Vi var veldig fornøyde da vi sjekket inn til vi sjekket ut av Raiden. Alle som jobber der er så behjelpelig, hyggelige, omsorgsfulle, snille og smilende finner ikke ord. Hver dag fersk frokost, rengjøring av rommet. Husker ikke navnene til alle som jobber men alle sammen fra resepsjonist, regngjørings damen, servitøren alle sammen for terningkast 6 fra meg og madamen. Denne Raiden er plassert midt i hjertet av gamle byen Medine. Tusen takk for en fantastisk 5 dagers opphold.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral am großen Markplatz gelegen. Man kann daher super zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Für mich als Alleinreisender ausreichend. Nachts über war es stets ruhig. Das Highlight für mich war jedoch die Dachterrasse mit Pool. Hammer! Obwohl es bereits Mitte November war, wurde es bei sonnigem Wetter warm genug, um sich zu sonnen und im Pool zu baden. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal stets freundlich. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen!

Cons: Die Zimmer sind doch leider etwas hellhörig. Da alle anderen Hotelgäste rücksichtsvoll waren, war das jedoch kein Problem.

I stayed one night at Riad Wazani Square & Spa and absolutely loved it. The riad is beautiful, very well maintained, and spotless. My room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, giving that perfect Moroccan vibe. The staff were amazing — so kind and helpful. I had to check out at 5 a.m., and even though breakfast usually starts at 8, they still made me a fresh coffee and offered cake before I left. That small gesture meant a lot and showed how much they care about their guests. The location is great, close to everything yet peaceful once you’re inside. Overall, a lovely stay and I’d definitely come back again!

Cons: La habitación en la planta superior en la que nos alojamos tenía muchas humedades y olía bastante a humedad. Las humedades vienen de la piscina que está justo encima. También, al estar debajo de la terraza, cuando la limpian por la mañana hacen mucho ruido alrededor de las 7:45 de la mañana moviendo las mesas y sillas, pero bueno, es por ello que está todo tan limpio al despertarte...

Lo staff del Riad è semplicemente meravigliosa ( Sopratutto le ragazze della reception 🤩) — gentili, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa dal primo momento. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfy. Location is great. Despite breakfast starts officially at 8am, we were able to request for early breakfast at 7am because we had an early excursion to catch. Massage was also superb!

Cons: Room was smaller than I expected. Shower door has gaps that caused water to flood the whole washroom floor. Although the massage was great, the hammam was a little disappointing. We were told there was no scrubbing because we have massage later, so it does not follow the standard procedure. Also there was only one person working on the 3 of us at the same time, so everything felt rushed and done with minimum effort.

Staff were very friendly throughout check in and every step of the way. Our room was lovely, very nicely decorated, modern and the bathroom was clean and functional. We also did the Hammam spa and massage package which was incredible. I would recommend this towards the end of your stay for a nice relaxing end to your time in Marrakech. The pool on the roof was great, breakfast was yum.

Sehr zentrale und doch ruhige Lage direkt beim Jemaa el Fnaa. Das Riad ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und typisch eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse hat einen schönen Pool. Die Dusche ist schön warm, es hat Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodycreme zur Verfügung. Auch Wattepads und Wattestäbchen sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und schön dekoriert. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Das Frühstück hat wenig Auswahl. Die Küche ist nicht empfehlenswert. Die Matratze ist hart und die Badezimmer- wäsche zum Teil alt/löchrig. Es ist sehr ringhörig, man hört die Dusche der Nachbarn extrem laut.

La chambre et le riad sont vraiment très beaux, des fournitures sont comprises dans la chambre (gel douche, shampooing, etc), les chambres sont nettoyées quotidiennement ainsi que le linge (essuis/peignoirs). Le personnel est adorable, on a été très bien accueillies. Le petit dejeuner est également très bon, avec service à table. Il y a également de nombreux services possibles sur place (restauration, hammam, massages, excursions, etc). Je recommande vivement !

Cons: Petit souci avec la porte de la salle de bain qui bloquait/ne fermait pas, pas super pour l'intimité comme la SDB est dans la chambre et avec les prises qui ne chargeaient pas sans allumer les lampes sinon tout était super.

