Die Lage direkt am langen Strand ist toll, die Zimmer sind angenehm hell und freundlich gehalten, der Innenhof ist wunderschön mit den verschiedenen Pools und dem Palmengarten. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ganz selten haben wir so freundliches und aufmerksames Personal getroffen, egal ob beim Einparkservice, am Empfang (Imam, Fatima), in den Restaurants oder im Pool-Bereich. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.
Cons: Es gibt drei sehr gute Restaurants zur Auswahl, marokkanische, italienische und lateinamerikanische Küche. Alle haben ihr eigenes musikalisches sehr gutes Begleitprogramm. Leider überbieten sind die Klänge zum Teil gegenseitig, vor allem am Abend.

The View has a great view, wonderful breakfast and great facilities around the beach and in the complex.
Cons: Birds in the morning while humorous can be annoying, snagging breakfast items from unattended tables and generally creating messes. Lack of self service coffee or tea. Sometimes it resulted in a rather long wait times for hot beverages at the breakfast. Lack of larger trays during the breakfast where you could take several plates (or even a glass of juice together with your plate of food) at the same time would make the mornings a lot more seamless.

Having decided to leave our 'first choice' hotel because of how poor it was (Prestige Hotel) late in the evening of our first day the View staff were very helpful. We were so releived that we were looked after extremely well. We travelled with my ageing mother in law and her cousin and requested a room with easy access. We beleive this was taken into account even at such a late time of day. Breakfast was very wide rangeing with the staff again going out of their way to help. The hotel was extremely clean with excellent standards towards the customers enjoyment. The pool had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, was a lovely experience with top class service, beds and towels provided.

Très chouette emplacement et très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la literie, l’insonorisation et la propreté, l’accueil avec les petits gâteaux et les fruits dans la chambre.
Cons: Dommage que au petit déjeuner il dilue les jus frais avec de l’eau. Or qu’il y a six mois ils étaient consistants et non diluée. Autrement rien à dire tout est au top. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner très varié.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel confortable et bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les piscines très agréables et nous avons beaucoup apprécié qu’une piscine soit chauffée à l’extérieur pour pouvoir profiter d’une baignade même en l’absence de soleil. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et les produits de bonne qualité. Nous avons testé le restaurant italien (Le Sensya) et n’avons pas vraiment apprécié l’expérience. Les plats étaient plus beaux que bon et manquaient cruellement de saveur ou au contraire, étaient beaucoup trop salés. Nous avons par contre adoré le service chaleureux et très professionnel du serveur. Vu le prix, c’était très décevant et cela nous a découragé à tester les autres restaurants de l’hôtel. Nous pouvons toutefois dire que le Burger et la Quesadilla au restaurant de la piscine sont vraiment excellents! La salle de sport est très sympa et les équipements au top. Enfin, le fait d’être à deux pas de la plage est un grand plus! La plage est très belle et le bar de l’hôtel très beau.
Cons: Le rapport qualité-prix est le seul bémol. En effet, les prix sont élevés et il n’y a aucun différence avec des prix européens. La qualité est correcte, mais le prix reste élevé. Il manquait toujours des couverts, une serviette de table ou des assiettes au petit-déjeuner. Le premier soir, nous avons attendu 35min pour recevoir le menu au Bouddha bar et sommes finalement partis affamés à 23:30 car personnes n’est revenu prendre notre commande… il y avait une dizaine de serveurs qui détournaient les yeux et la salle était à 2/3 vide donc ils ne croulaient pas sous le travail. Ce sont une accumulation de petites choses qui nous font dire que le prix est plus élevé que la qualité de la prestation…

Tout D’abord l’emplacement idéal, la disposition des bâtiments orientés vers la mer mais surtout entourant un jardin avec piscines et planté de palmiers La chambre claire, avec grand balcon et vue sur l’océan et la palmeraie, une salle de bains bien agencée et une salle de douche très agréable Les restaurants marocain italien et le bouddha bar sont vraiment excellents chacun dans sa spécialité et de grande qualité (étoile Michelin méritée pour Sensia) -finesse des plats, gentillesse du personnel ,animation musicale parfaite et même un spectacle au bouddha bar. Sans oublier le service de conciergerie animé par Mohamed qui est parfait pour vous trouver une solution ou une idée Et enfin le bar sur la plage très accueillant et possédant douche toilettes et bar…

