Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr guter Cappuccino, gute Auswahl an Brot und leckere Croissants. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön zum sitzen, die Tische sind nicht so eng aneinander gestellt und man hat daher viel Privacy. Unser Zimmer war ruhig, hatte angenehme, nicht zu warme Daunendecken. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich.
Cons: Einer der Kellner beim Frühstück war ziemlich unhöflich und arrogant. Sowohl die Dusche als auch die Toilette sind nur mit einer Glaswand vom Schlafzimmer getrennt. D.h. es gibt kein getrenntes Bad. Wenn einer früher aufsteht, kann er oder sie das Licht nicht anmachen bzw. weckt den anderen auf. Auch das Waschbecken befindet sich direkt neben dem Bett. Alles ziemlich unpraktisch - aber platzsparend

Otel konumu tren istasyonuna yakın ve aynı zamanda turistik lokasyonlara da yakın. Otel konsept bir otel girişinin falan neresi olduğunu anlamam zaman aldı :) Ama temizlik ve odanın büyüklüğü çok yeterliydi. Temizlik takıntınız varsa gönül rahatlığı ile kalabilirsiniz.

Cons: il bar chiude un pò presto, così come la sala cinema.....mentre vedevamo un film comodamente seduti in questa sala bellissima e confortevole ci hanno detto che non potevamo continuare la visione perchè dovevano chiudere. Sempre nella sala cinema davanti allo schermo avevamo dei faretti puntati verso di noi che davano un pò fastidio.

I really enjoyed the design concept of the hotel, especially in the bedrooms. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and well-insulated. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: In the ground-floor reception area, there are many seating spaces, but most of them belong to the restaurant or the bar. In the evening, you can’t really sit and relax there because all the tables are reserved, which makes you feel a bit out of place. Also, breakfast could be more varied with more options. There wasn’t a person or a machine near the buffet to make the coffee you want; you had to order it from the waiter, and by the time the coffee arrived, it was already cold.

Rooms were very comfortable (you need to like the style as not everyone would like red as dominant colour, but that is exactly why we chose that room , for its atypical character ;-)).The breakfast was delicious, buffet style, with a variety of options from yoghurt, to fruit, pastries, eggs. The atmosphere is really nice, all parts of hotel are nicely decorated . Lunch at the cafe was delicious as well. Staff is efficient and nice. And parking is available on the premises (closed area). The hotel was recommended by friends and we will definitely come back if we travel to Florence again.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main sights. Breakfast was excellent, and both the staff and reception team were fantastic. The hotel was spotless, with a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. The multiple courtyard bars and quiet lounge areas made it easy to relax and enjoy a drink or meal.
Cons: One member of the cleaning staff tried to mislead us about our checkout time, claiming it was 2 hours earlier so she could clean the room sooner and got very angry when we questioned that what she was saying wasn’t correct. Once we raised the issue with reception, it was quickly resolved and an apology was given.

Cons: Nous sommes arrivés et la chambre qui nous a été donné était supposé être « l’enfer », sur les portes était inscrit « welcome to hell » au dessus de lit était inscrit des mots tel que « suicide » « violence » « hell ». On se s’est pas senti à l’aise c’était une atmosphère the dark et satanique. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et nous sommes ensuite arrivés dans la chambre « paradis » qui cette fois si était moins glauque. La déco et l’atmosphère pas du tout à notre goût, nous ne nous sommes pas senti à l’aise dans cette hôtel.

Cons: כאשר הגענו, נאמר לנו שמחליפים מצעים כל יומיים אלא אם מבקשים אחרת. מסתבר שהם לא מנקים בכלל את החדר! רק אם מבקשים באופן מפורש. חדר מעוצב לכאורה יפה, אבל המים במקלחת עלו בגלל ניקוז גרוע, והחדר הוצף במים, כך שהשטיחים נרטבו ולא הוחלפו. ארות בוקר בינונית ומטה. בקיצור, לא היתה הלימה למחיר כלל!!! אחד המלונות היקרים עם תמורה נמוכה ומטה.

Cons: Purtroppo c'è stato un problema all'impianto wi-fi, e non ha funzionato per la maggior parte del pomeriggio. Anche la ricezione telefonica è difficoltosa essendo un vecchio palazzo ristrutturato con mura molto spesse. Di conseguenza, non sono riuscita a lavorare in modo adeguato, e ho dovuto scendere nell'adiacente piazzetta per poter usufruire della linea telefonica personale. Per correttezza, devo dire che avevo già soggiornato in questo hotel e non avevo avuto problemi con il wi-fi

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and modern, with lots of stylish and interesting design details throughout. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet - perfect for a comfortable stay. A nice bonus was the complimentary non-alcoholic minibar upon arrival. On-site, there is a fantastic Mexican restaurant and a great cocktail bar, which really add to the overall experience.
Cons: However, considering the price level, I expected a more diverse breakfast selection. Also, slippers and basic personal hygiene items/vanity kits in the room would be appreciated, as these are usually standard in hotels of this category.

