We've spent four days at this lovely hotel. The room was comfortable with everything you need plus some, cleaned to perfection. The food was exceptionally and made that bit better by the wonderful staff, at breakfast Abdelfhafour couldn't have done more, a lovely start to the day. In the Nobu restaurant, we were looked after by Ayoub, who recommended some amazing dishes. A huge thank you to the whole team. We can't wait to return.

I stayed here for a weekend with my husband, and we planned to spend most of our time enjoying the spa and rooftop pool. We were provided two robes in the room, and housekeeping came only once during our three-day stay. Since there was a trolley outside our door, I helped myself to fresh towels and robes as needed, and the used ones were later collected as expected. We used the robes for multiple spa visits and exchanged them for dry ones each time, as nothing was ever explained about a specific process or requirement to return the original robes to the room. At checkout, the front desk manager accused us of taking robes. He claimed three were missing, so we went back to the room, took photos of all three, and showed him. Despite this, he insisted more were missing and pushed us to pay for additional robes. The manager was also extremely rude to my husband—using what felt like a mocking tone—and we both felt cornered into paying an extortionate amount for what appears to be a robe worth no more than £50. Being charged £250 per robe felt completely unreasonable. The whole situation left us shocked, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed. We strongly caution others and recommend sticking to reputable 5-star hotels. Nobu may be known for its food, but our experience with the hotel was far below expectations.

The whole experience at the Nobu Hotel has been fantastic. Everyone was really friendly and attentive. Nassima at breakfast was especially friendly and was really attentive. I would thoroughly recommend here and will 100 % return. Well done Nobu Hotel

We stayed in the Nobu Riad! It was simply amazing. Beautiful property. Mehdi and Yousef made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. We did a themed dinner at the Riad and we couldn't have been happier. Our rooms were fresh and refreshed every evening. The breakfast staff made the best morrocan omelets. If you are thinking about booking the Riad. Immediately Yes!

Great rooftop restaurant and pool but the music is far too loud! Great food, attentive staff. Our room was the floor under the bar so quite noisy although music didn’t go on too late. Pool lovely and staff great in the day but not really necessary to have my sunbed thudding with the music when I was trying to chill out & read! Maybe it’s to keep the vibe younger but my teenager also thought it could be turned down a bit! Good stay, food good quality and our room was very spacious and clean.

Wonderful Stay at the Nobu My husband and I spent 5 days in Marrakech. This was our second visit and we decided to stay closer to the action and landed on the Nobu. It’s a very nice hotel and close to the airport and higher end restaurants, night life, the Medina and hotels. Plus, the hotel offers private car service to certain areas and you can pay for areas beyond the allocated perimeter: we paid to/from the hotel and to Agadir for the day and the price was competitive with other private car services. They have a nice fleet to choose from (Land Rover and Mercedes). Prior to our arrival, the lead concierge, Redouane, was extremely helpful in making birthday details and vehicle selection for our private transportation from the airport. Idriss, our driver, was absolutely amazing and extremely professional. He helped us throughout our stay and gave us a private tour of Agadir. The vibe at the Nobu is very hip and vibrant which matches my style. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a popular spot for visitors and locals. The downstairs restaurant bar was also beautiful. The entire staff was very accommodating and worked as one unit. The other Concierge, Jamal, was very helpful in making restaurant, hammam and other recommendations and took care of every reservation and details. The guys at the door, the restaurant staff, the bar staff, the breakfast crew, the pool staff, The rooftop DJ, Zack, the housekeeping staff and even the gentleman who played the guitar at breakfast were ALL amazing, attentive and professional. Special shout outs to: Redouan, Jamal, germe, Idriss, Aziz, Mohssim, Nassima, Abdel, Adman, Ibtissan, Nezha, Mohssine, Achraf, and so many others that I don’t have names for but truly appreciated. We”ll be back!

The hotel had a great atmosphere and lovely design. The rooms were luxurious, clean and comfortable, and the rooftop bar is fabulous. Most of staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff, who were excellent. Motassium was particularly kind and attentive, he even memorised our coffee order! We had only two small criticisms: one, the noise level. It was very noisy until around 12am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We were out until fairly late so didn’t mind, but if you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this isn’t the one for you! Secondly, some of the service wasn’t as attentive as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Although overall it was great value for money, some of the guest experiences (eg check in and concierge), could be better.

I use Hilton Hotels at least 89 times per year and Nobu Marrakesh is one of the very best Hilton hotels I have ever visited. I stayed at Nobu for 5 nights and the layout, design, hygiene all top marks. The staff were absolutely amazing with special mentions to the Concierge Jamal for handling our massive list of demands and the two cleaning ladies Halima and nouhaila for taking the extra effort for preparing our room in celebration of my 20th anniversary (Thank you). The check-in and out was seemless. The restaurant staff were superb and very attentive and the food on offer was top-notch quality. The Pool staff were 100% dedicated to your comfort and keeping you hydrated, fed and comfortable. Well done Nobu Hotel. You really do top the higher end of the league table. Thank you

A great place - excellent service overall, our suite was spacious and comfortable and the restaurants were terrific - particularly Nobu on the ground floor. The rooftop bar/pool was a very nice area but I can only assume whoever was in charge of the music volume was having some sort of personal crisis - loud tunes in the evening is fair enough as it’s a club like environment but I dont need to feel my bones shaking from the thudding base at midday. Otherwise perfect!