Hôtel très bien rénové il est très beau que ce soit intérieur, extérieur ou les chambres. Les chambres sont très sympa. Les piscines superbes et génial d’avoir une piscine chauffée pour les périodes un peu plus fraîche c’est un gros plus ! Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer a pied un peu partout. Par contre le prix des restaurants et excessif, un expresso 3€50 il ne faut pas abuser. Mieux vaut manger à l’extérieur. Le spa est plus cher aussi qu’au alentours… dommage nous l’avons fait ailleurs.
Cons: Pour les couches tôt l’environnement est très bruyant jusqu’à 22h à peu près. Uniquement de la musique mais c’est vrai que moi personnellement ça m’a un peu gêner.

Cons: Rooms were cleaned daily but they do not even sweep the floor, just make the bed and that is it. Room was full of humidity, even the sheets had wet feeling. Elevator was operating poorly, we were with stroller so we usually waiting for elevator for 5minutes. Moroccan restaurant was a disappointment

Cons: La musique, forte, omniprésente.. pas possible de se ressourcer à la plage avec cette pseudo ambiance latine insupportable. Même chose à la piscine où nous avons demandé à baisser le volume. Au restaurant italien, 3 sources musicales s’entremêlent et vous gâchent l’expérience culinaire… la musique dans les couloirs. Et nous ne sommes pas les seus à faire cette remarque aux dires de nombreux clients avec lesquels nous avons échangé. Même le personnel le dit. Le chef étoilé du restaurant nous a demandé d’en parler au manager de l’hôtel car nombre de ses clients se plaignaient..

The staff went above and beyond to make my son’s stay the comfiest as possible. He felt at home on day 1. The attention to detail was topnotched. My advice for anyone who has special preferences, let the hotel know in advance which I did through email. Everything was set when we entered the room. He even enjoyed the nightly music thanks Lasensya. Breakfast spread had a lot of options. Again, special consideration was made for my son who’s on special diet. They even heated his gluten free porridge for me. The supervisors/managers/attendants in the whole hotel were all attentive and helpful. The boys by the pool, always on alert with towels & waters. The chef even made rice bowl for my boy when i ran out & all i had to di was ask. Lastly, the Hammam experience was excellent. Alma, Amaya manager was very accomodating and ensures your comfort at the highest level. Huda did well who took care of me.
Cons: There are a few things but I guess with constant training it will improve over time.

Everything was more than fascinating. Every single staff was amazing. Reception (Miss Gizlan, Mr Yasine, Mr Yousef, Mr Hisham, Miss Shayma, Miss Marwa), room service, (Abdelraheem), housekeeping supervisor (Miss Kareem ah) and her colleagues were so keen to make you feel satisfied as if you were at home. Everything was top-notch, especially the staff. Starting from reception (Mr Yasmine & Mr Hisham) to room service (Mr Abdul Raheem) , and particularly housekeeping. Miss Karimah, housekeeping supervisor was extremely polite, professional, and detailed person. She moves heavan and earth to make sure you are feeling comfortable and satisfied. Thank you.

Overall, beautiful place, but the experience changes depending on who you are or what you’ve paid. If you come from money, you’ll likely get the best of it.
Cons: I stayed on the 3rd floor, where the lift to the pool wasn’t working, and the noise from their beach club was quite loud in the room. Some staff were kind, but at times I definitely felt judged or looked at differently, if you’re not visibly “high-tier” or wealthy, the treatment can feel a bit off.

Hôtel de grand standing avec une véritable originalité et un calme appréciable. La plage est à 2 minutes et l’hôtel possède une plage privée. Le jardin est magnifique et le personnel très soigné, professionnel et accueillant. Connectivité partout (ou presque) pratique pour travailler.
Cons: Quelques détails sont à améliorer : pas de réassort de thé ou fruits dans les chambres (nous avons passé 5 nuits à l’hôtel), étrangement pas de cuillère disponible sur les tables au petit-déjeuner, ascenseur extérieur en réparation. Rien de grave mais puisqu’il faut mettre des défauts…

