Gute Lage, nettes Personal.

Cons: Sehr sehr sehr hellhรถrige Zimmer zum Nebenzimmer und aber auch in den Gang. Die Preise am Pool und in der Lobby sind zu hoch im Vergleich zu Phuket. Das Essen und die Drinks im Beach-Club waren ausserdem schlecht fรผr den Preis.

Cons: There was a muezzin who made loud noises for several hours a day. The time when the noise was particularly disturbing was between 5:00-5:30 a.m. We couldn't sleep properly.

The hotel is very large and meets Western standards. The pools are fantastic, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were truly exceptional. I became seriously ill and completely exhausted during my stay, and the care I received was beyond anything I expected. The hotel staff checked on me regularly and even sent tea to my room. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and compassion. The hotel is a bit outside of Patong, which may or may not suit everyone, but I personally liked it. Patong isnโ€™t the best place in Phuket to stay in my opinion, and while I was sick, this hotel felt like a true sanctuary.

Whilst the rooms were small, they were clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Good location for the beach. Good breakfast in restaurants.

Cons: There were a lot of staff, but there seems to be training issue as many staff did not seem to know what to do, or continuously made errors. Examples being whilst at the pool (Deck Beach Club) we were brought incorrect drinks and then on another occasion brought the wrong bill. Drinks on the orders were missed resulting in us having to re-request the same. The Marriot Bonvoy desk was unstaffed at times we visited. The hotel clearly has too many rooms for the facilities. Sun-beds were almost impossible to find on either the Deck or the courtyard pool area. In the breakfast cereal area. A lot of the serving spoons were required to be picked up by the end of the spoon you scoop the cereal with. This is unhygienic. There is a lot of noise at this hotel. This is not just from guests. The location of the hotel being next to a mosque, results in an early morning (5.30am) wake up. We checked out after 2 of our 5 days - having to pay a significant penalty to do so. When asked how our stay was and setting out our poor experience, the front desk manger offered no apologies at all. This is a bang average hotel masquerading as a 4 star resort!

The location to the beach access was good, closer to many restaurants and amenities.

Cons: We are appalled and deeply disappointed with our stay at the Sheraton. Our late-night check-in was met with indifference, and we were allocated a room at the rear of the resort with a brick wall view, contradicting the assurance of a view provided at check-in. The room itself was woefully inadequate, with insufficient space and storage, rendering it unusable for two people. The resort's infrastructure was also severely lacking, with no air conditioning in hallways and confusing room numbering that made navigation through the resort a challenge. Communication with staff was a significant issue, particularly during breakfast, due to their limited English proficiency. The breakfast area is small and becomes very crowded during peak breakfast hours with limited service. The in-room dining service was agonizingly slow, taking 30 minutes to order a simple cup of tea. The in-house credits we purchased were a waste, as the credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The lunch service at the in house restaurant was a travesty, with a 45-minute wait for drinks and a 1.5-hour wait for our meal. The server's behavior was inexcusable, prioritizing other guests and ignoring our needs until we escalated the issue to the manager. Even then, our meals were served separately, the food was sub par and made our family lunch unenjoyable. Our attempts to address these grievances with the night and front office managers were met with indifference, with just assurances that feedback would be provided to the staff through an email sent to us. This lack of accountability and proactive resolution is unacceptable, especially given the significant mental toll it took on our stay. The Sheraton being a five star resort has failed to meet even the most basic expectations, leaving us feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed with our stay.

This is one of the best hospitality staff Iโ€™ve encountered. They remembered us, treated us with warmth, and made us feel like weโ€™ve come home to family. The facilities are great. The gym, the pool. The breakfast spread is amazing - there are the staples like amazing noodles, eggs, Indian food, pastries, and an even more amazing spread of fruit and juices (fresh coconut water on tap wow!) and new surprises daily. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and and views are gorgeous. I will definitely come back again. Special mention to Summer. She was amazing last year; even more this year. She took care of everything and told the rest of the staff to take care of us. Summer is next level awesome. And to lovely Kelly who was so helpful with our restaurant and NYE booking.

There are small pools in front of some of the rooms and one more pool at the entrance to the hotel. In front of the hotel is Patong Beach, across the road, but the hotel is not worth the money... To their credit I say that the breakfast was varied and good.

Cons: Check in was not straightforward misunderstanding on rom type We requested double however they refer to double as kingsize. We ended up with twin room which was adequate. Room was modern and clean shower no bath. Switches by door confusing is to press wrong switch to indicate do not disturb This hsppen twice and as i result the room did not get cleaned for 2 days. Explia.ed to management as we were provided with fresh toweld and water. They apologised. On checking in it would be a good idea to explain the do not disturb switch and to check the light colour when leavibg the room on the outdide to avoid yhe issue we experienced.

Great place to stay in Patong at the end of the beach side just accepts the road from the beautiful beach with great juice and food stalls just on the beach walk. The hotel is simple and very convenient with open reception always attended by helpful and graceful staff taking good care of all the needs. The hotel was very clean and had beautifully grounds with lots of trees and lovely scenery. It offers two pool areas and a well-equipped gym, and the staff were professional and helpful. The restaurant and bar were good, though a bit expensive. Patong itself was a bit overwhelming for me, but I really enjoyed staying at the hotel and taking in the views from there.