Fabulous hotel, great location. Lovely decor, travelled with my sister and we felt very safe, we loved the rooftop pool and bar, and the evenings were wonderful. Great food and service. Oussama looked after us so well by the pool and at lunchtime, and Redoune the concierge was so helpful arranging a private guide for the colourful souks and taxis to and from restaurants and tickets to the YSL gardens. A fab trip would highly recommend.

I almost didn’t book this hotel because of a few reviews mentioning noise, but I’m so glad I did — we didn’t find it loud at all! The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and felt completely safe, even while traveling with my 16-year-old son. The location is excellent — close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and private when you want to unwind. And when you do want a bit more energy, just head upstairs to the rooftop bar — the vibe, views, and music are fantastic. A special thank you to Jamila, our housekeeper, for her amazing attention to detail, and Nasima in the lobby and breakfast area for her warmth and professionalism. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Nobu Marrakech exceeded every expectation — stylish, welcoming, and perfect for both relaxation and family travel.

Nobu has been the perfect home Riad during our stay in Marrakech with friends. Location is great, right next to the buzzing Jemaa el Fna square, and still remain calm and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, decorated with a lot of taste and beautiful finitions. Shared areas are comfortable and allowed us to spend quality time together. The rooftop has this beautiful view over the medina and the famous Koutoubia mosque. But what really made our stay magical and took it to the next level, is the kindness of the staff ! They were always available and ready for any small request we may need with professionalism and happiness. Especially Medhi that has been assisting us before and after our stay, from transfers to small errands and qualitative recommendations, making our trip so smooth and easy, thank you again 🙏🏽 I will of course be back and can only recommend Nobu Riad for friends and family trips ✨

This beautifully designed hotel is centrally located in the fashionable neighborhood of Hivernage in Marrakech. Perfectly situated with the view of the Kutubia Mosque and the ramparts of the Medina walls with the bab of the Royal Mansour and the La Mamounia in the foreground while the Medina and Atlas Mountains stand on the horizon. The service was exceptional! The rooftop pool is small but lovely with extensive views and outstanding vibes. The rooftop restaurant serves a wide variety fresh food on a circular shaded deck. The rooms are generous and beautifully appointed with a dreamy bed, modern Moroccan art, separate wc, shower and tub. Room service was fast and super convenient having arrived late the first night. Lots going on in and around the hotel. Make use of the WhatsApp chat with Guest Services- it was extremely useful for reservations at the spa and restaurants. Kowtar at guest services is a star! Professional, friendly and responsive she handled everything we needed with ease. Jamil the concierge is the heart of the entrance with his warm smile and YES attitude we were in excellent hands. Speaking of hands, god bless Nejla the masseuse’s at the Pearl Spa. I saw her three times! Excellent! If you want to do the hammam I recommend doing it at 8:30 pm because after steaming and being scrubbed by the caring Amina you will want a glass of water and to hit the bed. I promise the best nights rest in your life! That is if your room isn’t too booming from the DJ on the roof or Taj Mahal. Both need to be experienced. Miss it already! Good times

What a fantastic hotel! We spent 5 days there as a family and had a great time. Faultless really though the music on the superb rooftop terrace was a bit loud most of the time for people of a certain age. Truly exceptional service with Jamal the concierge to the fore.

A wonderful four night stay here with my husband for a long weekend break to Marrakesh. We were so impressed with this hotel - the room was excellent, the breakfast (and service there) was outstanding. The rooftop pool a real highlight - so enjoyable and great food and drinks up there too. I was wary of the music up there as had read reviews but me and my husband (early 30s) had no issue with it - it wasn’t too overbearing and created a nice vibe! I had requested a lower floor room which was given, so perhaps I would feel differently if directly below. . . Would absolutely recommend and return to this oasis in the stunning bustling city that is Marrakesh!

We had a good experience at this hotel. The service and food during breakfast were great! Nassima, our waitress, was wonderful. If you’re ever there ask for her. Jamal, the concierge, was friendly and helpful. He booked activities and dinner reservations for us in a timely manner. You will enjoy him. Jamal even followed up with me to ensure we made it home. The only issue we had was with the waitstaff at the Rooftop Garden. It took a long time for the waiters to take our order every time we had dinner there.

