had been a list of spa services online. I tried to visit the spa but somehow could not find it. I would have loved to have had a massage and hammam, if available. However, my day at the pool made up for the fact that I could not have a spa treatment. The pool was beautiful and clean, and the lounge chairs were comfortable.

On the whole the hotel was wonderful.

Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Our family upgraded to 2x garden rooms and very much enjoyed the quiet outdoor space to relax. The breakfast buffet was generous, with both Moroccan and international offerings. The staff was generally very helpful and attentive, though I would say more staff are required in the pool area as it was difficult to find anyone to take food and drink orders. The hotel is located about a 15min taxi ride from the old town. As this was the last stop of a two-week trip, we were happy to chill out at the hotel for most of our stay, but if you are wanting to be amongst the vibe and activity of Tangier, you might want to choose to be closer to the action. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff provides excellent service. That being said, it was probably not what we were looking for. The vibe is a bit fancy/fussy, and the hotel is located way up on a hill far removed from the rest of Tangier. It’s not in a walkable location. This is not the fault of the Fairmont. We should have researched more and booked a more casual, nice hotel nearer to the water.

الفندق فاخر جدًا ومريح من حيث مساحة الغرف والموظفين والخدمات. بوفيه الإفطار لذيذ جدًا ومتنوع ويحتوي على أصناف مناسبة للنباتيين والذين يعانون من حساسية الغلوتين. الغرفة متكاملة من حيث الأدوات الضرورية، وتحتوي الغرفة على بلكونة مطلعة. الفندق يحتوي على 3 مطاعم وتم تجربة المطعم الفارسي لكن الاصناف كانت عادية حقيقة. كل الشكر لموظفة الاستقبال صفاء على تعانونها أثناء تسجيل الدخول للفندق.

Cons: L'etablissement en entier sentait la peinture fraiche et j'y suis allergique! Ma mére qui m'accompagnait pour ce voyage aussi. Nous avons été intoxiqué avec difficulté de respirer et nous avons demandé a changer de chambre. Notre requete a été entendue mais la 2eme chambre aussi sentait la peinture. Comment un etablissement pareil peut se permettre de louer des chambres en renovation. Je n'ai pu m'endormir qu' 5h du matin. Au réveil, une seule idée en tête partir. Pour le check out ils m'ont fait payer 50% de la chambre alors que j'ai demandé un remboursement complet! Un mauvais sommeil et une intoxication allergique à la peinture nous a gaché la nuit et la journée qui a suivi. J'ai join des photos de renovation de l'hotel. Premiere et derniere fois que nous allons à cet hotel. Un dédommagement de la moitié de la nuit c'est limite du manque de respect supplémentaire! Si vous portez atteinte à la respiration de vos clients il faut beaucoup plus q'un remboursement total!

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans cet établissement. L’architecture est très belle et l’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est absolument incroyable. Le centre-ville de Tanger est facilement accessible en taxi. Seul bémol, nous avons été déçus par le restaurant perse/marocain de l’hôtel : le rapport qualité/prix pourrait être amélioré selon nous. Mais globalement, nous recommandons vivement le Fairmont Tazi Palace de Tanger !

Just had dinner with my mum at Parisa - right after Iftar. Service with Nafie + Hamid was spectacular, very friendly and hospitable - as everyone is in Morocco. Meat platter for 2 comes sizzling with a side saffron rice and veggies - mouth watering when the platter hit the table. 10/10 - thank you. very much recommend

Excellent and relaxing massage. Argan oil was wonderful. Khaoula was an excellent therapist and Chaymod was extremely helpful at the desk. They both made me feel welcome and relaxed. I booked my appointment late in the day and they stayed to make sure I received the treatment and never made me feel rushed. A delight.

I had an exceptional stay at Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier, a hidden gem nestled in the green hills overlooking the city. The location offers tranquility away from the city’s hustle yet is easily accessible by taxi from the main train station—perfect for a relaxing retreat. The breakfast experience was a highlight, with a stunning restaurant view and an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, from continental favorites to Moroccan specialties. My room was spacious, luxurious, and elegantly designed, but the private terrace was the true standout. Watching the sunrise from there was breathtaking, with panoramic views of Tangier bathed in golden light. The hotel also arranged a private tour to Tetouan and Chefchaouen via a Mercedes Vito, making for a seamless and enjoyable trip. Our driver, Abdulhamid, was knowledgeable and fluent in Arabic, which helped navigate the local dialect. Overall, Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier exceeded my expectations. With seclusion, luxury, and top-tier service, it’s the perfect place to unwind in style. Highly recommended—I’ll be returning!

