L’hôtel Mareme & Spa est idéalement situé, à seulement une rue de la célèbre place Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement la médina à pied. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été séduite par l’agréable parfum qui règne dans tout l’hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours à l’écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié la piscine, un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de visites sous la chaleur de Marrakech. Un très agréable séjour, je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Cons: Man muss am Platz vorbei ein Ein und auschecken. Es ist sehr turbulent und hektisch. Mit Kleinkind etwas anstrengend mit Koffer etc. Aber uns hat ein netter Mann von der Unterkunft geholfen. Aber so ist halt Marrakesch. Trotzdem wunderschön und immer eine Reise wert.

Staff was very helpful. Osama helped us a lot and Aziz also helped. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect. Main thing - Riad was very clean and staff was responsive. We extended our stay. We would strongly recommend this Riad ( better than booking a Hotel). It is authentic and beautifully decorated.

Breakfast was delicious, hearty, and included. I also used the spa/ had a hammam and massage after we had trek in the Atlas mountains for 5 days; a warm and enjoyable experience.

We loved everything! We had an amazing stay! What we liked best was definitely the terrace. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff are very attentive and even helped us print our flight tickets and looked after our luggage even after check-out so we could make the most of our last day. We were just sorry we didn’t get to enjoy the spa massages – we’ll save that for next time! We’d love to come back! ☺️

Location - just a minutes walk into Jemma el Fnaa Square. Plenty of restaurants and several bars that serve alcohol (very few and far between in Marrakesh) Lovely rooftop terrace and small pool. Bedroom well appointed - walk in shower was excellent.
Cons: Breakfast was nice, but no choice - you kind of just get what you are given. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. T.V didn't work but I didn't ask reception to sort it as wasn't in room too much. Mattress was VERY hard.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner ( pas assez varié et pas typique marocain) dommage qu’il y ait que les crêpes mssennem. Les petites pizzas et les muffins sont de trop. La télé dans les chambres ne fonctionne pas, dommage alors qu’il est bien noté qu’il y a une télévision dans la réservation. Les coussins pas confortable.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They gave me advice on local places to eat and visit. They also had a pool on the roof top which was perfect for cooling off after a long day. The riad is situated in the heart of everything so everything was in easy walking distance. Highly recommend booking in for the hammam massage.

Excellent location close to the square. Lovely friendly welcome from the hosts .Lovely aroma when entering . Nice decor of room. Double shower was great and bathrobes were provided. Lush smelling shower gel shampoo and con ditioner provided Beautiful reception area .. Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Spa facilities with very reasonable prices which we would have used if we had more time ..we were going home the next day .! Roof top restarant . Great breakfast! Roof top pool. Excellent customer service Luggage storage and taxi transfer to airport arranged via lovely helpful receptionist plus she arranged our luggage to be taken from there to across the very busy square to our taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel and spa . Beautiful stay and Excellent staff .Thankyou!

Accogliente e abbastanza pulita, anche se la notte si sentiva il casino degli altri ospiti perché le stanze non sono insonorizzate e pertanto anche lo scarico del bagno si sentiva. Massaggio relax presso la struttura top e i 35€ se li sono meritati! Ho lasciato erroneamente il portafoglio in camera mentre pulivano e nessuno ha toccato nulla, quindi nego la recensione di qualcuno che accusava lo staff di derubare.
Cons: Stanze troppo piccole e rumorose. Letto vecchio e con materasso duro. Non davano giornalmente i prodotti per la doccia e le asciugamani avevano un cattivo odore. Inoltre non trovavamo sempre bottiglie d’acqua in camera, nonostante abbiamo pagato oltre 700€ più tassa di soggiorno. Ci aspettavamo un frigo bar in camera e nemmeno quello. Abbiamo fatto un hammam di coppia ma non era nulla di eccezionale

Nous n'en demandions pas autant mais vous avez fait l'impossible pour elle. Et nous vous en remercions infiniment. Nous avons eu la chance et l'honneur d'être reçus par des personnes avec qui il est facile d' échanger, de converser. Merci pour ces moments merveilleux. Merci pour votre gentillesse... Just a stone throw away from the main square and right in the heart of the historic medina, this luxurious yet tranquil Riad is an absolute gem. The staff is very friendly and helpful (as well as multi-lingual) and available at reception at all time. The Spa and massage service is well priced and recommended.

