Exactly like the pictures, if anything, even more beautiful in real life. The place feels magical. The heating worked perfectly, and the fireplace was an absolute lifesaver during my freezing December stay, creating such a cozy atmosphere with the complimentary mint tea. The pool was hands down my favorite part, surrounded by palm trees, even though the water is cold (totally worth it). The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing, way too much food in the best possible way. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and wonderfully warm, which is a huge deal in the cold winter months. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. A truly beautiful and comfortable place I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Including bathrobes would improve the overall experience.

Mycket vacker Riad.

The Riad is well located — just a 30-minute walk from the main square, yet far enough from the noisy souk area. The facilities are clean, the room is spacious and quiet, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The dinner at the Riad was the best food we had in Marrakesh: truly authentic, delicious home-cooked meals.
Cons: The shower could be improved. The acoustic insulation between rooms is lacking, as we could hear our neighbors talking. The massage room could benefit from better heating.

The location was perfect. 15 minutes walking from the main Square. But also away from the buziness of the city. All the staff are so thoughtful and receives you like if you are at home. All the food is made from fresh ingredients and have very generous portions. The hotel facilities are very comfortable and beautifully arranged. If I have to ever come back to Marrakesh, this would be my place to be.
Cons: There is no one negative point I can say about this place.

Direct access from the airport with the transfert. You don’t need to walk inside the medina. The room is fairly big, the riad is beautiful and everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to get food there at least once, the couscous is the best I have ever had 🤤

The court yard of the Riad was lovely.
Cons: On booking. Com it said the Riad has a bar ,Champagne bar,Menu for snacks such as Burgers etc.Nothing no offer of food only there 3 course Menu which was nice but not every night. We went for my partner 60th Birthday we weren't allowed to bring drink in to toast her birthday. They new it was her birthday and made no fuss.I felt very let down. The air Con didn't work properly and we were cold 1 night. It is a good 25 mins walk to Jamma el Far.We went to the Atlas Mountains it was a great trip.We loved Marrakech so vibrant .Sorry for being Negative. But it was a 60th Birthday ,if it didn't have a Bar or doesn't serve Alcohol we would Not have booked it.

Absolutely loved our stay — Abdal was incredibly kind, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and helping with anything we needed, and the rest of the staff were just as warm and welcoming. The riad and the terrace were truly beautiful, creating such a charming atmosphere.
Cons: A few things could be improved: THE WIFI!! Absolutely no wifi in the rooms, the breakfast was quite limited with not many options, and in Room 4 the light switches didn’t work consistently, so the room felt a bit dim. The shower head and sink tap were also quite old and not the most functional. Overall, the hospitality and the beauty of the riad made our stay memorable, but a few updates would make it even better.

Traditional Riad, very quiet, comfortable bed, lovely pool. Friendly staff
Cons: On the outskirts of the medina, quite far walk to the Koutoubia area. Breakfast wasn’t great - different types of pancake with jams Whilst the staff are friendly did feel a little ripped off by reception. They organised a taxi for us and the price changed although the distance was the same. Charged us 50 dirham for 3 water and the shop outside sold the same for 21. In addition did not give back any change when paying the tax at check out. Felt short changed - literally

If you are a single woman, or traveling on a girls trip, do not stay here. The Riad itself is traditional. However, the neighborhood is not safe for women. The staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful. We were sort of harassed as we walked to the pharmacy, the area is remote and in Medina, and taking a taxi is not readily available. We found another hotel and requested to cancel the remainder of our stay and the Riad has refused to refund any amount despite us not even staying there due to safety concerns. The pool was not clean, the internet had a poor connection, and we had to knock numerous times to be let into the Riad. Also, we had to padlock ourselves inside the room (fire/safety concern) and when we left. We were just disappointed!

An absolutely idyllic boutique hotel with authentic Moroccan historical décor, filled with countless intricate details and patterns. The courtyard with its pool is a peaceful oasis of greenery, where the only music is birdsong. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, but rather a little piece of paradise on earth, complemented by friendly and attentive service. I wholeheartedly recommend it — 100%!

Other than two male staff members there (Nabil), who was extremely accommodating and hospitable, the place was not as expected. Everything is very old and and does not look like the pictures. The area where the riad is based is quite dangerous and not safe for women travelling alone. It is quite far to get to places that are popular. The rooms were dark and the place felt like you’re staying in a dungeon

Cons: Nothing wrong with property, property was in old medina so it was about a 30 minute walk into main area. But it was so lovely to walk.

