As a Hyatt Globalist who has stayed at Hyatt properties around the world, I have never experienced a Hyatt with such a consistently low level of service as Hyatt Regency Taghazout. From the front desk to the restaurants, pool staff, and management, there was a striking lack of attentiveness or genuine concern for guests. We were assigned a suite with construction directly above us on a Sunday morning, completely ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing day in our room. When I complained, the response felt more like annoyance at having to deal with the complaint than concern about the guest experience. Management eventually apologized and offered 10,000 World of Hyatt points, which I appreciated, but it does not excuse the lack of advance warning. The food was equally disappointing. The buffets were tired, and the food was bland and uninspired. Even Sud, Km 17, supposedly one of the propertyâs upscale restaurants, fell far below the standard of an upscale restaurant regarding food and service. The gym was another major letdown: no air conditioning, dirty, and equipped with old, poorly maintained equipment. For a resort of this category, this is simply unacceptable. The property itself has a beautiful location and enormous potential, but the execution falls well short of Hyatt standards. My overall impression is that the hotel is primarily geared toward the domestic family market rather than the expectations of an international Hyatt clientele. Basically they donât care about the international gists since their main source of income is the Moroccan guests. This is unfortunately one Hyatt I would not return to or recommend to other Globalists.

HĂŽtel trĂšs charmant, trĂšs bien entretenu et surtout trĂšs propre. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciable ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable, souriant, disponible et aux petits soins, aussi bien dans lâhĂŽtel quâĂ la rĂ©ception. Ă chaque fois que jâai rencontrĂ© un petit souci ou fait une demande, on mâa toujours trouvĂ© une solution rapidement, avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Jâai Ă©galement beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© les petits dĂ©tails pratiques, notamment la planche et le fer Ă repasser disponibles directement dans la suite. Le seul petit bĂ©mol concerne les repas et le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Il y avait Ă©normĂ©ment de monde lors de notre sĂ©jour et, Ă certains moments, il fallait attendre que le buffet soit rĂ©approvisionnĂ©. Rien de dramatique, mais câest un point qui pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© lorsque lâhĂŽtel affiche une forte frĂ©quentation. Dans lâensemble, une trĂšs bonne expĂ©rience. Ă refaire volontiers afin de pouvoir me faire une idĂ©e encore plus prĂ©cise lors dâun prochain sĂ©jour. đ

La plage avec peu de monde Mention spéciale à Ghizlane à la réception pour son professionnalisme.
Cons: Le staff qui malgrĂ© sa gentillesse, ne maĂźtrise pas les bases du service, il y a un souci de communication apparent ( du Ă la prĂ©sence de saisonniers dâaprĂšs le management)) mais qui nâest pas compensĂ© par le mid-management qui nâest pas visible sur le terrain sauf quand vous rĂ©clamez. La qualitĂ© de la nourriture qui est trĂšs quelconque voir mĂ©diocre, pour un hĂŽtel en bord de mer et avec une des eaux les plus poissonneuses du monde, on sâattendrait Ă trouver un bel Ă©talage de poissons et des produits frais, ce nâest pas le cas. Tout est fade. Ă notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons dĂ©jeuner au restaurant en bord de mer, la friture de poissons, Ă©tait immangeable. Pour compenser, le soir il y a un buffet mais sans Ăąme. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est riche et variĂ© mais peu de goĂ»t, on a lâimpression dâavoir ajoutĂ© pĂȘle mĂȘle toutes les options possibles mais trĂšs peu de choses sont gustatives (la viennoiserie et le pain notamment) Attention Ă lâaccĂšs au chambres, lorsquâon vient demander une clĂ©, on vous la donne facilement sans confirmer votre identitĂ©, câest mĂȘme arrive avec les Ă©quipes de nuit qui ne nous ont jamais vu auparavant) Le nettoyage pour lequel il fallait systĂ©matiquement rapeller Ă plusieurs reprises pour quâil se fasse , le 3eme jour, sâen Ă©tait trop, aucune des 2 chambres nâĂ©taient faite Ă 19:00, nous avons dĂ» rĂ©clamer pour quâon daigne enfin intervenir. La duty manager est venue sâexcuser. Et le lendemain, le DG que je devais rencontrer ne sâest jamais prĂ©sentĂ© au rdv de 11:00, jâai patientĂ© une 1/2 heure au lobby, la duty manager est venue me voir pour me dire quâil arrivait mais il ne sait jamais dĂ©placĂ©. Bref Ă lâimage de lâhĂŽtel, des infrastructures mais une absence de leadership. En guise de compensation, ils nous ont envoyĂ© du miel et de lâamlou et un surclassement en suite. Les jeux de type water-polo dans la piscine qui brisent la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ©. Nous avons essayĂ© la piscine adulte pour les vite le brouhaha mais les canapĂ©s Ă©taient moisis.

