I nearly cancelled my stay here, with my 10 year old, when I read the recent reviews leading up to our stay. But my son loves swimming and water parks, so I thought we’d give it a go and not expect too much; we were only staying for 3 nights. It far exceeded my expectations and we had a great time here. The hotel and waterpark is tired, in places, and it’s not luxury, but the lovely staff and my son’s smiles made up for that. The all inclusive food was nice. I can imagine it might get repetitive after a week, but there are so many options. It was busy at peak meal times, but we were there in high season so can’t expect a peaceful dinner. The staff work incredibly hard to keep fresh food coming out and tables cleared and cleaned. We were allowed to stay after we checked out, until 6pm as my son was enjoying it so much. We would definitely go back, for another short stay, if we go to Marrakesh again.

was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the hotel. Nora went above and beyond to make sure our stay very pleasant and enjoyable she really was a rockstar. Thank u nora for everything and every step u did for us definitely will be coming again and i really recommend this place for families especially families with kids and also i want to mention sara for the best accommodation and customer service , i dont want to forget about chef kamal he was amazing and the food was very very delicious with a plenty of food variety . Thank to all staff including the bellmen housekeeper 👍👍🙂🙂🙂

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. I’m only not giving zero stars because the animation team did their best despite the terrible conditions. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked about the Mini Club and got wrong info — then got scolded for asking again. The pools, including the indoor one, were freezing. No one could enjoy them, not even my 4-year-old daughter who loves water. The Aqua Park? Useless if you can’t enter the water. Really, FREEZING! Bathrooms are scarce, food is repetitive with no variety, and the buffet lines are ridiculous (for pizza, pasta and bbq). Only Pepsi, no Coke. Towels were taken early and only replaced after 4 p.m. — every single day. We were left without towels constantly, even when we asked them not to remove them, cause was clean towels. The Mini Club is a disgrace: broken toys, dirty playground, exposed nails — extremely unsafe! The mini-golf clubs were all broken. The mini disco was the same every night, and my daughter got bored after 2 days. Cutlery was never on the tables, and we often couldn’t find clean plates — when they did come, they were so hot we burned our hands. Wi-Fi barely worked, tiles around pool were slippery (my daughter fell twice), and the TV remote didn’t work. No “Do Not Disturb” sign either. Terrible service, cold pools, poor food, and no care for guests’ comfort. Do NOT waste your time or money. Aqua Fun Park is not fun at all — it’s a disaster.

we have good family time here with water parks although not all slides were open at a time. The buffets have variety of foods and deserts. The hotel was generous to let us enjoy the lunches both check-in and check-out dates, early check-in around 2pm for free. We only had one issue that both door cards were valid most of the time we used to enter our room. We needed to visit the reception to activate the cards twice, or asked a staff named Ghida to open the door for us other times. Thanks Ghida for her help! We recommend this place for family short break!

We’ve been disappointed. The property seems very tired and it feels like corners are being cut. Food was okay. Italian restaurant didn’t open, despite the resort being full. There is a selection. Dinner didn’t start until 7, which felt a little late. Slides are only open on a rotating basis but the kids enjoyed them. The room for 5 was great and spacious, which we appreciated and know rooms for 5 are rare. English TV was limited to France 24 (English) and BBC News (which had an intermittent signal). One TV (on the kids side) had Netflix access. The room was soundproof for voices but the people above sounded like a heard of elephants and were up quite late “parading,” moving furniture, or practicing high jump. It was quite loud, but if you had lighter footed upstairs neighbours, it would be okay. The staff were kind and did whatever they could to be helpful. The key to our room would only work once, so we had to get it reset after each use, which was annoying. Overall, the kids had fun, which is most important. We were expecting better, so wouldn’t likely return. I would say 2.5 stars when comparing to other all inclusive resorts in Turkey, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Good for some cheap and cheerful fun.

Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but very loud inside the blue bar and if you want a more relaxed setting at the Red sky bar you had better order your drinks there before 9.30pm as it closed then instead of the advertised midnight closing time.

The hotel is very nice we had a good time. The pools are very clean and well maintained along with the hotel. The food is hit and miss depends what you like unfortantly the Italian resturant was open. The room we were in was a little dated the patio window didnt lock properly and kne of the bed side plugs didnt work which was annoying but thankfully i had a long enough extension cable with me. There is tea and coffee in the rooms but no milk you will need to get this from the cafe on site. Overall it was a plesant stay and we had a relaxing break. If you have kids its great as the water park looks amazing

We arrived 10:30 PM from the airport starving and thirsthy We were told there was nothing to eat as the retaurant was close, and when we got the room there was not even water bottles to make milk for the baby. we only speak english, spanish and portuguese, so asking for delivery food was not an option. Not all inclusive at all, there was a separated snack bar that sells all what i was expecting to be free. Juices and cheap beer was served on through out the day on the island, however no variaty what so ever. If you were hungry outside eating hours or went to town and got to hotel too late, you would starve till the other day. Overwall i wouldnt recommend this hotel for english speakers only, i guess would be fine if we could order food , however they did not have room service either.

