Eine passable Unterkunft mit tollem Spa-Bereich. Die Lage ist gut, man benötigt ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto (Taxi) oder 25 Minuten zu FuĂ. Dabei kommt man ĂŒber die Neustadt zur Altstadt. Ca. 8 FuĂ-Minuten entfernt vom Hotel gibt es einen gut ausgestatteten Carrefour-Supermarkt. Das Hotelessen war lecker, das Personal war freundlich. AuĂerdem gab es einen Pool auf der Dachterasse, sowie einige Liegen.
Cons: Es gab zwar nichts schlechtes, aber eben auch nichts besonders gutes. Ein Pool war da, aber auch nur das Nötigste. Das Zimmer war sauber und halbwegs modern, aber eben auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen / ungepflegt. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war gut, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich oder besonders lecker. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt (2 NĂ€chte) schön, aber etwas höher angepriesen als es im Endeffekt war. Mehr als 1-2 NĂ€chte wĂŒrden im Nachhinein nicht buchen.

Le personnel était au top, toujours souriant, accueillant. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de chambre ( trop bruyant) car elle donnait sur le boulevard Mohamed 5, mais nous ne savions pas que Marrakech vit beaucoup la nuit.... AussitÎt, suite à notre demande, on nous a réattribués une autre chambre tout aussi confortable avec une autre exposition plus calme. Nous vous en remercions encore. La piscine était aussi trÚs agréable aprÚs de longues balades.

L'hĂŽtel est bien placĂ©. 5 minutes Ă pied se trouve Marrakech Plaza avec plein de magasins tels que Zara, Stradivarius, etc. Il y avait aussi plein de restaurants accessibles Ă pied depuis l'hĂŽtel. La chambre Ă©tait convenable et l'hĂŽtel dispose Ă©galement d'un spa pour se faire masser. L'hĂŽtel dispose Ă©galement d'une piscine au dernier Ă©tage, mĂȘme si elle est un peu petite.
Cons: Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu du petit-dĂ©jeuner que proposait l'hĂŽtel.. Au vu de tous les commentaires qui disaient que le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait exceptionnel, je me suis vraiment rĂ©jouie. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner proposait les plats de la veille (pomme de terres, soupes, salades, etc.) et presque pas de plats typiques d'un petit dĂ©jeuner. Le jus d'orange par exemple n'Ă©tait pas frais, c'Ă©tait du jus de bouteille. Les croissants Ă©taient durs. Les mleouis Ă©taient tous froids et pas frais. La deuxiĂšme dĂ©ception Ă©taient les activitĂ©s que proposait l'hĂŽtel : la fiche des activitĂ©s contenaient toutes les activitĂ©s Ă faire Ă Marrakech : quad, ourika, visite de la ville, etc. Cependant cette fiche ne contenait aucun prix. Lorsque nous avons demander Ă l'hĂŽtesse de l'hĂŽtel, elle nous a dit que c'Ă©tait pour que le client nĂ©gocie. Cependant elle n'a pas voulu diminuer les prix et ceux-ci Ă©taient exorbitants d'aprĂšs moi. * 600 dh par personne pour faire du quad : Ă 3 personnes 1800 dh (environ 180âŹ), alors que avec getyourguide nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cette activitĂ© Ă 43⏠(avec transport compris) au lieu de 180⏠pour 3 personnes. * nous avons rĂ©servĂ© la visite de Marrakech avec l'hĂŽtel pour 400 dh par personne dans 1200 dh Ă 3 : nous avons juste eu un chauffeur qui nous amenait aux endroits et on devait rentrĂ© seul faire la visite (que l'endroit soit payant ou non) ce qui est trĂšs dĂ©cevant par rapport au prix que nous avons payĂ©s. * nous avons fait la visite de l'ourika Ă 9⏠par personne avec getyourguide (transport + guide compris) au lieu de 30⏠par personne avec l'hĂŽtel.

