The gardens, pool and foyer were beautiful and the spa was good, if a little lacking in the customer service department.

Cons: The whole place really needs an update and a thorough clean. The staff were pretty miserable, I understand it was Ramadan but even after fasting time it remained the same. The food was honestly awful, I was under the impression there were 3 restaurants, one was closed entirely, one was extra and seemed to just be the buffet food but served to you in a lifeless dining room and the buffet was basically the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Nothing exciting, the same pasta in the same sauces, you could see where things were reused from leftovers the day before and tried to be made new. They had barely any utensils to serve with and if I had allergies I wouldn’t have been able to eat as there was no regard for cross contamination. The bar also ran out entirely of spirits one night which was crazy to me! It’s an all inclusive! Very limited bar also, the ‘cocktails’ were just very sweet juice. No padding on the sunbeds so were very uncomfortable which seemed to be a theme everywhere including the beds in our room which were rock hard. Overall, just not a great stay, the animation team were friendly and active but I would definitely not stay again.

We had a lovely time. Family of four in one family room. And another two in nearby room. The food was good, plenty of variety and easy for a gluten-free vegetarian diet. Plenty of veg/rice/salads. All staff very friendly and helpful. In fact every Moroccan we came across was pleasant. Some of the reviews say bad things about the hotel rooms and of course that all depends on your standards and expectations. The room was clean and pretty. I took a travel kettle as I knew the room wouldn’t have one. We bought wax earplugs from a UK chemist before leaving and I’m glad because someone downstairs was noisy, that’s luck of the draw on holiday especially when some people go overboard with the all inclusive booze. Yes it is a drive to the city souks, taxi can be arranged from hotel rep £25 return and a WhatsApp message 20 mins before your return, be aware though that not all yellow taxis have functioning seat belts. There was a shuttle bus but often booked up so for 6 of us a taxi was good value. We would certainly come again if the price is right as like to get good value. Recommend: Great carpet museum. learn to weave carpet workshop in the medina. Maison culturelle du Tapis

The people at this riad were lovely and very welcoming. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the location is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. The food was decent overall. However, the main issue was the rooms. In our first room, the air conditioning and the telephone didn’t work, so we were moved to another room where everything was functioning properly. Unfortunately, we then had ants in the bathroom. Even after informing the staff and being told it had been treated with the appropriate chemicals, there were still ants all over the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, while the staff and atmosphere were great, the rooms definitely need updating and better maintenance.

Everything was good in terms of reception and services, and the food was delicious and varied. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality of the spa service due to a tall blonde masseuse who had a bad attitude and provided poor service. My husband and I entered at the same time but she left me waiting for a long time then worked very quickly and in a rough manner. She did not complete the scheduled massage time and only spent a few minutes. The massage was also poor and rushed, without respecting the agreed time. I do not recommend her, unlike the masseuse who worked with my husband who worked hard and respected the time.

It is a beautiful hotel and I liked the location which is about 25 mins drive from the city. First night when I arrived to the hotel with my daughter and wife it was close to midnight, friendly staff at reception and helpful to start with they gave me the room key and security guard took my luggage to my room BUT when I got there 1. they didn’t even give me the room I booked I had to go back to reception and explained the room we booked and I showed them pictures had a double bed and a single bed and I explained there is 3 of us they recommended my daughter can sleep on the sofa in the room (which I found extremely rude) I was genuinely shocked, my response was are you mad I paid all that money and had a long journey not to sleep on the sofa, I said I wouldn’t let my wife or daughter sleep on the sofa and I’m too tall to sleep on that sofa I asked the guy in reception do you have any kids he replied No I said that’s why you won’t understand if you had a child you never let them sleep on the sofa you’d rather put yourself at discomfort than your own child. 2. my room view was a big massive tree (photo attached) but I was told I got pool view 3. Room phone wasn’t working so had to walk to reception which was quiet far 4. Air con wasnt working in the room 5. Fridge in the room wasn’t working 6. The so called satellite TV had 3 channels 7. Food was awful same thing more or less everyday with few items changed so we ended up eating out a lot even though I got all inclusive 8. I asked for milk for my daughter they said they got in the bar which is coffee machine so the milk is watered down and my daughter wouldn’t drink so I had to bribe the restaurant staff with money so I get fresh cartoned milk, 9. The toilet isn’t the best and I found it can be cleaner 10. The cleaners just come in the room without knocking when they want to clean unless you put do not disturb sign 11. Main pool under maintenance and a lot of the sports facilities weren’t available to use Anyways maybe my experience was just my luck I don’t know So after complaining about my first room the second room they gave us was a family suite which was a lot better 3 beds and there was a babies cot. Air con was working the fridge was working the Tv had more channels but again phone wasn’t working so any issues had to walk to reception which was further than my first room, the room view was so much better it was a view of the mountains Honest opinion I won’t be returning to this hotel if I’m honest

The hotel is really good, buffet has different varieties (moroccan, french, italian, asian). Staffs are nice and friendly. The only problem I had was the room I stayed in. The sink was leaking under, so was the bathtub. The villa I stayed at has maybe 10 rooms and most of the doors are quite hard to close so whenever you close the door everyone can hear it banging. The pool was good, the other one was closed as it was being renovated. Location is a bit too far from the city so if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing, this hotel is a good one. If you want to go to the city, the hotel has shuttle bus that goes to the city centre for €3 (one way) but has limited time so you have to book it a day before. Unlimited drinks as well if you avail the all-inclusive, they have different cocktails and spirits. I felt safe during my stay as there were staffs 24/7. I agree with some of the reviews, it’s a very good hotel but needs a bit of improvement.

I want to talk about my experience at a hotel. Although I chose it for the third time because of its tranquility and distance from the city noise, this time it was the worst. I was with a group of friends, and my luck was terrible. My room was next to noisy people, and the weather was cold at that time of year, so I caught a cold. While I was at the spa I received the worst massage ever. The masseuse didn't put in any effort it was like someone was just rubbing oil on my body It seems she's either incompetent or simply unwilling to work. When I asked her to massage my back vigorously she completely ignored me. I didn't feel any relaxation, unlike last time when it was much better. Furthermore I paid for an hour, and she left in less than half an hour. This is because I arrived at the same time as my friends and waited for them for over half an hour I think her name is Basham. It wasn't just my observation my friend who came before me had the same experience. She didn't put in any effort, unlike the dark-skinned masseuses we used with four friends who did a much better job. So I recommend choosing the best one so you don't ruin your travel experience

We had such a lovely break. We went for an all inclusive 4 nights beginning of February. We had all the weathers...so do pack a coat and jumpers, but also your swimsuit and shorts! This time of year it can be cool and of course the buildings in Morocco are built to keep cool. We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. Our heating was broken and we spoke to reception, and it was fixed right away, and they had already promised to move us to another room if it couldn't be fixed quickly. It is not a new resort but we found it was very clean and maintained. The food was great, a good selection at every mealtime...something for everyone. We enjoyed the entertainment...you are not made to feel like you should join it, but it is really good fun if you do....salsa dancing lesson! We booked and paid for some treatments at the spa which we both really enjoyed....we were sad to leave and we will definitely come again.

I agree with most of the other recent reviews. Our 5 night all inclusive stay in January was very good value. We found the food good with plenty of choices. The restaurant, reception area/ lobby, gardens and large patio by the bar were clean and attractive. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our room (808) was spacious and well cleaned though it needs a little attention eg shower heads, bath and sink plugs. The ryad area outside the room looks great. There’s a young entertainment team who are charming and hard working. All the staff and customers were nice so it all felt comfortable. Being low season only one restaurant and bar were open, and one small pool which some people sat round without swimming so presumably the water was cold. There’s an indoor pool and a hammam that we didn’t use. There’s a small gym in use and other things that weren’t- basketball court, sand volleyball and boules. The resort is about 8 miles from the centre of Marrakech with nowhere to walk to. However taxis and shuttles are easy and some tours pick up from the resort. We had a guided tour of the centre (the Medina and souks) and this gave us the confidence to go back on our own on later days. Overall this resort is a good option if you manage your expectations

Pros: Hotel staff were friendly. Beer on offer was San Miguel. There was a good effort from the entertainment crew. Shuttles to and from the airport and Marrakech were easy. Plenty of outdoor space. The Spa was a nice extra (at an extra cost). Common areas maintained very well. Cons: Rooms in need of attention and a very deep clean. My sheets were blood stained and not changed even though I asked twice. Shower over bath was in a poor state. The buildings and landscaping towards the back end of the resort were tatty. We called the 24/7 reception one morning (3am) due to noisy neighbours and couldn’t contact anyone. I struggled for food options (vegetarian) - meat eaters catered for extremely well. Food become repetitive/food recycled from one dish to another. Drinks machines in restaurant often faulty/broken. Ironing fee is extortionate, so prepare if that’s something you like. For context, a 3 night all inclusive with flights and transfers was £175 each. Crazily cheap! Expectations were not high, but some improvements to maintenance and cleaning are required regardless.

Location was fine, a 20 min taxi ride into the city. Atmosphere was quiet due to being off peak, but ok. Rooms were a bit tired-sink leaked onto floor, rain leaked through bedroom windows, air con only pumped out cold air. Beds were v comfortable and rooms were clean. Bar the cockroach in the bathroom. Shower head didn’t work properly but plenty of hot water. Bathroom door handle came off every time it was used. (Room 401). Staff were ok, not very friendly. Cocktails were awful. Food was lovely, best thing about the place. One pool was empty. Gym very poor-rusty and torn equipment. Spa was very poor-sauna light broken, windows had big gaps so rain and wind blew through making pool are very cold. No lights in pool area, floor surface very slippy. Everything just looked so tired and uncared for. Overall, we got what we paid for. Photos make it look better than real life. It was ok. Nothing special. Would I go again? Yes, because it was cheap and the food was great. Keep expectations low and you’ll have a great time.

Das Hotel gleicht einem Palast aus 1001 Nacht, das Essen war absolut überragend. Die Ausstattung und das Zimmer waren absolut wunderbar. Die Betten mega bequem und all inklusiv wirklich all inklusiv.

Just returned from an amazing 3 nights. We were a little apprehensive prior to arrival however our trip was AMAZING! very good value for money at this time of year. Hotel - 40 min transfer from airport, hotel is beautiful inside, very quick check in. Room - clean, spacious and very comfortable. however a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities would be a massive addition. No noise Dining - very extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we even managed to sit outside at lunchtime. Entertainment - OMG - team were ALL amazing, so funny and welcoming, Mimi, Faza and Zizou are names that i remember. Please take part in their activities and you will definitely have a laugh and get to know other guests. Their variety show on the Wednesday evening, never laughed sooooo much in a long time. Definitely hope to return.

This hotel is rated as 4 star. I would generously rate it 2 star. The location is well out of the city and there is absolutely nothing to do outside the complex. Food is barely average. Cleanliness is basic. But the worst thing is the hotel is cold. Very cold. Doors wide open and no heating. It's January and 11⁰ C. The coment from the hotel was we heat it in December and February. Having said that. The staff are all VERY pleasant, and helpful.

Let me just start with saying I am so disappointed not to give this hotel 5 out of 5. I have read some recent negative reviews and I'm sure they were stopping in a different hotel. The hotel is wonderful and we have had a fantastic stay. We arrived New Years Day for a 9 night winter break. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Marrakech about 45 mins from the airport. It's not within walking distance of anything, but that's fine for us. We just want to relax and unwind. On arrival, we were welcomed warmley by reception, and as the room wasn't ready yet, we were told to feel free to use the facilities. On exiting the reception, we were treated with an absolutely stunning view on the Atlas mountains, something that I hadn't seen mentioned previously in reviews. The grounds including pools were well maintained one of the pools was heated. The rooms are very large and comfortable. and although the furniture was worn, it was rustic in the Moroccan style. I had read reports of limited hot water for a shower/Bath but we didn't experience this at all. The cleaners came everyday. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and assist. The resterant served some wonderfully flavoursome dishes, different every night, and a large selection enough for every palate. The reasons why I have only given the hotel 4 out of 5 were 2 main things 1. A couple of the bain marie's were not working correctly, meaning the food wasn't keeping warm. This was on the middle section, but there were plenty of other sections to get delicious food 2. The use of single use plastics. Although we kept trying to use the same plastic cups, sometimes they just threw them away and used clean. I saw many people trying to do the same as ourselves. I would just like to thank the Marrakech Ryads Parc and Spa for a fantastic break, and we hope to visit you again soon

I found staff working at the terrace bar very friendly, we always had a good laugh. I really enjoyed animation team, all of them are doing great job! From the morning yoga with Joseph and Annas, through dancing Zumba by the pool with Mery, Mimi, “Micheal Jackson” (I couldn’t remember his name), playing Olympic Games and darts with Zizzu, to having a lot of dance in the evening with Oussama and the rest of the team. Also the evening shows made me laugh every single night and it was a pleasure to meet them all! They made my holiday unforgettable and fulfilled with a laughter. Thank you to you all ❤️

The hotel needs a refurb , the entrance and dining area is ok . The entertainment area is ok if you’re a smoker (smells of stale tobacco) . The rooms are very tired . Bedding and towels grey and well worn . No working telephone, couldn’t regulate the air-con , at night the stairwells were dark as lights were not working. Had a conversation with the receptionist about the day I was checking out , asked them to organise a taxis for me . They knew I was checking out as I asked them to cut off my wrist band and the nature of my departure , if I should use the shuttle bus and take my luggage into Marrakesh and get a taxis there or a taxis from the hotel to my next destination. My luggage had been taken by a member of staff , the driver arrived came into the reception. I went to the car no sign of my luggage so I presumed it was in the taxis , showed the driver where I was going and if my luggage was in car he nodded . He didn’t speak English ,when I arrived at my destination there was no luggage, contacting the hotel the reception staff were rude and very unpleasant. Denied that they knew I was checking out , our previous conversation hadn’t taken place and absolved any responsibility. So I had to return by taxis to the hotel around trip of 3 hours at considerable cost . As one positive note the food was ok .Not somewhere I will be returning to could not be described as a four star !!

When guests are sat in the dining hall, reception, the entertainment hall, and the bars in their coats and scarves it’s embarrassing. We think maybe they don’t heat them because they don’t want people to eat or drink much to save money. The hotel would have a better vibe with guests enjoying themselves. Everyone is cold and wearing coats and scarves inside. If you can’t heat the hotel for guests in winter don’t open the hotel in winter.

Me and my husband came for our honey moon and stayed over Christmas there was an amazing cocktail party on Christmas Eve with amazing entertainment each evening which we really enjoyed. the entertainment team really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome . Thank you to the bar team for being so kind! The only thing that we didn’t like was that there was no heating on in the communal areas when the weather was poor and the heating in our room wasn’t great. However Overall a lovely accommodation and well looked after by all the team thanks for a great stay! Thanks again!!

Ēdināšana bija daudzveidīga un ēdiens gards. Vanna istabiņā, ļoti relaksējoši un iespēja sasildīties.

Cons: Decembrī āra beseini auksti, all inclusive nav iekļauts spa.

We stayed at the Ryad and Spa in Marrakech in December 2025. We would not under any circumstances recommend this hotel. It definitely is not a four star hotel. The hotel is one up from a hostel. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. This hotel is not suitable for anyone with a disability due to uneven pavings and no lift or proper lighting in the communal area. This hotel is not an all inclusive hotel, more like full board as there is nothing to eat outside of the breakfast, lunch, hour snack time, and dinner. They only serve water, soft drinks and wine in the dining area. If you wanted any other alcohol you had to go out to the bar to get it. The only international option is a variation of pasta or pizza. The labelling of the food is a bit of guess work. It is not clear whether the food contained nuts or was vegan/ vegetarian friendly. The food was not very warm. There was a queue for the microwave to warm the food up. There wasn’t much variation to the lunch and dinner options just a rehash of each. We stayed in one of their standard rooms with one double bed and a single. The air conditioning was only in the area where the single bed. We were staying in an unusually cold time in Marrakech . The room was absolutely freezing. We have to sit with our coats and scarf in the room even with the heating on. There was no minimum bar, just a fridge. The shower kept falling off the wall where we had to get it repaired. The safe you had to call reception to unlock it for a fee. The Spa was outside of the hotel where the indoor pool was. The indoor pool is not free and was full of dead mosquitoes. We had the hammam spa which is not worth the money, very disappointing. The mini bus we took to the medina had broken seats, the light was taped to the roof and stank of smoke. The only good thing was the Wi-Fi.

This was my first visit to Marrakech, and to be honest it was one of the amazing places, I have been too . Ryads and Spa hotel was so beautiful, amazing and very clean . The food was delicious and there was so much selection to choose from. The hotel staff , reception and the holiday hosts were so friendly and very helpful. The hotel gardens were amazing, clean and beautiful as well as the outdoor swimming pool. The hotel room itself was so clean and lovely, only downside was the bath could be bit wider. Only thing I would like to mention is that the indoor pool and sauna , should be free to use for guests staying at this hotel , not a charge to use those facilities. Also when you pay for a whole week all inclusive, why do you have to pay extra hotel tax charges. If they don’t charge for swimming, sauna and hotel tax charges, I will be coming back to this hotel again or will find alternative.