The staff very polite and helpful, the food is great and it’s a beautiful Riad. I love the decoration and the fact that the room had air conditioning. It’s close to a public parking and because we had a car I can say that the location it’s just fine.
Cons: The bed was big but not comfortable. All the prices are in euros and the property wants to get paid in euros. The exchange rate if you try to pay in the local currency it’s not fair. And to pay with visa they charge a 4% fee

The Riad Le Jardin d'Abdou team was exceptional. They were very polite, helpful and always available. We can't thank them enough for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is probably the cleanest small hotel that I've stayed in and the food was very good. We had great breakfasts and a very tasty dinner. The property is very comfortably laid out with a pleasant courtyard to sit in and enjoy your tea. It was great value for money and I would definitely stay again.
Cons: I can't find anything I didn't like about the hotel. It's 10-15 mins walk from the main square so anyone staying should consider this. But it's an interesting walk through bustling streets and markets so it's not boring.

Love the service from the staff-everyone was helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good and the dinner was excellent. You just need to order your dinner choices in the morning because they will shop for the ingredients that same day. Room was comfortable and cool with the AC. Pool needed to be cleaned daily. Overall great trip. Will return

Lovely Riad with very comfortable bed and facilities. Staff were very helpful too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the riad—the staff was absolutely incredible and made us feel very welcome. The space itself was lovely and comfortable. We loved having breakfast at the riad each morning, though it was almost entirely carbs. The internet connection was inconsistent, which made it difficult to keep up with work. Additionally, there were no nearby coffee spots or shops within walking distance. Medina is close and as expected a crazy place. Be aware that the owner sets his own exchange rate, and meals/spa services are priced in euros but converted into local currency at checkout, which added unexpected costs at the end of our stay.

Overall this Riad offers pretty good value for money within the Medina and within reasonably easy reach of Jemaa El Fnaa. Rooms have beautiful ornate decoration are a good size, very clean and the beds very comfortable. That said, we had to be moved from the 1st room we were allocated due to damp in the bathroom resulting in an overwhelming musty aroma. Fully appreciate that this is a very old property but we found this particular room uninhabitable. We were given a new room but not until the following day. Breakfast is pretty basic but plentiful and evening meals tasty and reasonably priced. All in all, this Riad is an authentic Marrakesh B&B at a reasonable price. The Riad also offers a variety of excursions via a 3rd party and in the main, these private tours offered great value for money. We visited the Atlas Mountains and Essaourira with and were provided with an excellent driver. We also had a walking tour around Marrakesh but sadly this was far less satisfactory. The guide was atrocious, provided very little actual information and most of which he did provide we could have ascertained ourselves. The tour should have lasted 3 hours but was over in 2 and a half. A really poor experience.

The food here was superb. Really enjoyed the evening traditional evening meal. Breakfast was ok. Mainly breads, jam, coffee & tea. Room was very clean with big bed. Bathroom oldy world is best description but everything worked and towels were clean. This is a traditional riad and is in the old part of the town so you are with locals when walking out. It's not a tourist area. Some will like this, some not. Staff very friendly. Nice stop over.

The Riad is the perfect location for walking to the Medina, about 20 mins walk. Although I would say to take a taxi at night as the streets can be a bit intimidating in the dark. A haven of tranquility in one of our favourite cities. Loved the location, which is very much within the local community, not in a tourist neighbourhood. The staff were always so helpful and the room was beautifully clean. Breakfast was lovely.

Just got back from my holiday, me and my two friends had a great experience the accommodation is very clean in a very beautiful traditional Moroccan style building with a small pool in the middle so quite/ tranquil. The staff were very ++++friendly happy to help and very happy which made our stay even more enjoyable. They have Moroccan breakfast however if you want for example eggs in the morning you should ask they will prepare them for you. They have a very nice roof top garden/ sun bathing beds. Nice to chill up there after long day. I could not flute the accommodation only just a few things I should mention which wasn't a problem for us but they maybe a problem to other people. No TVs in the rooms, No kettle/teas in the rooms and also they don't provide ironing board or iron in the rooms. The rooms are massive and the beds are ginormous bigger than the king and the queen beds very comfortable. The rooms are clean every day. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The riad was beautiful and the service was lovely. All staff were very friendly and hospitable.
Cons: You didn’t get any options for breakfast. You were served whatever they had made, which for 4 days in a row was some sort of pastry or pancake. Also this was a big one for me, but there was no privacy within the room. There was cutwork in the doors and windows, which essentially meant anyone can see in. I would suggest anyone staying, stay on the upper floor as due to the seating area on the ground floor, you had people sitting/eating/smoking directly outside the room. They had no iron and bidet was also not working.