This is the coolest hotel! The themed rooms are fabulous (we stayed in Hell 😈), the bar and restaurants are wonderful- always stop in for a nightcap because the cocktails are delicious. Above all the staff are amazing. Our luggage was lost by an airline so when we arrived we needed some help- the staff were incredibly friendly and did all they could to help us with advice and contacts. We loved every minute here ❤️

Un très bel hôtel, très atypique dans sa décoration. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre chambre qui donnait sur un petit jardin. Nous avons pu être accompagnés de nos deux petits chiens pour lesquelles on nous avait mis à disposition, niche et gamelle, ce qui est très rare dans un hôtel, le personnel, très aimable et pratiquement tous parle le français. Le personnel toujours très à l’écoute est très réactif à nos demandes vraiment en établissement à conseiller.

Location and closeness to major sights, also quite good food! Also very quiet at nights! Staff were polite and helpful. At rush hours perhaps you need more staff or larger reception desk! Possibility to make your own fresh juice as part of breakfast was good, but need some supervision for those who may not follow all hygiene basics using the machine!
Cons: Beds not comfortable and the bed sheets and pillow covers are very low quality. Also the room AC was impossible to cool down below 19.5 degrees. Another negative thing if you use the main electricity switch, it also turns off all plug ins and all chargers stops working! I think the function of main switch should be only for lights not el plugs!

Erstmal Transaktionsgebuehren gespart ? Dann doch auch so erklären . Zugang zum Zimmer durch das Restaurant, dann dunkle Flure. 4 MA an der Rezeption, da könnte ein MA mit vorlaufen, um den 2. Fahrstuhl hinten um 2 Ecken zu zeigen. Zimmer zu dunkel, unabhängig vom Konzept. Nur ital. 3 fachSteckdosen am Bett, Bettlampe nicht stabil einrichtbar, eine Seite war defekt. Nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke.

Cons: Bert, the general manager was extremely unfriendly showing very little flexibility with his teams to allow to change a booking that were made 5 minutes before the change request - This shows a focus on revenue rather than customer satisfaction and lead us not to advise our group of friends to book that hotel. Moreover, paying 300 usd has to come with non-négociables that are missing here. No slippers in the room, while the floor is cold, low quality coffee in the rooms and no one to help my girlfriend carry her heavy bag on the stairs. The room was also extremely dark with no sunlight at all

It’s my fourth time staying at this hotel, it’s the very best choice for when to run a marathon (Florence Marathone) or stay in Florence. Extremely cool hotel matched with extremely helpful staff who were very flexible. The decoration throughout the hotel and in the room is very detailed. The response to both my calls to reception were handled very promptly. One of the calls was even returned to me as the line was busy when I initiated the call. The room had a quality speaker and amenities. I liked the well-designed space where I could hang many of my clothes. It would be more comfortable if the pillows provided per person were both large rather than one large and one small. The gym, music room, cinema, sauna and several restaurants are attractive.

I can't say enough amazing things about the 25hours hotel! It is a truly incredible experience. The attention to detail in the decor, the service and the food onsite is all wonderful. The location is amazing - a block from the Arno, short walk to everything! The room was perfect - and totally the creative spark I was looking for in my first 10 days of a month-long stay in the Tuscany region. Definitely choose a Hell room - the red color is Divine, as Dante would say! I loved having the private garden, too. The humor and creativity all over this hotel is so inspiring. I was there to paint and write, and the space set me up for a perfect experience. I will also say that the Salami, Dried Tomato and Honey panini in the Alimentari cafe is now my Favorite. Sandwich. Ever. The Steak Tartare in Dario Ciccini's restaurant is also superb! But the best part - the Soeder shampoo!!! I will never use another hair product again - had to find a way to ship it to the US! 25hours - I will be back! Grazie mille!!

The hotel has a unique interior design. Big room.
Cons: Each bed came with only one pillow, and it was too soft and too low for us. I went to the front desk to ask if they had any firmer pillows. The lady on duty told me that all the pillows were the same. I then asked if we could at least have two additional pillows, and she said someone would bring them to our room, but no one came the entire night. The next morning, after breakfast, I asked again. This time the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When I explained that the pillows were too soft, he immediately arranged for firmer ones to be sent to our room, and they arrived shortly after. They were exactly what we needed. Thank you.