We're currently staying at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout. We're here for 2 weeks, and feel that this place deserves a review. We have felt very welcome throughout the stay so far. Jaouad welcomed us at the begining, and has been helpful whenever we needed assistance. When we first arrived he took the time to show us around the hotel, explain everything we needed to know and answer all of our questions. It was a lovely start to our holiday. Since then he always acted immediately to help with any queries. If you're travelling with children, the Kids Club is great. Meryem, Soukaina and Nora clearly put a lot of thought into the activities they organise. It's refreshing to see children encouraged to take part in creative, structured activities and to make friends, rather than simply being entertained with computer games. Our son has had such a wonderful time there that he's made a good friend during our holiday, which has made the experience even more special for himâand for us. The location is another plus. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, just a short walk from the beach and close enough to Taghazout to visit the local restaurants. What has surprised us most is how much there is to do. The activity programme offers everything from yoga and fitness sessions to dancing, so it's easy to be as activeâor as relaxedâas you want. A special mention has to go to the Ringoo Animation Team. Eva's yoga classes have been one of the highlights of my stay. She's clearly an experienced instructor who knows how to make each session interesting. The classes are challenging enough for those with previous experience, while still being welcoming and accessible for complete beginners. It's not always easy to strike that balance, but she does it brilliantly. The fitness teamâZakaria, Ouzy and Ayoubâbring so much enthusiasm and positive energy to every session that exercising actually becomes something to look forward to. The catering team, led by Said, have also been excellent. Every member of the team (and Youssef particularly) has been friendly, attentive and happy to help, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I'd also like to thank Hind, who has looked after our room so well. It's been spotless every day, and her care and attention have not gone unnoticed. We've also spent quite a bit of time in the Regency Lounge, which has become one of our favourite places in the hotel. It's peaceful and relaxed, whether you want somewhere quiet to work, enjoy a drink or have a light meal before dinner. We're still here for another week, and that's probably the best recommendation we can giveâwe're already looking forward to the rest of our stay. Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Regency Taghazout Bay for making our holiday so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

A perfect family hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Taghazout. The hotel is ideal for families, with an excellent Kids Club that kept the children happy and entertained. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurants offer delicious food. The location is simply outstanding, with direct access to a beach and beautiful swimming pools. Highly recommended for a relaxing family vacation!

Cons: Panne de climatisation le temps d'une/2 heures Dommage de me pas insister lors de propositions (water-polo aquagym ... plusieurs fois les activités n'ont pas eu lieux du fait que les hÎtes n'ont pas été assez démarcher, lorsque j'ai demandé pourquoi c'était annulé ont m'a dit faute du nombre de participants et puis finalement j'ai demander à deux trois personnes si elles souhaitaient participé et c'était avec grand plaisir puis finalement la partie a eu lieux ... normalement ce n'est pas à moi de démarcher les hÎtes pour leur participation.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at especially in the Ocean View Suite. Great room with sliding wall for privacy between bedroom & lounge/sofa bed area where our child slept. Food at breakfast and the beach front restaurant was excellent. Great gym overlooking the ocean (not buried in basement somewhere like you get a lot of places). Brilliant beach front location. All staff were great. We are thinking of returning in a few weeks!

Le spa est trĂšs joli et reposant avec de bonnes prestations dans lâensemble. (Sauf le hammam qui Ă©tait froid) Les chambres spacieuses, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©es avec un confort optimal et de jolies terrasses avec vue.
Cons: Malheureusement, les activitĂ©s du type « club de vacances All Inclusive  » que nous avions le matin Ă la piscine ou lâaprĂšs-midi avec la musique Ă fond ne collait pas trop avec le standing de lâĂ©tablissement⊠Peut-ĂȘtre que câĂ©tait la pĂ©riode qui voulait ça.. Le service au niveau de la piscine assez lĂ©ger, personne avant 10h30 pour vous donner les serviettes de piscine. On nous a mĂȘme rĂ©pondu un matin dâaller les chercher nous-mĂȘme dans les paniers, derriĂšre le comptoir des surveillants de piscine. Certains transats nâavaient pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©s depuis des annĂ©es avec des traces dâhuiles, de cacas dâoiseaux etc. Un peu dommage pour un 5*.

C'est la troisiÚme fois que nous séjournons dans cet hÎtel avec mes deux enfants, et la magie opÚre toujours autant ! Tout était impeccable, à commencer par une propreté irréprochable dans l'ensemble de l'établissement. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est la gentillesse et la bienveillance de tout le personnel : L'accueil : Un grand merci à Rizlane à la réception pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Le restaurant : La cuisine est magnifique ! Mention spéciale et un immense merci aux serveurs (notamment au petit-déjeuner) qui prennent vraiment soin de nous à chaque repas avec le sourire. Les activités : L'équipe d'animation est fantastique, tout comme l'équipe du Kids Club, mes enfants se sont régalés ! Piscines & Plage : Un vrai bonheur, que ce soit à la plage ou à la piscine. Les enfants ont adoré ! Mention spéciale pour la qualité de l'eau des piscines : trÚs propre, bien entretenue et sans aucune odeur désagréable de chlore. Cons: il n'y a pas de management, je suis consultante en management et je vois bien que le personnel est livré à lui meme sans bien comprendre parfois la demande des clients, il manque un manager qui gÚre et également le matin , il reste des peaux de banane et des restes prÚs des piscines...aucun manager supervise je veux bien revenir pour les former!!! On aurait aimé avoir un tarif compétitif car nous étions un groupe de plus de 40 personnes

Everything was amazing, the location is another level., in front of the beach and near restaurants if you would like to go out. The cleanliness of the facility, the food is excellent in the buffet, the staff team are very friendly and attentive to details. This is our 4th time staying here and Iâm always satisfied with the quality of my stay. Iâll be coming back again.