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and can really recommend it, except for the food and the noise (more on this below). The main criticism is the food (except for breakfast): if you are staying for more than just a few days, you should be prepared to eat out, since the cuisine is really not to be recommended. The Italian restaurant serves “ barely cooked” aubergines and dry pasta and is run by a so-called Michelin-starred chef who isn’t one and is light years away from becoming one, and who prefers to play around on his mobile phone on the terrace rather than do his job. The Moroccan restaurant is better, but it didn’t offer any variety during our stay. The menu is straightforward and can be sampled in two to three days without any chance for some variety. The snack restaurant by the pool had a very small menu, which also gives cause for criticism: a quinoa and avocado salad is a tower of mush rather than a salad that you would expect in this setting, the rice in the bowl is much too hard and a real challenge for the stomach, etc. Plenty of room for improvement The beach restaurant aims to offer an interpretation of South American cuisine, but there is a lack of fresh salads, the fish starters could be of better quality, and above all, there is no bread (or similar) to eat with the meal. Imagine a mediocre “ceviche” of squid and prawns (which is a bit strange as a dish) and nothing else. What would South Americans say about this? We couldn't try the bar because it doesn't open until 8.30 p.m. and we would have starved to death by then... Another point of criticism is the volume: music is generally a nice thing, unless several sources are playing at once. This even applies when it is turned off at midnight and a restful silence finally descends, allowing you to hear the crickets in this beautiful outdoor area. However, the music is particularly disturbing when you are in a place like the beach, where you want to relax, and you are bombarded with so much sound that you can hardly talk, let alone relax. We were told that the music system couldn't be turned down, so we left and moved to the pool – a real shame. Now for the positives: the view when you enter is very impressive. You look out onto a really beautiful outdoor area, a very harmonious and neat garden and pool area. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the towels are changed twice a day if required. Overall, we were very well looked after. We would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to make us feel at home. For example, the concierge Mohammed, who organised a meeting room at very short notice for a video conference, and the reception staff, who ultimately mastered the challenge of our various requests. No one was unfriendly or annoyed. We would like to express our special thanks once again to Ms Nouheila, who sweetened the start of our day at breakfast, to Mrs Saadia, who tidied our rooms during our stay and kept an eye on everything that might be missing, and to Ms Lamie, who treated us to all our extra requests. We would like to give a virtual hug to all three of them, who always went above and beyond the call of duty. Conclusion: If you organise your meals outside the hotel and wear earplugs when necessary, you will be in very good hands at The View, especially if you are lucky enough to be looked after by our kind souls.

We were seated by a guy however about 20 minutes later at about 7.40 pm we were approached by a pretty woman dressed in white and asked to leave the table that it was reserved and we said we had been seated here by her colleague she said ok stay there then in a obnoxious tone. Then we ordered starters and we got the wrong ones but we eat them and waited for the mains and I ordered chicken and baby potatoes I got two tiny chicken thighs but no baby potatoes he said he forgot but would get them quickly, however it took him 40 minutes and I had the little bits or chicken digested and was ready to go to bed at this time at 9.05 pm.

Only improvements I could see would be is regarding the breakfast which was a bit underwhelming and the house keeping could notice whether or not guests need more towels. Un immense merci à tous les membres de l’équipe, et particulièrement à tous les Mohamed 😉 qui nous ont tellement bien accueillis. La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse, confortable, avec une vue sur mer qui rend le réveil magique. Nous avons aussi profité de toutes les installations : la piscine magnifique, la salle de sport très bien équipée, le spa qui est un véritable moment de détente… Franchement, tout est réuni pour passer un séjour de rêve. Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi un point fort : varié, copieux et délicieux, vraiment rien à dire. Nous avons également été très touchés par la délicate attention du gâteau offert à mon mari, un geste qui nous a fait chaud au cœur. Nous avons été agréablement surpris du début à la fin, tout était au-delà de nos attentes. Franchement, l’hôtel mérite largement 5 étoiles, tant pour la qualité des services que pour l’accueil chaleureux et l’attention portée aux clients. Merci encore à toute l’équipe, du fond du cœur. J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour à The View Agadir – c’était ma deuxième expérience dans cet hôtel et, encore une fois, j’en suis très satisfaite L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est très professionnel et accueillant. Un grand merci en particulier à Imane (Guest Relation) qui a su gérer avec beaucoup de professionnalisme un souci que nous avons eu à l’arrivée. Elle l’a résolu immédiatement et nous a même offert un surclassement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand bravo aussi à l’équipe du Housekeeping pour la propreté irréprochable, aux serveurs pour leur gentillesse, et le petit-déjeuner était vraiment excellent. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le Beach Club : l’ambiance y est superbe et la nourriture délicieuse. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were exquisite, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. A special mention goes to Osama, the pool attendant, who went above and beyond every day – always checking if we needed anything, bringing menus, and even small thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly looked after. His service really stood out and made our stay extra memorable and extra special.
Cons: The only thing that wasn’t convenient was that our children (aged 16 and 10) were placed in a room very far from from our room.While it was manageable for us, it would have been a real issue if they were both younger.