We loved this cute and charming riad in a super quiet area of the city. It was a short 20 min. walk to the Bahia Palace. It was a 12 min walk to pizza (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HRAHfwbBtYazQYek8), shawarma, grilled food that was delicious and very inexpensive...and open late. The staff were very kind, honest and helpful. They helped us find a taxi and looked after our bags after checkout. The breakfast was sufficient and offered the local fresh bread. The road was clean and SO quiet and away from the noise and bustle of motor bikes and traffic. We loved the charming ensuite with bespoke decorations. The room was warm (in Dec), clean, included soaps, towels, etc and the bed was cozy We also loved the taxi ride from the airport pickup where we had to go through so many of the old gates/walls. It was the perfect introduction to the city.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Really impressed with their dedication and can do attitude. The central area is very well decorated. The property was clean. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: Being very honest, the bed linen and towels had a very unpleasant odour like mustard oil or something. It was extremely difficult to take a shower because we had to adjust knobs after every one minute (water temperature was constantly changing between too hot and too cold). I believe the water pressure motor needs to be fixed. There were no dental/shaving kits or soap provided even though free toiletries are mentioned, however; we were provided liquid hand wash, shampoo (not so great) and body wash. There was no water bottle, kettle, tea etc. provided in the room. There was no sort ironing facility at the property. We had to use a laundry shop at 2 mins walking distance. It would still be nice to have ironing facility so one can use when laundry shop is not open. The WiFi was way too slow (literally doesn’t work). 25 mins walk to main Medina square.

The location.
Cons: 1) I asked specifically for gluten free bread the day before as my partner is intolerant to gluten, they responded “yes it’s okay” and never arranged it. They just said “we’re sorry” and brought loads of bread I alone could eat. 2) no hot water for two people to shower. Both evening and morning we only had about enough (4-5min) for one person to shower. The excuse they gave me was “there was a guest this morning who showered” sorry? Wtf do I care? I am paying to stay at your riad, you should have hot water for more than 5’

The Riad was beautiful inside, the room was of a high standard, very clean and comfortable and so traditional. The staff absolutely made this stay enjoyable, everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. Another high point was the food - hands down the best tagine we had all week!
Cons: I've read a lot about the location- yes it's a good 20 minute walk to the heart of the medina and whilst at first it didn't feel the best walk (very residential and busy/ chaotic) I very quickly got used to the route! But if you want to be close to the action this riad is a little further out

Breakfast was very basic, no eggs, yoghurts or fruit, we were only served bread. Very spacious and lovely riad! Our room was very clean and the riad itself was beautiful. They also have a restaurant which serves really good food. There's accessible road just outside the riad if you wanted a taxi.

Tucked away on the edge of the medina, it’s about 20 odd minutes walk to the souks. If you want to go down to Bahia Palace which is a little further, 10 minutes (100 dirham) in a taxi. We were late getting in on the first night as clearing immigration in Marrakech takes a while, but they’d kept our meal for us which was super. Staff have excellent English which is great as my Arabic amounts to “thank you” and they are so helpful with advice, directions, taxi booking etc. The lovely gentleman on reception rang our excursion to check it was all booked and the tour operator was picking us up. Breakfast is included, coffee was delicious. Honestly, a lovely little spot. Comfy bed, good shower and a delightful retreat after the hustle and bustle of a day exploring and of course souk shopping! Highly recommend and would stay again, great value for money.