Just returned from a 4 night break with 3 girl friends. It was our 3rd visit and we were lucky enough to be given a suite with a connecting room. Stunning rooms and the absolute comfiest bed I have ever slept in. As with our previous visits we had the most fantastic time from the concierge service provided by Jamal (amazing) and his team managing to get us the unavailable tables in all the best places and taking us when possible too! To the friendly breakfast and pool staff and the fantastic DJ. We loved having some time lounging by the pool and had lunch most days. It gets busy at sunset as it’s a fabulous location too. I always wanted to stay in a Riad but Nobu is so perfect we dare not go anywhere else, until next time 🩷

Exactly what my husband and I were looking for. A little oasis of chic luxury with just the right amount of attentiveness by staff. Spa was great, poolside atmosphere was lively but chill and restaurants were excellent. Proximity to everything was also very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place escape, or a better concierge than Jamal! He made our stay truly seamless.

What an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning, the aesthetics chic, but the absolute stand out is the staff and service. From airport pick up, the hard to get restaurant reservations and the friendly smiles and ‘nothing is too much’ attitude of all the staff is exceptional. A special shout out Redouane the concierge who is phenomenal! Friendly, helpful and an absolute restaurant reservation booking machine! We would definitely return.

We stayed there only 1 night before our drive to Sahara desert. For Hilton loyalists it is a great hotel with beautiful rooftop pool, bar and lounge area (not Hilton lounge). The lobby sitting area is small. The breakfast is good with nice garden, wooden bridge over flowing water in the garden, bird-chirping sounds. Rooms are very beautiful and still we found a Riad stay more charming than this.

Location is BANG in the heart of everything you go to Marrakech for! Food, fun and entertainment. And the Nobu Hotel? The welcoming was second to none. A special effort was made to get us into our rooms ASAP with our early arrival. No false fake smiles. Felt as though I/we had been there before even though it was our first time. And becuase we arrived early, all stops were pulled out with a tour of the hotel grounds and facilities available. Our room, a suite, was of a standard that I'd have been happy to spend the entire holiday in and just chill. Niiiice! On the roof of the hotel is the circular pool with an island of beds at its centre, restaurant and lounging area. During the day, once you've chosen your spot, the DJ drops the choonz you lay back on your sun lounger and absorb the rays to. On our first day we spoiled our planned evening meal by over-consuming afternoon food while we lay sun bathing. It was not deliberate, but it was too delicious not to. In the evening the atmosphere becomes more vibrant. Yes the music gets louder, drinks start to flow, and the entertainment acts come out vibing to the music being played. If you plan on a quiet holiday, yes you can have it here, but a word of caution, stay on a lower level away from roof entertainment. If you love a workout in the gym before breakfast, this too is possible in the sub floor area. Oh! and if you love you morning swim theres a beautiful pool I was almost tempted to use (no I'm not a water lover) because it looks sooo inviting and atmospheric. We stayed for a long weekend, but I have to say, "It was not long enough a stay to sample everything." We plan on returning next year with friends 2026. Nearly forgot to mention my breakfast! From the first time of making, the cheff remembered how I like my eggs with a llittle kick, onions, peppers, chilli and paprika mmm. All in all, a beautiful, well laid out hotel, accommadating, friendly and very helpful staff. Can't say I saw a miserable face my whole time there! Special mentions for staff members: Nassima and Moatasim. There was another waiter/barman who's name escapes me (apologies). All were magnificent staff members, friendly and accomodating. As a side mention, maybe NOBU should change its name to YESBU! Top Marks!!

We had a spectacular experience at Nobu Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO attentive & we spent 5 days of bliss. Nassima looked after me so well at breakfast, I had a sore throat & she prepared ginger tea with lemon & honey for me every morning & Jamal on the concierge team booked all of our excursions for us, arranged drivers & even made our restaurant reservations - nothing was too much. He even text to ensure I arrived home safely. I’ve never had service like it & will remember it forever. Thank you all at Nobu. x

What a vibe! After seeing so many videos online, I had to visit Nobu Rooftop bar, and it didn’t disappoint. The pool and seating areas are beautiful, and we enjoyed cocktails and light bites while watching the sunset. The atmosphere is stunning, and I’d definitely recommend a visit.

Stayed at Nobu Hotel, loved it you feel very safe as they have a lot of staff on hand at all times. Concierge Redouane was so helpful! Always so chatty and gave us his time. We had a lovely gentleman at breakfast who made the best vanilla lattes! They have someone playing a guitar Thursday - Saturday at breakfast that was lovely! Really nice stay! Would recommend. Always use the tariff taxis advised by the hotel as the ones on the street are con artists!

