The rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help you. Relaxing and well serviced pool area. Delicious breakfast buffet and bar snacks. Very easy to get a taxi into the medina and then return to relax and unwind. Very good value hotel. We would definitely return and recommend.

Cons: Our room (118) was directly above a restaurant that played live music into the early hours. It was loud, but we managed to sleep ok. If you’re a light sleeper definitely worth asking for a quiet room. Our friends were a few rooms along and not above the tapas restaurant and didn’t have this issue. I’m not a fan of glass wall toilets / showers near to the bed - there are some things you don’t need to see - especially if travelling with a friend. ☺️

De ligging van het hotel is gezellig, met een mooie winkelstraat en veel eetgelegenheden. Maar de muziek is minimaal hoorbaar tot 01:00 snachts…. De medewerkers van het hotel zijn wel heel vriendelijk.

Cons: De schoonmaak!! De badkamer was echt zo vies ik zal fotos bijvoegen. En het zwembad op de rooftop ligt er ook helemaal afgeleefd en kapot bij. Zo zonde! Want het kán een prachtig hotel zijn.

L'emplacement est certainement l'un des principaux atouts de l'hôtel, notamment avec M Avenue juste à proximité. Le petit dejeuner était également trés bien et le personnel du restaurant s'est montré agréable, souriant et acceuillant tout au long du séjour.

Cons: Malheureusement, pour un séjour de six nuits, l'expérience globale n' a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil était assez froid : nous avons poussé seules nous nos valises jusqu'à la reception et attendus la receptionniste pendant qu'elle poursuivait sa conversation personnelle à coté. j'ai même cru qu'il s'agissait de clientes qui discutaient tant rien ne laissait penser que nous étions entrain d'attendre d'être accueillies. Notre Suite, portant surclassé afin de benéficier d'une vue sur M Avenue, était trop pétite pour 2 personnes adultes et surtout peu pratique en matière d'intimité, avec la douche et les toilettes très ouvert dans la chambre. Certain choix d'aménagement sont également surprenants : aucun tapis sur le carrelage et une douche pas intuitive, avec la colonne et sa commande placées de manière assez déroutante. A cela s'ajoutait un problème d'evacuation dans la douche ou Il fallait à chaque fois la diriger vers l'évacuation avec les pieds. L'eau potable mise à disposition était également tres limitée : 750 ml d'eau par jour pour 2 adultes est, je trouve insuffisant pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Nous avons d'ailleurs demandé s'il était possible d'en obtenir d'avantage ; il nous a été répondu que l'on allait voir ce qu'il était possible de faire, mais notre demande est restée malheureusement sans suite. Et enfin le trajet entre les ascenseurs et notre chambre était particulièrement long. Répété plusieurs fois par jour pendant 6 nuits, ça devient vraiment contraignant. Dans l'ensemble, malgré un bon pétit-dejeuner, un personnel de restauration agréable et un excellent emplacement, le confort et la qualité de l'expérience ne nous ont malheureusement pas semblé correspondre au standing attendu ni au prix payé.

It was very hot and suffocating, Outside temperature was hot and inside no cooling. We asked for multiple times but there was a standard answer "we are working to solve the AC issue" i didn't understand what it takes CR 7 pestana kind of property to deal with AC issue. This would have sorted out in 2 to 3 hours. But no response from management. as amount paid was approximate 9900 MAD for 2 rooms which was very significant and response from reception and hotel management was poor. We asked for refund or provide air conditioning, this was absolutely disappointing. Rest all the thing were good and no complaints.

Cons: J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel CR7 de Marrakech et malheureusement, l’expérience a été décevante. L’accueil était médiocre, le personnel peu attentif, semblait désintéressé de leur travail, et on a voulu me faire payer un supplément de 150 euros pour un grand lit, alors que d’autres clients ont été surclassés gratuitement, dans des chambres supérieur. La piscine sur le rooftop était laissée à l’abandon, et le room service, bien que vanté comme 24h/24, était fermé. Le personnel ne semble pas se soucier du bien-être des clients ni de l’hôtel. Seul l’emplacement est correct, mais cela ne justifie pas le prix ni la qualité globale.