The riad was absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless and the pool and rooftop were amazing. The hospitality was the best we have ever received, including a hammam and a massage. Ambiente davvero molto grazioso, accoglienza e staff gradevoli. Esattamente dietro la piazza Jemaa El Fna, posizione eccezionale.
Cons: Nulla. Certamente stanze di maggiori dimensioni sarebbero più confortevoli ma in un Riad tipico ritengo sia impossibile.

Our stay at Riad Wazani was amazing. Stuff was very friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was very delicious. Even tho it's half a minute from the main square it's tucked in the little alley and it was super quiet in the night. We loved staying at this accomodation in Marrakech.

De Riad staat middenin een levendige drukke bekende plein. Fijn voor als je van drukte houdt. Het is schoon en netjes.
Cons: De Riad is minder geschikt voor ouderen want je moet trappen op. En als je ruimte gewend bent kunnen de kamers erg tegenvallen. Ons kamer was heel klein en donker. Taxi en auto’s mogen na 11.00 uur ochtend niet op het plein komen. Het is dan een stuk lopen met je koffers. Je hebt geen keuze wat ontbijt betreft. Die wordt door het hotel samengesteld. Je weet dan ook niet wat je krijgt voor ontbijt.

Vi var veldig fornøyde da vi sjekket inn til vi sjekket ut av Raiden. Alle som jobber der er så behjelpelig, hyggelige, omsorgsfulle, snille og smilende finner ikke ord. Hver dag fersk frokost, rengjøring av rommet. Husker ikke navnene til alle som jobber men alle sammen fra resepsjonist, regngjørings damen, servitøren alle sammen for terningkast 6 fra meg og madamen. Denne Raiden er plassert midt i hjertet av gamle byen Medine. Tusen takk for en fantastisk 5 dagers opphold.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral am großen Markplatz gelegen. Man kann daher super zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Für mich als Alleinreisender ausreichend. Nachts über war es stets ruhig. Das Highlight für mich war jedoch die Dachterrasse mit Pool. Hammer! Obwohl es bereits Mitte November war, wurde es bei sonnigem Wetter warm genug, um sich zu sonnen und im Pool zu baden. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal stets freundlich. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen!
Cons: Die Zimmer sind doch leider etwas hellhörig. Da alle anderen Hotelgäste rücksichtsvoll waren, war das jedoch kein Problem.

I stayed one night at Riad Wazani Square & Spa and absolutely loved it. The riad is beautiful, very well maintained, and spotless. My room was comfortable and tastefully decorated, giving that perfect Moroccan vibe. The staff were amazing — so kind and helpful. I had to check out at 5 a.m., and even though breakfast usually starts at 8, they still made me a fresh coffee and offered cake before I left. That small gesture meant a lot and showed how much they care about their guests. The location is great, close to everything yet peaceful once you’re inside. Overall, a lovely stay and I’d definitely come back again!

The staff was very nice. The bed was comfy. Location is great. Despite breakfast starts officially at 8am, we were able to request for early breakfast at 7am because we had an early excursion to catch. Massage was also superb!
Cons: Room was smaller than I expected. Shower door has gaps that caused water to flood the whole washroom floor. Although the massage was great, the hammam was a little disappointing. We were told there was no scrubbing because we have massage later, so it does not follow the standard procedure. Also there was only one person working on the 3 of us at the same time, so everything felt rushed and done with minimum effort.

We also did the Hammam spa and massage package which was incredible. I would recommend this towards the end of your stay for a nice relaxing end to your time in Marrakech. Sehr zentrale und doch ruhige Lage direkt beim Jemaa el Fnaa. Das Riad ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und typisch eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse hat einen schönen Pool. Die Dusche ist schön warm, es hat Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodycreme zur Verfügung. Auch Wattepads und Wattestäbchen sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und schön dekoriert. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Das Frühstück hat wenig Auswahl. Die Küche ist nicht empfehlenswert. Die Matratze ist hart und die Badezimmer- wäsche zum Teil alt/löchrig. Es ist sehr ringhörig, man hört die Dusche der Nachbarn extrem laut.

