Beautiful property with amazing views and great location. The food at Le Sensya is mind blowing, even if youâre not staying at the hotel, the restaurant is a must visit.

Started off on a bad note. Booked via booking.com. Day before our travel the hotel rang to make sure all was ok for check in etc. no mention of any costs or charges etc. we booked 3 rooms all with 1 child in each room. When going to hotel they mentioned the kids werenât on the booking and charged us an extra 300 pounds to add them on for taxes and breakfast. They advised itâs an issue to sort between me and Booking.com. Minor issue. Next issue at check in. Was told we had to put a deposit Hold of ÂŁ1500 for the 3 rooms and it had to be via a physical card. I said I had left my card at home, to which they replied, mainly yousef(not a very helpful and very rude person), that if we donât put the deposit down, we canât stay at the hotel even though we had paid for the hotel for all 3 rooms. Not the most warmest of welcomes. yousef didnât even make eye contact with us or welcome us for the rest of our stay in the hotel. We also had a young child (under 3) who required a little milk in the evenings. And was told from the hotel (yousef again) they can maybe give it once but then would have to charge us every time we request the milk. The hotel is nice and calm overall. On the quiet side. With no entertainment whatsoever for anyone. Quite boring tbf. Only positives was the 1.breakfast, whose staff was amazing and 2. kids club (which wasnât advertised and we found by chance). 3. Heated pool. I have travelled to Agadir a few times and stayed at various hotels but if ur looking for 5* experience I would avoid this hotel.

Nice hotel and really nice pool area but a bit chaotic. The staff, (of which there are numerous), I interacted with were all polite and friendly, just not that good. At check in they took our cases, which were only cabin baggage size and proceeded to misplace them immediately and we had to wait an hour for them despite calling several times and going back down to reception. One other evening I called room service for a bucket and ice and again waited an hour because first they forgot, then took it to the room directly above us. Breakfast was more of the same; loads of staff running around and a couple of managers standing around doing nothing. I'm not sure how they run it, but when you ask for something it takes ages and you usually have to ask again. Then a completely different staff member brings whatever you asked for. That said we did have a good stay and I would consider staying at the hotel again as we liked Agadir. Also I must commend the pool staff, especially the chap with the baseball cap as he was excellent, very efficient, helpful and friendly. I'd probably put him in charge of the whole place.

Cons: Room needs renovation. Male on reception desk very grumpy. On checkout (11 pm on night before leaving)we luckily noticed that we were being overcharged by a large amount. Our room was charged for a meal for the La Sensya restaurant which we did not have. When it was pointed out to the receptionist he was not happy to have to deal with it and asked us to return the following morning to have it removed from our bill. We were leaving at 7am for the airport. We had to wait a considerable time and made feel it was our mistake and not the hotelâs. Our room was 242 and the bill should have been charged to room 342.

Firstly we enjoyed our two week stay at the hotel, The View Hotel in Agadir. When we arrived however at reception I was immediately asked for a deposit of 1000mads, approximately ÂŁ800. This is the first time this has happened. We were booked Band B and had no intention of having food there or alcohol. It was far too expensive. Also in the main swimming pool large flocks of seagulls used the pool every evening and researching google it clearly states the seagulls produce chemicals detrimental to health. The second pool which is heated did not suffer the same problem.

My stay at The View Agadir was absolutely exceptional. The hotel truly lives up to its name, offering a luxurious atmosphere with stunning views and beautifully designed spaces. The pool facilities were outstanding: clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing in comfort. I especially loved the Italian restaurant, which served delicious, high-quality dishes in an elegant setting. Everything from the service to the ambiance was top-notch. I would definitely return for another stay!