Property was ideally located near the square. Walking distance to main attractions and souks. The Riad is beautiful and so clean. The staff at the Riad are so polite and helpful. Yousef arranged all our excursions and yes we may have paid extra for private taxi but it was spot on. Their local knowledge about timings and days for excursions was brilliant. The staff was always trying to help. I couldn’t have booked a better place. Made our holiday amazing. The breakfast each morning was so good on the roof top. Pool is a decent size for a Riad, my boys enjoyed playing in it.

Cons: Not the best place if you have mobility issues, as you have to go up 3 floors for the pool and breakfast.

Uma estadia excelente – tudo perfeito! Fiquei neste Riad durante a minha viagem a Marrocos e foi, sem dúvida, o melhor lugar onde estive. Desde a chegada até ao check-out, fui sempre super bem recebido. O espaço é muito bonito, limpo e tranquilo, com uma decoração tradicional marroquina feita com muito bom gosto. O quarto era confortável, silencioso e tinha tudo o que precisava. O pequeno-almoço foi ótimo — variado, bem servido e sempre fresco. O que mais me marcou foi mesmo o atendimento: toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática, prestável e atenta a todos os detalhes. Recomendo totalmente este Riad. Lovely property, very close to the square only a couple of mins walk making it very convenient. Tried spa treatments and food in the hotel, both of which were great. Breakfast was incredible everyday and on days when we had excursions the hotel assisted in trying to ensure we could have food or drink prior. The location was perfect, just a minute walking from the main square. Having read reviews about many riads that were hard to find, after all with this one I think it was easy. I arrived by public bus from the airport. I had studied a bit the map, it might help you to take a look of the aereal view of google maps. And just take the Cafe de France as referential point once in the square. Then you now you gotta take right at that corner in rue des banques, and just walk the first alley to the right, you should quickly find Riad Wazani Square. Staff friendly and helpful, yet very respectful and impersonal as to give you freedom and space and to not intervene much in your travel plans. I used the pool twice, and it makes it for a nice refreshing moment during the afternoon (a bit small size, but of course that's the way in riads). The place is very well kept, and clean. I stayed in the first floor, and i don't think it was a big problem being there close to recepetion and lounge.

Cons: You may hear some noise from the ventilation system and from the square at nights, but it was nothing terrible and that's ok when you are in such a great location. There was a festival of gnawa at the square during my stay and that amplified the noise a bit, but actually loved this music. I would come back here and i think it was perfect decision to choose this place.

However, useful help for getting a pick-up taxi from the airport to the second passenger was not provided, even after insistence. Shifting information, and not clear help. At the end of the stay, when I asked for a cart to transport the luggage to the taxi, "look outside yourself" was the answer. And finally, when the recepcionist was helping with the luggage during check-out, the manager was angry with him because he was helping.

The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Every day, I had a sizable pot of hot coffee, a small carafe of hot milk (on request, included), an omelet (on request, included), a small green salad with local dressing, a few pieces of French bread, something like a crepe, a savory pastry, a glass of orange juice, a small yogurt with raisins, and four ramekins with cream cheese, strawberry preserve, butter, and honey. (See picture) The riad always smelled terrific, on every floor. The place was swept and washed every day, if not more often. It was beautifully decorated, top to bottom. (See pictures) There was a lounge on the first floor, and a restaurant and a pool with some lounge chairs on the roof. (See pictures) The front desk staff was exceptional - friendly, obliging, helpful. They helped arrange transportation to/from the airport (fee) and for various excursions (like going to a restaurant outside walking distance). The location was great, close to the main square and all the souks. Hundreds of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are smallish (get a double or a triple for more maneuverable space) but comfortable, and everything worked. The bathroom was clean and functional. Large towels. PLENTY of toilet paper (I think I got a fresh roll every day whether I needed it or not!) And a box of tissues!!! So often hotels outside the US don't provide those.

Cons: There were some things I would have preferred to what was available, but that's my issue; everything was working and was perfectly serviceable.

This is a well-located property with awesome amenities and a beautiful internal garden. The riad was kind enough to arrange breakfast outside their usual hours to accommodate our tour schedule. They provided dining options and checked in on our arrival. The welcoming staff was very nice, and although the room was small, it was fully equipped with all the essentials. I would absolutely love to return, especially since it is located right at the corner of the main square.

