A fun and stylish hotel with a great restaurant, cafe, bar and breakfast. The location is so central, we could walk everywhere. The rooms are well air conditioned and our balcony had a lovely view of the Florence rooftops. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Le haut parleur devant notre chambre dans le couloir qui diffuse une interview à partir de 9h du matin. Difficile pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la chambre le matin. Mais l'équipe est vraiment au top. Problème expliqué et changement de chambre proposé. Au top. Mais si vous voulez dormir le matin, évitez la chambre 112 !!

Le personnel souriant et vraiment serviable pour toutes questions . L’architecture du lieu et la décoration, dans les moindres détails. Et cela se retrouve dans les chambres. . La nourriture délicieuse et variée et les chambres à la décoration incroyable et confortables Bref, séjour en famille avec amis et grands adolescents On a tous tant aimé cet endroit qu’on y reviendra. The design of this hotel alone is worth a visit. Really cool with awesome little touches like a cinema and private pool space (make sure you reserve it’s limited to 30 spaces a day) Staff are friendly and welcoming to cocktails are absolutely delicious. Would stay here again without question.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a lot of useful amenities such as hairdryer, laundry service for anyone travelling through Italy.
Cons: The pool was unfortunately booked for a private event making it unavailable to us during our short stay. Whilst the room looked fun, the functionality of the space felt compromised, for example the glass wall shower in the main room area.

Cons: There was one night where I couldn’t find my key and I knocked on the door.. the receptionist looked at me and did nothing… I had luckily found my key and was able to get in… I walked up to her and said, wow that was scary… why didn’t you open the door? What if something happened to me? (It was very late at night near the train station btw) she said, oh nothing will happen. I was talking to my colleague… That wasn’t the best response (in my opinion), but aside from that incident my overall stay went very well.

Cons: El costo por adicionar una noche. El desayuno me parece básico, no tiene nada caliente. Un omelette debe pagarse 5 euros aparte. Ilógico para un hotel superior a 230 euros aproximadamente, la noche. Como el restaurante es prestigioso y concurren personas diferentes de los huéspedes bajé y tuve que comer en una mesa alta debido a la falta de reserva.

The hotel is extremely stylish, atmospheric, and unique - the entire concept and interior design are inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy, which creates a truly special experience. The location is excellent - everything is within walking distance. For guests traveling by car, having convenient parking in the city center is a huge advantage. The hotel also offers a great bar with excellent drinks, a fine restaurant, and a beautifully designed café where it’s a pleasure to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic breakfast - huge selection. Staff were incredible in every interaction I had with them. Very comfortable and a nice break away from the busy centre and heat of Florence in summer.
Cons: I've stayed here a few times over the years and I think there are parts of the hotel getting a bit tired now. A little freshen up on some of the carpets and furniture is needed.

Cons: The hotel itself is a fantastic looking hotel, and the vibe is great, having stayed previously at their hotel in Vienna. I had high hopes. The first night was great, though the power did go on and off during the night, no biggie as it was early hours in the morning. The second day/night was not great, the power and water went off about 7pm and it was a localised issue we found out. When we came back from dinner there was still no power, we went back to the room to get some sleep but the lack of power meant no air-con and the temp in the room was unbearable coupled with little to no water. We went to ask at reception what was happening and we were informed that it wasn't their fault (which it wasn't) but here's where my frustration came in - no effort or plan to rebook people and move them to alternative hotels, there was zero management presence and the complaints were being handled by 2 reception team members with no real experience of how to handle and deal with this situation. We then decided to check-out around 10:20pm and find another hotel, but zero apologies and zero effort made to recover the situation. We were told that they'd had authorisation from the Director to give refunds to anyone who checked out - and guess what 1 week later and we have had no refund, and my last email has gone unanswered. I get that things go wrong and it's outside their control, but the sheer lack of care and hospitality there is no excuse for. Would make me think twice about going back to any of their hotels. Avoid.

Cons: Die Dekoration der Zimmer war überladen und nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Eine grosse Lampe über dem Bett, auf der wiederholt das Wort Suicide und Violent steht , erinnert an eine alte Geisterbahn. Der Hotelgang ist nicht einladend.