My visit to Marrakech was wonderful. I enjoyed its beauty and had an unforgettable time. My stay at the hotel was pleasant thanks to the excellent service of the staff and I appreciated the hotel's beautiful design However, I did encounter some problems in my room the air conditioning wasn't working so they had to replace it I also fondly remember my first Moroccan bath experience with Kadija She was very polite and attentive, and she gave me a relaxing and enjoyable massage I am very grateful to her and hope to visit again soon

The hotel is situated about 25 minutes drive from the centre of Marrakesh. The hotel operates a really useful shuttle bus to visit the city which is a must! First impressions are that the hotel is spotlessly clean, and situated in large grounds. It is adjacent to another large hotel, but you will need a taxi to travel to amenities as there is nothing else nearby. Various excursions are on offer including visiting the mountains, balloon trips and guided tours etc We had a very warm welcome on arrival, with help to locate our room. We booked a standard double, with one large double bed and a single bed. The room was very clean, and there were spare blankets for the cooler evenings. Two small balconies, a fridge and air-con/heating Fresh towels, daily, and toiletries replenished. The bathroom was a huge disappointment. The bath taps were not fastened to the wall properly, the bathroom door did not close and we had issues with the toilet not flushing or filling (staff came to repair three times during our five-day stay, which was a little frustrating) and we still had issues. We also had an issue with an adjoining room’s air-con unit on our penultimate night, which sounded like a jet engine throughout the night. Despite reporting this to reception staff, we had the same issue throughout our last night- significantly disrupting our sleep. Such a shame as the hotel is so peacefully located. It really spoiled our last two days. The large restaurant had a good range of food, labelling was reasonably good and vegetarian options were obvious. Alternative milk available at breakfast for those with allergies/vegan. A non-dairy dessert would have been welcomed. The food was good and plentiful An onsite shop was useful for souvenirs and snacks, although no prices so a bit of a guessing game . Gym and beautiful pool areas. Staff polite and helpful

The staff at the front desk truly made the experience 100 times better. Honestly they went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. There were some miscommunications on the way but they really stepped in to make things easier for us. Shout out to Assiya, Yasmine and Sadaf/Nada (I am so sorry if I got your name wrong 😅) these girls are such sweethearts. The food was great, the rooms were nice we were just sad that the pool was unheated but otherwise everything abt the hotel was really good. Suggestion: already addressed this at reception, maybe add more security to the hotel because of a certain incident with a staff / guest who were peeping into our rooms with their phones towards our room (which was a little uncomfortable) But once again overall it was great experience 😄

It was a wonderful experience, everything was beautiful, but there were some rude people. I'm talking about a blonde massage therapist whose behavior was terrible last night I don't recommend her; she doesn't do her job well. She didn't do everything I asked and at the end, she asked me for money in a provocative way

This hotel was great for the price we paid. The staff were lovely and helpful, and there was a person onsite everyday to book trips for us. This hotel has a shuttle bus to take you into the city centre of Marrakech. There is an onsite spa that has an indoor heated pool. Rooms were immaculate. Food was good and varied. However, their on site gym is well below standard and 95% of the equipment is broken or not working properly. The heated spa pool in the spa is okay, but the jacuzzi jets don’t work. When I asked the spa staff about this, they just agreed that they don’t work. They were broken for the whole length of my holiday. As you would expect, you pay extra for spa treatments / access to spa, so you expect things to work.

We had an amazing holiday @ Marrakech Ryads from start to finish. Reception staff are more than helpful, our waiter which I stupidly never read his name badge same outside table every night had our favourite wine, bread rolls ready for us every night, beach snack bar waiter always smiling, bar staff very friendly and the best animation team with loads of activities every day and a show/ dance & entertainment every evening. The food was delicious in main restaurant, beach snack bar & a la carte, the drinks were absolutely perfect. The cleaners were lovely and cleaned our room thoroughly everyday along with towel decoration. The spa was lovely and very reasonable for treatments. Although the rooms were dated they were spacious. Please please install new showers they were awful & could be cold @ times. Don't listen to all the negative reviews we had the best holiday.

Where do i begin... if you fancy catching a cold everynight from the walk from bar/restaurant/ reception then go ahead and stay here. Signposts are so dated, the room numbers are faded on a white board. So when ur walking following the map to your room because its a bloody maze due to all the room blocks looking the same you will get lost .. its a Basic maintenance fix. Hence why you get a cold in evening trying to find your room. 2nd night kicked off with porter as the lamps outside stopped working. So couldnt see no signs so he had a torch guiding us. Room was 6** So guess who got lost following the outdated faded signposts with numbers on. The porter himself. To which i replied. You see that . You got lost urself pal. Good one Another way you will get a cold is via the air con which has a mind of its own, remote doesnt work, and after playing roulette with every button for 15mins its like the jackpot when it finally turns off. It was blowing hot air.. so that wasnt too bad. Shower head in bathroom was spraying upwards and diagnaly, maintanence came and changed straight away. Well done Rooms shabby and old need upgrading asap , was given a upgrade as the first room given to me as a family room was the size of harry potters bedroom under the stairs. Straight back up to reception via the yellow brick road ,( got there next working day. ) Lady in reception gave upgrade immediately. Food . As other reviewers have mentioned, absolute rubbish. No coffee machine or hot drinks in main restaurant I told staff, mate 3 days ive been here them machines not working ? He said cant do nothing with a smug face and a dirty look.. got hold of manager in suit, who then sent that same member of staff to go into the out building bar and get me a coffee. The look on his face ! Probs spat in it I hired a car as i wasnt going on a shuttle bus everytime i wanted to leave the hotel. And believe me. You feeling like leaving every day and night you are here. 25minutes from center... ! The hire car was a saviour. Ate out every night . Didnt use pool. No heated pool either... the gym ? You could build yourself a better one from argos in your garage. Overall. Avoid. Trust me. stay else where in morroco. Love holidays has is just milking it with the cheap deal on. Not worth it. Read all the other reviews too not just mine.

We've just come home after a 4night stay here. The place was beautiful. Be prepared for your taxi journey!! Rooms are a bit outdated but we got upgraded to a family suite which was nice. The only downfalls I would say is the food wasn't very warm and my partner basically only ate the desserts most of the time. Would be nice if there was more choice for British tourists. Would be nice aswell too have some milk for tea as putting the milk in from the machines gave me a very bad stomach so would be good to have some milk for that. Staff were lovely and we did the quad biking which was great. The location is a bit far from the main part of Marrakech. Can't complain about are stay we enjoyed it, would defo come back!!

If you just want to stay in the hotel and drink cheap alcohol, it's fine. If you want to explore Marrakech this Hotel isn't for you. It's a 25 minute drive from the city and it's in the middle of nowehere. There is a shuttle bus but you have to pay. It's very intermittent and inconvenient, you have to book ahead and it books up very quickly. It's £16 each way for a taxi. The drinks range is limited and as cheap as possible, although there is San Miguel beer. The pool is freezing On the plus side, the rooms are spacious. The sunset looks great over the pool. The food is ok.

Hotel is lovely on the surface but rooms dont get cleaned properly, but in don't get changed unless you beg at the reception 4 or five days for them to be changed. Food's not greats they put the cakes back out. That's not been eaten the day before. At tea times they tried to shut the doors earlier than 10 so the staff can take the food running around with plates filling them up before The holidaymakers i've even finished eating the drinks machines are filthy and full of ants pointed out. They needed cleaning, and they come out with a dirty cloth to wipe it down put and entertainment is all in french so the english cant even understand plates and cups are always dirty.Have to wash and wipe them yourself The pool is freezing nor heating, so no one has experienced swimming a full week. I was here. The shop inside the hotel told us one price for an item and then told another price to a French couple which was 25 pound cheaper. Charging 6.50 for a bottle of coke and £3.50 for crips and not shy about giving you a different price in front of anyone the man is the worst

Our recent stay at Marrakesh Ryad & Spa was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Although we enjoyed our holiday in Marakesh overall, we would not return to this accommodation. While there were a couple of positives, the negatives were overwhelming. Positives • Daily cleaning: Our room was cleaned every day and the beds were made, which we appreciated. • On-site security: There is visible security on the premises, which helped us feel safe. Major Issues Room & Facilities • Despite daily cleaning, the sheets were never changed throughout our stay and the towels had a strong smell of bleach. • The bathroom water often came out brown, only clearing after running it for a while. • There was no kettle or ironing board, and ironing came with an extra charge per item. • The heating and air-conditioning did not work, and our room was freezing cold so we had to sleep in fleeces. • The hotel has no lift, which made moving around quite inconvenient. • The gym advertised had mostly broken equipment. • The spa is not on-site; it’s about a walk away and it’s near the entrance of the Ryad so you’re quite exposed to people entering and existing the premises. They also charge you extra to use the facilities. Food & Dining Experience • The food was extremely poor - 2/10 at best. Breakfast was the only slightly acceptable meal. • The breakfast staff making the actual breakfast were unfriendly and often looked angry, as if they did not want to serve guests, however the waiters were more pleasant. • On our last morning, staff were preparing food for themselves while guests waited, and some people didn’t receive any breakfast at all. • The hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, but it did not feel that way: • Guests are not allowed to take any food to their room and staff often observed what you take. There was no kettle in the room and you often had to do quite a walk to get a cup of tea. • Hot drinks are only available in the morning, and the machines would be switched off in the afternoon and evening. • No fresh juice in the evenings -only sodas and water. • Lunch and dinner were consistently disappointing with no enjoyable options. The food often smelled expired. Environment • Birds were flying around the dining area in the mornings, which did not feel hygienic. Whilst nature cannot be controlled, it would be advisable to cover the food- particularly the bread and fruit that was often left out (mind you, this was left out on display). • The hotel overall feels old, worn out, and poorly maintained, nowhere near the standard expected from what is advertised. Overall, Marrakesh Ryad & Spa was a big disappointment. Although we enjoyed visiting Marakesh, this hotel negatively affected our experience. Apart from the daily room cleaning and on-site security, there was little to appreciate. The facilities, food, and staff attitude were all far below acceptable standards. We would not return and do not recommend Marrakesh Ryad & Spa. Rating: 2.5/10

I have given a 3 star review mainly for the very low cost of this package trip. The entrance to the hotel is wonderful and the staff are all quite friendly. The room that we stayed in was quite 'tired' but it was OK and the staff cleaned daily and replaced the towels. The food menu, although quite varied lacked any real quality and a lack of labelling for the respective buffet dishes was annoying especially if one has dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarian or gluten free.

The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and the Entertainment team were the best I've ever experienced. The hotel food was very tasty, always hot and plenty of choice. It was the best standard of all inclusive food I've ever tasted. Drinks were great. The riads were lovely, spacious rooms, comfy beds and enormous bathrooms. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but I would not call this a 4 star hotel. Whilst it is a very lovely hotel, there are details which are misleading. The positives: - The food in the buffet was nice - but be warned! Myself and my partner both got the classic gastroenteritis / Moroccan Delhi belly - Staff were very nice especially the entertainment staff- they put on some really good shows! The not so positives: For example - there is no open Spanish tapas / bar - that closed 2 years ago. The bar terrase advertises “cocktails by the glass” - where in fact the cocktails are served in plastic cups from pre-made cocktail mixed in a slush machine. Even the all inclusive drinks are not extensive - watered down alcohol with very limited selection. You have to pay for the nice cocktails. Heated pool was not heated - they were both freezing cold. Spa - you have to pay to use which doesn’t mention this on the website- also if you book a treatment they only give you half of it - no sign of a jacuzzi or tea room anywhere. - Music by the pool and the terrace was very loud - sometimes starting as early as 10am and finishing as late as midnight. - the on site shop is a complete rip off - £8 for a days worth of paracetamol - so be warned bring your own as you’ll need it!

We stayed at your hotel last week to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and incredibly safe. The reception team provided wonderful customer service, recommending and helping to choose the perfect excursion for our short stay, the camel 🐪🐫 trip will stay with us forever 😂😂😂 We had the all inclusive package, and the food and drinks were great. Every evening offered great entertainment, and we also visited the hotel spa, which was a fantastic experience. As a group of female friends, feeling safe was extremely important to us, and your hotel exceeded our expectations -we never felt uncomfortable or intimidated at any point. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. I will never forget this amazing trip! 💗💗💗

This hotel is lovely and I enjoyed it so much I visited again the next month! The hotel is about 30 mins from Marrakech but it’s easy to get into the centre on the hotel shuttle bus which is reasonably priced and easy to book the day before. The grounds and pool are lovely and even though the pool is cold in November, it was still a lovely swim. The food is excellent with plenty of choice and good quality on the whole. The pancakes at breakfast are delicious! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cleaners are great. The shower head wasn’t the best but I still managed to have a shower ok. The best thing at this hotel are the staff. They work so hard and are really friendly and helpful. Hayat, in reception was brilliant, Soufian, our evening waiter was amazing and last but not at all least were the fabulous animation team who were the best animation I’ve ever seen. They included everybody and made the whole stay so enjoyable. Yassine, Mimi, Bachir, Zizou and Joseph and chief animator Jil were all exceptional!!

Currently staying on a week away from UK. Weather has been kind & staff have been friendly. Room is clean but basic with no tea making facilities (but aware of this so bought a travel kettle). As per other reviews shower head has a mind of it's own, safe broken in room, shower cold & air conditioning not working. Did ask at reception & warm water did come back for a day!!! Walls are very thin so don't expect too sleep well. Did get woken up multiple times by noise from other guests. Couple we were staying with had their door broken by maid which was left open while out for the day, luckily nothing was taken & did get fixed. Food is OK & tasty but slightly repetitive after a few days. Sadly my husband & I did get food poisoning so made us wary of what to eat. Have enjoyed our stay but would not recommend hotel simply just for basics listed above.

Excellent hotel, Beautiful reception area, gardens and pool area. Wonderful attentive staff in all departments, grounds, catering, cleaning, reception etc but particularly want to mention the housekeeping staff at Acacia Ryad who did an excellent job and Muna (not sure about spelling) who gave me a fantastic massage at the Spa. Good variety of food. Lovely grounds and pool area with plenty of room for everyone. Animation staff provided lots of activities but you can just relax if you prefer. Spacious room, and bathroom. Toilet wouldn't flush first morning and was fixed within 10 minutes. Strong shower with plenty of hot water. Only critical comment is that the bath needed re-enamelling but I only had a standard room and I expect there is a refurbishment programme in place.

Stayed here on an all inclusive basis for 4 days in November. Arrived at 1330 but check in wasn't available until 1400 however the receptionist gave me my wristband and suggested to get food before checking in. I liked that level of courtesy. Individual ratings out of 5 Room 🛏🛏🛏🛏 Room was spacious and clean Room facilities included twin beds, TV, sofa bed, fridge, dressing table, air conditioning and bathroom with twin wash basin The bathroom was a little strange with no door in an 'open plan' style. NO kettle /tea and coffee facilities in room. Lighting in the room is poor with 2 lamps to light the whole room (no main ceiling light) The shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere- flooding the entire bathroom everytime. The room was clean, part looked shoddy but think this is due to poor workmanship rather than cleanliness, ironically the part of the hotel that wasn't cleaned to a high standard was the on display areas of kitchen for the restaurant with a layer of dust and grim on the Pepsi dispenser. Food 🍴🍴 I did see a member of staff SMOKING a cigarette in the back of the kitchen Food in the restaurant seemed to have a strange metallic taint. Varity of food wasn't to my liking although I did try lots of dishes that were provided. I would recommend going to the snack bar for lunch for a lighter option (panini, chips, salad and burgers) I struggle to understand why all hotels seem to offer a full cooked dinner option at lunch but maybe thats just me. Rotten fruit left in the fruit bowls. Drinks 🍹🍹🍹🍹 Great options available including Pepsi&7up for soft drinks Fresh bottle of beer opened each time you order. Good measures of spirits and basic cocktails. Bottles of water are everywhere to just help yourself to. Hot drinks available all day. Pool 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️ Large pool area Plenty of sun lounges Pay a deposit of 100DM for a towel. Get it returned to you when return your card and receipt. There is a small shop in the hotel that sells alsorts, selection of chocolate, snacks, ice cream, 'branded' clothing and suveniors if you dont buy them from the city. Shuttle bus to Marrakech city centre 🚌🚌🚌🚌 Although the mini buses are 'well used' but perfect way to get to and from the city centre and to know you will not be ripped off. Simply book with reception they will book you certain times to travel. Drop off and collection is the same place (drop a pin on your map to find your way back) There is nothing nearby to walk to or public transport. Literally in the middle of nowhere. Animation/Entertainment 🕺🕺🕺🕺 Good amount of Animation and entertainment. The main shows in the evening are held in the theatre of the hotel. Productions are to a decent standard. Staff 🙂🙂🙂 Most of the staff are friendly and helpful i only experienced 3 members that were arrogant. - Pool bar, pool towel keeper and spa receptionist who clearly wasn't interested in allowing me into the spa at all. Tips for the hotel : 1.Use the Shuttle bus for and inexpensive way to get to the city. If your like me and feel a bit anxious about the city. Have a short amount of time there Get your photos and get back to the hotel within a few hours 2. Although no kettle, if you like a cuppa tea when your away still take your favourite tea bags to take to breakfast. 3. This hotel is better suited to people happy to be around the pool all day. 4. You can't get currency before you travel. Get it from the national bank situated next to the post office on the main square in Marrakech centre.

Please don't listen to the bad reviews! We arrived yesterday and the place is beautiful, lovely staff checked us in and our rooms are fabulous! The restaurant is really nice and the food is lovely, yes it's traditional Moroccan but that's fine with us because we like to experience the local cuisine. The pool area is huge with lots of sunbeds, they are a little uncomfortable so bring lilos as we did! Nothing to complain about, for what we paid we are extremely happy!

Came with my fiancé for his 30th birthday surprise holiday, I was a little apprehensive following other reviews but as soon as we arrived I knew I had nothing to worry about. We arrived around 1:30, so we had lunch before reception gave us our room key. We were upgraded to a family suite (room 1001), and the porter brought our bag to our room around 15 minutes after we got there. We walked through reception which was calming, beautiful and well connected to other parts of the resort. Went through the terrace and past the pool which was just wonderful. Our room was clean, had plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely bathroom. We had no issues with the room, the bed was harder than we are used to but the pillows were to die for! Every single member of staff we met was wonderful, they treated all guests as if they were old friends and the entertainment team were exceptional. They work so hard to include everyone and make it fun - the evenings were such an enjoyable experience watching and joining in on the dancing! The facilities around the pool are fantastic, the sun loungers are great, there are plenty for everyone. There were quite a lot of wasps / bugs but this is a given with sweet drinks etc. The pool is quite chilly, but once you’re in it’s absolutely fine. It’s such a huge pool and is great to jump in and use floaties! The food is quite similar for lunch, snacks and dinner so if you’re a picky eater you’ll have a lot of the same foods. But it was tasty, a lot of healthy options and constantly topped up. Breakfast was great with an omelette and pancake station. There is plenty of seats and lovely outdoor seating where you can see the outside stage. The staff are fantastic in there too. I completely fell in love with this hotel and its staff, we will 100% be back and I urge anyone to book this hotel! Guests really should take into account that there will be bugs etc due to where you are, they’re not harmful so complaints about bugs are unreasonable. Our shower sprayed over the side but we just put an extra towel down and it was fine. Overall, this hotel is wonderful and I can’t wait to come back!

