Location was excellent. Beautiful ocean , access everywhere in walking distance and the hotel itself is amazing. The staff at the parking and the reception was very welcoming and helpful . Must visit the Buddha bar which is located on the hotel, with amazing music and food and the greatest show! Special credits to the singer!!!
Cons: Although the views from our balcony were amazing we couldn’t enjoy as no one seems to care to clean it. The restaurants didn’t seem to have a good communication with the front desk and although we said from the beginning all the charges to be in our room , there was always something wrong in our bills and they were keep calling us as we were ready to run away 🤦♀️. Our last day there we had to call someone to clean our room as it was already 6pm and when we came back from our day at the sea the room wasn’t ready. There wasn’t any iron in the room if you needed to iron your clothes and no closet, only a hanger .

The View est un très bel établissement, élégant et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les magnifiques piscines, l’excellent petit-déjeuner ainsi que la qualité du spa, qui a été une véritable parenthèse de bien-être. Une mention toute particulière à Rachida au spa, formidable, chaleureuse et attentionnée, ainsi qu’à Tarek à la piscine, aux petits soins avec nous. Merci également aux voituriers et bagagistes, remarquables d’efficacité et de gentillesse : voiture et bagages pris en charge dès notre arrivée, un vrai bonheur en vacances ! Enfin, merci à Samuela pour son écoute et sa bienveillance lors de notre départ. Malgré quelques déconvenues, ce sont toutes ces belles prestations et ces personnes qui me donnent envie de revenir.
Cons: La chambre a malheureusement terni cette première expérience : une « vue ville » qui donnait essentiellement sur un immense chantier, une odeur particulière dans la chambre et l’ascenseur situé à proximité qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le plus regrettable reste surtout d’avoir signalé des problèmes à deux reprises pendant notre court séjour sans qu’aucune solution ne soit apportée. Je les ai notamment renouvelés auprès d’Achraf à la réception, mais je n’ai pas eu le sentiment d’être réellement écoutée et rien n’a été pris en compte. Lorsque l’on séjourne seulement quelques nuits dans un établissement de ce standing, on souhaite profiter de son séjour et non multiplier les démarches auprès de la réception. C’est dommage, car le reste de l’hôtel mérite vraiment mieux.

Cons: The staff is very friendly, but some are unable to work efficiently (once during the breakfast we waited 10 minutes to get the cutlery, another time we waited 1 hour and 15 miutes at the pool to get a pizza and quesadilla). the spa facility is a separate payment and without sauna or jacuzzi.

I stayed at The View with my daughter for a week and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is excellent. Throughout our stay, most of the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great service. A special mention goes to the team at the pool, especially Osama. They truly understand what hospitality means and consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the reception staff in the lobby. In contrast to the rest of the hotel, they came across as arrogant and unfriendly. Having stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, I have rarely encountered this level of poor customer service at the front desk. It's unfortunate because it doesn't reflect the high standards of the hotel and detracts from an otherwise outstanding experience. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. With some improvement at the reception desk, it would be close to perfect.

Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The reception staff were efficient, but they weren't particularly warm or welcoming. On the other hand, the valet staff were excellent and always happy to help. One gentleman in particular stood out as he was constantly smiling, friendly, and went out of his way to assist guests. His positive attitude made a real difference to our experience. Breakfast was a mixed experience. The woman preparing the semolina bread was often quite rude and seemed to allow other guests to push in front of those who had been waiting, which was frustrating. The drink service was also disappointing. Guests were not allowed to pour their own drinks, meaning you had to wait for a member of staff to serve you. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and on several occasions we waited between 10 and 15 minutes for coffee or other drinks. By the time they arrived, we had often finished eating, making them unnecessary. The coffee itself was average and certainly not worth the wait. The room was comfortable overall, but there were a few design issues. The biggest negative was the bathroom layout. The toilet was completely separate from the shower room, yet there was no sink in the toilet. This meant you had to leave the toilet and walk into the bathroom just to wash your hands, which we found unhygienic and a very strange design for a hotel. There was also a coffee tray that protruded from the wall or unit, and both my family and I caught our shoulders on it several times. It felt like a poor design choice and a potential safety hazard, especially when moving around the room. Communication was another challenge. If you don't speak French, you may find it frustrating to deal with the hotel at times. On several occasions we had to explain simple requests four or five times before they were understood, and there were instances where calls to reception were disconnected before our query had been resolved. One example was when we requested a travel adapter. We were told one would be sent to our room and that it was "on its way." After waiting an entire day, we contacted reception again for an update, only to be told that the hotel did not provide adapters and that we would need to buy one ourselves. Had we been given the correct information from the start, we could have purchased one immediately instead of wasting a full day waiting. The swimming pool was another disappointment, as the water was cold on most days, making it less enjoyable than expected. The advertised beach access also felt misleading. It simply consisted of a gate leading onto the same public beach that everyone else uses. There was nothing exclusive or private about it despite how it may appear in the hotel's description. The helpful valet staff deserve recognition, but improvements to customer service, communication, breakfast service, room design, and guest information would make a significant difference. With a few changes, the hotel could provide a much better overall experience.