Fortunately, this improved over the next two days. Check-in Process: There was no clear communication on how long check-in would take. I had to ask multiple times before deciding to store our bags and head to the beach club while we waited. Room Maintenance: The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, which was an inconvenience. Towel Replacement: Housekeeping removed our towels but didn’t replace them. Enfin un vrai 5 étoiles au Maroc !! Service voiturier au top, propreté indiscutable, décor de rêve et tout le confort que l'on peu attendre d'un établissement qui mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles. Petit déjeuné buffet très très complet. La salle de sport avec coach n'est pas là pour le décor, c'est une vraie salle pour sportifs exigeants. Le must absolu est l'immense piscine et ses jardins. Un havre de luxe.
Cons: S'il fallait vraiment trouver quelque chose, c'est le manque de personnel de bar autour de la piscine, l'attente peut être longue. Un détail comparé au reste.

De manière générale, le cadre, le confort, la qualité de la cuisine et la gentillesse du personnel sont à la hauteur du standing.
Cons: 1. Le temps de check in et check out, alors qu'on avait effectué la procédure de pré-enregistrement en ligne pour soi-disant accélérer la procédure. Malgré une arrivée en fin de journée, notre chambre n'était toujours pas prête et le verre de bienvenue n'a pas suffi à combler l'attente... 30 min pendant lesquels le personnel aurait pu nous faire visiter l'hôtel plutôt que de nous laisser à la réception sans aucune info. Au départ de l'hôtel idem, nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour qu'ils retrouvent nos bagages alors qu'on avait appelé la réception plusieurs heures avant pour faire le check out. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing. 2. Ils ont oublié qu'on était 3 dans la chambre (2 adultes et un enfant) : lors des 1ers jours, il n'y avait des serviettes et des bouteilles d'eau que pour deux. Rectifié les jours suivants à notre demande. 3. Manque un porte serviette dans la salle de bain (uniquement quelques crochets dans la douche mais où met-on la serviette pour s'essuyer les mains par exemple? Ce n'est pas la place qui manque) 4. La musique trop forte à la plage. Ok c'est un bar de plage qui est très animé en soirée mais l'ambiance de l'après midi est plus calme, on aimerait plus de tranquillité. La musique est moins forte à la piscine, c'est plus agréable pour se reposer.

Cons: Le buffet est correct mais manque de variété pour un 5 étoiles international. Les plats du room service ainsi que les consommations autour de la piscine sont beaucoup trop chers. J’ai aussi trouvé inacceptable de voir des boissons alcoolisées dans le minibar de la chambre proposées à tout le monde. Enfin, la pratique du personnel de réserver des transats autour de la piscine pour certains clients n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing.

I stayed at The View Hotel Agadir with my family and had a very disappointing experience. We checked in late at around 11 PM and were given rooms that were far below acceptable standards — one had a broken door handle and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. There were two adults and a teenager in one room, and they only provided a double bed, which was completely inappropriate. We were exhausted, but instead of offering support or a quick solution, the staff were argumentative and unhelpful. It took two full days of waiting around just to speak to a manager before we were finally upgraded — wasting precious time from our holiday. While the hotel claims to be 5-star, the service and room quality said otherwise. I would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better options in Agadir that actually deliver on their promises.

