Sehr grosses Zimmer mit Sitzgruppe, breitem Bett, grosser Badewanne, Kochnische/Kühlschrank, Safe, AC und Balkon, Aufzug, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage, unmittelbar bei der Haltestelle Place Mohammed V der Tramlinie 1 (eine Station ab Zentrum Place des Nations unies (Medina). Hervorragendes, freundliches, hilfsbereites, motiviertes und kompetentes Personal (Hicham, Hamza, Karim und Abdelatif)! Ich habe mich auch deretwegen sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Gefallen hat mir abends auch die Bar und das Team, das mich sehr verwöhnt hat.
Cons: Das Frühstück. Nicht mal die Auswahl, sondern die Location. Es ist die Bar, ein langer Schlauch, dunkel möbliert und kaum Tageslicht. Kein idealer Raum für einen Tagesbeginn (als Bar abends schon). Und mit dem Kaffee ist kein Preis zu gewinnen. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat mich zwar nicht wirklich gestört, aber Bereiche wie Schubladen, Boden im Schrank, Fussboden unter dem Bett, Ablagefächer im Bad müssten wieder mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Schlechtes Licht beim Waschbecken um sich zu rasieren.

Les réceptionnistes sont plutôt sympathiques. L'un d'eux est assez cash dans ses réponses mais je mets cela sur le compte de son inexpérience.
Cons: J'avais réservé 7 nuitées à l'avance. Je n'ai donc pas pu changer d'établissement (budget...). L'hôtel est indiqué comme étant un 4 étoiles... C'était mon critère de choix principal mais rien à voir avec ce classement. Super déçue. J'ai séjourné dans des 4 étoiles à Rabat et le standing est sans comparaison. Propreté : le ménage était mal fait. Sol de la chambre sale et noir (crasse accumulée sur les semelles de mes chaussons) + poussière sur la console et table de salon. j'ai dû nettoyer les interrupteurs car ils étaient sales aussi. Cheveux dans le lavabos + cheveux (ou poils ?) contre le mur des wc après le passage de l'équipe de nettoyage (alors qu'il n'y en avait pas avant leur passage). A chaque fois je repassais un coup de chiffon derrière l'équipe. Crasse noire accumulée autour des robinets. tâches sur les coussins du salon et taies d'oreillers (j'avais apporté mon oreiller). J'ai signalé un cafard sur la partie supérieure du plan où est posé le buffet du petit-déjeuner. L'employée l'a jeté à l'évier mais n'a pas passé de coup de chiffon sur le plan. Engagement : à la réservation, j'ai demandé une chambre lumineuse. On m'a répondu "ok". Je suis arrivée dans une chambre très sombre (il fallait allumer les lumières en plein jour)et il a fallu que je fasse une réclamation pour avoir une chambre lumineuse le troisième jour le réceptionniste me l'a accordée comme une faveur... Alors que c'est l'établissement qui n'avait pas sérieusement traité ma demande. Confort : la première chambre était au deuxième étage. A éviter. L'hôtel accueille des soirées tous les jours et on entend la musique jusqu'à très tard. Avec cela, quel que soit l'étage, comme les soirées durent assez longtemps, la fumée de cigarette monte dans les étages par les conduits de climatisation même si celle-ci n'est pas enclenchée.

La atención del personal del hotel fue muy cálida y atenta a cualquier necesidad planteada. La habitación era muy espaciosa. El baño también espacioso y muy correcto. La cama de tamaño excepcional y muy cómoda. Quizás, con criterio europeo, algún aspecto de limpieza era mejorable (el suelo, por ejemplo), pero cama y baño estaban muy correctos. Algún elemento agradecería un poco más de mantenimiento pero, en su conjunto, una experiencia muy positiva.

Хотелът има чудесна локация с достъп до основни забележителности на пешеходно разстояние. Също и спирка на градски транспорт до хотела. Леглото беше много удобно, стаята чиста и просторна с тераса. Закуската беше богата и вкусна. Банята просторна с голяма вана. Всеки ден се почистваше, сменяха се кърпи. Малък кухненски бокс с хладилник. Основни неща, като чаши, чинии и прибори. Не е нужно да се готви на място, храната навън е евтина и вкусна. Добър интернет. Нищо не ни липсваше. Собственикът и персоналът бяха изключително любезни и гостоприемни. С удоволствие пак ще отседнем там при следващо пътуване.