Great location and good looking hotel, however we struggled to feel it's 5 star claim. The pools are lovely and grounds well kept and the pool staff are great. A special shout out to the breakfast front staff, they certainly know how to uphold 5 star hotel experiences for guests. This is about where it stops. We had 2 large suites and the rooms are spacious but housekeeping is not great. We had to ask for our room to be made up a few times and even when it was we had to request towels and bath mats as they hadnt been left in the room. On arrival a lovely pastry and fruit plate awaited us but it didn't get cleared for our entire 7 day visit with the pastries going off. In addition the real disappointment was the front desk staff . WE requested a late check out or atleast ability to shower our younger kids before leaving and the lady dealing with my partner was rude and completely unwilling to look at solutions. Having travelled across the globe we've never come across this as a challenge with 5 star hotels... They're always accommodating and if they can't be then atleast courteous enough, she spoke over him repeatedly and refused to listen to solutions he was offering. Her eventual solution was to pay for another day-absolutely ludicrous . The service outside of the pool area was also shocking. Slow would be an understatement.. They have multiple restaurants but the food is all cooked in one central kitchen so you are waiting a very very long time for your food. One night we waited nearly 2 hrs!! And largely when the food arrives it is cold. The breakfast staff also look lost when it gets busy and they don't seem to have any order in which they manage tables. Hot drinks are ordered to the staff but to try and find one or once ordred for it to arrive is pot luck. Paying a premium for a hotel should include getting a premium service, this hotel certainly lacks that and has much work to do and cannot rely on its looks alone.

Et un clin d œil au mima kitchen qui propose une cuisine marocaine excellente avec un personnel discret et aimable. Le restaurant du beach club aussi vaut le détour. J ai aimé les animations culinaire autour de la piscine et les séances massages. Le personnel de la piscine très soigneux et attentionné avec les clients tout en restant discret ce qui est très appréciable
Cons: Le prix des prestations au spa, je trouve dommage qu ils soient aussi onéreux pourtant les pauses massage au bord de la piscine donnaient envie d y aller mais le prix m à arrêté (100 euros pour un massage d une heure, c est plus cher qu’en institut à Paris)

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel dopo aver trascorso una notte da incubo in un’altra struttura di Agadir. Eravamo addirittura tentati di interrompere la vacanza e rientrare a casa in anticipo. Poi abbiamo deciso di provare il The View ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare. Dal momento del nostro arrivo ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Tutto lo staff è stato di una gentilezza e professionalità davvero rare. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Oumaima (spero di ricordare correttamente il nome) e al ragazzo della reception con gli occhi azzurri, che ci hanno accolto con grande disponibilità e ci hanno fatto sentire davvero coccolati. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da tutti i servizi offerti, dalla qualità della struttura e dall’attenzione riservata agli ospiti, soprattutto considerando il prezzo più che onesto. È davvero difficile trovare un hotel che metta il cliente al centro in questo modo. Se dovessimo tornare ad Agadir, non avremmo alcun dubbio: sceglieremmo di nuovo il The View. Consigliatissimo!

Un séjour exceptionnel au The View Agadir ! Tout était à la hauteur de mes attentes : le calme, la propreté, le confort et un service irréprochable. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe, de A à Z, pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux. C'est sans aucun doute ce qui m'a le plus marqué durant ce séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la Marina et de nombreux restaurants, ce qui est très pratique. Certes, le prix n'est pas accessible à tous, mais il est pleinement justifié par la qualité des prestations. C'est un véritable hôtel haut de gamme. J'y retournerai avec un immense plaisir et je le recommande sans hésitation à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent passer un séjour inoubliable à Agadir.

Cons: Trochę brakowało jeszcze jednej restauracji do południa. Byliśmy tydzień i po tygodniu plażowy bar trochę się znudził swoim repertuarem. Można by rozważyć dołożenie kilku neutralnych potraw/ przekąsek do tego co już jest i byłoby idealnie. room service w zależności kto sprzątał pokój to albo było super idealnie albo prawie mogole pokój nie był sprzątany. Raz przez przypadek weszliśmy do naszego pokoju podczas trwania sprzątania i widzieliśmy że szklanki są tylko opłukiwane wodą (bez mycia płynem) w umywalce naszego pokoju. Dbaliśmy o to by nie płukać wodą z kranu ust przy myciu zębów z obawy na jakieś infekcję a tu niespodzianka że przez cały czas (?) szklanki były tylko opłukiwane wodą z kranu bez detergentu. Zastanawiające czy po poprzednich gościach też dotykaliśmy ustami szklanek tylko opłukanych ... (?) To uwaga dla menagera obiektu żeby przypilnował personel sprzątający bo to bardzo zwraca uwagę i obniża standard czystości hotelu. Bankomat na terenie hotelu nie działał wielokrotnie.

Perfectly positioned hotel but 5 star it is not. This hotel is 4 star as attention to details lacks, even though the accomodation & look of the hotel is excellent. The grounds are beautifully kept with daily ongoing work via maintenance teams. Where the 5th star is lost, is general consistency of service throughout the hotel. For example, not just our experience either but others we spoke to. Request food and drinks around the pool and within 10 mins it's brought to you, the next time it never arrives. Go to the pool bar to chase it up & they insist on bringing it. It may arrive, it may not. Filling up room beverages is a hit or miss. All rooms have a phone to reception & room service. Ours was faulty on day one and after repeated requests, never got fixed during our stay. 5 star to me means these types of things either do not occur, or should they do are rectified immediately. As I touched on earlier, the hotel facilities are terrific, stunning spa & inside pool, Michelin star Italian restaurant, an enormous outside TV screen at the beach restaurant, really handy as we were there during the world cup. The gym is as good as I've experienced in a hotel, however air con was not working & remained so during our stay so it was hard going. Dynamic, intelligent, super helpful & a one man excursion assistant. His English is incredible, to go with 5 other languages, all at the ripe age of 22! Summary...Lovely hotel, great position, some great staff, some not so. Excellent facilities, but not always working. A wanna be five star but sadly & ultimately lacking.

