We have booked a beachfront room which is facing patong beach. I cannot fault this resort . The service is fast whether it was check in/ check out or room service. A special thank you to the front desk employee Konnihq for her hospitality. Room gets cleaned everyday. Location is good a near by seven eleven and patong beach is across the road. To bangla road around 130 bht or a 15-20 mins walk. As the hotel located on the main road it can get slightly noisy. The only downside is the toilet paper- it dissolves while whipping! Better quality needed. Its worth mentioning (no spa available) Breakfast is ok and affordable.

Cons: Overall, I liked the hotel, especially the location, facilities, and amenities. Unfortunately, my experience during the last two days was completely ruined by the behavior of the night-shift receptionist. The most disappointing incident happened when I was with two guests. We were simply passing through the hotel on our way to the beach because it was raining heavily outside and it was difficult to walk around the hotel from the street. My guests were not coming to stay in the hotel or use any of its facilities โ we were literally just walking through toward the beach. We explained this clearly to the night receptionist at least five or six times. Despite that, he refused to listen and dealt with us in an extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional manner. He started creating an unnecessary scene, speaking loudly in front of other guests and repeatedly threatening to call the police. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was a paying guest of the hotel, my belongings were in my room, and we had clearly explained exactly where we were going. There was no reason whatsoever for the situation to be handled in such an embarrassing and confrontational way. I consider the behavior of this night receptionist to be among the worst customer service I have experienced during my travels. Even if the hotel has rules regarding visitors, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those rules. Threatening a hotel guest with the police and creating a scene after the situation had already been explained five or six times is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, his attitude changed my impression of the hotel and left a very negative memory of what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. Regarding the food, breakfast was quite basic, but the bigger disappointment was dinner. There were no proper halal food options available at the dinner buffet. As Muslim guests, this meant we had to leave the hotel and eat outside.

We hebben hier echt een fijn verblijf gehad. Ondanks dat er dagelijks genoeg mensen in- en uitcheckten, voelde het nooit druk. De kamer was comfortabel en de locatie vonden we perfect, dichtbij de gezelligheid van Phuket, maar net buiten de drukte. Alles was makkelijk te voet te bereiken. Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is de geweldige service. Pas drie weken na ons verblijf ontdekte ik dat ik een shirt in de kast had laten hangen. Toch maar een mailtje gestuurd en tot mijn verrassing hadden ze het gevonden en netjes bewaard. Ze bewaren gevonden spullen 90 dagen en willen het zelfs naar ons opsturen. Echt ontzettend lief en wat een service! Nu hopen dat het pakketje ook veilig bij ons thuis aankomt. ๐ Wij komen hier met veel plezier nog eens terug!

Our stay was, overall, a truly wonderful experience. Although we experienced a small inconvenience during check-in on our first day, the way the team handled everything afterwards was genuinely impressive. A special thank you to Kim, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. She was incredibly helpful, always approachable and clearly passionate about ensuring that guests had a pleasant experience. The entire team was warm, welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the atmosphere was lovely, and the location was absolutely fantastic โ central, convenient and perfect for exploring the area. If we had to mention one negative aspect, it would be the behaviour of some groups of guests during our stay. At times, the hotel became quite noisy, with guests speaking very loudly in common areas and walking around in bathrobes, which unfortunately felt somewhat out of place with the hotelโs otherwise elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. This is, of course, something the hotel cannot entirely control, but it did occasionally affect the overall ambience. Apart from that, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location, service and especially the wonderful staff made a lasting impression on us. And once again, a very special thank you to Kim for making our stay even more memorable. We would be very happy to return.

Visited Chao Leh kitchen on 29 August 2026 for International Dinner Buffet. They serve a lot seafood in particular Salmon with different recipe. Nice ambience and there is a live band, you get to enjoy the food and music at the same time. The waiters and waitresses here are friendly and welcoming despite handling the busy crowd. One of the waitresses, Mone is expectionally excellent. She served and welcomed us with a friendly smile, shared the special menu too. Only one thing that need to be fixed which is the room temperature. It is a bit warm and I start to sweat after 30 minutes. The rest are just prefect.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Patong, was perfect in every sense. Starting from the check-in, stay for almost 9 days, and the checkout. The hotel is centrally located with amenities within a range of 10-15 minutes walking. The staff members are so amazing and helpful. The staff of Chao Leh restaurant and Sears were friendly and attentive. Some of the names I can remember are: Golfy, Yoda, Eid, and Emily. Concierge staff, Bobby, and others always greeted with a smile. Front desk staff, Leo and Amy, were friendly and efficient in the checkout process. During my entire stay, I never met a staff that was not polite and helpful. Great people, great hotel! Highly recommended!

