We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and genuine kindness of the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, helpful, and caring, which made our experience even more special. A particularly lovely touch was the beautiful gesture prepared for us upon arrival to celebrate our special occasion. It was thoughtful, personal, and truly appreciated. It immediately made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it a pleasure to come back to after a day out. We were also very grateful for the staff’s kindness after checkout. They looked after our luggage for us, allowing us to enjoy our remaining time without having to worry about our bags. This level of service really stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional staff, their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, cleanliness, and thoughtful gestures. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again!

Het hotel was perfect! Geweldige ligging midden in de stad . Ik had een Parkeerplaats geboekt bij de kamer, de hotelreceptionist kwam ons ophalen in de garage en begeleide ons tot aan de receptie. We konden ook wat vroeger op de kamer dan voorzien en kregen een upgrade. Zalig was dat! Iedereen supervriendelijk van receptie tot bar, restaurant (ontbijt) tot housekeeping. . Een echte aanrader!

I booked this hotel through Jet 2 “double room city view with Juliette/French balcony” On arrival we were allocated a room with a French balcony on the fourth floor. just to let you know this floor is above the canopy in place on the Calle Marques de Larios pedestrian shopping street which is placed in the summer months to make it cooler so the street view will be partially obscured. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over it. The hotel rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely and on the whole we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed on the Essence floor and it was brilliant. Lovely balcony with a great electric cover for when the sun comes around. ALL the staff were very polite and helpful. We had an excellent stay at Vincci Hotel Los Darios in Málaga. The hotel is modern, spotless, and perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish, and the rooftop bar and restaurant offer phenomenal views—perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The staff was warm, professional, and always eager to help. One service we especially appreciated was the same-day wash-and-fold laundry, which was available for a reasonable fee and was incredibly convenient during our trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Málaga.

We stayed here for the first time from July 8th to the 15th. My husband has a disability therefore uses a disability scooter. We requested a bath as he cant stand in a shower. Our request was honoured and the room was lovely. The staff were attentive and courteous, and hotel was immaculate. Its in an amazing location right on The Larios; the main shopping street, and easy walking to all the shops and restaurants. The marina is a short walk and worth a visit. Overall a lovely holiday, we love Malaga, so will definitely return

Fabulous rooftop bar over looking the cathedral which is also the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was lovely and a good choice. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful surprise of a bottle of fizz in our room and a cake , which made our stay extra special. Really was a great holiday in the most beautiful hotel and the most amazing area , will definitely be back and would recommend.

The hotel staff was uncooperative and dismissive of a simple request to amend our reservation. Their service and attitude was not customer friendly. We checked out of the hotel early and the staff - including the manager - did not even bother to ask if we enjoyed our stay or anything about why we were leaving early. The hotel itself is no frills, with a basic and unimpressive lobby and no fitness facility. It is located on a busy mall with much noise and smoke just outside the entrance. It is not located convenient to enjoy the beaches of Malaga. This hotels primary redeeming quality is its breakfast which is well done and served on a pleasant top floor which is why I rated it poor instead of terrible. However overall it would be my recommendation to avoid this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location which is ideal for walking to shops, bars, restaurants, the port and beach. We arrived by train from the airport and Malaga Central Station is about a 10 minute flat walk along pleasant tree lined streets. Staff were very efficient and welcoming. Breakfast and the rooftop bar were great. The room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the main pedestrian street. It was well soundproofed, styled attractively and had everything we needed for our overnight stay.

Cons: Our only small criticism would be the cracked and poorly silicone repaired toilet seat which was rather unpleasant. As we were only there for one night, it barely seemed worth requesting a change for us but I did report it to reception staff on check out so hopefully the next guests will benefit from a replacement seat.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Vincci Larios Diez Hotel in Malaga and what can we say? Absolutely AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in through the front door, to the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Every member of staff that we met, regardless of their role, was happy, personable and professional and carried out their role with pride and courtesy. The roof top terrace was fantastic offering fabulous city views over the cathedral and the streets below. The quality of service and drinks was impeccable. Our room had a city view and the bed was huge and very comfortable - daily room reset was without fault and the approach to environmental issues was great - recycling of waste and towel usage etc, The hotel itself is without fault - immaculately clean and pristine - and offers a peaceful, serene location to explore the bustling streets of Malaga - to be able to walk out of the front door directly into the middle of Calle Larios is a bonus in itself. We made a promise to ourselves in 2024, when first visiting Malaga, that we would return and stay in Larios Diez and. this year, we did so - and we were NOT disappointed - it was the most perfect place to stay. And we will definitely be returning - AGAIN and AGAIN. Thank you for making our holiday even more perfect. Cx

The location is just perfect everything is within walking distance and the staff is very friendly, the room was clean and neat decor with everything you need, the toilet had an electronic warmer and washer, the room had a nice small balcony.

