The hotel is in a lively area, close to main attractions and markets. It has great facilities, including nice pools, a gym, a kidsโ playroom, and a good dining area with plenty of food options. The staff is friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that rooms facing the main street and sea can be noisy at night because of motorbikes, so if you want it quieter, choose a room facing inside. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: This, obviously, in my opinion, is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The name and the two pools are just an optical illusion. Behind it, there's poor service, broken sinks, and rooms positioned in a confusing way in a hotel that hosts guests without even the slightest bit of selection. We couldn't even enjoy the pool because of a family with children who splashed water on us and screamed . we stayed wake up all night until four in the morning. Because some girls next door were having a party, the guard even laughed in our face when we complained. The next day, the manager came very kindly to apologize for everything that had happened. We wanted to leave and ask for a refund, but in exchange, he offered us a room "upgrade" . The room was the same, half a meter larger on an even more inconvenient floor. We ordered food from outside that we wanted to eat at the tables, but this too was forbidden. Whatever type of service we asked for, we were denied. I never want to return to this hotel again.

Schรถne und saubere Hotelanlage, Frรผhstรผck war reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl, Zimmer waren angenehm von der Grรถรe. Betten und vor allem Kissen (Auswahl zwischen Feder und Schaumstoffkissen) bequem. Die Poolanlange war sehr schรถn. Direkt am Strand von Patong gelegen. Einkaufsmรถglichkeiten in Laufweite gut erreichbar. Eine ruhige Gegend, aber dennoch nicht abgelegen. Personal ist freundlich.
Cons: Die Zimmertรผren schlieรen leider laut, das ist schade. Beim Checkin wurde man mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass man ein Zimmer (in unserem Fall) ohne Balkon und besondere Aussicht hat, Das war fรผr uns ok, da so gebucht, man wurde von der Rezeptionistin 1-2 mal zu viel (fast vorwurfsvoll) darauf hingewiesen. Zudem wurden sogenannte "packages" (Konsum-Budgets fรผr den VErzehr im Hotel) ziemlich heftig angepriesen (ein einfacher HInweis hรคtte gereicht, keine 3-4 fache Wiederholung mit vehementen Hinweis, dass man diese nur beim Check-in Buchen kann). Daher war die Check-in Erfahrung etwas seltsam, auch nicht Asia-like, lag aber wohl an der Rezeptionistin, da alle anderen Rezeptionsmitarbeite sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend waren. Eine kleine Anmerkung, die leider etwas nervig war: die "poolboys", die bei der Handtuchausgaben beschรคftigt sind, meinten untereinander an einem der Nachmittage eine kleine Muay Thai Box-รbung auf der Wiese an der Poolanlage zu veranstalten. Das war ziemlich nervig, da die Boxschlรคge in die Trainingshandschuhe doch recht laut sind, war aber nur eine halbe Stunde.

Cons: Not all rooms have balconies. They cater mainly for corporate groups so some areas were off limits at times. Corporate groups travel in packs so not very pleasant. Main pool plays loud music all day- so avoid. We were charged 30 baht for a phone call- sooo petty. Towel ticket system also is petty.

The hotel is near the beach (just cross the road), the pool is the best place in the hotel, with a great view of the sea and sunset. The lobby is impressive. Rooms are well designed and equipped (TV with movies channels, in English!) bath and bed are great. For breakfast we had 2 options - main dining hall and the restaurant at the beach front, we went to the restaurant. What a great experience. It was really good. The location is awesome, at the middle of Patong beach, really convenient.
Cons: The hotel is big, sometimes bit crowdy, mainly at the main pool (which is facing the beach), there were many kids in the pool, pretty noisy. I would suggest to consider allocating the other pool for kids under certain age.

Love the staff and the area of the hotel.
Cons: There was an overload of jews. Particularly IDF soldiers that was so mean and looked at every guest in a bad way. I felt so uncomfortable staying there this year. They occupied the pool area at night and day.

- Room was lovely and spacious with great aircon. - Overall hotel design was really nice. - The staff were super friendly and helpful. Honey at check-in especially! - Very short walk to beach (a few steps) and while very close to the lively area, it was peaceful and relaxing. - Pool area is lovely, lots of fun, nice pool, and great drinks and snacks.
Cons: The pool area is supposed to be no smoking (there was a specific smoking area) but this was largely ignored with loads of smokers ruining the area a bit and staff no empowered to ask them to stop (if the no smoking rule has since changed the old signs should be removed).