I love this hotel Iâve been coming here for five years, and the food the beach and the restaurant is excellent the rooms are wonderful, the kids club is a great place for little kids that are -12 years old the entertainment team are taking good care of the children and personally my favorite entertainer is Meryem why ? Because sheâs a wonderful lady and she loves to take care of kids whenever she does an activity or a makeover sheâs always happy and ready to do whatever it takes with the kids. From my experience in the Hyatt Regency for five years my best memories were with Meryem and she deserves to stay with the kids because she loves her job.

Hotel was very nice and clean but literally nothing to do at night, and it is quite a walk or short taxi ride into Tagazhout and 30 minutes to Agadir. One night of entertainment which which had to be paid for totally ÂŁ8 per person in English money - not something I have experienced in any other Hotel or destination.

Cons: Itâs a shame: beautiful hotel with a great location but unfortunately we didnât experience the 5stars hospitality. Some of the staffmembers did of course their best, special thanks to Rachid and Hanan in the restaurant and Hamza at the pool. But most of the staffmember are not of the expected professional level. Some are constantly on their phone, other would give you an extra towel at the pool as if their lives depend on it. We asked to get Two rooms next to each other, no sense of hospitality just mentioning the different type of room. Late check-out with a child who needs a nap is until 2 oâclock, no sense of empathy Above all: No sign of the management on the ground, who would lead by example. Not sure we would recommend this hotel in the current status.

We loved the hotelâit was ideal for a young family. The pool area was a huge hit with the children. The food was consistently excellent, whether at breakfast, by the pool, or through room service. However, we felt the buffet was overpriced for what was offered. The children thoroughly enjoyed the kids' club and looked forward to attending every day. We also had a positive experience at the spa, with the treatments being relaxing. The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard.

Quand j'ai demandĂ© le changement, on m'a fait comprendre que j'Ă©tais au 4e Ă©tage et que c'Ă©tait une belle vue (je devais m'estimer heureuse) car au rez-de-chaussĂ©e c'Ă©tait pire. Le frigo ne marchait pas. Le nombre de parasols sur la plage n'est pas suffisant lorsque l'hĂŽtel est complet. Je suis partie nager et Ă mon retour plus de parasol alors que mes affaires Ă©taient clairement sur le transat. J'ai passĂ© 30 mn sous un soleil de plomb en attendant qu'un autre se libĂšre. Un autre inconvĂ©nient est le bruit que font certaines familles nombreuses (ils appellent leurs enfants Ă haute voix, ils discutent alors que l'interlocuteur est Ă 100 bornes, les appellent vidĂ©os avec le volume Ă fond, YouTube sans les Ă©couteurs et j'en passe...ils sont lĂ en exhibition alors qu'on est lĂ pour se dĂ©tendre) j'Ă©tais choquĂ©e en voyant ces comportements irrespectueux.

We (sisters and a friend) had a lovely holiday at the Hyatt Regency. Although there were issues at the start of our stay, we did bring them to the attention of the Manager and staff and they did everything they could to ensure the remainder of our stay went without further hitches. Ahmed the F and B Manager was wonderful, along with Asham, Mohammed and all the team in Sud 19km. Thanks to them all for making our holiday memorable for the right reasons. We had a fabulous time and we will return. The adult pool and the beach were most enjoyable. Rooms were clean and the beds very comfy. Food in Sud 19Km was very nice, (the standard Buffett was a bit too repetitive and some evenings struggled with the offerings). Breakfast was ok, the staff were always helpful but they need to be more forward thinking...filling the hot milk jug and water in the coffee machines. There were a lot of French children, many running riot in the restaurants at breakfast and dinner so this was disappointing, more from the parents than the hotel staff who did, repeatedly ask for them to be kept under supervision. All in all we had a great time and the weather was fabulous.

AprÚs plus de 20 à 30 minutes d'attente et de palabres, son responsable nous a indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur de leur part et s'est excusé avec toutes les peines du monde. Dommage.

I Had a 9 night stay with my sisters celebrating a birthday whilst at the hotel. We booked a package holiday with Thomas cook but next time weI will book direct with the hotel as the half board only included the main restaurant. We dined at Sud Km 17 a few evenings and really enjoyed our meals. Giving a shout out to Isham and Mohammed who presented my sister with fizz and a tasty cake on her birthday - many thanks also to Ahmed for sorting. The staff in the main buffet were extremely friendly also. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds .The ocean view rooms were extra but worth it. We spent our days at the adults only pool which was very relaxing as the hotel was busy with families at the other pools. The sunbeds were very comfortable . Although the staff always had a smile on their faces we did have to complain about the drinks service at the adults pool.as the first few days we accepted trailing to the bar when drinks that were ordered and didnât arrive but eventually after complaining to Ahmed the f@b manager we noticed a massive change.and at last we had smiles on our faces and began to enjoy our well deserved holiday. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the beach is fabulous. If you want a relaxing short haul holiday with friendly people we would recommend this hotel but if the service isnât good do let them know. We all said we would go back for another trip next year.

