Je n'ai pas apprécié le bruit la nuit des clients de l'hotel (couloirs) et de la rue. Je n'ai pas non plus apprécié le fait que la pancarte de secours sur la porte de la chambre soit fluorescente la nuit et l'absence d'isolation au bas de la porte (les lumieres perturbent le seommeil). Il ne faut vraiment pas être pudique !! D’autre part, il est indiqué qu’on peut prendre le petit déjeuner sur place mais il s’agit d’un comptoir avec café et viennoiseries à acheter pour emporter ou consommer sur une grande table commune plutôt réservée aux personnes qui travaillent sur leurs PC

A localização, as instalações, o staff na sua maioria, em especial a moça da recepção (infelizmente não perguntamos o nome) que estava no turno intermédio, sempre muito atenciosa e disposta a ajudar-nos, desde as vezes com a porta, ao ferro de engomar, a mala, enfim…, e a senhora que estava a limpar os quartos no piso 1 na quarta-feira, também muito gentil e educada.
Cons: O constrangimento com a fechadura da porta do nosso quarto (111), tivemos várias vezes que solicitar ajuda para conseguir entrar e o comportamento inadequado de uma das senhoras da limpeza. Por volta das 15:30/15:40, ela estava a limpar as portas do elevador quando chegamos para apanhar as nossas malas para irmos embora. A senhora olhou muito mal para nós. Tivemos que usar o WC do -1 e, sem querer, invés de irmos para a receção para irmos embora, apertamos no 1 (que era o piso do nosso quarto), nisto, quando voltamos a carregar no R (piso da receção) fomos aí a parar no piso 6 e estava lá a senhora novamente que quando viu-nos dentro do elevador, comentou qualquer coisa e voltou a olhar mal para nós e deu-nos as costas. Muito desagradável o seu comportamento.

This hotel was in a really good location for everything we wanted to do in Madrid. It was within a ten minute walk of different meeting points for tours, was within 2 minutes from the nearest metro station, and there was a flamenco restaurant nearby as well. Compared to other hotels similarly located, this one had the best value while still being a nice hotel. Just know that the rooms are small. It worked perfectly for me because I like to have my own room while traveling anyway, but it would be cramped for even a couple to stay there.
Cons: I wish there was some kind of breakfast included with the hotel stay, but they do have a little coffee shop attached to the hotel and you can get a pastry and a coffee for 5 euro which ends up being a quick, not too expensive way to have breakfast before you head out. The bathroom was cleaned every day, but there was a strange smell that came from it that I assume came from the pipes that would show up in the late afternoon and evening everyday. If I flushed the toilet a few times in a row it would go away for a while. Not sure there was anything the hotel could have done about it anyway, but given the small size of the room, the smell would dominate quickly.

Cons: El mayor problema es que las habitaciones son minúsculas, incómodo para pasar más de una noche (falta sitio para todo, en especial para deshacer la maleta). Habitación de 12 m aproximadamente. ¡Y nosotros pasamos cinco noches! Otro de los problemas es que las habitaciones nunca están hechas cuando vuelves después de comer, si quieres descansar un rato. La explicación que nos dieron es que primero se hacen las de los clientes que dejan el hotel (supongo que hay demasiado movimiento de clientes con estancias muy cortas). El precio, 514 € por cinco noches, es excesivo para el tamaño de la habitación.

Le ragazze alla reception molto gentili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente dato che la nostra stanza non era ancora pronta. La limpieza es impecable Lo que más me sorprendió y cabe destacar: el personal con su amabilidad , profesionalidad, pendientes de que uno esté bien y cómodo . The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely attentive — they really make an effort to help with any request and make you feel welcome. The location is perfect, right in Gran Vía, which makes getting around Madrid incredibly easy. The rooms, especially the interior ones, are very well soundproofed and nicely heated, which makes them comfortable and quiet despite being in such a central area. The common areas are a big plus: the coffee space and coworking area are great, well designed, and very convenient if you need to work or just relax for a bit.
Cons: Unfortunately, there were a few important downsides during our stay. The bed has a major issue: it makes noise, and the pillows are extremely soft and uncomfortable. Because of this, I wasn’t able to rest properly. The biggest problem, however, is the bathroom design. There is no privacy at all — the glass wall offers no covered area, not even for the WC. People in the room can clearly see whoever is using the toilet, which is very uncomfortable. The shower can easily flood the entire room. This actually happened to us: water reached the bedroom, the bed got wet, and the floor was completely flooded. We reported this at reception during checkout, and they noted it as a possible maintenance issue. On a positive note, the cleaning service was excellent. The room was left spotless, and they even removed the wet pillows, which we really appreciated.