The View Agadir is located in front of a beautifully clean sandy beach and long promenade. Our 10 day stay at the hotel has been an outstanding holiday. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bed was massive with lovely linens. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely rain shower with plenty of hot water and toiletries. The cleaners came in daily. Some cleaners were more thorough than others. Generally everything was spotless though. The staff were wonderful! Always very polite and helpful. I have coeliac disease so must eat gluten free. On our first day at breakfast I informed the hostess who greeted us and she let the manager know who then arranged for the chef to cook my breakfast separately. The breakfast buffet is the largest we have ever seen with first class produce. I would particularly like to thank the beautiful hostesses and servers who welcomed us with a smile every morning. I may not spell their names correctly but thank you so much Solma, Chaimae, Hind and Douse. Special thank you to the Manager, Mehdi, and my lovely chef Abdulaziz who looked after me and made sure my breakfast was safe and cooked to perfection every day. Every member of staff deserve a big thank you - the gardeners who kept all the plants and trees beautifully, the pool guys who kept the crystal clear pool clean, the towel guys, servers, cleaners, reception etc. This was our first time at The View Agadir and we would love to return.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, with beautiful gardens and a huge pool. The hotel is right on the beach and there are several places to choose from to eat, all offering great food. Breakfast was included and was amazing- the best buffet I have ever had. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and bottled water was provided every day which we appreciated.
Cons: Only one small comment would be that the water pressure for the shower was a bit weak, but this wasn’t really a problem for us.

Die Unterkunft bietet ein ausgezeichnetes und umfangreiches Frühstück (frisch gepresste Säfte, direkt zubereitete Eierspeisen, Crepes, etc.). Den Zugang zum Strand inkl. des Beachclubs können wir positiv hervorheben, da wir Vergleichbares im Umkreis des Hotels nicht finden konnten. Zu den Restaurants für das Abendessen können wir keine Angaben machen, da wir lediglich inkl. Frühstück gebucht hatten.
Cons: Es ist nachvollziehbar, dass es schwer ist, die zahlreichen Hinterlassenschaften der Möwen und sonstigen Vögel konsequent zu entfernen, für ein Hotel dieses Anspruchs sollten die Auflagen der Poolliegen und die Sonnenschirme aber etwas sauberer sein.

Было не вкусно и неоправданно дорого. За ужин из 3 блюд и 2 напитка заплатили 1020 MAD. Для сравнения в ресторане на побережье, где еда была в 1000 раз вкуснее мы заплатили 500 MAD с небольшим. Также в информации было указано, что отель имеет свой собственный выход на пляж, но как это на самом деле. А на самом деле, это лишь не большая территория с шезлонгами на городском пляже. И чтобы туда попасть, вам нужно выйти из отеля перейти дорогу зайти в ресторан Nezka и там уже будут шезлонги. Бассейн был прохладный. Постоянная проблема с полотенцами, все время приходилось ходить с протянутой рукой и просить, чтобы их выдали.

The service from the beginning was excellent. We got welcomed on arrival and given a tour of the hotel as we arrived earlier than check in time. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful and professional. Shout out to Miriam, the chambermaid, who was accommodating and friendly and did a good job with our room. The hotel itself is stunning especially the pool area and the landscaping. But also the lobby, spa and restaurants are all beautiful. Our room was lovely and we were given a free upgrade to a pool view. The room is large, beautifully decorated and furnished. The food in the Moroccan restaurant is beautiful and the head waiter was excellent, helping with our issues with food allergy. Also a lovely touch to have the musicians playing Moroccan music. The food at the pool bar is also excellent. The food ar breakfast was very good, with a decent variety to choose from. The location is wonderful.
Cons: At breakfast the items should be labelled properly. Some things were labeled, some things were labeled but inaccurately, lots of things were not labeled at all. It would enhance the hotel even further if they had some sort of entertainment for guests, outside of the restaurants.

Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were even able to access our room earlier than expected. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful and unexpected touch. The location is very convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the hotel’s own dining options if you prefer to stay on-site. The private beach, just across the promenade, is a real highlight. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds. Despite the hotel being fully booked, it felt calm and uncrowded, almost as if we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality local and international options. Really enjoyed our week at The View Agadir . In our opinion this is a better hotel than The Sofitel . The location is great you can easily walk to some excellent restaurants. The pool and gardens are very nice with comfortable sun beds that were readily available in April. The lads around the pool always helped with umbrellas etc . Breakfast was 1st class and the ladies greeting you with a smile each morning was a nice touch . Couldn’t fault the staff at all. The hotels food and drink are rather expensive . You’re in Agadir not the Caribbean after all. Saying that I Would definitely return.

The pool and garden are beautiful, they offer plenty of comfortable sunbeds. There is a private beach club right on the other side of the promenade with a restaurant/bar. The breakfast buffet as well as the pool restaurant and beach restaurant were amazing!
Cons: Had some trouble with our room at first and the cleaning service usually forgot some things when cleaning the room but everyone was very helpful all the time.