Well there’s certainly lots to say.. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The beds are comfortable. Reception/pool area very well kept. There is a major issue with the water supply, pressure and warmth. Over several days we only had cold water and then finally no water in our room. Tiresome complaining about the same thing day after day and hearing ‘maintenance’ will visit. The shower head was a joke! Nice gesture to have a fridge in your room however with the freezer compartment door broken everything in the fridge freezes. Room 313. The hairdryer - in the bathroom - only worked temporarily so drying hair took some time. The bedroom decor, particularly the bathroom is very dated/tired. The bathroom lock kept falling out of the door and the towels have certainly seen better days. Spa - Whilst the hotel has ‘spa’ in its name, they seem to disassociate themselves from each other and you can’t even book a treatment via the hotel reception. If you do book, the spa admin is off and when you arrive 5 minutes ahead of time they’ll tell you, they aren’t ready for half hour and you have to wait without an apology. The treatment was awful and the two women spoke constantly to each other while my daughter and I had a back massage. Unprofessional and not at all relaxing. Hotel shop - well stocked with the ‘expected’ tourist tat and ice-creams. The fake branded items are expensive; approx £40 for a sweatshirt and £150 for a handbag and that the cheap one!!! Restaurant - disgusting in every sense! There is no policing of ‘dress code’ and twice I witnessed different people at breakfast in their pjs in 5 days! This should be stopped. Most plates/mugs are chipped. There were only plastic cups for drinks - including wine! Dinner is supposed to be available until 9.30pm, however when we arrived at 8.30pm to see empty meat tangines, they weren’t re-filled, only the couscous was replenished. Go early if you dare! Saucers and plastic spoons are used for dessert. The whole set up is very school canteen; bright lights, tea trolley’s clattering about collecting dirty dishes and most dishes are buffet beige. The snacks at the pool bar at 3-4pm were left over breakfast croissants. Bar - limited selection of local alcohol. Mojito not available during the day. Bar closes at 11pm - however at 10.15pm they removed the Mojito ‘urn’ so unavailable again! Smokers are not restricted to an area so you can’t escape the stench and inconsiderate guests even smoke whilst queuing at the bar!!! This should be stopped. Entertainment - wow! Depressing, cheap, awful - basically there is none! Guest karaoke one night, guest dancing another.. the night the ‘animation team’ had a go wasn’t any better, although they were enthusiastic. Shuttle service - you can only book one day ahead of time so be quick. Whilst there is a timetable and they run to time, there is a massive gap in the afternoon so you could find yourself ‘stranded’ in the market area for hours. A good handful of the mini bus shuttle seats are roped off as broken and they definitely can’t be used.

We booked a 4 night break at this hotel in order to experience the hustle and bustle in Marrakesh and get a few days in the sun. The hotel is good for the price we paid. There are more expensive hotels out there, which I am sure are better, but you get what you pay for and for us, the hotel was as expected. The room was nice, clean, comfortable and very spacious. Yes, there were niggles, but nothing that spoiled our holiday. The pool area is vast. Plenty of sunbeds, although these are the most disappointing feature. They are the hard plastic variety that don’t lay flat and are really uncomfortable. These really do need updating. Pool towels are available with a refundable deposit. You will be given a receipt for this, return the receipt on check out, to get your deposit back. The restaurant provides the usual, all inclusive buffet that you would expect for this price of hotel. I was really looking forward to trying the local food, but I was a bit underwhelmed by it to be honest. Food was often cold which was also disappointing. Lunch at the pool bar, was far better than the restaurant. We took a taxi into the Medina, which the hotel organised, as we had booked a tour through Tripadvisor, which was excellent. The spa facilities are good and we had a fantastic Premium Hammam massage. We also had the option of extending our room on the last day. We had a late flight, so paying 500 MAD to keep the room until 6pm was great.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price. it was very good. Arrived before check in time, but were able to use hotel facilities, got changed and enjoyed a relaxing drink on the shady terrace. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One issue was the bed situation, but not sure if this was our mistake or theirs. However, a travel bed was provided, but turned out to be broken, asked for a replacement which did eventually arrive but by this time my granddaughter was more comfortable with the mattress on the floor ! Maid service was very good, a very friendly, happy person. The shower was not very good and sent water all over the bathroom, it broke down completely so was replaced and was then much better. Another bathroom issue was the towels. Only one VERY small bath towel and one VERY small hand towel each, not adequate for hair washing. No bath mat until third day ! The restaurant food was very good, very fresh and nicely presented. Staff all over the hotel were very helpful, friendly and nice. So, yes apart from a few issues, which were corrected on request, a very nice hotel.

Currently staying at this resort. It is clearly a 3 star resort. The service is really poor, i would rate it 0*. The room is not suitable, partner was locked in the bathroom for about 30minutes until someone arrived, then we had no lock on the door for a few days, other resortd have phones in the toilets for situations like this. Had i not been in the room, he could've been locked in there for gods knows how long as i originally wasn't coming on this holiday. The safe didn't work and had to wait 3 days to get it fixed. Only to catch 2 members of staff fiddling with it the next day after it had already been fixed. They never gave the correct amount of towels required despite calling reception numerous times daily, there is 3 of us but they kept providing 2 towels only. You need to pay for pool towels (100dirham per towel). So I used to just take the ones from the room, and the cleaner (Sena or something) actually snooped in my bag and seen them in there, so just makes you wonder what else they check! The shower pressure is very low so a new showerhead was installed which basically showered the whole floor. The bathroom smells like sewage. The food is the same every day and very limited. They dont offer no "still" drinks other than breakfast so I have been having to give my child fizzy pop as she refuses to drink water seeing her cousins also drink fizzy pop! I witnessed the mini club staff getting rough with a child. There are no lifeguards in the pool area. There are no waiters taking drink orders, you have to go to the bar each time. The resort is in the middle of nowhere. I would not recommend this place at all.

Hotel lovely beautiful surroundings around hotel however 4 nights was long enough as you are literally in the middle if no where, no where to visit or walk to so please make advantage of the cheap taxi supplied by the hotel to other places. Buffer style restaurant served a wonderful array of different foods every eve. Breakfast was on a different level serving to suit all tastes. Pool area was lovely, In warmer months this would be idyllic, however in March staff not always readily available so I did find myself as bar maid one afternoon lol. Lunch time restaurant around the pool was actually really good serving all the foods us brits love. Entertainment crew were though amazing every night trying to involve all guests 😍 think I nearly learned to salsa 😀 Using the bus service from hotel to the market which had to be pre booked 24 hrs in advance is a must . Now you enter a different world down at the "market" Be careful its scary when your travelling 2 ladies alone very push very persuasive, Be careful whilst my friend was at a stall i was grabbed by the arm by a Moroccan lady already placing henna on my hand.. and when I said no she pulled me harder I grabbed my hand from hers and shouted NO she wanted £10 It was scary, But albeit an experience I think Morocca coast will be beautiful but I never wanted to leave marrakesh so quickly

Our group of 5 had an early flight so arrived at the hotel mid morning. We were greeted by the Porter who took our bags and set them aside. We then met the travel company Rep who told us to meet him outside. He told us a little about the hotel, meal times etc. and then talked us through the trips he had to offer. As our rooms weren’t ready we had a look round then sat in the foyer and waited. Luckily it was comfortable. Eventually we were able to check in, receive our wristbands and keys and go to our rooms. We booked 2 rooms, a triple bedded and a twin. On first impressions we were very happy. The twin room had a seating area with a sofa and our triple room had a separate bedroom which was ideal. There was plenty of storage, with 4 wardrobes in our room but there was a lack of hangers. The air con was good and the beds, although very hard, were surprisingly comfortable. We all slept well on them. In the separate bedroom there was a fridge but it smelt bad so we were reluctant to use it. There was also no mirror in the separate bedroom and no full length mirror at all. There was a safe, which we particularly wanted but we were unable to get it to work. We made numerous requests to reception for help but no one came so we ended up carrying all of our valuables around with us. We waited for a very long time for our bags to be brought to the rooms. When they finally arrived, the Porter was reluctant to leave and stood in the doorway for an embarrassing amount of time looking at us. He was obviously waiting for a tip but we didn’t have any money at that point. It was a very awkward situation. The bathroom was large with a bath and a walled off area with a toilet and a bidet. Unfortunately the floor flooded every time we had a shower as the shower screen wasn’t long enough to stop the water going everywhere. There were also no safety rails for getting in and out of the bath. For safety reasons this really needs to be addressed. The whole bathroom was tired and needed updating as there were chips on the porcelain and the grout etc. was unpleasant. Both of our rooms didn’t have enough towels and it took requests to reception on 3 consecutive days to finally get enough so we all had our own towel. Toilet rolls were scarce too. On one day, 1 of our 3 beds was stripped and the bedding was left in a heap on the bed. A member of the Housekeeping staff was asked twice to come and sort it out. They finally came a couple of hours later when we were getting ready to go out for the evening. Again, it was very awkward. Our rooms were in a square block with a courtyard in the middle. In the hotel photos, the courtyard outside of our rooms was beautiful. In reality, ours wasn’t like that. It had a fountain that looked like it hadn’t worked in a very long time, broken slabs and rubble everywhere. Very unappealing. Our first impressions of the restaurant were good. The food looked lovely and varied and the cooking stations were very popular. Unfortunately it turned out that although there was a good variety of food, it was repetitive. The breakfast was also boring and disappointing. The best thing about the restaurant was the staff. On our first day we found a round table that seated 6 and we sat there every evening with the same Waiter. He was so friendly and attentive and started putting extra things on our table such as drinks and bread rolls etc. The snack bar by the pool was only open at certain times and served up a limited range of food. It was usually lukewarm unless you went in as soon as it opened. Unfortunately on day 3 one of our group became very unwell with vomiting, stomach upset and bad stomach cramps. Soon after 2 more of our group had upset stomachs. We ended up eating bread and plain foods such as rice and couscous for the rest of the holiday. The pool was nice but the plastic sun beds were uncomfortable as there were no cushions to put on them. Some guests bought cushions from their rooms to use. The beds were also very dirty and in need of a good clean. We were always able to find beds but there was a lack of shade as the umbrellas were fixed into the floor and couldn’t be moved. Pool towels were available to ‘rent’ which was a bonus. Most of the staff were friendly. The Reception staff were professional and the Bar staff were chatty, smiley and liked to have a laugh. We weren’t impressed by the Housekeeping staff though who weren’t helpful or particularly friendly. The staff that let the hotel down though were the Animation Team. They tended to only engage with certain guests. We were spoken to no more than 3 times during the week and even when they walked past they never said hello. The only way to get money at the hotel is by the using the ATM machine at Reception as they do not change money themselves. There is a small shop that is packed with all sorts of things but it’s not cheap and there’s a hotel shuttle bus that you can book at Reception but we used a taxi as it was cheaper for our group of 5 and more convenient for us. We didn’t book any excursions at the hotel, we always use Viator. All in all, we enjoyed Marrakesh but wouldn’t recommend this hotel, hence only 3 stars.

I wouldn’t normally leave a review, however after reading some of these online I was so close to cancelling and I’m so glad I didn’t. The staff are so friendly and polite, the animation team are fantastic and get everyone involved, I’ve never seen so many people join in it was great. The bar staff again are amazing, everyone was so nice. We stayed in a junior suite, the bed was hard which personally I love, the only issue and it wasn’t really an issue, I got in the bath and the water was lovely and hot my partner got in the day after and it wasn’t even like warm but I’m putting it down to the time of day, I was in early evening he was in late night. There was a burst water pipe while we stayed there but again they fixed this as soon as they could and updated us when we asked about it. The food, there is a great selection of food which is almost constantly available, whether it’s at the main restaurant in the hotel or by the pool (burgers by the pool are cold but there is a microwave to warm them up). The spa was absolutely fantastic, we went for a traditional coupe massage and again the staff were so friendly, I booked in for my hair and they allowed both me and my partner to use all facilities there. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve been in and would 100% recommend and return. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel and spa for making our holiday and my birthday just perfect.

I just wanted to share my experience for others sceptical about booking this hotel after reading the mixed reviews. We had a fantastic time and I was absolutely in love with the design of the hotel and cleanliness. The hotel always smelt beautiful also. I remember reading from previous guests that the decor was outdated but this must have since changed because the designs were very modern. For what I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was. I can't wait to visit again!

We stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time. The room was basic but comfortable and we had a balcony to sit out on. Our bed was very firm, but we slept very well on it every night. The food in both the main restaurant and the pool snack bar is fine, there’s something for everyone. They even have soya milk for those with a milk allergy. The staff are friendly and attentive. The animation team are always on the go, day and night. The pool is very cold but very refreshing when the temperature is in the high 20s to mid 30s like it was when we were there. The hotel is located in a peaceful area which is really nice when you want a peaceful atmosphere. There’s always plenty of sun beds around the pool too, although they don’t have mattresses on them so they can be uncomfortable if you’re on them all day. With regards to the room, there’s no kettle in there, so my advice would be to pack a travel kettle, tea bag’s and coffee if you like a hot drink when you wake up. There is a fridge in the room which is handy for your water, pop and milk. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back again.

We have just returned after spending the week here, I’ve left reviews on every platform I can about this place because it deserves it.. On arrival 11:45 am we were greeted by friendly reception staff who did point out the check in wasn’t till 2pm however we had full use of everything straight away and were shown where to go and our cases were secure then bought to our rooms for us by friendly staff. The pool area was beautiful and more than enough sunbeds to go around, not once did we struggle and we actually sat in the same spot daily even after not going down till after breakfast. Pool bar had more than enough choice, lovely staff and by end of week he remembered our order. Pool was very cold if you slide in slowly however once in or if you dived in it was the most refreshing feeling after the heat. If I had to get picky I’d ask for cushions for the beds as were a little uncomfortable however we took our cushion from our room seating and this was a game changer. ( just be decent and take them back after) The food was lovely, I’m a picky eater and I had plenty of choices, desserts especially were great and different daily. Breakfast was also lovely, fresh eggs and omelettes cooked well in front of you. Table areas clean and quickly replenished, the restaurant is big so you never struggled to find a clean table. Staff would bring fresh bottled water over to you and pour at every meal. The shop has all the little nik naks and was nice to look around, I’d say it’s cheaper in the city. Entertainment team were fantastic, plenty of fun and games to be had but also no pressure if you would rather relax. Our room was lovely, the only issue we had was the shower head didn’t stay in the holder but we were fine. The room was cleaned and beds made in a pretty way each day, fresh towels daily. We didn’t see any ants or cockroaches at all and no dirt. Some of the reviews are very harsh and I feel people just want to be picky. For what we paid we are extremely happy and will absolutely return to this beautiful hotel.. thank you for having us. Tip- try the massage in the spa it’s amazing.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay and honestly I cannot say this loud enough… IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! After reading the reviews I panicked and thought about changing the hotel a number of times, I am glad I didn’t. It was my first time visiting Marrakech and I was a little apprehensive based on the reviews I’d read. The hotel itself was beautiful, our room was amazing. The pool was massive but was a bit cold. The animation team do not stop, so much to do and I’ve never been to a hotel where so many people get involved! Never pushy but always announced what was happening next for anyone who wanted to have a go. The food - if you are part of the chicken nugget brigade you may struggle a little but there was always plenty of choice and even the fussiest of eaters would find something to eat. Drinks - a little basic and some very sugary cocktails but beers all bottled and branded. The staff cannot do enough for you and every single one go above and beyond. The bed and sun beds - HARD! I did struggle a little but if you like a firm bed then you are good to go. Would I come back - absolutely!! If you have never been to Marrakech then I would say prepare for a culture shock when going outside of the hotel - roads utter chaos and the medina and souks busy busy busy especially at night. Download InDrive for taxis but make sure the agreed price is actually the price they will charge as we had a bit of an issue with one but had the help of hotel staff to settle an argument with a driver trying to overcharge. The weather was insane and mid to high 30s every day. All in all don’t let the bad reviews put you off- we had a great time and wished we had booked a longer stay.

Hotel was stunning. We stayed here as a couple & will definitely be returning. The staff were lovely & friendly & always willing to help. The rooms were adequate due to the shower being cold but being in a hot place it wasn't really a bad issue. The food is stunning too, lots to choose from daily.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and were abit apprehensive after reading the reviews. Here is my honest review after our holiday. Location-about 25mins from Menara airport and city centre so is considered abit far out but there is a daily shuttle service for 15Drh per person each way. Just remember to book at least a day in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Atmosphere- Nice reception hall but air conditioning is non existent here. All staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't come across any rude staff in my time there. The reception staff, bar staff, cleaning staff, entertainment team, restaurant staff were all friendly. Grounds were kept clean. Food- We only ate in the buffet restaurant and tried the restaurant by the pool for lunch once. What is common with both is that the food was not always hot despite the chaffing dishes all looking hot with steam, lights etc-Once dished, most of the food was lukewarm. The only food station that had piping hot food was the tangine station-which I absolutely loved and ate from more once I discovered this. The Breakfast was also great...live omelette cooking station and pancake..very nice. Overall, decent variety and food areas always kept clean. Rooms-This is were this Riad fails epicly for me. The toilet seat leaked and on the verge of breaking as it made a sound (unsecured ceramic) every time we used it.The bath was old, rusty although shower was ok re hotwater, it still looked rusty and tired. The desk lamp did not work so lighting in the bed area was not very good at all. The lighting in the hall and bathroom was much brighter and reflected abit in the bed area. TV remote was not working and tried switching on from the mains at the back..no luck. The bellhop tried and switched it on for us when we first checked in but switched off by itself after 30mins and didn't work throughout our stay. The air conditioning was brown, tired and made creaky noises-although it was not loud enough to disturb our sleep but it was constantly making some noise. While our room was cleaned everyday and clean towels left, we did suspect that the bedsheets were not actually changed-just tidied up. The bed was hard-which I didn't mind but the pillows were scanty and just rubbish-not good support for the head/neck. While we complained about the toilet seat leak and it appeared to be fixed-only for the leak to continue on 2/3rd day, we did not complain about the others as they were too much and didn't want to be drained with complaining while on a 4 day trip. Besides what they need is a totally refit of toilet/bathroom, new air conditioning which I am sure they already know about. Oh the pool was great but those plastic chairs need to be changed...They are NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL!! Entertainment-This is where I will give the Riad a 5 star. The team where engaging, fun, friendly and made our stay worth it.Josef (from Agadir) very friendly, Karim and Saad at the bar,Aqua Zumba ladies, the stage show teams. Rida with the activities. Honestly, they interacted well with us and apologies I didn't get or remember all their names. We attended all of the night shows and the team did a fab job of entertaining us. Kudos to all of them. Overall its cheap and cheerful....ish. May comeback if I am desperate for a cheap sunshine break-But the rooms and pool plastic chairs need to be fixed asap honestly.