Would never come and stay at this hotel again. Sadly despite it being a nice hotel in a good location the horrendous customer service meant it ruined the trip, leading to us checking out a day early. From the start we experienced issues, it took nearly hour ot check in despite the hotel being empty. We requested additional items to the room which never appeared, culminating in the evening getting food / drinks from the Jazz bar which made of the guests sick, the wine was fizzy and we had to wait over an hour for 4 tapas plates. What made this worse, was when we complained to the Customer Guest Relation (Oumaima) the next day, she was antagonist, pulled faces when my husband was explaining the issue and offered no apology or tried to resolve anything. Later that day we had booked massages in the spa, we changed the timing to earlier and when we arrived at the spa found out only 2 of the massages had been changed. When we went back to complain to customer service team, Oumaima, effectively told me i was lying and she had confirmed only some of the massages had been moved not all of them. Luckily the individual i had spoken to about the timings was standing next to her, and he infront of her confirmed it was their mistake not ours and there had ben a miscommunication with them and the spa. Overall, we then requested at this point to speak to the manager as we were disgusted by the way we were being treated. Anime came to speak to us (i dont believe he was the manager) and he offered us free drinjs that evening the same place we had waited over an hour for a drink and were sick from the food. We declined and requested other compensation. He said he would see what he could do and would come back to us - he never came back. When we called having waited for him for over an hour, he told us there wasnt anything we could do. So we said we were checking out an hour early. We requested thta they refund the final night and they said they couldnt as we booked through Booking.com. We checked out the next day regardless as we couldnt stand to stay there any longer. I spoke to booking.com and they contacted the hotel to get them to confirm re refund. I chased today and the hotel are not responding and therefore we cant get a refund. However hopefully this review serves as a way in which they will get their comeuppance as people will chose to stay at another hotel instead.

The design was exquisite! The views are breathtakingly beautiful. No wonder itâs called THE VIEW. Staff were super friendly and professional. Food was great. I liked the breakfast buffet. They had a really nice restaurant in there but it was a bit pricy for a regular restaurant. Room was so well designed and sleek, it just lacked a bit of personality. The balcony was so cozy and the view was so good!! Had a great time and would definitely come back.

Cons: The men's toilets always seemed out of order or dirty. The staff were friendly but not always able to answer our questions eg the concierge didn't know anything about local buses and we didn't know where to order a cup of tea from! The breakfast was fantastic and staff very friendly but ordering a coffee was rather 'hit & miss'! When it arrived it was very nice, but it often failed to come or when it did it wasn't always what was ordered. Small criticisms but simple things to correct.

This hotel deserves the 5 stars. Good big rooms and very nice pool and beach areas. Never had better breakfast. Most important a relaxed atmosphere with a very high service level. All employees deserve credit for being very kind and serviceminded. Especially good talks with Ayoub who talks French, English, German etc - impressing. Firstly the positives... The hotel facilities and decor are first class, the grounds and interior are set to a very high standard and immaculately kept, hygiene is also to a very high standard. The layout of the room was great and spacious with great pool & sea views, very comfortable pillows and bed.Generally the staff were excellent and very helpful : particularly the pool team, cedar bar, reception and concierge (couple of hotel negative points below). Location is perfect right on the beach and promenade plenty of restaurants around of varying quality. (some pointers at the bottom). 1) A couple of the table waiters at breakfast are a little inconsistent in terms of remembering your order/drinks etc, a minor point as this was likely inexperience rather than poor. 2) The main gripe here is the price of food and drinks which talking to other guests is a real issue. ie Two small bottles of standard beer (just less than a pint) are on a par with Dubai & Vegas prices and will set you back to ÂŁ12 which I personally think is ridiculous for Morocco). All in all the hotel is great and if we were to return to Agadir would stay again. El Toro and Jade (turn left on the prom for about 10 mins) are two really good restaurants are very reasonably priced,two decent meals, 2-3 drinks and a bottle of wine will cost ÂŁ30-ÂŁ40. Another great place is Le Jardin really good Tagine and beer (local brew Flag) was a fraction of the cost and really good. (about 10 mins away, turn right out the front reception entrance then left up the hill at the roundabout). You can see there is a lot of redevelopment and sprucing up the resort so can see it really improving over the next 2-3 years.

We had the best time, everything was perfect. The pool, breakfast, the room were all fab. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond, bringing a cake, balloons etc. The staff were extremely attentive and kind, especially Imane and Reda. There were so many restaurants / bars, except the 4 main ones there was the pool bar, the beach bar, the breakfast restaurant and lots of lounges. The restaurant on the beach was great as was Buddha bar, the performances, the food and the service (particularly from Ali and Sufyan) were all 10/10. Overall we had the absolute best time!

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff always at hand. The pool area was great, we loved the sunken bays for a comfy day in the sunshine. The food was always fresh and we ate in every restaurant. The Italian food was wonderful, we also thank you for letting us share the experience at Mimi for Ramadan, and Buddha Bar was an exceptional experience!