I stayed at the View overnight whilst in Agadir for business, the hotel is located on the beach in Agadir towards the Marina end. The hotel is fairly new (having previously been the ’Royal Atlas’ before covid) and has been fully refurbished with a modern stylish design and on-trend photogenic feel from the funky music paying in the (free) car park, to the laidback private area on the beach. Check in was quick and easy; the room was a good size (bigger that the standard size rooms at the similarly priced Sofitel’s further down the beach), nicely furnished, the balcony with comfortable seats was a nice spot to unwind in the evening. Good strong, fast Wi-Fi, large TV and electrical sockets plus both USB A and C sockets by the bed shows good attention to detail. Good sized bathroom with a nice hand/waterfall shower. Some complementary fruit waiting in the room which was a nice touch. Breakfast near the pool was good with a wide selection to choose from. I ate with my customers in the attached Buddha Bar, the entertainment, whilst not quite as polished as the more establish Marrakech venue, was still good fun, and the food was excellent. I didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked nice and the gardeners deserve credit for the beautiful condition of the grounds. The one issue I had is that I was woken up at 7am by some random man walking through my bedroom; he did apologise and said he was hotel maintenance and would comeback later before making a rapid retreat back out of the room; he did seem genuinely surprised to see me, but even if the room was empty it should be good procedure to knock first just in case. On the other hand, I have no idea what maintenance he was expecting to do a 7am with no tools so the whole thing seemed very odd. I only lost an hour of sleep so no real harm done, but if it had been one of my female colleagues traveling alone, they would not have been so understanding of the situation.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade. Die Außenbereiche sind sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großen, sauberen Poolanlagen, die einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen.
Cons: Leider kann der Innenbereich nicht mit dem Standard der Außenanlage mithalten. Das Zimmer wies deutliche Mängel bei der Reinigung auf. Besonders kritisch ist der Zustand des Badezimmers zu bewerten, in dem Schimmelbildung festzustellen war. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist dies nicht akzeptabel. Service und Organisation: Die internen Abläufe wirken unorganisiert und chaotisch. Das Personal scheint nicht optimal auf die Prozesse abgestimmt zu sein, was zu Verzögerungen und Missverständnissen führt. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die beim Check-in geforderte Kaution in Höhe von knapp 500 €. Diese Summe steht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis und wirkt für den Gast wie ein unverhältnismäßiger, zinsloser Kredit an das Haus. Fazit Obwohl das Hotel offiziell mit fünf Sternen deklariert ist, entspricht die erbrachte Leistung in den Bereichen Service, Sauberkeit und Management nicht dieser Kategorie. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aktuell nicht gerechtfertigt. Eine Empfehlung kann daher zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht ausgesprochen werden.

Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht und der Poolbereich machte einen guten Eindruck. Leider war er für uns nicht nutzbar.
Cons: Bis auf das oben genannte, alles. Das Hotel war dreckig mit Schimmel in der Dusche. Die gesamte Einrichtung war im Ikea-Stil, also nicht so, wie man es von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Die Preise der Restaurants und der Minibar waren dann allerdings wieder auf 5-Sterne-Niveau und darüber. Soviel zum Hotel allgemein und für mich Grund genug, dieses Haus nicht noch einmal zu buchen. Der richtige Hammer war allerdings etwas völlig anderes. Wir hatten dieses Hotel am 07.12.2025 gebucht, allerdings ohne Rücktrittsmöglichkeit. Am 02.02.2026 wurde uns dann per Mail mitgeteilt, dass eine grosse religiöse Gruppe dort vom 31.03 bis zum 10.04. das Pessach-Fest feiern würde. Man teilte uns ferner mit, dass es für uns keine Einschränkungen gäbe und uns alle Hoteleinrichtungen zur Verfügung stehen würden. Die Realität sah dann etwas anders aus. Das Hotel war komplett von dieser gläubigen Gruppe vereinnahmt. Im Hotelfoyer fanden Bet- und Gesangsveranstaltungen statt. Die Flure im Hotel waren teilweise von dieser Gruppe blockiert. Nachts wurde in den Fluren vor den Zimmern Fußball gespielt. Auch draußen war das Geräuschlevel extrem hoch. Der Poolbereich war nicht nutzbar, da die Liegen permanet reserviert waren. Der gesamte Poolbereich war extrem vermüllt. So standen dort auch morgens, wenn wir zum Frühstück gingen noch Geschirr und Essensreste vom Vortag herum. Das Hotelpersonal hatte offenbar kapituliert. Einem Aufsteller an der Rezeption konnten wir entnehmen, dass das Hotel für koschere Ernährung zertifiziert war. Wir gehen davon aus, das derartige Veranstaltungen dort regelmäßig stattfinden. Weiterhin gehen wir davon aus, dass diese Veranstaltung zu dem Zeitpunkt, als wir das Zimmer gebucht haben, bereits feststand. Das Verschweigen diese Festes bei unserer Buchung stellt daher einen eklatanten Reisemangel dar. Wir hätte das Zimmer niemals gebucht, wenn man uns darüber aufgeklärt hätte. Läge das Hotel in Europa, würden wir auf Schadenersatz klagen.

