The staff is exceptionally kind, and it’s a special Portuguese restaurant. The location is close to the airport. Many sports broadcasts can be watched at the bar.
Cons: Apart from one or two CR7 photos and some replicas, nothing really refers to the Five Stars Person. My room was clean, but I still found some medication on the floor from a previous guest, and I left it there. If you arrive by car, be careful: on weekends you cannot drive in from the pedestrian street side, and there are no signs showing where to park or where to stop.

Lekker gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet met à la minute cooking (eieren, pannekoeken,...). Personeel aan de receptie en in sports bar zeer vriendelijk, attent en efficiënt. Hotel is proper en ligt aan de moderne en heel nette M-Avenue met tal van restaurants en winkels. De maaltijd in de sports bar van het hotel was lekker, en ze serveren er bier en andere alcoholische dranken, wat zeker niet overal het geval is in Marrakech. :-)
Cons: Mooi zwembad op rooftop, maar te weinig ligzetels, de zetels zijn verouderd, de meesten zijn stuk (rugleuning niet meer verzetbaar) en de matrassen zijn slecht, vuil en doorgezakt. De schuifdeur van onze kamer naar het terras kon niet meer op slot, opmerking die ik al bij iemand anders gelezen had op Booking, de raamkozijnen lijken van mindere bouwkwaliteit. Opgelet als u een kamer krijgt toegewezen op de eerste verdieping aan de achterkant van het gebouw (bv. onze kamer nummer 109), want dan bevindt u zich net boven de dienstingang van de keukens van de restaurants van de M Avenue, resulterend in veel avondlawaai van het personeel, van verplaatsing van afvalcontainers, potten en pannen, enz Vraag dus liefst een kamer aan de binnenkant van het hotel en/of op hogere verdiepingen. Nadat ik hen hierop had gewezen, moet ik er wel bij vermelden dat ze een andere kamer hebben aangeboden voor onze tweede en laatste nacht, maar we vonden het niet de moeite om heel onze boedel te verhuizen. Ons mooi kingsize bed vertoonde wel matraskuilen.

L’emplacement
Cons: J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et malheureusement mon expérience a été très décevante. Dès mon arrivée dans la chambre, j’ai constaté une odeur assez étouffante et désagréable. J’ai également aperçu des fourmis, aussi bien sur le lit qu’autour du lavabo, ce qui est inacceptable en termes d’hygiène. La chambre était extrêmement bruyante on entend absolument tout. Un soir, j’ai même entendu l’aspirateur à 21h, ce qui n’est pas normal. La porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas correctement : il fallait la claquer très fort pour qu’elle se verrouille, ce qui n’est ni pratique ni rassurant en termes de sécurité. Concernant l’éclairage, plusieurs lumières LED ne fonctionnaient pas. Seules les lampes d’abat-jour et le lampadaire fonctionnaient, ce qui rendait la chambre très mal éclairée. Le Wi-Fi était également très faible et instable, ce qui est particulièrement problématique de nos jours, surtout dans un établissement censé être haut de gamme. Enfin, à la fin de mon séjour, on m’a redemandé de payer une taxe que j’avais déjà réglée à mon arrivée, ce qui est particulièrement désagréable. Je suis donc très déçue par ce séjour. Au vu de l’ensemble de ces éléments, cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses cinq étoiles.

Cons: It’s overhyped. It’s just bed and breakfast. The bathing water is not good. I got rashes all over my body due to the bad water. It’s very hot at night because there’s no air condition. The temperature in the rooms is controlled by a central system. The swimming pool is very small and they don’t warm it. Apart from the location, there’s nothing special about this hotel. Their breakfast has very limited choices, very poor breakfast which closes at 10.30. It’s just like Ibis hotel but with very friendly staff. Very disappointing