I was very dissapointed with the breakfast. I am a vegetarian and there was hardly anything in local dishes. Usually there is a Papaya or mango salad or a curry. The indian food was terrible, mostly half raw or not cooked well - eg upma, poha. Poori was hard like leather. The fruits had no sweetness - not good quality Basically there was just bread and cereal for vegetarians.

One of the most distinctive features of the hotel is the way the building surrounds the pool. During the day, the whole area feels bright and open, while at night the lighting gives it a much cooler and more stylish atmosphere. It was a very relaxing place to spend time. The staff were all extremely friendly and warm. What made our second stay especially memorable was that they remembered us and had prepared a small surprise in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely heartwarming. As it was just before the rainy season, there were a few cloudy moments, but during our stay the daytime weather was very good and the pool was incredibly enjoyable. The gym has all the essential equipment you need. It was possible to do both strength training and cardio, as well as exercises using equipment such as balance balls. Breakfast had a very international selection, including Thai, American and Indian dishes. Personally, I especially enjoyed the noodle bar. We also had dinner at the hotel once. At the time, they were running a Wagyu promotion and grilling the beef over charcoal in the outdoor BBQ area. Since we were visiting from Japan, we decided not to have Wagyu this time, but it looked like a great option for anyone looking for good-quality beef in Phuket. One thing I definitely have to mention is the chocolate fondant at the restaurant โ it was absolutely excellent and one of my favorite desserts of the trip. The photo we took with the front desk team at checkout has also become a very special memory for us. Thank you very much for such a warm and memorable stay!

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was truly above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. A special thank you to Love, who handled my check-in perfectly. She was very professional and friendly, explained everything about the hotel clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her excellent service made me feel very welcomed from the beginning. I would also like to give the Housekeeping team a 10/10 for their outstanding service. The room was cleaned exceptionally well, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout my stay. The check-out experience was also very smooth. I would like to thank Kim, the manager, who personally greeted me and kindly escorted me to Summer, who assisted me with completing the check-out process. Both were very professional and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent experience, and the amazing staff truly made my stay special. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional hospitality. I had an amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong and honestly couldnโt have asked for a better experience. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, with a huge swimming pool that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical vibe. The location is excellent, just steps away from the beach, and the beach club makes it even better. Itโs the perfect place to spend the day, whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beach, or simply unwind with a drink. The food was another highlight โ absolutely delicious, with a great variety and quality. Every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a great location, amazing facilities, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Cons: I would like to express my concern regarding the additional amount of THB 9,000 that was collected from me upon check-in as a security deposit. I find this amount quite high, especially as I had planned to use these funds during my trip. I was also informed that the deposit may not be refunded until approximately two weeks or more after check-out, which I find unusual and inconvenient. I believe the amount of the security deposit and the expected refund period should be clearly communicated to guests in advance, as this can significantly affect their travel budget and access to their funds.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and would not stay here again. The hotel is not comfortable at all because there is virtually no soundproofing between the rooms. We could hear loud noise from the neighboring rooms all night, making it impossible to get a good nightโs sleep. The front desk service was also extremely poor. When I went to check out, the receptionist was asleep in his chair, and I had to wake him up just to complete the check-out process. On top of that, he refused to refund my security deposit, even though I had only used part of it for items purchased from the hotel. The remaining balance should have been refunded. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are many better options available with much better service and comfort.