Read previous reviews. The bar staff and reception are not rude or surly. Try saying.. good morning or .. how are you. They respond politely. 30 degrees every day. Rooms clean and airy. Full bath in the room. Ample hot water. Beautiful pool. Suggest you take lolos for plastic sun beds. Site shop is best avoided very expensive. Food is varied. Plenty of choice. Loved the mint tea..if you go to the souls, my rule of thumb was to reduce their price by two thirds and not move. For example thee times I was quoted 800 all settled for 200. Or walk away. Cookery demonstration was great fun. Enjoyed holiday

We spent a week in this hotel. Rooms are ok ish, showers need upgrading and air con did not work, there was also a broken cupboard . The food was mostly cold and on day 3 my friend started to feel ill with stomach cramps and spent the rest of our holiday mostly being sick. The a la carte restaurant was closed. The cocktails were awful and some bar staff were rude, the wine, however was ok. The one good thing about this hotel is the pool. We won’t going back.

On arrival the hotel looked lovley lots of communal areas in reception to relax. (Being painted while on our week visit). The rooms are very basic, terrible lighting could not read on an evening, the beds were rock hard and really uncomfortable to sleep on, lack of hangers or draws to put clothes out, towels every day changed but very small and most days did not have a bath matt. The shower was constantly flying off the wall, this was in my friends room too and luke/cold fresh water, it was leaking on our first day and they did replace on same day once we told reception. The food was lovley the first two days, plenty of salad, selection of tepid main foods but very repetitive and was often coming out cold or luke warm as the days progressed managed to have fresh pizza which were cooked in restaurant but the chef was not happy to do small ones plain until I informed the manager this had been authorised. I got food poisoning (only ate at hotel) and this was on day 3, we informed manager but they said I was the only one, this not true as other holiday makers has been violently sick. Breakfast was best meal freshly cooked omlettes and pancakes nice and hot. We booked the hotel as was advertised 2 extra restaurant to eat in at additional cost, they were closed, you could dine in a seperate room but this was same food from main restaurant and with being 40 mins away from main centre we were stuck with the main restaurant or pool bar, there was no snack bar to serve food just drinks, the cocktails were disgusting, we drank bottles of San Miguels and bottle water Plenty of sunloungers which are plastic and with the bed being solid we also suffered with these too. Swimming pool fresh water and at 36' it was lovley to swim in. You can hire towels from pool area. The entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic and so friendly, they worked so hard, aqua gym, french bowls, water polo, salsa dancing, evening entertainment with DJ simon they tried to get everyone involved and dance floor was full every night adults and some kids. Changing money can only be done after 10am at hotel, cash machine available but exchange rate was much lower. You could also book excursions with the hotel which were the same as some of the reps based in hotel. Staff really friendly and try to be helpful mainly speak arabic or French some very limited English, they have there own taxi service that you book in advance at reception 200 dirhams each way and a shuttle bus into Marrakesh which is about 12 dirhams Sadly with being so ill I did not have the enjoyment I was hoping to get out of my holiday with site seeing or dining out. Only managed to go to the market which I haggled for a lovley leather bag and the people of Marrakesh were so friendly did not get upset if you walked away. We did get lost in the market its very deceiving and the scooters/horses/donkeys down very narrow streets is definitely scary and cahotic. I was so happy to be going home but at least I can tick Morroco of the list and I will not be returning.

The communal areas of the hotel are absolutely beautiful, well maintained and plenty of options on where to sit back and relax. The room was disappointing. My husband and I had separate beds which were very hard and uncomfortable. The bathrooms need to be renovated. Some plug sockets were hanging off the walls. The shower and bath had paint peeling off the walls. The rooms definitely need some redecorating but they were clean and tidy. We were really apprehensive about the food due to the reviews, but the food was very good. They have set dishes that don’t really change but have something new each mealtime. The snack bar had some great options too. The staff were absolutely great! The reception staff were so incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bar staff were helpful too. The animation team were incredible! There was so much to do and they got everyone involved (without being too pushy)! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed here and reviewed this hotel before we went but once we got there all be it rooms very nice I want to talk about the food it states on the booking three restaurants well the Spanish tapas has been closed since 09 and the a la carter is charged at 150 dirhams for the same as you get in the buffet and speaking of which was very disappointing they say cater for all but all I can say is if chips and salad counts that's it all you get is tagines and after the first week we'd. Had enough very disappointed they could do so much better

Awful place. Been here one day. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Electric in room went. Cold food. No cutlery. No cups. Broken wardrobe. Stained bath and toilet. Not even a one star is good enough !! Can’t wait to go home. Only good thing is the pool and the weather

The hotel itself looks lovely in all of the more communal areas, it’s let down mostly by the rooms. Unfortunately in our room were 2 beds pushed together, whilst not an issue on it’s own I would imagine a double to be a better option. The pillows where horrible, can honestly say I had about 50/50 on good nights sleep vs bad. The mattress too firm for my liking but you can’t please everyone so I can forgive that. The bathroom didn’t have a plug in the bath so a bath was out of the question and the shower head was stuck vertically as there was no adjustment so we had to make a diy shower head to be able to have a decent shower. The bathrooms look tired and could do with some TLC. I found and this is only personal as I am sensitive to sound in the evenings, that the aircon was noisy on any lower than 27 degrees. We are usually 5 star goers and found it difficult to adjust to the very sugary syrup like juices as opposed to fresh. Food was varied and good other than the last but one meal in the evening that I suspect gave me some sort of stomach issue that I am still experiencing on the return home (brown rain). This had to be the hotel as it’s the only place we ate at the whole holiday. Unfortunately this takes it to a 3/5 for me whereas a 4/5 would have been scored had I not felt unwell. Porter wanted tipping but we had no money of any kind on us at the time and he was very pushy to my partner almost keeping the room key hostage, with respect we paid holiday tax and service charge so this was unexpected and unprofessional. He walked off in a huff and was down right rude. Reception making us aware would have helpful or giving the option of not having a porter. Sunbeds whilst expecting them to be hard, they were imo pretty dirty and could be cleaned more. Animation team really make this hotel imo, the evening entertainment is great and they really give the evenings some atmosphere. Didn’t get involved in the day but I am sure the same applies.

We stayed at Marrakech Ryads Parc for two weeks at the end of August and honestly had a fab stay. I read multiple reviews in the run-up to our visit, and I can't say I wasn't concerned. However, we had a wonderful experience. We arrived and were greeted by a nice man at reception. He gave us all the necessary information and advised us to grab a drink as all inclusive finishes at 11pm, and it was already after 10 pm. We were helped to our room with our cases, then we headed to the bar to get a drink. Honestly, our first impressions were very positive. Especially to discover the soft drinks where branded (pepsi, sprite etc) and the beer was San Miguel. When we got back to the room, we did discover there were ants in the bathroom. It looked like they were coming in by the window. We decided to deal with it in the morning as it was late. The bedrooms were lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air con was excellent. The next morning we headed for breakfast, there is a limited selection but we always found something, I really liked the omelette station, the lady cooking them was so efficient and they were always perfectly cooked. After breakfast, we went and spoke to reception about the ants, and they said they'd get it sorted. We also discovered our safe was locked, so they said they would sort that too. We headed back to the room, and a member of staff came to open the safe and showed me how to work it. When we got back later that day, the ants were gone. The entertainment round the pool was fab and the fact we could borrow equipment was fantastic, my two sons really enjoyed tennis and paddle. They also liked playing darts, the pool game, and water polo. There was also Zumba, cooking classes, aqua aerobics, and more. I did a cooking class learning to make lemon chicken tagine and really enjoyed it. Some of the entertainment team spoke minimal English, but this wasn't an issue at all. There was usually someone to translate. The evening entertainment had a varied selection, and although I prefer to avoid karaoke night, the other nights were great, and the team worked hard on it. In the main bar, I have to shout out Mohammed and Ahmed, they where both wonderful. Always happy and helpful, they sometimes knew what we wanted before we did 🤣 and we couldn't have asked for better service. There was a lovely man in the restaurant who ensured we had a table every evening in his section, although unfortunately I don't remember his name. As for the food, im a fussy eater, and I always found something to eat. The pizza counter was always good, as well as the freshly cooked food. The only night I struggled was Sunday, and that was both weeks, but I dont go abroad expecting English food, so I made the most of what was on offer. There was also always a fab selection of desserts and fruit. We ate by the pool at lunch a few times but did always find the food wasn't as warm there, so we stuck to the main restaurant. None of us had iffy stomachs at all, which is a first for us on holiday. I always tell myself I'll write reviews when I get home and never get around to it, but I feel like there is a lot of negative for this hotel, and it doesn't deserve it. Every single member of staff I encountered was polite, friendly and helpful. I genuinely would recommend and would go back.

I had the most wonderful stay at Marrakech Ryads Parc & Spa, and I cannot recommend this resort enough! From the very first day, I felt so welcomed and cared for by the entire team – every single member of staff, from security to the restaurant team, went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy. A very big applause and heartfelt thanks go to the animation team – Mehdi, Ayman, Ali, Yousef, Bachir, Yassine, Ayoub, Zizou, and Lahsen. You are truly amazing and made my holiday unforgettable! Your energy, kindness, and sense of fun created such a family atmosphere. Every activity was full of laughter and good vibes, and by the end of my stay it honestly felt like saying goodbye to friends. The resort itself is huge and absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and well kept, and the food is varied with something for everyone. I loved how much space there is to explore, with pools of all sizes where you can either relax quietly or join in the fun. The evenings were always special thanks to the shows and entertainment, and the club with the best DJ ever was the perfect way to end the day – so much fun and such a great vibe! What really sets this place apart is the people. The warmth, smiles, and genuine care from the staff make such a difference. It’s not just a resort – it’s a place where you feel at home, surrounded by people who love what they do and share that joy with every guest. I left with amazing memories, lots of new friends, and a strong desire to return. Thank you, Marrakech Ryads Parc & Spa, for such a special experience – I can’t wait to come back!

Great Holiday first visit to Morocco. Don't allow the poor reviews of this Hotel to frighten you. I was very apprehensive before arriving. However have been pleasantly surprised. Hotel is as described well away from anything although a shuttle can be booked for approx £3 return into Marrakech. Trips can also be arranged in the reception. We found our room very nice cleaned daily. The entertainment team has lots of activities during the day , not pushy if it's not your thing either. However other nationalities do seem favoured above English. A nightly quiz then kids disco and dancing before and after a show. Food was very nice in my opinion lots of choice , meat, Fish, lovely salads and beautiful tagine dishes - if your looking for typical English food you may struggle...your in Morocco after all !! The beer is bottled San Miguel which is nice . Some cocktails are available too measures are very big !! Pool is very nice and there are plenty of loungers we didn't struggle once to get a lounger. All in all for what we paid we have enjoyed a very nice stay at the hotel relaxing by pool enjoying nice food and a few trips.

This hotel is beautiful. It has a large pool, and there was a lot of availability for sun beds. We went out to the nearby town and got back late and there were still sun beds available for us to go in the pool and chill in the sun. All food and drinks are amazing. There was a large variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the pizza there the most! They had good entertainment on the evenings, with activities for both the kids and the adults. All staff are super friendly and approachable too. The hotel is well-kept, with cleaners being around all day. Our room was a good size, with a large wardrobe, a safe, a large bathroom with two sinks. Love. Love. Love. We are planning on coming here again next year!

Me and two friends went to this hotel and have just returned, would ignore all the bad reviews about this place as it’s brilliant, amazing entertainment for kids and a dj room with dim lighting that goes on untill 1am for adults - drinks do need to be paid for however the cocktails were lovely and cost an average 4£ each so can’t complain! i’m not a fussy eater so the food wasn’t that bad for me and there was always something i could eat, from omelettes to moroccan dishes and chicken nuggets and pizza, if you do struggle with fussy children or eating your self, the evening receptionist abdel was amazing for my two friends and ordered them any food they wanted mcdonald’s, kfc etc.. the rooms were lovely and cleaned daily, bed was slightly uncomfortable but nothing major. didn’t need to rush for sunbed in the morning as there were plenty and the pool was huge with plenty of pool activities daily. the animation team were fab specially Ali and Momoo very welcoming and always offering to help. the bar staff were a good laugh and always smiling. many reviews say they’re rude however i find if your arrogant and rude expect it back as i would be the same. nothing at all went missing from the room although we were worried about this based on the room, as 3 girls u can imagine the mess we made with clothes makeup, etc, the cleaner would come in changed the beds, towels, tidy the room it always smelt fresh and clean on our return and none of our belongings were ever out of place. we booked a guide through the hotel into the medina and he was lovely we had a pick up and drop off included. told us what not todo in the medina as there’s a lot of scams like taking photos etc.. they also have a shop with trinkets, handbags, key rings, snacks, drinks, ice cream if you don’t wish to leave the hotel but still bring back magnets etc..! a great hotel all in all and would definitely return. do recommend the quad bikini, camel ride with night time dinner show and it was brilliant!!

Hotel was lovely , animation team were amazing and we couldn’t fault them at all , there was always something going on with the entertainment in the day and night , Ali and momoo were so welcoming and made our holiday the best , all the staff were nice made us feel comfortable with our stay , Abdel the receptionist was very helpful as we struggled with the food so he ordered a McDonald’s as the glovo app wasn’t working and said if we needed anything he will sort us out , we also booked a safari trip and had the best time ever , we booked a guide to take us around the medina as we were 3 girls travelling to morroco and we felt safe and the guide was so helpful and that was booked through our hotel , the food is a hit and miss but there’s always something in the hotel that you can eat , I’m not sure why there were so many bad reviews but the holiday is what you make it and we all enjoyed our stay, all the bar staff were lovely aswell , the sun loungers are a bit hard as they’re plastic but we just bought lilos and put them on top of our loungers as this isn’t really a massive deal , they also have a DJ in the night that goes on till 1am but drinks need to be paid for there but it’s a laugh if you are with friends , but over all I wouldn’t listen to all the bad reviews you see , I would recommend booking your trip through get your guide as it is a lot cheaper.

AVOID!!!! Entertainment was consistent but wasnt in English unfortunately 30 mins a day for the kids in form of a disco at 8.30 and nothing in the day or any other time unless you sign them over to the indoor child care (at your own peril) - No minibar🙁 - No satellite channels 🙁 - No working tv🙁 - No wifi🙁 - No international breakfast lunch or dinner/ all Moroccan 🙁 - Not the definition of a 4 star hotel 🙁 - Advertised as comfortable accommodation and is a wonderful choice for couples seeking relaxing holiday. This hotel has been anything but relaxing and comfortable 🙁 - Advertised as a modern room with all the amenities you’d expect including WiFi. We’ve had no WiFi 🙁 - Had to change rooms at 12.30am on the first night due to ant infestation 🙁 - Cockroaches in the new room🙁 - Cracks in the walls through out the room🙁 - Dirt and dust located over the bed head 🙁 - Broken furniture 🙁 - Shower head full of limescale and corrosion 🙁 - Exposed wiring 🙁 - Wall mounted electrical output socket hanging off the wall 🙁 - Staff unhelpful 🙁 - Loveholidays unhelpful 🙁 - Photos of the hotel a misrepresentation of the actual hotel 🙁 - all Inclusie but very restricted never any ice and get annoyed if you dare ask for anything that involves them redirecting there attention 🙁 Food closes 10 mins before the time no matter how long you have been queuing bare in mind you could be waiting up to 30 mins for an omelette or anything on the hot stove 🙁 - rep was useless 🙁 - staff complained I complained too much and everyday although they didn’t resolve anything 🙁 Wasn’t allowed ice cream outside the canteen 🙁 - Written description of the hotel a 🙁misrepresentation of the hotel 🙁 - Luscious greenery shown through out the hotel grounds including water fountains that are not a representation of the hotel🙁 - son cut his foot in the children’s pool due to missing tiles hotel couldn’t care less and did not have the means to make a report 🙁 I’ve read some poor reviews and see the hotel always come back with we’ve had 500 customers this month and no complaint ! …. Prove it!? Photos don’t lie and here are mine 🙁 I’d be cautious if any positive reviews these working there are the masters of the art🙁 I did not meet one person that said they would come back or were happy with what they received 🙁 This place is not what is advertised or your hoping it will be

Me and my daughter came for 4 nights and although we paid under £400 each, I suppose we got what we paid for. Rooms were ok, not all have the lounge section so dont presume you will have a room shown in the photos. No point having the air conditioning as did nothing even when on full, it was also noisy. It got so warm in the room at night. Room was clean but our furniture had drawers missing, just looked tired. Good wardrobe space though and safe was free to use. We were only given 1 large towel on the 3rd day and although I requested a 2nd one with customer services who promised one would be sent up, it never arrived so we had 2 days with only 1 towel. You can rent pool towels from reception but need to leave a deposit. The pool is the best feature about this hotel, it is massive and plenty of sunbeds which you dont have to be up at the crack of dawn to reserve. Sunbeds though are plastic and very uncomfortable, we spent most time in the pool as it was so hot but we did splash out and go and spend the day in another hotel that had cushioned sunbeds just for a change of scenery and more serene. Food was typical all inclusive. Very repetitive and luke warm. There was a pasta station but you were not allowed to put the lids down so pasta was cold and so were the sauces. Few tagines but had no idea what was in them, deserts all cakes, not a large selection of fruit. Lunchtime food from the pool snack bar ok, chips, pizza nuggets, burgers etc. not much healthy options. Cocktails are all premade they just added the base alcohol ie Vodka. very sugary, to the fact that the wasps were all over the bar. I think only 1 type of beer but I dont drink beer or wine so didnt end up drinking alot. Entertainment staff worked very hard and the evening shows were quite good considering. There was no professional entertainment the hotel staff did everything. The evening bar closes at 11.00 after the show and there was a nightclub but you had to pay for drinks, bit pointless in an all inclusive hotel. There is a small childrens pool and there was a kids club, but not much for kids other than that. one of the snack bars wasnt open. There is a shop onsite that sells anything you want from shampoo, to suncream, to handbags to jewelry. Even inflatables for the pool! Hotel is about 30 mins to Marrakesh, there is a shuttle bus from the hotel but we used local taxi. There is alot of building work around the area with new roads going in due to the 2030 world cup being held there. I imagine the hotel that now stands in the middle of nowhere will become surrounded by others by then. This hotel has potential to be a great hotel due to its size and the land it covers, If they only spent some money on the little things that people appreciate, better air conditioning, updated accommodation, food and drinks to be better quality, better sunbeds, kids outdoor playground. This hotel could be so much better. I feel that with newer hotels being built in the area, this one could be left behind.