Cons: The shower and sink was clogged, the amenities kit in the toilet was missing some things like cotton ear buds, and the blanket was weird it wasn't one piece it was a mess.

This was a first class experience from this fabulous hotel. The reception staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, even when I emailed them before arrival. The room was spacious and light, and I had a lovely balcony to people watch. Super comfortable bed, fabulous rain shower, 2 basins, body wash and lotion provided in pump dispensers so this hotel cares about their carbon footprint. A coffee machine with pods provided which was very much appreciated. Highly highly recommended. In perfect, central location.

Loved the decor, the location and shape of the room. View over the Main Street was great, with window seats to watch the performances! Surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. Aircon was fab and we were very comfortable. The restaurant was small but provided delicious food and an option to sit out with a view of the cathedral, added charm to our romantic weekend. The staff over all were brilliant, enthusiastic and happy to help. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day.

Cons: We had one morning in the restaurant when it was very quiet and the staff were not as attentive as we had been used to on other days. The only thing that would have made this an absolute 10 out of 10 was if the hotel had a pool and sunbeds.

Larios Diez is located right in the old town, on the main shopping street close to all major attractions. Despite the location we found the hotel calm, serene and quiet with great room insulation from outside noise! Contemporary in design and well kept the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Bedding could be softer but otherwise really comfortable memory foam mattresses and a pillow menu. Robes, slippers and in coffee Nespresso maker made for a relaxing stay. Bright and spacious rooms. Big bright bathroom with natural light and a 'Asian' style toilet with bidet facilities which is unusual to see in Europe. Book breakfast ....its well worth it for the great view from the roof top and high quality of food on offer. Eggs are cooked to order on top of the good buffet. Great juices and Cava available. Again calm environment for a relaxing start to the day with option to eat inside or outside. It was my birthday during the stay and the hotel organised an unexpected surprise for me of cake, balloons and a bottle of wine. We have stayed in far more famous hotels and never received such a warm celebration so i was truely impressed. All staff members were exceptionally helpful

Прекрасный сервис, рестораном с террасой, где сервируют завтраки, с видом на кафедральный собор Малаги. Вечером там можно поужинать местными деликатесами. Наша комната тоже была с террасой и поэтому имела такой же бонус в виде вида. Очень удобная кровать и комфортный климат-контроль. Помимо буфета, предлагающего на нашем этаже огромный выбор закусок и напитков, в комнате нас отдельно ожидали комплименты от отеля. Внимание к гостям чувствовалось в каждой детали, клининг два раза в день. Особенную благодарность хотелось бы выразить ребятам на рецепции, с первой секунды готовых откликнуться на любой запрос, мы были просто окружены вниманием! Однозначная рекомендация! Тот редкий случай, когда придраться абсолютно не к чему:)

The Vincci Larios Hotel has an excellent central location on the Calle Marqués de Larios. It is a perfect boutique hotel with good staff, great rooftop restaurant and terrace and comfortable and quiet rooms. It is perfectly located for easy access to the Marina, restaurants, bars, shopping and as we found only about 12 minutes walk from Malaga central rail station with access to the excellent high speed train system. Very clean and comfortable with well functioning AC which will be much needed during summer. From the day of Check in this hotel is a must, the reception staff are superb and a big shout out to Manuel he is very welcoming, knowledgeable and can’t do enough for you he needs a pay rise for his professionalism. Absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Great location, short taxi ride from airport with the hotel positioned at the start of a pedestrian shopping street. Lovely walk to the marina close by and it is positioned very close to all of the museums and the cathedral. Our room was on the fifth floor with access to a snacks and refreshments all day- a nice touch. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the Clarins toiletries were superb. There was an electronic style loo - interesting!! And a super shower. Our room had a balcony and was generally very quiet . You could hear the street music in the distance and some breakfast time buzz above us in the morning but nothing imposing. Food breakfast - great selection and choice of eggs. Very slick system, sets you up for the day. We had a room service meal that was just scrumptious too - highly recommend. All in all a fantastic stay. Such genuinely friendly and helpful staff, a real credit to your establishment. Always a smile and a chat, made you feel welcome and cared for. Absolutely no negatives at all…… I didn’t want to come home. Finally, there was lovely cake and champagne/ balloons left in room for my husbands birthday- thank you! Gold star service from at a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff!

