We love the location and the fact that we can walk or get the metro or bus anywhere we want to go easily. The neighbourhood is vibrant. The cafe next door is great, very Spanish.
Cons: We would really like a coffee-maker/kettle in the room. Failing this, it would be fantastic if there was a coffee machine in the lobby for when we have to leave early morning. The cafe inside Letoh Letoh only opens at 8am and doesn't do decaf.

It was the perfect place to stay for my boyfriend and I’s first trip to Madrid and we would definitely stay here again every time. Although the rooms aren’t huge, we didn’t need any bigger and it had everything we needed. Nespresso machine, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, safe, comfy bed and fluffy towels. The shower was lovely, really hot and good shower pressure. I also really liked the mirror in the hotel - the lights around it meant that it was the perfect spot for me to do my hair/makeup. We had a balcony which was the perfect spot to sit with our coffee and pastry in the morning from the hotel coffee shop - which was lovely! It also got the sun for a while and was such a good sun trap. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - everything was within walking distance which was so good for sightseeing. It’s located just off of the Gran Via area with a 24 hour supermarket practically next door which was so handy. The staff were lovely also.

Amazing, stylish, cozy rooms. The whole hotel from reception to the hallways to the rooms is beautifully decorated throughout and was a pleasure to stay in. Perfect central location, a 5 min walk from the nearest metro. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Water from the shower did run under the shower door and into the toilet area a bit. Nothing an absorbent floor towel couldn't solve, but it was necessary to prevent a puddle outside the shower. The only other thing was that the room was quite warm, even on the lowest temperature setting and was cooler with the system turned off which solved it.

El hotel está completamente nuevo y decorado de manera minimalista y con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias, tienen todo lo necesario para una estancia. La calle tranquila, no se oía ningún ruido de noche, tampoco de las habitaciones contiguas.
Cons: Al llegar la persona de recepción que hizo el registro nos dijo que estaban asociados a un "proyecto de medioambiente y demás" y que "si el personal de limpieza, no tiene que entrar en vuestra habitación, os regalamos una bebida en el bar"... Esto me pareció muy cutre y muy poco serio.

Cons: Solo qualche piccolo appunto per migliorare quel poco che manca: La doccia aveva qualche problema di tenuta e di tanto in tanto l acqua scorreva sul pavimento o sotto la parete divisoria della stanza. L illuminazione dovrebbe essere più elevata, per mantenere lo stile soft sarebbe necessario un modulatore di luce così era un po' troppo buoi di sera. Tutto sistemabile che comunque non modifica il buon risultato del soggiorno.

Хотя в прошлый раз был намного лучше. Этот же номер маленький даже для одного человека. Ночью просыпалась от холода, в итоге я заболела. Персонал в этот раз был не очень профессиональный. Например, я спросила есть ли тапочки, тк в номере надо в чем-то ходить. Я ездила в январе, было холодно. В итоге мне ответили: тапочек нет, это не пятизвездочный отель. Во-первых, можно было ответить по-другому, да и в целом на будущее выдавать их: одноразовые тапочки стоят несколько евро. Не все приезжают летом! Не ходить же в номере в сапогах В общем, разочарование. Цена завышена очень сильно за то, что я получила в итоге

I stayed in a neatly designed single room, but at 10 sq m it was tight, even for just one person. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed, an excellent shower, and a small safe that can hold a laptop to a maximum size of 14 inches only. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Good value for its location, on the edge of the city centre and close to the Palacio Real.
Cons: It’s not possible to tell from the hotel’s room descriptions that the single rooms do not have a chair in the room. I would book double if staying again. No kettle in the room, but the coffee shop in reception is open until 8pm.

The location was amazing, stunning view from our room, staff was very nice and helpful, we had a little problem with our window which didn’t close and they fixed it immediately, rooms were also very nice and comfortable and cleaned every single day even though we didn’t ask for it. Also love the coffee inside of the hotel! And the smell of the place is very unique but very pleasant!
Cons: There is only one little thing which was the bed, it made noises every time you moved a little bit, so as a very light sleeper it was difficult to fall asleep. Same with the noises outside which isn’t the hotels fault, but nothing earplugs can’t help!

Muy céntrico, limpio, buena atención del personal de recepción, las habitaciones muy bien decoradas. Lo único que se podría mejorar es que la cama está extremadamente pegada por la parte de los pies ( literal) a la pared. Con el inconveniente para pasar desde el lado de dentro de la cama hasta las dependencias de la habitación.

Cons: la qualité des oreillers (j'ai mal dormi le premier soir). Néanmoins, le personnel l'a remplacé sous ma demande. Je n'ai pas apprécié le bruit la nuit des clients de l'hotel (couloirs) et de la rue. Je n'ai pas non plus apprécié le fait que la pancarte de secours sur la porte de la chambre soit fluorescente la nuit et l'absence d'isolation au bas de la porte (les lumieres perturbent le seommeil). Je n'ai pas non plus apprécié l'isolation thermique de la chambre 111 (le vent et le froid rentrent de la fenetre).