Küçük ama keyifli bir bahçesi ve otelin hemen önünde kendi kafesi var. Biz kahvaltı satın almıştık ana satın almayanlar için güzel bir alternatif olabilir, her şey çok güzel gözüküyor ve çok güzel kokuyordu. Oda büyük ve güzeldi her gün çok güzel temizlediler. Biz çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Cons: A porta do banheiro e do box são transparentes, o que tira um pouco a privacidade. Além disso, o Wi-Fi do hotel não funcionava no quarto. O café-da-manhã encerra pontualmente às 10:30. Um dia descemos um pouco mais tarde para o café e, quando deu 10:30, os funcionários já haviam retirado todos os itens.

We did not have the hotel breakfast. So I cannot comment on it. We thoroughly enjoyed the front coffee bar. I Golosi. Excellent service. Very hospitable staff,friendly, welcoming. Because of the heat we hung out there.We did enjoy the hotel restaurant even though we had to have a late dinner. We were so appreciative about the hotel parking garage. That is worth the price. The front reservation staff was very helpful about this as well as checking in process. Very efficient and friendly. We only had a one night stay but still enjoyed our time.

Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt, tolle und kreative Ausstattung, wie man es von den 25h-Hotels gewohnt ist. Sehr bequemes Bett, schöner Garten und luftige Lobby
Cons: Wir hatten ein Standard‑Zimmer gebucht und stattdessen ein barrierefreies Zimmer erhalten, eine höhere Kategorie, die grundsätzlich in Ordnung gewesen wäre. Allerdings war die Dusche so angeordnet, dass der gesamte Toilettenbereich regelmässig unter Wasser stand. Das liess sich nicht verhindern. Das Wasser sammelte sich direkt vor dem WC, sodass wir jedes Mal barfuss durch eine Pfütze mussten, welche auch nach 12h nicht abtrocknete. Das erinnerte eher an ein Wohnwagen‑Bad als an ein Hotelzimmer dieser Preisklasse. Als wir einen Zimmerwechsel verlangten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar sei. Das Personal zeigte wenig Interesse an unserem Anliegen und reagierte entsprechend unfreundlich. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie und bei einem Aufenthalt von drei Nächten ist das enttäuschend. Wir mussten unsere Sachen packen, ohne zu wissen, ob wir überhaupt ein neues Zimmer erhalten würden, und wurden mehrfach aufgefordert, später nochmals nachzufragen. Entspannt war unser Aufenthalt in Florenz dadurch nicht. Schlussendlich (nach der ersten Nacht) hat der Zimmerwechsel zwar geklappt, allerdings erst, nachdem wir deutlich insistieren mussten. Das neue Zimmer entsprach dann den Erwartungen und den Fotos. Trotzdem werde ich die 25hours‑Hotels vorerst meiden. Der Aufenthalt war den Preis nicht wert und hat unseren Ferienabschluss in Florenz unnötig belastet.

I loved having the private terrace! I was able to sit and enjoy the ambiance of Florence. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. The scrambled eggs were delicious!
Cons: The ornamentation in the hallways of the 2nd floor have been damaged/vandalized and therefore give the hallways a cheap look. Definitely not indicative of the rooms. Also, although everything I ate was superb, I felt the selection was a bit lacking. I was interested in more pasta and less octopus. Perhaps alternating menus?

25Hours was such a cool concept and very modern for a hotel in Florence. It is set about 7-8 minutes away from the train station and the hustle and bustle of Florence. My adult daughter and I loved the Dante’s theme (we stayed in a white room with a balcony). The room was huge for European standards and the AC worked perfectly (another thing that can be difficult to find in Italy). The vibe of the hotel was cool with a great courtyard for drinks. The staff were helpful when it came to needing a taxi. You are surrounded by wonderful restaurants (Zeb was our favorite). I highly recommend.

The Location of the Property, can't be beat. Approx. 10 min walk from the Train Station, short walk to all Sights and wonderful restaurants down the block. Attention to detail on the theme rooms was impressive. Rooms didn't feel overwhelming though. The Restaurant served a lovely breakfast each morning. Staff were helpful. Will be sure to stay here again when in Florence!

