Perfect luxury resort, right on the beach in an excellent spot where you can access the walking promenade / jogging path that offers breathtaking panoramic views, and can lead you on one side to Taghazout town or the other way leads to Banana Point. The resort isn't too big, so it offers a relaxed and private vibe, and it also has an adults-only swimming pool nestled in their garden, right next to the beach for those who want to take a break from the children. The children are marvellously catered for at their kids club, while there are also pilates, yoga and other gym lessons offered for adults during the day. The swimming pool, is very pleasant and heated, with the pool bar offering delicious specialties. There are also another two restaurants, as well as the pool bar, and there's the hotel beach club for those who prefer the seaside. The room was spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed and a great view.

Cons: Chambre attribuée sans vue même latérale. en fait en contrebas derrière un talus et des arbres. Je publierai une photo après le déni du manager. Au lieu de s'excuser et de changer de chambre sans discuter le "boss" a tenté de m'expliquer que j'avais tort et que la chambre avait une vue. Beaucoup de groupes bruyants et qui saturent le bar et le personnel. Cuisine avec beaucoup de sucre même pour le Maroc.

We stayed at this hotel and booked a superior sea-view room. Unfortunately, loud music from the restaurant each evening made it difficult to sleep — I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children. The overall quality of the room was below expectations, with some amenities missing. Most of the staff seemed unaware or untrained, with the exception of 2 or 3 helpful team members. The dinner menu was overpriced for the quality offered. At the beachfront restaurant, there were too many fried items and limited variety. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. That said, I sincerely thank the few staff members who did their best to assist us during our stay.

Pour ma part, je suis très satisfait de certains points, comparés à d'autres hôtels que j'ai visités auparavant dans les environs. Certes, il s'agissait d'établissements un peu moins chers, mais je suis ravi de constater que le supplément payé se traduit par de meilleurs services. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits de qualité (de vrais œufs, du bon jus d'orange, etc.). La chambre était bien insonorisée et très confortable, avec une belle et grande terrasse. La douche était également très agréable et la télévision de bonne taille. Et puis également la piscine chauffée, qui fait une énorme différence vis-à-vis d'autres hotels. Surtout quand on vient avec des enfants au mois de janvier, c'est géniale!
Cons: Il faut absolument donner l'option de s'inscrire à Netflix et d'autres applications (comme Disney+ ou Prime). C'est tellement mieux de pouvoir se connecter à son propre compte pour regarder ses séries ou ses films. De plus, la connexion de la télévision n'était vraiment pas de bonne qualité : l'image saccadait souvent. Heureusement, j'avais mon ordinateur portable et j'ai pu le brancher sur la télé via un câble que j'ai récupéré à la réception.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, heated pool was great in early January, but the best part is the amazing staff. Everyone is beyond friendly and provides a first class experience, truly next level. 20min walk to Taghazout along a newly built promenade. Felt very safe.

Tout,le Sejour, parfait!!! Le personnel est exceptionnel notamment le manager, accueil je crois qu’il s’appelle Hicham. La piscine est incroyable ça fait du bien, c’est une vraie Piscine. Le lieu est exceptionnel. La nourriture est exquise. On nous a surclassé pour l’anniversaire de mon fils et on a eu droit à un gâteau avec festivités au restaurant de la plage.

Cons: We stayed 6 days and had a great time overall. The hotel is beautiful and most staff were excellent and welcoming. Unfortunately, we were double-charged 575 MAD for the same lunch, and when we raised it after checkout the response was dismissive, with no apology. and told us “that’s why we print it for you to check” — as if the billing error was our responsibility rather than the hotel’s. Errors happen, but the lack of accountability, apology, or basic courtesy is unacceptable. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, but hope billing and service in this area improve.

The property is very green and open, very close to the beech and 25min walking to Taghazout. The staff was nice such as Umema, Quafi were very friendly and nice in the breakfast.

One day some staff was informing at 10:00 in the night about some party next day and without knocking on the door he was just coming in. When I complained, I didn’t get much response from the hotel staff instead of just sorry for that. Some staff were not very friendly, they didn’t bother to help in some situations. While the breakfast was nice, it was never opened at 7:00 which was its time. The staff was getting ready by then and many things were not ready by then. The staff didn’t do extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. The cleaning staff was super nice and friendly

Smukkeste strand og gode værelser. Sørg for ikke at få i midter bygningen med havudsigt. Køkkenet ligger der og de griller hver aften lige ind i rummene og spørg efter rum væk fra bygge larm.
Cons: Det hele er stadig ved at blive bygget, der er en voldsom arbejdeslarm. Derudover er det et resort, så de holder heletiden fester med meget høj musik, det skal man være forberedt på.