A localização, as instalações, o staff na sua maioria, em especial a moça da recepção (infelizmente não perguntamos o nome) que estava no turno intermédio, sempre muito atenciosa e disposta a ajudar-nos, desde as vezes com a porta, ao ferro de engomar, a mala, enfim…, e a senhora que estava a limpar os quartos no piso 1 na quarta-feira, também muito gentil e educada.
Cons: O constrangimento com a fechadura da porta do nosso quarto (111), tivemos várias vezes que solicitar ajuda para conseguir entrar e o comportamento inadequado de uma das senhoras da limpeza. Por volta das 15:30/15:40, ela estava a limpar as portas do elevador quando chegamos para apanhar as nossas malas para irmos embora. A senhora olhou muito mal para nós. Tivemos que usar o WC do -1 e, sem querer, invés de irmos para a receção para irmos embora, apertamos no 1 (que era o piso do nosso quarto), nisto, quando voltamos a carregar no R (piso da receção) fomos aí a parar no piso 6 e estava lá a senhora novamente que quando viu-nos dentro do elevador, comentou qualquer coisa e voltou a olhar mal para nós e deu-nos as costas. Muito desagradável o seu comportamento.

This hotel was in a really good location for everything we wanted to do in Madrid. It was within a ten minute walk of different meeting points for tours, was within 2 minutes from the nearest metro station, and there was a flamenco restaurant nearby as well. Compared to other hotels similarly located, this one had the best value while still being a nice hotel. Just know that the rooms are small. It worked perfectly for me because I like to have my own room while traveling anyway, but it would be cramped for even a couple to stay there.
Cons: I wish there was some kind of breakfast included with the hotel stay, but they do have a little coffee shop attached to the hotel and you can get a pastry and a coffee for 5 euro which ends up being a quick, not too expensive way to have breakfast before you head out. The bathroom was cleaned every day, but there was a strange smell that came from it that I assume came from the pipes that would show up in the late afternoon and evening everyday. If I flushed the toilet a few times in a row it would go away for a while. Not sure there was anything the hotel could have done about it anyway, but given the small size of the room, the smell would dominate quickly.

Cons: El mayor problema es que las habitaciones son minúsculas, incómodo para pasar más de una noche (falta sitio para todo, en especial para deshacer la maleta). Habitación de 12 m aproximadamente. ¡Y nosotros pasamos cinco noches! Otro de los problemas es que las habitaciones nunca están hechas cuando vuelves después de comer, si quieres descansar un rato. La explicación que nos dieron es que primero se hacen las de los clientes que dejan el hotel (supongo que hay demasiado movimiento de clientes con estancias muy cortas). El precio, 514 € por cinco noches, es excesivo para el tamaño de la habitación.

Very compact and in an easy access area to the central area. Perhaps a bit too much traffic but was pretty quiet for sleeping. I was also given an upgrade which was nice although I can't imagine what accommodation I originally had as the room I got was nice but nothing special either.

La struttura è a due passi dalla gran via, 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata metro Plaza de espana e 7 minuti a piedi dal palazzo reale. La limpieza es impecable Lo que más me sorprendió y cabe destacar: el personal con su amabilidad , profesionalidad, pendientes de que uno esté bien y cómodo . The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely attentive — they really make an effort to help with any request and make you feel welcome. The location is perfect, right in Gran Vía, which makes getting around Madrid incredibly easy. The rooms, especially the interior ones, are very well soundproofed and nicely heated, which makes them comfortable and quiet despite being in such a central area. The common areas are a big plus: the coffee space and coworking area are great, well designed, and very convenient if you need to work or just relax for a bit.
Cons: Unfortunately, there were a few important downsides during our stay. The bed has a major issue: it makes noise, and the pillows are extremely soft and uncomfortable. Because of this, I wasn’t able to rest properly. The biggest problem, however, is the bathroom design. There is no privacy at all — the glass wall offers no covered area, not even for the WC. People in the room can clearly see whoever is using the toilet, which is very uncomfortable. The shower can easily flood the entire room. This actually happened to us: water reached the bedroom, the bed got wet, and the floor was completely flooded. We reported this at reception during checkout, and they noted it as a possible maintenance issue. On a positive note, the cleaning service was excellent. The room was left spotless, and they even removed the wet pillows, which we really appreciated.

Cute boutique hotel with a very convenient location in the heart of Madrid. Metro station is just a short walk away, along with most popular sights to see. There's also a small coffee kiosk at the lobby that serves great coffee and small pastries, for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
Cons: Rooms had rather poor soundproofing and a very loud buzz from the AC unit. The toilet and shower were basically a glass cube with mildly frosted glass—so fair warning to those who prefer privacy while using the bathroom.

Cons: Se você viaja entre amigos, não sei se irá se sentir à vontade com o banheiro. São paredes feitas de vidro (não é um vidro liso, mas se enxerga a silhueta de quem está no banheiro), o que tira um pouco a privacidade. E existe um mercado 24 horas em frente ao hotel (esse ponto não é culpa do hotel), mas as pessoas compram suas bebidas no mercado, bebem e ficam na esquina gritando durante a madrugada. Então se você está em um quarto em andar baixo (foi meu caso), talvez se incomode com o barulho.

Hotel in posizione davvero strategica: centralissimo, a due passi dalla metro di Plaza de España, dalla Gran Vía con i suoi infiniti negozi, e da tanti locali etnici perfetti per la cena. Muoversi a piedi è semplicissimo e questo, soprattutto a Madrid, fa davvero la differenza. Il personale era giovane, sorridente, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, facendoti sentire subito a tuo agio. Inoltre, la camera era pulita e curata, con un letto molto confortevole per un ottimo riposo dopo una giornata intensa in città. Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista, tanto che tornerò assolutamente qui la prossima volta che sarò a Madrid.
Cons: L’unico aspetto che mi ha convinto meno è la divisoria trasparente tra il bagno e il resto della stanza: capisco che sia una scelta di design e una particolarità della struttura, ma personalmente trovo che riduca un po’ la privacy, anche quando si viaggia con un amico o un familiare. Nulla di grave, ma è giusto segnalarlo per chi, come me, dà importanza a questo dettaglio.