Checking out was the highlight of our stay!
Cons: Despite no fewer than 14 mentions of the word "Spa" on the listing, this is *not* a spa hotel. Neither is the word "luxury" appropriate in any meaningful sense of the word - the balcony is adorned with pigeon poop and the kitchen equipment consists of two plates, a fork, two spoons and some working parts of a microwave. The fatty urine deposits on the bathroom floor are also an unwelcome touch. The staff is however generous of spirit and clearly doing their best in challenging circumstances.

We went as part of our trip to morrocco where we had been to different cities already. Not only the staff were the nicest people imaginable (& unimaginable) the building itself is in good condition. It was by birthday on the day of our departure but not not they upped us for a even better room, they made decorations on the day before! Thank you to kaoutar and Fouzia for this!!!! And to our amazing host as well, the video he made as a gift we will be remembered forever. Also it’s extremely well located.
Cons: The cleaning overall it wasn’t the best but if you tell them they try until they meet your standards. If there is a spa, they sure are taking their time to renovate it.

Great location! The staff was really friendly and they are the best thing about the hotel . The hotel room is really big and spacious.
Cons: It was dirty . The bed sheets had stains so didn’t seem clean. Luckily they changed them for me . The pillowcases were a stained light yellow colour even though they were supposed to be white . The fridge was not cleaned from the previous guests and had spilt liquid in it. The bathroom had this cigarette stench that came through the ventilator and also a noise that only switched off late at night. I hate to write this because the front desk staff were really great and friendly but the cleaning crew really need to step it up .

We stayed here for an overnight stop for our next destination. Due to its excellent location, it was easy for us to experience Moroccan meals (breakfast & dinner), it is near to shops and restaurant, the park is nearby too. Excellence location.
Cons: Overall, everything was great during our stay. The only downside was an annoying and grumpy guest who made a lot of noise and complaints, which was not the hotel's fault.

Cons: This hotel really disappointed us. Apart from two employees (receptionist and parking attendant), the hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. I 3 is an afterthought. He needs to work on cleaning. everything is neglected. The smell of cigarettes. In the evening, the hotel restaurant is turned into a night club that entertains guests until the early hours of the morning. In the morning, you can tell by the smell of cigarettes at breakfast. Restrooms in the restaurant without soap and toilet paper. After being warned, the staff rolls their eyes, puts down their favorite phone and goes to see for themselves. Some of the food served for breakfast is older than me. Glasses and cutlery would need more care when washing. The bed is really big, but the mattress is old (the first customers remember it). There is a safe in the room, but someone forgot to screw it in, so a thief can take it whole. The employees are obviously lazy. The hotel equipment is really old, dirty, broken and deserves to be replaced. The hotel is generally neglected and needs general cleaning and reconstruction. Everything is just as far as the eye can see. We really don't understand who gave it 4 stars and why. We are not demanding, but we want what we pay for. This hotel really never again.

Great location, right in the centre of the city, short walk to the old medina, the new medina, seaside and the mosque as well as some of the newer more trendy neighbourhoods. The tram is also right on the corner for easier access to all parts of the city. Very good selection of food for breakfast which was served until 10:30 so no need to get up early. The room was spacious, stylish and very clean. It was very quiet at night, we gad a wonderful nights sleep. Bed was super comfortable and bathtub was bug enough for 2. Staff was extremely kind, accommodating and friendly, especially Hamsa at the front desk.

The staff always went above and beyond. The rooms are large, and the balcony was great. Every now and then they would have live music downstairs at the bar. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathtub was really big. I would definitely stay here again. It is also right across the street from the Arab League Park, which also has a skate park inside of it. In the evenings the area comes to life with families hanging out in the park and food vendors. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.