Breakfast was delicious and the displays of food and flowers were stunning. The location on Agadir Bay was perfect with a chic beach bar. Great service and friendliness from all of the staff. The beautiful hotel gardens and pool area were like a calming oasis. Different sun lounging places ensured that our relaxation was total and the separate areas meant you could stay fairly private in your own space. The short walk to bars and restaurants was a bonus too.

This is the best hotel in Agadir and I am very picky person and picking this was the best - you can beach front-view and access with amazing facilities and pools in the hotel. The staff are the best, such lovely and welcoming people and always happy to support and help. It is really safe outside the hotel as well - the security at the front are such lovely people! The room was beautiful, I even got a free birthday cake for my friend. I just loved it! Best location in the whole of Agadir for moving around and enjoying the night life aswell! Breakfast was amazing aswell.
Cons: Everything was perfect. I enjoyed every moment at the hotel! Please book with âThe Viewâ and donât think twice about anything because you are in safe hands.

Cons: There were very small things which I wouldn't rate as 5 star service, such as there was a welcome note in the room addressed to a different name when we arrived and the mini fridge/ water bottles had not been restocked, the safe would not work and the weighing scales was out of battery. I was served a glass of wine at the beach bar on the first night and there was lipgloss on the other side of the glass and I had to return it.

They decorated the room and made a gorgeous cake for me which was delivered to my room. The breakfast was great, very relaxed and such an array of food which all looked delicious. Used the gym most days which was very well equipped. So relaxing by the pool as well although unfortunately our weather was very mixed but we still sat for a couple of hours to relax. Didn't eat in the hotel other than breakfast which were lovely. I'd definitely love to go back to this hotel as it was so lovely but also very relaxing. Loved it. This is the first hotel I've been to that the photos online don't do it justice. It's nicer in real life. I recommend the budha bar next door if you're staying here, great fun.

A lovely luxurious hotel right on the seafront, a short walk away from restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and had an amazing walk in shower, plus beautifully soft towels and robes. The bowl of fruit on arrival was very welcome and bottles of water in the room were replenished every day. The breakfasts were amazing, with a wide range of quality options. The pool area was beautiful, we particularly liked the comfortable sunbeds. The beach club area was fantastic, great double sunbeds and beach towels provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, we couldn't fault a thing.
Cons: We couldn't fault the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic, however, Agadir itself, was a bit on the basic side.

We are just back from a 3 day mini break to The View, hotel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We arrived and while they checked us in were served a refreshing iced local tea then a lovely lady took us up to our room, it was our anniversary & we had been given an upgrade so had a beautiful pool & sea view room on the 3rd floor, she showed us how to use everything & left us with instructions on the bfast timings etc we were also delivered a beautiful cake for our anniversary' we ate in the hotel restaurant on the 1st night as after early start & long walk in afternoon it was convenient the food was good but there are some really good local restaurants nearby that are more than half the price! The hotel staff are excellent & work hard to give a 5* experience, the pool areas were immaculate and despite so on/off wet weather we managed a few hours on the loungers! They got us towels set everything up & were there to get drinks etc when you fancied! Breakfast was amazing lovely fresh eggs to order and traditional breads they could do with a self serve coffee area as this was a big slow if you are in a rush or I can imagine if busier. All in all fab and in good proximity to everything!