Un séjour fabuleux, bien au-delà de mes attentes. Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels à Taghazout, celui-ci se démarque et devient mon préféré. La chambre est très spacieuse et calme, et la literie irréprochable.Le personnel fut véritablement adorable. Je tiens à le souligner à nouveau : votre équipe n’a rien à envier à d’autres établissements, même au-delà des frontières du Maroc. La qualité de la nourriture m’a bluffé. Le buffet du matin comme celui du soir était d’une très grande qualité. Enfin, un hôtel qui prend le temps de proposer de bons fruits et légumes, et qui ne dilue pas son jus d’orange (contrairement à certains 5 étoiles). N’hésitez pas à venir séjourner ici. Merci et à très vite !

From the moment we arrived the staff were proactive and did everything they could to make our stay special, including upgrading our room. The staff in the restaurants were brilliant and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back:. The WiFi was not always great and had some minor connectivity issues.

Cons: We ordered a king room with ocean view, received a room facing the busy pool (see photo of our view) - when I asked to change for an ocean view room that I paid for, i was told the swimming pool view is the ocean view. I dont like to be lied to and pay for things I dont receive. the breakfast was rather average, birds flying all over the breakfast room and buffet, the staff could not be bothered. The later you arrived, the less things there were, e.g. no bread by 09.30. When eventually some of the staff noticed us, it took a long time till the ordered coffee arrived. I would not recommend the hotel to anybody - definitely not worth the money.

Tolles Hotel mit 3 Pools, wovon einer ab 18 Jahren zugänglich ist. Abwechslungsreiches und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Möglichkeit entlang der schönen Promenade nach Taghazout zu laufen ist super.

Super Lage, man ist rasch in Taghazout oder in Tamraght. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel bietet viel, ist aber grössenmässig überblickbar. Am Abreisetag mussten wir vor den Frühstückszeiten los. Das Hotel bot an dieses kostenlos im Zimmer zu servieren, super, vielen Dank!
Cons: Nachtessen war in den Hotelrestaurants für marokkanische Verhältnisse teuer. Für uns stimmte fürs Nachtessen das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Gut hat man in der Umgebung genügend leckere Alternativen.

La piscine chauffée est génial pour profiter même en hiver. Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Le kids club et les membres du personnel qui le gèrent sont très chouette pour les enfants. La chambre était magnifique, décoration très jolie et la literie est parfaite. Rien à redire sur la propreté de tout l’établissement. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille.
Cons: impossible de marcher dans le sable de la plage privée sans marcher sur les excréments des chameaux et chevaux. Même en nageant dans l’eau de la mer, on en trouve plein.

TOUT était incroyable. Les chambres sont très propres et super bien équipées, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les piscines. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse ! C’est très reposant, tout est très bien pensé que ce soit pour les enfants ou les adultes. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Tout est fait sur place, avec des spécialités marocaines qui étaient délicieuses. L’accès aux plages privées de l’hôtel et au restaurant (qui était excellent, avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix), avec une vue directe sur la mer, est idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Le complexe est immense, agréablement surpris, je reviendrai sans hésiter, encore merci!

Wow, this has been simply amazing. One flaw, but so inconsequential to hardly merit mention, but there’s always room for improvement! My wife and I came here after a few days in n Marrakesh. We came to surf, do some yoga and to relax and the Hyatt experience lived up to our dreams! The cleanliness and tidiness is clearly something that matters here it was flawless. The staff are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. I would also commend the hotel on the number of staff available in all areas to help and serve as needed. The gym is well equipped and maintained. The pool and poolside is always tidy and there are plenty of beds and parasols to be had. This is replicated at the private beach too. The hotel itself is well positioned between two towns that are about a 30 minute stroll along a fairly flat pathway. So the flaw….. they don’t seem to have a vodka martini on their till which means they couldn’t supply this (terribly important?) element of a pre dinner experience. So Hyatt, please address this aspect and you’ve got this absolutely sorted!

This has been my favorite Hyatt Regency stay ever — the service, detail, and sincere warmth from the entire staff made our anniversary celebration truly indelible. All of the staff here offer service at a Park Hyatt level — professional, courteous, and actually caring. Every interaction was thoughtful, and every desire was fulfilled prior to our requesting. The food was excellent in all the restaurants — fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and beautifully served meals. It was either pool side bar or sud km 17. A warm appreciation to Karim, restaurant manager, for his warmth; Zineb, for excellent and warm service; Mohamed in the lounge, for politeness and courtesy; and Ghizlane at reception, for warm welcome smile and great help. You all made our stay truly special. We just can't wait to come back again!