Cons: Cependant, un sérieux bémol concerne le service au niveau de la restauration, notamment à la piscine et au petit-déjeuner. Il y a un réel problème d’équité dans le traitement des clients, en particulier avec un serveur portant des lunettes et un costume bleu. À plusieurs reprises, nous avons constaté qu’il favorisait certains clients, apparemment en fonction des pourboires ( je pense) Lors du petit-déjeuner, j’ai dû demander à plusieurs reprises un verre et une grande cuillère, sans aucune réaction de la part des serveurs. Mon mari a fini par aller les chercher lui-même. Un autre client, assis juste à côté, a également remarqué la situation. Il a été servi très rapidement, avec même des propositions d’aide, alors que nos demandes étaient complètement ignorées. Ce client a lui-même interpellé le personnel en leur demandant de nous servir, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. J’avais déjà signalé ce comportement au responsable Guest Relations, mais le problème persiste, notamment sur la terrasse. Encore une fois, le même serveur nous a vus chercher une table, sans jamais proposer son aide ou intervenir. C’est vraiment dommage qu’un service aussi inégal vienne entacher une expérience par ailleurs exceptionnelle. Avec un meilleur encadrement du personnel de restauration, ce lieu pourrait vraiment frôler la perfection.

I wanted to share a bit of feedback from my arrival. There was an extremely long wait to be checked in — it ultimately took around six hours. The team did apologise and explained it was a very busy period. Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, the spectacular views, and the excellent service from the concierge, the delay was easier to overlook. Secondly, given the high rate I paid, I had requested (and expected) a garden-view room. Unfortunately, this wasn’t accommodated, which was disappointing — especially as similar rooms appeared available on Booking.com during my stay. Additionally, Booking.com themselves attempted to reach out to rectify the room type issue, but no response was received from the hotel. I only received direct verbal and email contact as late as Thursday, after raising my concerns on Monday, which was also disappointing. That said, the staff were superb throughout, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday gesture with the cake and flowers, as well as the late checkout. I would like to give a special thanks to Imane for the considerate service. I hope you can take this feedback on board, and I’d be grateful if my preference for a garden (or pool) view could be noted for a future stay.

This bit was too disappointing as we choose this property based on the fact that it has a private beach. As we ended up swimming in a very busy public beach!!! Room service doesn’t answer the phone so is the reception! Water and towel is not provided every day/ a reminder was needed. Service at the Pool bar is too slow. Food was good though. The most frustrating bit was that we asked for a late check out and two members of staff confirmed that this is not possible as the hotel is at fully occupancy, we received a call 1 hour before check out time asking if possible to leave the room at 1:30 instead of 2 which was a bit odd, additionally we left the room at 2 and went for lunch and we got back the luggage’s were still in the room!!! We had to rush them to get us the suit cases as we had a taxi waiting for us at 4pm.

After complaining many times, it was partially fixed but still difficult to sleep in the room. Furthermore, there is no proper kids club, only a small area outdoor, making it difficult for kids to play while the weather was very hot. Finally the food menu wasn’t diversified(for the pool bar), no options suitable for kids, neither proper salad/veg options. Overall I didn’t feel it’s a kids friendly hotel.

Cons: Dommage que le personnel soit obligé de travailler en costards chemise sous une chaleur épouvantable (40 degrés) ça m’a fait mal au cœur pour eux. De plus, la chambre de mes nièces avait une clim défectueuse. Pour finir, faudrait améliorer le kids club, il faudrait l’aménager à l’intérieur et non extérieur surtout sous une grosse chaleur.

I booked The View Hotel in Agadir because it was rated #1 on TripAdvisor and spent £1,000 for 6 nights (unfortunately losing 1 night due to a flight cancellation from Birmingham). For the past 3 days, the weather has been extremely hot in Agadir, but the hotel has no air conditioning at all — not in the rooms, the lobby, or even the restaurants. My room has been over 30°C and completely unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. When I called reception, I was told there was a “problem” with the air conditioning, yet no one thought to inform guests. A basic courtesy would be to notify paying customers, especially when the issue severely impacts comfort. For a hotel in this price range, and with such a high ranking, this is unacceptable. Sadly, I cannot recommend The View based on my experience.