The place is great, very vibrant and located in a very nice area. The rooms are spacious and with a nice design and clean.
Cons: We chose this hotel for the restaurant and parking. The parking was full bad nobody informed us. We arrived with two kids and luggage’s and sent us in another parking that was also full! We insisted that we couldn’t leave and finally parked our car. The person at the breakfast was not very smiley and the staff of the restaurant the same. So overall except of the reception desk who was helpful all the rest of these staff need some more training.

The location is 10mins from train station and an easy walk to the main sites. The reception is so beautiful. We ate there one night and loved the food. Staff were very nice.
Cons: Room 241 has no view, overlooking what seemed to be an internal maintenance area and next to housekeeping. The pillows were much too soft leading to fitful sleep. On our final day there was an unpleasant smell in the room, which we didn’t report as we were leaving.

25 Hours Florence was recommended to me by a friend who stayed there last year. I absolutely loved it! The room was so cute with so many fun details and the bed was super comfy! The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating! The pizza in Alimentari was fabulous! The lobby area is so open and decorated beautifully. The oversized velvet couches are a great place to relax. This hotel is in a perfect location in an extremely walkable city. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has an excellent location, it is clean and has friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. The hotel has the concept of Divine Comedy and is divided into Hell and Heaven. During the day it is pleasant in the lobby, however, the corridors are dark, especially at night. In Hell, everything was too much for my taste, blood red doors with black walls in the corridor, all the walls, doors, ceilings in the room scream red, gray bed with toy rats. Poor lighting. Everything is black and dark in the shower cabin and the bathroom. Ambience that disturbs and is not for rest and relaxation. For those who like it, it may be challenging, but those who want to stay in the hotel should look at the pictures well if they are not for such an interior.

Cons: Everything. The sink was clogged, the bin broken. Housekeeping ignored the green sign, then returned later and reused dirty pillowcases from the floor. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and even told me to “call the police.” The red/green sign system is confusing and not explained. The food was tasteless, like paper. Worst service and hospitality I’ve ever experienced.

You just have t o check out the website to understand. I recommend this hotel in a second. We even left our bags with the desk one day so we could spend a night in Cinque Terre and they were so accommodating and helpful it was a breeze. You don't get that service in North America. I wish we had experienced the restaurant and bar, but with such a great location so close to amazing restaurants we just couldn't find the opportunity but the coffee shop was our first stop every morning and served our needs perfectly. Next time I'm in a city with a 25hours hotel, i'm booking. The rooms were extremely large by European standards, the staff was exceptional and the decor and experience was positively unique. A lovely hotel some fantastic friendly staff especially the young lady who greets you at breakfast. The heaven room was lovely & a bit different but plenty of space and it was nice to have a balcony. Every part of the hotel was spotless and even when we couldn’t work the lift it was not trouble for the young lady from reception to come and help us. Would stay again without a doubt 😀

This is a modern new hotel in a historic building and area. You get the charm of classic Firenze and the history but the hotel is super cool and quirky and fun and modern. Absolutely loved all the spaces, the restaurant, the romantic garden sit out is perfect for a night cap, the bar is sexy, the rooms are lovely y especially on the ground floor with the small sit out at the back. The coffee shop the osteria is amazing for coffee and lunch. The breakfast was fantastic, service was impeccable. Very friendly and warm. The location is brilliant too…super close to all the major attractions. Short walk to the uffizi and the piazza. Superb, five stars for everything. Especially if you dont want a blah and bland generic hotel…the delightful decor and touches are so fun. We stayed in the Dante’s inferno themed room. Loved it!

This is an excellent location for those who love to walk the streets of Florence. It’s also a beautiful hotel, very whimsical, fun, with lots of outdoor space and airy lounges! We've all stayed at them - bland, characterless hotels where everything looks and feels the same. Well, not this hotel! The 25hours Hotel in Florence does things a bit differently, and it's a joy to behold. From the moment you arrive at the reception desk, you're greeted with a vibe that can only be described as quirky: towers of spray-painted vintage suitcases stacked up around you, giant illuminated plastic spiders on the walls, a cinema playing obscure 50s Italian movies, a library and music room, and a multitude of comfy couches and seating areas that extend into lush outdoor spaces filled with plants, ferns, and banana trees. And that's just the ground floor. We explore the hotel further and find a sauna, a gym, and even a place where you can create a message in a bottle - complete with vintage typewriters and a wine corking machine. The hotel is a tribute to Dante Alighieri, and our "Hell" themed room doesn't disappoint. The journey begins in an elevator glowing with a red neon "HELL" sign (it's just a shame we go up and not down!), the corridors echo with crackling Italian recitations of The Divine Comedy, while voodoo dolls, skulls, and a stairwell filled with ominous crows complete the wonderfully sinister atmosphere. It's all very cool. Our room is perfection in red and black. A wide comfortable bed, walk-in shower room, bidet, plenty of storage space, and thick velvet curtains to cocoon us from the craziness of Florence outside. There's a minibar stocked with complimentary water and beers, and a handy shoulder bag that you can take outside on trips. Hell never felt so good. Our only slight issue was that we couldn't get the TV's Chromecast function to stream anything from our phones or iPads, so instead we connect to the room's Bluetooth speaker and listen to the Divine Comedy audiobook. Well, why not? All in all, it's a fabulous hotel - centrally located and thus within walking distance to everything Florence has to offer. Highly recommended.