It’s a total oasis amongst the busy streets of Florence, there was always someone quiet to chill and get a drink after a long day of exploring. The breakfast area was great and the staff were so friendly. Our room also had the most incredible terrace, we felt so incredibly lucky to have that view over the city every evening.

Uglavnom, super value for money. Jako dobri kozmetički proizvodi u sobama, jako fora reference na Dantea - mi smo bili u "Raju".
Cons: Bili smo u sobi "Raj" - soba je super, super proizvodi, imali smo super balkončić. Jedino što je nedostajala jest još jedna fotelja na balkončiću (na drugim balkončićima su bile 2). Ali, dobro, mi se nismo žalili jer smo bili poslovno, tako da nije problem. Možda bih samo predložila da se u sobe stavi nešto što je nalik radnoj stolici za goste koji dolaze poslovno u hotel, i možda razmisliti da se u sobe stavi neka mala lampa koja se može upotrijebiti kao radna lampa. Jasna mi je vizija dizajna, koja je fantastična, ali mislim da bi se mogla uvesti ovakva vrsta dodatka bez da se našteti cjelini dizajna soba.

Fun, comfort, playfulness and smiles all round, these are the memories I have of this hotel in central Florence. Slap bang in the centre of Florence, a stone throw from the River Arno, the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, the Uffici, etc, etc, and the central train station, too, is this gem of a hotel. My room was spacious and airy, had tea and coffee making facilities (still rare in Italy), had a shower big enough for a family, overlooked a courtyard with tinkling fountains and had a cloud-like goose-down duvet on a very comfortable bed. And just for fun, a giant, very cute, velvety "mouse" on my bed. (It it the hotel's signature "thing" I think; one can even buy one to take home.) Oh, and another fun fact: a bar fridge with a sign that says all its contents is free, how refreshing! And of course, the staff, every one of them, so very welcoming and helpful and friendly. I seriously cannot think of one negative thing to say about the 25hours Hotel Florence in Piazza San Paolino.

Fairly good location with all key must-visit sites within walking distance. Quirky rooms which maybe a bit too quirky for some. However, if you look beyond the quirkiness, the size of rooms is great for Florence. Good to have balcony space but the balcony furnishings could be cleaner. The plants on our balcony spilled over to the furniture making the cushions a bit too dirty to sit on.
Cons: During the stay, often, the main atrium area- dining area was closed of for private events. For one event, a bouncer prevented guests from using what is essentialy the main route from rooms to exit. It meant that guests had to take the long way around the back corridors to go from rooms to exit the hotel. Fortunately we did not have to navigate this with bags but others were not so lucky. This is not how a hospitality establishment works. Whilst events are necessary for alternative revenue, the main aim of a hotel is to cater to all paying guests. So planning for events needs to take all needs into consideration. Also whilst we were there, hot items at breakfast were served cold. And there was no particular motivation to refill breakfast items when these ran out.

The hotel has a bold design concept that’s a must-see. For me, the highlight is the bar. Another great feature for Florence is the underground parking garage and the free charging stations.
Cons: Somehow, it just didn't feel right in a lot of ways. Some of the staff simply weren't cut out for service. A lot of things weren't quite clean (the champagne glasses upon arrival, a bedsheet, the carpets in the hallways, the waiters' T-shirts). The breakfast service is also mediocre. Plus: If you order a black café lungo, you’re sent to a hot water dispenser with filter coffee. Unworthy of Italy.

The location is very good. 5 to 15 minutes walk to main attractions in Florence. Train station is just a 7 minutes walk. The garden of the hotel is quite nice for having a drink. The breakfast is fine. Everything is fresh and the variety is okay. But when I asked a waiter for a coffee during my breakfast, being told "the coffee is there, it is an open buffet, you can get yourself" was not a nice response or attitude I expected at that level hotel. And the waiters working at breakfast area was not smiling at all (except one). They looked like they work there because they have to. The room has an original design. It may not be for everyone and may be a bit disturbing but I think it was fun and comfy. But the pillows were too soft for me. There could be pillow options for guest's choice. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the minibar was nice to have. It was a comfortable stay in general, the location, the spacious room and the inner garden are the highlights of the hotel for me.
Cons: I know in Italy generally the people work reluctantly and especially in touristic areas they don't care so much about the clients but at a 300 euros per night hotel, I would expect to see a better service where people look happier or attentive to the guests.