De kamers zijn mooi ruim en het personeel is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Qua restaurants zit je ook goed hier, je hoeft in principe niet bij het hotel weg. Het ontbijt was fantastisch en heel erg uitgebreid. Wij zouden hier zeker nog een terug naartoe gaan.
Cons: Het was erg druk in de periode dat wij er waren en het was jammer dat er niet genoeg ligbedjes waren voor alle gasten van het hotel, deze moesten in de ochtend al vroeg gereserveerd worden.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunningâbeautiful views, a calm atmosphere, and everything youâd expect for a relaxing getaway. But what truly made my stay stand out was the staff. From the moment I arrived to the day I left, every single person was warm, polite, and genuinely welcoming. You can really tell there are enough staff around, especially by the pool, yet everyone is still so attentive and hardworking. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I was especially impressed by the teamworkâeven the lifeguard was helping guests where possible. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. Iâd like to say a huge thank you to the entire team for not only giving me a great stay, but making my birthday trip feel so special. Iâll be honest, I was a little worried before arriving as the email communication beforehand wasnât the best, but the service I received in person more than made up for it. Overall, an amazing experience and I would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this excellent hotel and itâs facilities, on the beach and delicious food with plenty of variety. Special mention to all the staff from reception, breakfast, housekeeping to pool/ lobby bar who were all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Reception team advised on navigating souk el had with kids and kindly phoned nearby restaurant to move our reservation as we were running late. And Maha was very helpful with late check out as we had a night flight. Hanane at breakfast was so lovely and remembered our preferences, always greeting us with a smile. iskander at the pool bar also very helpful and patient with kids during lunch time! Room upgrade for our stay was a bonus; extra room space, quiet with garden view was very much appreciated. Shukran jazilan!

We spent over a week at Hyatt Regency Taghazout with our 4-year-old daughter, and the Kids Club team made the experience truly special. Meryem, Aya, Safa, and Mr. Imad Ringoo were exceptional. Warm, caring, and genuinely attentive to every child in their care. Our daughter looked forward to going every single day, which says everything. The programme is thoughtfully designed with a different theme each day. Pirate Day, Moroccan Day, Science Day. The team delivered it all with real enthusiasm and heart. It's rare to leave your child with people you've only just met and feel completely at ease. These four made that possible. They deserve to be recognised. Thank you for taking such good care of our little one. She still talks about it.

disappointed with this hotel! Pre payment wasn't taken causing confusion at check in. Airport tranfer I booked through Hyatt didn't show up! Not idea when arriving late with young children. Family room sofa bed not made up only two single beds! Buffet dinner was booked up for x 2 of the 5 nights we stayed and not many other options to choose from! We had to get room service 2 of the evenings! Club hyatt was a joke and just not worth the extra money no member of staff knew what was going on or what was available or included. One night they presented us with a bill for hte drinks we ordered even though we had club access. Reception staff really rude!

We recently stayed at this hotel with high expectations, given its 5-star rating, but unfortunately our experience did not live up to that standard. From the outset, the service felt below what you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The reception staff were not particularly accommodating and did not handle any concerns with the level of attentiveness or professionalism typically associated with a 5-star property. Throughout our stay, many of the staff seemed under significant pressure, which impacted the overall guest experience. Breakfast was another disappointment, as it was consistently difficult to get a hot beverage in a timely manner. This added to the sense of disorganisation and lack of service. Billing was another area of concern. We were charged incorrectly on two separate occasions when requesting our room bill. These errors were only corrected after we presented our receipts, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that this experience fell short, largely due to the service. The staff, overall, let the hotel down. That said, we would like to give special recognition to Tariq, who served at the adult pool. He was by far the friendliest and most welcoming member of staff we encountered. Overall, this was not the 5-star experience we were expecting. This impacted our holiday stay as it a lovely hotel, but lacks service.

I am currently on the last day of our stay and leaving this review now as it does not appear the level of service will improve. There have been a few consistent issues. On more than one occasion, our table at the buffet was cleared and taken despite leaving belongings there. At the pool, there were four of us, yet we were repeatedly told we could only have three towels, despite availability. This happened on more than one occasion and was not resolved despite raising it. Housekeeping was generally okay; however, fresh towels and bottled water were not consistently replenished. On some days, no water and/or towels were provided at all, which is inconvenient when travelling with children. Breakfast was also inconsistent â for example, no English breakfast tea on two consecutive days. Overall, service has been inconsistent. Some staff are helpful and approachable, while others make even simple interactions feel like an effort.

Cons: The organization of the staff is a major issue. It is very noticeable that the team is not properly trainedâthere are many employees, but no one really seems to know their responsibilities. Upon arrival, we received almost no guidance during check-in: no clear information about breakfast hours or which restaurants were available. We were also told that no reservation was needed for the restaurants, but once there, we were informed that reservations were absolutely required. The waiting times for food were catastrophic. Again, there was a lot of staff, but very poor organization: several employees gathered around one table while other tables were left unattended. The level of service clearly does not match that of a 5-star hotel, but rather a 3-star standard. Management definitely needs to improve staff organization and training.