Overall a fairly pleasant experience. Housekeeping was an issue (blood spots found on sheet, comforter, pillowcase and 2 towels). Had to ask almost every day for tea to be replenished. Stayed 2 weeks and was charged for 2 fried eggs even though we paid for breakfast package (felt like nickle and diming). 1 of the elevators broke down twice. No slippers or iron or robes in the room. For a 4 star hotel, it was not good enough. I'd rate it 3 stars. Overpriced for what it was. That said, the staff was friendly and the location was excellent.

Over the past year, I’ve stayed at the 25hours Hotel twice and had the chance to try both room types — the “Heaven” and the “Hell” rooms. The Dante-inspired theme is absolutely perfect for Florence and makes the hotel truly unique and full of character. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city center, and for those arriving by car, there’s a fantastic underground parking garage that even offers electric vehicle charging. The renovation of this historic building has been done beautifully — the result is a fun and distinctive design that feels both modern and rooted in tradition. The lobby is set in a large inner courtyard that also houses the restaurant by the famous Tuscan butcher Cecchini. There’s also a cocktail bar and a café open all day, serving breakfast and light snacks. In February, I stayed in a “Heaven” room, which had a small balcony overlooking a quiet little garden. Last weekend, I stayed in one of the “Hell” rooms, and I actually liked it even more — it was on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, perfect for me since I was traveling with my little dog. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and well soundproofed. The layouts are similar, but the atmosphere is completely different: “Heaven” is all about white and light blue tones, while “Hell” is, of course, all red and black. Even the elevators and hallways follow these themes depending on which area they take you to. Prices are not cheap, but they’re in line with similar hotels, and considering the central location and the level of comfort, it’s completely justified. I’ll definitely be back!

I liked my room a lot, because it was the "heaven" theme. Size was very good, housekeeping did a great job of cleaning, the toiletries provided were excellent, especially the moisturizer.
Cons: Breakfast service can be improved, maybe keep less oily sausages. Also, my parents were in the "hell" theme room which was completely red, they did not like. I think you should give your guests a choice of room types, especially older people.

This is a quirky hotel. Our room was “in heaven”. The room was large, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We had nice amenities including boxed water and some other drinks in the refrigerator. The location is perfect. The atrium, bar area and outside patio were lovely. I would have to agree with other reviewers that breakfast was not a strong point but that did not detract from our stay. The Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. One guest had a medical issue and the Front Desk called a local doctor to pay a “house call”. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Without a doubt, 25hours Hotel in Florence is one of the most unique and memorable places I’ve ever stayed. The hotel leans into Florence’s rich Dante history, with rooms styled in either a heaven or hell theme. We stayed in a “heaven” room, which was bright, airy, super comfortable, and honestly such a joy to come back to after exploring the city. The hotel itself has so much to offer — a lively bar with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a spacious restaurant, and even a bistro for quick bites or takeaway snacks and drinks. Location-wise, it’s spot on. Just a 15-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and about 10 minutes from the Piazza della Signoria, it makes the perfect base for wandering around this beautiful city. All in all, I absolutely loved our stay at 25hours and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

The 25hours Hotel is quirky in a good way. There is a heaven and hell theme with fascinating objects dotted around the hotel. We stayed in heaven and the room was clean and well equipped. The buffet-style breakfast is adequate. The lounges and the outside courtyard are atmospheric and magical in the evenings. The location is ideal - it is a very short walk to the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio (as well as the other must-see attractions) and the railway station which takes you to Pisa in one hour. The reception staff were very helpful and there is an overall feeling of fun. Would thoroughly recommend.