Not sure what I was expecting when I booked this hotel but it was dreadful! We had a room with small courtyard and not only was it twice as dark as the pictures portray it absolutely stunk! It smelt like wet dog with a mixture of stale cigarette smoke every time we walked into the room. The bed linen had stains, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable and the room was so dark even with every light on and curtains wide open that it was virtually impossible to apply makeup. The toilet was so dark that it was hard to tell if the seat was up or down and in the middle of the night we had to turn multiple lights on to prevent an injury. For the price of this hotel you could find something so much better!

For starters, this is one of those quirky hotels you’ll either love or hate because of its decor and ambience. Based on Dante Allegheri’s Divine Comedy, the rooms are themed either “heaven” or “hell”. We found ourselves in a “hell” room, which is dark, with a lot of red, but a nice enough hotel room with a courtyard if you can deal with the lack of light. Separate toilet and shower, nice bed, decent size for Italy. The hotel itself is quite OK. A gym, a bar, a restaurant and a coffee shop attached in a central part of Florence near to Santa Maria Novella Church. Being in a “hell” room was apt though, considering the housekeeping and reception staff, who were terrible and ruined our stay. On our third day, vital medicinal shampoo for a medical condition - in small 60ml bottles - vanished from our room. They had been left in the shower. The bottles were full. They are a clear bottle that you can see contains something. There was nothing to suggest they were rubbish, or that they were not serving a purpose. My guess was that housekeeping had removed them to clean the bench in the shower, but either forgotten to put them back or thrown them away accidentally. But after explaining my story to three reception staff, no one could track these bottles, reception staff didn’t really wanted to confront housekeeping to check, nor accept they (housekeeping) were responsible for their disappearance. Twice I was asked by reception staff if I had misplaced them. We had turned the entire hotel room over trying to find these vital medical supplies so it was clear what had happened. They didn’t walk away by themselves. After five hours of trying to trace them, I was told by an assistant manager “we are sorry”. And that was that. Move on, please. No resolution to assist solving a medical issue, no acceptance of blame. I now have to find a solution to my medical condition here in Italy (we have five more weeks travelling) with little of the language and no really way of finding a replacement solution for a prescribed medical treatment back home. Accidents happen, and if the hotel had accepted responsibility and attempted in some way to help me (I described to the assistant manager in some detail the product and its importance) instead of washing their hands of it because it was clearly too hard, this would have gone some way to resolution. Instead they took a lazy, quite dangerous approach to shrugging their shoulders of a medical issue they have caused. This is not the sort of service any hotel should provide its guests. I would urge caution staying here, and I hope the hotel learns from this issue and for future guests, attempts to help when it causes a problem rather than effectively hopes you go away or blames the victim, rather than their processes which are clearly not good enough. They certainly won’t have to worry about me again - I will never stay at this hotel or any other 25hours in the future. I am thoroughly distressed by this, and will hopefully be able to either secure my medicinal shampoo at our next stop in Rome, or probably - more likely - have to shave my head to avoid the alopecia hair loss becoming obvious over the next 5 weeks. Ironically, the hotel slogan is “25 hours loves you”. Trust me, they don’t. You are a tourist, a money machine to the amusement park that Florence is, and the staff at this hotel couldn’t care less. Avoid this hotel like the plague and stay elsewhere.

The front desk have left the hotel down. On arrival at the property, we were told that our room was 'of course not ready' only to have another guest beside us immediately told 'we are pleased to say you have early check-in'. We were also given incorrect information about the pool opening via two different staff members on reception. Finally, we were told the hotel bar would be open until 1am only to return to the hotel post dinner to find the bar closed for a private function. We were offered 'free candy' as an apology (with the assumption that we helped ourselves to too much of the complimentary candy on reception'. The person's attitude was incredibly smug and disingenuous. Overall, the location is fantastic, the cafe at the back of the property and the staff at the cafe are charming and the outdoor garden is stunning. The room decor is not to everyone's taste but it's clear upon booking what your options are - they don't hide from the heaven/hell theme!