La chambre et le riad sont vraiment très beaux, des fournitures sont comprises dans la chambre (gel douche, shampooing, etc), les chambres sont nettoyées quotidiennement ainsi que le linge (essuis/peignoirs). Le personnel est adorable, on a été très bien accueillies. Le petit dejeuner est également très bon, avec service à table. Il y a également de nombreux services possibles sur place (restauration, hammam, massages, excursions, etc). Je recommande vivement !
Cons: Petit souci avec la porte de la salle de bain qui bloquait/ne fermait pas, pas super pour l'intimité comme la SDB est dans la chambre et avec les prises qui ne chargeaient pas sans allumer les lampes sinon tout était super.

Deuxième fois pour moi au Riad Wazani , on s’y sent comme à la maison , j’ai rarement vu un établissement aussi propre , personnel très gentil , la literie très confortable, salle de bain spacieuse, il y a le hamman et les massages aussi et le must c’est la terrasse sur le toit avec la piscine , il y a aussi des transat. Si vous êtes de passage à Marrakech je vous recommande vivement ce Riad

Property was ideally located near the square. Walking distance to main attractions and souks. The Riad is beautiful and so clean. The staff at the Riad are so polite and helpful. Yousef arranged all our excursions and yes we may have paid extra for private taxi but it was spot on. Their local knowledge about timings and days for excursions was brilliant. The staff was always trying to help. I couldn’t have booked a better place. Made our holiday amazing. The breakfast each morning was so good on the roof top. Pool is a decent size for a Riad, my boys enjoyed playing in it.
Cons: Not the best place if you have mobility issues, as you have to go up 3 floors for the pool and breakfast.

Uma estadia excelente – tudo perfeito! Fiquei neste Riad durante a minha viagem a Marrocos e foi, sem dúvida, o melhor lugar onde estive. Desde a chegada até ao check-out, fui sempre super bem recebido. O espaço é muito bonito, limpo e tranquilo, com uma decoração tradicional marroquina feita com muito bom gosto. O quarto era confortável, silencioso e tinha tudo o que precisava. O pequeno-almoço foi ótimo — variado, bem servido e sempre fresco. O que mais me marcou foi mesmo o atendimento: toda a equipa foi extremamente simpática, prestável e atenta a todos os detalhes. Recomendo totalmente este Riad. Foi uma experiência excelente e, se voltar a Marrocos, é aqui que quero ficar outra vez

Location is excellent, just off the square. Breakfast was excellent- great variety each day including fruit and yogurt. The Spa services were excellent! I had a massage by Sassi (hopefully spelt her name right) and it was top notch! All staff were lovely Very clean!

A localização é óptima e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O Riad era calmo no meio da confusão da zona. O quarto era muito agradável, apesar da zona do wc necessitar de algumas reparações. A porta estava empenada e fechava e abria mal e a sanita mexia.
Cons: A piscina não era bem uma piscina, mas dava para refrescar ao final do dia. As toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras e as próprias espreguiçadeiras estavam sempre com um aspecto sujo, amarelado e as vezes as toalhas sobre as espreguiçadeiras tinham buracos.

Lovely property, very close to the square only a couple of mins walk making it very convenient. Tried spa treatments and food in the hotel, both of which were great. Breakfast was incredible everyday and on days when we had excursions the hotel assisted in trying to ensure we could have food or drink prior. Hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful.

Avendo il volo in serata, dopo aver liberato la camera, Ho chiesto 2 cose: di poter utilizzare la piscina per qualche ora dopo il check out. C’erano 40 gradi. Il signore alla reception me lo ha impedito, perché a suo avviso poteva essere usata da altri clienti….sebbene la piscina fosse vuota. Abbastanza sgradevole. Altra richiesta, questa esaudita(ma con mooolta fatica…) é stata di poter lasciate le valige in hotel post checkout. Sembra possano tenerle fino alle 15. Con molta trattativa sono riuscito a farmele tenere fino alle 17. Insomma poco flessibili.