Very conflicted about what to write here as it’s a tale of two halves but one that must be told. There are other comments on here where this is mentioned but not candidly enough in my opinion. Pros - beautiful hotel, room was first class we absolutely loved it - a Regency club suite very near to the Ocean, staff on the whole are lovely and work exceptionally hard, especially Ghizlane on reception who checked us in, and gave us such a great first impression and Sayid in the Regency Club Lounge who was very, very good. Gardens are stunning, so lovely and established for a newish Hotel, pools stunning ….adults pool right next to sea was so nice. Taghazout a nice town too. Cons - well one that caused us to move Hotels - a first for us. After a lovely first day, nice drinks and hors douvres in the Regency club lounge and a mediocre dinner with luke warm service we went down for breakfast on day 2 and were appalled by what we saw. Flocks of birds, sparrows, literally feasting off the food on the breakfast buffet. Initially we noticed they were eating from the bread station - when I say feasting, I mean feasting - maybe 15 birds eating repeatedly from the bread area alone . After that we noticed them eating from the cereal bowls on another section of the buffet. I’d had fruit so though it’d be ok but my partner said they had been eating that too. It was so grim. I spoke to the restaurant manager at the time who said that it was an issue that had been fed back to the senior management on many occasions team but it was ongoing. I can understand the occasional bird or pest in any food business, however this was on another scale. In addition to being in the restaurant, The birds were also flying around a neighbouring bar area and also reception. Whilst the public areas are overall very clean, when you look at some of the soft furnishings in detail, light shades, seats and shelving they had bird excrement on them. Again a health hazard. Through our Tour Operator, We managed to move hotels. The hotel we moved to in Agadir had bird wires over the property to detract birds as did all the neighbouring hotels too. It had ultra violet lights on each buffet station to detract pests and also kept its doors firmly closed. Surprisingly, it had no pest activity or birds feasting from its buffet tables. The doors to the restaurant at the Hyatt are permanently open. The Hyatt Regency has all the makings of a top class resort but it must sort this issue out. It’s basic food hygiene. Whilst the garden setting is beautiful, as are the birds themselves, cross contamination from birds eating human food and from bird excrement poses a serious health and safety risk….if you think this is an overreaction I’d look up the health risks posed by cross contamination from sparrows to humans, remembering that a lot of guests will have underlying health conditions that may exacerbate symptoms ….or maybe read the September review from the lady who was thanking the manager after being removed to hospital by ambulance with food poisoning. She also commented on the birds. I understand it’s not an easy fix, however the senior management at this hotel need to get this sorted asap as they are letting down all the staff who are working so hard to give the guests a good experience.

Cons: The staff at breakfast did not speak English, and when we tried to communicate, they would simply agree without understanding what was being said. They came across as rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was disappointing — the food was cold and oily, and there were no dairy-free (plant-based) milk options available. There were also no warm greetings in the morning, on arrival, or at checkout; everything felt very transactional. Unfortunately, the staff were the biggest letdown during our stay. Housekeeping skipped our room entirely and didn’t restock the coffee and tea station. Additionally, the floors outside the hotel rooms were extremely slippery when wet — a major safety hazard — and nothing seems to be done about it. The hotel itself is still unfinished, with ongoing construction, which really takes away from the overall experience.

We visited this hotel for a one week break. Loved the ambience, not too many kids. There is ample spacing between Hyatt and the hotels nearby so there was no overpowering music blasting from the speakers ( most of the time) and you could sit on the beach and hear the waves. When I was passing Hilton, the upbeat music from Calypso was so loud that you could hear it from a distance. I also think that the beach is the nicest at Hyatt, I must praise local council as you can see people litter picking on a regular basis and also many bins on the beach and on the promenade. The room was spotless and the food at the restaurant varied and beautifully presented. We chose bed and breakfast option, I was hoping to eat at different hotel each night, but most of them are a la carte- Radisson wanted 100dh for a margarita, buffet at Hilton was far worse and smaller so we ate most of the time at Hyatt. The cost for 2 buffet dinners with water was 840dh, which I found to be a good value for money. All the staff were very helpful and polite, the grounds are beautifully maintained. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel ( no bus timetable) , but from what I understand the buses go every 30 minutes or so towards Agadir- not too many stops and you pay 7dh per person one way. Taxis will charge you min 130 one way. The promenade outside of the hotel is very green, well maintained and lit so you can enjoy long walks after sunset.

Les bagagistes, les personnes de l’accueil ou du petit déjeuner, les serveurs du bar ou les agents d’entretien, tout le monde fait de son mieux pour que votre séjour soit parfait et inoubliable. Le petit déjeuner est PARFAIT, le choix en sucré et en salé est énorme. Les msemens et les omelettes sont préparés minutes selon la demande. Que dire de la chambre ? Elle est superbe et la vue est vraiment à couper le souffle. Tout est très très propre et bien décoré. La literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est très bien, en 35min de marche, on peut rejoindre Taghazout via le chemin le long de la plage qui est joli, propre et rassurant. Je pense que sinon vous pouvez rejoindre la ville en taxi assez facilement. Hors saison, la piscine est très calme. Le restaurant de la piscine offre des produits de très bonne qualité avec un large choix. Je recommande les yeux fermés, j’espère que nous aurons l’occasion de revenir !