Tout le personnel était au petit soin. Les piscines sont superbes surtout celle qui est chauffée. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this Hyatt was. The food quality was excellent , even the buffet dinner had made to order sushi, beautiful seafood and meat etc. Breakfast was also excellent , they donât cut corners everything top quality and delicious. The facilities were well laid out as was the room. It wasnât very big but it was such a clever lay out with an enormous sofa bed for the kids so we didnât feel cramped. The private surf lessons for the kids were excellent and group lesson was good too.
Cons: They were obviously a bit overwhelmed by maximum occupancy, so some things were a bit slow. It felt like there was a towel shortage. Would be nice if there was an on -site coffee shop with grab and go sandwiches and salads and fruit. Dining was limited to expensive sit down options (thought it was all worth the money and excellent) and there wasnât a supermarket or cafe very close by. You also had to walk through rocks and bush to get down to the beach

Cons: This is not a five star hotel. It was vastly overpriced, and both the most expensive and worst hotel of our Morocco experience. Very badly managed - the quality of the service was good, as in the people on the ground. However it was vastly understaffed and unorganised. Seemed like the staff had been thrown in there with zero support Hotel very poorly built - lots of shabby workmanship, doors not closing properly, uneven paving, shoddily finished concrete and frames, incredibly slippery pathways. The corridors resembled car parks, and each balcony only had one chair⊠Music and restaurants - breakfast was insane. Incredibly unorganised, chaoticâŠthe opposite of relaxing. The beachfront restaurant is very overpriced and we saw numerous people sending food back. The pounding music coming on at 10pm did not suit the environment at all, and kept us awake. Zero room service - our room was not cleaned while we were there, and we had to chase reception for someone to replace our towels and provide fresh water.

Perfect luxury resort, right on the beach in an excellent spot where you can access the walking promenade / jogging path that offers breathtaking panoramic views, and can lead you on one side to Taghazout town or the other way leads to Banana Point. The resort isn't too big, so it offers a relaxed and private vibe, and it also has an adults-only swimming pool nestled in their garden, right next to the beach for those who want to take a break from the children. The children are marvellously catered for at their kids club, while there are also pilates, yoga and other gym lessons offered for adults during the day. The swimming pool, is very pleasant and heated, with the pool bar offering delicious specialties. There are also another two restaurants, as well as the pool bar, and there's the hotel beach club for those who prefer the seaside. The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed and a great view.

Unfortunately, loud music from the restaurant each evening made it difficult to sleep â I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children. The overall quality of the room was below expectations, with some amenities missing. Most of the staff seemed unaware or untrained, with the exception of 2 or 3 helpful team members. The dinner menu was overpriced for the quality offered. At the beachfront restaurant, there were too many fried items and limited variety. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. That said, I sincerely thank the few staff members who did their best to assist us during our stay.

Pour ma part, je suis trĂšs satisfait de certains points, comparĂ©s Ă d'autres hĂŽtels que j'ai visitĂ©s auparavant dans les environs. Certes, il s'agissait d'Ă©tablissements un peu moins chers, mais je suis ravi de constater que le supplĂ©ment payĂ© se traduit par de meilleurs services. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait excellent, avec des produits de qualitĂ© (de vrais Ćufs, du bon jus d'orange, etc.). La chambre Ă©tait bien insonorisĂ©e et trĂšs confortable, avec une belle et grande terrasse. La douche Ă©tait Ă©galement trĂšs agrĂ©able et la tĂ©lĂ©vision de bonne taille. Et puis Ă©galement la piscine chauffĂ©e, qui fait une Ă©norme diffĂ©rence vis-Ă -vis d'autres hotels. Surtout quand on vient avec des enfants au mois de janvier, c'est gĂ©niale!
Cons: Il faut absolument donner l'option de s'inscrire à Netflix et d'autres applications (comme Disney+ ou Prime). C'est tellement mieux de pouvoir se connecter à son propre compte pour regarder ses séries ou ses films. De plus, la connexion de la télévision n'était vraiment pas de bonne qualité : l'image saccadait souvent. Heureusement, j'avais mon ordinateur portable et j'ai pu le brancher sur la télé via un cùble que j'ai récupéré à la réception.

Unfortunately, we were double-charged 575 MAD for the same lunch, and when we raised it after checkout the response was dismissive, with no apology. and told us âthatâs why we print it for you to checkâ â as if the billing error was our responsibility rather than the hotelâs. Errors happen, but the lack of accountability, apology, or basic courtesy is unacceptable. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, but hope billing and service in this area improve.

Cons: We ordered a king room with ocean view, received a room facing the busy pool (see photo of our view) - when I asked to change for an ocean view room that I paid for, i was told the swimming pool view is the ocean view. I dont like to be lied to and pay for things I dont receive. the breakfast was rather average, birds flying all over the breakfast room and buffet, the staff could not be bothered. The later you arrived, the less things there were, e.g. no bread by 09.30. When eventually some of the staff noticed us, it took a long time till the ordered coffee arrived. I would not recommend the hotel to anybody - definitely not worth the money.