This is the best Hotel i have stayed in, having stayed in many Hiltons - this really is luxury. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Every inch of the hotel is maticulously clean to the highest standard. I normally travel for business but this was a holiday and it exceeded my expectations. There is a large selection at breakfast in a serene, calming garden setting with staff especially Abdelghafour making sure we were happy. There is a great rooftop pool and bar which comes alive at night overlooking Marrakesh. The hotel helped us everyday with trips, taxis, - Jamal on the front desk made our trip so easy by recommending great reasturants and how to get to places. We will definitley be returning as we didnt get to use the spa but we did have a look on our final day and it looked amazing ! The tranquil feel, decor, helpful staff and standard of this hotel made our trip fantastic

This hotel is absolutely epic. It’s beautifully designed, smells amazing, has incredible staff working there who can’t do enough for you and the entire hotel just seeps effortless style, luxury and class. I’ve travelled the entire world and stayed in some of the most incredible hotels and his is up there in my top 3. You won’t regret it and the rooftop pool/bar/dj makes an incredible experience…. Our stay at Nobu Hotel Marrakech was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the grounds were well kept and the drivers were hospitable. Youssef made sure we were picked up in a clean black Mercedes Benz, with the driver in a suit and tie. They also can drop you off wherever you want during your stay, which is helpful for those whom just want to relax like myself. Our room service was absolutely delicious! It was actually better than most of the restaurants we went to in the city. I would say what sets Nobu apart was the people and professionalism exuded. There is an ATM that Nobu owns across the street for travelers nervous about the exchange rates. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. I’m diffidently coming back!

I cannot say enough about the staff and my experience at Nobu Hotel. First off, the hotel property is gorgeous. The location is prime + in close proximity to all of the main sights and fabulous restaurant spots. I love the extra touches to the rooms, a kimono, fluffy robes, and Morocco inspired slippers that actually fit your feet! :-) A special shoutout to Redoune (who was the concierge) Nassima and Abdelghofour. These staff members + others at the hotel property went above and beyond. Redoune’s recommendations were exceptional and each night + excursion left us wanting more of the Morocco experience. Breakfast, each day, was beautifully set up overlooking the pool area if dining outside if your thing + there was a lovely man playing live music that puts you right in a spa/relaxation mode. It didn’t stop there. The gym was perfect (if you workout) even while on your vacation and the spa treatments were AMAZING (all caps)! Finally, the restaurant rooftop and pool brought all of the vacay vibes + so much more. I heart Marrakech + I will be back to visit this property again! A special thanks to the staff for making this experience a memorable one.

This hotel was excellent! The location is perfect, the venue has such a cool vibe, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. We also used the Pearl Spa facilities, where Rabia was fantastic and very professional. Finally, the food was outstanding, we especially loved the Asian fusion dishes. We will definitely be going back! Our stay at Nobu, was just incredible. It’s a nice, intimate hotel and the staff are more than helpful but we can’t thank Jamal on Concierge enough. He made sure that we were okay everyday, would message us to see if we needed anything, would organise all transport and day trips for us. He really is a credit to the Nobu Team, they are lucky to have him. This is the perfect location to stay, you are in walking distance of Medina and can travel by Taxi to most visited destinations in 6- 8 minutes.

Very nice atmostphere, so good value for money, didn’t spend a lot and we ate quite a bit. The views are absolutely stunning and vibe is good. Entertainment not the best but nice vibes. Would be nice for me of a girls night. Went there for date night , very nice

I did not enjoy the stay at Nobu. For a 5 star hotel at that price.. I expected WAY better. The first day me and wife were there.. cleaning services knocked on the door 3 times within 4 hours. Once to say “do you need towels” then an hour later th wet knock again to ask about the mini bar” and then 2 hours later “you need anything?”. I appreciate they are trying to take care of us but they crossed that line into bothering us. So I turned on the DND sign. Then what did they do? Started calling the room. I had to ask them to please leave us alone. On top of that, the cleaning lady just walked in without knocking while my wife was changing. My wife screamed in panic. I ran to the door to talk at her to get out and she just said “sorry wrong room.” The sink in the bathroom didn’t work, they had to come and fix it. The man who brought room service food to the room was very disrespectful and rude. And the AC was making squeezing noises all through the night. First and last time I ever stay at Nobu Hotel.

We stayed at the Nobu Riad in Marrakech as a large family, and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. The Riad itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and wonderful amenities. The privacy and peace that the Riad provides is unmatched. Above all, the service throughout our stay was nothing short of impeccable. Our butler, Mehdi, was exceptional — always available, attentive, and smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he worked alongside a wonderful team. Special mention to Ayoub, our gracious host at breakfast, who ensured we always started our day perfectly, and to the efficient housekeeping team who kept everything immaculate. The drivers provided by Nobu were also fantastic — friendly, professional, and always willing to go out of their way to make our journeys seamless. We stayed as a group of 10 adults and 2 infants, and every detail was taken care of. The Riad experience truly elevated our Marrakech trip, making it feel incredibly luxurious and special. We cannot thank the team enough for making our stay so memorable.