PROS: Entertainment Team was fantastic and arranged for Nightclub to be opened one night (out of season). Waiters at main restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Lots of pools to choose from CONS (shortened due to word count): Reception staff were rude and liars. We were not allowed to speak to Manager. 1) On check-in we were charged a resort fee although that was not detailed on our booking but we paid anyway. 2) Night before check-out we asked the only person on reception for late checkout and they said yes until 3pm at no charge. On checking out, were informed that there was a charge and person that said we could have was not authorised to give free late checkout. We asked to speak to manager but were told they were not onsite, reception said they spoke to manager but when they said they were calling, they just went to back and did not call (one person was watching them) and told they said we must pay. We were told the person meant we could use the facilities until 3pm, not stay in our room – that was absolutely not the case and another customer confirmed they had been told the same. Weren’t allowed to speak to Manager and basically held hostage as hotel security was told not to allow us to leave until we paid so we had no choice or miss our flight waiting for the elusive manager to turn up. Can’t believe a late checkout could be misunderstood – would have kept 1 room instead if they had been honest about charge. Truely believe it’s a money making scam.

The hotel looks nice from the facade and online pictures but the reality at the hotel is very different. Guests are all predominantly French or Moroccon and the majority of the guests are rude, dismissive and do not know how to queue. Further, the staff are all generally rude and do not smile or try to help. In the restaurant regularly at breakfast, coffee cups and juice cups would run out and not be replenished for ages. Further, I witnessed staff handling hams and cheeses with their bare hands - no gloves. The water park had several maintenance issues and several slides were broken and not working. The floor within the water park was dangerously wet and slippery, whilst I understand it’s going to get wet - there was no drainage for the water and inconsequence walkways in the water park became dangerously slippery. I didn’t leave the resort and only ate and drank in the resort. Me, my friend and several guests came down with food poising and became very sick. After being seen by a doctor they confirmed that it was a stomach bug and due to poor sanitation from eating and drinking. Like I said I witnessed staff handling food with their bare hands and also the same with ice cubes and fruit. I became very seriously ill and this did spoil my holiday; the reception staff were unhelpful and I only got medical attention using my travel insurance. The resort blasts loud and thumping French and Moroccan music from 10am through to 11pm at night - there is no relaxation

Im sure the property is better when its holiday season the property as in buildings needs little attention, but things like wedges for golf clubs instead of putters no bar downstairs in disco room 2 flights up to bar and things could open longer 10am till 5 indoor pool when its to cold to swim outdoor and gym 8am till6 when on holiday may want to use it later or earlier and dinning was disaster

Worse property I have ever stayed in this hotel is not 4*. They gave us a room with broken balcony door which was not safe and it did not close. When we reported the problem the staff at reception and manager did not seem to care were informed someone will come to the room 24 hours we no one came and I reported the problem again it took almost 48 hours later till we were given a new room which was awful again it smelled of sewage and was dirty. The towels were not even clean. Never staying there again. The staff members don’t seem to care about customers.

On arrival we had to fill in yet more forms and were just taken to our room we weren't provided with any information about restaurant timings or generally where things are. The pools are freezing, my son was shivering and crying and we went in mid June. They then said we can use thr heated pool but it was turned off so again it was also freezing cold. After 2 or 3 days the weather warmed to about 35 degrees and the pools were a bit more bearable but we could only go in for about 45mins at a time as we had to get out to wsrm up. When complaining to guest relations, she basically couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. She said she will call the Tech people but refused to make the call in front of me. She said she would update me in a couple of hours but I never heard from her. Apparantly there are over 40 slides but because the cold water we went on 3 and the aqua parc was pratically empty. I dont know why they dont invest in heating the pools just a little. Staff were generally unwilling to help. I asked for milk from the restaurant for my son and he gave me a warmed carton that had been sitting on the table - he refused to get a new one from the fridge. We had a good stay but I wouldn't reccomend and won't be going back.

The hotel itself deserves only 3 stars however the aqua park i would rate at 5 stars. if you are going there for the hotel only i would advise to visit elsewhere. The aquapark is great has waterslides for all ages and guards on site of every slide and pool which is a posative.

The overall property was clean and vast. Air con worked well in the room. Towels and beds changed daily. My bathroom sink was leaking and the shower wasnt draining. I called reception several times to get it sorted. Eventually someone was sent, he fixed the shower but not the sink. I kept reporting it but it was never fixed. At night there is a sewer smell that lingers outside in the gardens every night. The water park is good. Fun slides for all ages. No lifts so you have to climb multiple stairs whilst carrying either a big dinghy or a mat, staff dont help which is a pain. Its worth the effort for the fun ride. There is nightly entertainment untill midnight. Then everything shuts down. There was no late night disco till 2am as advertised. The food was repetitive but was fresh every day. Lots of sun beds which was good.