Cons: I was expecting a luxury hotel but I was disappointed. Bathrooms had no privacy. Shower was in open plan bedroom, as was toilet with a glass door without any seals, so anyone in the living area or the dressing area could see the person using the toilet. This was especially an issue as we had inter connecting rooms and therefore it was very difficult to have privacy. Had to use the public toilet downstairs on a daily basis. Also in the middle of the night, if the toilet light is turned on, it disturbs the other guest in the bedroom as the light is on in the whole room given its open plan layout. The pool area was very small and did not accommodate the size/number of guests in the hotel, so there was very little you could do about this given there were about a total of less than 20 sun loungers in quite a small rooftop area. The location although ideal, was also a downfall as it’s very loud in M Avenue and the rooms are not noise insulated at all, therefore guests are kept awake until after 3am with the noise. The hotel staff were also not helpful, we asked for a baby cot when booking and also when we checked in, but the request was repeatedly ignored in person and via the WhatsApp chat feature, we therefore had issues with an 11 month old baby napping during the day, as we couldn’t leave him alone, given the rooms all have tiled floors and we had to watch the baby in case he rolled off the bed. We arrived early and had requested early check-in at an additional cost from the website optional extras we were suggested, however nobody conveyed that this was not available until we arrived, given we had a very small baby and a very early flight, had we known, we would have booked an additional night or a room at another hotel. In addition the hotel staff lacked in customer care in nearly every aspect of the stay.

The location is excellent, particularly being right on M Avenue, and the hotel has a modern feel with good facilities. The reception staff were very helpful and professional. We initially had an issue with our room, but they dealt with it very well and upgraded us to a King Suite, which made a big difference to our stay.

Cons: The standard rooms and Junior Suites felt quite small and lacked some of the texture, warmth and character you would expect from a hotel at this level. The finishes can feel a little plastic rather than premium. Our original room on the first floor also had a very noticeable damp smell, which meant we had to ask to move. Fortunately, reception handled this extremely well.

Cons: The service was terrible, I called non stop on the phone for assistance no one ever replied. When I needed help with toilet and shower facilities it took them hours to come. Concernant la propreté de la chambre. Je n’ai rien à dire l’équipe de nettoyage était au top et très professionnel. Je remercie encore Sanae, Lamia et Jamila les femmes de chambre qui se sont occupés de faire le ménage dans la chambre et qui était toujours impeccable. Le personnel dans l’ensemble est très agréable, réactif et à l’écoute des remarques qui sont faites ce qui est agréable.

Cons: Le point sur lequel je suis déçu c’est la vétustée des équipements de la chambre qui était assez vieillot et je pense mériterait d’être changé. Les équipements sont fort usés comme les meubles de la chambre ou la partie douche, les rideaux, poufs, ect…. J’ai également faire intervenir deux fois l’accueil suite à un problème de fourmies dans celle-ci. Malgré leur intervention rapide et un traitement fait suite à mon signalement les fourmies étaient très nombreuses dans la chambre.

Bonjour J ai beaucoup de chose à vous dire sur cette hôtel de grand prestige qui est le CR7 . Si Ronaldo savait qu il faisait travailler des voleurs , je pense qu il le fermerait immédiatement. Lors de notre séjour , nous avons trouvé un lit casser la première nuit , bon bref passant ce problème car le lendemain, on nous a fait changer de chambre dans la nuit , ce qui est vraiment décevant pour un soit disant cinq étoile. Vu que nous voulions bien dormir, nous avons accepté. En changeant d étage , nous avons préparer nos bagages mais malheureusement nous avons oublier un foulard Dior d une grande valeur, le lendemain , nous avons réclamer à la réception , du coup la réception nous a assuré qu une demande avait été faite et qu il ne fallait pas s inquiéter et que nous alliions le récupérer. Le temps passé et rien ne se passe, après une matinée d attente , je suis descendu voir les personnes qui faisait notre ancienne chambre et la à mon grand étonnement, j apprends de la femme de chambre que aucune demande lui a été faite et que rien n avait été trouver ds la chambre , j apprends par la suite que notre chambre a été louer la nuit même et qu une personne la faite , donc une personne a faite la chambre et cette personne n a même a été convoquer ni inquiété. Nous avons envoyé par la suite un mail a l hôtel CR7 en indiquant notre mésaventure dans cette hôtel mais depuis plus de un mois aucun retour. Nous avons demander a rencontrer le responsable de l hôtel qui se nomme Youssef, il nous a pris à part et rassurera qu une enquête allait être mener et qu il prendrait une décision. Un mois après, nous avons eu le retour demander Youssef l endormeur, il nous avait miroiter qu il allait faire son enquête mais rien, il nous a pris pour des arnqueurs qui cherchaient à se faire rembourser un foulard inexistant alors que nous avons donner des preuves d achat et des photos de ce séjour avec ce foulard.