Overall we did have a pleasant stay but there are a few things that you should be aware of before your trip. Coralia Club Specifically caters to French guests and it can often feel all activities are only offered through French speakers who attend on this type of holiday package (e.g. access to cocktail making activities and taking part in evening show [aprox 40 people, all French speaking], the evening quiz etc, menu for spa and on site dakoum restaurant in French only). Whilst they do on occasions speak in English also this is not consistent and English gusts are not consistently treated in the same way and often ignored. The food was satisfactory for what you pay but water not offered in heat at all times so you have to stock up for the morning before the bars open at 10am (in 44 degree heat!). The male on reception also COMPLETELY ruined our holiday, try to avoid at all costs (there is usually two members of staff but on the occasion we had problems he was alone on the evening desk (20th August). He basically refused to offer us back our towel deposit on €40 even though we presented him with our pool cards and room number which we were told is all we would need to get the deposit back, not sure if it’s a scam as other guests also reported a problem with getting it back. We had to return to the desk four times on this particular evening and everytime he was pointing, shouting (close to screaming) and acting verbally aggressive refusing to look in a book for our deposit because we didn’t have a receipt (which no one told us to keep and they issue these a lot e.g. for birthday cakes we were only told to present back our pool cards and room number). We spent over two hours of our final evening of our holiday trying to get this back and it completely ruined our final night and made us feel unsafe due to his threatening behaviour. Obviously upon opening the book he found our deposit within the first four pages but was obviously trying to scam us. If you can avoid him and know it’s a French preference hotel you will have a great time!

We have recently returned from a wonderful holiday at the Ryads Parc and Spa. The hotel is about half an hour from the airport and the centre of Marrakech and is in the middle of nowhere. However, we booked the hotel shuttle bus which is very cheap and runs several times a day to explore Marrakech and drops you at the Hotel de Ville so it’s easy to find. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and is a large complex made up of different Riads. There are two pools, one large pool and a smaller activity pool which again were very clean. Reception staff are very helpful and you can get money from the ATM. There is a small shop which sells everything but prices are a lot cheaper in Marrakech for souvenirs etc The rooms are spacious (we stayed in Dhalia 1108) and we had a living room as well as a bedroom, beautifully decorated and our maid was lovely! The food here is wonderful. If people complain, then I really don’t know what they eat at home!! Breakfast has pancakes, omelettes, breads, fruit, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, mint tea, juices. Dinner has a variety of grilled meat and fish, tagines (delicious!), cous cous, chips, pasta, salads, a large selection of desserts and wine is served with your meal or soft drinks. Lunch we tended to eat at the pool snack bar and again, there was pizza, pasta, chips, nuggets, tagines, salads so lots to choose from. Mouard in the main restaurant worked so hard to ensure you had everything you wanted and all the staff are highly efficient and attentive. The entertainment team are wonderful, there are things going on all day and night - they do so well to entertain the different nationalities. Brits are in the minority here, the majority of guests are French but we liked this and it meant sunbeds were available long after breakfast, which isn’t the case in other hotels we have been to! The bar closes promptly at 11pm so make sure you get your drinks early. There is a nightclub that is payable after this. Bar staff could do with some training as they can be quite grumpy both at the pool and main bar but this wasn’t a major issue at all and they are efficient to be fair. We did two excursions through Get Your guide , one a tour of the Medina, Ben Youssef Madrasa and the Secret Garden and the other Quad biking and fireshow in the Agafay desert, both of which we’d recommend. All in all this was a relaxing holiday in a beautiful hotel and we would definitely return.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel, from reception to porter to dining staff to the animation team the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful I could not fault them. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The pool is fantastic, loved the water aerobics! Sun beds are plastic would be better if they were more flexible but it was so hot we were mostly in the pool. Food was fantastic, plenty of choice from local dishes to chips and pizza, my daughters loved the fresh watermelon served daily and I loved tasting the various Moroccan tagine dishes. One morning in the early hours our AC stopped working (1am) it was fixed within 30 minutes. You can book the minibus to go into Marrakech market, we went early to avoid the heat in the afternoon, note it’s a 10 min walk from where you get dropped off. For a mini break I would highly recommend and I will definitely go back.

Just spent 5 nights here as a couple. If sun, pool is your thing then no worries. If you’re social there is some activities in the day and entertainment in evening. They try their best to keep people involved but there is no harassing if you say no. Hotel is about 30 mins from airport and seems to be remote so you won’t be wandering out and about. There is a transfer bus into town that can be booked at reception. Check in was simple we arrived at 11 and told check in at 14:30 so went to pool and got some lunch. At 14:00 given keys. Room was big clean - massive bed, air con and shampoo/shower gel provided. Cleaned every day. Food is typical of all inclusive there are meats rice salad bread pudding chips. You make it work for you. Lager is bottled san Miguel and wife was happy with mojitos and cocktails that were strong. No watering down as far as I could see. I found all staff friendly and having asked how to ask in Arabic to order drinks and say please/thank you they admired my effort and had a good laugh. Plenty of sun beds. There’s a pool bar and smaller dining area for lunch poolside. Used Wi-Fi when here had no issues. I got roaming so had it if needed and wife just stayed in flight mode and used Wi-Fi to save a few pounds. My wife used spa and did full package of wrap body scrub and massage. With 2 hours of indoor pool and sauna. Cost about £50. ATM is at hotel but only needed cash to go into market and buy some souvenirs. I won’t comment on kids stuff as didn’t use it. For five nights away it was perfect for us but everyone has different opinions and expectations.

Upon arrival we was greeted nicely, and assisted by the porter with our bags to our room, however upon arrival to the room, we had booked a double room, however was given a twin, we later discovered the balcony door didn’t lock, after speaking to reception, we wasn’t offered an alternative room, only someone to put the beds together. As the door didn’t lock, we asked for someone unlock the safe, we was then informed we would have to until the morning for someone to assist. Lucky I was with my partner, if I was with a friend, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable staying in the room. The first night after the drama above, we took ourselves to the evening entertainment to find the bar (all inclusive) shuts aggressively on the dot at 11pm, after this had shut, if you want a drink you have to pay. Upside of the hotel was the pool, which was lovely and cleaning staff, who are exceptionally helpful and very friendly.

I genuinely cannot understand the positive reviews for this hotel and honestly question if they are genuine. When we booked, there were plenty of negative reviews, but then an influx of good ones appeared, which made us hopeful they had upped their game. Unfortunately, they haven’t. I have never written a review before because I usually feel that if something is fair for the price, I can make allowances. We travel several times a year and have many hotels to compare this to – but this was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms The rooms look good in the photos, but that’s where it ends. • The shower would not stay attached to the wall and kept falling off, so you had to hold it while washing. • The room was not properly cleaned once during our stay. The “cleaners” simply swept the floor and made the beds. • There was mould in the bathroom, and the water felt salty, leaving you feeling unclean after showering. • The sliding wardrobe door fell off when we tried to use it, so we had to live out of our suitcases. • The sliding patio door wouldn’t open, and the glass wasn’t even fitted properly, leaving a 2-inch gap permanently open. • The bed was extremely hard – I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. • There were ants everywhere, including in my daughter’s bed. • The fridge was dirty with obvious old spills inside. We weren’t the only ones with these issues. We travelled with 4 other families, and they had similar problems – including broken air conditioning, which made their rooms unbearable in 46-degree heat. Luckily ours worked, but it shouldn’t be down to luck. Staff & Service The staff were rude and unwelcoming. The bar staff in particular acted as though serving drinks was a chore. They didn’t greet you or acknowledge you, except to tell you there was a strict limit of 2 drinks per person. As a family of 4, that meant both adults had to queue every time – and the queues were always long. At 11pm, they shut the bar with no warning – even if you were mid-queue or being served, they would just slam the shutter down. The drinks selection was poor. There was one cocktail, which was okay, but it ran out every night. The treatment of English guests compared to French guests was noticeably worse. They still weren’t exactly friendly to anyone, but they made it very clear that they didn’t like English visitors. Food I never expect gourmet food from an all-inclusive, but the standard here was shockingly bad. • The food often tasted like it had been left out all day or reused from the day before. • There was no variety – breakfast, lunch, and dinner were basically the same every day. • There was no kids’ section at all, which meant fussy eaters were left hungry. • The restaurant was uncomfortable, with no air conditioning. It was hot, stuffy, and full of flies. • It was also poorly managed – 9 times out of 10 there was no cutlery available, and you had to chase staff to bring some. By the end of the week, none of us wanted to eat there. Going “all-inclusive” felt pointless. Facilities The pool area was just as bad. The loungers were dirty, and the pool itself was unhygienic. My 11-year-old daughter came up from diving under the water to tell me there were plasters at the bottom of the pool. The water left a horrible film on your skin when you got out, which was very unpleasant. Queues for the pool bar were always long, which made even getting a soft drink frustrating. Entertainment The only positive thing about this hotel was one entertainment night – a karaoke/party evening that was actually quite fun. Most other entertainment was in French only, so very limited for us. Overall I went into this holiday with the mindset that it was cheap for the school holidays, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. But this was extremely poor, even for a budget all-inclusive. The food was inedible, drinks were rationed, facilities were dirty, and the staff made guests feel like an inconvenience. It was honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone. Unless you want to spend your holiday hungry, uncomfortable, and treated badly – avoid this hotel.

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs Where do I even start? Honestly, I wouldn’t pay more than 2k for a family of four to stay here, and even that feels generous. Our trip began well with a lovely taxi driver from the airport – he was the nicest person we met all holiday, pointing out sights and giving us local tips. Sadly, the positivity ended there once we arrived at the hotel. The Room We were told we’d paid for an “upgrade,” but after checking the hotel’s own website, there is no such thing – all rooms are the same. And if they are, that’s shocking. • Cupboard doors hanging off • Shower barely attached to the wall and awful to use • Shower water felt like sea water, never leaving you clean • Floors filthy • Ants everywhere The Pool & Sunbeds Both the pool and sunbeds were dirty. The whole pool area looked unkept and unhygienic. The Restaurant Awful. No air conditioning, so you couldn’t sit in there long even if you wanted to – and you wouldn’t want to. The food was terrible, plates and cups dirty, and the coffee machine looked like it belonged in a garage 20 years ago. The Staff Easily the worst part of the stay. In general, rude and unhelpful. We were in a big group and were treated like a burden. At the bar, you couldn’t order for more than two people at once, so everyone had to queue individually. • One staff member in particular, Ahmed, was extremely rude and clearly hostile toward English guests. When the bar was full of English people waiting to watch the Liverpool game, he kept a French match on the screen instead – for just two people. The Bar & Shop The bar was dirty, unfriendly, and again felt like everything was a chore for the staff. The on-site shop charged random prices depending on the mood of the man running it. Location Completely isolated, in the middle of nowhere. Nothing nearby, so you feel trapped. Overall This hotel was dirty, badly run, and unfriendly. It ruined what should have been a great holiday. My honest advice: avoid at all costs.

The property is stunning it feels like a peaceful oasis with traditional Moroccan architecture, with also an amazing pool perfect for relaxing all day long. They also had an amazing food service with a buffet full of choices. The service here was great but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the genuine hospitality from the receptionists, I was always greeted with a bright smile and a lot of professionalism since my check in, they also offered many local recommendations and also helped us figuring out the transport system. They were very nice and would always check to make sure our stay was going smoothly, we could really tell they cared.

My partner and I have just returned from a five-night stay at this resort, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Admittedly, we were initially apprehensive after noticing an increase in negative reviews prior to our visit. However, this trip proved that you shouldn't always rely on everything you read online! We arrived late in the evening due to a delayed flight, but the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Check-in was smooth, and we were promptly escorted to our room, with a staff member kindly carrying our suitcases for us. We had booked a standard/deluxe twin room. It was simple and functional, featuring two single beds, a TV, wardrobe, desk, and a mini fridge. While the room was quite basic, it was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs—especially considering the price. It’s likely that upgraded rooms offer more in terms of comfort and amenities. We also had a small balcony, which was a lovely bonus and offered a nice space to relax in the evenings. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise—clean and spacious, with two sinks, a shower/bath combination, and a toilet. It was well-maintained and comfortable to use throughout our stay. The standout feature of the resort for us was the pool. It’s impressively large, with a mix of shallow and deeper areas, making it suitable for all ages. Finding a sunbed was never an issue, thanks to the sheer size and layout of the pool area. I would say the path around the pool is quite dirty and could do with a little bit of maintenance around there. There are bars conveniently located throughout the resort, offering a good variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks. I particularly enjoyed the 'Love on the Beach' cocktail. Drinks are machine-mixed and then topped with spirits, and it's worth noting that bottled water is available 24/7—plus, the ice is made from bottled water too, which is a reassuring touch. Entertainment was another highlight. During the day, there are various poolside activities such as water polo and Zumba. Evening entertainment begins with a kids' disco and transitions into shows and games geared towards adults, creating a fun and lively atmosphere every night. As for the food, it was largely Moroccan-inspired, which is to be expected. While breakfast was somewhat repetitive (we found ourselves sticking to pancakes or omelettes most mornings), lunch and dinner offered more variety, including options like pizza and pasta alongside traditional dishes. There was always something we could enjoy. We did venture out for a few excursions such as Camel Rides and Quad Bikes, although we booked these through GetYourGuide rather than the hotel. They will pick you up from this hotel at around 3PM and they will then drop you back off at around 11PM. The resort is conveniently located—approximately 39 minutes from Marrakesh Airport and around 30 minutes from the markets. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the sunbeds. I personally found them a bit uncomfortable after prolonged use, which caused some back discomfort. However, this is a minor issue and could easily be resolved with a cushion or towel for extra support. All in all, we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to return. This resort truly exceeded our expectations, and we're glad we didn't let the negative reviews sway us.

Hotel was great, staff friendly. Clean enough hotel, ok some ants but to be expected. Staff polished floors daily and maintained gardens etc. check in and out quick and easy. Certainly got value for our money, food was ok always something edible. The roast beef was cooked to perfection and gravy wasn’t bad at all, do miss home comfort food & can’t wait to get home for a roast or a full breakfast. Waiters are very helpful and put up with a lot of rudeness from guests. Entertainment staff work long hard days in the heat! Always activities round the pool. Pool was clean and lovely for cooling off in. Rooms great and air conditioning, shame fridge only works with key card in. Beds large but not overly comfortable but then that’s a personal perspective, it may be bliss to others. Shower head wasn’t great but iv yet to find a hotel shower that’s good. Would highly recommend this hotel Only downside to Morocco is lack of price tags including in the hotel shop

Not a bad word to say! We all had a great week away, family of 3 who wanted a chill week. The food is good and varied, something for everyone. One evening our daughter didn't like the pizza that was prepared (covered in healthy bits hahah) the chef noticed this and 10 minutes later a plate of freshly made cheese pizza was placed on our table for her! All of the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! The bar staff were all lovely on an evening and I enjoyed many a mojito on the terrace. The entertainment during the day was fun and varied, we joined in with the aqua gym and played games in the pool. We had a family room which was very big with 2 separate bedrooms and cleaned every day to a good standard. Yes, there are a few ants and bees about but no more so than anywhere else I've ever been. Dont let bad reviews put you off, we're planning to return next year as we enjoyed it so much.

Me and my family kids age 3 and 14 stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and I don’t think I could say a bad word about it, rooms were big and you get a fridge in the room, room was cleaned ever day and r maid was amazing she made sure everything was done and even made my birthday that bit more special, Pool entertainment there was something for everyone and I really enjoyed playing French ball, as a family we wanted to play little fella didn’t understand so Bachir offered to come and play with us which I found really nice, bachir was the one who helped when ever something went wrong with the French as he could speak both English and French, of an evening my partner didn’t want to dance and I love to dance and have a good time and bachir would always get me up to dance, he would always greet us with a big smile on his face and nothing was ever too much trouble for this man I really found I have a friend for life with this man, all the entertainment staff was great tho, my baby’s has white hair and everyone loved it, one of the ladies seen I was having dinner on my own with him this day in the main restaurant and she asked if she could sit with us, I new this was to help me out with him as she could see I was struggling, her name was Faty she always made that bit more of an effort with us and even tho her English was not the best she would really try so faty if u read this thanks so much again I have made a friend for life with her she’s amazing, Food I couldn’t fault it there was something for everyone, Drinks same something for everyone, There was 3 pools a baby pool, and 2 big pools one where all the entertainment was and the other one you could relax in and play with the family, Over all the hotel was very clean and all the staff worked so hard to keep it that way, am hoping to go back in May and it was so hot in July 42 most days and even tho it was that hot the staff still worked so hard, I went an had a spa treatment and it was so relaxing, I recommend you take time out to do this u wouldn’t regret it

Before we came here we were very nervous at reading previous reviews however some of the bad couldn’t be any near the truth!! We have loved this holiday from start to finish… we have two young children and the staff couldn’t have been anymore welcoming for us all as a family. The facilities are amazing with constant activities, a wide selection of games and kids clubs. The food is what you make of it… a lot of Moroccan food which won’t be to everybody’s taste but that is what you get when visiting another country! If I could give 10 stars… I would! Wouldn’t think twice about coming back!!

We booked our trip back in February due to the price compared to closer, more popular destinations. From the time of booking we had read a few negative reviews, so we’re becoming increasingly concerned about our trip. We considered changing destination but eventually decided against this and we are very glad we didn’t change our booking. The park itself is well maintained, clean, and looks just like the photos (albeit with a lot more people). The accommodation is basic but clean and has everything required. We did notice a bit of an odour in parts of the park but this is common throughout other locations, not just this resort. The food is very Moroccan with limited alternative choices for children with fussy appetites but the quality is good with a variety of dishes. The highlight of the resort is the pool. It’s massive with varying depths and we spent most of our time hanging out here. The animation teams also deserve a shoutout. They offer various activities throughout the day with good evening entertainment. To sum up, this is a budget resort that makes you feel like you are on an expensive holiday. If you are willing to compromise a little on the food, you will not be disappointed. The drinks are also of good quality and didn’t feel watered down at all.