We can only recommend this place - It is a very nice hotel with a good location in Casablanca. Nice and big rooms, and very kind staff. Especially the owner of the hotel was very kind and hospitable to us - Very attentive and asked about what we would like to experience in Casablanca. At the same time, he gave us recommendations for restaurants. We luckily followed his recommendations and ended up eating at some really good and cozy restaurants, which were also a big part of our experience in and of Casablanca. He even offered and gave us a lift one day as he was heading in the same direction as us. Thank you very much Rachid, it was a pleasure to stay at your hotel, and we hope that we will come back one day.

I came to Casablanca on business for a few days. The hotel was very good, the rooms were great. Great beds, big and nice, slept very well. It was clean and I was satisfied. I met the owner of the hotel, a very nice man. The hotel staff was also very helpful, smiling and supportive. I am very pleased because the location is great. There are free parking spaces and the hotel is in the very center of the city, close to the old medina and the park. I recommend it very strongly.

To start with good I must say bed was very comfortable, we had daily cleaning and change of towels. Everything else is far from what is on the pictures and description. Here Hotel Spa, in there different name in front of hotel, inside of hotel. There is no spa service or fitness facilities, sound proof rooms are a joke! You can hear street notices, doors shutting, lift like it’s all happening in the room. There is a kitchenette but only one of plate, cup and cutlery. We only made tea there. Breakfast was very basic, very limited choice, only hot food was fried eggs that were dry by 10am, water down coffee.

We stayed here for 1 night in Casablanca. The room was a great size for our needs. The bathroom was huge and had toiletries available for us. The staff were very kind and attentive, even taking care of our baggage for us when we checked out and went to explore. The breakfast had a phenomenal selection. We got there at 9am and found everything we wanted to eat, but we did notice was a shortage of items for guests that came later than us as they didn't seem to restock all the variety of items.
Cons: We had a problem with our shower only giving us lukewarm water but as it was only a one night stay, it didn't trouble us too much. We didn't have a view out of our window - the window opened out into a storage area.

The reception guy has been very helpful and always smiles which make us feel very welcome. He did help us finding a good resto few min walking but very traditional. All the staff was very nice with us and we appreciate so much the feeling we had. Room was comfortable and had a little kitchenette with a full size fridge. Breakfast selection was varied but little basic for my liking, but nothing that really affect me but not sure if worth the price. Not sure why there was only a set of towels when we arrived, i think should be standard to have two set of towels all the time even if the guest is one only. One thing i really didn't like all TV channels were in Arabic language, so if you stay in the room. And you want to watch some news or any other program in a different language it is impossible and this was a very big thing for me. It should be possible to offer at least few chanel in English and french at least. All of those things above didn t really affect our overall feeling

My sister, daughter & I reviewed the hotel @ 29 Rue de Terves online and booked it mainly because of 2022 hotels review. It has nice dining area & common areas. However, our assigned room was not as expected. High touch areas were dirty, floors in kitchenette & bthrm were not swept/mopped. Carpet not vacuumed. Refrigerator was unclean as was the shower (filthy) which had bugs in it. Bathroom sink and shower did not drain. No toiletries. Not much good to say about our stay except the reception clerk during the day exhibited good customer service. We have our thoughts on why we were assigned such a room but here is not the place for that discussion. I hope this review will help others have a better experience.

Cons: OK for 1 night if you can't find another place in Casablanca. There is no spa, would recommend them to change that. In Casablanca they don't even have the word "Spa" in their name nor signs. The hotel is due for a renovation. I saw a dead pigeon outside of the room, people leave plates and food on the stairs. Be mindful, personnel charges extra for non-existing fees to put in their own pocket.

The reception staff (Hamza) and door staff were fantastic, could not do enough for us from arranging dinner in Rick's, walking us to the local Chinese when two were sick. People like Hamza make the hotel a home away from home. I couldn't praise him enough for his help with everything.
Cons: Breakfast staff didn't care, even when things ran out or used. We brought it to their attention but they went back to their phones. They really let the place down. Received a free room upgrade to a suite with a private terrace which was lovely. Room was very large with a big bed and kitchenette. Bar and restaurant on ground floor was friendly and good to watch the Morocco - Egypt football match in. Centrally located although quite a long walk to the coast, including the Hassan II mosque. Free, guarded parking on the street outside.
Cons: Kitchen had no cooking equipment, and hotel itself was slightly dated. Seemed like less of a location for travellers/holidaymakers and more a location for business men. Private terrace was quite dirty.