As this month was our anniversary, we requested a small surprise, and the hotel prepared it beautifully with great attention to detail. We were truly touched by the thoughtfulness. All staff members were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Khun Rainy at the front desk for providing clear and professional information, Khun Oat for excellent coordination and assistance, and Khun Summer for her outstanding service during check-out. The bellman who escorted us to our room and the breakfast staff were also very warm and welcoming. We also ordered in-room dinner, and the food was delicious with very fast service. Die Lage ist gut und direkt am Patong Beach

Cons: Wir waren letztes Jahr bereits im Hotel und verglichen mit dieses Jahr hat es sehr abgebaut. Pool ist sehr dreckig gewesen und wurde aufgrund einer Privatveranstaltung sogar einen ganzen Tag geschlossen. Das ganze Hotel ist zu laut, im Zimmer bekommt man alles mit und es ist Nachts somit zu laut. Viele Insekten in den Fluren der Unterkunft.

Amazing hotel for a reasonable price. The amenities were well maintained and the location in Patong can't be beat. On site restaurants were excellent but the best part was the staff! We were constantly greeted by each employee and Ms. Love the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. We would definitely book here again, especially the pool access room, truly gorgeous.

Four Points Sheraton Patong Beach is ideal for a stay in peaceful surroundings, away from the busy chaos of Patong. Spacious comfortable rooms, nice pools, delicious breakfast, efficient and friendly staff, a good swimming beach just across the road, an easy walk to many restaurants and bars ,although the Sheraton has a fantastic steak restaurant (Sears and Co) and a great bar in the lobby serving boutique brewed Beers and delicious cocktails with flair.

Cons: Overcrowded with guests who seemingly were allowed to smoke anywhere outside, even in the eating areas which was unpleasant. Other guests also reserved the few available outdoor beds all day by leaving their towels and bags so we never got to enjoy these - staff should really not allow this so all guests can enjoy the facilities. The rooms were very compact and you feel pretty crammed in. The pool is not as big as it looks in the photo and overlooks a pretty grim street. Overall the hotel didn't meet our expectations.

There were several team members who stood out over and above the other staff. I was very impressed with their friendliness, commitment to exceptional service, and efforts to make my stay more pleasant and enjoyable. They are Sarah, front desk from 2pm, and Mo, Film, and Gift from the restaurant afternoon shift. On my arrival date, I took over 3 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. I was exhausted and unhappy from the ride. Sarah greeted me with a broad smile and quickly made me feel welcome and more relaxed with her pleasant and calm personality. Everyday she would smile and greet me with Sawadee Ka, inquire how I was doing and asked if she could help in any way. I truly appreciate her special kindness and service. The three ladies in the restaurant, Mo, Gift and Film, similarly made me feel special and welcome when I ate there every day. On my first day, Gift approached and started talking to me. Since Iโ€™m a solo traveler and have no one to talk to she said I looked lonely and wanted to check on how I was doing. I said I was lonely and really appreciated talking with her, when she was wasnโ€™t busy. Mo and Film joined in and together they made my meals very pleasant and enjoyable. I looked forward to seeing them every day. They made my stay very personal and extra special. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Atmosphere was really nice, stuff was friendly, we ordered a bottle of wine and cheched menu foor food. It was monday and special steak day ( you order steak or any other meat and you can get all you can eat side dishes with salads, fries and other options from open bar ) Our waitresses name was Lala and she was super friendly and she also had a really good hospitality skills ( i know because i have worked more then 10 years in business ) My fiancee ordered ribeye steak and i took grilled pork chop. Meats where cooked good, steak was medium and pork also was prepared good. She always took a look at our glassed and filled up the wine and water. After eating we got a nice suprise for my future wife, stuff sang a happy birthday song and served a piece of cake for us. That was really sweet, thank you for beautiful evening.

Breakfast had a good variety of food

Cons: The isracard work trip and their people were very arrogant, did not care about noise and they were so many of them that it was overwhelming. The location is on a one way road so to head to central city you have to go around the whole city to get there, which is most instances was quicker to walk, but the streets smell. The beds are super comfy but it is hard to get the right temperature to sleep in as the aircon is right above the beds so there is risk of getting sick from the aircon blasting you or you sweat during your sleep as the covers are really thick.

The pool.

Cons: Every weekend they close the pool for private event and you need to pay extra money to access it. The breakfast has lots of choice but the quality of the food could be better since you pay 15 euro per day per person. The room was not very cleaned when we arrived and the sheets were also dirty. The staff could more frendly.