The hotel has a beautiful pool area and a great location. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. A special thanks to Mehdi, the restaurant manager, who is very attentive and anticipates guests’ needs. His professionalism really stands out.
Cons: Rest of the staff could benefit from additional training to match this level of service. Prices within the hotel (minibar, restaurants, and drinks) are excessively high. This significantly reduces the enjoyment of dining or having a drink on-site. As a result, the restaurants often feel empty, which affects the overall atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t start well. On arrival, a large group was leaving, which left the place in a mess and the reception area feeling chaotic. It wasn’t the calm, welcoming atmosphere we were expecting after a long flight to an expected 5* hotel. We asked for a drink on arrival many times, even when told you will be given a complimentary drink, but no one attended to us, even though payment for our stay was taken immediately as we walked through the door! Check-in was also frustrating — although we were repeatedly told our room was ready just minutes after 3pm, we didn’t actually get access until 5pm. Staff kept blaming delays on the large group that had just left, but as paying guests, that shouldn’t have impacted our stay. There were also a few housekeeping issues. We requested an iron, but the first one didn’t work, and it took over an hour for a replacement to arrive, which kept me waiting to get myself sorted. The bedding had stains, and we had to ask for it to be changed. Poolside service was also disappointing — I asked a staff member to adjust a canopy for shade for my daughters, he agreed but never returned, and I ended up moving it myself. That said, once the initial chaos settled, the hotel’s interior is genuinely beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, the overall experience was affected by poor organization and lack of attentive service. Additionally, we had to book two separate rooms as they couldn’t accommodate four females together, even though two were classed as children, which made the stay more expensive than expected. To end on a positive , being just a stone throw away from the beach and watching the sunset was beautiful- making location the biggest plus.

Our stay got off to a disappointing start. We booked through Booking.com, and although the hotel called the day before arrival to confirm check-in, there was no mention of any additional charges. We had reserved three rooms, each including one child. Upon arrival, we were told the children were not included in the booking and were asked to pay an extra £300 to cover taxes and breakfast. We were advised to take this up with Booking.com, which was inconvenient but not the main issue. The check-in experience itself was quite poor. We were required to place a £1500 deposit hold for the three rooms, payable only by physical card. As I didn’t have my card with me, we were told we wouldn’t be allowed to stay despite having already paid in full. The staff member handling this (Yousef) was unhelpful and came across as rude, offering no warmth or basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this attitude continued throughout our stay. All yousef wanted was more money and once he took it that’s it he was not interested, he bumped into us several times after check in and no smile or a single word. His attitude is nothing short of appalling. We were also travelling with a young child (under 3) and requested some milk in the evenings. We were told this could possibly be provided once, but any further requests would incur a charge, which felt unnecessarily strict. The hotel itself is clean, calm, and aesthetically pleasing, but very quiet with little to no entertainment, which made the overall experience feel quite dull. Our room was cleaned once throughout the 6 days only after numerous calls. We had to ring multiple times for water which was mentioned free before we booked we practically had to beg them for it. Avoid this hotel it’s the most boring place you can stay at and for the price you can probably booking all inclusive at royal Decameron or kenzi europa who have brilliant hospitality

Started off on a bad note. Booked via booking.com. Day before our travel the hotel rang to make sure all was ok for check in etc. no mention of any costs or charges etc. we booked 3 rooms all with 1 child in each room. When going to hotel they mentioned the kids weren’t on the booking and charged us an extra 300 pounds to add them on for taxes and breakfast. They advised it’s an issue to sort between me and Booking.com. Minor issue. Next issue at check in. Was told we had to put a deposit Hold of £1500 for the 3 rooms and it had to be via a physical card. I said I had left my card at home, to which they replied, mainly yousef(not a very helpful and very rude person), that if we don’t put the deposit down, we can’t stay at the hotel even though we had paid for the hotel for all 3 rooms. Not the most warmest of welcomes. yousef didn’t even make eye contact with us or welcome us for the rest of our stay in the hotel. We also had a young child (under 3) who required a little milk in the evenings. And was told from the hotel (yousef again) they can maybe give it once but then would have to charge us every time we request the milk. The hotel is nice and calm overall. On the quiet side. With no entertainment whatsoever for anyone. Quite boring tbf. Only positives was the 1.breakfast, whose staff was amazing and 2. kids club (which wasn’t advertised and we found by chance). 3. Heated pool. I have travelled to Agadir a few times and stayed at various hotels but if ur looking for 5* experience I would avoid this hotel.

Nice hotel and really nice pool area but a bit chaotic. The staff, (of which there are numerous), I interacted with were all polite and friendly, just not that good. At check in they took our cases, which were only cabin baggage size and proceeded to misplace them immediately and we had to wait an hour for them despite calling several times and going back down to reception. One other evening I called room service for a bucket and ice and again waited an hour because first they forgot, then took it to the room directly above us. Breakfast was more of the same; loads of staff running around and a couple of managers standing around doing nothing. I'm not sure how they run it, but when you ask for something it takes ages and you usually have to ask again. Then a completely different staff member brings whatever you asked for. That said we did have a good stay and I would consider staying at the hotel again as we liked Agadir. Also I must commend the pool staff, especially the chap with the baseball cap as he was excellent, very efficient, helpful and friendly. I'd probably put him in charge of the whole place.

Our room was charged for a meal for the La Sensya restaurant which we did not have. When it was pointed out to the receptionist he was not happy to have to deal with it and asked us to return the following morning to have it removed from our bill. We were leaving at 7am for the airport. We had to wait a considerable time and made feel it was our mistake and not the hotel’s. Our room was 242 and the bill should have been charged to room 342.