The pools were freezing this time of year. Even with wetsuits on, the kids found it too cold to go in. The indoor pool despite being advertised as heated was not and it was as cold as the exterior pools. We came home early because it was tough for the kids to be around the pools but not be able to get in them. The staff were useless, they told you nothing (for example that you needed to request someone come to you room in order to activate the safe), then talked to you like a fool for not knowing the information.

This is an honest review from a family of six. The hotel looks great in the brochure but don’t expect what is said. The water lark is wicked apart from the fact you can’t use any of the slides as the water is sooooo cold. And I don’t mean chilly I mean freezing to the point the kids cried when they enter it. None of the pools are heated. Not one. This works I’m sure I’m the summer months but during the winter it is rediculous. There was only one restaurant open and the food after day two was the same same. There is nowhere to get anything else. I would compare this to but line in the UK. I would definitely return to Morocco again but just not here. The staff are great especially Nurudine in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us.

Water from shower kept changing between hot and cold every 10 seconds. Sink did not drain properly. Hotel doesn't have enough towels. They would take ours in the morning but not return until late afternoon. Food was bland and there was not enough variety.

Caution, this hotel is not (or is no longer) as shown in many pictures. It is tired in many ways and so apparently are the staff of working there! This is definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel by any country's standards. The food is very average and the dining experience at times very unpleasant. It is necessary to arrive at lunch and dinner within 10 minutes of it starting or it's impossible to find a table and there's food everywhere. The staff are less than enthusiastic about cleaning up after diners and would rather have an argument about who's going to do it. Many seem to have perfected the art of looking busy whilst doing next to nothing. The kids entertainment is not thought through. Every night there is a movie on for 1 hour only - they just stop it wherever it's got to much to the annoyance of the kids watching. The singing bit which is aimed at young children (heads, shoulders, knees and toes, etc) doesn't start until 9.15pm. The kids however loved the water park (and so did the adults but we noticed that it had clearly passed it's best days and some of the facilities were pretty dangerous by today's standards). The hotel has several pools so there were many choices of where to sit and swim which was good. As mentioned, the pictures of this hotel really don't reflect what it is like now in any way so beware of that before booking. Given the price this wasn't good value for money.

Busy but clean, big with many options to keep you entertained. Very very good for kids and adults who like to have fun. Lively but quite in the room. All in all a great hotel, taxis outside take you I to centre of marrakesh for 180 dirhams. Slides are very cool as are the pools. Staff was great, ilham was very kind and beautiful.

Only downside was the AI option was very limited and the alcohol was terrible however the staff and hotel made up for the lack of AI options Also the gym didn’t open till late which was very disappointing . I would defiantly go again

Our family had a lovely time. Staff were friendly. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool. Our kids aged 9 and 10 loved it. I’d recommend for a break to relax but not as a base to explore from. We chose to stay a few nights in a Riad within the Medina too and the combination of the two hotels was a perfect experience.

The hotel gets a lot of things right, i.e. the rooms are modern and clean, the service is excellent, the food is very good, and the water park is fun. The one massive down point of this hotel though, at least from my point of view, is the banging music around the pool from around 10am to 6pm every day. The couple of hours of peace in the morning and evening show how nice this hotel could be if we could just get rid of the massive speakers. If you like going on holiday to spend your entire time in a nightclub atmosphere then go here, if not then unfortunately I would have to say take a wide berth.

I stayed with the other half and our 13 year old for the Easter break of 2018. Should've checked the weather because it wasn't warm enough for me there at that time of the year (11° - 22° and some days of rain) but that's not the hotels fault of course! The staff are friendly but some basic English lang lessons for them all would be so so useful, the hotel should invest in this! The food was good, a lil too bland for me but loads of choices all day everyday. The excursions were a complete let down! I appreciate these companies are seperate to the hotel but they shouldn't be allowed to do business from on their premises... ruining the good name of Lebranda I must say. The entertainment wasn't great for us... but i could see the youngsters enjoyed it. The hotel location isn't the best if u plan to head into the city of Marrakesh everyday but for a true relaxing holiday... just sun, pool and loads of foods... it's ideal! Just be sure to check the weather before booking and avoid making the same mistake i did :-)

Had a great time with my stay. The staff are great and the rooms are comfortable and modern. Really enjoyed the waterslides! Food had a diverse of international and Moroccan food, which was nice because I could try new food! One thing I really did not like was the waste at the hotel. To drink water you have to go through a 250ml plastic container, adds up very fast.