Well, well, well.. what can I say? Nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff and service were truly unbelievable, especially as it was my birthday. The surprise birthday cake was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch. The hotel views are stunning, the cleanliness is immaculate, and the interior design is a solid 10/10. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel Iâve experienced in the whole of Africa. From start to finish, the stay exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was more than comfortable, with exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire experience. Every request was handled with care and professionalism, even during a very busy period with AFCON being hosted in Morocco. I highly recommend this hotel, and a massive shout-out to YASSNE and HOUCINE for making the stay extra special. Thank you very much, The View Hotel, for an unforgettable and outstanding stay! I want to sincerely thank Reda from Guest Relations at The View for the exceptional service he provided during our stay. The moment I walked through the door, he recognized me as a returning guest â a simple but meaningful gesture that set the tone for everything that followed. Reda truly understands what hospitality is all about. He went above and beyond every day to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Most memorably, he made my daughterâs 13th birthday something sheâll never forget. From the thoughtful planning to his personal attention, he made her feel special in every way. He set a standard that will be hard to match. Reda is a true asset to The View. I also want to mention Rajaa (Food/Beverage manager), who added the perfect finishing touch to our experience. During breakfast, she surprised us with a second birthday cake and even organized the staff to sing Happy Birthday in Darija â a gesture that meant so much to my daughter, who is half Moroccan. It was personal, thoughtful, and incredibly touching. That said, I do feel itâs important to mention that the overall service from some of the other team members didnât reflect the same enthusiasm or care. Housekeeping was inconsistent â basic items like water were sometimes missing or insufficient. On one occasion, I was even handed a bath mat in the hallway while I was trying to enter my room. Cons: Unfortunately the AC wasnât working properly, which is disappointing for a hotel with such calibre. After complaining many times, it was partially fixed but still difficult to sleep in the room. Furthermore, there is no proper kids club, only a small area outdoor, making it difficult for kids to play while the weather was very hot. Finally the food menu wasnât diversified(for the pool bar), no options suitable for kids, neither proper salad/veg options. Overall I didnât feel itâs a kids friendly hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It is very picturesque and in a great location for exploring Agadir. If you want chill time, it's also great for that, with a very nice pool area or private section of beach. The staff are excellent when things are going well or the place is quiet - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I'd especially like to mention the staff at the pool area, who were so, so friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable while there. The food selection at breakfast is good - fresh, lots of variety and good quality food. The food, drinks and entertainment at Buddha Bar were great, and we really enjoyed our evening in there.
Cons: There were a number of small things that prevent me giving a higher score here, and this is mostly because for the price paid and standard of hotel, you just shouldn't expect it to happen and this is mostly related to the service standards dropping quite dramatically when it's busy: - The shower in our bathroom did not have a proper holder, meaning the shower head was fixed at a 180 degree angle on the wall rather than above you - While the food selection at breakfast is good, getting a hot drink feels like a lottery, especially when it's busy. I'd say 50% of the time we asked for a hot drink at breakfast during our stay, the order never showed up. I think the staff get overwhelmed or easily distracted at busy times and just forget - On one day we were out all day and on our return at 18:00 the room had not been made up. I had to walk to reception to ask for replenishments of water and milk (because they didn't answer the phone) and still those bits never showed. I had to ask again the following morning - We were unable to put the bill for our dinner at Buddha Bar on our room (despite the receipt having the fields to fill in room no., etc) so had to pay that separately Finally, it's been mentioned in plenty of other reviews so I doubt they'll change it, but I'll mention it again - the prices of food and drink at The View are overly expensive. At a place like this you of course expect some markup on standard prices but in some cases it's double the price for a comparable bottle of beer compared to a bar down the road. My tip would also to be explore other restaurants, etc for dinner like we did for some of the nights of our stay - there are places with good, comparable quality food for half the price within walking distance.

So much room for improvement! The Five Star View Hotel in Agadir promises luxury but unfortunately fails to deliver due to cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, our room was disappointingly filthy: the bedsheets were soiled, the floor was dirty, and even the glasses in the mini bar were unclean. The bathroom floor was in a similar state, and to top it off, the bathrobes were stained. When I raised these concerns with the duty manager, he assured me that someone would address the issues, but I insisted he come up himself to see the mess. After this rocky start, our enjoyment of the stay diminished, although other aspects of the hotel were satisfactory. This experience highlights a significant need for improved housekeeping to match the expected luxury standards.

Very nice located along the beach, with easy acces to the Medina and the Tourist area. The hotel offers a very nice pool garden and direct access to the beach. The room was very nice, airy, spacious and very clean. The breakfast has some variety and we were quite impressed to find some gluten free options since my husband has an intolerance. The personell is nice and ready to help. Thanks to Fatima from the reception and to the hostess who led us to our room and explained everything. All in all a great, relaxing experience!

Recently renovated The View is clean, pleasant and relaxing. Located on the promenade and has easy access to the beach and many restaurants. We had a lovely surprise on arrival as we were upgraded from ocean view room to a suite which was very spacious. The weather in November was warm and sunny and a little chilly in the evenings. We visited many restaurants in the town for dinner and found them all to be good value. The spa is huge and definitely worth a visit. We went twice. Would go back.

What a fabulous Hotel. From the moment we arrived until we regrettably departed it was just wonderful. The Hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are impeccably dressed and trained, to make your stay a pure pleasure. My wife and I have been to Agadir many times but first time staying at the view, will definitely return very soon.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Our stay was made extra special with a upgrade to a sea view room. Everything about the hotel was 5 star. The breakfast was exceptional with an amazing choice of healthy options, breads, honeyâs and juices. The beach was amazing too as were all the on-site restaurants food was spectacular in all of them.
Cons: Too many children but to be fair the hotel canât help that. Would be great if it was adults only.