I decided on choosing Morocco for my 10 year anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife with a trip. A friend of mine recommended Nobu marrakech hotel. Prior to arriving at the hotel for my booking I was put in contact with Jamal the concierge. This guy is unbelievable. He is so professional in his job. My wife and I absolutely love the guy, to the point she wants to come back again next year. He made sure our our transfer to the hotel and back to the airport was smooth and ensured our hotel room was laid out with roses, complimentary snacks and a complimentary cake. He is a real credit to the Nobu business. My wife is very particular about her hotels and she is still smiling from our trip 4 days after returning. Nobu hotel has it all, the best rooftop pool & bar in the world, Spa, Gym, Pool, Restaurant and breakfast was so delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, family or groups of friends. I higly recommend the Nobu Marrakesh the hotel is very well located near old town restaurants and mall, by walking distance . My experience was amazing everything was perfect, the staff was amazing super friendly with good suggestions very helpful. The rooms are very big , perfect clean and good decor! The place really is faultless. The staff, the facilities, location we really cannot recommend the Nobu enough. We have travelled the world extensively and as a 54 year old man I have never been to a hotel like this and considering we like to travel luxuriously this place is a standout. Stayed here for 6 nights with my partner and had the best holiday. This is my partners second time here and the stay lived up to expectations. The service was impeccable. Special mention to Abderrahmane, Achraf and Mr Tarik for being so personable and friendly. We were treated like royalty and feel revived after staying here. A massive thank you to the two people that made our stay even more special- Hassan, the duty manager and Jamal, the concierge. The most friendly and genuine people we have met. Jamal was fantastic in helping us booking dinners and excursions and in giving us recommendations for what to do. Hassan was so thoughtful in remembering what chocolates we like and sending it to our room, had the best chats with him. Hassan really was the cherry on top to our stay. He should have an A* in hospitality and kindness. Thank you to everyone that made our stay lovely- there are so many other lovely staff, I just didn’t get their names.

Nobu hotel is fantastic. We slept on the most comfortable bed ever! House keeping was top notch (thank you Jamila). They took care of every detail in the room and after a day out we would always come back to the cleanest room, which was also organised for us (clothes folded, shoes put away etc)! The concierge is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we explored the best sites. They made all our reservations for us, ensuring we visited the most coveted spots in Marrakech. The hamam at the hotel is a must do. Overall a fantastic experience with the most hospitable people. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed with open arms by Youssef. He was exceptionally accommodating and was a genuine person. Youssef elevates the experience of your stay at the hotel. We chose the king room with living room. Bathrooms were amazing, came with tub, a huge stand up shower and allot of sanitary products. Also the bed was very comfortable. The room had these robes that my girlfriend and I used in the room the entire time. Breakfast was amazing. Delicious Moroccan tea, pastries, sausages, chicken, egg omelets, and fresh squeezed juice. The gym was a world class gym with free weights, machines, and Pilates equipment. The rooftop with pool also serves food. It’s expensive but the pizza and California rolls are amazing. The pool is just for relaxation, not a pool that you can swim in. However the asthetic and roof top view makes up for it. This pool is for people who like to relax, cool off, and have wonderful appetizers. The best drinks are in the actual lobby of hotel. Cons- extremely expensive laundry. Just bring extra clothes are use a bag to store dirty clothes such as swimwear and clothes that can get dirty during an ATV tour. Extra taxes and fees added at the end of stay outside if hotels control. “City tax” Restaurants offer Italian and Asian cuisine. However if you want the most authentic Moroccan sea food visit Snack Al Bahriya. Taxis are 100 -150 MAD depending on where you’re going. For destinations a . 2 miles to 1 mile away you can definitely walk. You’ll need water because it is hot. If you need a break from the overwhelming and crowded all inclusive resorts, prioritize relaxation, and would like to still immerse yourself in the the culture choose Nobu.

We went to Nobu for our wedding anniversary. The restaurant is roof top and you feel like a celeb as you step out of the lift. The restaurant is stunning it is pricey however the food was excellent with great service. Later in the evening there are dancers etc and they have a resident DJ. We were both impressed with our food, we saw the pizzas others ordered they looked excellent and they were a good price if you're on a budget, alcoholic drinks are expensive however we really enjoyed the experience

The Nobu Hotel Marrakech is a beautifully designed, architectural circular structure with an open atrium and features a rooftop pool. The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to many attractions. I received excellent service from charming people who were knowledgeable, warm and friendly. The spa is absolutely beautifully designed with crafted marble alcoves enhanced by the circular shape of the building. The Hammam treatment is highly recommended and carried out in an authentic, traditional Moroccan style. I stayed in Room 206, a one-bedroom suite that is very spacious, featuring a large bathroom with a separate shower and two separate toilets. The interior design was outstanding, with brass studs on leather throughout the furniture. The food at Nobu restaurant lived up to the amazing standard known internationally. Lorenzo and his team greet the guests in a manner akin to Japanese culture, with the phrase "Irasshaimase!" (いらっしゃいませ), which translates to "Welcome, please come in"!! There is also dining on the rooftop, and the food there was prepared to a high standard. There is evening entertainment, which was absolutely brilliant. A live DJ spinning dance vibe, cool tunes, and accompanied by a Moroccan guitar-like instrument is called a guembr. It adds authentic African sounds to dance music, featuring many traditional dancers who provide entertainment. I would like to extend a special thank you to Hassan, the Manager, and Youssef at Reception, who went over and beyond to make my stay at the Nobu Hotel truly fabulous. Should you decide to stay at the Nobu Hotel, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed, as this is a highly recommended place to be!

