The location

Cons: I would like to express my concern regarding the additional amount of THB 9,000 that was collected from me upon check-in as a security deposit. I find this amount quite high, especially as I had planned to use these funds during my trip. I was also informed that the deposit may not be refunded until approximately two weeks or more after check-out, which I find unusual and inconvenient. I believe the amount of the security deposit and the expected refund period should be clearly communicated to guests in advance, as this can significantly affect their travel budget and access to their funds.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and would not stay here again. The hotel is not comfortable at all because there is virtually no soundproofing between the rooms. We could hear loud noise from the neighboring rooms all night, making it impossible to get a good nightโ€™s sleep. The front desk service was also extremely poor. When I went to check out, the receptionist was asleep in his chair, and I had to wake him up just to complete the check-out process. On top of that, he refused to refund my security deposit, even though I had only used part of it for items purchased from the hotel. The remaining balance should have been refunded. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are many better options available with much better service and comfort.

I recently travelled to Patong as part of a 10 day training holiday where my goal was to balance going to the gym and training at some of the boxing gyms on Fitness Street (30 min away from hotel). There were hotels closer to Fitness Street but I decided to stay at the Sheraton as I've stayed at their hotels before and have never had a bad experience. Having never taken the time to properly review a hotel I thought I'd take the time this time to write this review as everything from start to finish was sensational (also because I promised the staff that I'd write one because of how good the service was). I had originally planned to stay at the Sheraton for 5 nights and then do the remaining 5 nights at another resort 15 minutes north up the road and on the coast. Plans changed having arrived at that resort as the resort was slightly out of the way from Patong. After two nights at the second hotel I decided to cancel the rest of my stay there and go back to the Sheraton. Location This way a massive winning factor for me as a solo traveler. The front of the property (pool and pool bar) sits directly on Taweewong Road across the street from the beach with the hotel being set back behind the pool and bar. This location is walking distance of virtually everything Patong has to offer, Bangla Road, the night markets, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores and massage parlors etc. You donโ€™t need a taxi to live your trip. For solo travelers and families alike it makes doing day to day tourist walks around the city a breeze. The point of my trip was to train at fitness street which was 30mins car or scooter away but when I did want to train locally I'd walk to either Maximum Fitness (30 min walk) or Fitness Hero (15min walk). The Rooms Clean, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard. The beds are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect, and the rooms are serviced daily without fail. Nothing excessive, nothing lacking. For the price point and the location, the accommodation more than delivers. Housekeeping Consistent, thorough, and unobtrusive. Every day the room was turned over properly not just a surface refresh. Towels replaced, amenities restocked, everything in order when you returned from a day out. The Gym The onsite gym is solid. Itโ€™s not a performance facility, but itโ€™s well-equipped enough to get a proper workout in โ€” free weights, machines, cardio equipment, all in good condition and available 24 hours. For most travelers itโ€™ll cover everything they need. I supplemented with external training. Dining โ€” Breakfast Buffet The breakfast buffet is genuinely good. Wide spread of both Asian and Western options, freshly prepared, well stocked throughout service. It sets you up properly for the day, which matters when youโ€™re out and active. Quality is consistent not the kind of buffet that starts strong and deteriorates by 9am. Worth factoring into your stay. The Saturday night seafood buffet is a proper event an extensive spread of international seafood done well, with quality that stands up to scrutiny. The Cooking Class โ€” Chef Bonus The cooking class with Chef Bonus is an interactive, hands-on session that takes you through traditional Thai dishes and dessert using proper local ingredients and technique. Chef Bonus runs it with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge it doesnโ€™t feel like a tourist exercise, it feels like youโ€™re actually learning something. I came here for their Saturday Dinner Buffet at Chao Lay Restaurant. I hadnโ€™t made a reservationโ€”I actually discovered this place by chance through social media. I arrived just as the buffet was about to begin, and there werenโ€™t many guests yet. The staff welcomed me warmly, greeted me with genuine smiles, escorted me to my table, and my dining experience began. Throughout the evening, the service was outstanding. The team was attentive without being intrusive, constantly checking on guests, refilling drinks, and introducing the different food stations and special dishes available that night. I would especially like to recognize Lukwa, whose friendliness, and hospitality truly stood out. The food met the standard I expected, and several dishes actually exceeded my expectations. One highlight was a special spaghetti that wasnโ€™t even listed on the menu. I requested it, and the chef prepared it perfectly. It was simple, yet incredibly satisfying. As an oyster lover, I was especially impressed that the fresh oysters were continuously replenished throughout the evening. Another highlightโ€”and something you definitely shouldnโ€™t missโ€”is the BBQ station. In my opinion, it could easily be the star of this entire buffet promotion. The atmosphere was also wonderful. There was live music, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of seating options. From what I observed, most of the diners were hotel guests. As for the price, I wouldnโ€™t describe it as cheap or expensive. Instead, Iโ€™d simply say that itโ€™s absolutely worth what you pay. Considering the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the overall dining experience, I left feeling very satisfied.