Just home from a lovely family summer holiday ❤️😍 Positives: Such lovely staff and what an incredible animation team at our hotel, they really made the holiday so much more special for us. Lots of new dances learnt and loads of swimming, eating and lapping up the vitamin D ☀️😎 Food was fabulous with lots of choice every night. Great big rooms in the family suite. The pool is lovely with lots of sunbeds. Lilos allowed in the pool too. Lots of activities attend the pool. Negatives: They could do with cleaning the floor around the pool a bit more often, it's really dirty. Hotel rooms need some attention, we stayed in 310 - when we arrived there was a broken shower head, broken wardrobe door and the bathroom door handle was hanging off, some of the light switches didn't work and were hanging off also. Most of these things were fixed throughout our trip. The rooms are not as clean as they could be, we had mould up the bathroom walls and although the rooms were cleaned every day, they were not what I would class as a proper clean. The rooms just need more attention to detail.

I would rate this as 3 star hotel not 4 star . Rooms very different pictures on line. Rooms basic , lots of dust and poor maintenance issues. It was advertised as tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but there wasn’t any. Fridge in the room but very dirty ( don’t think it had been cleaned in months ) No air con in the hotel except for rooms . Food is Soso. No information or ingredients labels on dishes served , so you don’t really know what you’re eating . This is worrying for anyone who has any allergies. Gym was very basic and had no AC . WiFi very poor and was down most days . Don’t book excursions from reception as they aren’t what they say. Tipping is a big thing out there . We booked a taxi to the market and the driver told us to wait as there was a tour guide included. ( reception never mentioned this ) We were taken to herbal shops and shops we weren’t interested in. They are very pushy with herbal shops . Stay away from them unless you’re interested in that stuff. Tour guide was demanding for a tip and got very angry when we didn’t give him one . Research the country before travelling. We did but still got caught out with some things.

We had the best time at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment team were incredible – always something going on, fun, inclusive and full of energy. The food was outstanding with loads of delicious options every day. Our room was huge, clean and really well soundproofed so we slept brilliantly. Can’t fault a thing, we’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel completely stole our hearts. Every member of staff — from reception and housekeeping to the bar, restaurant, and the incredible animation team — went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I’ve never come across a team that works so tirelessly, yet always greets you with a smile. Their dedication and energy were truly remarkable. They were fantastic with us and absolutely amazing with our children. So much so that our kids cried when it was time to leave — and we ended up rebooking for November before we even got home! We go on holiday every year, but this experience stands out as the best we’ve ever had, and that’s entirely thanks to the staff. The food was fantastic every night, with great variety and quality. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was cleaned to perfection every day for nine days — the housekeeping team did a brilliant job. What really made the difference was the animation team. Every day and night, they gave 110% — from aqua gym and dance classes to cooking sessions, live evening shows, and themed parties that brought the whole family together. There was always something new and exciting to look forward to. We felt so comfortable and entertained that we weren’t even in a rush to explore Marrakech! When we did go on excursions, the hotel arranged reliable taxis for us and ensured everything went smoothly. Even while we were out, we couldn’t wait to return just to see what was happening back at the hotel! Every single staff member deserves recognition — their passion and effort made this holiday unforgettable. We’re already counting down the days until we return, and we’ve decided this will be our regular getaway spot from now on. Truly the best hotel experience we’ve ever had!

An honest review from a non fussy holiday maker. This resort is well worth the money. Its a very relaxed layout with plenty of space around the pool and facilities so it doesnt feel over crowded. The animation team are amazing. So very enthusiastic, comical and fun loving. Not pushy at all. Very encouraging for all activities. Never seen so many people getting involved. There are organised activities throughout the whole day from 10am. The food os delicious. Lots of tagine and moroccan foods to sample which were incredible. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and polite. Any minor issues with rooms were dealt with immediately. Non stop drinks all day with plenty of bottled water included. The pools are enormous so even when there are a lot of people taking a dip, they're not overcrowded. Will definitely be returning in the future. Excellent value for money.

I am about to stay at The Ryads parc & Spa for the 3rd time with friends. The first time we had an amazing room with 3 adult size beds and a spacious room, food was great and pool side very relaxing. The second visit we had to move rooms 3 times as we were put into a room with a double bed and a pull out small sofa, the next room had a double bed and a child’s bed, then finally a room with 3 adult size beds (we are all ladies over the age of ‘40 something’ which you would have seen on our booking form) so a comfy bed is important to us 😀.) We are due to arrive next Friday 1st August, I have emailed reservations and sent a message via the messaging form over 2 weeks ago but no reply. I have called but the phone was put down on me. Could someone please respond to my email that I sent on 14th July as this trip is for my friend’s birthday and we would really like to have a great room & appropriate sleeping arrangements this time. Thank you Teresa

Amazing stay - ignore the bad comments. All staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful (reception, security, bar staff and animation team). Those behind the reception desk even recommended places to visit outside of the hotel - which was great as we were a bit unsure. The staff were quick to help if you had any issues. Water was available all day for you to grab from the bar. Animation team were excellent - a range of activities including Moroccan tea making, aqua gym and evening entertainment. They put in a lot of effort. The hotel provided a shuttle bus service and a taxi service - the shuttle bus less than £2 a trip. Rooms were really modern - the dining room, seating area and pool areas all lovely. A wide range of food for all guests. There were two areas to eat at lunch time - one directly next to the pool. An excellent stay and would highly recommend. It was about 20/25 mins away from the centre. Excursions were also organised by the hotel. Thank you Ryads Parc.

Arrived home yesterday. Had a lovely relaxing stay . On arrival we had to wait till 14.30 fir our rooms. Had lunch and pottered about. First rooms given were not great and unclean. Requested to be moved and was done straight away . Next two rooms lovely. Lots of space , fridge, air con. Beds comfy. Food areas fine and lots of choices. No one goes hungry. Drinks not lots of choices but it is a family hotel. Pool is amazing and plenty of sun beds. You can hire pool towels and refresh daily. Deposit given when leaving. Staff are all friendly. Animation team are fantastic and make sure everyone happy and feel welcome. Shuttle bus from hotel to market run all day. Roads are crazy and lots of bikes. Market is so busy and plenty to see and buy . The smell of spices amazing. Just be wary and keep valuables close to you. Pick pockets including children . Don't shake hands with men as next thing monkey on your shoulders and they demand money . Tour guides very pushy and can charge you lots of money . It was nice to experience the market. Quad biking is fun the men of my family said and can book at hotell for plenty of different trips. ATM at hotel and a small but packed shop. If your looking for relaxing holiday this is perfect plae. Spa treatments available we did not go but heard from others it was really good. Hotel is about 25mintues from centre and is surrounded by desert. Lots of ants at hotel but outside in sand/grass areas . None in our rooms. All the staff work hard . It would be very quite and boring without the Animation team at night. Those guys are amazing, full of energy, friendly and involve everyone. Overall had a lovely stay and enjoyed it.

Currently staying at this hotel. I never usually write reviews and I wouldn't complain over much but this hotel is AWFUL. The rooms are so dirty, the cleaner has cleaned it daily but it doesnt look like its been touched. The balcony is disgusting and has not been swept once. When your in the bath the paint or whatever it is on the bath flakes off into the water. You cant use the shower because it falls off the wall. The air con is crap it barely works. Our view from the balcony looks like your staring out onto a tip/dump site. The staff are extremeley rude. Not friendly at all. When you ask for something its like a chore for them to actually do their job. You shouldnt feel awkward asking for a drink or anything like that when youve payed for all inclusive. The food is horrible, me and my sister have lived off jam and toast and boiled eggs on toast for breakfast and chips for dinner and tea because there is nothing else that is edible. You go in for breakfast and there is a sign for boiled eggs but everyday I have had to ask for them and wait for 5 minutes for them to come out, the first day was even worse, waiting around 20 minutes. The alcohol? NEVER IN MY LIFE have I seen such poor choice of alcohol options. The cocktails are non existent, its basically vodka, gin, rum, whiskey with horrible 'juice' or pepsi/orange/7up and you can just taste the alcohol which is the cheapest most disgusting taste. I bring the squeezy concentrated cordials to have with my water and ive had to use that in the drinks to make it taste OK. Its that bad it makes you not want to drink atall and we enjoy having drinks in the sun on holiday. Ants are everywhere! We found a dead bird near our room this morning so we told the worker that works in the garden areas and he kicked the bird, laughed and walked away. My sister has a water bottle of her own and she likes to drink out of that but EVERY TIME (LITERALLY) that she filled it up with water the staff told her no she needs to go to reception for bottled water. A few people we have spoken to said they have had a stomach bug from the food. 3 girls actually booked flights to go home 3 days earlier because they hadnt eaten since being here. The sunbeds that you spend most of the day on are the most uncomfiest things ive ever sat on. You cant sit in a comfortable position because of the plastic crappy beds. We had to bring cushions down from the room to get a little comfortable considering your on them all day. I love my holidays, I go away around 5 times a year and I am not picky atall but this experience has been the worst experience of my life and were only half way through. Positives = The gorgeous weather, the pool is a good size and the entertainment staff do alot throughout the day to keep you entertained. The night time entertainment is non existent. I dont know how this hotel has any stars, it should be -10* Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at. If you do come here you will understand this review. This is the first time that we cant wait to go home from a holiday.

3* at best. Food is awful same thing every day and it’s all so dry. Ants everywhere including drink machine in restaurant. Air con hardly works but makes terrible noise all night keeps you awake. Beds are rock hard. Got told told we had two double beds got 2 singles and a sofa. Shop just makes up prices make sure you check as tried to charge us nearly £40 for a few snacks and a drink. Wasps everywhere. Cleaner doesn’t leave enough towels every day. All round disappointed will not be returning

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment I arrived, things felt off. Check in is at 2:30 which when we arrive around 12pm from an early morning flight leaving us in the heat with no real place to change, when we eventually got the keys the rooms were so underwhelming with one of the rooms having 2 single beds when one of us was 6 foot 5 and the air conditioning wasn’t up to scratch essentially not having the ability to adjust the temperature or the ability to open the fridge essentially rendering it useless. One of the rooms had ants everywhere upon arrival and the room whilst clean had so many bugs coming from the french door. The bathroom and most importantly the shower was super disappointing with the shower head falling off for two of the rooms and the water pressure either going all over the floor or not even able to reach the person showering. The meals was the worst part of the resort essentially giving us a food bug for over a week since we’ve come back into the UK, from other reviews the food is usually below par but 3 of 6 of us had a negative experience in terms of food with the food being constantly reheated, up for debate wether it was fully cooked with some of the omelette being on the grill for no longer than 1 min and tasting like plastic on our last day really really disappointing. As well as this the resort was advertised as accessibility friendly which is one of the main reasons we went for this hotel with one of the family members in a wheelchair however he couldn’t access the bathroom because the doorway was too narrow as well as the slopes having aggressive jumps which can prove to be quite unsafe. Overall, this stay was not worth the money and the hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. I don’t aim to come back and I wont recommend this to any person looking to visit marrakech as this was one of the worst holiday experiences I’ve had for a very long time.

This place is clean, lovely, and spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, it heavily caters to French guests rather than English speakers, with the majority of the staff communicating in French. The entertainment is also primarily in French, which is understandable given the location in Africa. Additionally, the drinks were excessively strong, and we experienced two occasions where they ran out of ice, which resulted in us being unable to get some drinks. Overall, the staff were welcoming, and we had a pleasant stay. However, I believe the holiday was advertised differently than our actual experience.

Absolutely amazing experience the staff are super helpful the animation team work non stop trying to keep everyone happy. The food was amazing and would suggest that the food in the Medina was much better than the poolside bar for lunch. there is something for everyone and its freshly prepare with a number of live cooking stations in the Medina. The poolside bar also does fresh kebabs every other day but the queue is quite long and you could have walked the Medina and eaten in the time it takes to queue. The room was just like the pictures we pair a little extra for a suite and it did not disappoint. the staff where super helpful and any minor problems like accessing the safe where swiftly resolved. There is a very diverse group of holiday makers in this resort from small groups of young single to families and a good mixed of different nationalities. I think the hotel do an amazing job of placing similar people in the blocks together as everyone in our block was really quite and there was very little noise from the other occupants of an evening. The medina staff are really helpful and Nabil one of the waiters took care of us every evening was always happy to see us smiling and quick to help us at our table. The only downside would be the sunbeds round the pool are really uncomfortable either take a lilo or invest in one on day one from the hotel shop, they are allowed in the pool and definitely worth investing in. I would definitely go back to marrakesch aas ther is still so much I'd like to do ther and this would be the hotel I would stay in

We stayed as family of 2 adults and 2 children (8&3) had my parents with us also in a separate room but same block of rooms. We stayed in a suite with twin beds and a double in a separate room. the rooms were adequate but basic. Lacked somewhere to actually sit bar a dressing table chair. A sofa would have been good. Balcony was okay, light fixture broken and bird poop all over balcony rail. 2 aircon units in our rooms, one in each with beds. Bathroom was ok, no plug for bath but we only shower anyway. Didn’t use hairdryer. No towel saving of sun beds is a rule but we popped ours out on the way to breakfast and then we went back to the sun beds after and that was okay. Pools are good, one small one for toddlers - my three year old could stand up and play without any armbands. One medium sized pool (I am 5ft could stand comfortably). Big pool with varying depths. Food for us as moderately fussy brits was pretty dire. Lacking majorly in labels, no idea what we were eating. No kids table, even the pizza wasn’t plain any night we were there. Pool food was okay, I believe it to be reheated/ reused food from the night before. Some nuggets and burgers etc. drinks were okay, local spirits and san Miguel lager. Soft drinks came out of bottles which weren’t exactly cold. Animation team were v good, always had things going on. We didn’t enjoy evening entertainment but we were perfectly happy sat outside listening to the music in our little group. Didn’t really see any bugs other than ants on the main walkway and the flies around the pool (irritating but not hotels fault). A couple of cats on the site, we loved them! We were quite far away from the main area but that was fine, meant we had quiet evenings to sleep. Tipping will get you better service. The star for us was Mouad in the dining room, we are a family of 6 who sat in the same place, we tipped him a little each night and he was super attentive and lovely. Setting our table with water/bread/ice. Getting wine and lemonade, nothing was too much bother. Even when my 8yo spilt a whole plate of spaghetti bolognese. We even made friends with a family of 4 and he noticed and set them a table with us which was just really lovely of him to notice. We took one trip into Marrakesh (15dirhams each return) very bumpy and hot journey. Basically just got dropped off and left to our own devices, however on arrival a ‘tour guide’ will attempt to get money from you to show you around. Would maybe be handy if you don’t have plans. We did get lost and lose our pick up point, luckily I had taken pictures and could use my picture location to find our way back. There is wifi throughout hotel. There is a tourist tax on arrival, payable to hotel desk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends but with a few tips/warnings. I wouldn’t recommend to families.

Such an easy holiday with kids (6 & 8). This is our second visit after a successful trip last year. The kids loved the pool, ice cream and the kids mini disco in the evening. We loved the family room which gave us some space. The warm welcoming staff who looked after us well. The nice touches like iced coffee at the pool and fresh pizza ovens in the restaurant. Plenty of good food options and choice of cocktails. The Moroccan sunshine did its thing and we had a great easy week relaxing as a family by the pool.

As a solo traveller and a tourism operator myself, my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. The resort was clean, the staff were super friendly and the food was excellent, with a wide choice for all tastes. I think some of the past reviews on the subject of food were a bit harsh. Brilliant place for families to go I would say, a ton of arranged activities, kids club and a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds. Hotel Management visible on a daily basis and seem to be taking great care of the place.

Cons: Location is a little far out, 20 minutes into the centre, but a shuttle running almost every hour on every day, and actually it was a relaxing environment. I didn't mind being a bit out - Not in the middle if hustle and bustle if you didn't want it. Only downside was that the reception operation was not as slick as the other departments., I had to change my booking, called 7 times, wasn't sure that my room was held for me as I was 2 days late in the end - but no reply, nor from booking.com!!! - and on arrival my greeting was a little low key. I got handed over to another person as the first person couldn't find my booking. The staff weren't rude, but were no where near as friendly as everyone else.

Excellent staff, from the reception team, special mention for Hayat, Flash in the restaurant at dinner, the bar staff and what a wonderful animation team, they made our holiday extra special. Wonderful couples massage, once again the staff were excellent, just the cats roaming around and sleeping on the furniture was a problem

Cons: All meals became boring, with many dishes being presented on consecutive days/nights. Sun loungers need a good clean and cushions. Ant powder needs to be used to control the ant population around the pool. A kettle and cups in the room would be a very nice touch.

The hotel has a lot of greenery, nice plants to look at and that’s about it. The pools are incredible to look at but only if you enjoy ice cold temperatures even when it’s 30+ degrees outside. Heating the pool ever so slightly would go along way Fresh pancakes where the best thing about the hotel

Cons: Pools temperature = ice cold You won’t see a single person going into the pool unless they need an ice cold plunge. Buffet extremely bland and flys all over the food. Towels and bedding extremely worn out. They don’t offer you a kettle in room or have any irons you can borrow or rent. Bellboys don’t exist, they make you drag your own suitcase to your villa which could be 20 mins away from reception and having to carry it upstairs (no lifts). I paid well over £300 a night and didn’t expect this service! Hotel is down a broken road so expect whip lash every time you drive down it.

Cons: Food very poor. Room-Fridge didn't work, AC dripped big pool on floor, Took 10 minutes for hot water to come through, No hand rails to get in and out of shower (death threat). Paths around complex-Some slaps and concrete missing in the crazy paths (easier to walk on grass). Bar men kept asking and pointing to tips jar. Pool-no steps into pool only ladders and music boom boom bang bang all day not relaxing (headache time) Sunbed had no cushions. I e-mail hotel 2 week before stating our arrival would be at 11pm and asked if any food or drinks would be availabe (NO REPLY) we got there and quess what everything shut up.

