The location and the approach of the staff. All staff in the hotel are rated for me 9,5/10. Special thanks to Mr. Badr, for his efforts/tries to prevent us go unpleasant while we were leaving.

The sofa in the room was not properly clean, the window locks were not working, and no cold/sound proof, the toilet door was not closing, the mechanism was not working well.

Cons: The suite was very very normal that has nothing to do with a suite just the name. Slow check-in. TV wasn't working. Only one bath robe while we were 2 people. Very annoying valet outside the hotel asking us to move the car while other cars were parking there. Very boring suite , small sofa, small bed , boring wall colours, seems the hotel is only for one night or two and completely not suitable for a vacation.

Cons: Il y a plusieurs choses Ă amĂ©liorer. Dâabord, les chambres sont trĂšs bruyantes la nuit, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. Ensuite, la piscine ferme Ă 19h, ce qui peut se comprendre, mais lâaccĂšs Ă lâespace autour de la piscine est Ă©galement fermĂ©. Il est donc impossible de simplement sây asseoir ou profiter du cadre le soir, alors quâil nây a pas dâautres espaces verts ou dĂ©tentes accessibles, Ă part la rĂ©ception ou le restaurant. Enfin, une caution de 1000 Dhs est exigĂ©e Ă lâarrivĂ©e, ce qui nâĂ©tait mentionnĂ© ni sur Booking (oĂč jâai rĂ©servĂ©), ni lors de mon appel avec lâhĂŽtel. Ho soggiornato 8 giorni in questo hotel a Marrakech. Purtroppo, per essere un 4 stelle, lâesperienza non Ăš stata allâaltezza delle aspettative. Nei bagni mancavano diversi accessori essenziali e durante la doccia lâacqua usciva ovunque, rendendo il bagno poco pratico. Le pulizie non erano curate come ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria. Inoltre, nei corridoi si avvertiva spesso un cattivo odore di fognatura, decisamente sgradevole. Anche la palestra Ăš stata una delusione: mancavano molti attrezzi e lâunica attrezzatura disponibile era rotta, rendendo di fatto inutilizzabile il servizio. Lâunica nota davvero positiva Ăš il ristorante: lo staff era composto da ragazzi molto disponibili, gentili e professionali (Omar e Reda) che hanno fatto la differenza nel soggiorno. Nel complesso, credo che lâhotel abbia molto da migliorare per poter rispecchiare lo standard di un vero 4 stelle.

All good friendly staff. Didn't appreciate the voiturier mentality Need to change mentality service. sometimes tips are there sometimes it's not . Shouldn't tarnish the great work of all the staff. Not big but that's just something I felt for a nice hotel. Dedication brings good work and tips follows but when you pick and choose client to give what you are main to do as part of your work. It's disappointing. This is not for anyone to loose their job but a constructive criticism so the management get the grip on it.

I arrived at the hotel super late (around 10:30 pm) and exhausted from a long trip. I was greeted at the desk by Majda who was ABSOLUTELY lovely, warm, kind and courteous. She asked me how I was and got to chatting, I mentioned that I was tired and just want to check in, shower and start my 8 hours shift, she was extremely kind to upgrade my room so that I have space to set up and work comfortably and that made me extremely happy as I was not expecting that at all, it was a nice surprise! Thank you Majda - I truely appreciate you for making my day! For this alone I decided to extend my stay a few more nights. I love the place in general, the hotel and the surrounding area. What I love most is the staff's hospitality and attitude, everyone is super nice and welcoming! They all great you when you pass by with a smile and lovely greetings!
Cons: The gym was a disappointment to be honest, I was hoping (or expecting) to see a top of the line gym given that's a CR hotel, I wasn't able to use anything but a few dumbbells, the only other weight machine was out of order, the gym had the basic treadmills and ellipticals, so a bit underwhelming. I will just get day passes at nice gyms in Kech with a bit more equipment to work with.

Cons: They told me on the phone I can stay at this hotel with my girlfriend but when we arrived they charged me double price for another room and broke the promise they made me before I booked. So first I had to pay for 2 people and then on top another room so overall they made me pay so much more money and I got nothing for it in exchange. And it was so late already that they laughed at me knowing I cannot find another hotel. Such shame

Schlecht isolierte Fenster, sodass man nicht schlafen konnte. Es ist ein dem Management bekanntes Problem, aber man kann wohl nichts machen. Mangelhafter Zimmerservice, wir mussten jeden Tag die Rezeption anrufen, weil entweder HandtĂŒcher, Wasser oder Body Lotion nicht aufgefĂŒllt wurde. Im Poolbereich wurde den ganzen Tag kein Toilettenpapier aufgefĂŒllt und der Pool war unbeheizt im November. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war ok, aber auch hier wurde nicht regelmĂ€ssig bzw proaktiv aufgefĂŒllt, es ging sogar morgens um 9 Uhr der Joghurt aus, sodass man zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck nicht mal mehr die âBasicsâ hatte, wenn man nicht grad um 7.30 Uhr am Buffet stand.