La ubicaciĂłn es perfecta, estĂĄ a 20 minutos de la mezquita y la plaza y es un sitio muy tranquilo. La limpieza es buena, el servicio es estupendo en general y destacar a Khalid que es una persona super amable y atenta. Las comidas estĂĄn abiertas a gente del exterior del hotel pero no se forman colas ni nada. Suele haber comida variada, tanto tĂpica como internacional por lo que hay muchas opciones. Ver a gente de su cultura comiendo allĂ tambiĂ©n proporciona esa confianza. TambiĂ©n suele haber mĂșsica en directo en el restaurante (tĂpica marroquĂ) y tienes opciĂłn de sentarte dentro o en la terraza.

Cons: La piscina te el cloro masa fort i ens va cremar la pell. Va ser molt agradable fernos un bany amb la calor que feia pero quan vam tornar a lâhabitacio vam començar a sentir lâirritacio a la pell, i sâens esta pelan la cara i altres parts mes sensibles del cos.

La señorita de recepciĂłn no recuerdo su nombre muy amable, simpĂĄtica y dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier question. Desayuno muy completo pero estilo MarroquĂ. A 15-20 minutos andando de la Mezquita Koutoubia y Plaza Jeema el-Fna. Vale la pena ir caminando.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Besonders möchten wir Frau Hasna und das Team von der Rezeption ganz dick loben. Frau Hasna war ĂŒberall fĂŒr uns da und hat uns wirklich ĂŒberall alles erklĂ€rt â egal ob es um das Hotel, die AusflĂŒge oder den Spa Bereich ging. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und hat sich viel Zeit fĂŒr uns genommen, was wir richtig klasse fanden. Auch das gesamte Rezeption-Team war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man hat gemerkt, dass hier alle an einem Strang ziehen und wirklich Wert auf den Gast legen. Der Service war top, das Hamam und die Massagen waren wunderbar entspannend, aber der persönliche Einsatz von Frau Hasna und der Rezeption hat unseren Aufenthalt nochmal besonders gemacht. Wir sagen ganz ehrlich: Macht weiter so professionell! So wĂŒnscht man sich einen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Stars Hotel nur wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen. I loved everything about the property. The staff are so friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was phenomenal. The men playing oud and darbouka were something I looked forward to and they really added a special touch. The rooms are clean, spacious and the air con is great. I cant wait to come back!

J'ai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre pour mettre mes bagages en attendant mon vol que pensĂ© Ă 22 h , mais je me suis trompĂ© il Ă©tait Ă 18h et donc il fallait que je sois Ă l'aĂ©roport Ă 16h et les chambre ce rĂ©cupĂšre Ă 15h. On m'a offert la navette pour l'aĂ©roport en Ă©change (950 dhr) on aurait pu m'offrir un thĂ© aussi đ. Du coup je ne suis mĂȘme pas montĂ© dans la chambre donc je ne peux pas la notĂ©

Cons: Do restaurante, para alĂ©m de ser aberto tambĂ©m ao exterior, nĂŁo apresentava a limpeza de um hotel de 4 estrelas, o pequeno almoço era fraco, os queijos e fiambre nĂŁo estavam sobre nada frio, apresentavam-se maioritariamente ressequidos. A mĂĄquina de cafĂ© parecia nunca ter sido limpa. Como fomos com meia pensĂŁo, jantĂĄmos a primeira vez e depois optĂĄmos por jantar fora do hotel, porque Ă exceção de alguma comida tĂpica marroquina, era tudo mal confecionado ou entĂŁo frio (pizza fria, por exemplo).

Las camas y las almohadas eran especialmente cómodas, lo que hizo que descansåramos muy bien. El desayuno es pequeño, pero variado y suficiente dentro de lo que se espera de un desayuno de hotel. La ubicación también es muy buena, ya que estå muy cerca del Marrakech Plaza y de otros comercios y restaurantes, y a unos 30 minutos andando de la Medina. En general, una estancia muy agradable, cómoda y recomendable.
Cons: Durante el desayuno, cuando se terminaba el agua, tardaban bastante en reponerla. Nos pareciĂł un detalle que deberĂan mejorar, ya que en algunos momentos tenĂamos que esperar para poder disponer de agua. Otro punto que nos decepcionĂł un poco fue la piscina. Restaurante muito bom com uma vasta variedade de pratos marroquinos entre outros, sĂł uma recomendação: os comeres apresentados no buffet deveriam estar identificados com o nome do respectivo prato. O hotel fica muito perto do centro da cidade e de muitos pontos turĂsticos a visitar. Recomendo tivemos uma excelente estadia no Stars Hotel & Spa.

