Très belle vue pour un séjour à Imlil ! Pied à terre pour la montée au Toubkal que je vous recommande fortement ! Hassan est très accueillant et il peut organiser l'ascension pour vous en 2 jours. Très belle expérience merci !

It has been an awesome experience in Imlil And in Tamatert guest especially, the Gîte has impressive view .Besides,it is far away than the center what adds the calm to my trip . People that work in Tamatert are generous, cheerful,and they can serve you what do you want Especially Tajine and the hot Thea (Hassan and other that I can't remember their names). The room and the bathroom were clean .

Very basic refuge with hot shower and delicious food cooked by the host at request. It is located in Tamatert, a village 20-minute walk away from Imlil.
Cons: Could be cleaner.

Hassan was amazing. The hotel was clean centrally located. It was not too high, not too low, and the scenery was breathtaking. Would definitely come again, and I would definitely recommend it. Breakfast was 10/10. Tamatret guest house was more of a home than a hotel.

The guest house is really nice, I was supposed to stay 2 days but I stayed 10 days You need to walk from Imlil but it’s worth it, the place is calm, it’s the best view on the valley and the mountains and Hassan is a really nice host i recommend!

Basic but good. landscape was very nice. calm environment. staff were great.
Cons: cold water in the shower. (not hot enough). location is a bit far if you don't have a car.

The view is just stunning. Wow. I can‘t describe how much I liked it. Also the hostel itself was super beautiful the rooms are really nice and the terasse and lounges as well. The showers and toilets are super clean.
Cons: When I arrived nobody has been there and it felt a bit weird. So the hostel is pretty far away from Imlil itself, you need around half an hour to walk there. And there is not so much else. So you can’t buy any food around there and dinner costs 80 dirhams, what‘s pretty expensive I think. Still when I‘ve been there, noone else stayed there, so it was super lonely and a bit scary in the night.

What an incredible location, the mountain views from the hotel is really amazing, very peaceful and beautiful. Very happy to be here away from the busy centre. If you want peace and connection to nature, this is the place to be! The hotel is big and clean, our host is very kind and accommodating, and he cooks a great tajine and soup! The other guests have been lovely too. I was only supposed to be here for one night but I extended to two more :)

Nice view from the guest house. Takes me 30 min to get there from Imlil by foot with my big backpack. But the scenery was amazing all the way to get the guest house. Never get bored walking there. The owner helped me to discover the area too.

I had a wonderful stay! Hassan is a very kind and helpful host. The area is very quiet, a perfect place to relax and concentrate. I did a lot of home office at this place. It is a 30min walk from / to Imlil, but minimarkets are nearby and you can have tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner at the guest house, so no need to walk to Imlil every day.
Cons: WiFi is stable but not always fast. Nevertheless, very good 4G phone signal in that area.

The owner was kind and always try to help. The place is very quiet and green. Blue sky, mountains and sheep. A nice place to chill if you are tired of the crowdedness in Marrakech. Also much cooler than Marrakech.

Beautiful views, friendly staff, strong Wi-Fi and very generous portions for dinner/breakfast :) Although Tamatert is a little far from Imlil, the owner Mohammed picked me up free of charge from Imlil which was very kind. I will definitely be back!

Det var meget, meget smukt og meget specielt. Det føltes som om vi kun boede et stenkast fra Toubkal. Der var køligt om dagen og hundekoldt om natten, men Hassan som var den eneste medarbejder på dette tidspunkt af året var meget imødekommende, tændte op i pejsen i fællesrummet og gav os ekstra tæpper. desuden lavede han fantastisk mad. Jeg skal sent glemme hans omelet tagine.

This is not a hotel as it serves as an excellent base for Toubkal mountain climbers and indeed other trekkers. There are rooms which are dorms and although the other rooms are clean it does not feel like a hotel much more like a hostel. Having said that, Rashid is a fab guy and only wants the best for you and we met some really interesting people especially other Moroccans on holiday and other nationalities there for trekking and climbing. It was very cold the night we were there,apparently it was the coldest few days for years, (early Feb) and they tried to make us as comfortable as possible but I think they thought we were hardier than we were! Staff friendly and helpful. Food good
