Mention spéciale pour le réceptionniste très gentil. Le studio était très propre, très agréable à vivre. Manque juste un salon extérieur et des petites bouteilles d’eaux à notre arrivé. Sinon je recommande, l’hôtel est top et les chambres très agréables!

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans l’établissement, chambre confortable, accès à la piscine très pratique par l’ascenseur, juste 2 petits points négatifs, la salle de sport (boxe, mma) collé à la chambre 304, donc beaucoup trop de bruit, et chaque jour une femme de chambre différente, certaines sont très bien et professionnelles, mais d’autres sont très moyennes et une est rentrée sans frapper à la porte, ce qui me parait très moyen vu le standing de l’hôtel, sinon séjour malgré cela agréable, merci aux deux réceptionnistes qui sont très professionnels.

Het was een geweldig verblijf, de suite zag er goed en schoon uit met een ruim balkon en het uitzicht op zee, de kinderen hebben genoten van het schone zwembad. De suite werd elke dag schoon gemaakt en de handdoeken uitgewisseld. Voor gezinnen die van rust houden is dit een ideale hotel.

La propreté laisse à désirer, le ménage est fait à la va vite, le personnel n'est pas souriant ni abordable. Aucun produit pou la cuisine (liquide vaisselle, éponge, il a fallu acheter) pas de serviette pour la vaisselle. Le WiFi fonctionne de temps en temps. L'hôtel est bruyant, les chambres sont mal attribuées, chambres pour une nuit à coté de nous pour quinze jours, chaque jour une nouvelle galère.

Hotel offers high quality accommodation with cooking facilities. Staff is very kind and friendly and ready to help you to book local excursions to Paradise valley, camel ride by the beach, beautiful Lagzira beach and many more. Apartments are facing sea front and in the evenings you get to see amazing sunsets. Hotel is located in quiet area and its only 15min walk to local supermarket. Bo hotel offers spacious apartments with comfortable beds and rooms are very clean. Cleaning ladies in the hotel are very friendly and welcoming.Im looking forward to my next visit in this hotel. Merci!

Hôtel 3 étoiles , bien tenu et propre !! Dommage que la salle du restaurant laisse à désirer , le petit déjeuner est juste catastrophique !!! Bon on choisit l'hôtel en général pour la chambre la propreté et non pour le petit déjeuner mais quand même !!!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à 300m de la plage, quartier calme et endroit propre, idéal pour un couple ou une famille qui cherche le calme et la propreté. Le seul inconvénient pour prendre un café ou manger dans des restaurants variés autre que celui de l'hôtel, c conseiller de prendre un taxi car c'est loin ou alors acheter ce qu'il faut et cuisiner dans le studio car les studios sont équipées Le service de l'hôtel rien à dire la preuve lorsque nous étions arrivés à l'hôtel, ils se sont trompés et ils nous ont réservé un studio à deux lits séparés alors qu'on est un couple, le lendemain ils nous ont offert une suite magnifique qui coûte 120€ la nuit, à la fin de séjour nous avons rien rajouter au prix

Hotel assez propre , mais peu équipé , il n y avait pas de cintres et seulement 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes et ceci pendant 3 jours ..... Sinon la situation est très agréable , plage accessible à pied et piscine sympathique. Il ne faut juste pas s attendre à avoir les services d hôtel basique comme du change ou un bar Il est aussi dommage que l unique restaurant ne serve pas d alcool , il ne faut pas oublier les désirs des touristes non musulmans il me semble.......

The hotel seemed to fail to offer the advertised facilities, the so called BO Spa seemed non existent, I couldn't figure out whether the gym was functional and there was no wifi in the room.

I had to stay here because Hotels.com had made such a mess of my booking with the Timoulay Hotel next door! Despite having paid in advance and having a printed confirmation I was refused a room as they said the problem lay with Hotels.com/Expedia.The Bo Hotel is a lovely hotel with a nice restaurant,but I found reception difficult to deal with and this hotel badly needs a change of management

séjour sur 14 jours. commencons par le points qui fâchent lorsque nous sommes arrivés , la réception n'avait pas notre réservation de hotels.com, ( mésaventure également rencontrée par d'autres clients ), dans notre cas le problème a été résolu sans problème, car la résidence était presque vide . L'immeuble s'appelle BO and Spa , malheureusement la partie SPA n'est pas fonctionnelle , l'a t'elle été , on peut se le demander car nous avions visité la résidence un an auparavant et il était déjà fermé. Autre point négatif, la cuisine un peu ridicule au niveau équipement pas de four , très peu de vaisselle. Passons aux points positifs , Tous les appartements ont une très belle vue sur la mer, les appartements sont récents spacieux lumineux, bien équipés (écran plat, internet par câble , wifi) , pour le moment bien entretenus, l'immeuble est tranquille pas de boit de nuit à proximité. Naturellement il faut une voiture car l'immeuble est excentré . L'offre de résidence hotelière étant extrêmement réduite , cette résidence est un bon choix , d'autant que nous avions testé une autre résidence à proximité pendant 3 ans totalement délabrée

Nice big rooms but no attention to details.....Stayed there last Xmas for 30 days and it had promise...but noting has gotten better and maybe it has gotten worse. The place needs a manager that cares about the guest & about the place.