Wow, this has been simply amazing. One flaw, but so inconsequential to hardly merit mention, but thereâs always room for improvement! My wife and I came here after a few days in n Marrakesh. We came to surf, do some yoga and to relax and the Hyatt experience lived up to our dreams! The cleanliness and tidiness is clearly something that matters here it was flawless. The staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. I would also commend the hotel on the number of staff available in all areas to help and serve as needed. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The pool and poolside is always tidy and there are plenty of beds and parasols to be had. This is replicated at the private beach too. The hotel itself is well positioned between two towns that are about a 30 minute stroll along a fairly flat pathway. So the flawâŠ.. they donât seem to have a vodka martini on their till which means they couldnât supply this (terribly important?) element of a pre dinner experience. So Hyatt, please address this aspect and youâve got this absolutely sorted!

From beginning to end, our stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout was utterly wonderful. This has been my favorite Hyatt Regency stay ever â the service, detail, and sincere warmth from the entire staff made our anniversary celebration truly indelible. All of the staff here offer service at a Park Hyatt level â professional, courteous, and actually caring. Every interaction was thoughtful, and every desire was fulfilled prior to our requesting. The food was excellent in all the restaurants â fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and beautifully served meals. It was either pool side bar or sud km 17. A warm appreciation to Karim, restaurant manager, for his warmth; Zineb, for excellent and warm service; Mohamed in the lounge, for politeness and courtesy; and Ghizlane at reception, for warm welcome smile and great help. You all made our stay truly special. We just can't wait to come back again!

Very conflicted about what to write here as itâs a tale of two halves but one that must be told. There are other comments on here where this is mentioned but not candidly enough in my opinion. Pros - beautiful hotel, room was first class we absolutely loved it - a Regency club suite very near to the Ocean, staff on the whole are lovely and work exceptionally hard, especially Ghizlane on reception who checked us in, and gave us such a great first impression and Sayid in the Regency Club Lounge who was very, very good. Gardens are stunning, so lovely and established for a newish Hotel, pools stunning âŠ.adults pool right next to sea was so nice. Taghazout a nice town too. Cons - well one that caused us to move Hotels - a first for us. After a lovely first day, nice drinks and hors douvres in the Regency club lounge and a mediocre dinner with luke warm service we went down for breakfast on day 2 and were appalled by what we saw. Flocks of birds, sparrows, literally feasting off the food on the breakfast buffet. Initially we noticed they were eating from the bread station - when I say feasting, I mean feasting - maybe 15 birds eating repeatedly from the bread area alone . After that we noticed them eating from the cereal bowls on another section of the buffet. Iâd had fruit so though itâd be ok but my partner said they had been eating that too. It was so grim. I spoke to the restaurant manager at the time who said that it was an issue that had been fed back to the senior management on many occasions team but it was ongoing. I can understand the occasional bird or pest in any food business, however this was on another scale. In addition to being in the restaurant, The birds were also flying around a neighbouring bar area and also reception. Whilst the public areas are overall very clean, when you look at some of the soft furnishings in detail, light shades, seats and shelving they had bird excrement on them. Again a health hazard. Through our Tour Operator, We managed to move hotels. The hotel we moved to in Agadir had bird wires over the property to detract birds as did all the neighbouring hotels too. It had ultra violet lights on each buffet station to detract pests and also kept its doors firmly closed. Surprisingly, it had no pest activity or birds feasting from its buffet tables. The doors to the restaurant at the Hyatt are permanently open. The Hyatt Regency has all the makings of a top class resort but it must sort this issue out. Itâs basic food hygiene. Whilst the garden setting is beautiful, as are the birds themselves, cross contamination from birds eating human food and from bird excrement poses a serious health and safety riskâŠ.if you think this is an overreaction Iâd look up the health risks posed by cross contamination from sparrows to humans, remembering that a lot of guests will have underlying health conditions that may exacerbate symptoms âŠ.or maybe read the September review from the lady who was thanking the manager after being removed to hospital by ambulance with food poisoning. She also commented on the birds. I understand itâs not an easy fix, however the senior management at this hotel need to get this sorted asap as they are letting down all the staff who are working so hard to give the guests a good experience.

Cons: The staff at breakfast did not speak English, and when we tried to communicate, they would simply agree without understanding what was being said. They came across as rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was disappointing â the food was cold and oily, and there were no dairy-free (plant-based) milk options available. There were also no warm greetings in the morning, on arrival, or at checkout; everything felt very transactional. Unfortunately, the staff were the biggest letdown during our stay. Housekeeping skipped our room entirely and didnât restock the coffee and tea station. Additionally, the floors outside the hotel rooms were extremely slippery when wet â a major safety hazard â and nothing seems to be done about it. The hotel itself is still unfinished, with ongoing construction, which really takes away from the overall experience.

Service was top notch, every staff member was friendly and really helpful. Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The food in the restaurants was very good, the breakfast was really filling with a nice variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the experience is worth the money.

We visited this hotel for a one week break. Loved the ambience, not too many kids. There is ample spacing between Hyatt and the hotels nearby so there was no overpowering music blasting from the speakers ( most of the time) and you could sit on the beach and hear the waves. When I was passing Hilton, the upbeat music from Calypso was so loud that you could hear it from a distance. I also think that the beach is the nicest at Hyatt, I must praise local council as you can see people litter picking on a regular basis and also many bins on the beach and on the promenade. The room was spotless and the food at the restaurant varied and beautifully presented. We chose bed and breakfast option, I was hoping to eat at different hotel each night, but most of them are a la carte- Radisson wanted 100dh for a margarita, buffet at Hilton was far worse and smaller so we ate most of the time at Hyatt. The cost for 2 buffet dinners with water was 840dh, which I found to be a good value for money. All the staff were very helpful and polite, the grounds are beautifully maintained. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel ( no bus timetable) , but from what I understand the buses go every 30 minutes or so towards Agadir- not too many stops and you pay 7dh per person one way. Taxis will charge you min 130 one way. The promenade outside of the hotel is very green, well maintained and lit so you can enjoy long walks after sunset.