Le petit déjeuner est cher mais il mérite son prix car il est d'une grande qualité et encore meilleur si on peut la savourer sur la terrasse. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné.
Cons: Le SPA n'est pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement. Les salles de bain des chambres non plus. Il y a un gros problème d'éclairage dans les chambres (toutes les lumières restent allumées quand on allume les veilleuses, malgré l'intervention du personnel).

Chambre superbe avec vue sur la ville, le balcon est magnifique. La douche et le bain ont une super vue sur les environs. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable : frais, avec plein de spécialités marocaines et internationales, il y a avait tout ce dont on peut rêver et fait à la minute. Le personnel était aux petits soins et nous a toujours très bien conseillés (restaurants, bars, promenades, massage, endroits jolis...). Un état d'esprit que nous avons adoré!

Die Badewanne am Fenster - eigentlich eine traumhafte Idee -kann man aufgrund des am falschen Ende eingebauten Wasserhahns nur so nutzen, dass man auf die Wand schaut. Ein kleiner Konstruktionsfehler. Aber wir wollen nicht kleinlich sein ....

من افضل فنادق طنجة ، يقع أعلى الجبل المطل على الغابات كان سابقا قصرا . طريقة استقبال العاملين في الفندق رائعة وتجد الترحاب والاهتمام من كل العاملين في الفندق . الغرف جميلة ولديها بلكونة اطلالاتها جميلة .
Cons: توجد مشكلة بسيطة في بعض أماكن الفندق وهي رائحة المجاري ، وبالسؤال قالوا بأنها مشكلة موجودة في طنجة كلما كان هناك قويا فإن رائحة المجاري تزكم الانوف. بالمناسبة رائحة الغرف كانت جميلة ولم تصل إليها روائح المجاري .

The property is a very beautiful hotel with a scenic view of Tanger. The rooms are very well furnished and decorated . The breakfast variety is huge aswell as fresh healthy produce. The staff are very helpful . The hotel has a nice ambience .
Cons: Check in is a little slow although they do serve some nice welcome drinks whilst waiting . They maybe short staffed or I think the hotel is quite a large property hence asking for anything like towels or iron takes a while !

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent, warm, hospitable and always looking to exceed expectations. Majda and Iqbal in particular took special care of us and were present, elegant and always smiling. The concierge and front desk at the hotel were always happy to help and welcomed us with a smile
Cons: Our experience with the concierge was good but there a couple of occasions where information was missed, for example the fact that the Kasbah is mostly closed on Fridays for prayer would have been good to know, and one Monday evening we took a taxi arranged by the hotel to the Morocco club also booked by the hotel only to find out it is closed

L’emplacement sur la Montagne un peu à l’écart dans un environnement verdoyant et avec une vue magnifique sur les collines de Tanger mais à seulement une petite quinzaine de minutes de la médina. Une terrasse spectaculaire qui donne sur une magnifique piscine. Un immense jardin parfaitement entretenu. Une chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée dans un style authentique et moderne et qui donne sur un merveilleux petit jardin privé. Le petit déjeuner est très divers et délicieux. Nous y avons dîné. C’était très bon.

My daughter and I had a luscious three days at the Fairmont Tazi Palace. The staff were incredibly kind and gentile and the service was extraordinary. We particularly enjoyed the spa, the breakfast, and the pottery classes. But all of the little details like flowers and cookies in the room, the kind gestures, made the whole experience memorable. This was a great way to end a 10 day excursion in Morocco before heading home.

Our stay was very poor with Fairmont Tazi Palace in Tángier Morocco. A high end hotel of this caliber has so many issues to be corrected. As soon as we checked in and we entered in our room we heard a continue noise like a hammer none stop. We informed the belt man we he was delivering our luggage and he told us he will ask the maintenance to stop. The noise stop for a little bit, but then it started again which was very annoying and we could not sleep. We informed the reception about the noise and they told us they will ask the staff to stop. Our second night the hammering noise started again and we inform it for third time. This was a huge inconvenience for us. No one would like to experience these noises when you try to relax in your vacation. The second night also the power of our room went out. We were without power for a good 30 minutes until they fixed it. The internet beyond slow, our wi-fi was on and off. We did not had a steady wi-fi connection. The bathroom’s wall has a visible cracked showing a sign of a not well taken care property. I would not come back to this property and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Cons: I woke up with a horrible noise coming from outside to see that there is a construction site on the premises and when I called they told me they would stop it but they didn’t and it’s not normal I was very uncomfortable with my stay. My room had not even 1 bottle of water. The shampoo was empty and body cream! I have no words and honestly they should have looked up my name to see that my previous stay at that exact hotel was for 3 weeks and that I’m not a first time client and I was shocked! They didn’t do nothing about the noise and the construction site was just in front of my terrace! No words

The service at this hotel was second to none. The rooms have every possible amenity. The spa was wonderful, and for the first time ever, I felt no one was watching a clock. It was over when the masseuse felt it was time, and I loved that. Dinner in the farm to table restaurant was not good, but the breakfast buffet in the same place was amazing! The hotel managed our cabs and ever our tour of the city. I want to return again, just to enjoy this beautiful hotel.