Cons: Extrem umfangreiche Frühstück aber leider ohne Naturjoghurt...... nur gezuckerte Varianten. Insgesamt liegt der Fokus eher auf Süßigkeiten und ungesunden Dingen sowie warmen Gerichten.umd Salaten. Kein Vollkornbrot und begrenzte Auswahl an Früchten. Kein Obstsalat o.ä. für gesundheitsorientierte Menschen die auf ihre Ernährung achten eher schwierig. Hervorragender Kaffee aus Nespresso Kapseln. Leider wenig nachhaltig da unfassbare Mengen an Plastik Abfall aufgrund der vielen Gäste. Kleinigkeiten wie das Fehlen von kleinen und großen Löffeln sowie kleinen Schälchen für Marmelade etc.für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ungewöhnlich. Preise für Sauna und Essen/Getränke sehr hoch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels.

Cons: Das Personal im Hauptrestaurant Citron Brûlé und Poolrestaurant La Vie en Bleu war nicht nur unfreundlich und inkompetent, sondern sogar passiv agressiv und unterstellend. Das Abendessen (Buffet) war mit zwischen knapp essbar und nicht-essbar weit weg von geniessbar. Rückmeldungen wurden nicht akzeptiert. Es war gar nicht möglich, Rückmeldungen zu geben, da das Personal unter sich am reden war und auf Verlangen des Restaurantmanagers, dieser gar nie auftauchte. Selbst in einem 3 Sterne Hotel wäre ich von solchem Essen, unabhängig vom Umgang mit den Gästen, enttäuscht!

Cons: Percebe-se pouco investimento no staff. A maioria dos funcionários tem dificuldades em comunicar em inglês, o que gera mal-entendidos: aceitam pedidos que depois não cumprem porque não tinham percebido. Em alguns casos, os preços informados pelos empregados não correspondiam ao valor real, só esclarecido posteriormente por um gerente. Houve também falhas sérias no serviço: prepararam sopa para bebé com sal quando tinha sido pedido sem, e aceitaram um saco de lavandaria como sendo ao quilo mas depois cobraram por peça, resultando numa conta absurda de cerca de 200 dólares por saco. O kids club também estava completamente desfuncional: comandos partidos, equipamentos fora de serviço e uma “animadora” sem experiência que se limitava a deixar as crianças ver televisão, sem atividades adequadas.

Cons: Ayant séjourné dans votre établissement une première fois et en ayant gardé un excellent souvenir, nous avons choisi de revenir avec plaisir ce week-end. Malheureusement, notre expérience cette fois-ci a été décevante pour plusieurs raisons. Dès le premier jour, nous avions demandé à ce que la chambre soit faite avant 14h, car ma fille fait sa sieste à cette heure. Malheureusement, la chambre n’a été nettoyée qu’à 17h, et de manière bâclée : présence de fourmis, fenêtre laissée ouverte, ce qui a provoqué l’entrée d’insectes. Nous avons dû contacter le service technique à 23h pour intervenir et pulvériser un produit dans la chambre. La deuxième nuit a été encore plus difficile, car un bruit constant s’est fait entendre qui nous as laisser réveiller toutes la nuit, Nous avons découvert que notre chambre se trouvait juste à côté du local technique, ce qui a empêché tout repos. Enfin, le jour de notre départ, nous avons souhaité rencontrer le manager afin d’expliquer ces désagréments. Après 30 minutes d’attente à la réception, celui-ci n’a pas pris le temps de nous recevoir, préférant rester en discussion, ce qui nous a contraints à partir sans pouvoir échanger avec lui. Cons: Les transats à coté des piscines semblent souvent tous occupés mais en réalité il s'agit juste du fait que les serviettes ne sont pas récupérées après le départ des clients. Le service au bar est extrêmement lent (30 minutes pour passer commande, 30 de plus pour avoir le verre en main, alors que nous étions 8 clients sur la terrasse). Le cadre de la baie vitrée de la chambre était défoncé, ce qui la rendait impossible à fermer correctement (donc isolation sonore par rapport au dehors nulle) et à verrouiller (aucune "mâchoire" des fenêtres ne pouvant s'insérer dans le cadre). La brosse des toilettes cassée en 2, jamais échangée ou réparée en 1 semaine. La porte d'entrée de la chambre qui frotte le sol et donc se bloque à mi course. Un vestige d'une barre de led autour du pied du lit, le double face restant sur le pied mais sans les leds. Une réservation du cours de padel (à l'extérieur) à 50 euros pour une heure et demi pour s'entendre dire que si l'on veut plus de 4 bouteilles d'eau (33cl) il faut les demander et les payer au bar.... Et enfin, le restaurant le Citron Brulé (buffet le soir) qui est loin d'être incroyable... Allez plutôt à Taghazout, la voie piétonne est sympa et éclairée.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était au petit soin, toujours souriant et très aimable, rien à dire ! La localisation est parfaite et la vue depuis la chambre est tout simplement magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, un vrai régal pour bien commencer la journée. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