The hotel is very large and meets Western standards. The pools are fantastic, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were truly exceptional. I became seriously ill and completely exhausted during my stay, and the care I received was beyond anything I expected. The hotel staff checked on me regularly and even sent tea to my room. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and compassion. The hotel is a bit outside of Patong, which may or may not suit everyone, but I personally liked it. Patong isnโt the best place in Phuket to stay in my opinion, and while I was sick, this hotel felt like a true sanctuary.

We were absolutely amazed by your staff. A big thank you to Penny, Guy, Kaleb, Leo, Kiara, Aid, Jay, cleaning staff. And all other staff members they were all so friendly and helpfu. The pool was great too. And the breakfast too๐
Cons: We didnt like the size of the standart room, no balcony, no open windows we had to pay and upgrade to the one with balcony. It was great. But a bit too expensive for such small rooms

Whilst the rooms were small, they were clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Good location for the beach. Good breakfast in restaurants.
Cons: There were a lot of staff, but there seems to be training issue as many staff did not seem to know what to do, or continuously made errors. Examples being whilst at the pool (Deck Beach Club) we were brought incorrect drinks and then on another occasion brought the wrong bill. Drinks on the orders were missed resulting in us having to re-request the same. The Marriot Bonvoy desk was unstaffed at times we visited. The hotel clearly has too many rooms for the facilities. Sun-beds were almost impossible to find on either the Deck or the courtyard pool area. In the breakfast cereal area. A lot of the serving spoons were required to be picked up by the end of the spoon you scoop the cereal with. This is unhygienic. There is a lot of noise at this hotel. This is not just from guests. The location of the hotel being next to a mosque, results in an early morning (5.30am) wake up. We checked out after 2 of our 5 days - having to pay a significant penalty to do so. When asked how our stay was and setting out our poor experience, the front desk manger offered no apologies at all. This is a bang average hotel masquerading as a 4 star resort!

So I redid it myself. Thirdly, the bartenders and night shift waitress at the lobby bar area were very friendly. Overall I'm quite impressed with most of the staffs' hospitalities but more knowledge and skillsets are adviced.

The location to the beach access was good, closer to many restaurants and amenities.
Cons: We are appalled and deeply disappointed with our stay at the Sheraton. Our late-night check-in was met with indifference, and we were allocated a room at the rear of the resort with a brick wall view, contradicting the assurance of a view provided at check-in. The room itself was woefully inadequate, with insufficient space and storage, rendering it unusable for two people. The resort's infrastructure was also severely lacking, with no air conditioning in hallways and confusing room numbering that made navigation through the resort a challenge. Communication with staff was a significant issue, particularly during breakfast, due to their limited English proficiency. The breakfast area is small and becomes very crowded during peak breakfast hours with limited service. The in-room dining service was agonizingly slow, taking 30 minutes to order a simple cup of tea. The in-house credits we purchased were a waste, as the credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The lunch service at the in house restaurant was a travesty, with a 45-minute wait for drinks and a 1.5-hour wait for our meal. The server's behavior was inexcusable, prioritizing other guests and ignoring our needs until we escalated the issue to the manager. Even then, our meals were served separately, the food was sub par and made our family lunch unenjoyable. Our attempts to address these grievances with the night and front office managers were met with indifference, with just assurances that feedback would be provided to the staff through an email sent to us. This lack of accountability and proactive resolution is unacceptable, especially given the significant mental toll it took on our stay. The Sheraton being a five star resort has failed to meet even the most basic expectations, leaving us feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed with our stay.

This is one of the best hospitality staff Iโve encountered. They remembered us, treated us with warmth, and made us feel like weโve come home to family. The facilities are great. The gym, the pool. The breakfast spread is amazing - there are the staples like amazing noodles, eggs, Indian food, pastries, and an even more amazing spread of fruit and juices (fresh coconut water on tap wow!) and new surprises daily. Rooms are really clean and comfortable and and views are gorgeous. I will definitely come back again. Special mention to Summer. She was amazing last year; even more this year. She took care of everything and told the rest of the staff to take care of us. Summer is next level awesome. And to lovely Kelly who was so helpful with our restaurant and NYE booking.

We arrived for three nights. The hotel was not very clean. Food trays left outside the room. You hear people Yelling. You can hear a door slamming. .. There are small pools in front of some of the rooms and one more pool at the entrance to the hotel. In front of the hotel is Patong Beach, across the road, but the hotel is not worth the money... To their credit I say that the breakfast was varied and good.