Very disappointed. Charged totally different rate when paying at hotel. 80 pounds difference compared to rate advertised through booking.com.. Card machine not working so had to withdraw cash from.ATM. This is not what I wanted to do. Hotel not accepting responsibility. Rate must be the advertised rate when accommodation confirmed not what hotel fancies charging you on the day. Still in dispute with both parties. Rooms noisy. Food basic The only bonus was the weather

The Hotel is about an hour drive from the airport in traffic and 30 mins from the city centre. A shuttle service to the city is provided by the hotel for about £3 return po which is great value. Limited spaces so book at reception early. The layout of the hotel is great, rooms are in blocks rather than within the main building. Rooms are basic but spacious with large bathrooms with twin basins and lots of space for all your toiletries. Mini shampoo and body wash and soap get replenished daily along with towel change. Satellite tv has few English speaking channels and lots in French. Mini fridge in the room is welcome but there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room so pack a travel kettle if you like a morning coffee on your balcony. Wardrobe is huge, hairdryer provided but no full length mirror. By the pool the sun loungers are those hard plastic variety so pretty uncomfortable if you don’t rent an extra towel or have a thick one of your own. Pool bar is handy and you can get a beer, water, coffee and their own brand cocktails. Entertainment team are fun but it’s not on par with all inc 4*+ hotels in the med in the evening. On one day the bar ran out of white rum which is poor for a hotel. The coffee machines offer excellent coffee and they are in the terrace bar, restaurant and pool bar. Food is not what we came for so our expectations weren’t high and just as well. Salad offerings are pretty tasteless and limp, the restaurant does have extraction so it’s smoky from the cooking, vegetable dishes are a bit meh and the meat dishes are quite heavy in the heat. There’s always some pasta options, pizza. Try little and go back for more of what you liked as some items are bland and others too hot. There’s is no bar in the restaurant more of a counter to get wine and then soft drinks and coffee. No beer or cocktails there. Breakfast offers all variety of eggs and meat and cheeses, cereal and local dishes. Avoid the porridge! Despite oranges growing on trees here, the fruit offering is poor and more of a 70’s fruit salad mash up. Lunch can be enjoyed in the main restaurant or the poolside restaurant and it’s better than dinner. Teatime snacks in the bar by the terrace is simply reheated left overs from lunch so you can happily give that a miss. If you’re a sports fan there’s sports bar near the terrace. Rida the love holidays rep is fantastic! You must book the quad bike / camel ride Arabian night and £65 a person is more than others you might find but it’s got far more to offer, the entertainment will blow your mind and a lifetime experience. Shop on site is crazy expensive as you’d expect. The spa is fab and a mani/pedi will set you back about £40 which is good value and it’s a full pamper experience. You don’t need your best dress or good shirt here, very T-shirt and casual but do go and book one of the many outstanding restaurants in the city for a dressy up night out. Last shuttle bus back to the hotel is 10.30 or expect to pay £30-£40 for a taxi each way. There is no disco bar so when the bar closes at 10.30 ish then that’s your lot. Wise to get something on duty free if you like a nightcap in your room before bed. The most surprising thing is the abundance of single use plastics. Literally everywhere. Pool bar, terrace bar.. plastics everywhere

Just got home after a short 3 night stay. Lovely hotel and staff are very friendly. Variety of food options from traditional dishes to English food. Rooms are clean and fresh and get cleaned everyday (only down point I have is the beds are too hard, personal preference, no kettle for tea or coffee) Pool is spacious and several sunbeds, never had a problem getting one. Exclusions are a must and are well worth the money! I will definitely be returning :)

We have just got back from a fabulous week at this hotel. The checking in was easy and quick, staff directing us to any day out trips etc. My husband had been before with a mate for 4 nights. He recommended we go back for our next trip. I was not disappointed. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The room was serviced everyday The food was lovely, lots of choice, lots for vegetarians and vegans ( we aren't ) . Very efficient staff in the restaurant. The bar staff were fabulous and funny. Well staffed at all times. Staff were constantly cleaning the public areas, tables etc. Entertainment was better than most hotels we have stayed in, and they are all really friendly and will help if you have a problem. Activities in the day if you want, tennis, boules, poolside exercise. Also a Gym if you were that way inclined. Will we go back, of course we will. Thank you Marrakech Ryads Parc.

The property was huge. Seems like there used to be a great property managed by good staff but now neglected. The infrastructure as such and the rooms were spacious. Around 35 minutes away from the city centre with shuttle offered on some 15 MAD each. Swimming pools were nice and big. Out of two one was slightly heated. Property was scattered with good garden spaces. Entertainment team needs special mention. They are the highlight of this hotel. If it was not their performances, activities and games, I would not even waste my time give any review to this hotel.

Cons: 1. There is no room service in the hotel. We called the reception for some water and they bluntly asked us to come to reception for water. 2. There was kettle provided in the room. So even for getting hot water, you will have to walk 5 mins to the reception which was a pain. Hot water kettle is the basic facility in all the hotels including budget hotels. Especially when the rooms are away from the main reception area, hotel must provide hot kettle to make tea and coffee in the room. 3. When I approached the reception to ask for kettle and other services they gave a very cold response. Except few staff at reception all were not very receptive to our suggestions. 4. Food was not up to the mark. Not much varieties specially fruits. Looked like some of the left over dinner dishes were served next morning in the breakfast. Dishes were repeated. The staff did not understand the language and also was quite rude sometimes. The food offered next to the swimming pool had a different chef ( some old lady) who was good. 5. We travelled with kids. There is a kids club which was closed most of the times and not have much to offer. I was amazed that with such big area, the hotel did not bother to have kids play area with some rides or swing. 6. Vegetarians beware!! The eggs were cooked on the same plate on which they cooked chicken, beef and fish. My wife and other friends were purely vegetarian had difficult time because of this. In toto this hotel is not worth spending £200 per day and All Inclusive is a sham. Because we had to step out and prefer eating outside food. It is better to go for non inclusive hotel near city centre with better services. For Indians- Go for a restaurant called Clay Oven in city area. The food is delicious with great service.

I liked the large clean territory of the hotel. Quite tasty varied food. The animators did their job well.

Cons: The room is very dirty. The towels were dirty gray and full of holes. There were three towels for a group of 4 people. We had to go to the reception twice to get another towel. The toilet didn't work, but they fixed it by the evening, but the water in the sink and bathtub didn't go away, no one cleaned them. The spa complex is terrible. They put dirty smelly towels on your face during the massage. Instead of a massage, they smeared a liter of oil on your body and covered you with another dirty rag. There was no way to wash it all off, since the only shower in the entire spa had only ice water. The sauna and hamam were cold. Other people's underwear on the terrace, where you can supposedly drink tea, which was cold. I don't recommend anyone to go to this spa.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They booked us taxis into the city...highly recommended pre booking Marjorelle Gardens. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the trips we booked at reception were great. The hot air balloon was fabulous and not far from hotel. The spa was worth a visit especially on a rainy day! We had the Hammam which meant we could use the sauna and heated pool which was really warm.Gardens were well maintained.

Cons: Food was plentiful..some strange flavours..Not always hot but we always found something we enjoyed..even if it was the just the bread. Too noisy with the entertainment...very enthusiastic but turn the volume down!

The building was beautiful but run down.

Cons: The service was awful, the food was awful, not just taste but cooked really badly. The coffee was spat out after the first sip, tasted like the dirty machine had never been cleaned. The kettle took over 5 mins to boil and you’d have to boil your own water and queue up. They ran out of bread for toast. The breakfast staff were so unfriendly. We had ants in our bathroom and they did nothing about it. Our phone didn’t work at all. Our room wasn’t ready after they made us wait till 2:30pm, they were still cleaning it and we had to wait outside. They took another hour to drop off our suitcases. They wouldn’t let any other taxis drop or pick us up, if it wasn’t booked with them (for double/triple the normal price) you had to walk all the way out of the resort’s main gate to be picked up. Location was far and the road leading to the hotel was really scary as it only fits one car but is a 2 way road and has huge trucks passing by regularly. I could go on.

It’s a big and beautiful space. I went with my sister and her kids and even though the weather was cold on most of the days, we still had a great time. We enjoyed the array of options during meal times and the staff at the restaurant and the bar were kind and friendly.

Cons: We complained that the phone in our room wasn’t working and it was never fixed until we checked out. Most of the staff don’t speak English so communication was hard. Even though the room was cleaned daily, it was never really clean. I’m not sure the cleaners actually sweep the room. Also, the rooms look nicer in pictures than in person.

Food was great if your into Mediterranean and salads. However, if staying for more than 3-5days it can get a little repetitive. The entertainment staff are the highlight of this stay, especially Yusuf the dancer and Ayoub the daytime bar man.

Cons: The location let this place down the most. It is way out of town and to get to town you have to pay extra which i think is unreasonable if paying all inclusive. Also when i checked in no one showed me to my room in a very large and confusing layout hotel. So with my luggage in 30+ heat i had to navigate and find the villa and room myself. This experience put a downer before my holiday even started; This could of easily been missed if someone just showed me to my room.

Cons: This place is not safe for lone females. A friend and I stayed here last weekend and both had a room. At 2am 3 people entered BOTH of our rooms as were given keys by housekeeping. We tried calling reception after shouting at the people to leave our room and didn't get an answer. We went to reception in the morning and they said they would check cctv and get back to us (no apology) we went back to reception a few hours later and they said that house keeping had given these people keys to our room in the night and if I want to make a complaint I need to do it via booking.com. Again, no apology whatsoever on how scary this was for us both sleeping alone and having people enter our room while we are sleeping. I have since contacted booking.com and am yet to receive a response to my complaint. If you still want to stay here after reading this then please bolt and put something in front of your door at night to keep safe.

The staff were mostly kind especially at their restaurant!!! The property was perfect especially for a family! It is 25 minutes away from the centre but the whole ambiance of the hotel is perfect for a family!!! The food was great…variety of options available in each meal!!!

Cons: Nothing!

Accommodation was spacious and clean. However, there was no functioning telephone line, no wi-fi and AC was not working. The staff were most unhelpful and most couldn't communicate in English. The al-a-carte restaurants and bars (as advertised) were permanently closed. There was only one dining option in the restaurant which was abysmal. The swimming pool was nice and the evening entertainment was of average quality. I wouldn’t recommend this resort as there are many available which are definitely superior, at this exaggerated price. Not going back.

Easy to answer, the swimming pool was great, lively, great music and kids entertainment

Cons: From check in to check out the entire stay was filled with issues. Upon check in, got to our room, and didn't have bedding or towels. Took 2 days to resolve bedding for my child, the AC unit leaking onto the bed needed repairing. Room cleaning standards were poor, bed done but that was about it. First affernoon got back Into the room and saw the door doesn't lock, it was 5pm, and called reception to say I will not be staying in the room if the door doesn't lock, to be told its fully booked, but rooms were available online. 10.20pm someone arrives to fix the door lock, partial fix done, now needed to lift the door to be able to lock it. Food was terrible in variety to taste, great if you like being told how much you can have, wouldnt call it AI. Chipped plates, to dirty glasses. Day prior to leaving arranged a taxi to the airport with the hotel, morning of departure, reception guy says do you have a booking. His on the phone trying to arrange a taxi, little did he know I am fluent in both French and Arabic, then tells us the driver is running late, but it wasn't booked in the first place. Almost missed our flight.. Stay somewhere else if you would like a safe, hassle free relaxing holiday!

Cons: The facility was good but could have been more comfortable. The room was ok but it needs updating. I’m a disabled person and I found it very difficult getting in and out of the bath. It would have been good to have a proper shower room. I didn’t like the noise that carried on late in the night prevented me from sleeping before 12pm

Overall a lovely hotel. Very clean. Plenty choice of food to suit everyone. Loads of sunbeds and no one coming down too early to get one. This made it very relaxing. Majority of the staff very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team excellent. They work very hard. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: It was a distance to the centre of Marrakech so you needed to get a bus or a taxi there. On many occasions the card to the room would not work and it was a trek to the main reception each time to activate. The space while is excellent is also a trek back and forth to the rooms and the main dining areas. Lots of what looks like wasp during the day. Did not appear to sting but liked the sweet drinks. They were a nuisance. They disappeared at night and the flies come out. Very breezy at night bring a cardigan or something warm to wear.

I liked how clean and spacious the rooms were, there was a balcony in both rooms. I liked the times for breakfast lunch and dinner. The animation team was friendly and had many things to do. The swimming pool area was clean and tidy, the bar staff were pleasant. The area around was maintained. I liked how check out was at 12pm - gave us time to get ready and enjoy the morning without rushing.

Cons: There was a problem with the electrics externally and it was turned from 11am till about 4pm which caused us a lot of problems, there was no light no AC so it was difficult to get ready, when this was raised with the reception staff they were rude, We spoke with a manager (that the time he told us he was but then we found out he wasn't) he said that he will allow us to use the facilities the following day till were leave - this included the pool and the refreshments, however they told me when i checked in that i had to check out at 12 and i would be able to use all the facilities till i leave. The manager offered us the room till 5pm as that is when we were leaving. There was no apology for the inconvenience - just told us to get on with it and no one else is complaining, so i explained that one of my friends wasn't too well on the Saturday and needed the room, but they just shrugged their shoulders. There is a massive language barrier with the staff in the catering area, I'm a vegetarian and they could not explain the dishes and there was no name of the foods. Some staff were pleasant and some were, even though this experience i would go back to this hotel.

On arrival the reception staff were not helpful, charged me 4 x the tourist tax I was expecting to pay. Reception is nice but that's it, the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, the sunbeds were the dirtiest I have ever come across. Restaurant food was cold, they put fresh food on top of the food already there and not much choice. I asked one day why the food was cold and the lady seemed confused that I asked and she made fresh fries for my daughter. The birds were wadding in the pool, tells me there was not much chlorine in there, round the pool edge was grim, just filthy. Would not recommend

Our 2 bedrooms were both large, well located and very clean, bathrooms also spacious. The pool area is very nice. It's not far from Marrakech and there are mini-buses several times a day. It has stunning view of the Atlas mountains.

Cons: Some parts of the hotel are in urgent need of repair, the room where they do the evening shows is like a wearhouse with old mismatched chairs and poor lighting, quite depressing. The food was repetitive, the plates, glasses and cups were often chipped but still in use. In the restaurant area outside, guests were allowed to smoke while they were eating and we had to withstand the smoke. They were very strict with meal times, which were quite short. Dinner finishes at 9:30 and at 9:15 the staff starts taking everything away, at 9:30 on the dot there is absolutely NO food or drink left and they turn off the lights, even if the restaurant is still half full. One evening we arrived at 9:10, there were no set tables and when I asked a waiter to prepare a table for 3 he simply pointed to a table and, very rudely, told me to get the cutlery myself. Desserts were not very nice, nothing typical available and the fruit salad was prepared with over-ripe fruit and too much sugar, probably in an attempt to mask the taste of old fruit. It's an all-inclusive, but a very low quality one when it comes to the bars. I do understand alcohol is generally illegal in Morocco, but if they are licensed to serve it, they could try a bit harder, all alcoholic drinks are extremely low quality and not much is available. I asked for a "mojito" and was served a strange, dreadfully sweet drink with artificially coloured syrup.

The breakfast and lunch was great in the main restaurant. Dinner was a bit hit and miss. Despite what some reviews said I found the beds very comfortable, they are firm mattresses but I like a firm mattress, so it's all about personal opinions. The staff were friendly and generally if something was wrong with your room it was fixed the same day. They did seem to be sprucing the place up whilst we were so maybe it would have been an improved experience in a few weeks time. They also replaced the very old and tired towels with new fluffy ones, which was needed and very welcomed. The rooms are spacious and the hotel grounds are nice.

Cons: This hotel could be great if they paid more attention to little details and took a bit more care over things. The snack bar was not great at lunchtime, the wraps had chips in every day. If they did some kebabs or burgers in here it would be much better. The drinks choice is not great, a few cocktails and some sugar free mixers could be added to the all inclusive. The dinner options were a bit hit an miss in the main restaurant. They could really do with opening the a la cartes they advertise as being available. The place needs a general tidy up/makeover, the chairs and tables in the restaurants have seen better days, as have the place mats. They could do with some air con in the main restaurant and some fly catchers as well! The bathrooms need a bit of care and attention, taps falling out of walls, broken tiles, lightbulbs need replacing, toilets and taps need descaling, shower heads need replacing. The maid service is hit and miss, they only made the beds every other day but changed towels every day regardless of where they were left. I don't think any cleaning was done on a daily basis of the rooms as the floor was filthy, the sinks were as left in the mornings and nothing was moved from any surfaces. The sunbeds are appaling, the green netting ones are old, skanky and falling apart, BUT they are more comfortable than the hard plastic ones that you have to sit on with no cushions!!! That was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, who wants to sit around on a bit of hard plastic all day! The entertainment of an evening was very loud, if you wanted to sit outside and have a quite drink and chat you had to go to your room and use your balcony. You couldn't hear yourself speak above the music. There was also a silly rule of only 1 drink per person enforced after a few days of being there, which meant that you couldn't even take a drink back for someone else on your table, they literally had to go to the bar themselves.

A lovely setting and most relaxing stay. Loved the entertainment and dancing on the patio, food was excellent, beautiful rooms and pools (although a tad on the cool side!) under the palm trees. Made use of the free shuttle into town to see the main market square. A wonderful end to our trip. Staff were friendly and quick to sort any issues!

Cons: We had a few issues with our shower on the first day but there was no delay in the team sending someone down to sort it out.

Lady in the hotel shop was friendly. That's about it!

Cons: Breakfast - ate something as had to. Location of hotel - isolated.Nothing near by. Away from the center. Would need to take taxi if you need to venture out. Food was repetitive and mould was found on the bread. Was reported to the manager and all he said was 'Good morning. Sorry' and just walked off. Reported to hotel manager and was offered a Moroccan cake for my troubles. Another person complained and was given better treatment maybe because he was a male. Not acceptable to be given stale food (staff should check before putting it out). For a "Four Star" hotel would expect a better service. Had to request for bed sheets to be changed as bed made up as if changed. Tax had to be paid on arrival (came as a shock), deposit to pay for beach towel (which should be returned on leaving). No tea/coffee facility in rooms/ no iron (bought our own). Could go on and on..... Previous visit to Morocco was great but not this time!! One day we had no hot water for a few hours, at times the water ran brown. Rooms not cleaned well, a lot of dust around(as seen on my flip flops). Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

At 1st we were bit surprised as to get room location further down far from the reception & pool, however after we slept on it & decided to stay at this bigger size room we've been upgraded into (as the highest level 3 member of booking.com😍) and the friendliness of the Staff's especially Abdel & Ayoub at the restaurant and ladies at Reception (she helped me quickly with the pharmacy to get my hubby meds when he got diarrhea after done with our magical diner show at the Agavay desert) that made our stay more wonderful as this was our 1st holiday ever to Marrakech!