Firstly we enjoyed our two week stay at the hotel, The View Hotel in Agadir. When we arrived however at reception I was immediately asked for a deposit of 1000mads, approximately £800. This is the first time this has happened. We were booked Band B and had no intention of having food there or alcohol. It was far too expensive. Also in the main swimming pool large flocks of seagulls used the pool every evening and researching google it clearly states the seagulls produce chemicals detrimental to health. The second pool which is heated did not suffer the same problem.

My stay at The View Agadir was absolutely exceptional. The hotel truly lives up to its name, offering a luxurious atmosphere with stunning views and beautifully designed spaces. The pool facilities were outstanding: clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing in comfort. I especially loved the Italian restaurant, which served delicious, high-quality dishes in an elegant setting. Everything from the service to the ambiance was top-notch. I would definitely return for another stay!

Would never come and stay at this hotel again. Sadly despite it being a nice hotel in a good location the horrendous customer service meant it ruined the trip, leading to us checking out a day early. From the start we experienced issues, it took nearly hour ot check in despite the hotel being empty. We requested additional items to the room which never appeared, culminating in the evening getting food / drinks from the Jazz bar which made of the guests sick, the wine was fizzy and we had to wait over an hour for 4 tapas plates. What made this worse, was when we complained to the Customer Guest Relation (Oumaima) the next day, she was antagonist, pulled faces when my husband was explaining the issue and offered no apology or tried to resolve anything. Later that day we had booked massages in the spa, we changed the timing to earlier and when we arrived at the spa found out only 2 of the massages had been changed. When we went back to complain to customer service team, Oumaima, effectively told me i was lying and she had confirmed only some of the massages had been moved not all of them. Luckily the individual i had spoken to about the timings was standing next to her, and he infront of her confirmed it was their mistake not ours and there had ben a miscommunication with them and the spa. Overall, we then requested at this point to speak to the manager as we were disgusted by the way we were being treated. Anime came to speak to us (i dont believe he was the manager) and he offered us free drinjs that evening the same place we had waited over an hour for a drink and were sick from the food. We declined and requested other compensation. He said he would see what he could do and would come back to us - he never came back. When we called having waited for him for over an hour, he told us there wasnt anything we could do. So we said we were checking out an hour early. We requested thta they refund the final night and they said they couldnt as we booked through Booking.com. We checked out the next day regardless as we couldnt stand to stay there any longer. I spoke to booking.com and they contacted the hotel to get them to confirm re refund. I chased today and the hotel are not responding and therefore we cant get a refund. The design was exquisite! The views are breathtakingly beautiful. No wonder it’s called THE VIEW. Staff were super friendly and professional. Food was great. I liked the breakfast buffet. They had a really nice restaurant in there but it was a bit pricy for a regular restaurant. Room was so well designed and sleek, it just lacked a bit of personality. The balcony was so cozy and the view was so good!! Had a great time and would definitely come back.

The staff were friendly but not always able to answer our questions eg the concierge didn't know anything about local buses and we didn't know where to order a cup of tea from! The breakfast was fantastic and staff very friendly but ordering a coffee was rather 'hit & miss'! When it arrived it was very nice, but it often failed to come or when it did it wasn't always what was ordered. Small criticisms but simple things to correct.

This hotel deserves the 5 stars. Good big rooms and very nice pool and beach areas. Never had better breakfast. Most important a relaxed atmosphere with a very high service level. All employees deserve credit for being very kind and serviceminded. Especially good talks with Ayoub who talks French, English, German etc - impressing. We enjoyed "swimming" in the atlantic ocean every day. We hope to come back 😎

Firstly the positives... The hotel facilities and decor are first class, the grounds and interior are set to a very high standard and immaculately kept, hygiene is also to a very high standard. The layout of the room was great and spacious with great pool & sea views, very comfortable pillows and bed.Generally the staff were excellent and very helpful : particularly the pool team, cedar bar, reception and concierge (couple of hotel negative points below). Location is perfect right on the beach and promenade plenty of restaurants around of varying quality. (some pointers at the bottom). 1) A couple of the table waiters at breakfast are a little inconsistent in terms of remembering your order/drinks etc, a minor point as this was likely inexperience rather than poor. 2) The main gripe here is the price of food and drinks which talking to other guests is a real issue. ie Two small bottles of standard beer (just less than a pint) are on a par with Dubai & Vegas prices and will set you back to £12 which I personally think is ridiculous for Morocco). Didn't seem to get many eating in the themed restaurants or the bars likely due to the price. 3) One of the guys in charge at the pool bar was reluctant to give out ice (cedar bar guys were brilliant no trouble and always topped up a cooler if asked) . All in all the hotel is great and if we were to return to Agadir would stay again. El Toro and Jade (turn left on the prom for about 10 mins) are two really good restaurants are very reasonably priced,two decent meals, 2-3 drinks and a bottle of wine will cost £30-£40. Another great place is Le Jardin really good Tagine and beer (local brew Flag) was a fraction of the cost and really good. (about 10 mins away, turn right out the front reception entrance then left up the hill at the roundabout). You can see there is a lot of redevelopment and sprucing up the resort so can see it really improving over the next 2-3 years.