A localização era fantástica, a uma curta distancia a pé de todas as atrações, apesar das redondezas barulhentas, quando entravamos no Riad era um silencio e paz absolutos ! O pequeno almoço era bom e diferente todos os dias, a limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns era muito boa também. Tínhamos de sair as 7h para o aeroporto e preparam nos um pequeno almoço especial para nos! muito bom obrigada pela hospitalidade !

Cons: J'ai réservé via le Riad un transport privé pour mon retour à l'aéroport à 6:15 que j'avais payé la veille. Le transport était un taxi et une fois rendue à la place Jemaa el fna le taxi sait subitement arrêter sans avertissement et en moins 1 minute une autre personne est rentrée. Malheureusement, ceci est inacceptable. J'ai dit au chauffeur que c'est un transfert privé, mais il n'a rien écouté. Ne pas faire affaire avec leur transfert privé pour l'aéroport.!!!

Très beau riad. Le petit déjeuner est bon et différent tous les matins. Il est servi sur le rooftop. L'emplacement est un vrai plus (à 2 pas de la place centrale) !!! Il y a quelqu'un à la réception 24h/24 ce qui est pratique. Personnel accueillant. Les produits dans la douche sentent tellement bon !!!

Cons: J'étais dans une chambre dans le patio et c'est très bruyant. On entend à chaque fois que quelqu'un est à la réception et que les gens entrent et sortent de leur chambre.

El Riah es excepcional, precioso, decorado con muchísimo detalle y tanto la limpieza como el trato del personal fueron exquisitos. Habíamos leído algún comentario en relación a qué era ruidoso pero se debe de tratar de otro Riah (hay dos con nombre similar) porque este es silencioso y muy acogedor. Desde el personal de recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, servicio de restauración han sido educados y serviciales, 100% recomendable, si volviese a Marrakech no dudaría en volver a alojarme con ellos. The space is very elevated, lovely lighting, luxurious feel and an amazing shower with the room that we booked. The spa was lovely and very relaxing. The breakfast was traditional with different additionals every day. The terrace was very nice and staff were amazing every step off the way. The location was very good, just off the square so easy pick up point for any excursions you end up booking. Quiet at the same time at night, we didn’t hear any disturbances outside. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area. Amazing value for money. We stayed in 2 different Riads during our stay and definitely preferred this one.

We spent 5 amazing days in this Riad. It was an incredible holiday. The location is wonderful: very close to the main square. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Everything has been said before and it is true: great location, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, lovely smell, very clean! We slept three adults in a room which was big bigger than expected. Also the third bed was an actual bed, not a stretcher, which was a big plus. We didn't use the pool but see that in Summertime that could be really nice (not big enough to swim, just for dipping), but we did have a nice lunch on the sunroof.

Cons: On the photo's I had seen a big bowl of fruit, and I assumed that would be part of breakfast. We did get fresh orange juice for breakfast, but unfortunately the breakfast only had a small bowl of diced apple and pear on the second and third day, and the breakfast generally was too unhealthy for us (it was a lot though, so if you like cakes and savoury buns and pancakes, you'll enjoy it).

Best possible location. Super peaceful rooms. Immaculately clean. Staff very friendly but not in your face at all. They are very accommodating with extra requests like early check in and leaving bags there. The rooftop is amazing perfect for stargazing and shisha is fun to try. Le petit déjeuner marocain est délicieux et très copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre La Volière, au 1er étage : elle est petite, mais confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Une belle adresse pour profiter de l'ambiance locale

Cons: La piscine est petite, mais elle convient bien pour se rafraîchir et passer un moment agréable. La terrasse est joliment aménagée, bien que l'espace détente soit un peu restreint . Cela reste une belle option pour un séjour calme et relaxant.

La décoration de ce Riad est très belle, la terrasse très agréable avec sa petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, l’emplacement est parfait.

Cons: La musique d’ambiance non stop n’est pas utile surtout en journée ; elle ne m’a pas permis de me reposer toujours comme souhaité surtout sur la terrasse. Je préfère les sons lointains de flûte émanant de la vivante place djema el fan. Une vis dépassait à l’intérieur de la porte du placard et je me suis coupé le bras. J’ai été soignée mais un geste commercial aurait été appréciable, en tout cas j’espère que cela a été rectifié pour d’autres.