One think I do have to say, the coffee machine was not in any of the rooms. Did not see a kettle or any sort of coffee machine in the rooms. Breakfast and the food in the restaurant were excellent. Make sure that you eat in at least once. The staff were really helpful. Location is only 100 feet from the tram stop which is good.
Cons: The room, being on the 1st floor was rather noisy in the evenings due to music from nearby cafes. We were asked if this would bother us when we checked in but said no. It wasn't terrible but I would avoid the first floor on the front. The bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a re-grout. Otherwise fine.

This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had. All of the staff were extremely friendly, my room was huge, and the hotel is in a good location. On the last day of my trip, I met the owner of the hotel who was very friendly and offered us a farewell tea. If I'm ever staying in Casablanca again, this will be my spot.

Very friendly staff helped with our bags as soon as we arrived. We booked a senior suite and were amazed at the size of the room and bed. Very comfortable bed and had most of the amenities we were looking for. The kitchen was lightly stocked with utensils and the likes. Large refrigerator was a plus. There was a coffee maker but no pods to use in the machine ( I never asked the hotel for assistance but maybe they would have accommodated). My wife and I were only here for a short layover so I didn't ask for much but it met our needs. I would stay here again.

Cons: There is a kitchenette which was a deciding factor in staying here but there was literally nothing to cook with, not one pan, no cooking utensils, and no plates, the microwave plate in one room was also missing. The property advertises as having a fitness centre but it doesn’t have one so that was also disappointing. The extractor fan in the kitchen just turned on at random times and was extremely noisy and made it hard to sleep and relax.

The rooms are not sound proofed and since the hotel is quite small, the sound travels to all floors quite easily. Breakfast is very basic. Bread was obviously warmed up and chewy. There were no fruits and the orange juice tasted like cordial.

I was quite shocked to find this hotel being rated 4 star when infact it looks more like 2.5 to 3 Star at most. No amenities, lobby was a drag, cramped elevator and with a dirty carpet on it. During our stay from Feb 12 to 15, the hotel was pretty quiet even for breakfast. I noticed their Trip Advisor Excellence Award was last given in 2015. As I have to pay hotel directly, the exchange rate used by the hotel was exceptionally high. The current exchange rate used by hotels in Tangier and Chefchaeoun from Euro to MAD was 10.85, this hotel charges me at 11.20. I protested and they finally reduced it to 11.00 which is still very high.

I reserved and paid for an Executive suite room. Based upon the photos on the website, an Executive Suite room has a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs and a city-view balcony with lounge seating. The room I received is a standard king-size room with one chair as seating. There is no balcony. We arrived at the hotel exhausted from a rather fraught airline experience from Los Angeles (multi-hour delays, iuggage did not arrive in the same flight, one aborted landing) attempt, and So we did not complain to the hotel about the room. But others should know that the room interiors and amenities are NOT as pictured on the website. The hallway smells like wet dog. There is obvious water damage on the hotel lobby ceiling. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and responsive.

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts and dinners of excellent quality. the staff were all friendly and helpful. enjoyed our stay. the self catering part of the room would require extra equipment to be of use . no doubt this would be supplied without fuss if the client needed it. It was not luxurious place and there was no yard access. we did not feel it was close to anything, we were travelling with a small group in a comfortable van. My wife and I spent 2 nights here after arriving in Casablanca for the start of a 15 day trip arond Morocco. The hotel provided pickup from the airport for $40 which after getting a better idea of the price for regular cabs it was a little bit overpriced. Though you pay a little extra for what was a good service and a friendly driver. Check in was quick and simple and we were put in a nicer room than we had booked originally because it was low season for tourists. Our room was very clean and looked like it had been well taken care of. My biggest critisim is the breakfast, it's a bit dull. Nothing seemed quite as fresh as it should have been and the selection was small. If it is something you can chose to not pay for and eat breakfast near the Medina (5 min walk) than you'll find much better food. Plus they must of just cleaned the floor with a dirty bleech filled mop because the smell of moldy mop and bleech made breakfast a bit unpleasant on our 2nd morning. We didn't have time to try the spa, but it looked like it was really nice. Overall though, it was a good experience and if we ever went back to casablanca we would probably choose this place again.