I recently travelled to Patong as part of a 10 day training holiday where my goal was to balance going to the gym and training at some of the boxing gyms on Fitness Street (30 min away from hotel). There were hotels closer to Fitness Street but I decided to stay at the Sheraton as I've stayed at their hotels before and have never had a bad experience. Having never taken the time to properly review a hotel I thought I'd take the time this time to write this review as everything from start to finish was sensational (also because I promised the staff that I'd write one because of how good the service was). I had originally planned to stay at the Sheraton for 5 nights and then do the remaining 5 nights at another resort 15 minutes north up the road and on the coast. Plans changed having arrived at that resort as the resort was slightly out of the way from Patong. After two nights at the second hotel I decided to cancel the rest of my stay there and go back to the Sheraton. Location This way a massive winning factor for me as a solo traveler. The front of the property (pool and pool bar) sits directly on Taweewong Road across the street from the beach with the hotel being set back behind the pool and bar. This location is walking distance of virtually everything Patong has to offer, Bangla Road, the night markets, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores and massage parlors etc. You donโt need a taxi to live your trip. For solo travelers and families alike it makes doing day to day tourist walks around the city a breeze. The point of my trip was to train at fitness street which was 30mins car or scooter away but when I did want to train locally I'd walk to either Maximum Fitness (30 min walk) or Fitness Hero (15min walk). The Rooms Clean, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard. The beds are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect, and the rooms are serviced daily without fail. Nothing excessive, nothing lacking. For the price point and the location, the accommodation more than delivers. Housekeeping Consistent, thorough, and unobtrusive. Every day the room was turned over properly not just a surface refresh. Towels replaced, amenities restocked, everything in order when you returned from a day out. The Gym The onsite gym is solid. Itโs not a performance facility, but itโs well-equipped enough to get a proper workout in โ free weights, machines, cardio equipment, all in good condition and available 24 hours. For most travelers itโll cover everything they need. I supplemented with external training. Dining โ Breakfast Buffet The breakfast buffet is genuinely good. Wide spread of both Asian and Western options, freshly prepared, well stocked throughout service. It sets you up properly for the day, which matters when youโre out and active. Quality is consistent not the kind of buffet that starts strong and deteriorates by 9am. Worth factoring into your stay. Dining โ Saturday International Seafood Buffet This deserves its own mention. The Saturday night seafood buffet is a proper event an extensive spread of international seafood done well, with quality that stands up to scrutiny. Itโs the kind of dinner that doesnโt feel like a hotel add-on but something youโd seek out specifically. If youโre there over a Saturday, donโt skip it. The Cooking Class โ Chef Bonus The cooking class with Chef Bonus is an interactive, hands-on session that takes you through traditional Thai dishes and dessert using proper local ingredients and technique. Chef Bonus runs it with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge it doesnโt feel like a tourist exercise, it feels like youโre actually learning something. By the end of it youโve cooked a meal youโre proud of and you understand why Thai food is the way it is. Iโd recommend it to anyone staying here, regardless of your cooking experience. The Outdoor Areas The property makes good use of its outdoor space. The pool area flows naturally to the surrounding terrace, and the overall setup is well-maintained and aesthetically clean. It works for everything from a quiet morning coffee to a social afternoon by the water. The beach access and proximity to the foreshore add to it. The Restaurants & Bars Beyond the buffet, the dining outlets cover the range well Thai and international options, indoor and outdoor settings, a beach club setup that lends itself to an easy afternoon or evening. The pool bar is a natural extension of the pool experience. Five dining and bar options in total means youโre not eating the same thing twice. The Service This is what brought me back for the second five nights, and I want to be direct about it. The staff at this property are exceptional โ not in a performative, scripted way, but in a way that feels genuinely personal. They remember you, they engage with you, they make you feel like a guest rather than a transaction. That distinction is harder to manufacture than most hotels realise, and this team has it. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the pool attendants โ across ten nights and two separate stays, the standard didnโt waver. Thatโs worth more than any single amenity. Who Itโs Right For Honest answer: most people. It works for families the pool layout, kids amenities, and central location make it an easy choice. It works equally well for solo travellers who want to be in the middle of everything without paying a premium for an unnecessarily large resort. Itโs the kind of property that doesnโt ask you to compromise much on anything. Final Word Iโve stayed in a lot of hotels across a lot of trips. The combination of location, service culture, dining quality, and overall polish at this property is genuinely hard to beat in Patong. The fact that I cancelled an existing booking midway through a trip to come back here tells you everything you need to know about my experience. If Marriottโs other properties across the region operate to this standard, Iโd stay in any of them without hesitation. Ten nights. Iโd book it again tomorrow. Just wanted to give a special shout out the Hotel Manager Bo and her great Staff as well as Art and Guy and Chef Bonus and the assistant chef he had with him that day.