The setting for the hotel is gorgeous and you get a great welcome. The kids loved having the on-site water park. The water park is a bit tired in places with some of the slides closed and could do with a bit of freshening up. We had a couple of issues with the room but these were sorted out. The food really is good and especially the breakfast with fresh omelettes and pancakes.

Great for kids, lots of water slides and pools, rooms are big, clean , check-in bit strange lots of paperwork, went in September water bit cold for me but kids loved it, food was same menu every day, fries, pasta, pizza, but got by with it. looking a bit tired needs a coat of paint. get what you pay for cheap as chips. "Remember a pen for the landing card at the Airport" had to borrow one, so did 180 passengers took forever.

Good hotel set away from the main city of Marrakech, but close enough to visit. The waterpark is great for the children, and staff at the hotel are hard working and friendly. The food can get a bit repetitive, but there's is plenty of choice if you are willing to try local delicacies. There is only one restaurant at the hotel though, with a separate snack area mid afternoon. There are no restaurants nearby, but a 20minute ride gets you into central marrakech where there's are plenty of restaurants.

Stayed into a family room, arrived at 11.30pm due to delayed flight. At reception booked in and was shown to our room. No food was available even with our two children as had missed the time. No alternative was given.

The hotel staff are super nice however short staffing at the reception is affecting their customer service . Minimum two cashiers are needed for the bracelets and tax collection . The food is not bad but more varieties are needed

Great hotel, very clean, food/drinks/snacks were lovely and the guys on reception were really helpful when our taxi was late picking us up for the airport. Only downside was it was really busy on the Saturday with kids from the water park.

We found the hotel staff were great on arrival and the concierge both helpful and informative. The room was large, well-equipped and comfortable - ideal for a family as there was a partition between the two sections creating 2 separate rooms. The food and drinks available were plentiful. The food can become a little repetitive but there was some variety to keep it interesting. For little ones it would be good if they offered a little more 'kids' food, and ice creams were only offered for a couple of hours a day! At busier times the restaurant can be a bit of hassle with the amount of people but generally you always got what you wanted. Drinks selection was good and available throughout the day. The Entertainment team put on some good events through the day and a show each night and are a good bunch. The football each afternoon is a good crack and my son (10) really enjoyed it. The water park is great for all ages. So many slides to choose from and because you're there all the time you don't have to spend your day doing everything but work around it in your own time. What isn't clear is that it opens to the public so at times it can get quite busy but it's never more than a couple of minutes wait at the very worst. The free shuttle to town is worth using and spending a couple of hours in Marrakech - just have a rough plan before you go or you could end up missing some of the interesting parts of town. Overall a great week with very little wrong. Would recommended it.

The best place to be for kids . The front desk team are so helpful and will do their best to assist . The food is okay with several varieties. The service is at the restaurants is horrible

Room was average. Had to ask daily for 3 towels in the room. Fridge did not work properly. Hit water was either scalding or turned cold quickly. Food was average. Breakfast was good, lots of variety to choose from but lunch and dinner was average. No ice cream for kids as a desert. Good number of pools and great slides at the park. Don't bother booking anything via hotel as it's not worth the money. It's better to book trips via trip advisor site or from tour agencies in town.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel over easter and had a terrible experience mainly at check-in and check-out. The hotel advised that we owed full payment for our hotel stay even though we booked both our flight and hotel via expedia. Thankfully, we had printed our confirmation documents for our stay which they could still not understand fully! In the end whilst we did not pay a further penny for our stay they still did not know how the booking process worked and why there was a payment still showing as outstanding against our name on their systems - so make sure you print all of your documents ahead of your visit to this hotel! Our room continuously had ants everywhere so made our stay in our room very uncomfortable. Whilst, we complained repeatedly about this issue nothing was every done about it. The cleaning team were very miserable and rude and there were days when our room was not cleaned and when it was cleaned they didn't even change the pillow cases and duvet cover - they simply flipped it around! The food was OK, decent variety but the drinks were very "watery". The best part of the hotel was the animation team - big shout out to Ruby, Yahya and especially Tito! They were very pleasant people to be around and meet!

Everything was fine, just the wifi is terrible in the rooms very bad reception. The Hotel is nice, more of the stuff are friendly. The aqua park is amazing. We had loot of fun there. Thank you guys

The hotel was pretty decent with the amenities etc but my main concern was the staffing and especially waiters and chef. Very rude and not welcoming. You'd think they were being forced to work there, Once again Language barrier with the staff the MAIN issue considering there's alot of British tourists that come there. The only thing that kept me going and made me enjoy stay Would be the Entertainers! Very friendly,English spoken and makes you feel very welcoming

WIFI non existent around the hotel and many websites blocked. Only one bar open for a nearly full hotel with only 1 bar staff. Very disorganised