My experience was a little disappointing. I booked and confirmed two rooms for myself and business partner. When we arrived, we were told there was only one room and my partner was taken to another hotel. This was happening at about 2am in the morning. The other hotel was locked up for the night and my associate was on the street for almost an hour before he could get into a room. My room was not nearly as clean looking as the pictures. The shower was quite moldy and there was no shampoo when I got up in the morning. I left the hotel the next morning and booked another hotel even though I still had another night to be in the hotel. I recall the Wifi didn't work too well either.

If u want a hotel downtown it's good location but if u want a hotel with a view , not necessarily the sea , it's not a good location because it's surrounded with buildings

The hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly. The room was also nice. Loved the tub! The only problems I had was the A/C. Could not get it to work and the room was so hot I could barely sleep. Another thing that was disappointing was that there was not much in the way of hot water so when I filled the tub to take a soak after a 15 hour trip, I could not relax. I also found long black hair in the tub which is sure not mine since I have blond hair. Overall it was pleasant, I just dont think I will stay here again unless I have to.

The AC didn't work on the first room we were given. When they moved us to a new room, it didn't have bath towels, we asked for the iron and ironing board, it never came... They cleaned the room but didn't seem like they changed the sheets, we found a cockroach in the kitchenette but they never cleaned it and the worst part was a cockroach in the breakfast bar making its way through the bread. I would never stay here again.

This is an excellent hotel for a large family the room is quite large and the balcony a plus. It has a mini kitchen and string wifi. Breakfast was nice.

We stand in the junior suite and it was very nice and clean the staff was very nice and helpful,I was pleased to meet the owner of the hotel ,he came and introduced self to us and we had a couple of laughs (and it was nice to know he's half American if that matters to you),the room was bigger then we expected ,the location was also amazing in walking distance to go just about anywhere but also having the train near was nice too , one only down side was we got two twin size beds i thought it would make sense to have one bed we thought it was weird so be sure to ask them about the beds situation ,we plan to make another trip in January and no doubt we will be coming back to the hotel !!!!!!

Good stay. The very good service received was from the security agent outside the hotel and the ladies at the breakfast. The service at the front desk was at the level of being poor, both when checking in and checking out. Two other negative points: 1) Wifi was not working in my room 2) The bottles of water in the fridge could be charged 20Dh a piece. This is 0,2% of the price of the room. Why not free of charge.

Room was big and spacipus, comfortable ned, amazingly quiet even tho on first floor in busy section of Casa. This area of town a bit dirtier unfortunately, but safe. Thanks to parking guards for handking our car. Always there when we needed it. Would come back.

Rooms are spacious & fairly new. Clean. We rented a quad room which was comfortable with a double bed and two single beds. Has kitchen with fridge and microwave & cooker. The breakfast was very minimal, with no fruit. But they do make eggs to order. No toast. Did not try dinner - went to Rick's Cafe.

This was my first visit to Casablanca and I was really looking forward to visiting the place my parents met. The service was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and nice. The owner is part American and gave us a lot of great tips. All of the employees went out of their way to help. It is convieniently located by the tram. Keep in mind, it is not close to the beach and even though I enjoyed my stay there, you may want to consider a hotel by the beach. Though, the staff is willing to drive you, so for the price, the excellent service and the nice rooms, I would recommend this hotel. If this is your first visit to Casablanca, be prepared for beauty and great adventures but also, be prepared for not very clean conditions, a lot of trash in public spaces and foul smells. Once you can look (smell) beyond that, you will have an amazing adventure.