I came here for their Saturday Dinner Buffet at Chao Lay Restaurant. I hadnโt made a reservationโI actually discovered this place by chance through social media. I arrived just as the buffet was about to begin, and there werenโt many guests yet. The staff welcomed me warmly, greeted me with genuine smiles, escorted me to my table, and my dining experience began. Throughout the evening, the service was outstanding. The team was attentive without being intrusive, constantly checking on guests, refilling drinks, and introducing the different food stations and special dishes available that night. I would especially like to recognize Lukwa, whose friendliness, and hospitality truly stood out. The food met the standard I expected, and several dishes actually exceeded my expectations. One highlight was a special spaghetti that wasnโt even listed on the menu. I requested it, and the chef prepared it perfectly. It was simple, yet incredibly satisfying. As an oyster lover, I was especially impressed that the fresh oysters were continuously replenished throughout the evening. Another highlightโand something you definitely shouldnโt missโis the BBQ station. In my opinion, it could easily be the star of this entire buffet promotion. The atmosphere was also wonderful. There was live music, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of seating options. From what I observed, most of the diners were hotel guests. As for the price, I wouldnโt describe it as cheap or expensive. Instead, Iโd simply say that itโs absolutely worth what you pay. Considering the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the overall dining experience, I left feeling very satisfied.

This property is nicely laid out, & the rooms are good. I stayed here for 3 nights, & would like to compliment the management on the great job they did for my buddies & I during our stay. We checked in with Summer at the front desk. She was bright & cheerful. We liked her instantly. The open air lobby was nice, with an easy flow to it. My room was at the rear of the property, past the pool, (1 of 2 nice pools), & the restaurant. It was nicely appointed & the mattress was super comfy. The big screen TV was good, except for the fact that I could not cast my iPhone to it, they only allowed android devices to cast. This was a big disappointment, one that I hope management corrects in a timely manner. I liked the wrap around pool, as well as the one out front with the beach view. The lobby bar was nice, & we enjoyed a couple of drinks there while taking in a world cup game. The only drawback to this property other than the TV issue I mentioned earlier, was the fact that the road separates the hotel from the beach. It was a busy street, with cars, tuk tuks, & taxis zipping past at moderately high speeds. Thank goodness it was a one way street, or crossing would've been an even greater challenge. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It had a crazy selection of international fare, & the staff was good. I'd like to mention Koko, who went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Overall, this hotel was great. There seemed to be a bit more training needed for some of the Burmese staff, whose communication skills needed improvement. There were a couple of language barrier mishaps that occured. Perhaps some English &/or Thai lessons would help. I'd give this hotel a 4 star rating if it weren't for Koko, & Summer. Their above & beyond service bumps this place up to 5 stars.

Cons: My first night the room telephone kept ringing for a wakeup call which i did not request and it disturbed my sleep a lot. Second day it was raining and when i woke up my whole room floor was filled with water all my bags, clothes and valuables got wet. The service was relatively slow and i had to request everything twice.

Hi, I was in a hotel on 29/5-3/6 in a room with a pool terrace. I paid a lot of money for this type of room but I did not get a room in a good and quiet area. I got a pool terrace room, a corner room, next to the entrance to the hotel dining room. All the guests in the morning stand right on the balcony of my room. It was an unpleasant experience. I was in room number 6112. I ask for your help in a partial refund of my stay at the hotel. My partner and I did not enjoy our stay in this room. We went to reception about this issue but were told that there were no other rooms available. We feel that we paid a lot of money for our vacation at your hotel and did not receive the value and quiet at your hotel. I would appreciate your help. Thank you very much

We enjoyed the location by the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable! Infinity pool in the front was pleasant, but as with the environment at Patong Beach the crowd is generally rowdy.
Cons: The room walls are incredibly thin. We could hear neighbouring guests talking and using the toilet, and doors slamming throughout the night. This led to our being woken up in the middle of the night. We moved rooms twice to try and get a quieter room. The third room was quieter in the back of the hotel but the floors were perpetually moist with condensation, with sticky floors. Given the price and the 4-star rating, we expected a better experience.