We had the best time, everything was perfect. The pool, breakfast, the room were all fab. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond, bringing a cake, balloons etc. The staff were extremely attentive and kind, especially Imane and Reda. There were so many restaurants / bars, except the 4 main ones there was the pool bar, the beach bar, the breakfast restaurant and lots of lounges. The restaurant on the beach was great as was Buddha bar, the performances, the food and the service (particularly from Ali and Sufyan) were all 10/10. Overall we had the absolute best time!

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff always at hand. The pool area was great, we loved the sunken bays for a comfy day in the sunshine. The food was always fresh and we ate in every restaurant. The Italian food was wonderful, we also thank you for letting us share the experience at Mimi for Ramadan, and Buddha Bar was an exceptional experience!
Cons: It's hard to find fault, maybe there could be a second bar in the hotel, but we respect that this is a Muslim country.

Breakfast was delicious and the displays of food and flowers were stunning. The location on Agadir Bay was perfect with a chic beach bar. Great service and friendliness from all of the staff. The beautiful hotel gardens and pool area were like a calming oasis. Different sun lounging places ensured that our relaxation was total and the separate areas meant you could stay fairly private in your own space. The short walk to bars and restaurants was a bonus too.

This is the best hotel in Agadir and I am very picky person and picking this was the best - you can beach front-view and access with amazing facilities and pools in the hotel. The staff are the best, such lovely and welcoming people and always happy to support and help. It is really safe outside the hotel as well - the security at the front are such lovely people! The room was beautiful, I even got a free birthday cake for my friend. I just loved it! Best location in the whole of Agadir for moving around and enjoying the night life aswell! Breakfast was amazing aswell.
Cons: Everything was perfect. I enjoyed every moment at the hotel! Please book with ‘The View’ and don’t think twice about anything because you are in safe hands.

Cons: It was definitely style over substance. Waiters were extremely slow at breakfast time. We had to remind them a few times for our coffee. Also it was never mentioned about building work being carried out next to the hotel and did not expect to be woken up at 7am by a digger of which I took a video to enforce the noise. I complained to reception and asked to advise the manager but they did not reply to my complaint.

Very friendly staff. The location was great and felt very clean. The food offerings were excellent on site and the service was very good apart from the beach bar which was slow.
Cons: There were very small things which I wouldn't rate as 5 star service, such as there was a welcome note in the room addressed to a different name when we arrived and the mini fridge/ water bottles had not been restocked, the safe would not work and the weighing scales was out of battery. I was served a glass of wine at the beach bar on the first night and there was lipgloss on the other side of the glass and I had to return it.

Cons: I was staying in winter and there was a group of young professionals at corporate celebration. They were acting disrespetfully, very loud, smoking and drinking by the pool disturbing other guests. The staff relocated me to the quiet area of the pool. But did not reinforeced the rules for the loud guests.

No hicieron un upgrade gratuito y nuestra habitación era espectacular: grande, cómoda, limpia y con unas vistas brutales a las piscinas y al mar. El desayuno es impresionante y de muy buena calidad. El personal es muy cordial, atento y habla inglés.
Cons: Honestamente no entiendo cómo el ristorante italiano Le sensya pueda cerrar el domingo, sería mejor un día cómo lunes o martes, de lo contrario durante un fin de semana sólo queda el sábado por la cena. También les recomiendo llamar a otis para que regulen el tiempo de abertura de los ascensores porque se cierran muy rápido. informarles que hay gente muy baja y que las perchas en la ducha son muy altas y que habría que poner un par de ellas en el cuarto del inodoro para poder poner por lo menos una toalla allí también. Por último: de verdad no entiendo porque dicen que por tema de seguridad no se puede usar el secador de pelo (de muy buena calidad) en el baño, pero en todo el resto del mundo, hogares y hoteles, sí se puede.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem The View Hotel in Agadir. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels sind fantastisch. Fabulous hotel and service. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I stayed first week in February for my 60th birthday. They decorated the room and made a gorgeous cake for me which was delivered to my room. The breakfast was great, very relaxed and such an array of food which all looked delicious. Used the gym most days which was very well equipped. So relaxing by the pool as well although unfortunately our weather was very mixed but we still sat for a couple of hours to relax. Didn't eat in the hotel other than breakfast which were lovely. I'd definitely love to go back to this hotel as it was so lovely but also very relaxing. Loved it. This is the first hotel I've been to that the photos online don't do it justice. It's nicer in real life. I recommend the budha bar next door if you're staying here, great fun.

A lovely luxurious hotel right on the seafront, a short walk away from restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and had an amazing walk in shower, plus beautifully soft towels and robes. The bowl of fruit on arrival was very welcome and bottles of water in the room were replenished every day. The breakfasts were amazing, with a wide range of quality options. The pool area was beautiful, we particularly liked the comfortable sunbeds. The beach club area was fantastic, great double sunbeds and beach towels provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, we couldn't fault a thing.
Cons: We couldn't fault the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic, however, Agadir itself, was a bit on the basic side.

We are just back from a 3 day mini break to The View, hotel exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We arrived and while they checked us in were served a refreshing iced local tea then a lovely lady took us up to our room, it was our anniversary & we had been given an upgrade so had a beautiful pool & sea view room on the 3rd floor, she showed us how to use everything & left us with instructions on the bfast timings etc we were also delivered a beautiful cake for our anniversary' we ate in the hotel restaurant on the 1st night as after early start & long walk in afternoon it was convenient the food was good but there are some really good local restaurants nearby that are more than half the price! The hotel staff are excellent & work hard to give a 5* experience, the pool areas were immaculate and despite so on/off wet weather we managed a few hours on the loungers! They got us towels set everything up & were there to get drinks etc when you fancied! Breakfast was amazing lovely fresh eggs to order and traditional breads they could do with a self serve coffee area as this was a big slow if you are in a rush or I can imagine if busier. All in all fab and in good proximity to everything!