Cute boutique hotel with a very convenient location in the heart of Madrid. Metro station is just a short walk away, along with most popular sights to see. There's also a small coffee kiosk at the lobby that serves great coffee and small pastries, for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
Cons: Rooms had rather poor soundproofing and a very loud buzz from the AC unit. The toilet and shower were basically a glass cube with mildly frosted glass—so fair warning to those who prefer privacy while using the bathroom.

Cons: Se você viaja entre amigos, não sei se irá se sentir à vontade com o banheiro. São paredes feitas de vidro (não é um vidro liso, mas se enxerga a silhueta de quem está no banheiro), o que tira um pouco a privacidade. E existe um mercado 24 horas em frente ao hotel (esse ponto não é culpa do hotel), mas as pessoas compram suas bebidas no mercado, bebem e ficam na esquina gritando durante a madrugada. Então se você está em um quarto em andar baixo (foi meu caso), talvez se incomode com o barulho.

Hotel in posizione davvero strategica: centralissimo, a due passi dalla metro di Plaza de España, dalla Gran Vía con i suoi infiniti negozi, e da tanti locali etnici perfetti per la cena. Muoversi a piedi è semplicissimo e questo, soprattutto a Madrid, fa davvero la differenza. Il personale era giovane, sorridente, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, facendoti sentire subito a tuo agio. Inoltre, la camera era pulita e curata, con un letto molto confortevole per un ottimo riposo dopo una giornata intensa in città. Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista, tanto che tornerò assolutamente qui la prossima volta che sarò a Madrid.
Cons: L’unico aspetto che mi ha convinto meno è la divisoria trasparente tra il bagno e il resto della stanza: capisco che sia una scelta di design e una particolarità della struttura, ma personalmente trovo che riduca un po’ la privacy, anche quando si viaggia con un amico o un familiare. Nulla di grave, ma è giusto segnalarlo per chi, come me, dà importanza a questo dettaglio.

Nos quedamos una noche mi madre y yo en una habitación standard. Pese a la pequeña dimensión de la habitación, el aprovechamiento es máximo y el interiorismo moderno y práctico. La localización en el centro de Madrid, a 2 minutos caminando de la línea 10, permite una rápida conexión tanto con Chamartín como el aeropuerto. La zona de coworking y el café en el acceso es un completo acierto - y si buscas un buen chino el mítico Shangri-La está justo enfrente-. Todo esto con un precio muy ajustado para el centro de Madrid. Repetiría sin dudar. Apto para personas con movilidad reducida.

Also don't book the single room I was shocked from the size heavy person definitely can't be inside this room. If you come for one night it's ok but it is clastrofoby I had suitcase and carry on I couldn't to keep the suitcase open and to go out I had the close it before I left the room. I feel that the single room need to be much cheaper and to be charged for $89 euro there is no reason to charge more.

Cons: The rooms have no insulation - meaning you hear your neighbors, elevator, bar down the street, etc. The first night i couldn’t sleep at all as I was on a lower floor and directly above a bar, plus in front of the elevator. Had to ask to change rooms which they did (very snappily but hey, whatever…).

Nel complesso pulito e arredato in maniera moderna. Ottima la posizione, l'hotel è situato nel viale dietro alla Gran Via, quindi, comodo per gli spostamenti a piedi.
Cons: La camera era davvero davvero piccola, la pecca più grande è il bagno che si trova dentro alla camera da letto, separata unicamente da una vetrata, il lavandino è in camera da letto.