This property is nicely laid out, & the rooms are good. I stayed here for 3 nights, & would like to compliment the management on the great job they did for my buddies & I during our stay. We checked in with Summer at the front desk. She was bright & cheerful. We liked her instantly. The open air lobby was nice, with an easy flow to it. My room was at the rear of the property, past the pool, (1 of 2 nice pools), & the restaurant. It was nicely appointed & the mattress was super comfy. The big screen TV was good, except for the fact that I could not cast my iPhone to it, they only allowed android devices to cast. This was a big disappointment, one that I hope management corrects in a timely manner. I liked the wrap around pool, as well as the one out front with the beach view. The lobby bar was nice, & we enjoyed a couple of drinks there while taking in a world cup game. The only drawback to this property other than the TV issue I mentioned earlier, was the fact that the road separates the hotel from the beach. It was a busy street, with cars, tuk tuks, & taxis zipping past at moderately high speeds. Thank goodness it was a one way street, or crossing would've been an even greater challenge. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It had a crazy selection of international fare, & the staff was good. I'd like to mention Koko, who went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Overall, this hotel was great. There seemed to be a bit more training needed for some of the Burmese staff, whose communication skills needed improvement. There were a couple of language barrier mishaps that occured. Perhaps some English &/or Thai lessons would help. I'd give this hotel a 4 star rating if it weren't for Koko, & Summer. Their above & beyond service bumps this place up to 5 stars.

Second day it was raining and when i woke up my whole room floor was filled with water all my bags, clothes and valuables got wet. I got a pool terrace room, a corner room, next to the entrance to the hotel dining room. All the guests in the morning stand right on the balcony of my room. It was an unpleasant experience. I was in room number 6112. I ask for your help in a partial refund of my stay at the hotel. My partner and I did not enjoy our stay in this room. We went to reception about this issue but were told that there were no other rooms available. We enjoyed the location by the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable! Infinity pool in the front was pleasant, but as with the environment at Patong Beach the crowd is generally rowdy.

Cons: The room walls are incredibly thin. We could hear neighbouring guests talking and using the toilet, and doors slamming throughout the night. This led to our being woken up in the middle of the night. We moved rooms twice to try and get a quieter room. The third room was quieter in the back of the hotel but the floors were perpetually moist with condensation, with sticky floors. Given the price and the 4-star rating, we expected a better experience.

This was my first stay at this hotel and overall I had a positive experience. The hotel is large and the staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. They returned my deposit without any issues and everything was honest and professional. The hotel team works hard to keep the property clean and well maintained. The room had a slight musty smell, but this is quite normal in Thailand because of the high humidity, especially during the rainy season when I visited. The breakfast was the weakest part of my stay. There was very little that suited my taste, but I understand that this is common in Thailand. I do not eat Thai food and usually prefer European or halal cuisine, which can sometimes be difficult to find. However, food is not the reason I come to Thailand. I come here to enjoy the beautiful sea, nature and the atmosphere of the Land of Smiles. One morning I discovered many ants on my table. I had eaten in the room only once and after cleaning up I believe a tiny crumb or a drop of cola may have been left behind. Housekeeping responded very quickly and used a spray, after which I did not see the ants again. To be fair, I also stopped eating and drinking sweet beverages in the room and only drank water. I also noticed some large insects that seemed to come from the drainage system and there was an unpleasant smell in the shower area. These are the points that I think could be improved. My room did not have a balcony and apart from the ants I did not see any other animals or insects in the room. I also did not have problems with mosquitoes because I bought a mosquito repellent device, which I would recommend to anyone visiting tropical countries. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely. The hotel has many positive qualities and the staff deserve recognition for their work. However, I do feel that the price was a little too high, even during the low season and heavy rainy season. If the rates were slightly lower, I would gladly return.

Cons: One thing that deserves special praise is the laundry service. This is actually the first hotel in Thailand where my clothes were returned in perfect condition. During previous trips, both my family and I often experienced damaged clothing after using laundry services in different hotels and locations, which was disappointing, especially when expensive items were involved. Here, everything was cleaned professionally and returned in excellent condition. I