Séjour agréable dans la chambre 402. Seul petit détail : le moteur de la clim en position basse est dirigée vers la table du balcon. Pour profiter du balcon il faut l'éteindre. Aussi je tiens à souligner le problÚme du parking, j'étais obligé d'aller chercher ailleurs pour trouvee une place avec un gardien de jours et de nuit a part ça, tout était parfait.

We chose Stars Hotel & Spa for its location i and it turned out to be a great decision: you can walk to the city center and there are restaurants and shops just steps away. The airport transfer to the hotel worked perfectly âpunctual, comfortable and hassle-freeâ and the same on the way back: they picked us up right on time and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. The staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment we checked in, always happy to share recommendations about the city. The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. Great value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Elle Ă©tait assez bruyante, ce qui m'a empĂȘchĂ©e de bien dormir. Il serait peut-ĂȘtre utile de la rĂ©parer ou de la remplacer. Rooftop pool was a great bonus after a long hot day exploring and the sunsets up there were lovely. Loved the balcony and the city views. Beds were really comfortable. Toiletries and towels replaced daily. Happy to store our luggage, as late flight which was really helpful. Reception staff were always really helpful with any requests we had especially one member of staff that arranged a later check out after our tour times changed on the day. local musicians playing to us at breakfast time was a first for us, we really liked the ambience it created. Great location to explore the new town, as we had spent a few days prior in a riad to explore the old town. We did walk between hotels but I would say too not to do this in the extreme heat, it was a struggle at 45 degrees with our luggage!!! this isnât a problem though as it is literally ten minutes in a taxi if you want to go to the old town etc which we did a couple times in the end for things we had missed.
Cons: Nothing we didnât like but a few recommendations. Tea and coffee were not automatically replaced in rooms daily but if we asked they happily gave us more. Perhaps this could be automatically replaced if used. We struggled to watch tv as UK Netflix wouldnât work, not a big deal, as we were far too busy exploring etc anyway but just to note. No one said you could have fresh omelettes or pancakes made at breakfast time, we realised on the last day which was a shame, would have been nice if we were told on the first morning.

Cons: Ă notre arrivĂ©e Ă lâhĂŽtel, nous dĂ©couvrons alors la chambre 206⊠dont la porte est dĂ©jĂ ouverte⊠En outre, nous constatons en entrant une fenĂȘtre cassĂ©e impossible Ă fermer, des fourmis qui se promĂšnent dans la douche, une forte odeur dâĂ©gouts dans la salle de bain et, pour couronner le tout, des traces de freinage dans les toilettes que nous avons nous mĂȘme nettoyĂ©es. Nous signalons immĂ©diatement le problĂšme Ă la rĂ©ception. Le rĂ©ceptionniste nous prĂ©cise dâentrĂ©e de jeu quâaucun changement de chambre nâest possible. En guise de service de maintenance, ce dernier dĂ©pĂȘche un homme dans la rue, qui examine rapidement la fenĂȘtre avant de nous assurer que « nous sommes en sĂ©curitĂ© », malgrĂ© le fait quâelle ne ferme toujours pas⊠et que tous les autres problĂšmes nâont pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solu. Pour couronner le tout comme si ce nâĂ©tait pas dĂ©jĂ suffisant, en raison dâun dysfonctionnement du mĂ©canisme de la porte des toilettes, ma compagne est restĂ©e bloquĂ©e pendant 15 minutes jusquâĂ ce quâon arrive enfin Ă la libĂ©rer. Vous en dĂ©duirez lâĂ©tat de la chambre. JâespĂšre que tout ce qui prĂ©cĂšde ne concerne quâune seule chambre, Ă savoir la 206, si tel nâest pas le cas cet hĂŽtel est absolument Ă Ă©viter surtout au vu du prix trĂšs consĂ©quent pour le Maroc.