Le petit dĂ©jeuner est PARFAIT, le choix en sucrĂ© et en salĂ© est Ă©norme. Les msemens et les omelettes sont prĂ©parĂ©s minutes selon la demande. Que dire de la chambre ? Elle est superbe et la vue est vraiment Ă couper le souffle. Tout est trĂšs trĂšs propre et bien dĂ©corĂ©. La literie est trĂšs confortable. Lâemplacement est trĂšs bien, en 35min de marche, on peut rejoindre Taghazout via le chemin le long de la plage qui est joli, propre et rassurant. Je pense que sinon vous pouvez rejoindre la ville en taxi assez facilement. Hors saison, la piscine est trĂšs calme. Le restaurant de la piscine offre des produits de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ© avec un large choix. Je recommande les yeux fermĂ©s, jâespĂšre que nous aurons lâoccasion de revenir !

Insgesamt liegt der Fokus eher auf SĂŒĂigkeiten und ungesunden Dingen sowie warmen Gerichten.umd Salaten. Kein Vollkornbrot und begrenzte Auswahl an FrĂŒchten. Kein Obstsalat o.Ă€. fĂŒr gesundheitsorientierte Menschen die auf ihre ErnĂ€hrung achten eher schwierig. Hervorragender Kaffee aus Nespresso Kapseln. Leider wenig nachhaltig da unfassbare Mengen an Plastik Abfall aufgrund der vielen GĂ€ste. Kleinigkeiten wie das Fehlen von kleinen und groĂen Löffeln sowie kleinen SchĂ€lchen fĂŒr Marmelade etc.fĂŒr ein Hotel dieser Klasse ungewöhnlich. Cons: Das Personal im Hauptrestaurant Citron BrĂ»lĂ© und Poolrestaurant La Vie en Bleu war nicht nur unfreundlich und inkompetent, sondern sogar passiv agressiv und unterstellend. Das Abendessen (Buffet) war mit zwischen knapp essbar und nicht-essbar weit weg von geniessbar. RĂŒckmeldungen wurden nicht akzeptiert. Es war gar nicht möglich, RĂŒckmeldungen zu geben, da das Personal unter sich am reden war und auf Verlangen des Restaurantmanagers, dieser gar nie auftauchte. Selbst in einem 3 Sterne Hotel wĂ€re ich von solchem Essen, unabhĂ€ngig vom Umgang mit den GĂ€sten, enttĂ€uscht!

Cons: Percebe-se pouco investimento no staff. A maioria dos funcionĂĄrios tem dificuldades em comunicar em inglĂȘs, o que gera mal-entendidos: aceitam pedidos que depois nĂŁo cumprem porque nĂŁo tinham percebido. Em alguns casos, os preços informados pelos empregados nĂŁo correspondiam ao valor real, sĂł esclarecido posteriormente por um gerente. Houve tambĂ©m falhas sĂ©rias no serviço: prepararam sopa para bebĂ© com sal quando tinha sido pedido sem, e aceitaram um saco de lavandaria como sendo ao quilo mas depois cobraram por peça, resultando numa conta absurda de cerca de 200 dĂłlares por saco. O kids club tambĂ©m estava completamente desfuncional: comandos partidos, equipamentos fora de serviço e uma âanimadoraâ sem experiĂȘncia que se limitava a deixar as crianças ver televisĂŁo, sem atividades adequadas.

Cons: Ayant sĂ©journĂ© dans votre Ă©tablissement une premiĂšre fois et en ayant gardĂ© un excellent souvenir, nous avons choisi de revenir avec plaisir ce week-end. Malheureusement, notre expĂ©rience cette fois-ci a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevante pour plusieurs raisons. DĂšs le premier jour, nous avions demandĂ© Ă ce que la chambre soit faite avant 14h, car ma fille fait sa sieste Ă cette heure. Malheureusement, la chambre nâa Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©e quâĂ 17h, et de maniĂšre bĂąclĂ©e : prĂ©sence de fourmis, fenĂȘtre laissĂ©e ouverte, ce qui a provoquĂ© lâentrĂ©e dâinsectes. Nous avons dĂ» contacter le service technique Ă 23h pour intervenir et pulvĂ©riser un produit dans la chambre. La deuxiĂšme nuit a Ă©tĂ© encore plus difficile, car un bruit constant sâest fait entendre qui nous as laisser rĂ©veiller toutes la nuit, Nous avons dĂ©couvert que notre chambre se trouvait juste Ă cĂŽtĂ© du local technique, ce qui a empĂȘchĂ© tout repos. Enfin, le jour de notre dĂ©part, nous avons souhaitĂ© rencontrer le manager afin dâexpliquer ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments. AprĂšs 30 minutes dâattente Ă la rĂ©ception, celui-ci nâa pas pris le temps de nous recevoir, prĂ©fĂ©rant rester en discussion, ce qui nous a contraints Ă partir sans pouvoir Ă©changer avec lui. Ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments ont fortement nui Ă la qualitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour et ne correspondent pas au niveau de service attendu dans votre Ă©tablissement.