The tranquility & attentiveness of all the staff. We had a room on the ground floor with its own garden which was beautiful. We only stayed for 1 night for some opulence in the middle of our 1 week stay in Tangier and it certainly delivered. We ate at Parisa restaurant which is within the secret innocence bar which served delicious cocktails. We didn’t get the chance to sample everything the hotel has to offer, the spa, pool or other restaurants on offer. Thank you Issan, Aya & Hamid as well as the reception staff for making it a short but wonderful experience.

Cons: Onze ervaring in dit hotel was ronduit teleurstellend, vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen. We arriveerden om 22:00 uur met twee jonge kinderen die uitgeput waren van de reis, maar tot onze verbazing moesten we anderhalf uur wachten voordat onze suite beschikbaar was. Hoe is het mogelijk dat een kamer zo laat op de avond nog schoongemaakt moest worden, terwijl ze van onze aankomsttijd wisten? Het wachten stopte daar niet. Nadat we eindelijk naar onze kamer konden, duurde het nog eens een uur voordat ons eten arriveerde, en vervolgens nog een uur voordat het babybedje werd gebracht. Onze kinderen waren uitgeput en het leek alsof er geen enkele urgentie was om ons te helpen. De communicatie van het personeel was ronduit slecht. De receptie leek totaal niet te weten hoe ze met problemen moesten omgaan. We kregen geen enkele informatie over simpele zaken zoals hoe laat het ontbijt zou zijn, en we moesten voor alles meerdere keren vragen voordat we een antwoord kregen. We hebben serieus overwogen om de volgende dag al te vertrekken. De manager verzekerde ons dat de situatie zou verbeteren, maar buiten het feit dat we eindelijk een ontbijt kregen, veranderde er verder niets. Wat ook opviel, was de absurde prijs die we moesten betalen voor het laten wassen van slechts vijf kledingstukken: €140! Dit soort onredelijke kosten maken het verblijf nog teleurstellender. Uiteindelijk besloten we toch te vertrekken en een ander hotel te boeken. Al met al een frustrerende ervaring die verre van stressvrij was, zeker als je met jonge kinderen reist. Dit hotel moet echt hun service en communicatie flink verbeteren, en de prijzen voor extra diensten herzien.

Grand bravo aux personnels au niveau du restaurant responsable du petit déjeuner ainsi celui à côté de la piscine, qui sont au petit soin grace au manager responsable qui ne lache aucun détail et bienveillant envers chaque personne franchissant leurs portes.
Cons: Spécialement l’accueil qui prend énormément de temps (2h ) voir même plus! pour nous installer, le service voiturier qui a perdu nos clefs de voiture et nous a donné une autre clé sous prétexte que c’est la bonne d’après le numéro de carte qui nous a été attribué, parfois on nous demandait de chercher notre voiture nous même au garage!!!! La cerise sur le gâteau on nous demande de payer des frais de taxi qu’on avait même pas commander et de payer les taxes alors que c’était déjà payé à l’enregistrement! Dommage car le cadre est joli, l’hôtel mérite un personnel plus professionnel et rigoureux au niveau de l’accueil et l’enregistrement digne du fairmont

Cons: Je souhaite exprimer ma déception quant à la qualité du service à la piscine/bar de votre établissement. Lors de ma récente visite, j’ai rencontré un problème simple (araignée dans notre iced coffee) qui aurait dû être résolu facilement, mais la gestion de celui-ci a été insuffisante. Le personnel de la piscine s'est montré très peu réactif et incapable de résoudre la situation de manière adéquate. De plus, j'ai été particulièrement déçue par la réaction du manager présent sur place. Son comportement, dépourvu de TOUTE notion de relation client, a grandement affecté mon expérience. Il a refusé de s'excuser et a persisté à demander où était le problème sans apporter de solution satisfaisante. Cette attitude ne reflète pas les standards de service que n’importe quel client attendra d'un établissement de votre renommée.

Je suis retournée plusieurs fois dans l’après midi pour ma plaindre de ne pas avoir reçu la chambre et le personnel n’a pas prit ma demande au sérieux. Ensuite j’ai demandé une réservation pour le spa et de même, ma demande n’a pas été considérée. L’hôtel en lui même est vraiment très bien mais le personnel laisse à désirer..