Cooles Hotel, alles im roten Zimmer auf ein Thema ausgerichtet und designed. Man muss aber auch bereit sein, von der Vorstellung eines klassischen Hotels abzuweichen. Die öffentlichen Räume sind super, viel Platz, wie die Bibliothek (mit einem richtigen Register für die Bücher) mit guten Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Und das eine Mal, das wir im Hotel gegessen haben, war auch sehr gut.
Cons: Einzig, dass nach der Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes für 1 Nacht die Schlüssel nicht direkt freigeschaltet waren und die Wartezeit am Check-In in Kauf genommen werden musste, um die Schlüssel aktualisiert zu haben.

The 25hours Hotel Florence Piazza San Paolino is a masterclass in atmosphere and location. It's tucked away just a 10 minute stroll from the Santa Maria Novella train station and within 15 minutes of icons like the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. It served us as a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. What really set this hotel apart was the community vibe. The interiors was eclectic and full of character, flowing beautifully into a lovely garden space that felt like a hidden sanctuary. Our room overlooked these grounds, featuring a massive window seat that quickly became my favorite spot. There was something incredibly peaceful about sitting there with the window wide open, getting lost in a book while enjoying the fresh air and the view. However, two things impacted our comfort... the mattress was quite uncomfortable and it made for a restless stay; we didn't mention it at the time, as we felt there wasn't much that could be done to change it. Second, the design choice of a glass toilet door was a bit baffling. While the aesthetic is modern, it offered very little privacy; I’m not sure I really wanted my partner having a front-row seat to my bathroom routine. Anyhoo... despite the central location, the soundproofing was impressive; once the windows were shut, the room was a quiet retreat. The hospitality was equally standout. Breakfast was a highlight... easy, relaxed, and high quality. The hosts truly go above and beyond, and we have to give a special shout-out to Eduardo and Barry. They were absolutely brilliant and made our stay feel personal and seamless. Overall, we had a lovely experience and appreciated the unique energy of the hotel but due to the mattress issues and the fact that we’ve checked Florence off our travel list, we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Don't let our niggles put you off though... it’s a fantastic spot for those who prioritise vibe and location, provided you don't mind a bit of "architectural transparency" in the bathroom.

O hotel é todo temático, o que torna a experiência incrível. Os quartos são grandes e as camas confortáveis. Os restaurantes e bares do hotel são muito bons. O café da manhã não estava incluído, mas há uma cafeteria no hotel que fomos todos os dias e estava tudo bom (e bem mais barato). O frigobar incluso tornou a experiência muito boa. A academia é pequena, mas completa e limpa.

La cancellazione ha riguardato solo parte delle prenotazioni e, nonostante il problema fosse evidente, il personale ha completamente ignorato la situazione. The concept of the hotel was very cool - some rooms decorated as "heaven" and some as "hell". I enjoyed my spacious baby-blue heaven room with a very comfortable bed, spacious sitting area, sizable bathroom and fridge stocked with complimentary items. Breakfast in the beautiful atrium was a generous and delicious spread. I enjoyed the special order coffee menu and began every morning with a tasty cappucino. There's a club next door that sounds loud when apprroaching the hotel but I couldn't hear anything in my room on the 2nd floor.
Cons: The lights in the room were a bit confusing to figure out. The AC didn't work the first night and still wasn't the strongest after maintenance came. Other than that, I had a great stay.

To be honest I’ve rarely given such a low review for a hotel as I’m very careful when I’m choosing. The hotel is clean and well located. We had one of the ‘hell’ rooms which are quite dark (deep red). The rooms are large and a little odd in layout eg the sink is in the main entrance corridor. Breakfast was ok with a decent selection although when I asked for some more honey I was told there was none. So, why the three stars? Whilst the theme of some of the rooms is Hell the reference to suicide in various places in the room and corridors isn’t appropriate in my view. I’m not a particularly sensitive person but I’m aware of friends and colleagues who’ve taken their own lives and I didn’t need reminding of this.