J'ai passé un jour exceptionnel au Hyatt Regency Taghazout. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très bien décorées. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentionné, toujours souriant et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan et un accès facile à la plage. Parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

C’est la deuxième année que nous séjournons au Hyatt Regency (deux semaines l’année dernière et une semaine cette année), et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis. Cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnel, principalement grâce à la gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel, qui sont remarquables. Le petit-déjeuner est d’un niveau incroyable : des produits de grande qualité, variés, savoureux, tout est parfaitement réalisé. Le buffet du soir est tout aussi impressionnant, avec un large choix qui satisfait toutes les envies, et toujours une excellente réalisation. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et très bien entretenues. Le personnel est constamment aux petits soins, toujours disponible et souriant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Même si la météo n’est pas toujours parfaite, (plus particulièrement au mois d’août), l’hospitalité, le service et la qualité de l’hôtel compensent largement et donnent envie d’y revenir encore et encore

Adapté aux enfants (kids friendly +++).
Cons: Cependant, l’accueil a été décevant (pas de thé de bienvenue, aucune explication à l’arrivée, plus de 6h pour installer le lit bébé pourtant demandé lors de la réservation). Un espace piscine adulte vraiment respecté, ce qui transforme le séjour en havre de paix pour regarder le coucher de soleil. Des buffets travaillés avec des stations de cuisine sur mesure. Seul petit point à améliorer : l’accueil à la réception. Les personnes (les hôtesses) qui ont géré notre arrivée et départ auraient pu être un peu plus souriantes et sympathiques. Cela dit, cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour globalement très positif.

Cons: Trop d’enfants dans les piscines, c’est un kids club géant et pas un hôtel de luxe. il y a une piscine réservée aux plus de 18 ans mais ma fille de 16 ans très calme et tranquille s’est vu refuser l’accès alors que la veille une famille y était avec son bébé et un jeune enfant. je leur ai fait la remarque mais ils ont quand même refusé l’accès à ma fille. le lendemain j’y retourne seul et je voie à nouveau un bébé dans une poussette et un enfant d’une douzaine d’années dans l’eau… J’étais furieux et me suis plaint a un responsable. j’y suis retourné avec ma fille sans aucun scrupule. le maître nageur était très désagréable et n’a pas voulu donner une serviette pour ma fille.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout Bay last Easter and returned again over Christmas! Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout. One of the best parts was the food. As vegetarians, we were really happy with the variety available—there were plenty of hot meal options, and the quality was excellent every time. The buffet had lots of fresh choices, and the chefs were incredibly accommodating, even offering to cook special dishes that weren’t on the menu, thanks to Ayoub, the floor manager. The waiters were always friendly and helpful, making each meal a pleasure. A particular favourite was the themed stalls each night under the stars, offering Mexican, Italian and Lebanese cuisines in addition to the buffet in the main restaurant. The pool area was quiet, well maintained and the heated pool felt wonderful in December. We used the padel courts a few times during our stay and they were in great shape. A fun bonus was the table tennis area, which was set up overlooking the ocean—playing with that view was unforgettable! While the beach is beautiful, there were a lot of droppings around from the local camels and horses. Luckily, there’s a paved walking path just behind the beach that runs along the coast—perfect for morning walks or sunset strolls without any worry. And the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Whether sitting by the pool or walking the path, the views were breath-taking every evening. Christmas movie night on the beach was a lovely touch and sunset yoga was always a popular activity. Beautiful setting, amazing food (especially for vegetarians), spacious rooms, and kind staff. Sunsets, sea air, and even table tennis with a view—it was everything we hoped for!

Everything was well-maintained, and there were no disturbances at all. The buffet was varied and offered a good selection. Overall, everything was excellent.
Cons: Overall, I enjoyed and appreciated everything — except for the cleanliness of the room. While the room was generally clean, there were still some things that weren’t properly taken care of. The daily housekeeping wasn’t done thoroughly. We even found a cockroach in the room at night, which was very unpleasant. They often forgot to empty the bins. There was always dust and some dirt on the floor, even after housekeeping. So overall, the room wasn’t really cleaned properly each day.

Magnifique séjour en bord de mer. L'hôtel et le service sont irréprochable. La décoration, les chambres et le confort au top. Pour sur, nous allons y retourner à chaque visite au Maroc, un spot de plage incroyable. Légère remarque et pas des moindre, la distribution de serviette au compte goutte à la piscine avec surtout 1 maître nageur peu sympathique. Vu le tarif de la chambre, c'est désagréable de courir derrière les serviettes. Et l'ambiance autour de la piscine le week-end bien trop désagréable par rapport à la semaine au vu de la vente de day pass aux externes de l'hôtel. Étant client de l'hôtel ça me paraît abuser de chercher des transats en vain. Dès détails qui gâche une prestation 5 étoiles mais cela reste un hôtel merveilleux et nous y reviendront.