The plunge pool was clean and refreshing. Room was a reasonable size. Housekeeping service was efficient. Was in a quieter area on the outskirts within the Medina walls. Would not recommend staying here on your own as very empty streets walking back from the central square and central Medina in the dark.
Cons: The breakfast was poor and pretty much the same every day. Bread, bread and more bread with honey or jam. No fruit, eggs or yoghurt. I asked if there was anything else to eat as I don’t eat bread but nothing else. The sunbeds are on the roof Level 3 and the pool on the ground floor so very disjointed. No kettle or safe in the room. All the towels look old and discolored (gray) and need replacing. The Riad is pretty but lacks the finer details. Not a 5 star hotel by any means.

Absolutely stunning Riad, very comfortable and well priced for the accomodation side of things.
Cons: The dinner deal is only valid if you book before arriving, which isn’t specified. The breakfast was 100% carbs (bread and Moroccan pancake) and no fruit or alternative milks for those lactose intolerant. It was quite far out from the square (20 mins walking in 35 degrees) so prepare €5 each way by taxi to the square/ markets.

Best riad I've stayed in during my entire trip around Morocco! I entered it in the evening after a somewhat hectic train + taxi trip and was stunned by how quiet and peaceful it was. Such a stark contrast between the world outside and the riad! This was especially appreciated after every venture into the Marrakech medina which is very intense. The staff were absolutely lovely, extremely attentive guys that were available 24/7 and helped out with every request. They've also helped us order a taxi and shared some local tips. The rooms are not very new but they feel very, very authentic and cozy. I've switched 2 rooms during my stay here and both were clean and very comfy. They also offer a paid dinner menu that is very, very good. My friend and I tried it twice - he ended up loving both his meals, for me one of them was a miss (my bad - accidentally ordered something I don't like) but the dishes are all very authentic and cooked well.
Cons: While breakfast was served in the best way possible (brought to your table with tea, coffee, and orange juice), it was a little plain for my taste. It was all entirely sweet and made up of different types of Moroccan bread (no fruits/veggies) and jam. All very delicious but I would have loved to have some savory options as well.

The riad felt like an escape from the city and is easily accessible by car. The food was tasty and the staff were lovely.
Cons: Breakfast felt a little limited (no fruit or yoghurt) and we weren’t told to order dinner as soon as we arrived so it then took an hour from ordering to having dinner. The rooftop terrace has lots of air conditioning units on its west side which means you have to stand next to them all to watch the sunset.

This is an amazing riad, an exceptional value for money deal. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They take care of the place in a way that shows they love what they are doing, kepping the place always tidy and clean. Absolutely recommended. It will surely be my accommodation whenever I return to Marrakesh.
Cons: Spare some short money for taxi transportation to get to the centre of the Medina, as the riad is about a 25 minute walk from there.

Large room, nice pool, comfy bed.
Cons: Terrible breakfast, consisting of only a few pieces of bread and crepe or muffin per person. There were NO fruits, vegetables or protein or dairy of any sort. This was just a snack. Did you even include water, had to ask and was charged extra for this (in a country where the water is not drinkable this is unacceptable). Not enough hot water, and water would run cold when trying to shower in the morning.

Stunning traditional riad, within the old city walls but, accessible by car/taxi. Staff were friendly and looked after us really well, they booked us taxi’s, printed off boarding passes. The food was delicious, both the evening meals and breakfast, all homemade & fresh.

Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful architecture inside, spacious room and good food :)
Cons: Rooms are spacious but need some renovations, specially the bathroom. Rust around sink and soap holders. We had stayed at another Riad the week prior on the other side of the Medina and preferred that area better. We didn't feel super safe walking in this area and it's a 25 minute walk to the main market which is a bit far.

I want to gate keep this place so badly but everyone should experience staying in such a beautiful and local riad. We booked a standard room which was very large, well cleaned everyday and beautiful in general. It is located in a quieter part of town and we felt very safe and welcomed but not only the road owner and staff who were exceptional hosts but also the locals living by the riad. Watching the sunset on the terrace was also a special experience. As a woman I felt very safe! There is also a small store next door selling all sorts of snacks and drinks (the guy running it was super friendly and didn’t rip us off at all). All in all if your looking for a genuine local Moroccan experience that is fairly priced look no further
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect!!!

Beautiful rooms and courtyard. Very courteous and helpful staff. Immaculately clean. Very peaceful and serene. Very luxurious feeling. Excellent value for money.
Cons: The pool was being re-grouted while I was there which meant there was no water in it. This was one of the main reasons I chose this riad so was disappointed that I wasn’t informed in advance.