Let me start with the positives. The hotel is modern, the room was spacious and the balcony a welcome addition. The staff and cleaners were very polite even with the language barrier issues we had. However, we had issues with the room and the facilities. The cooker top blew on first use, several of the bulbs didn't work and there was no information pack in the room on arrival. Room service was non-existent, the restaurant (when it was open) served poor quality food, all of which was cold by the time it arrived at our room. The gym and sauna facilities were both closed and on one occasion the hotel couldn't even provide a bottle opener for us. Given the remote location of the hotel and it's distance from bars and restaurants we ended up eating up and cooking in at least once a day. It's a good 30min walk to reasonably priced bars and around 45-50mins walk to the marina. If all the facilities were open and the restaurant improved, then I'm sure it would have left a more positive impression, as it stands I couldn't recommend this hotel based on our experiences.

Situation idéal, face à la plage, hors de la zone festive. Chambre magnifique et confortable. Disponibilité des femmes de service.La restriction se situe au niveau de la réception et du restaurant. Ce dernier propose de bons repas mais il est impossible de se faire servir une bouteille de vin pour les accompagner. Plus grave le restaurant est ouvert aux seules heures des repas. Impossible de se faire servir un café ou une patisserie au milieu de l'après-midi. Il faut donc prendre sa voiture pour se rendre dans un autre établissement. En ce qui concerne la réception, bien que très gentil le personnel semble peu au fait des usages de l'hôtel. Nombreuses ont été les informations erronées qui nous ont-été communiquées.

The hotel is reasonably close to the beach, but nothing else. There are kitchens, but no nearby markets to buy food in. Perhaps once all the nearby construction is completed it will be different. The wifi signal was very weak in the rooms. The private balconies and the pool area were the highlights. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Het was een aangenaam verblijf. Jammer dat ze niet vermeld hadden op de website dat het restaurant en spa gesloten waren voor vernieuwingen tijdens de ramadam. Nice hotel but they didn't say anything that the restaurant and spa where clossed in the ramadam periode. :-(

Pænt og stort værelse. De var igang med at renovere restauranten så der var ikke mulighed for at spise inden for 1 km. Hotellet ligger midt i et område hvor der opføres rigtig mange nye hoteller og ligger lidt uden for byen

Even though the hotel is not directly on the beach, it takes less then ten minutes to get there. The surrounding is not so beautiful, due to many building sites. We got offered a good rate and got good value for the price. The Italian restaurant serves nice, but expensive food. Red Taxi to the Taxi station with many authentic eating-out places cost little more then ten DH, sometimes 20. What could have been better are the pool temperature and the hotel decoration and choice of food. There is almost no hint of Morocco in the whole hotel. Even the pictures in the room showed chestnuts, autumn leaves and other things one would not connect with Morocco. A water cooker for tea would have been more convenient than the provided pot on the stove.

This facility is new in the last couple of years. Nice staff, good clean rooms,good beds. 5 minutes to the beach. It is not an apartment but you can make a tea and toast. WiFi works well. We were there for 3 weeks.

We stayed in one of the superior suites, which was very spacious and enjoyed a large balcony with a sea view. The furniture and fittings were modern and well appointed and included a small kitchen area. The sea front was less than five minutes walk. The hotel was quiet. We stayed in April 2012 and appeared to be perhaps the only guests in the whole hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. There was an unseated outdoor pool, which was a bit chilly in April. We understand that the hotel only opened in summer 2011.

over all I am satisfied with my stay at BO hotel. small and quiet. very suitable for families on limited budget. close to the beach. equipped kitchen. the only things I didn't like is the luck of communication on the front desk side. and the quality of both breakfast and it's service. if you don't care about the two things everything else will be perfect and the staff are nice.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the BO hotel. It looks like all the rooms have a great ocean view like ours did. The restaurant on site is fantastic, and it is only a five minute walk to Agadir's beautiful boardwalk area. Great find for a great price!