Hansa and her team were brilliant. The hotel is situated in a brilliant location, in the midst of vibrant new and old areas. The background music by two musicians playing traditional mellow music in the dining room complemented the fantastic food served from a sumptuous buffet. This was something to behold. This was definitely a highlight enjoyed by my family. On another note, Marakesh was blistering hot when we got to the hotel, albeit 3 hours early. Our luggage was kept in safe storage, we were allowed to use the facilities to change and use o the pool if needed. They endeavoured to get us to our room earlier than usual. The room was airy, bright and comfortable serviced by a powerful aircon. The very best wishes from my wife, teenage granddaughter and I. We will be back.

Cons: Il y avait un gros cafard dans notre chambre deux soirs de suite. Le rĂ©ceptionniste de nuit nous a aidĂ© Ă les sortir (merci encore Ă lui). Nous avons Ă©galement eu plusieurs soucis avec notre chambre : la porte fenĂȘtre ne fermait pas, un technicien est venu la rĂ©parer, la baignoire jacuzzi fuyait dans la chambre : nous avons appelĂ© Ă deux reprises le technicien mais ça fuyait encore dans la chambre. Enfin, lâun des employĂ©s chargĂ© de faire le mĂ©nage avait chargĂ© son tĂ©lĂ©phone sur lâun de nos chargeurs, Ă©tait en appel et avait quittĂ© la chambre. Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©es, nous avions eu un coup de frayeur puisque nous entendions quelquâun parler mais ne savions pas dâoĂč cela venait. Nous avons ensuite vu que cela provenait dâun tĂ©lĂ©phone.

Petit balcon trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Mention spĂ©ciale pour un buffet inclus dans notre prestation de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©, suffisamment variĂ©s, avec des plats succulents mijotĂ©s par les cuisiniers. Petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă volontĂ©. Excellent rapport qualitĂ©/prix de l'ensemble. Nous reviendrons.
Cons: Il manque peut-ĂȘtre quelques amĂ©nagements dĂ©coratifs ainsi que des Ă©quipements au bord de la piscine, sur la terrasse (manque surtout des parasols). LâhĂŽtel nĂ©cessite par-ci par-lĂ quelques menus travaux d'entretien visibles dans les parties communes et pour lesquels nous avons toutefois pu remarquer une Ă©quipe d'entretien trĂšs active Ă toute heure. La porte de l'ascenseur (petite cabine) qui dessert chaque niveau est un peu bruyante.

Nous n'avons jamais reçu la couette pour faire le lit d'appoint malgrĂ© nos relances... - Le service de restauration du soir qui n'a fait preuve d'aucun accueil et d'aucune communication, ignorance totale de la part du personnel pourtant disponible (pas d'explication sur le fonctionnement du buffet, pas d'installation a table) - Les produits du buffet proposĂ© sans aucune identification (on ne sait pas ce que l'on mange), la qualitĂ© des produits, les mouches sur la nourriture. Et l'absence de vĂ©ritables plats et aliments locaux (hormis 4 tajines qui sĂšchent durant des heures Ă l'extĂ©rieur). -L'appel en chambre du restaurant qui nous rĂ©veille a 23h45 pour rĂ©clamer le paiement de 2 boissons prises (pas d'eau comprise ni proposĂ©) lors du repas du soir (le personnel sur place lors du dĂźner ne nous ayant pas adressĂ© la parole, nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait rĂ©gler de suite alors que nous avions une formule demi pension) - Le non fonctionnement du mini bar dans la 1ere chambre (aprĂšs rĂ©clamation, on nous a informĂ© que c'Ă©tait normal qu'il ne refroidisse pas....) - L'eau de la piscine plus que douteuse (trouble, on ne voit mĂȘme pas le fond) qui nous a empĂȘchĂ© de nous baigner par crainte de risque sanitaire -Au tarif de la chambre, les Ă©quipements sont clairement a revoir ainsi qu'un rafraĂźchissement global

Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe de Stars HÎtel. Nous avons été accueillis avec une hospitalité chaleureuse. Toute l'équipe était aux petits soins, notamment Mohamed responsable de la restauration. Le petit déjeuner étais d'ailleurs excellent et tres varié. Nous avons aussi été dßner au restaurant de l'hÎtel et quelle joie de profiter de l'animation musicale traditionnelle. La chambre était propre moderne et fonctionnelle. L'hÎtel est trÚs bien situé pour visiter Marrakech. L'emplacement permet soit de marcher soit de prendre un taxi . Et l'équipe est là pour nous aider dans nos déplacements. Un.immense merci, nous reviendrons !