There are still plenty of things this hotel does really well. The location is excellent, close enough to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but far enough from the busiest areas to avoid most of the noise. The breakfast is honestly one of the best weโ€™ve ever had at a hotel, with a huge variety of options and different dishes available every day. Also, despite how busy the hotel was, housekeeping and room service were always quick and efficient, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Cons: The biggest issue was how crowded the hotel was throughout our stay. The lobby always seemed packed with guests and luggage, there were often long queues at breakfast, and the pools were usually full. While itโ€™s great to see the hotel doing well, the crowds definitely took away from the relaxing atmosphere we remembered from our previous visit. Another thing that disappointed us was the Infinity Pool at the Deck Beach Club. Despite being a beach club where people are smoking and drinking, it was constantly full of children. I actually mentioned this in my review last year and thought it might have changed by now, but unfortunately it hasnโ€™t. Most of the time we were trying to relax on the sunbeds surrounded by kids, which isnโ€™t really what youโ€™d expect from a beach club setting. The weather was quite bad for most of our trip, which meant we ended up spending a lot more time at the hotel than planned. In those situations, it would have been nice to have more entertainment options in the room, as the TV mainly offered YouTube. On top of that, our room overlooked what appeared to be an abandoned rooftop area filled with stored items, which wasnโ€™t exactly the nicest view.

Cons: Not a big deal at all, but we would have liked a wider variety of international TV channels in our room. Also, I think the staff -specially at the inside pool area- should be more strict about the rules: not eating/ drinking while in the pool, smoking, etc. All the staff is way too kind, but some clients, specially the ones with a room with direct access to the narrow pool, take that area as their own and disturb other guests trying to enjoy it.

Everything was absolutely perfect (we stayed for 15 days)! Ocean is near (1 minute walk), but outside is quiet. We stayed with one-year-old child, so what was important for us: - really clean! Everything room cleaning, almost everyday pool cleaning, clean tables at breakfast - everyone is really helpful and smiling! No one ever made us feel uncomfortable because of the child. Moreover all the staff tried to help, played with child and were super friendly - breakfast is delicious. We were able to eat by ourselves and feed the child without any trouble. Moreover our child learned so much new food and how to chew. Thank you for your care during breakfast - playroom for the kids and teachers at playroom were absolutely nice and caring. We enjoyed every minute playing together during hot afternoons - dinners at Sears&Co restaurants: tasty, delicious, yummy, healthy! Staff at the restaurant were also attentive and caring. My husband and I had to split during dinners, so one of us could stay in the room with sleeping child. Staff at the restaurant were ready to wait for us to change and absolutely understood our situation. Extra thanks for resort managers for their care and attention. Several times a week they found us and asked if everything were alright and if we had any problems or concerns (spoiler: we didnโ€™t!) It was our second visit to the Four Points by Sheraton at Patong and we already miss you. Next time coming to Phuket weโ€™ll absolutely come and stay again

Itโ€™s a little too much for a 4 star Property, wonderfully maintained outdoors, very fresh interiors. A total 5 star in my opinion. We had the pool access suite, it felt really nice to step in the pool anytime we want. We had a powder washroom and the regular toilet bathroom, a dining and living area along with the bedroom. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we got the small cake on our arrival. After the Turn Down service, they left something, which we didnโ€™t quite understand and did not eat.Their infinity pool overlooking the beach felt like the highlight of our stay, they had happy hours from 5:30-7:30, perfect place for a sundowner. We enjoyed the cocktails on both the days. I personally loved the greenery surrounding the indoor pool at night, beautiful lightings, perfect for a slow holiday. Actually, the hotel is at a perfect distance from the Massage parlours, Bangla street, Jungceylon Mall. Sometimes we walked, sometimes we took the Grab. The Breakfast spread was also quite wide, we enjoyed on both the days. Wonderful location, good hospitality, everything was perfect.

What impressed me the most was the excellent service of this hotel. On the day we returned from the beach, it rained heavily and we couldn't go out for dinner. So we chose to have dinner in the Chao Leh kitchen inside the hotel. The Matthew who served our table was very enthusiastic. He promptly cleaned the table, replenished the tissues, and even knew a little bit of Chinese. The service at this kitchen was truly excellent.

I had a wonderful stay. Staff is very proffesional, highly focused in costumer service, also very friendly, well trained. Kim at reception was very helpful at my check in and also further during my stay; she strongly recommended breakfast at Chao Leh Kitchen Restaurant which is the best breakfast have eaten with so much variety. I recommend purchasing your breakfast at check in for a discount. Location of hotel is excellent. Hotel and rooms super clean. Amazing pools.

This hotel has an excellent location and is good value for Patong. It's a very large property which can get a bit annoying and the layout has some quirks that make that worse. Food isn't great but you shouldn't be eating there anyway with Patong at your doorstep. There is well reviewed beachfront kiosk in front of hotel which is great.

The personable staff are all exceptional and friendly. The breakfast buffet is tops. A decent gym as well. The only negative is that there is no steam room, sauna, jacuzzi. Also no club lounge. Otherwise, 5 star all the way!