The staff at the pool were apologetic, but the situation got even more frustrating when we went to the back pool. One staff member, clearly exhausted from dealing with complaints, rudely told us that the back pool was also full because everyone had been squeezed into that area. We ended up going back to our room. Just imagine โ€” on a Saturday evening, you canโ€™t even relax by the pool at a resort hotel. One of the staff even mentioned that this happens every Saturday, which shocked me even more. I raised the issue with Booking . com (where I had booked this place), and after providing proof, they escalated the matter and Booking . com eventually credited us back for one night. The duty manager also contacted me the next day and was polite and understanding, which I appreciate. But it still doesnโ€™t change the fact that you cannot close a major part of the hotel for a private party on a Saturday evening and block paying guests from using it. If you experi nce the same situation, make sure you raise the issue to your booking provider. I genuinely wanted to rate this hotel 5 stars because everything else was great, but because of this experience, I have to change my rating to 3 stars

Cons: House keeping does not do good job as there is only 1 set of towel for a 2 person room. The toiletries are clearly not replenished after the last check out as they were incomplete (lack of cotton pad, body lotion and hand soup) . The reception upon check in informed me that the booking agency has booked the wrong type of room (they blamed booking.com for making reservation of 2 twin bed even though my booking confirmation clearly stated 1 king bed). I wonder how would this possible as they simply just shifted the blame to the โ€œagencyโ€. At the end of course we did not get the king bed that we booked as the hotel is completely running out of this type of room which is an unpleasant experience. They also mentioned to me that the hotel breakfast buffet are served in 2 different locations which served the same food. At the end we found out it is not exactly the same food. The pool view restaurant has more variety and the waiters there are more attentive as compared to the ocean view location. Anyway given another chance I would have chose breakfast else where outside of the hotel

Cons: Rude staff. 1. At check-in, when my card initially declined, she insisted I kept using the wrong pin code, only to realise that it was their issue cause I used a similar card from the same bank and it worked, but it was a Mastercard instead of an AMEX which I first used. And she kept repeating out loud that I got a room without a balcony and view, not sure why - perhaps in an attempt to embarrass me in front of my partner? Canโ€™t even imagine why. 2. At the Deck, felt very judged by the host, and they were very unhappy to see us there. Only once a tip was given, did their attitudes change. Pathetic.

The hotel looks 'nice' and is clean with good amenities.

Cons: The service charge and government tax charge on each order. The deck which is the main photo (pool) advertising hotel was out of use for 2 days due to using it for a private event this meant the other part where the swim up pool was very busy. In my opinion this shouldn't be allowed and hotel guests should be put first when spending the money to stay in a branded name hotel. Lots of people about on work conferences which was also annoying. Be prepared to hear people making lots of noise in corridors at night too!

Wonderful Loy Krathong Buffet Experience! We visited Sea & Co at Four Points by Sheraton Patong for the Loy Krathong buffet, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and offered a great variety โ€” from Thai favorites to international dishes. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly Kelly , attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The atmosphere was festive and relaxing, making it a perfect way to celebrate Loy Krathong. Cons: More umbrellas are needed around the pools. Lack of โ€˜sitting areasโ€™ for people to chill, read or play games especially when itโ€™s raining. If you donโ€™t head out to a cafe you have to sit in your room really. Service tax 7% and then 10% tax

This is our 2nd time staying here, this time for our wedding anniversary. Everyone is so happy & helpful. Nothing is ever too hard. Everywhere you go is spotless, the breakfast & food overall is great and the pool bar is always so much fun. A special mention for Moe she is absolutely wonderful, the most hard working, helpful lady whose energy is contagious and motivates other staff. She has a gift with people & always brings a smile to our face. We recommend to stay here.

Une seule chaise dans la chambre. Les piscines ne sont pas bien entretenues (crasses et rouille) et il y a plein de fourmis sur les transats prรจs de la piscine. Apparement on aurait รฉgalement rรฉservรฉ une chambre dans un bรขtiment derriรจre le bรขtiment principal (mentionnรฉ nulle part dans notre rรฉservation) et on a dรป payer un supplรฉment pour รชtre dans le bรขtiment principal (qui donnait sur la piscine). Il serait judicieux dโ€™expliquer cela lors de la rรฉservation.

Close to a great beach. Very clean. Great staff.

Cons: View from room was bad. We kept curtains closed all the time. No balcony to sit on. Was a conference there while we were there- annoying. Tickets for towels- a very two star initiative.

Great staff, happy and helpful. Hotel is clean and tidy lovely pools and plenty of sun beds. A big thanks to Kailib and all the breakfast staff. Your food and food presentation was fantastic every day.

Cons: The worst part of our entire experience was the 15,000 THB room deposit? The meal my family of seven had in the Hotels restaurant was not the best and very over priced.

Cons: Only undercover seating was in the foyer. It rained every day during our 11 day holiday with family and we had nowhere to gather with them other than our rooms as the foyer was always full with people trying to do the same. Plenty of sun lounges by the pool but no shelter from the rain.

Great hotel! And even best staff in Phuket ever! Thanks to all the staff who made my 2 weeks memorable. I dined at Chao Leh Kitchen on the first night of November. Emma &Mo , โ€‹โ€‹a staff member, was incredibly warm and Vfriendly โ€“ โ€‹โ€‹highly commendable! This restaurant offers much better value than Sears & Co. Bar and Grill, which is located across the street from the same hotel. Sears & Co. charges for all drinks at Sears & Co., so please keep that in mind if you're traveling to Patong.