Location was great, very close to the centre. Hotel is lovely if a bit quirky, but that's 25Hours for you! Room was good size as was the bed. Shower and toilet were good size too, except the shower screen is glass and visible from the bedroom.
Cons: We booked a medium with balcony. The balcony was small, contained one big chair and 2 large pot plants. It's ridiculous to not both be able to sit out on the balcony so we didn't use it. There also weren't any chairs in the room we could put out there. Get rid of the plants, put a small table and 2 chairs and it would have been great. I should have complained as soon as we checked in but didn't - on checkout they said I wasn't the only person who had said that.

On pouvait pas dormir tard car on entendait le discours, pas de sieste non plus. Vraiment une mauvaise idée de mettre cet haut parleur a côté des chambres. Je suis professeur dans une des meilleures écoles de tourisme a Lausanne et je dois constater que le personnel de la reception seulement était tres désagréable. This property is fun to visit with fun, kitchsy elements to make a great experience. The Heaven room with a balcony had lots of light and space. Similarly the lobby area was a great place to sit and determine your day’s plan with a cappuccino in hand. Reception was helpful especially Sebastian. Housekeeping was fine keeping the room clean overall but failed over four days to refill empty lotion and coffee. The bar makes a great Negroni however the bartenders were a bit more attuned to the younger female customers both times I visited as a solo customer. Location wise, this hotel was perfect as it is walking distance to everything you want without being in the thick of it. I would stay here again without question.

This is the second time I am staying at this hotel. I had such a brilliant experience a few years ago when travelling solo and this time travelled with my dog and partner. The experience was, as always, brilliant. Gorgeous rooms and facilities, central location (you can walk everywhere), staff friendly and helpful. This hotel has a very laid back vibe in a luxury, artsy setting. The theme is heaven and hell (you can request your room preference). There is a courtyard to lounge in until as late as you need. Delicious food served. Can't wait to be back!

We stayed our first night in the "hell" floor, which honestly was a little disconcerting. We switched to the "heaven" floor the next night, but honestly, the entire experience was inspirational. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and inspiring stay in Florence.

Cons: Leider hat sich der Service etwas hängen lassen seit unserem letzten Besuch, weniger aufmerksam und nur notwendige Höflichkeit. Das bezieht sich jedoch nur auf den Bar und Restaurantbereich. Empfang und Reinigungspersonal sonstiges Personal nach wie vor nett und aufmerksam.

Eu amei a decoração do hotel, o atendimento dos funcionários que faziam de tudo para facilitar nossa comunicação. Tudo no quarto muito novinho e de muito bom gosto. Não queria mais ir embora daquele lugar rsrs A localização é excelente, da pra ir a pé até a estação de trem e aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Tudo perfeito

Very quirky hotel, something a little bit different. Good location with access to main railway and easy walking to all main attractions. Super quiet location, modern, air con worked extremely well. Lovely outdoor courtyard to relax in. Bonus points for mini fridge and tea facilities.
Cons: I’ve been travelling for the past three weeks and although the breakfast covered all the basics, just a little boring with same hot items on offer each day, no variation. The pillows are either super huge or super tiny.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet und das Frühstück sehr gut. Zusätzlich hat es eine gute Tiefgarage.
Cons: Leider fand ein privates Event statt, so das wir vieles des Hotels nicht nutzen konnten. Leider wurden wir darüber vorab nicht informiert.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage mit liebevoll gestalteten, bequemen Zimmern.
Cons: Wir waren wohl zur falschen Zeit hier. Vor Ort mussten wir erfahren, das es im Hotel ein privates Event gibt, wodurch das gesamte Restaurant, Bar und Innenhof gesperrt war. Umständliche Wege zu den Zimmern musste man in Kauf nehmen. Leider war darüber hinaus das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen um 09:30 eine Katastrophe: Personal völlig überfordert, praktisch alles war leer. Brot, Brötchen, Butter, Eier. Aussage ‚We work on it‘. Was leider nicht geschah.

So ein schönes Hotel mit dem gewissen Etwas. Der Innenhof lädt zum Chillen ein. So gemütlich! Ideal für einen Kaffee zwischendurch oder den Absacker am Abend. Das Einrichtungskonzept zum Thema Himmel und Hölle trifft meinen Geschmack und ist eine hübsche Abwechslung zu normalen Hotelzimmern.

Cons: The room was rather uncomfortable, the shower combined with the main room and the water was always leaking on the floor, the toilet is almost not separated from the bedroom no privacy at all.

Cons: To make a coffee in the room was a farse, far too complicated . A glass jaw, paper filter, packet of coffee to be fittered, and then pored out. Good luck with that one ! The breakfast is expensive at 24 euro . There is plenty of choice but very weak coffee and cold scrambled eggs, so let down with that, not impressed with breakfast.