L'hotel est beau, les 3 piscines sont belles, la chambre est confortable, le staff de la rĂ©ception trĂšs sympa, le room service. Franchement ça pourrait ĂȘtre gĂ©nial mais....
Cons: Les transats Ă cotĂ© des piscines semblent souvent tous occupĂ©s mais en rĂ©alitĂ© il s'agit juste du fait que les serviettes ne sont pas rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ©es aprĂšs le dĂ©part des clients. Le service au bar est extrĂȘmement lent (30 minutes pour passer commande, 30 de plus pour avoir le verre en main, alors que nous Ă©tions 8 clients sur la terrasse). Le cadre de la baie vitrĂ©e de la chambre Ă©tait dĂ©foncĂ©, ce qui la rendait impossible Ă fermer correctement (donc isolation sonore par rapport au dehors nulle) et Ă verrouiller (aucune "mĂąchoire" des fenĂȘtres ne pouvant s'insĂ©rer dans le cadre). La brosse des toilettes cassĂ©e en 2, jamais Ă©changĂ©e ou rĂ©parĂ©e en 1 semaine. La porte d'entrĂ©e de la chambre qui frotte le sol et donc se bloque Ă mi course. Un vestige d'une barre de led autour du pied du lit, le double face restant sur le pied mais sans les leds. Une rĂ©servation du cours de padel (Ă l'extĂ©rieur) Ă 50 euros pour une heure et demi pour s'entendre dire que si l'on veut plus de 4 bouteilles d'eau (33cl) il faut les demander et les payer au bar.... Et enfin, le restaurant le Citron BrulĂ© (buffet le soir) qui est loin d'ĂȘtre incroyable... Allez plutĂŽt Ă Taghazout, la voie piĂ©tonne est sympa et Ă©clairĂ©e.

La localisation est parfaite et la vue depuis la chambre est tout simplement magnifique. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait variĂ© et dĂ©licieux, un vrai rĂ©gal pour bien commencer la journĂ©e. Je recommande vivement cet Ă©tablissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Cons: Ontbijt was niet naar behoren. Alles was snel op en er werd niet bij gevuld. Obers zagen ons amber zitten en er waren niet voldoende kinderstoelen. Conclusie : ontbijt is niet 5 sterren waardig.

J'ai passĂ© un jour exceptionnel au Hyatt Regency Taghazout. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©es. Le service Ă©tait impeccable, avec un personnel attentionnĂ©, toujours souriant et Ă lâĂ©coute. Lâemplacement est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur lâocĂ©an et un accĂšs facile Ă la plage. Parfait pour se dĂ©tendre et se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cet hĂŽtel !

Câest la deuxiĂšme annĂ©e que nous sĂ©journons au Hyatt Regency (deux semaines lâannĂ©e derniĂšre et une semaine cette annĂ©e), et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis. Cet hĂŽtel est tout simplement exceptionnel, principalement grĂące Ă la gentillesse et lâaccueil du personnel, qui sont remarquables. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est dâun niveau incroyable : des produits de grande qualitĂ©, variĂ©s, savoureux, tout est parfaitement rĂ©alisĂ©. Le buffet du soir est tout aussi impressionnant, avec un large choix qui satisfait toutes les envies, et toujours une excellente rĂ©alisation. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et trĂšs bien entretenues. Le personnel est constamment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et souriant, ce qui rend le sĂ©jour encore plus agrĂ©able. MĂȘme si la mĂ©tĂ©o nâest pas toujours parfaite, (plus particuliĂšrement au mois dâaoĂ»t), lâhospitalitĂ©, le service et la qualitĂ© de lâhĂŽtel compensent largement et donnent envie dây revenir encore et encore

Plage privĂ©e agrĂ©able et plage publique devant lâhĂŽtel trĂšs plaisante. En haute saison, lâhĂŽtel peut sembler trop frĂ©quentĂ©. Dans lâensemble, un bon sĂ©jour mais tarif un peu Ă©levĂ©. AdaptĂ© aux enfants (kids friendly +++).
Cons: Cependant, lâaccueil a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevant (pas de thĂ© de bienvenue, aucune explication Ă lâarrivĂ©e, plus de 6h pour installer le lit bĂ©bĂ© pourtant demandĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation). Piscine principale bruyante, musique trop forte et trop dâanimations ; la piscine adulte, en revanche, est top. SĂ©jour mitigĂ© au regard du prix.

Magnifique hĂŽtel trĂšs moderne et propre avec un personnel trĂšs professionnel et accueillant. Un espace piscine adulte vraiment respectĂ©, ce qui transforme le sĂ©jour en havre de paix pour regarder le coucher de soleil. Des buffets travaillĂ©s avec des stations de cuisine sur mesure. On recommande !! Et on reviendra !!! Une remarque cependant : le spa et le padel sont sur des tarifs trop chers Ă la française. 75 Euros lâheure de massage. Dommage.