Wonderful stay at the Nobu. Every staff member I interacted with during my stay delivered top notch customer service. The breakfast was good each morning and I had a lovely dinner on the rooftop one evening during my stay. Perfect location, and you can walk to the square from here (just embrace the heat lol). Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again!

Sad to say that we were unimpressed with our stay. Positives: the staff are lovely and really look after you, the rooftop pool is also beautiful (if you want a pool club vibe). Negatives: the food quality was poor, especially for a Nobu hotel. We had to send food back at the rooftop and the dinner in the Nobu restaurant just wasn't good enough. Especially considering the prices. It is very expensive. The vibe is also just not what it should be.... Not elegant. And the room is nice but honestly, the bathroom was shabby. Would not go back.

Having one person playing music during breakfast and the show at the rooftop and during dinner at Nobu, it really makes the difference. My week at The Nobu Marrakesh was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful, accommodating, professional and they made my stay a beautiful experience. The hotel is amazing such a great location breathtaking facilities including the rooftop and indoor pool/spa! We were on our honeymoon and on arrival our room had lots of special touches which just made a huge difference to our experience from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff were amazing with a special mention to Jamal who is part of the concerige team, nothing was to much trouble he was so helpful and critical part of making our trip as special as it was so a huge thank you to you Jamal! All the staff were great including the whole breckfast team who remembered our order after one day (very impressive) The location is perfect non of the main sights are further then 10/15 mins away in a taxi and walking distance to some areas! We did an amazing dessert experience which we wouldn't have done without Jamal also some other recommendations he made for dinners we would have never found so thank you (again) All in all we would go back here in a heartbeat it was such a memorable trip and a beautiful break from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh but yet right on the door step!

The waiter sold seafood pasta (calamari and mussels) as lobster pasta, which I had ordered. He argued, complained, and left with the wrong dish. Then we waited 90 minutes for the food. Well. Then 30 minutes for the bill. Sorry, but that’s just not acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay at Nobu. The location is perfect, easy to walk to the old town and new town. The rooms are gorgeous, super clean and really comfortable beds. You get a little sweet treat in the evening each night. The shower and toiletries are good too. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The staff in the area are wonderful and welcoming especially Nassima & Abdelfhofour. They really made our stay a good one. We tried the restaurant and enjoyed the experience but preferred the rooftop restaurant and bar as they were more lively and fun. The pool is lovely but as other reviews have said it can be noisy and slightly chaotic at times. We always found a bed but not sure how full the hotel was. All in all we would recommend and would come back

Ok, I already booked a junior site, and got upgraded to a double room suite with the hugest balcony.Nargis was very meticulous in her introduction of the hotel. All in all, wished I could have stayed longer. Nassima took great care of me at the bar.

Beautiful rooms, lobby and rooftop. Food on the rooftop was underwhelming but the view was the best in the city. Great location for walking the city and only minutes from some of the best restaurants.

This property is in a terrific location to visit the nearby medina, gardens, mosques, etc. Having Nobu as a dining option is fantasic, but also having it available via room service is a nice perk. The rooftop pool is terrific during the day to relax (though not kid friendly) and is also fun at night with a DJ, swing chairs, etc. The 24 hour door security is very comforting as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall this hotel was a really special experience for my sisters 50th birthday. However there is a lot to do here to join up all the staff and really listen to what guests are asking especially prior to arrival. Weeks before arrival I was trying to arrange with them room preparations, birthday cake etc and none of it went to plan in fact they gave me and my husband the key to the birthday room and we embarrassingly had to convince my sister to swap so she could be 'surprised'. It also took an hour for them to check us in after we had already been delayed at the airport. The same happened with spa treatments I tried to pre book, there needs to be a guest liaison to deal with all areas of the hotel to make it joined up. That said the breakfast was amazing, all bars, food and drinks were high standard it's just that extra piece you expect from a hotel like this to make the experience special and stress free to organise. We would have spent more money if things flowed comfortably. Overall we had a great experience.