Excellent staff, very friendly, accommodating and most sincere and kind hospitality from everyone working in the Riad. The chef prepared the most incredible menu, which was by far the best food we have had in Morocco during our entire trip and deserves 10+ stars, we’re still dreaming of it. Location is also great, a bit on the outer skirt of the medina but perfectly reachable by taxi and foot (we walked most of the time, except late in the evening), which makes the location a bit quieter with less tourists around and more local people. We loved our stay here and will be back most definitely. Thank you!

Riad itself was beautiful, beds were comfortable and staff super friendly. Located just far enough so it's not too loud but still within walkable distance to the main tourist attractions. I personally really enjoyed the walk to the souks as it gave me an opportunity to see another side of Marrekesh, outside the tourist areas. We booked dinner for the first night which was delicious & hassle free after landing and having to queue 1.5 hours to clear customs. (The bottle of wine doubled the cost of dinner so I would suggest sticking to the soft drinks)

Nice hotel, but not nice people
Cons: The WORST service I’ve experienced in the 17 counties I’ve been to. The rooms do not have a refrigerator, so I kindly asked for a cup with ice and the manager DENIED it! Per the manager if the worker of the Riad comes he will ask why isn’t there any ice… who denied water or ICE??? Per the manager if I wanted ice I had to purchase a coffee. Also, they offered us tea and the charged us for it. I would’ve preferred if they told us it will get added to your for this amount. “No communication” the property charges 4X for a cab DO NOT use there Taxi service!!!! Book in advance with a different taxi they will charge and arm and leg!!!!

Cons: The way that they treat you is horrible. I asked for ice and literally the guy in the front told me that the manager will count the Ice and they will get in trouble and he did not giving me ice. Also, they will give you a tea and when you leave the hotel check out, they will charge you for the tea without letting you know there is a charge, they are really rude. Not a good place to stay. They will charge you 3 times what a taxi charges.. They rip people be careful.

The Riad was perfectly peaceful and calming to enjoy our evenings away from the city noise. Our room was beautiful with a touch to Morrocan architecture and only 20 mins to the Souk. One of us was ill and the staff made sure to provide any medication, hot water etc needed. The dinner was delicious, one of the best lamb tagines we had tasted. We decided to eat at the Riad itself over and over again. The best part was the roof top with chairs to sum bathe in, watch the mountains or simply immerse in terrace views.

Kind and welcoming staff. Looks just like the pictures. The best lemon chicken tagine we had during whole trip. Breakfasts were good though a lot of sweet options which is typical of Morocco. Booked a driver to take us to airport and he made sure we found the correct car hire people - thank you for taking care of us! Around 20 minute walk to centre.
Cons: Extremely lumpy pillows, very uncomfortable. The shower trickles (no water pressure) and goes from boiling hot to cold. Since this is a riad noise echos and it could be quite loud at night. Would like more savoury options at breakfast e.g. eggs

The breakfast was very nice and the service excellent! We had dinner at the Riad twice during our stay and really enjoyed the service, the atmosphere and the traditional Moroccan food. The service mentality of our hosts was top class and we would recommend the stay to our closest friends.
Cons: I would not mention anything disliking. The location is worth mentioning, with the Riad located in the outskirts of the Medina so you would walk through many different neighborhoods to get to the center of the Medina (unless ordering a taxi). But that was a part of the experience for us, to enjoy the culture and explore the local traditions :)

The property is beautiful. Looked absolutely amazing in all the photos and all. The staff members were polite. I truly enjoyed all the photos and memories I made at this hotel.
Cons: The doors of the rooms have holes in them which you can see through. We were on the ground floor we could see staff members walking around when the door was closed. If we could see them that means they could also possibly see us . Say if one was changing their clothes …. When mentioned to the staff members this was completely disregarded. Also one of the staff members tried tipping if off on one of the excursions he was charging double to any of the companies which charge half that price within t the market.