Cher Cristiano Ronaldo, En venant séjourner dans votre établissement, je savais évidemment que je n’allais pas entrer dans un riad traditionnel… mais je dois avouer que je m’attendais à ce que Marrakech vous ait un peu plus inspiré. Vous avez choisi une ville au caractère fort, à l’âme unique, et j’aurais aimé retrouver, ici et là, quelques touches marocaines subtilement mêlées à l’élégance portugaise. Un dialogue discret entre Lisbonne et Marrakech, en somme. La suite dans laquelle j’ai séjourné était agréable, même si la vue sur le terrain vague n’était pas des plus mémorables. Quelques petits détails mériteraient également davantage d’attention : une tache sur la table, un élément de robinetterie manquant… Rien de dramatique, mais ce sont ces détails qui font la différence. Cela dit, l’expérience reste globalement bonne et je ne m’arrêterai pas à cette première impression. Je reviendrai volontiers, cette fois en famille, pour découvrir d’autres chambres et poursuivre l’expérience. Mention très spéciale, en revanche, pour le petit-déjeuner : copieux, varié et de grande qualité — un vrai but marqué dès le matin. Un séjour bien dans l’ensemble, avec un beau potentiel… et peut-être, la prochaine fois, un petit clin d’œil de plus à Marrakech.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main attractions. The amenities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool with stunning views. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and I appreciated how clean everything was. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating especially Mrs Yassir , making the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back!

J’ai séjourné au Pestana CR7, Marrakech, mon séjour, fut très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La dame qui m’a reçu à l’accueil Majda a été très accueillante et professionnel. L’hôtel est calme, les chambres sont très propres et les petits déjeuners est vraiment top.

Cons: The suite was very very normal that has nothing to do with a suite just the name. Slow check-in. TV wasn't working. Only one bath robe while we were 2 people. Very annoying valet outside the hotel asking us to move the car while other cars were parking there. Very boring suite , small sofa, small bed , boring wall colours, seems the hotel is only for one night or two and completely not suitable for a vacation.

Séjour correct, mais plusieurs points à revoir :: L’hôtel est bien dans l’ensemble : la nourriture est bonne, le petit déjeuner aussi, et le personnel est globalement agréable.
Cons: Il y a plusieurs choses à améliorer. D’abord, les chambres sont très bruyantes la nuit, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. Ensuite, la piscine ferme à 19h, ce qui peut se comprendre, mais l’accès à l’espace autour de la piscine est également fermé. Il est donc impossible de simplement s’y asseoir ou profiter du cadre le soir, alors qu’il n’y a pas d’autres espaces verts ou détentes accessibles, à part la réception ou le restaurant. Enfin, une caution de 1000 Dhs est exigée à l’arrivée, ce qui n’était mentionné ni sur Booking (où j’ai réservé), ni lors de mon appel avec l’hôtel. Ce genre d’information devrait être précisé à l’avance.

Ho soggiornato 8 giorni in questo hotel a Marrakech. Purtroppo, per essere un 4 stelle, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Nei bagni mancavano diversi accessori essenziali e durante la doccia l’acqua usciva ovunque, rendendo il bagno poco pratico. Le pulizie non erano curate come ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria. Inoltre, nei corridoi si avvertiva spesso un cattivo odore di fognatura, decisamente sgradevole. Anche la palestra è stata una delusione: mancavano molti attrezzi e l’unica attrezzatura disponibile era rotta, rendendo di fatto inutilizzabile il servizio. L’unica nota davvero positiva è il ristorante: lo staff era composto da ragazzi molto disponibili, gentili e professionali (Omar e Reda) che hanno fatto la differenza nel soggiorno. Nel complesso, credo che l’hotel abbia molto da migliorare per poter rispecchiare lo standard di un vero 4 stelle.

I arrived at the hotel super late (around 10:30 pm) and exhausted from a long trip. I was greeted at the desk by Majda who was ABSOLUTELY lovely, warm, kind and courteous. She asked me how I was and got to chatting, I mentioned that I was tired and just want to check in, shower and start my 8 hours shift, she was extremely kind to upgrade my room so that I have space to set up and work comfortably and that made me extremely happy as I was not expecting that at all, it was a nice surprise! Thank you Majda - I truely appreciate you for making my day! For this alone I decided to extend my stay a few more nights. I love the place in general, the hotel and the surrounding area. What I love most is the staff's hospitality and attitude, everyone is super nice and welcoming! They all great you when you pass by with a smile and lovely greetings!
Cons: The gym was a disappointment to be honest, I was hoping (or expecting) to see a top of the line gym given that's a CR hotel, I wasn't able to use anything but a few dumbbells, the only other weight machine was out of order, the gym had the basic treadmills and ellipticals, so a bit underwhelming. I will just get day passes at nice gyms in Kech with a bit more equipment to work with.