Wonderful plush all round experience. Service is impeccable and executive. The 360° views of the city from this height were breathtaking when you look out and the decor relaxing when you look in. Good house DJ started in the afternoon mixing up the genres in a solid background fashion! Food is top notch, best burger i have had so far in the city, and the Octopus was fantastic - perfect cook on it with soft middle and crispy outer (because it was cooked in a Josper oven) Excellent! There is a special section on the menu with proteins cooked in the famous Spanish Josper oven. Big fan! The pool is different - round format - which is nice, you can achieve laps when it is quiet of course. The area in the middle means that you have the option to be in the sun or shade in various places around the circular pool. All round 5 STARS. Thank you. :)

On out last morning we were rushing to get our luggage into the car and a waiter saw that my wife hadn’t finished her mint tea and rushed out to say good bye with her tea in a take away cup Must give a shout out Jamal the concierge. He looked over our plans for the week suggested some changes , helped with cancelling some bookings and rebooking us into the restaurants be suggested. Then followed this up with whats app messages checking we were ok and if we needed any other help - a true superstar for the Nobu brand We will definitely be returning my

We had an amazing stay! The main reason we booked was because of the rooftop and it did not disappoint. Such a good vibe all day and night. It’s now firmly in my top 3 hotel rooftops. Drinks wise I can highly recommend the Coconut Chillie Mojito. The service throughout our stay was top notch and we were really well looked after. We ate one evening at the rooftop restaurant and we were really impressed. Even better that the dancers came in from the rooftop show and were very interactive. Breakfast was nice, but made even better by being able to sit out on the terrace. We stayed in a one bedroom suites which was very spacious for the two of us. All in all, if it works for you financially then go ahead and get it booked, I don’t think you will be disappointed. If you choose to stay at another hotel, then make sure you visit the rooftop for a cocktail whilst watching the sunset.

Was looking forwsrd to enjoying a nice luxury break and make most of last 4 days of Winter Sun after 4 days and 6 Rounds of Golf. Was also planned to go to visit a local Blueberry Business I help set up many years ago. Had been to Hotel Restaurant and Yerrace Bar with them before but not stayed. But happens unluckerly i got foid poisening early on 1st night at Terrace having had nothing since breakfast..Had one of my favs Spagetti Lobster ...bit risky but good reputation and not flying back until Monday. Unfortunate but not my fault. Very ill and poorly. In darkened room near loo for 2 of the 3 full days. Someone needs to call and folliw up as going in Duspute with my Credit Card Co. Hotel did best but spoilt my break.

Fabulous hotel with stunning rooftop pool and restaurant. Spacious luxurious rooms and delicious breakfast served. Lovely quiet location but only a ten minute walk into the Medina. All made for a perfect stay ..5***

The hotel standards are excellent and location is great. The only issue is the noise in from the DJs both upstairs and downstairs and from the surroundings. When you pay this amount of money you should not be kept awake by the constant music and also the stamping of the feet from the dancers. Also the 25m indoor pool was out of order which was also not advertised when we booked. If the rooms could be sound proofed we would definitely stay again as everything else was fantastic.

I liked the location. The people who worked there where awful. They where more busy with eachother than the customers. A late checkout was not available because the hotel was fully booked. But when I checked at Expedia and booking I saw that all the rooms where available included the room I had

Some staff members were very professional and others not so. Ayoub at the Nubu restaurant was great, some waiters not so good. As soon as they received the tip , they stopped paying attention. Breakfast was excellent including service. I was given a bit of a hard time for a late check out request.

Location is great and the service is outstanding. Every member of staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast was good and the rooftop restaurant has a magic vibe and delicious menu. The spa staff are lovely and we had excellent massages, but the steam room and sauna were really disappointing - both have big gaps around the doors letting cold air in and hot air/steam out, making them totally ineffective. We also booked two tours from the hotel. The quad biking and camel riding excursion in the Agafay was truly excellent. The so-called tour to visit a Berber village and see how Argan oil was produced was terrible. There was no village!! We were literally taken on a very long drive to a shop where we were shown two ladies sitting in a fake display area grinding nuts and then guided around the shop by another lady who tried to get us to buy as many products as possible! And this was after a stop where we were ushered into a rug shop under the premise of being shown an ‘amazing view’ only to be given the hard sell on Moroccan carpets!!! Total waste of a day - not to mention money. Also beware of off duty staff offering to guide you in the local area. We fell foul of this when we bumped into one. He insisted on ‘helping’ us (we trusted him because he was from the hotel) but marched us straight to shops run by his mates who conned us into paying way too much. And then he wanted payment for his ‘tour’! Everyone is on the hustle!

Great location. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great restaurant choices. The only gripe I have is the pool is very small.

Trip started off with poor service, with multiple requests ignored for towels and drinks etc. After making a complaint and contemplating switching hotels we were partially refunded for the stay and promised an improvement. From this point the service was excellent. Tariq made sure we were looked after and always had a table set for us at the rooftop bar in the evenings. The bar staff were great in both the rooftop and ground floor bar and very friendly. Overall, after a bumpy start we were happy with stay.

Nobu Hotel staff was exceptional. Every single staff member wanted to make sure that you were taken care of. Every touch point from check in to making reservations, needing laundry service to getting us a cab, was thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the restaurants were excellent. Wonderfully located modern hotel with a vibrant and young feel. The style is true to Nobu while respectful of Moroccan heritage and architecture. The rooms are very spacious, modern and bright. This is a departure from local somber regal rooms of this type of luxury hotels in the area. It was a very welcome change. The rooftop garden is very pleasant providing shade, constant mist, nice views and good food with better drinks. One surprise, which we quickly got over, was the size of the “pool” which isn’t really a pool but a circle shaped bond between two seating areas. It does the job to get you wet and cool on hot days but it’s not a pool by any stretch. As we weren’t there for swimming, this wasn’t much of a concern. Service was excellent. The location is really perfect for a vibrant exciting stay at Marrakech. The weekend can get pretty loud on Friday Saturday nights.