We arrive at our hotel late at night only to find out that they don't have a room for us and they booked us in another hotel. We have booked our room months in advance and they didn't even had the courtesy to communicate that to us a little in advance so we could prepare ourself.. I feel like this is the non professional way you can deal with things.. They suggested we will take care of everything and the cab driver who took us from that hotel to our new one started asking us for money.. They bell boy of park suites hotel was with us and we told him that the lady at the reception said this will be taken care of by the hotel.. We no communication with us the bell boy and the cab driver started fighting among themselves and pointed finger at us which was frustrating to say the least. We finally got to check into the other hotel which was nice. But the whole inconvenience of switching hotel after a tiring train ride made the last two days of our trip not very pleasant ..

Right downtown, a stone throw from all the government buildings. The staff was responsive and friendly. The room was large, with a seating area and a kitchen. A very comfortable bed rounded off and overall good experience. In the bathroom a few corners had been forgotten during the cleanup, though minor this was annoying. One towel had a big stain,but there was a spare one. One light fitting was slightly hanging off the wall and the desk area did not have a separate light, only the overhead light.

The entire place is filthy. Everything needs to be cleaned, repainted or replaced. Just name all the things you normally look for in a hotel and this one is in need of repair. Just some lowlights... The water did not run for almost 20 hours one day due to solar heating issues. The walls have not been painted anywhere in the hotel since it was new in 1988. Carpets and rugs have never been cleaned. Towels might have been bought at opening but not since. But there is a young lady who works at the desk who couldn't be any nicer, although unable to make any of the needed changes, that should be awarded for even working there. In the 3 nights I was there I think she got 12 hours off the entire time. The fact that I booked through Expidia and could not cancel after walking in and seeing this disaster infuriates me to no end.

This is probably one of the few hotels that I wouldn't care to return to (I am always a positive reviewer). It was in a good location had a decent breakfast. I did find that the staff weren't overly helpful, I had a few staff not so look up when I greeted them, and some staff seemed more interested in their phones than their customers. The room was very comfortable but the wifi would drop out. Not a biggie either, but when I enquired where I could buy alcohol to drink in the room i was told to either go to a bar (not appropriate to take my wife) or buy expensive beers inside, when I found later there was a liquor shop about 5 mins walk away with a great selection and price. Overall it was good to stay their because of the location, but really, most places in that area are ly as good location wise.

Great location if you want to wander around the city and the old Medena. Rooms are clean and very helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like is that my room didn't have a window that opens to the street!

This hotel was nice, as was our room and the staff. I was not pleased with the level of cleanliness in the bathroom, nor with the apparent "expectation" of asking the hotel staff to help figure out how to turn on the tv. The hotel was nicely located although public transportation (taxis in particular) were reluctant to take us there as it would not be beneficial $$$ for them. Breakfast was good.

This is a MUST STAY if you are going to Casablanca..the suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable.. The staff is very professional..Sarah and Fatima zahra at reception are awesome, Alia the manager is absolutely the most kind person in casa..she goes beyond her duties, very helpful she even drove me to a restaurant late by night..thanks to her for this lovely stay...Omar

This hôtel is not at the level of what they charge, indeed I would expect much more for this price. For an externalités phone callI had to get don to the réception because there is no way to make such a call from the room. I had to ask for a second towel as there was only one even though we checked in for two persons. The street outsider is simply disgusting with cats peeling every where and trash on the sidewalks. Not a nice place....

Upon arrival I was told they are fully booked although my confirmation was a while ago.after argument I was forwarded to Husa hotel and was told agreement is made wiith this hotel that they will pay the charges. Arrivalto Husa hotel I was denied check in after a long while tslking back to park suites hotel they lete in but I was even completely un impressed with Husa.

I have booked a double room to spend an overnight stay with my wife before going home. First, the service was good, we were well welcomed and the personnel look very professionnal. The hotel is very modern, well designed and luxious. The room was big, clean and well-designed, there was a small kitchen, a couch, a large HD TV, a nice bathroom (no bath, only shower). We were really astonished by the quality of the room ! However the hotel was hard to find, it's not well known by the taxists. We did not have the chance to try the spa or the fitness room because we did not have enough time but this hotel is excellent !