Emplacement dans Gueliz qui est un beau quartier avec des trĂšs bons restaurants autour. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait excellent, avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons rĂ©alisĂ© un soin au le spa de lâhĂŽtel, les masseuses Ă©taient adorables et le massage nous a permis de nous ressourcer. Je recommande cet hĂŽtel

Cons: nur HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr eine Person im Zimmer. Kein Handtuch fĂŒr die FĂŒĂe vor der Dusche. Unfreundliches Personal beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck: GlĂ€ser und Tassen fehlten. Keine Tuch, um Brot hygienisch zu schneiden. Zangen zum hygienischen Zugriff auf Backwaren etc. fehlten ganz bis teilweise. Pool auf dem Dach ist ein besseres Planschbecken, Area lĂ€dt nicht zum Verweilen ein.

C'est mon deuxiÚme séjour à cet hÎtel. L'hÎtel est trÚs bien situé pour visiter Marrakech et dans un trÚs beau quartier. L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. La qualité de la restauration est excellente. Lors de mes précédents voyages à Marrakech j'ai logé dans d'autres hÎtels, mais le Stars Hotel est vraiment supérieur.

Cons: A limpeza deixa muito a desejar nos quartos e nos restantes espaços do hotel, principalmente no espaço do pequeno-almoço. Muitas coisas estragadas (telefone com botĂ”es avariados, janelas que fechavam mal, parte do chuveiro avariado). Precisa de uma atenção extra Ă manutenção dos espaços. Muito ruĂdo da rua, tivemos de usar tampĂ”es para os ouvidos. ColchĂŁo e almofadas muito duros. Pequeno-almoço deveria ter mais opçÔes (fruta fresca, descafeinadoâŠ).

Great modern hotel, in a really safe location. Staff were all friendly & inviting. Our friends went for the couples Hamman spa that was great value & they highly recommended it. Large superior rooms with comfy beds. The hotel had rose petals & a beautiful display for my wife & I anniversary upon arrival.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Stars Hotel in Marrakech and honestly could not fault the experience. The staff in every department were absolutely exceptional and made the holiday so special. A special mention to Hasna, Oumayma and Mehdi who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. All of the restaurant staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive, and the two gentlemen providing the traditional music each evening created such a lovely atmosphere. The cleaners were brilliant and kept everything spotless, while the gentleman who looked after the pool was one of the friendliest people we met - always smiling, helpful and genuinely cared that guests were enjoying themselves. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any member of staff. We also booked excursions through Emile, who was an absolute gentleman. Every trip was extremely well organised and genuinely fantastic. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Thank you to everybody at the hotel for such a memorable stay in Marrakech - we will definitely return.
Cons: The only minor negatives for us were the pool closing fairly early (6pm), as we would have loved a little longer to enjoy the late sunshine by the pool, and the pillows being slightly firm for our preference. That said, I am sure the staff would happily have changed them had we asked.

Cons: Le buffet, tous les jours la mĂȘme chose, presque Ă©cĆurant. Pas d'effort sur les desserts. Il fallait payer pour boire de l'eau Ă chaque repas et cher, 2 euros. Les murs salles de bains fissurĂ©s. Trop de bruits dans les rues pour dormir, aucune insonorisation. Piscine trĂšs petite et trop froide. Pas de thĂ© d'accueil ni biscuits en arrivant. Rien pour nous accueillir dans la chambre, trĂšs déçu. Service vraiment minimum et trop cher pour ce que l'on a eu. Serviettes de toilette sentent fort le javel et sont trĂšs rĂȘches. Nous somme partis trĂšs tĂŽt et il nous a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ© un pseudo petit dĂ©jeuner dans un sac en papier avec rien de vraiment bon. Nous nâavons rien mangĂ© et il nây avait aucune boisson. Câest absolument lamentable.
Cons: LâhĂŽtel nâest pas trĂšs accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres mais la literie est excessivement dure! Il nây aucune insonorisation. On entend les voisins tousser, le bruit dans le couloir et surtout le double vitrage est totalement inefficace. Le bruit de la rue se retrouve dans la chambre.