The hotel has more facilities than expected, swimming pools, bars, and restaurants. Itโ€™s very close to Phuketโ€™s nightlife, yet still quiet.

Cons: Everything has hidden charges, adding 16% extra to pretty much everything you pay for, which feels a bit tricky. I would recommend the hotel just include those charges in the listed prices. Even with the extra 16% added, everything is still affordable and the hotel is totally worth it. Surprise charges give an unfortunate, scamโ€‘like impression.

The room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was always set to immediately cool you down as soon as you stepped into the room. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a beautiful oasis off the busy grid of Patong District, yet walkable to the public beach and ocean, a wide variety of shopping, dining, delicious street vendors, music and at the end of a long day, visiting local massage spas for therapeutic reset. The on property restaurant was fantastic, the two pools and lounging area were dreamy and the workout facilities were great!

The hotel is in a lively area, close to main attractions and markets. It has great facilities, including nice pools, a gym, a kidsโ€™ playroom, and a good dining area with plenty of food options. The staff is friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that rooms facing the main street and sea can be noisy at night because of motorbikes, so if you want it quieter, choose a room facing inside. Cons: This, obviously, in my opinion, is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The name and the two pools are just an optical illusion. Behind it, there's poor service, broken sinks, and rooms positioned in a confusing way in a hotel that hosts guests without even the slightest bit of selection. We couldn't even enjoy the pool because of a family with children who splashed water on us and screamed . we stayed wake up all night until four in the morning. Because some girls next door were having a party, the guard even laughed in our face when we complained. The next day, the manager came very kindly to apologize for everything that had happened. We wanted to leave and ask for a refund, but in exchange, he offered us a room "upgrade" . The room was the same, half a meter larger on an even more inconvenient floor. We ordered food from outside that we wanted to eat at the tables, but this too was forbidden. Whatever type of service we asked for, we were denied. I never want to return to this hotel again.

Schรถne und saubere Hotelanlage, Frรผhstรผck war reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl, Zimmer waren angenehm von der GrรถรŸe. Betten und vor allem Kissen (Auswahl zwischen Feder und Schaumstoffkissen) bequem. Die Poolanlange war sehr schรถn. Direkt am Strand von Patong gelegen. Einkaufsmรถglichkeiten in Laufweite gut erreichbar. Eine ruhige Gegend, aber dennoch nicht abgelegen. Personal ist freundlich.

Cons: Die Zimmertรผren schlieรŸen leider laut, das ist schade. Beim Checkin wurde man mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass man ein Zimmer (in unserem Fall) ohne Balkon und besondere Aussicht hat, Das war fรผr uns ok, da so gebucht, man wurde von der Rezeptionistin 1-2 mal zu viel (fast vorwurfsvoll) darauf hingewiesen. Zudem wurden sogenannte "packages" (Konsum-Budgets fรผr den VErzehr im Hotel) ziemlich heftig angepriesen (ein einfacher HInweis hรคtte gereicht, keine 3-4 fache Wiederholung mit vehementen Hinweis, dass man diese nur beim Check-in Buchen kann). Daher war die Check-in Erfahrung etwas seltsam, auch nicht Asia-like, lag aber wohl an der Rezeptionistin, da alle anderen Rezeptionsmitarbeite sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend waren. Eine kleine Anmerkung, die leider etwas nervig war: die "poolboys", die bei der Handtuchausgaben beschรคftigt sind, meinten untereinander an einem der Nachmittage eine kleine Muay Thai Box-รœbung auf der Wiese an der Poolanlage zu veranstalten. Das war ziemlich nervig, da die Boxschlรคge in die Trainingshandschuhe doch recht laut sind, war aber nur eine halbe Stunde.

Great staff, rooms very clean. Close to a great beach.

Cons: Not all rooms have balconies. They cater mainly for corporate groups so some areas were off limits at times. Corporate groups travel in packs so not very pleasant. Main pool plays loud music all day- so avoid. We were charged 30 baht for a phone call- sooo petty. Towel ticket system also is petty.

The hotel is near the beach (just cross the road), the pool is the best place in the hotel, with a great view of the sea and sunset. The lobby is impressive. Rooms are well designed and equipped (TV with movies channels, in English!) bath and bed are great. For breakfast we had 2 options - main dining hall and the restaurant at the beach front, we went to the restaurant. What a great experience. It was really good. The location is awesome, at the middle of Patong beach, really convenient.

Cons: The hotel is big, sometimes bit crowdy, mainly at the main pool (which is facing the beach), there were many kids in the pool, pretty noisy. I would suggest to consider allocating the other pool for kids under certain age.

Love the staff and the area of the hotel.

Cons: There was an overload of jews. Particularly IDF soldiers that was so mean and looked at every guest in a bad way. I felt so uncomfortable staying there this year. They occupied the pool area at night and day.