Cons: Pour ma part : une CATASTROPHE ! Séjour gâché dans cet hôtel censé être 5 étoiles ! Quelques jours après mon arrivé, j’ai découvert des INSECTES qui avaient pondu des ŒUFS sur mes vêtements !!! ( voir photo ) On m’a changé de chambre… pour y trouver un autre nuisible (voir photo ,je laisse chacun se faire son avis sur ce que c’est …). On nous a laissés dans cette chambre faute d’alternative… Le pire : L’hôtel m’a même accusée d’avoir amené les premiers insectes avec ma valise. Ils ont parlé d’une “expertise” des œufs… mais je n’ai jamais vu le rapport alors que je l’ai demandé plusieurs fois , ce qui me laisse douter qu’elle ait eu lieu. Quant au deuxième insecte, il a été jeté à la poubelle rapidement. Ils m’ont dit que c’était peut-être un cafard … ! Comme si ce n’était pas grave … L’indemnisation a été une catastrophe : promesses non tenues (3 nuits remboursées et pressing offert… pressing qui m’a rendu mes vêtements sales !!!) Ils ont refusé toute compensation jusqu’à ce que Booking intervienne et les FORCE à accorder 15% (c’est le maximum que booking puisse faire). J’ai dû insister et batailler pour être indemnisé jusqu’à demandé de parler à la direction. Résultat : promesse de 3 nuitées remboursées non tenue et un pressing offert non fait ! AUCUNE CONFIANCE. Ils ne tiennent même pas leur parole ! Un vrai zéro pointé. À ce jour, j’attends toujours des explications concernant le service pressing et aussi des nouvelles de mon indemnisation . Je pense avoir été assez patiente . Ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Un établissement qui se dit « haut de gamme » se doit d’être présent quand ça va mais surtout quand ça ne va pas ! Seul Booking m’a soutenue et défendue. Honteux et scandaleux ! Ils ne méritent pas la confiance des gens.

Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié, c’est l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe, avec une mention spéciale pour Amine, le responsable de l’accueil. Les ateliers proposés pour les enfants étaient diversifiés et bien adaptés. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, était très varié, avec des produits frais de qualité. La piscine, spacieuse et agréable, est encadrée par un personnel attentionné et aux petits soins. Une véritable belle découverte ! The hotel is in a great location and has a nice pool, but be cautious about paying extra for an “ocean side view” room. I paid for the upgrade, and this was the so-called ocean view—except there was no ocean in sight. It felt misleading and disappointing, and unfortunately, that’s not the kind of experience you want at the start of a holiday. It left me feeling ripped off, which overshadowed some of the otherwise positive aspects of the stay.

Je voyage seule et ça fait du bien d'être parfaitement bien traiter :) Après avoir été très déçue, arnaquée et maltraitée dans des hôtels aux alentours comme la VILLA BLANCHE, ou le TIKIDA GOLF PALACE (où j'ai eu un accident sans aucun secours), j'ai 2 plaintes en cours. Je suis très fatiguée, et je vais encore prolonger mon séjour avec un grand plaisir dans l'Hôtel VIEW du 01/07/25 au 17/07/25 :).

Most importantly, water coming from the shower smells like swege!!! Reported that to the front desk, but, unfortunately, they didn't take it seriously, neither they offered me any kind of a compensation ( for example to change the room). Further more before I booked the hotel via booking.com, in the description it's mentioned that hotel has a private beach which is not true at all!! It's facing PUBLIC BEACH. Cons: High prices - room and pool side service. The hotel was absolutely empty, not a single person using the pool or beach in the 3 days that we were there, including a weekend. For a bit we thought we were the only guests, till we saw 3-4 other families at breakfast.

Cet hotel est un vrai havre de paix bien situé en plein cœur d'agadir proche de tout. L'hôtel est immense avec ces jardins et ces piscines impressionnantes. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec vue sur les jardins , les piscines et la mer. Lit confortable, laiterie douce .Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire, copieux, vaste, produit frais un vrai régal. Le personnel sympathique, au petit soins, très aimable et toujours à disposition. La directrice aussi est venue sur chaque table se présenter et aussi échanger avec les clients. Le choix des restaurants dans L'hôtel, le Buubha Bar avec ces spectacle contemporain extraordinaire. Nous avons passés un séjour inoubliable. Je recommande à 100%.
Cons: La fermeture de la piscine à 18h, je trouve qu'avoir des piscines et jardins comme celui-là et fermer à 18h parce qu'il y a plus de maître nageur c'est un peu dommage. Mais tout le reste était parfait.