Cons: The breakfast is not worth the money paid for it. The eggs were cold and the buffet was terribly disorganized. There was no explanation provided stating that the breakfast was 24 Euro per person whether you buy a single croissant or a bowl of oatmeal. Unless you include the breakfast in your package it is a complete waste of a meal and money, albeit the artistic ambiance. I also was astounded that I was charged a 50 euro fee to change rooms after being set up in a room that lacked atmosphere, in contrast to the photos shown on Booking.com. The next day at the front desk I overhead a couple being offered a free upgrade for the same room with balcony. Finally, the theme of the hotel based on Dante's Inferno is a novel concept, but walking into an elevator glowing in red and reading "welcome to Hell" is not my idea of a good time. Read the information about the hotel very carefully. I loved the staff, but I would not stay at the 25hours Hotel Florence Piazza hotel again.

The location is excellent. The common areas have a very beautiful and comfortable interior, and the main restaurant is stylish. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: The rooms are not comfortable. The shower was leaking, which made the floor constantly wet. Housekeeping was very poor. There was a large space under the bed where I stored my suitcase, and it was extremely dusty. There is a lot of poorly maintained greenery used as decoration on the balcony railings, which attracted many insects, making it impossible to open the balcony. The TV was not working.

Fried gnocchi was just ok, but main course of eggplant was awful. The one slab of eggplant with sauce was awful. The location is great. It has a nice bar and terrace inside the hotel area and a great terrace out the front too.

L’originalità della struttura e delle camere è assolutamente gradevole ed intrigante
Cons: Non ho appunti da fare, trovo l’offerta coerente con la presentazione. Probabilmente i prezzi del ristorante potrebbero essere più contenuti; è probabile sia anche quello il motivo per cui non lo abbiamo trovato affollato. Purtroppo la sofferenza fiorentina di un’inflazione turistica smodata colpisce un po’ tutti

location, bar and gym were good
Cons: Breakfast quality was poor. The quality of the bread and food in general was below standard. The red room was very dusty due to decorative elements. The curtains also contained a noticeable amount of dust, which affected overall comfort. The reception staff was not friendly and did not provide a welcoming or supportive experience. During one night, there was no water available at all. Neither compensation nor an apology was offered for this inconvenience.

Cons: Le service de recouche. La chambre était propre à l’arrivée mais le service de recouche a été fait très rapidement. Douche seulement essuyée et non lavée. Les cheveux étaient encore présents après le « nettoyage ».

Ein Erlebnis inspiriert von Dantes Himmel und Hölle mitten in Florenz. Ruhig, sauber und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Highlight: der Balkon in einen Innenhof. Weiterer Pluspunkt war die Sauna in einem ruhigen Gärtchen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen im Bistro ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung auf ganzer Linie.

Excelente ubicación a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y a 5 minutos de la plaza del Duomo. La habitación tenía un muy buen tamaño y eran muy modernas. Nos pusieron una habitación con balcón por el mismo precio siendo que habíamos reservado una sin. Todos los días te dejan dos botellas de agua gratuitas, además de las dos cervezas que te dan al llegar el primer día.

This is one of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed at. It's themed for Dante's Inferno so there are Heaven rooms and Hell rooms. We booked a basic Heaven room and were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The room was clean and spacious, but it's important to note that the bathrooms are not the most private. There is one area for the shower and another for the toilet - both have frosted plexiglass doors but the sound travels. To me, this is a property for couples - I can't imagine staying here with kids. There are several amenities like a nice gym and a billiards room. The lobby is also very large and comfortable - it was a good place to relax before our evening train to Rome. We added the breakfast which was adequate and convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property.

The staff were great and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The location is also fantastic.
Cons: I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom layout. You walked past the bathroom sink to enter the room, and it felt very cramped. The toilet and shower were separate, and the toilet had a weird smell. The shower gave me dorm room vibes instead of luxury. The room itself was nice though. We got a good deal during the off-season, so it was still worth the stay.

This was honestly one of the most unique and pleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We didn’t have breakfast included, so I can’t comment on the food, but the room was absolutely amazing - somehow even better than in the photos. The location was perfect; we didn’t need to use any transport at all during our four-day stay.
Cons: Nothing - everything was excellent.