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances inoubliables en famille dans cet hôtel. La chambre est magnifique, le service de restauration au top sans parler du personnel qui est aux petits soins avec vous. Pour avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels de Taghazout, je peux vous assurer que c'est de loin le meilleur et vous le conseille vivement. Cet hôtel mérite très largement ses 5 étoiles. Encore merci au personnel et aux différents managers pour leur travail remarquable.

Hôtel idéalement situé. Cadre parfait. Niveau restauration, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Concernant le service il est à revoir car sans donner de pourboire le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel. Le Gros point négatif est le kid’s club. Les deux animatrices qui s’occupent des tout-petits sont vraiment désagréables. On a l’impression de les déranger quand on dépose notre enfant. Pas souriantes et les activités proposées aux enfants sont pas top. Si vous souhaitez un bon kids club il est clair qu’il ne faut pas choisir cet hôtel.

The furnishing and decor of the hotel e.g. rooms, spa and pool were lovely and the location was on a nice beach.
Cons: The service was very poor plus we had a lot of issues throughout the stay. We arrived at 4 pm check-in was at 3 pm, we had two rooms booked and neither were ready. When we asked for an explanation why the rooms were not ready they just said they were fully booked which isn’t an excuse they should be used to operating under these measures. The next day of our stay the staff didn’t clean our room - twice we called for an explanation and they kept saying someone would come back to me and they never did. This is very poor customer service. It took a really long time in the al carte restaurant and by the pool for your food orders to come also staff not attentive in coming to your lounge chair to take your order. You’re always having to chase staff. Our balcony door lock was broken. I had to call twice to get someone to come and fix it. They finally came at 10:30 pm. Again this is very poor service. We also had a problem with the air-conditioning my husband called three times no one ever came to fix it. For a boutique luxury hotel. The standard was well below what you would expect. At the breakfast buffet I constantly was clearing my own plates some stuff that were great. It really depended where you sat if you were sitting centrally then they didn’t really worry about you. That was one lovely lady there Zenib who was always very friendly and came to speak to you. I wish all the stuff had been like her.

Hyatt Regency est un hôtel agréable, la chambre est très bien, fonctionnelle et très propre. Petit déjeuner qualitatif et large, le café pourrait être meilleur mais le reste est vraiment top ! Malheureusement la qualité du service est très en dessous du standard d'un hôtel 5*. Certains employés semblent vraiment manquer d'expérience notamment dans les équipes de la restauration, réception et à la plage. Si vous demandez une information (horaires, tarifs, disponibilité): chacun aura une réponse différente. Vous avez une demande particulière: il y a de bonnes chances que celle-ci ne soit pas respectée. J'ai vu plusieurs fois des gens à la piscine attendre plus d'une heure une pizza alors qu'il n'y a pas grand monde, j'ai moi-même commandé des boissons à plusieurs reprises qui ne sont jamais arrivées. J'ai de nombreuses anecdotes qui s'accumulent sur la semaine et rendent le séjour désagréable. Autre exemple, j'ai demandé si l'on pouvait me fournir 1 pansement pour soigner une plaie, on m'a répondu qu'il n'y en avait pas 🤔 Vous serez assez loin du centre de Taghazout et l'hôtel facture donc cher l'ensemble des prestations: comptez 33€ l'heure de paddle, environ 42€ pp le dinner buffet sans boisson, 20€ pp la journée de location de vélos, et les réservations de golf coûtent plus chères si faite via l'hôtel (400 MAD pp vs 300 MAD en direct)

Le séjour était magnifique, la chambre était très agréable et propre. Tout le personnel était sincèrement aux petits soins de l accueil aux femmes de ménage aux animateurs et aux maîtres nageurs. Hôtel avec de jolies prestations et une jolie vue donnant sur la mer.
Cons: Le prix excessif du buffet à l hôtel qui est certes très bon mais trop cher à mon sens :42€ par adulte et 21€ par enfant. Le fait que l hôtel soit trop excentré d Agadir par conséquent une voiture est indispensable.

We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Taghazout. The beach view was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the private beach and the pool, everything was just spot on. My kids had so much fun, and I felt totally comfortable letting them swim in the pool on their own because it felt very safe. The gym was well-equipped, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real treat every morning, lots of tasty options and fresh moroccan food. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to!
Cons: The floor near the pool is extremely slippery, which could be a safety concern. It would be great if the hotel could address this.