Chambre avec balcon (vue latérale piscine et la plage au loin). Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié avec des aliments de très bonne qualité (omelettes délicieuses, viennoiseries excellentes, jus et assiettes de fruits frais). Le restaurant de spécialités marocaines (le Mima Kitchen) est fantastique : plats copieux et délicieux (couscous, tajine, souris d'agneau). L'hôtel est très bien situé : proche de commerces, de restaurants et de l'arrêt du petit train.

Très belle chambre, spacieuse et avec une très belle vue. Juste une remarque quant au matelas ! Je n'ai malheureusement pas réussi à faire changer notre matelas en un plus dur car le nôtre était creux !

The best night's sleep ever!! We did a yoga class in the afternoon, which was amazing. Make sure you check out the SPA, the manager is the loveliest person we met. There are several treatments and Hammam packages to choose from. If you need a quick hair treatment, this is the right place for you. The hotel is located in a great location, few steps away from the beach. They have a lounge bar a Michelin star restaurant (Italian) and a local Moroccan restaurant. Definitly recommend staying here. Wish we stayed longer!!

The room lights were inflexible (either on for whole room or off, & no subtle bathroom lighting), twice were returned to no hand towels, we had t-bags & uht milk for only the first day, there was noise from outside until 8pm, there were no prices on the menus for Restaurants, the shower leaked onto the floor, the toilet brush was broken, & there were few hangers; 2) the Pool was nice & there were both a range of & enough sun-bed, but when we ordered a drink it took 30 mins & coke was served as a can with a straw (no glass), and towels weren't available when the pool opened at 9am, 3) Breakfast was nice & staff friendly, but twice tea was served with one teabag in a teapot for two people, tables didn't has a teaspoon, & tea was sometimes served not hot; 4) the Concierge was friendly but re a trip we booked through them, we were given no written details & no transparency about the price, the trip arrived late to collect us, & the trip we got was different from the one we were told (eg were were told we'd gt a meal & we didn't)

Nous sommes revenus pour la deuxième fois cette année pour un séjour père-fille et notre séjour a encore une fois été exceptionnel. La gentillesse du personnel est le principal atout de cet établissement (merci spécial à Oumaima pour son accueil, Brahim à la cuisine et Redouane au service pour leurs sourires dès le petit déjeuner, les voituriers, le personnel de la piscine et le monsieur du check out de nuit et toutes les autres personnes.) Tout le monde a été adorable. Le petit déjeuner est toujours notre moment préféré de la journée avec un choix grandiose et de qualité. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir une piscine chauffée (qui ne l'était pas l'année dernière) donc c'est un vrai plus pour ce mois de mai. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent avec un accès direct sur la ville et front de mer.
Cons: Nous avons tout apprécié ! Peut-être, il est juste dommage que les prix des restaurants de l'hôtel soient si élevés. Bien sûr, cela va avec le standing de l'hôtel mais du coup, tout le monde déserte les restaurants de l'hôtel pour aller dehors sur la corniche (la cuisine des restaurants de l'hôtel est pourtant excellente ! Même incroyable pour le restaurant Marocain ! Nous les avons goûtés. Mais il n'y a personne, donc peu/pas d'ambiance. il y a pourtant un très beau potentiel.) Il y a un restaurant club en bas qui est superbe mais nous sommes allés ailleurs car la musique y est beaucoup beaucoup trop forte pour échanger pendant le repas ou la soirée.

Супер классный отель. Оооочень приятный подогреваемый бассейн, даже когда на улице 20 градусов, в бассейне так приятно плавать, он очень теплый - наверное градусов 36. Прохладные бассейны тоже есть. Очень красивая зеленая территория. Удобные лежаки и лежанки вокруг бассейна. Очень заботливый персонал. Уютные номера с балкончиками. Вкусные максимально разнообразные завтраки с любыми видами яичниц, сыров, свежевыжатых соков, десертов. Красивая набережная и рядом еще много ресторанов разных. Недалеко супермаркет, где можно купить все что угодно - и вкуснейшие сыры, и колбасы, и алкоголь, и овощи, фрукты, орехи.