I had a very short stay but everything was great and it smelled so good! Solo traveler in a single room on the first floor. For my duration, not bad but it was a pretty small room. Comfortable and met my needs. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful and breakfast was good. Good location to square and the popular pickup spot for excursions (cafe de France).
Cons: On first floor so you hear a lot of foot traffic. Earbuds help drown out any noise.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent, het ontbijt op het dakterras is een perfecte start van de dag, en de spa biedt fijne ontspanning na een dag in de medina. The location was perfect, just a minute walking from the main square. Having read reviews about many riads that were hard to find, after all with this one I think it was easy. I arrived by public bus from the airport. I had studied a bit the map, it might help you to take a look of the aereal view of google maps. And just take the Cafe de France as referential point once in the square. Then you now you gotta take right at that corner in rue des banques, and just walk the first alley to the right, you should quickly find Riad Wazani Square. Staff friendly and helpful, yet very respectful and impersonal as to give you freedom and space and to not intervene much in your travel plans. I used the pool twice, and it makes it for a nice refreshing moment during the afternoon (a bit small size, but of course that's the way in riads). The place is very well kept, and clean. I stayed in the first floor, and i don't think it was a big problem being there close to recepetion and lounge.
Cons: You may hear some noise from the ventilation system and from the square at nights, but it was nothing terrible and that's ok when you are in such a great location. There was a festival of gnawa at the square during my stay and that amplified the noise a bit, but actually loved this music. I would come back here and i think it was perfect decision to choose this place.

Check-in was better than the last time, this time tea and water was offered, and help with the luggage as well. However, useful help for getting a pick-up taxi from the airport to the second passenger was not provided, even after insistence. Shifting information, and not clear help. At the end of the stay, when I asked for a cart to transport the luggage to the taxi, "look outside yourself" was the answer. And finally, when the recepcionist was helping with the luggage during check-out, the manager was angry with him because he was helping.

J’avais un imprévu et j’ai avisé la réception le soir du 12/04/2025 que je dois faire le checkout le matin du 13/04/2025 pour assister à un enterrement d’un membre de la famille et de ce fait j’ai demandé par mail le report de ma 2ème nuitée mais jusqu’à maintenant je n’ai pas reçu de feedback du Riad WAZANI !!? Extremely clean, staff very kind. Location is good. Breakfast also good. Taxi stopped 600m from the hotel, quite long way with luggage. No late check-out option and also no left luggage so I spent all day long with my bag. Room was super tiny and in the hotel from the early morning was quite loud so every morning I woke up early. Overall it was a nice place, a bit overpriced.

This Riad is stunning and amazingly breathtaking. Everything about it was divine. The attention to detail was second to none and all for a good price too. Not only was the property of high quality but the complementary breakfast was top notch and it was really close to the square- but not at alll noisy. I was surprised by how quiet it was. I'm trying to think of negatives, but really there aren't any. I will defo be staying here again.

The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Every day, I had a sizable pot of hot coffee, a small carafe of hot milk (on request, included), an omelet (on request, included), a small green salad with local dressing, a few pieces of French bread, something like a crepe, a savory pastry, a glass of orange juice, a small yogurt with raisins, and four ramekins with cream cheese, strawberry preserve, butter, and honey. (See picture) The riad always smelled terrific, on every floor. The place was swept and washed every day, if not more often. It was beautifully decorated, top to bottom. (See pictures) There was a lounge on the first floor, and a restaurant and a pool with some lounge chairs on the roof. (See pictures) The front desk staff was exceptional - friendly, obliging, helpful. They helped arrange transportation to/from the airport (fee) and for various excursions (like going to a restaurant outside walking distance). The location was great, close to the main square and all the souks. Hundreds of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are smallish (get a double or a triple for more maneuverable space) but comfortable, and everything worked. The bathroom was clean and functional. Large towels. PLENTY of toilet paper (I think I got a fresh roll every day whether I needed it or not!) And a box of tissues!!! So often hotels outside the US don't provide those.
Cons: There were some things I would have preferred to what was available, but that's my issue; everything was working and was perfectly serviceable.