Cons: Check in was not straightforward misunderstanding on rom type We requested double however they refer to double as kingsize. We ended up with twin room which was adequate. Room was modern and clean shower no bath. Switches by door confusing is to press wrong switch to indicate do not disturb This hsppen twice and as i result the room did not get cleaned for 2 days. Explia.ed to management as we were provided with fresh toweld and water. They apologised. On checking in it would be a good idea to explain the do not disturb switch and to check the light colour when leavibg the room on the outdide to avoid yhe issue we experienced.

Great place to stay in Patong at the end of the beach side just accepts the road from the beautiful beach with great juice and food stalls just on the beach walk. The hotel is simple and very convenient with open reception always attended by helpful and graceful staff taking good care of all the needs. Food is great, room service is very good and breakfast is not to be missed in a very serene ambiance and fast reactive staff. Rooms are nice, well equipped and very comfortable with daily cleaning attentive to all details. We enjoyed this hotel and compared to others on the strip would not choose different next time.

All staff members were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Khun Rainy at the front desk for providing clear and professional information, Khun Oat for excellent coordination and assistance, and Khun Summer for her outstanding service during check-out. The bellman who escorted us to our room and the breakfast staff were also very warm and welcoming. We also ordered in-room dinner, and the food was delicious with very fast service. A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff who always welcomed us with kindness. Perfect location and a very well-organized hotel.
Cons: We had breakfast and dinner, and you could choose where to go each day without a reservation. The breakfast was very nice, but the dinner had few options and it was a 2-course meal, meaning you could choose either a starter or a dessert, which in my opinion is very poor. Also, for us who donโt eat spicy food, the options were very limited on the standard menu โ only if you wanted to pay extra could you have a greater variety.

The Four Points is highly to recommend ! Open reception with the tropical temperature gives already the feeling of relaxation. The warmhearted Thai staff is outstanding. Friendly, helpful and the "Can do" attitude made our stay very pleasant. Clean hotel and rooms, superb pools, excellent location at Patong Beach to reach within walking distance the highlights of Patong Beach (shops, massage salons, restaurants and bars). Sure we are coming back to this Four Points very soon.

Cons: Should have a stocked mini-bar at the price-point No ice machines. Have to order ice from room service which arrives mostly melted. No view from room. Huge mark-ups on food and beverage items with even more add ons that I did not experience anywhere else in the area.

Room is super clean, comfortable bed. The swimming pool looks nice and the one facing the sea is very relaxing. Breakfast has good variety. location is perfect for the beach with a slight 15mns walk to bangla road and restaurants.
Cons: Room: no windows , size is on the smaller scale compared to other phuket hotels. Toilet: looks slightly older than it is.

Cons: The biggest disappointment was that the hotel does not hv a SPA !! Also the food is expensive . Breakfast shuts at 10.30 sharp and the guest can go hungry after that . If one is on holiday the BK shd be relaxed and at least extended till 11am as most hotels do

Amazing hotel for a reasonable price. The amenities were well maintained and the location in Patong can't be beat. On site restaurants were excellent but the best part was the staff! We were constantly greeted by each employee and Ms. Love the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. We would definitely book here again, especially the pool access room, truly gorgeous.

Cons: Pool was closed most days due to private events. The breakfast options were very limited and felt more like lunch items. Four Points Sheraton Patong Beach is ideal for a stay in peaceful surroundings, away from the busy chaos of Patong. Spacious comfortable rooms, nice pools, delicious breakfast, efficient and friendly staff, a good swimming beach just across the road, an easy walk to many restaurants and bars ,although the Sheraton has a fantastic steak restaurant (Sears and Co) and a great bar in the lobby serving boutique brewed Beers and delicious cocktails with flair.
Cons: Nothing to dislike here.

Pathong Thailand Room decor are prestegiously Elegant. My friend and I had a swim up room by the pool. The staff went above and beyond as they decorated the room for my friend who came to celebrate her 50th Birthday. We felt safe, with everything even at the Deck poolside and Beach. Staff were amazing with great hospitality and communicated well. I will definately return to this Resort

Cons: Overcrowded with guests who seemingly were allowed to smoke anywhere outside, even in the eating areas which was unpleasant. Other guests also reserved the few available outdoor beds all day by leaving their towels and bags so we never got to enjoy these - staff should really not allow this so all guests can enjoy the facilities. The rooms were very compact and you feel pretty crammed in. The pool is not as big as it looks in the photo and overlooks a pretty grim street. Overall the hotel didn't meet our expectations.