This hotel is ideally located, and is only a few steps away from the 2nd last stop on the airport express bus to the centre. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, and there is a good selection for breakfast, with eggs cooked to order. With a patisserie across the road for tempting afternoon treats, and surprisingly little noise from the pedestrianised main shopping street below, it is possible to have a relaxing holiday here with all the additional benefits of being in a city. A short walk brings you to the yacht marina with market stalls and restaurants, and beyond that, the beach. You get the best of both worlds here. For anyone sensitive to strong smells, even immediately after cleaning the room did not have any strong smells. The Clarins products in the bathroom were high quality, and the Japanese toilets also have normal flush buttons. The luxury of a heated toilet seat was a new experience !

I really wanted to love this hotel — and in many ways I did. The location right on Calle Larios is absolutely perfect, the building is stunning (a former department store turned modern 4* hotel), the design is stylish, the rooftop terrace is lovely, and the reception staff were friendly.

Cons: Unfortunately, housekeeping issues significantly affected our stay. During our stay we experienced the following: • A housekeeper entered our room without knocking despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed. My partner was completely naked at the time. She did not leave immediately, but remained in the room and watched for several moments before finally leaving. This felt like a serious breach of privacy. * The toilet clogged three separate times.• On one occasion we returned to our room and found the door left wide open after cleaning. The manager offered a small bottle of olive oil and a €15 discount as compensation. While we appreciate the gesture, it does not adequately reflect the seriousness of repeated privacy and service failures in a 4-star hotel. We understand that occasional issues can happen, but multiple incidents during one stay suggest a lack of proper procedures and quality control. We would consider returning for the excellent location, but only if these issues are clearly addressed. Would you recommend this hotel to others? Not at this stage.

We travelled as a group of two couples and stayed in two superior doubles on the third floor. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to all of Malaga's historic sites. The rooms were lovely, exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious with walk in showers and Japanese toilet facilities. The hotel is spotless and all staff we encountered on our visit were helpful and extremely pleasant. The rooftop terrace is lovely with views towards the cathedral. The breakfast is excellent with all tastes catered for in a buffet and a hot menu is also offered. Sitting with a sundowner in the terrace area is relaxing and enjoyable. I have stayed here twice and am planning a third visit later this year. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for six nights and what a very pleasurable experience from the Reception on the ground floor up to breakfast on the sixth and topfloor all the staff are credited to the Hotel. I would just like to mention Pablo and Manuel down in Reception all very helpful and the breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful, room was always spotless and well cleaned and the HOTEL is in a lovely location to walk anywhere central Malaga. Thank you for giving me a lovely stay at your wonderful HOTEL.

Our stay in this hotel was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and professional. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the wonderful sights. Cons: Don’t like their high vessel sinks -it’s,very hard to wash your face, especially if water spout protrudes far into the sink. The shampoo, liquid soap, lotion, etc., came in large containers where was extremely difficult to press down on the pump - could only extract very small amount.

Szálláshoz minden séta távolságra van. Piac, tengerpart, máemlékek.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly helpful staff. The hotel is positioned perfectly to walk to the majority of sites around Malaga. When in need of arranging transportation to a wedding that was a bit out of town, the staff went above and beyond to assist us! Had a lovely 5 night stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the city so great for shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and visiting the marina. The hotel rooms are clean and the decor is lovely. Comfy beds ensured a good nights sleep and no issue with noise from the main shopping street. Highly recommend.

We came to Malaga to see the Holy Week processions and specifically asked for a room with a view. WOW! We were able to book with a terrace on the Calle Larios side and the view did not disappoint. While some lower level rooms may have put you closer to the action, we were totally immersed from slightly higher and could see the entire procession coming down the street...for hours. Lifetime event. Javi and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. They made sure we had everything from directions, recommendations, to the best seats in the house 10/10 recommend.

Cons: Not much to complain about except maybe that the restaurant was directly above our room and we could hear tables and chairs being moved around from the time breakfast started. Overall we got over it. :)

Zimmerausblick war nicht so toll, Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse bzw. mit dem tollen Blick waren sehr schön. Auch das Restaurant dort oben ist sehr zu empfehlen. Lage mittendrin- man ist superschnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und im Gewimmel:-)

Cons: Wir konnten nicht direkt aufs Zimmer, aber schon unsere Koffer im Hotel lassen. Leider hatte man vergessen uns wegen der Semana Santa einen Passierschein vom Hotel zu geben, damit wir Abends bei unserer Rückkehr durch die Prozession und die damit verbundenen Absperrungen auf einem Weg wieder zum Hotel gelangt wären. Ein Hinweis zu Zeiten der sehr beeindruckenden Prozession wäre auch klasse gewesen. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass die jeden Abend sind und dann alle, bis auf Restaurants, Geschäfte eher schließen.