The view of the pool area with the beach in the backdrop was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and service was excellent. The hotel put the needs of the guest first. The location is excellent and a walk towards the marina provides numerous venues for food, drink, supermarkets, shopping etc. The hotel has a venue called Buddha Bar. The food was unbelievable and the show was great. The food in La Sensya was also amazing.
Cons: Food and drink is expensive in the resort. The quality of the food is really good so prices are understandable. Cocktails/mocktails were âŹ12/âŹ15 and beers were âŹ8.

The private beach area is another highlight: well maintained, relaxing, and complemented by good food service. If you prefer a quieter stay, itâs best to book a room on the poolside. Rooms facing the boulevard or facing the outside can be a bit noisier during the day due to nearby activities, although they are generally quiet at night. This is not a resort-style hotel with animation or entertainment programs, so donât expect that type of atmosphere. If youâre looking to relax, enjoy luxury, and still be within easy reach of the boulevard, this hotel is an excellent choice.

I really enjoyed my 9 nights at The View. As someone else has mentioned, check-in was painfully slow with no apparent reason No-one at reception mentioned anything about entertainment, restaurants etc. But I managed to find the restaurants (signage is not particularly clear). My room was excellent with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and balcony with side sea view. It was nice and quiet. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and fresh cappuccinos/tea which you could request. The pool area is lovely and very clean as are the two pools (one is heated). Staff (guys at the pool and at breakfast) were all friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Couter who cleaned my room daily. The disappointment for me was that you could only use the indoor pool and steam room if you purchased an expensive treatment. I would have expected the pool and steam room to be included but just pay for any treatments. The two hotel restaurants are overpriced but at least there are restaurants outside within an easy walking distance along the promenade.

Die Lage direkt am langen Strand ist toll, die Zimmer sind angenehm hell und freundlich gehalten, der Innenhof ist wunderschön mit den verschiedenen Pools und dem Palmengarten. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Ganz selten haben wir so freundliches und aufmerksames Personal getroffen, egal ob beim Einparkservice, am Empfang (Imam, Fatima), in den Restaurants oder im Pool-Bereich. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.
Cons: Es gibt drei sehr gute Restaurants zur Auswahl, marokkanische, italienische und lateinamerikanische KĂŒche. Alle haben ihr eigenes musikalisches sehr gutes Begleitprogramm. Leider ĂŒberbieten sind die KlĂ€nge zum Teil gegenseitig, vor allem am Abend.

Cons: Birds in the morning while humorous can be annoying, snagging breakfast items from unattended tables and generally creating messes. Lack of self service coffee or tea. Sometimes it resulted in a rather long wait times for hot beverages at the breakfast. Lack of larger trays during the breakfast where you could take several plates (or even a glass of juice together with your plate of food) at the same time would make the mornings a lot more seamless.

Having decided to leave our 'first choice' hotel because of how poor it was (Prestige Hotel) late in the evening of our first day the View staff were very helpful. We were so releived that we were looked after extremely well. We travelled with my ageing mother in law and her cousin and requested a room with easy access. We beleive this was taken into account even at such a late time of day. Breakfast was very wide rangeing with the staff again going out of their way to help. The hotel was extremely clean with excellent standards towards the customers enjoyment. The pool had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, was a lovely experience with top class service, beds and towels provided.

Le premier soir, nous avons attendu 35min pour recevoir le menu au Bouddha bar et sommes finalement partis affamĂ©s Ă 23:30 car personnes nâest revenu prendre notre commande⊠il y avait une dizaine de serveurs qui dĂ©tournaient les yeux et la salle Ă©tait Ă 2/3 vide donc ils ne croulaient pas sous le travail. Le spa est plus cher aussi quâau alentours⊠dommage nous lâavons fait ailleurs.

The staff went above and beyond to make my sonâs stay the comfiest as possible. He felt at home on day 1. The attention to detail was topnotched. My advice for anyone who has special preferences, let the hotel know in advance which I did through email. Everything was set when we entered the room. He even enjoyed the nightly music thanks Lasensya. Breakfast spread had a lot of options. Again, special consideration was made for my son whoâs on special diet. They even heated his gluten free porridge for me. The supervisors/managers/attendants in the whole hotel were all attentive and helpful. The boys by the pool, always on alert with towels & waters. The chef even made rice bowl for my boy when i ran out & all i had to di was ask. Lastly, the Hammam experience was excellent. Alma, Amaya manager was very accomodating and ensures your comfort at the highest level. Huda did well who took care of me.
Cons: There are a few things but I guess with constant training it will improve over time.