This was my first stay at this hotel and overall I had a positive experience. The hotel is large and the staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. They returned my deposit without any issues and everything was honest and professional. The hotel team works hard to keep the property clean and well maintained. The room had a slight musty smell, but this is quite normal in Thailand because of the high humidity, especially during the rainy season when I visited. The breakfast was the weakest part of my stay. There was very little that suited my taste, but I understand that this is common in Thailand. I do not eat Thai food and usually prefer European or halal cuisine, which can sometimes be difficult to find. However, food is not the reason I come to Thailand. I come here to enjoy the beautiful sea, nature and the atmosphere of the Land of Smiles. One morning I discovered many ants on my table. I had eaten in the room only once and after cleaning up I believe a tiny crumb or a drop of cola may have been left behind. Housekeeping responded very quickly and used a spray, after which I did not see the ants again. To be fair, I also stopped eating and drinking sweet beverages in the room and only drank water. I also noticed some large insects that seemed to come from the drainage system and there was an unpleasant smell in the shower area. These are the points that I think could be improved. My room did not have a balcony and apart from the ants I did not see any other animals or insects in the room. I also did not have problems with mosquitoes because I bought a mosquito repellent device, which I would recommend to anyone visiting tropical countries. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely. The hotel has many positive qualities and the staff deserve recognition for their work. However, I do feel that the price was a little too high, even during the low season and heavy rainy season. If the rates were slightly lower, I would gladly return.
Cons: One thing that deserves special praise is the laundry service. This is actually the first hotel in Thailand where my clothes were returned in perfect condition. During previous trips, both my family and I often experienced damaged clothing after using laundry services in different hotels and locations, which was disappointing, especially when expensive items were involved. Here, everything was cleaned professionally and returned in excellent condition. I

There are still plenty of things this hotel does really well. The location is excellent, close enough to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but far enough from the busiest areas to avoid most of the noise. The breakfast is honestly one of the best weโve ever had at a hotel, with a huge variety of options and different dishes available every day. Also, despite how busy the hotel was, housekeeping and room service were always quick and efficient, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional.
Cons: The biggest issue was how crowded the hotel was throughout our stay. The lobby always seemed packed with guests and luggage, there were often long queues at breakfast, and the pools were usually full. While itโs great to see the hotel doing well, the crowds definitely took away from the relaxing atmosphere we remembered from our previous visit. Another thing that disappointed us was the Infinity Pool at the Deck Beach Club. Despite being a beach club where people are smoking and drinking, it was constantly full of children. I actually mentioned this in my review last year and thought it might have changed by now, but unfortunately it hasnโt. Most of the time we were trying to relax on the sunbeds surrounded by kids, which isnโt really what youโd expect from a beach club setting. The weather was quite bad for most of our trip, which meant we ended up spending a lot more time at the hotel than planned. In those situations, it would have been nice to have more entertainment options in the room, as the TV mainly offered YouTube. On top of that, our room overlooked what appeared to be an abandoned rooftop area filled with stored items, which wasnโt exactly the nicest view.

Located just in front of the beach, nice, clean and comfy room -maybe a little more of space to store our clothes would have been desirable-, really good and tasty breakfast -with so many options- and the staff very helpful and nice. Free WiFi working just fine.
Cons: Not a big deal at all, but we would have liked a wider variety of international TV channels in our room. Also, I think the staff -specially at the inside pool area- should be more strict about the rules: not eating/ drinking while in the pool, smoking, etc. All the staff is way too kind, but some clients, specially the ones with a room with direct access to the narrow pool, take that area as their own and disturb other guests trying to enjoy it.

Everything was absolutely perfect (we stayed for 15 days)! Ocean is near (1 minute walk), but outside is quiet. We stayed with one-year-old child, so what was important for us: - really clean! Everything room cleaning, almost everyday pool cleaning, clean tables at breakfast - everyone is really helpful and smiling! No one ever made us feel uncomfortable because of the child. Moreover all the staff tried to help, played with child and were super friendly - breakfast is delicious. We were able to eat by ourselves and feed the child without any trouble. Moreover our child learned so much new food and how to chew. Thank you for your care during breakfast - playroom for the kids and teachers at playroom were absolutely nice and caring. We enjoyed every minute playing together during hot afternoons - dinners at Sears&Co restaurants: tasty, delicious, yummy, healthy! Staff at the restaurant were also attentive and caring. My husband and I had to split during dinners, so one of us could stay in the room with sleeping child. Staff at the restaurant were ready to wait for us to change and absolutely understood our situation. Extra thanks for resort managers for their care and attention. Several times a week they found us and asked if everything were alright and if we had any problems or concerns (spoiler: we didnโt!) It was our second visit to the Four Points by Sheraton at Patong and we already miss you. Next time coming to Phuket weโll absolutely come and stay again