Room 507 came with a generous terrace, plus: 2 sun loungers; jacuzzi type outdoor bath; a bistro table and chairs. Inside we had a padded chair at the desk as well as a small armchair, and a large comfortable double bed. Well fitted-out bathroom, shower and separate bath with his-and-hers basins, plus lots of space for our toiletries. Our 5th floor gave us fair view of the skyline including the cathedral. 6th floor breakfast room, had even better views, as well as a massive choice of breakfast items - best I have seen.

Cons: The shower cubicle let water out onto the bathroom floor which had to be soaked-up with the shower mat. Maybe the fact that one cubicle wall was 20mm out of vertical had something to do with it? Not impressed with the Japanese inspired hi-tech WC seat in our bathroom. The room was marred by 2 steel columns that sometimes got in my way - I lost out in each encounter.

Wow ! This is a special place . Location , quality of the rooms and exceptional service . We were lucky enough to stay in a room with a wrap around balcony, outdoor hot tub and incredible views of the Cathedral . Erg goed hotel. Ligt middenin Malaga aan de voetgangerszone. Je loopt zo de stad in waar je allemaal winkeltjes en restaurants hebt. Ook de boulevard is vlakbij. Personeel aan de receptie en de schoonmaak zijn zeer vriendelijk. Kamer was heel schoon, bed erg goed. Goed koffie apparaat, cupjes werden dagelijks aangevuld. Het hotel heeft eigen ruime parkeerplaatsen in de nabij gelegen parkeergarage, 3 minuten lopen. Als we ooit weer naar Malaga zouden gaan, komen we graag hier weer terug.

Where do we begin? This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location is exceptionally good for exploring Malaga. The staff is extremely friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable in every possible way. It was my birthday, and the hotel reminded me of it several times with thoughtful gestures. The room on the 5th floor was exceptionally spacious and airy. The terrace was fantastic, with a unique view of the city. Situated along the busy shopping street (pedestrianized), you surprisingly hear no noise inside. The breakfast is very varied and of super fresh quality. The rooftop bar and restaurant are an added bonus. As you can tell: we will definitely be back here.

The reception staff on arrival and throughout the stay were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and service excellent, we had dinner there also and we really enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. Cleaning of rooms was good but I do think topping up of daily items like milk could be better however, would definitely go back and we recommend this hotel.

Oh, I loved the Vincci Larios Diez. It's well located where Larios opens onto the Alameda Principal, so it's close to hundreds of good restaurants and to the port, where all kinds of interesting things happen. The staff were more than wonderful--so friendly and kind. And the food in the restaurant was delicious (and it has a marvelous view). Our room was perfect--specious, well lit, comfortable. We'll be back, for sure.

Respecto al resto del personal del hotel no puedo tener ninguna queja, tanto el de recepción, que se desviven por atenderte, como el de los demás servicios. El desayuno muy variado y de estupenda calidad y los camareros muy atentos y dispuestos a satisfacer al cliente. La ubicación del hotel es excelente ya que está en la calle más céntrica y conocida de Málaga, a un paso del puerto y en el centro histórico, con los monumentos y museos a mano

Cons: No me pareció ni práctico ni cómodo que, cada vez que se ha de acceder al aparcamiento público en el que el hotel tiene reservadas algunas plazas para sus clientes y hacer uso del vehículo allí aparcado, tanto para salir como para entrar con el vehículo al citado aparcamiento, haya que solicitar en recepción ser acompañados por su personal. Este inconveniente podía solucionarse, como ocurre en otros hoteles que hemos visitado, facilitando una tarjeta al cliente para acceder al aparcamiento y pueda disponer de ella durante su estancia en el hotel.

Only had one breakfast and it was Okay, prefer much more to go outside and have breakfast in local facilities, there is a lot of choice within 100 meters of this hotel. Thus, the location is just PERFECT.

Cons: The hotel can be very noisy depending on the customers. It sounds like the walls are made of cardboard, not stone. I had few nights with a snoring neighbor in the room next to me. It was like this person was sleeping in my own room, terrible!

Vincci Larios Diez is the kind of hotel you hope for after the stress of a flight being overbooked and unexpectedly spending an extra night in a foreign country – literally a soft place to land! Every request was no trouble and promptly fulfilled; from a converter plug for my laptop, to a corkscrew for my wine bottle. Freshly squeezed orange juice was offered at arrival (there is no OJ in the world like freshly-squeezed Malaga orange juice!), the room was pristine and gorgeous with everything you could possibly want, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the view over the main shopping street, with the historical cathedral peeking out over top, was chef's kiss – with the noise instantly blocked out upon closing the windows, creating a quiet sanctuary. I had such a great experience at this hotel I kinda hoped my flight would be overbooked again the next day! Special thanks to the warm and friendly staff who made me feel instantly at home.