Great rate for a big room for one week, unbeatable value. Nobu restaurant, great vibe and food, although international wines v over priced. Staff all very friendly, Redoune and his concierge team including Jamal, and Rashid always available to help. Hicham on front desk similarly enthusiastic. The rooftop pool and restaurant had a great vibe at night time and guests given priority seating. Breakfast offered a good selection and quality, the team super friendly. Areas for improvement 1. The DJ music by the poolside on rooftop was so loud from 2pm onwards you couldn’t read a book or listen to anything on your AirPods. Feedback to management saw no lasting improvement. 2. Every day in the bathroom a used robe or soap used once was changed, a totally unnecessary waste. 3. Team - whilst very enthusiastic, the rooftop team need hospitality training to build competence. 4. No parasols by poolside meant my girlfriend and I couldn’t sit together, which alongside the decided level took the edge off that part of the experience. So much about this place is great, however some small tweaks could render massive improvement.

The Nobu Hotel Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. When I stepped into the stunning lobby, I was in awe of the property's beautiful design. They offer many amenities, but the real highlight of the Nobu experience is the rooftop bar. This oasis overlooking the city is simply breathtaking. The bartender, Adem, was a true professional and made my visit to the rooftop a good experience. Sana, the hostess, was a good sport in helping me capture some highlights. The level of service throughout the hotel was also impressive.

This was my first experience staying at a Nobu Hotel and when I say no leave was left unturned! This was the best hotel experience ever. From the beginning of my stay until the last day, the customer service was top there. I have no complaints. They made me and my guest feel like queens! The breakfast that comes with the stay was the best breakfast I've experienced at a hotel stay. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They were so accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. This was truly the best birthday thanks to my stay at Nobu Marrakech!

Fantastic place and location, great food, nice spa and indoor pool, and very vibrant ambiance for the year end. 2 points to improve: maintenance of some items in the room and day time waiters organization on the roof top I will come back in summer !

The staff at property was very nice. They called the room and checked on us everyday making sure we had everything we needed and even delivered treats. The concierge assisted us with taxi services to explore the city and booked our reservations and excursions.

The hotel is perfectly located for the tourists attraction. It also has two other luxury hotels next door, for a different dining experience. The amenities are very nice, the staff is helpful. A big thank you to Rabya, at the reception, so understanding, patient and extremely helpful!

Amazing hotel, staff were lovely, Nobu restaurant tasting menu and waiter was accepting, rooftop was perfect chill for during the day and party at night. Definitely recommend staying a weekend at the hotel. Although there is no need or want to leave this amazing hotel, the old square is just a short walk to see the stalls and snake charmers and fruit stands and the YSL museum and the new Marrakesh is a nice walk in the opposite direction.

The rooftop pool/bar and lobby is stunning. The staff seem to be under a lot of pressure as they were always rushing around and the service was slow. I celebrated my 30th birthday at the hotel and my partner tried to arrange a cake to be given to me at midnight which they agreed to, but instead at 1am one of the waiters came back to us with one candle, no cake/dessert… just a candle? I asked for late checkout several times and weeks in advance before our stay as our flight was at 21:05 but they said they couldn’t provide this although from checking the website, we were able to book a room so there was availability. I just don’t think there was a 5* feel to the hotel, and I booked this hotel to wake up there on my birthday as I love Nobu London so much and was hoping I would feel the same but unfortunately the service didn’t live up to the expectations. I would say it’s somewhere worth visiting for a day trip at the pool, but not staying until the service is improved.

Staff, location and overall experience top notch!

Awful service and terrible management.They hotel was only seemingly 1/4 full which you would think make the service much much better but it wasn’t. They weren’t under staffed they were just terrible at service. The pool are particularly which also houses one of the restaurants. We are there a few times as we didnt venture out too many times after dark. One night dinner took over 2 hours and my wife was tired and hungry giving she was pregnant you’d think they’d be a little more sensitive as I told them 5 times!!! Each time a diff waiter so no not short of staff - wasn’t until the 5th when the waiter actually went and asked the kitchen. Apparently someone dropped our food and no one asked for it to be redone. 2.5hours for our food. The pool service day to day, had lots of staff for a half empty area, 1 upside always got a bed, downside could wait an hour for a bottle of water. Any drink or service even. Was horrendous, staff at the pool was dismissive and out right rude such a horrible experience. Would not recommend until it’s sorted. The nobu restaurant itself downstairs was as you’d expect, good service attentive and great tasting food….on that note the restaurant by the pools food wasn’t too bad when it came. Avoid and book somewhere else for cheaper much cheaper