Cons: Overall we don't have anything to complaint or dislike😉

The only nice thing about this hotel is Abdel from night shift

Cons: We've paid extra for a bigger and nicer suite but I guess that didn't matter because it was full of spider webs, toilet had rust , blood on the wall , hairs on the shower , rust on the shower , we've asked for a wake up call that they didn't do and I almost lost my flight, if you look for Confort and good quality service is not here . Ps: the rules and regulations about the hotel are a simple suggestion , they allow people to save chairs by the pool with towels (some times they didn't even use it for the hole day) and when questioned them about it, they say you can reserve is no problem .. bad hotel , bad food , staff not well trained.. third world country with a first world price

Rooms were large, but very tired.

Cons: Rooms - in definite need of updating and modernising. Shower over the bath was very old with the shower head often falling out of the holder. Air conditioning unit also leaked when turned on Facilities - basket ball court and beach volleyball pitch in need of some TLC. Food - not much variety. Lunch food was warm/cold. Not much choice. Bar - only allowed 1 drink at a time, which for an all inclusive hotel was pretty poor and frustrating, especially when there was only one small bar open. Animation - team were friendly and tried their best. Evening entertainment was good. Location - although a shuttle bus is provided the hotel is very isolated with no where within walking distance.

The swimming pool. Never too crowded at meal times. All inclusive drinks were genuine brands as in Pepsi

Cons: This has to be the worse hotel I have stayed at in my 40 years of travelling. We got moved from the first room because the bath has flaked paint in it. 2nd room had a dirty sofa, dirty walls and an old cotton bud between sink and shower door. We didn’t ask to move again as we were warm and tired. Being from the UK we can’t use our data roaming so relied on the WiFi but it wasn’t very good.

This should be a great hotel for couples. The rooms have queen beds and the pooll and the staff are excellent. The rooms do not have jetted tubs as suggested on Expedia. However they are of a high quality. This property is let diwn by poor and repetitive food. A very poor liquor selection. With no international brands even at extra costs. The evening disco is alcohol free even though it has a better bar than the all inclusive one. Tapas bar not open at all during our stay. Not a hotel for food lovers unless you are vegetarian and addicted to aubergines. Ten different aubergine dishes on second night. Meat almost none existent and tagines which I love poorly cooked with poor quality fatty and grizzly meat. Fish dishes ok but dried out under lights. No lamb at all during our visit. This hotel needs to wake up, to the realities and demands of the modern day traveller.

The swimming pool area was lovely, our room was large and bed comfortable, reception area was nice and the food was ok. v Wine was good, entertainment team were very good

Cons: i would say this is more like a upper end 3 star than 4, our fridge didnt work, the bar shut at 11 and literally everyone locked up and disappeared, no tea and coffee in the room, no conditioner or body lotion either and the towels were very very old, it claimed there were 2 pools but we couldnt find the second and only one restaurant was open, and location wise it is a good 30 minute drive from the center and whilst the shuttles are great there is literally nothing around you, nowhere to go for a walk NOTHING. The pool area was very nice despite the sunbeds being a little hard and also the spa was very cheap .

Cons: I spent 5 weeks at the resort so i just about viewed all there was to see or happen. The general staff were very friendly but seriously lacked management.i had to wait 20 hours to speak to a manager about my patio door being left open on ground level by the maid for 5 hours .,then i was only able to see the restaurant manager who if i was female would not want to speak to anyway as he pulled a female guests hair and slapped her backside ,because he gave her a bottle of the all inclusive wine ,he believed it had given him the right to do so .the rooms were tiered and poorly maintained ,though clean.to get a towell you have to leave a 10 euro deposit for a card at reception ,but dont be fooled by the card given the return of your deposit is given back if you kept the tiny reciept given with it not the card ,another little scam they have going ,i know all inclusive is tempting but as the food is terrible and the drink is even worse ,do yourself and family a favour by finding a better hotel ,you wont regret you did

Fabulous hotel with delicious tagines and morrocan food to try each day, as well as a good selection of salads, pasta, pizza, flatbreads. There is 1 heated pool and 1 unheated, which is perfect if you'd like to cool down from the sun. Lots of green space and sun beds with shade and sun. The rooms are lovely, comfy beds and balconies with chairs and tables. Good shower. Little fridge too. The staff were very friendly. There is a shuttle bus into Marrakesh at set times of the day which you can book for a small price. It's about a 30min drive into the centre of marrakech. The property was beautiful and clean. We loved the touch of the seperate ryads which were absolutely stunning and the rooms were gorgeous, cleaned daily and even some special touches from the domestic staff with petals on the bed etc. Food was great, massive variety and definitely something for everyone. Staff were all very friendly, weather was stunning and we just absolutely loved it. The view

Cons: Overview The hotel was advertised as being a 4 star hotel, unfortunately, this was not the case; it was more of a 1 star hotel. Everything about the hotel was shambolic. There were no lifts in the entire building complex ! The Room We had no clean towels no clean bedding. We had the same bedsheets and when we asked to change them as my child vomited all over the sheets, they disliked being told to do this. Even if there were spillages eg chocolate or vomit, still no changes . The room was cleaned, but the sheets on the vomit bed had not been changed; but had been left; so at 02.30 am the bedding was changed as we insisted on having the sheets changed. The towels used to clean up the vomit lay on the balcony for 2 days and no one from house keeping picked them up. There were no other bins in the room; only 1 in hallway, none in toilet, nor both bedrooms; just one small bin for a whole family room. The room contained one small fridge, which just about cooled No kettle no microwave No in room tea/coffee/hot water making facility Nothing to accommodate a baby Light were very dim. There was no room service. When you called reception by calling 9, no one would answer the phone. It was a 10 minute walk to the room and you had to climb a steep gradient/ramp to go up and down it. It was difficult and hard to do with a pushchair and very hard pushing a pushchair up and down this steep ramp. Family room is 1 floor up and no lifts facility for pushchair luggage to go up. There was only one porter/bellboy and if he was not around, then you had to do it yourself, we carried the pushchair up and down the stairs. There was no one to help with the buggy system As it is all inclusive, the hotel served the same food everyday and the food is recycled everyday, even for the next day. Food is so salty, it is as it if is being preserved in salt to make it last longer Food was nasty! Food outside was really nice, hotel puts Moroccan food to shame.

The room was clean and no issues with the room at all. The resort is set on a large plot of land with large pools and spaces for sport e.g. the gym and basketball court that we used whilst there. The restaurant is large with lots of choice for food. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Things to note for people looking to book: Clearly the hotel is outside of Marrakech’s city centre; we rented a car from the airport and we drove via the Palmeraie and Route de Fes areas (east) to drive into the city centre which takes 30-40 minutes each way. The hotel offers a taxi service but we didn’t need to use that. Some of the food options were not as good as others, but with the range of choices this wasn’t an issue - we did not get ill from the food.

The physical property and location were great. Away from the noise and the buzz of the city.

Cons: 1. Not a very welcoming hotel. First i asked if they could assist with an airport transfer. They never responded to that message. 2. Our bill was meant to incude all taxes but i get a surprise when i arrive that i have to pay City Taxes. 3. Because they were not responding we couldn’t inform them of our arrival time so we can have some food kept for us. We had to scavenge for food on our first night. 4. Our room phones were not working in both rooms. We reported but they were not fixed till we left. 5. We asked for a double bed in one of the rooms but this was not done when we arrived. 6. The bathroom was dirty with torn towels in the rooms. Very little shower gels and shampoo. Literally 25 mls per person. 7. The night before we left i went to ask them to organise airport transfer and informed them that we need bag collection as we were leaving the next day. Nothing said to me. On the morning i went to check out and i am told my bill is not fully paid therefore i could not leave. Booking.com had not transferred the full amount so now i am being held hostage. Then i call booking.com and the agent i spoke to acknowledged that they received the full amount but wouldn’t confirm to the manager so that i could be released. That time i need to get to the airport. Very unfriendly staff who treated me like i was trying to do sketchy stuff. They continued to speak loudly in Arabic whilst i stood there like a deer in headlights over a mistake by booking.com then they finally get a call from booking.com and i was released. @booking.com please transfer all the monies for bookings expecially when we have paid full amounts. My advice try avoid hotels owned by locals. Go to the international brands. You can be assured some of this unprofessional behaviours will occur there.

Food is very good and a lot of variety. Probably the pools are nice in the summer but aren’t heated so not good other times. You can have a walk in the resort there is plenty of green space. Is was an ok experience but is wasn’t value for money I didn’t enjoy my stay almost at all and won’t be returning or recommending this hotel.

Cons: The beds and pillows are extremely hard. Cleaning is okay when you arrive but during the stay they just make beds, put toiletries, toilet paper and swipe down the floor a bit. Bath towel very worn out some ripped. Virtually no entertainment while we were there except from new year’s eve. Children’s facilities not equipped looked sad. Inside the main lobby, children centre, bar and restaurant the air conditioning was on cool but outside wasn’t hot so everywhere you went was very cold inside thank God for the aircon in the room with heat otherwise we would be freezing especially after sunset it was very cold. Drinks disappointing fizzy, concentrated, instant coffee from the machine except morning when we had fresh black coffee. Desserts ok, there could have been more fresh fruit variety.

A beautiful resort hotel away from the hustle and bustle of marrkech city. Stayed for 3 nights over the December Christmas week all inclusive. Excellent service and entertainment at the hotel. Pros- very picturesque, clean and friendly. Nice pool area.

Cons: Cons- a little far from marrakech city- but we had a car so we travelled easily. There is a hotel shuttle service for 30dh each way. Pool is very cold- not heated so not pleasant to swim in.

Beautiful gardens and the layout was clever and quiet The room was lovely and large. However the hot water didn’t work… we reported it and it was immediately sorted out. Staff were professional and friendly. The animation team were very friendly but it was all in French and on way too late! The pool area was lovely and relaxing. The shuttle bus was cheap and useful however we were pounced on by tour guides who claimed to be from the hotel but who weren’t. The food on nights one (technically our second night as we arrived at 11pm and there was no late snack provision) and three was great but night two (Christmas day) was awful. I went to tell the manager this. Dry meat, lack of options, tasteless ‘European’ food. Had the best nights sleep in years though! Very comfortable beds and so so quiet.

Cons: Cold pool and the huge noisy canteen Meal times were frantic, tables weren’t set and we would ask staff for cutlery etc and be forgotten about… they were working hard but there needed to be more staff waiting on… eating down at the pool at lunch was much more relaxing. The drinks were sugary and weak. Stick to the San Miguel If you can. No real cocktails just fake juice and watered down spirits. The wine is not good. Toiletries in room are useless… the bottles are so small the liquid doesn’t flow and when it does, very poor quality. Take your own. Desserts are cream in various forms or dry cakes. If you enjoy a dessert or sweet treat pick up a toblerone from duty free! There is one small shop and it’s very overpriced and limited. No kettle in room.

Stayed for 6 days Christmas with family of 7. Rooms attractive & clean comfortable but only warm if noisy wall heating left on all the time. Biggest prob, all public areas were not heated and very cold, doors left open permanently, with outside temperature of 2 C at night (daytime temp ok) Bar and Ents. area were also outside, too cold to sit anywhere. Food was buffet and fine selection. Boiling water urn would have useful for making breakfast tea instead of an electric kettle! No heated swimming pool anywhere. Staff overall were very efficient efficient and very friendly but Reception were unable to do anything about the heating.

Just the pool and the variety of food at the main restaurant (and only at this restaurant).

Cons: No vegan options outside the main restaurant. There was a loud humming noise in the building every night and all night, making it difficult to fall asleep and waking up several times. Hygiene in the dining area is not good. For example, the bread baskets were placed on the floor to clean the table. Then the bread baskets were simply put back up and wiped clean with bare hands. The next loaves of bread would then lie on a surface that was in contact with the floor and bare hands of the staff.

This is my second time staying here. Very pleasant and great all inclusive - cheap and reliable shuttle bus into Medina, variety of food buffet options for vegans, evening entertainment and pool great

Cons: Staff were very slow and not particularly clear about certain things - the pool towel deposit and return - there was no one at the cart to return so I couldn’t collect my ticket to get my deposit back easily. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful just a couple of moments of communication breakdown

Entertainment team seemed lovely, especially Fatima! The pool area was lovely and clean. ATM in the reception area to get local currency. Taxi’s from the hotel for a decent price and friendly taxi driver.

Cons: Definitely shouldn’t be a 4 star resort. 1. Awful customer service and rude staff if you had any issues. 2. Not much choice for food, kitchen area, plates and glasses had marks on them. The kitchen area did not feel clean. 3. There were 3 of us staying in the room and everyday they would leave us 2 towels? When we raised this issue the staff were very rude and tried to argue with me over towels claiming that the hotel was full when it was actually half empty. We had to wait over 2 hours to get more towels. 4. We left the do not disturb sign on the door for a few of the days as we wanted a lie in, staff still tried to enter the room. 5. Our bathroom door also didn’t close, we raised this on the first day as soon as we saw the room, they said they would send someone to look at it but this didn’t happen so we just resorted to propping the bin behind the door to keep it closed. 6. Bars also closed at 11pm and all machines turned off at 11pm, maybe due to it being off season 7. Shuttle bus into Marrakech which seemed a good idea although it drops you off quite far from attractions 8. A lot of the food wasn’t labelled. Some of the staff in the restaurant area didn’t actually know what the foods were. One member of staff told me it was chicken another told me it was fish

Nice maintained garden area. Really enjoyed the spa. Food variety was large. Large bed size. Out of the way from hussle and bussle.

Cons: Room didn't look as though it was checked over before our arrival. As dead ants in bathroom. Booked a suite but instead of sofas there was two single beds. So technically not really a suite. Bath super slippery (unfortunately had a bad fall inside bath- due to it being very slippery). When going to centre- booked space shuttle/van immediately arriving into marrakech center; your bombarded with tourist guides. Loads of guests were confused whether it was part of the hotel. Drop off point was at least 10 minutes walk to main square.

The drinks were dreadful, poor quality and warm. No sun-loungers that weren’t broken and towel assistance and life guard are very rarely on duty. I liked our room. I booked a qaudriple room that had one queen bed and 2 single beds and it was lovely. situated with a nice balcony. room was spacious and balcony was nice.

Cons: 1) the food is horrific. I have never been traumatised by bad food like this. I dont understand why there are not sections of foods from different cuisines considering people are paying for all inclusive. so for example; one section should be their authentic moroccon food. one section indian food with indian spices. they use the same moroccon spice for every single dish it was truly terrible. 2) housekeeping was someone coming to tidy bed and replace towels. nothing else. One lady mopped our floor on the second night and after that; no one mopped again. 3) there was no BIN inside our room - how can there be no bins? 4) there as no iron 5) there were no refreshments inside the mini fridge and the mini fridge wasnt even working. considering this was meant to be a 4 star resort it didnt feel like that at all. 6) showerhead had alot of limescale that i didnt like at all - needs replacing i think 7) no wash equipment in the toilet - needs something like a shower spray but in the toilet 8) wifi is EXTREMELY POOR - my brother had to go to the balcony to get some sort of signal

Everything. I was already there in the beginning of June and decided to come back because everything is amazing here. First the room are clean and spacious, cleaned everyday by an amazing cleaning team. There’s a mini fridge where you can cold your water or anything. The team at the bars are absolutely amazing. But the main reason I came back was the animation team. So to Fatima, Mouss, Joe, Fedoua, Rita, Emy, Yassine, Simon, Jill, and the others I forget (sorry) thank you so much. I will come back for yall once again. They animate everyday with a smiling face, determination, envy, and so many more positives adjectives. What a team. It’s not possible not to fall in love. The food are good and diverse. You can still have good stuff if you have a special diet. The hotel is a little bit far from the city but at least it’s calm and you have mini buses that can bring you there every hour for 1.5€. You can also ask for a cab for around 15€. Everyone in here just want you to have the best trip and they manage to do that perfectly.

First I would like to say thank u for the pleasant stay.the property was abit interior but we managed to find it.The riad was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely art pieces .The food was good with a large variety. The staff , some were nice and some not so.We wanted a taste of the traditional Morocco and we got it .i was grateful when my friend planned a birthday surprise and I got a cake.the itinerary was great we got to do a lot of activities in our short stay. The waiters in the pool area were the best. The drinks were refreshing considering the heat.My favourite part was the Salsa dance and the night entertainment.😎My friend enjoyed some Arabic classes.I liked how most staff could speak basic English .The gym was small but sufficient.Safe to say we enjoyed our stay

Cons: The reception was abit cold.On arrival at around 3pm we were soo famished and we literally had to beg for food from the kitchen who sent us away it was really frustrating and embarrassing 😳. the fridge in our room was so rusted we were scare of putting anything.one of my friend had an awful experience with the waiter while we’re dining when he openly snubbed her .

I dont usually write reviews but thought a lot of reviews online are unfair. The pool is exceptional, plenty of space. There are lots of areas to sit indoors, varioious space for guests to chill. The animation team were incredible, funny and doing a super good job. Lots of activities. The rooms were cleaned every day and food at the buffet was varied. Standard buffet foods, pasta, pizza, meat, potatoes, fish, rice and some moroccan dishes etc. Not sure why people expect a anything really fancy, its typical all inclusive food but it is a good standard food with something for everyone. I actually loved the stay, entertainment in evenings offered something for everyone too. Kids mini disco was a bit repetirive for those adults eating dinner etc, but its a family hotel. Drinks were basic, but not watered down. Love on the beach cocktail was good, mojito was very bad.

Cons: Reception staff aren't the best, bit rude. had to ask for the correct number of towels several days, which isn't the worst thing but just a bit inconvenient. Would like a kettle in the room, but it wasnt an expectation because i checked beforehand Its not close to the centre, but again, a simple look on the map would tell you that. Taxis are reasonable, but work to their own timings so were often late. The beds are firm, which is my preference anyway.

Food was excellent, and the animation team works hard to entertain the guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I thought the buffet's quality was quite good.

Cons: There was a lack of sunbeds on Friday (Aid's day, thus it was quite busy), the deserts at the buffet were limited, and finally I'd suggest both: a drink's menu, and better stickers for the buffet. This would be helpful for vegetarians, but also in general to understand what we eat. For instance: Paella was labelled as "rice". In that case I know what paella is, but for some Moroccan dishes it was a bit harder to guess.