Overall, beautiful place, but the experience changes depending on who you are or what youâve paid. If you come from money, youâll likely get the best of it.
Cons: I stayed on the 3rd floor, where the lift to the pool wasnât working, and the noise from their beach club was quite loud in the room. Some staff were kind, but at times I definitely felt judged or looked at differently, if youâre not visibly âhigh-tierâ or wealthy, the treatment can feel a bit off.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and can really recommend it, except for the food and the noise (more on this below). The main criticism is the food (except for breakfast): if you are staying for more than just a few days, you should be prepared to eat out, since the cuisine is really not to be recommended. The Italian restaurant serves â barely cookedâ aubergines and dry pasta and is run by a so-called Michelin-starred chef who isnât one and is light years away from becoming one, and who prefers to play around on his mobile phone on the terrace rather than do his job. The Moroccan restaurant is better, but it didnât offer any variety during our stay. The menu is straightforward and can be sampled in two to three days without any chance for some variety. The snack restaurant by the pool had a very small menu, which also gives cause for criticism: a quinoa and avocado salad is a tower of mush rather than a salad that you would expect in this setting, the rice in the bowl is much too hard and a real challenge for the stomach, etc. Plenty of room for improvement The beach restaurant aims to offer an interpretation of South American cuisine, but there is a lack of fresh salads, the fish starters could be of better quality, and above all, there is no bread (or similar) to eat with the meal. Imagine a mediocre âcevicheâ of squid and prawns (which is a bit strange as a dish) and nothing else. What would South Americans say about this? We couldn't try the bar because it doesn't open until 8.30 p.m. and we would have starved to death by then... Another point of criticism is the volume: music is generally a nice thing, unless several sources are playing at once. This even applies when it is turned off at midnight and a restful silence finally descends, allowing you to hear the crickets in this beautiful outdoor area. However, the music is particularly disturbing when you are in a place like the beach, where you want to relax, and you are bombarded with so much sound that you can hardly talk, let alone relax. We were told that the music system couldn't be turned down, so we left and moved to the pool â a real shame. Now for the positives: the view when you enter is very impressive. You look out onto a really beautiful outdoor area, a very harmonious and neat garden and pool area. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the towels are changed twice a day if required. Overall, we were very well looked after. We would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to make us feel at home. For example, the concierge Mohammed, who organised a meeting room at very short notice for a video conference, and the reception staff, who ultimately mastered the challenge of our various requests. No one was unfriendly or annoyed. We would like to express our special thanks once again to Ms Nouheila, who sweetened the start of our day at breakfast, to Mrs Saadia, who tidied our rooms during our stay and kept an eye on everything that might be missing, and to Ms Lamie, who treated us to all our extra requests. We would like to give a virtual hug to all three of them, who always went above and beyond the call of duty. Conclusion: If you organise your meals outside the hotel and wear earplugs when necessary, you will be in very good hands at The View, especially if you are lucky enough to be looked after by our kind souls.

We were seated by a guy however about 20 minutes later at about 7.40 pm we were approached by a pretty woman dressed in white and asked to leave the table that it was reserved and we said we had been seated here by her colleague she said ok stay there then in a obnoxious tone. Then we ordered starters and we got the wrong ones but we eat them and waited for the mains and I ordered chicken and baby potatoes I got two tiny chicken thighs but no baby potatoes he said he forgot but would get them quickly, however it took him 40 minutes and I had the little bits or chicken digested and was ready to go to bed at this time at 9.05 pm.

Joli hĂŽtel jolie dĂ©coration bon petit dej avec un large choix seul bĂ©mol on a demandĂ© Ă 2 reprises de bouteilles dâeau on nous a dit ok on va vous les monter mais rien nâa Ă©tĂ© fait mais au moment de partir on a fait la rĂ©clamation au niveau de la reception on nous a dit que la dotation câĂ©tait 2 petites bouteilles par jour câest tout sinon il faut payer surtout quâon aurait pu payer si on nous lâavait dit dommage pour une si petite demande une rĂ©ponse aussi mesquine nâest pas Ă la hauteur dâun hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles.