Cons: We arrived at 8pm and our room still didn’t have a baby cot ready which was inconvenient with a sleeping baby. We had to wait for it to be delivered to our room when we would have preferred to have been able to put our baby straight down upon entering the room. There were also Lots of renovations happening while we were there; which we were not informed about prior to arrival or upon arrival. I understand the need for upgrades and improvements to be done but perhaps a complimentary meal or spa treatment would have made a huge difference to our experience- especially being woken up during our nap with hammering and banging. Also the kids club was completely under renovations too and this was the main reason we booked the hotel- for access to the little playground and kids club facilities. There was a temporary one in a hall but it wasn’t the same.

I have stayed in this hotel for the first time, coming long away from marrakech, the housekeeping service , F&B were amazing , for the front office team I want to highlight about the the front office manager and reservation team who were not on the level, I have booked for the room and requested for sofa bed which is complimentary in around the world, as per reservation it’s olso complimentary, once i reached to the hotel the team told that is chargeable of 75$ , I informed the receptionist that was been given comp basis, and no one cares to come and talk to me either, the manager is passing by but he doesn’t care at all, only person who helped me is Ibrahim, anyway I have paid and it was not satisfed at all with the reservation team and manager of front office ,

Lhotel est tres calme, on ne ressent pas que lhotel est rempli. Parfait pour un sejour de detente, repos et deconnexion. Les piscines sont propres. Literie de qualite.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! This place is perfect for relaxing, located directly on the beach with great facilities. Booked a double room with ocean view, which was stunning. The beach club was absolutely amazing, with top notch service. The staff went above and beyond, special mention goes to Redouane the lifeguard who seems to be multitasking around the resort, Ayoub, Yassin and mohssine making it even special with their hospitality! The spa had soothing treatments leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. While the hotel had a few minor issues, the staff sprang into action to resolve them immediately. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway We will definitely be returning!

Best experience! Relaxing, luxury, happiness. I just want to thank everyone from the staff for making our stay so special. Since we entered, we were greeted warmly by the doorman, Rachid, who offered us some tea and sweets. The check-in process was fast and professional. Big thank you to Maha for her extreme kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay; she always made sure we were okay and answered every question we had, and that we were stocked up on amenities. Thank you also to her and her manager, Hicham, for the beautiful upgrade to a sea-view room that was absolutely stunning! Also, thank you to Haytam for always helping us around whenever Maha wasn't around; those two are literally a good duo,i hope they get the recognition they deserve, as they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Also, thank you to the breakfast team; we loved everything at the buffet. Zineb was also very helpful at the pool bar whenever we had a question. A special shoutout to the Sud 17 restaurant team for their exceptional food and service. This place is perfect for luxurious relaxation for an amazing holiday with staff who are always there to make sure you have the best experience. I do recommend it and hope to come back soon, as we already miss it.

They were extremely noisy and talking and making jokes loudly without any respect of the guests around and it was only 8h30 am ! This was the biggest disappointment of this stay ! This holiday unexpectedly coincided with the Moroccan festival of Qurbon and the hotel was very crowded. My girlfriend and I were expecting a bad trip, but once again Hyatt TAGHAZOUT blew me away. It's awesome how the various departments within the hotel continue to provide high quality and agile service despite the intense demand for service. It was great to meet up with my old friends again, such as Mr Azzelarab.The new lobster at KM17 restaurant is of high quality and fresh.The staff at REGENCY Club is like a magician, e.g. able to conjure up the orange juice that my girlfriend and I wanted to drink. Room cleaning staff is very attentive. The doorman was able to provide quick response service. The front desk department was like an encyclopaedia, helping me quickly and professionally with any needs or queries. All in all, HYATT REGENCY TAGHAZOUT reinforces my belief that choosing a HYATT brand hotel is a wise choice. This is a hotel with warmth in its service and passion in the work of its staff. It is still the number one hotel in my mind out of all the Hyatt hotels I have stayed at.

Ce que j’ai beaucoup aimé dans cet hôtel c’est la gentillesse du personnel qui vous traite comme des rois. Je tiens à remercier madame Ghizlane à la réception pour sa gentillesse , sa politesse et son grand professionnalisme. Elle nous a surclassé gratuitement et en plus le Check in était très rapide. Cons: On a oublié de faire le ménage dans notre chambre deux jours d’affilée. J’ai réservé le spa et à l’arrivée on m’a annoncé que mon thérapeute a eu un empêchement. We had an amazing stay at this fabulous hotel! The spacious rooms and beautiful surroundings were perfect for relaxation and enjoying our holiday. Despite the hotel being busy (I think they were hosting a group event), the reception team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We were treated with kindness and respect, even when they were under so much pressure. Maha and Haytam at reception were literally the dream team! They took care of us like we were family, and Haytam's sense of humor had us laughing while Maha's kindness and smile just made us feel like we were home. They even taught us some Darija phrases and gave us the lowdown on the best spots to check out. I mean, what more could you ask for? These two deserve so much recognition! They truly made our stay unforgettable they went above and beyond and we can't recommend them enough. Hopefully they'll get the recognition they deserve because staff like them are the backbone of any great hotel and surely are the reason we'll come back again, The food was alright, but I reckon the buffet would be way better if it was indoors with a chill outdoor seating area. We loved chillin' at the Sud bar, sipping drinks and taking in the sea views - it was the perfect spot to relax. And the fact that Taghazout was just a stone's throw away was a major bonus. Shoutout to the dude at the door (Lahou, I think?) who was always happy to help us with taxis or answer our questions. We'll definitely be back!