Geweldig hotel,midden in het centrum met erg vriendelijk personeel. En goed betaalbaar. ZEKER een aanrader als je op doorreis bent of als je Madrid wilt ontdekken.

Cons: Las habitaciones pequeñas, el baño sin intimidad a 1 metro de la cama, sin espacio , no hay armarios, mesitas una de cada y sin cajón, un poco desastre en general, te dicen una habitación superior y con una ventana pequeña que da a un patio interior, después de haber hecho reserva y pago 20 días antes y ni una con balcón a la calle después de estar en una ratonera que menos. No servicio telefónico para un mínimo inconveniente, no nevera, un caos total

Terrific location off Plaza Espana, Gran Via, with Temple de Debod, Jardines de Ferraz, Palacio Real and Plaza Oriente moments away. Beautiful open areas to stroll, enjoy the sunset and history. Hotel is quite boutique, cozy rooms, very quiet and the hospitality staff very attentive. Although bathroom is small, shower is large and luxurious, towels are big and billowy. Beds are very comfortable.
Cons: You have to be OK with pretty barebones amenities in the rooms. No proper closet, but just a hanging area with a few hangers. No dresser or drawers, but a shelf. A double bed room was fine for a single but would be tight for two people. The toilet isn't in an actual bathroom but in a closed in glass area with the shower. Again, just fine for a solo traveler.

Fuimos a Madrid a celebrar nuestro primer aniversario de casados y nos equivocamos en la reserva de la habitación y cogimos una cuádruple con literas. Desde el hotel fueron muy amables, no cambiaron de habitación a una preciosa con balcón y nos dejaron unos bombones para felicitarnos por el aniversario. Fueron muy amables, comprensibles y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La habitación con balcón muy cómoda y agradable, pese a estar en el centro no se escuchaba nada del exterior. El hotel fantástico, limpio, moderno y muy bien cuidado.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la parada de metro de Plaza España y llegas a todas partes enseguida. El hotel está fenomenal y el personal es amable pero quiero hacer mención especial a Andreea que tras hablar con ella por teléfono y comentarle que era un finde muy especial con mi hermana, tuvo un detallazo precioso con nosotras y se lo agradezco muchísimo. He hecho un escrito en el hotel agradeciéndoselo pero también lo hago por aquí. Porque igual que nos quejamos cuando hay alguien que no se porta bien o hace algo mal, creo que hay que agradecer cuando alguien, en este caso Andreea, tiene un bonito gesto. Así que mil gracias!!

Dit hotel ligt heel centraal op loopafstand van het paleis en centrum. Net achter de drukke Grande Via. Bij de receptie is een kleine koffiebar waar je s ochtends koffie en iets te eten kunt kopen. Wij hadden een rustige kamer gevraagd en kregen kamer aan de binnenplaats. Heerlijk rustig. Bedden waren prima, 160 cm breed. Tegenover het hotel zit een Aziatisch restaurant met heerlijke dimsum.
Cons: De kamer is redelijk klein en de douche en het toilet staan in een soort cabine in de kamer. In een stap van bed naar toilet zeg maar 😀

La habitación es bastante pequeña, aunque suficientemente bien equipada: contaba con un armario pequeño y un escritorio con café. La ventana miraba a un sector bonito de Madrid, y tenía buena aislación acústica. Está literalmente a pasos de la Gran Vía y del metro.
Cons: Lo peor, la larga espera para el check out. El procedimiento era irrisoriamente extenso, lo que fue agravado porque en la hora peak, había solo una persona atendiendo el counter, a pesar de que que se podía observar que había más empleados del hotel dando vuelta. Yo estaba cuarta en la fila, y al ver que el proceso de check out de una sola persona estaba tardando ya cerca de 8 minutos, decidí depositar mi tarjeta en el counter e irme, sin confirmar que todo estuviese OK. Totalmente irrazonable que no tengan un fast check out para las personas que tenemos todo prepagado. Por eso no lo he recomendado para las personas que viajamos por trabajo.