What a wonderful find! The streets on the way there aren’t much to look at and when you first pull up you might wonder what you’re getting into but once you’re in and you close the doors this is such a beautiful place to stay! Clean, welcoming and so quiet considering the other side of the walls is the street hustle and bustle! We used the airport transfer they offer for both airport journeys so didn’t have to worry about taxis. The staff were so attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Having only 9 rooms means everything seemed very personal and we were always greeted with a smile and a hello. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning (there was no choice of menu but it was still good), tea coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice too. We had dinner there one evening and the food was incredible, the chicken and lamb tajines come highly recommended! Rooftop terrace where the staff would come up to check whether you needed anything. Yes you can get beer/alcohol here (I know not all the Riads offer it). The room itself was spacious and clean, very traditional but still had modern comforts. Some people might find the location a little out the way but for us it was no problem, once you done the walk once (15/20mins to the main square) you could find your way easily. Yes you do have to walk down some side streets and you have plenty of locals to go past but we were barely pestered or spoken to, maybe a couple of times across all the times we went back and forward. I also had the 2 hour massage and facial and it was fantastic! Overall, if you want somewhere authentic, welcoming and great value for money, try this place out, you won’t be disappointed!
Cons: Nothing not to like, but I would say if you’re in a rush to get out or check out when you’re leaving, plan your showers as the shower in our room needed 15mins or so to ‘recharge’ once one of us had used it for 10mins, so just something to be aware of if you have dinner reservations for example.

Lovely Riad! Fairly straight forward to find. All of the staff are so kind and will accommodate all of your needs. My only issues were that with the included breakfast we were given free orange juice, tea and coffee but had to pay for any water. It's very annoying when I can't drink juice, tea and coffee to be charged for water. The room had an overall sewage like smell, that filled the room that was coming from the sink. We kept the windows open as much as possible but if we went out for the day we obviously couldn't do that. Finally the pillows are very uncomfortable. Out of the 5 pillows that were in our room only 1 was not lumpy, we took that pillow to reception to ask if we could have more of that type of pillow and were told that the thin lumpy ones were new and therefore we couldn't swap as they didn't have the other old ones.

Cons: The bathroom was awful in terms of water pressure. Was very hard to have a shower as the water kept turning on and off. Also it's a 15 min walk from the main square with not much around. That's not the hotel's fault, more so ours for not realising.

We were really pleased with our choice of Riad. Le Jardin d'Abdou was beautiful; like an oasis closed off from the rest of the city. When we arrived the courtyard was cool and calm, we enjoyed some tea and watched the birds dancing around the palms. The Riad is 10-15 minutes walk from the main souks and at first we were slightly concerned about walking through a new city, but the area around the Riad is full of families, children playing and tradespeople going about their daily lives. I spoke to the miller and tailor across the street and the carpenter working on a renovation down the road. All the people we met were friendly and welcoming and we felt really comfortable and safe. Abdel and his team have really hit the mark with their Riad it was not at all pretentious, rather it was charming and understated. We only wish we could have stayed longer, when we come back to Marrakech, (and we will,) the Riad Jardin d'Abdou is going to be where we want to stay.

It’s clean and the staff are helpful
Cons: The location is really bad in terms of what you need to cross to get here. We stayed at other Riads as well however the road to get here is more market like. The toilet and shower are run down and the beds have springs that poke you and can give you a bad back. The room itself is a dark dungeon. The staff are helpful but they aren’t equipped to give you suggestions on places to visit. For everything we asked, we were told to walk to the market street.

Nothing
Cons: empty riad it's in a bad place inaccessible (difficult) by car Small swimming pool (dirty) There's no light on the roof additional tax to add (to be paid when leaving the riad) for each day and each person the riad service calls me they say: (where is our hair dryer?) after checkout not recommended (very bad experience)

Everyone is so kind and very professional. Our flight delayed and we got there later than it was supposed but everything went really well.
Cons: It’s a bit far from the center to go during night so we stayed in, or you need a taxi… but otherwise the road is beautiful

We only spent the night before flying out of Morocco, but the room was really spacious, everything was clean and the staff very welcoming. The place looks amazing and is very well kept. We were welcomed with mint tea and pastries while we waited for our room, and water in the room. The neighborhood is very quiet and far away from the hassle and bustle of the center of Medina. 1 km away from Jemaa El Fnaa and restaurants.

Clean, the staff were great, we were received with Ataï and Moroccan sweets, the breakfast was traditional Moroccan, the beds were stiff but comfortable to sleep in, the shower had both cold and hot water but the pressure comes and goes (it is a Riad after all), all in all we definitely recommend it. I
Cons: Nothing about the property it was great. But keep in mind in summer it is rather hot (we arrived with the heatwave), and you need to walk to Bab Al Awan to find a taxi. Best to use apps like Careem or InDrive.