Really beautiful place, just like the pictures. Helpful, friendly staff, especially Zineb and the superb staff during dinner service, and the lifeguard team. Food good too! Definitely recommend Sud restaurant as well, its a must! Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Food not that great, and quite busy on the weekend. Friday night Beach party was disappointing, drinks took way too long, and the vibes only picked up close to midnight. The party ends at 1am. Otherwise our 3 night stay was good and relaxing. Would not do longer than that unless you plan to go out to explore the town.

Cons: Horrendous service. This is definitely not deserving of a 5 star rating. The staff shows clear bias and preference towards white Westerners, from the lobby to the restaurants. Our check in took over 45 minutes and we missed our planned sunset dinner. The tone was rude as soon as they saw my Moroccan passport. Our room’s balcony door was open when we finally got in so we had some bugs and flies in our room. Nothing serious but not great. At dinner, the discrimination continued. It was a cool evening and despite there being a few open 2 person tables inside, we were told none were available and that we’d have to sit outside. I asked to have a heater lamp placed next to us and the manager said there were none available, we were literally 5 meters away from an unused one and the table next to us had one next to them. I asked for blankets and they reluctantly brought them. After 15 minutes, we were freezing and my (European) husband had a side chat with the manager. Then we were finally invited to seat at one of the 2 person tables inside that were open this entire time which we had been told were unavailable for us when we arrived. The dinner was mediocre, nicely presented, overall pretty bland and they forgot our appetizer and sauce with with the steak. Throughout our experience, I saw North African guests get similar treatment and after looking at past reviews from folks with North African names who talk about similar issues, I can say that this was not an isolated case. It is systemic at this hotel. Aside from this, the breakfast was great, especially the freshly made msemmen. But you can have this breakfast experience anywhere else. Would not recommend staying in this wannabe hotel. Quite frankly the worst stay we had in Morocco.

Nous avons tout aimé : le cadre idyllique, les piscines, les terrains de Padel , le service spa avec un gommage fabuleux le petit dejeuner de dingue tous les matins, avec des plats fait à la demande "crepe, omelette, etc..) Les enfants ont adoré les piscines, nous avons apprécié la piscine pour adulte, les restaurants pour amoureux, et les soirées. Le personnel est super.
Cons: un peu dommage que ce soit excentré mais bonne nouvelle une navette est disponible pour aller a Taghazout bay jusqu'à 22h.

Tout ! (A part le prix) Les 3 piscines dont une chauffée et une Adult-only. Le restaurant de qualité, le buffet très complet (petit-déjeuners et repas) et le resto-bar de plage (le bar de la piscine était en travaux pendant mon séjour). Animation musicale le soir. La plage privée et ses équipements les pieds dans l'eau. Partout, le personnel est aux petits soins, efficace et très sympathique. Chambre de belles dimensions et super équipée. I'll be back !
Cons: Tarif assez élevé un cinq étoiles pour le Maroc. Navette aéroport un peu chère également.

We had a fantastic stay, the amenities were excellent, the food was delicious and the view from our room was amazing. The hotel exceeded our expectations, but the best part was the staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful, especially Houda, who was attentive to our needs and upgraded our room to celebrate my daughter’s birthday properly, Hamza, who kept watch by the pool and made sure we’re comfortable and Ayoub who always made our breakfast experience better every morning. We would definitely come back very soon !!

Cons: La musique trop bruyante à la piscine familiale, (ma chambre avec vue sur la mer donnait sur cette piscine familiale). Il faudrait baisser le niveau.

Breakfast was incredible but I thought the staff was the best. The service was amazing, especially Haitam who has helped me throughout my whole stay, giving us tips and showing us around. He really cared a lot about our stay! Overall the location was also fantastic and the hotel is beautiful.
Cons: There was a slight miscommunication as I requested a queen bed multiple times via booking.com as the booking originally came through as a twin bed room. They said they would get that sorted but it didn't get sorted in the end. Not a huge issue overall.

Everything is amazing. My boyfriend and I went for our birthdays and it was perfect. The food is great, the location too! But mostly the staff goes up and beyond to make you feel comfortable there. The night buffet is just delicious and the rooms are super comfortable