Location was great. Staff were great. I ordered the shuttle service from the airport and I was met and walked to the Riad which was very handy. The Riad was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: Rooms are quite small. Sultan Room, was not soundproof. Unfortunately, it was underneath the roof terrace and every time someone moved or banged a chair or table I could hear it in my room. If you want to wake up early for a day trip it should not be an issue but for me it was extremely irritating to hear this noise in the morning as they cleaned the area and served the breakfast.

Cons: We had 2 rooms for 4 adults 1 room was described at small but it was tiny. Beds were so hard and not long enough as there were wardrobes at the bottom. I’m 5’9 and my feet were up against the wardrobe. This room was definitely not big enough for 2 adults. No room for suitcases either. Should be sold as a single room

L'hôtel est splendide et magnifiquement décoré. La chambre solo est confortable et décorée avec goût et originalité dans le respect du style traditionnel. L'accueil a été parfait avec un personnel qui a le souci du bien être de leurs clients qu'ils traitent comme leurs invités. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. J'ai profité d'une séance de massage exceptionnelle ! Enfin la localisation est parfaite, à 2 pas de la célèbre place Jamah Fenna. Je recommande sans réserves ce sublime Riad !

Cons: Stationnement impossible. Il faut idéalement connaître les lieux de stationnements au plus proche de l'hôtel pour éviter de devoir traverser Marrakech avec ses valises sur les chemins en pavés.

La beauté du Riad. Le personnel a l’accueil. La localisation tout proche de la place Jema el fna. La petite piscine sur le toit

Cons: Nous étions dans la chambre « Pacha » et la literie n’était pas très confortable: lit en bois qui grince beaucoup et matelas assez dur. Les petits déjeuners étaient assez rationnés, nous avons demandé du pain supplémentaire et nous avons juste reçu un mini morceau. Nous logions là après avoir fait l’ascension du Toubkal et nous avons réservé un massage relaxant mais avons été déçu: salle de massage minuscule pour 2, il fallait que les masseuses poussent les tables pendant le massage pour pouvoir faire le tour, la clim était un peu trop froide et une des masseuses était enrhumée et reniflait/toussait/se mouchait pendant tout le massage. Pas hyper agréable surtout pour la partie du massage visage 😷🤧

L'emplacement est fabuleux. Calme et ce à quelques pas de la place Jemaa el Fna. Le rooftop est la piscine. La décoration magnifique.

Cons: Transfert commandé à l avance auprès du Riad et confirmé, jamais arrivé.... malgré 1heure d'attente, 3 appels sans réponse et 2 messages via Booking. On nous a laissé en compensation accès aux chambres plus tôt, bien ! Nous vous déconseillons d utiliser leur service transfert en général. Ils abusent des tarifs. Les petits déjeuners ne peuvent pas se prendre en terrasse...il a fallu parlementer avec le sourire et forcer l action pour y avoir accès. L employé nous a expliqué que c était trop compliqué pour lui ... honnêtement aucune différence de distance entre la pièce fermée et la terrasse. Pour l'alléger nous avons donc pris les couverts pour nous installer. Nous avons empilé et regroupé le petit déjeuner après consommation. A la suite de quoi son comportement était fort désagréable.

The location of Riad is fantastic, for those who want to stay inside Medina and want to enjoy the old part of the city. The room is not very large, but it is quite comfortable, and has great amenities such as Argan items, one of the main products in the region. The bathroom is great and acoustic insulation is essential for those who are not used to the frequent manifestations of mosques. Good breakfast, the presence of fruits is missing but daily offer a varied menu and feeds well.

Cons: Something very serious and sad unfortunately ended up happening on the premises of the bedroom and I can not fail to expose to other guests: on the first day we left the hotel, my mother ended up leaving a pair of gold earrings and a semi-jewelry ring in a bag of medicines and when we returned from the day the accessories had disappeared. As we had no fluency in the language, we did not know anyone who could support us in the country and did not know who and at what level the team could be involved, we prefer to avoid talking to the receptionist about it. We also have no complaint to the police and avoided room service throughout the stay. Despite this episode, every day the team was very helpful and polite, but after this event, we were quite suspicious and uncomfortable, besides the financial loss we had.