I like Welcoming Moroccan tea and biscuits Although it’s traditionally made but still wonderful design and architecture and perfectly organised.

The property is unreal! The riad was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. They clean and change the sheets and towel’s every day. The food was amazing and the complimentary tea was so good! I really love the tea! The rooftop was nice too. The staff, we couldn’t ask for more, they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful! They have arranged almost all of our transportations from the airport and all around morocco even long distance drive. Thank you so much to the staff and the drivers we really appreciate your help. We recommend the riad so much

The riad had so much character we loved it. Was only there for one night and day but we made the most of it. Booked a massage aswell. Was perfect to relax and chill. Loved the courtyard with pool. Room was spacious.
Cons: The fact you have to walk just over 5min to get a taxi. In the heat of 45° wasn't a good thing. Local taxus drop you off at the riad getting hold of taxis was hard in the heat. Breakfast could've have been more we had juice pancakes coffee no eggs! But overall its not bad.

lovely peaceful little gem, staff were very friendly, we arrived late but they prepared the best meal for us, the value for money is exceptional
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like really if I was to pick one issue it was the fact the water in the shower didn’t drain away well but we thought it made it more authentic!

Very peaceful, really felt at home and love the candles at night. The staff are very helpful too.
Cons: Our room was a corner room and so we didn't have a window, that wasn't great. However it was a comfortable room and the maids to a brilliant job. Also the shower goes stone cold ever few minutes, once you work out the rhythm you'll be okay.

The Riad was a wonderful tranquil spot away from the bustle of Marrakesh. A great place to relax after a day of sighseeing. The breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, pancakes, breads and jam was delicious as were the evening meals. To choose from the full range of the evening menu it was necessary to order in the morning to allow time for the ingredients to be bought and prepared. This was no problem at all. The best thing about the riad were the staff. They were all extremely helpful and looked after us really well.
Cons: Nothing really. It was all good. The 15 minute walk into the centre of Marrakesh was easy after the hotel staff had told us exactly which was the best route to take.

The entire Riad Le Jardin d’Abdou team made our stay a very enjoyable experience, with a special thanks to Moustafa for his suggestions on sight seeing and providing great directions. We enjoyed relaxing in the cool of the central garden and dipping in the pool after returning from our sight seeing. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our room with it’s classically Moroccan styling was charming and comfortable and the air-con was really appreciated during the hot weather! All the staff were so friendly and helpful; we would certainly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

What a beautiful and quaint Riad, It was just so relaxing and the staff were all wonderful. I would definitely return to this place. There is only one thing I would suggest to improve the Terrace and that would be to have a single shower area just to cool off as we went up there to catch some sun and it was almost 40 degrees. My wife and I only managed about 30 minutes on the Terrace as it was just to hot. If you could just cool off in a shower every so often it would be more bearable up there. Thank you for our stay. Happy customers 😀

A nice riad with hotel style approach. There is a front desk and the staff is ready to help for suggestions. There is a small pool and an inside restaurant (where we didn't eat cause it was already full when we diced to eat there).
Cons: The location is a bit on the edge of the medina.

Great location which is a 20 min walk through market areas to the main square. I never felt unsafe. Lovely room which was really large. We were welcomed with an arabic tea. It is an really calm.and quite Oasis with the centre and chaos of the old medina. It's the perfect place to relax after a day out. Our son loved the pool which was small.but guided for a small one.
Cons: The showering our room wasn't the best. It was hard to regulate the temperature with it fluctuating between very hot and very cold. This wasn't ideal with a small child. Also, the wifi didn't work at all every night between 1900 and 2200 when most guests were connected. This sucked as we were looking forward to relaxing as a family with a movie after a hard day sightseeing. The

This is a riad at the end of the Medina, so you are far from the touristic area. It is authentic and not fancy, as I thought from the pictures. The problem is that there is no water pressure in the riad, and the hot water come and go, so you simply cannot shower normaly. Changing a room did not help. We never experienced such a situation in the world. Therefore we checked out after 3 nights of the 6, but they billed us for the whole 6 without our consent (although saying that they will ubderstand if we will check out)! simply un accepted.