Cons: Het bed lag prima, maar dit kon zeker beter. De kussens vond ik ook onhandig groot of juist te klein.

Normally, i dont put a review on here, but with my stay at the Pestana cr7, it was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. All the staff was amazing and very welcoming. This hotel gives relaxed vibes from the lobby all the way to the pool. This hotel is more of a 5 star than a 4 star. We got lucky, and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite looking over the M Avenue. It's not your all-inclusive type of hotel. It's for people who want that more classy feel to it and a relaxed vibe. The rooms were always cleaned no matter what time of the day it was, as I know some people may like a lay in.

Cons: My car got damaged in the garage (valet Parking) on the last day. They told me to just go and they would check the cameras. They were very hard to reach and weeks after the fact (after reminding them myself) the manager told me that they couldnât see anything because it was dark. I donât believe they actually checked. It was a rental car, so I had to pay for it out of pocket. I was very disappointed.

the location. rooms are spacious. Breakfast choice is wide and nice. The japanese restaurant at the rooftop was quite good I must admit. friendly service and very tasty food. (although strong smell of sewage during our dinner)
Cons: the service is really not up to a basic 4 star hotel. At the breakfast, it was really complicated to get an earl grey tea in the morning and then once I get my pot of tea the waiter brings me an espresso cup with it :( most of the coffee machines were out of order (thk god I dont drink coffee). The 1st day I got a bottle of water, 2nd day nothing. When I called they said water was only free the 1st night. extra bottle was 6Euros. a bottle of San Pellegrino is sold 10 Euros !!!! I was at the pool and wanted to order a club sandwich and the waiter came back and said they ran out of club Sandwich. How is that even possible ? knowing that club sandwich items are very simple. I then went out on Avenue M and enjoyed a delicious meal at the Royal Kebab restaurant very fresh with amazing service and not a rip off like at the Pestana. I was really really disappointed and wont return there. It is a pity as they could really turn things around very easily. Also I think the hotel is quite recent (4 or 5 years old) but it is not at all maintained.

LâhĂŽtel est un peu en retrait de la mĂ©dina, dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel moderne, commerciale et dans une zone piĂ©tonne. LâhĂŽtel permet de profiter du calme tout en restant facilement accessible en taxi vers les principaux sites touristiques de Marrakech. Le personnel se montre aimable et attentif. Mention spĂ©ciale Ă Abdelali au bord de la piscine, particuliĂšrement attentionnĂ©, Ă lâĂ©coute et soucieux du bien-ĂȘtre des clients.
Cons: MalgrĂ© sa relative nouveautĂ©, lâhĂŽtel montre dĂ©jĂ des signes dâusure. Les moquettes sont tachĂ©es et abĂźmĂ©es, les coussins de piscine dĂ©fraĂźchis, et la peinture nĂ©cessiterait un rafraĂźchissement. Pour un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles, ce niveau de dĂ©gradation est surprenant. Pour le Petit-dĂ©jeuner : la qualitĂ© des produits est en deçà des attentes. Beaucoup semblent issus de la grande distribution, manquent de goĂ»t et nâoffrent pas dâoptions adaptĂ©es (bio, sans lactose, sans gluten). Mieux vaudrait proposer moins de choix mais de meilleure qualitĂ©. Le Fitness est trop petit, pas dĂ© dĂ©sinfectant, ni serviettes, ni de lâeau Ă disposition. Un peu triste est dĂ©laissĂ©. Les tapis affichaient quâil devait avoir un entretien( lubrifiant).

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were amazing and friendly. Very welcoming. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfy. We got early check in 3 hours before and room upgraded to a junior suite for free which was incredible.
Cons: One of the lights flickered in our room. Slight smell from bathroom and shower from the water sometimes. Keycard doesnât work all the time and had to get it rescanned at reception. No remote for AC and TV could have more apps such as Netflix. Pool wasnât great. Quite small.

Property was local to many of the main attractions and facilities. Kenza really took care of me and my wife; she made her birthday so special with room decoration and upgrade. The staff as a whole was so kind and attentive would definitely stay again!!