Itโs a little too much for a 4 star Property, wonderfully maintained outdoors, very fresh interiors. A total 5 star in my opinion. We had the pool access suite, it felt really nice to step in the pool anytime we want. We had a powder washroom and the regular toilet bathroom, a dining and living area along with the bedroom. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we got the small cake on our arrival. After the Turn Down service, they left something, which we didnโt quite understand and did not eat.Their infinity pool overlooking the beach felt like the highlight of our stay, they had happy hours from 5:30-7:30, perfect place for a sundowner. We enjoyed the cocktails on both the days. I personally loved the greenery surrounding the indoor pool at night, beautiful lightings, perfect for a slow holiday. Actually, the hotel is at a perfect distance from the Massage parlours, Bangla street, Jungceylon Mall. Sometimes we walked, sometimes we took the Grab. The Breakfast spread was also quite wide, we enjoyed on both the days. Wonderful location, good hospitality, everything was perfect.

What impressed me the most was the excellent service of this hotel. On the day we returned from the beach, it rained heavily and we couldn't go out for dinner. So we chose to have dinner in the Chao Leh kitchen inside the hotel. The Matthew who served our table was very enthusiastic. We stayed here for a week with our family and had a really great time. The breakfast was very good, and the service made it even better. Mook, Mattew, pโ Noki and the rest of the breakfast team were all so friendly and attentiveโthey really made our experience special. This hotel has an excellent location and is good value for Patong. It's a very large property which can get a bit annoying and the layout has some quirks that make that worse. Food isn't great but you shouldn't be eating there anyway with Patong at your doorstep. There is well reviewed beachfront kiosk in front of hotel which is great.

The personable staff are all exceptional and friendly. The breakfast buffet is tops. A decent gym as well. The only negative is that there is no steam room, sauna, jacuzzi. Also no club lounge. Otherwise, 5 star all the way!

The hotel has more facilities than expected, swimming pools, bars, and restaurants. Itโs very close to Phuketโs nightlife, yet still quiet.
Cons: Everything has hidden charges, adding 16% extra to pretty much everything you pay for, which feels a bit tricky. I would recommend the hotel just include those charges in the listed prices. Even with the extra 16% added, everything is still affordable and the hotel is totally worth it. Surprise charges give an unfortunate, scamโlike impression.

It was a beautiful oasis off the busy grid of Patong District, yet walkable to the public beach and ocean, a wide variety of shopping, dining, delicious street vendors, music and at the end of a long day, visiting local massage spas for therapeutic reset. The on property restaurant was fantastic, the two pools and lounging area were dreamy and the workout facilities were great!

Beautiful property right across from Patong beach and only 15 minutes away from Bangla street. The room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was always set to immediately cool you down as soon as you stepped into the room. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The quality of the food at breakfast wasnโt amazing. A few items were pretty good but a lot of them were standard. Also the property is mostly outdoors so as soon as you leave your room you are subject to the elements (I.e humidity). Trade off for the amazing tropical vibe it has

Cons: What was most upsetting was that the room was described as an "ocean view" while the trees completely block the view from all rooms in that category. My expectation was to see the full ocean, not only a partial or mostly obscured glimpse. The listing should be updated on Booking.com (and other channels) to make this clear so future guests are not misled.

I canโt say enough good things about this property. Everything was wonderful and I am so glad I listened to my friend when he said we had to stay here because we had such an amazing stay. By far the best hotel we have ever stayed at in our entire lives. I know that might sound a little over the top, but we loved this hotel.

The hotel is in a lively area, close to main attractions and markets. It has great facilities, including nice pools, a gym, a kidsโ playroom, and a good dining area with plenty of food options. The staff is friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that rooms facing the main street and sea can be noisy at night because of motorbikes, so if you want it quieter, choose a room facing inside. We really enjoyed our stay.