This is a well-located property with awesome amenities and a beautiful internal garden. The riad was kind enough to arrange breakfast outside their usual hours to accommodate our tour schedule. They provided dining options and checked in on our arrival. The welcoming staff was very nice, and although the room was small, it was fully equipped with all the essentials. I would absolutely love to return, especially since it is located right at the corner of the main square.

They took care of me. As a solo petite woman traveling alone - who happened to need a taxi at 4am to the airport. The Riad booked it for me and escorted me to the taxi. The staff was amazing and the Riad is close to everything. I walked to all tourist attractions I wanted to see.

Everyone working at this hotel just went above and beyond to help us with our every wish. Especially the guy in réception, but also the ladies at the spa and massage. We really enjoyed everything!
Cons: We would have wanted to prolong our stay, but unfortunately they got fully booked, so my advice is to book in advance!

Very beautiful Riad at a very central location! Everything was great! Our departure was very early in the morning and they offered us our breakfast before the official breakfast hours. Highly recommend it!

Clean and comfortable room. Very informative and helpful staff, especially would like to thank to Ismihan at reception. She made our stay exceptional, very friendly and ready with solutions. We had to go to a tour before breakfast time she arranged an early breakfast.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and gave us advice on where to buy local things and what to see in Marrakesh. The whole place is very clean. The breakfast is nice, although simple and not a buffet, but delicious, fresh and filling. Overall a lovely stay.

A localização era fantástica, a uma curta distancia a pé de todas as atrações, apesar das redondezas barulhentas, quando entravamos no Riad era um silencio e paz absolutos ! O pequeno almoço era bom e diferente todos os dias, a limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns era muito boa também. Tínhamos de sair as 7h para o aeroporto e preparam nos um pequeno almoço especial para nos! muito bom obrigada pela hospitalidade !

Personnel attentionné et aux petits soins des clients.Le Riad est calme et silencieux la nuit. Thé à la menthe à l'arrivée et bouteille d'eau et petites douceurs sucrées dans la chambre.
Cons: J'ai réservé via le Riad un transport privé pour mon retour à l'aéroport à 6:15 que j'avais payé la veille. Le transport était un taxi et une fois rendue à la place Jemaa el fna le taxi sait subitement arrêter sans avertissement et en moins 1 minute une autre personne est rentrée. Malheureusement, ceci est inacceptable. J'ai dit au chauffeur que c'est un transfert privé, mais il n'a rien écouté. Ne pas faire affaire avec leur transfert privé pour l'aéroport.!!!

This is a beautiful tranquil haven in the centre of Marrakech It is clean, beautifully decorated and maintained The staff were amazing and I booked Hamnam and massage - the therapist was fantastic I slept like a baby :) It was also lovely to relax at the rooftop terrace and enjoy the pool

Le personnel est remarquable, toujours à l'écoute et prêt à tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner était bon dans l'ensemble.
Cons: La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était exiguë. La fenêtre donnait directement sur l'accueil du Riad. Probablement la chambre la moins confortable de l'établissement. Odeurs de remontée de canalisations quand je suis arrivé, rectifié ensuite à ma demande.

Très beau riad. Le petit déjeuner est bon et différent tous les matins. Il est servi sur le rooftop. L'emplacement est un vrai plus (à 2 pas de la place centrale) !!! Il y a quelqu'un à la réception 24h/24 ce qui est pratique. Personnel accueillant. Les produits dans la douche sentent tellement bon !!!
Cons: J'étais dans une chambre dans le patio et c'est très bruyant. On entend à chaque fois que quelqu'un est à la réception et que les gens entrent et sortent de leur chambre.

Amazing Riad, perfect location in the centre of the medina, kept very clean by the lovely staff. Communal seating area outside our room was beautiful, very zen like feeling! Good variety at breakfast too. Really enjoyed our stay! Definitely be staying here again!