The location and restaurants all near by, Kenza at the front desk was extremely helpful as she guided me in my short stay for 3 nights with recommendations and was very attentive with me and my mother. She made our experience more enjoyable overall as not all the staff were as friendly .

L’établissement est agréable le personnel accueillant J’ai pris soin de demander une chambre très calme lors de la réservation et nous avons eu une chambre juste au dessus du café de M Avenue avec de la musique et du bruit jusqu’à minuit ce qui ne permet pas un sommeil paisible La porte de la salle de bain et wc est vitrée ce qui n’offre aucune intimité

Cons: They told me on the phone I can stay at this hotel with my girlfriend but when we arrived they charged me double price for another room and broke the promise they made me before I booked. So first I had to pay for 2 people and then on top another room so overall they made me pay so much more money and I got nothing for it in exchange. And it was so late already that they laughed at me knowing I cannot find another hotel. Such shame

Quand j'ai constaté les grosses éraflures, j'ai eu la promesse au téléphone, par un des responsables, d'un prompt retour avec plus d'explications. A ce jour, une semaine de silence radio, malgré ma relance de la personne qui m'a contacté. Conseil, contrôlez vos voitures avant votre départ.

Good peaceful location, nice bell boys staff (Karim was great) very helpful. Pleasant rooftop pool, good breakfast with multiple options including eggs on demand, local and international options. We were upgraded, and the rooms were spacious and nicely appointed.
Cons: A lot of confusion on when the rooms would be available (even some past the guaranteed 3pm time) and mixed information from the different people. Service at the not-heated pool stops at 6pm. VERY bad phonic insulation between rooms (we could hear our neighbors talking + even with closed windows could hear everything from the street below). Irregular service and amenities available / replaced in room.

Cons: Extreme Lautstärke in den Zimmern, die zur Shopping Meile ausgerichtet sind, durch Live Bands und Restaurants, jede Nacht bis mind 1 Uhr am Morgen. Schlecht isolierte Fenster, sodass man nicht schlafen konnte. Es ist ein dem Management bekanntes Problem, aber man kann wohl nichts machen. Mangelhafter Zimmerservice, wir mussten jeden Tag die Rezeption anrufen, weil entweder Handtücher, Wasser oder Body Lotion nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Im Poolbereich wurde den ganzen Tag kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und der Pool war unbeheizt im November. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber auch hier wurde nicht regelmässig bzw proaktiv aufgefüllt, es ging sogar morgens um 9 Uhr der Joghurt aus, sodass man zum Frühstück nicht mal mehr die ‚Basics‘ hatte, wenn man nicht grad um 7.30 Uhr am Buffet stand.

Cons: 1- Check in staff : I paid for 2 junior suits rooms avenue view and they tried to give a second room without avenue view despite they have other available rooms avenue view. I refused 2 times a room without avenue view. 2- housekeeping: they forget to put the right number of towels and I should claim to have towels. 3- windows are seal: noise coming from the avenue.

Cons: سوء الخدمه بالافطار. وعدم وجود عماله كافيه بالمطعم مما ترتب عليه عدم تجهيز الطاولات بعد انتهاء النزلاء وبالتالي النزيل الآخر لا يجد طاوله نظيفه. الفندق مستهلك بعض الشيء اتمنى العنايه فيه. دورات المياه في اللوبي تحتاج عنايه.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst kreeg ik zelfs een upgrade naar een suite, wat een aangename verrassing was. Het hotel ruikt lekker en heeft een rustige, relaxte sfeer. De ligging is ideaal: aan een gezellige straat met genoeg goede restaurants en winkels. Het ontbijt was ook erg goed; genoeg keuze, maar niet overdreven veel. Het zwembad op de vierde verdieping was heerlijk. Valet parking was handig. Alles voelt gewoon premium aan.
Cons: Het bed lag prima, maar dit kon zeker beter. De kussens vond ik ook onhandig groot of juist te klein.