Breakfast was amazing very large selection of food, drinks, food for kids, pastries. Lots of different Juices, like 3 coffee machines so no lines! the stuff are very friendly and always help.

Cons: Our first night we were on the 3rd floor and people on top of us were making noise all night till 3am ( moving furniture around and stamping) , but next morning amazing stuff Pestana CR 7 moved us to a different room and upgraded for a bigger room and we slept like babies that night.

Cons: Kedeligt hotel. Eneste fra Ronaldo var et pr støvler og nogle trøjer. Pool var lille og krakelerede mens jeg var i den. Fliserne var løse og lå på bunden. Var ved at skære mig på knækket fliser i bunden af den. Poolen var lukket da jeg ankom til hotellet, den åbnede først dagen efter, men var stadig i forfald. Forfærdelig service, da jeg brokkede mig over det. Jeg forlod hotellet dagen før jeg skulle tjekke ud. Manageren ville ringe tilbage og finde en løsning, men jeg måtte ringe til ham flere dage efter, da han aldrig ringede. Jeg fik en besked på min tlf, at jeg kunne booke igen og få rabat på et nyt ophold😡 jeg har skrevet til hovedekontoret, men heller ikke der får man et svar. Elendigt hotel, der skulle fremstå som et fint og specielt hotel. Det var ikke pengene værd, blot navnet der tiltrækker folk. SKUFFELSE

Cons: Séjour assez décevant dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel est correct, mais les chambres et certains équipements mériteraient vraiment d’être rénovés : mobilier abîmé, accessoires sanitaires détériorés et manque d’entretien général. Nous nous sommes également sentis en insécurité durant plusieurs nuits à cause d’une personne qui hurlait régulièrement, sans vraiment comprendre ce qui se passait. Une situation assez angoissante. Le repas nous a également déçus. En revanche, très bon point pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était varié et de qualité.

Cons: Ons verblijf begon goed, maar helaas werd de ervaring steeds teleurstellender. Op de tweede dag werd onze kamer niet goed schoongemaakt. Er lag nog vuil en een opvallende vlek op de muur was nog steeds niet verwijderd. Dat gaf de indruk dat er weinig aandacht werd besteed aan de schoonmaak. Daarnaast vonden wij de service onder de maat voor een luxe hotel. Toen we een cola bestelden, werd deze niet op de kamerrekening gezet. In plaats daarvan kwam iemand later naar onze kamer om het bedrag contant te innen. Vervolgens moesten we ook nog zelf vragen om ons wisselgeld terug te krijgen. Bij een hotel in deze prijsklasse verwacht je dat dit soort zaken soepel en professioneel worden afgehandeld. De grootste teleurstelling was echter de transfer. Deze is simpelweg niet komen opdagen. Er werd geen uitleg gegeven en we hebben ook geen excuses of enige vorm van compensatie ontvangen. Dat is erg onprofessioneel en zorgde voor veel frustratie. Jammer, want met betere service, meer aandacht voor de schoonmaak en betere communicatie had ons verblijf een stuk prettiger kunnen zijn. Op basis van onze ervaring kunnen wij dit hotel helaas niet aanbevelen

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel. De la réception aux différents services de l’hôtel, chacun a été aimable, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci également à la personne qui s’occupe de la piscine. Sa gentillesse, son sens du service et son accueil exceptionnel ont vraiment marqué mon séjour. Bravo à toute l’équipe !

Cons: Malgré la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, j’ai été déçue par plusieurs points. Le mobilier de la chambre est vieillissant (canapé, table), les serviettes sont usées et le ménage pourrait être plus soigné. La piscine n’était pas suffisamment propre, avec des particules visibles dans l’eau. Le petit-déjeuner a également été une grande déception : peu de choix et un buffet mal organisé. Enfin, bien que j’aie été surclassée, la chambre donnait sur le parking, alors que je m’attendais à une vue plus agréable. Au vu du prix payé, je m’attendais à des prestations de meilleure qualité.

مايحتاج تخرج من المجمع من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والغرف مريحة ومرتبة، وكل شيء فيه يعكس الاهتمام بالتفاصيل. طاقم العمل في غاية اللطف والاحترام، وكان تعاملهم راقيًا واحترافيًا منذ لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. شعرت براحة نفسية طوال فترة الإقامة، والخدمة كانت ممتازة وسريعة. أنصح بهذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن النظافة، والهدوء، وحسن الاستقبال. بالتأكيد سأعود للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.