Riad très bien situé, très bien décoré, personnel très accueillant et gentil (que ce soit au niveau de l'accueil ou Ahmed au petit déjeuner). C'était très appréciable! N'oublions pas de dire que le petit déjeuner marocain sur place est généreux et très bon.

Cons: Je ne peux pas dire que je n'ai pas apprécié... mais s'il fallait parler de bémol , je parlerais de ma chambre qui était assez petite... mais j'ai réservé à la dernière minute et j'ai bénéficié d'un tarif assez intéressant par rapport au prix de départ alors je suppose la chambre correspondait à l'offre....cela ne m'empêcheras pas de louer de nouveau dans ce Riad.

El riad es muy cómodo y bonito, huele muy bien desde el primer momento, es tranquilo y acogedor. El personal es muy amable, siempre respondieron a todas nuestras preguntas y nos guíaron con sugerencias y consejos. La habitación fue muy cómoda, la cama muy agradable. Teníamos incluído el desayuno. El servicio de restaurante es excelente. La terraza es bonita y refrescante. Está ubicado a solo unos pasos de la Plaza Principal y de muchas de las calles y mercados locales, hay muchos restaurantes cerca. El riad nos ayudó con servicio de traslado desde y al aeropuerto. Los masajes son imperdibles y además nos ofrecieron opciones de tours. Súper recomendado.

Cons: El desayuno no fue tan variado como esperábamos. El lugar nos dijo que preferían que al momento del check out pagaramos con efectivo, el cual fue un poco complicado de conseguir, pero al final si recibían tarjetas.

Posizione centralissima, struttura accogliente e ben curata, sicuramente sopra la media della zona. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile e parla un buon inglese (qualcuno anche un po’ di italiano). La piscina sulla terrazza aperta dalle 11:00 alle 23:00 merita tanto!

Cons: Gli spazi della stanza non sono gestiti in modo ottimale (manca un poggia valigia e in generale tanti piccoli dettagli inutili), il letto è comodo ma i cuscini sono mooooolto alti, forse è troppo.

Je viens de passer un merveilleux séjour dans ce splendide riad, situé à seulement 3 minutes de la célèbre place Jemaa el Fna. L'emplacement est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux attractions tout en garantissant une atmosphère paisible et relaxante. Le riad lui-même est un véritable bijou, avec une décoration traditionnelle marocaine qui crée une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. La terrasse, avec sa vue imprenable, est l'endroit parfait pour déguster un thé à la menthe ou tout simplement se détendre après une journée d'exploration. Un des points forts de notre séjour a été le personnel exceptionnel. Ils étaient toujours souriants, attentifs et prêts à répondre à tous nos besoins, ce qui a vraiment enrichi notre expérience. De plus, les excursions et les chauffeurs réservés par le riad étaient d'un professionnalisme exemplaire et nous ont permis de découvrir Marrakech en toute sérénité. Je recommande vivement ce riad à quiconque envisage de visiter Marrakech. Que vous soyez en quête de complaisance, de culture ou de découvertes, vous ne serez pas déçu. Réservez sans hésiter, vous ne le regretterez pas !!!!

Magnifique Riad ! Bien que la chambre avec un lit simple soit très petite, elle est très bien agencée et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Tout est très bien entretenu, et très propre. La piscine sur le toît est un gros plus, surtout avec les chaleurs du mois d'août !! J'ai reçu un très bon accueil. Le personnel est disponible et patient ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsqu'on est en vacances. Enfin, le massage tonifiant était parfait !!!!! Je conseille vivement ce riad !

Posizione ottima, tranquilla e sicura. A 1 minuto da Jamaa Al Fna. La camera era molto bella, tipica marocchina. Mia moglie ha fatto anche un Hammam e Massaggio e ne è rimasta pienamente soddisfatta. Il primo giorno abbiamo pranzato nel Riad e devo dire che il cibo era buonissimo. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. In generale la struttura era molto bella, pulita e accogliente.

Cons: Unica pecca, ma soggettiva, i cuscini erano troppi alti. Colazione buona ma poco variegata.

Un très bel emplacement dans la Médina, proche de Jama El Fnaa. Une superbe déco authentique mêlant culture et modernité. J'ai eu la chance de tester plusieurs chambres et elles étaient toutes plus belles, les unes que les autres. Un personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Ismahane et Youssef sont adorables, chaleureux et très professionnels. Hâte d'y revenir.