It was a pleasure to return to the Pestana CR7 in Marrakesh and enjoy the same warm and excellent welcome that made our first stay special. We sent email in advance to ask for the same room as last year and they were happy to be able to arrange that for us. Many of the same staff were still there and it was good to greet them again. Special mentions this year for two groups: housekeeping and pool staff. The housekeeping team were great. They left us alone when that was what we wanted and took the chance to make our room perfect on the days we went out into town. Ali at the rooftop pool did his best to ensure everyone had the beds and parasols they wished for, despite the pool being busy and occasional high winds. If management could increase the number of parasols from 7 to around 10 then that would be great. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Cons: my stay was fine. However, I would like to report an issue with the payment. My booking confirmation showed a lower confirmed price, but when I arrived, the hotel informed me that I had to pay the regular room rate instead. I paid the higher amount to avoid any problems during check-in, but it did not match the price confirmed in my reservation. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and let me know whether the hotel should have honored the confirmed booking price.

Hotel muy cuidado y limpio. Habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Personal muy amable, cuidaban mucho los detalles para los huéspedes. Nos ayudaron a gestionar un par de trámites sin problema. Cerca del aeropuerto, a 10 minutos en coche. Dentro de un complejo con mucha oferta de hostelería y tiendas.

Cons: A pesar de tener desayuno incluido no pudimos disfrutarlo por salir nuestro avión muy temprano. Nos prepararon una bolsa, quizás un poco pobre para lo esperado pero no estaba tampoco mal. Pondría una luz extra mas tenue en el baño ya que al tener una ventana (translúcida) si enciendes la luz por la noche se ilumina mucho la habitación.

Cons: Séjour décevant dans l’ensemble. La suite junior présente plusieurs défauts de confort et d’équipement. Tout d’abord, il n’y avait aucune poubelle dans la pièce principale, ce qui nous a obligés à utiliser la minuscule corbeille des toilettes pour tous nos déchets. La salle de bain est également mal conçue : l’absence de porte de douche fait que l’eau se répand partout après chaque utilisation. Le manque d’intimité est un autre point négatif, puisque les toilettes ne sont pas suffisamment séparées de l’espace chambre. Côté séjour, les chaises mises à disposition pour manger à table sont instables, bougent constamment et émettent des grincements très désagréables. Enfin, la kitchenette est incomplète : plusieurs ustensiles de base, comme des cuillères et des fourchettes, étaient manquants. Pour un hôtel CR7, on s’attend à un niveau de qualité bien supérieur. Ces nombreux manquements sont décevants et ont fortement impacté notre confort. Je ne pense pas revenir et ne recommanderais pas cet établissement

A localização do hotel é boa, embora fique fora da Medina. Isso tem pontos positivos, como a tranquilidade de andar pelas ruas, que é bem diferente do agito dos corredores e vias da Medina. Há um centro comercial com lojas e restaurantes do lado do hotel. A decoração é muito bonita. O espaço do quarto é excelente, com cama muito confortável e ótima roupa de cama. Chuveiro muito bom. A área da piscina fica no rooftop. A água é fria mas adequada devido ao calor que faz na cidade. O café da manhã é excelente, com algumas opções feitas na hora, como omelete, ovos mexidos, etc.

Cons: Única coisa que me desagradou um pouco foi o check-in um pouco demorado. Faltou um pouco de organização para saber quem tinha chegado primeiro e priorizar na hora de chamar para fazer o processo do check-in.

Het Hotel is fijn en goeie plek. Het personeel is aardig. Ontbijt top en super veel keus. Heb een heerlijke massage gehad echt een 10/10. En de dames van de cleaning ook aardig en maken netjes schoon.

Cons: Koelkast deed het niet heb dat meerdere keren aangegeven, maar ze hebben niemand gestuurd. Het personeel bij het zwembad maakt eigen prijzen dus check de menu kaart voordat je iets besteld. Had sommige momenten op de dag geen water. Ochtend voor vertrek ook geen water belde met de receptie die zou iemand sturen, ook niet gebeurd. Had nog een fles water staan en mij daarmee gewassen. Bij de receptie aangekomen hadden ze geen telefoontje ontvangen en die meneer reageerde best nonchalant.