Cons: La circulation très mal faite, des grands espaces froids et inutiles, pas de petit espace cosy pour prendre un verre ou thé, il fallait toujours passer par l’extérieur pour aller au petit déjeuner et aux restaurants, pas de signalétique et d’indication pour ces derniers. Le service était vraiment mauvais, personnel gentil mais incompétent. Le spa immense mais piscine sans intérêt , pas de petit endroit cosy, pas de jacuzzi, pas de bain à remous, pas très bien conçu.

Whilst the decor may be nice the hotel lost its alcohol licence when we were there. Seems to be a tax/revenue issue. Management did not deal v well with the issue either. Couldn’t recommend this hotel!

Well, well, well.. what can I say? Nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff and service were truly unbelievable, especially as it was my birthday. The surprise birthday cake was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch. The hotel views are stunning, the cleanliness is immaculate, and the interior design is a solid 10/10. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve experienced in the whole of Africa. From start to finish, the stay exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was more than comfortable, with exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire experience. Every request was handled with care and professionalism, even during a very busy period with AFCON being hosted in Morocco. I highly recommend this hotel, and a massive shout-out to YASSNE and HOUCINE for making the stay extra special. Thank you very much, The View Hotel, for an unforgettable and outstanding stay! PS and we got to meet the Ivory Coast Football Team who was staying the same time!

I want to sincerely thank Reda from Guest Relations at The View for the exceptional service he provided during our stay. The moment I walked through the door, he recognized me as a returning guest — a simple but meaningful gesture that set the tone for everything that followed. Reda truly understands what hospitality is all about. He went above and beyond every day to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Most memorably, he made my daughter’s 13th birthday something she’ll never forget. From the thoughtful planning to his personal attention, he made her feel special in every way. He set a standard that will be hard to match. Reda is a true asset to The View. I also want to mention Rajaa (Food/Beverage manager), who added the perfect finishing touch to our experience. During breakfast, she surprised us with a second birthday cake and even organized the staff to sing Happy Birthday in Darija — a gesture that meant so much to my daughter, who is half Moroccan. It was personal, thoughtful, and incredibly touching. That said, I do feel it’s important to mention that the overall service from some of the other team members didn’t reflect the same enthusiasm or care. Housekeeping was inconsistent — basic items like water were sometimes missing or insufficient. On one occasion, I was even handed a bath mat in the hallway while I was trying to enter my room. It might seem small, but given the image The View aims to project, it felt out of place and frankly disappointing. Water should really be included when you pay €200/night for a 5-star Hotel - Minibar was empty - Check-In took like 1 hour - Employees seem inexperienced / unprofessional. E.g. one of the pool guys asked me for a cigarette... I was offered that my luggage will be transferred to my room. After 1 hour of check-in when I arrived at the room my luggage was not there. I had to call the front desk for it to be delivered to my room - God knows how long it would have taken had I not called - Often when you asked the staff at the breakfast for coffee they would forget it - At the breakfast buffet why are there no spoons on the table??? Why must we ask extra for a spoon. - One elevator button on the 3rd floor doesn't work - The lock at the breakfast area toilet is broken - Many symbols (arrows, men's/women's toilet symbol, room numbers) are overdesigned and hard to read / confusing - The floor on which the rooms are are a bit like a labyrinth. Very easy to get lost and walk in circles. - The TV has no Netflix or YouTube - Only cable TV

The room size with all equipments inside were very good, the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, suitable for all. I tried the SPA and it was nice too.
Cons: Unfortunately the AC wasn’t working properly, which is disappointing for a hotel with such calibre. After complaining many times, it was partially fixed but still difficult to sleep in the room. Furthermore, there is no proper kids club, only a small area outdoor, making it difficult for kids to play while the weather was very hot. Finally the food menu wasn’t diversified(for the pool bar), no options suitable for kids, neither proper salad/veg options. Overall I didn’t feel it’s a kids friendly hotel.

Restauracja Le Sensya – włoska restauracja prowadzona przez szefa kuchni z wyróżnieniami Michelin - porażka - danie z rybą Pietrosz - ryba ok, położona na sosie sojowym, pod starymi ugotowanymi ziemniakami pokrojonymi w kostkę - od takiej restauracji wymaga się ciut więcej …. Inne dania też nie były smaczne - nie polecam !

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It is very picturesque and in a great location for exploring Agadir. If you want chill time, it's also great for that, with a very nice pool area or private section of beach. The staff are excellent when things are going well or the place is quiet - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I'd especially like to mention the staff at the pool area, who were so, so friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable while there. The food selection at breakfast is good - fresh, lots of variety and good quality food. The food, drinks and entertainment at Buddha Bar were great, and we really enjoyed our evening in there.
Cons: There were a number of small things that prevent me giving a higher score here, and this is mostly because for the price paid and standard of hotel, you just shouldn't expect it to happen and this is mostly related to the service standards dropping quite dramatically when it's busy: - The shower in our bathroom did not have a proper holder, meaning the shower head was fixed at a 180 degree angle on the wall rather than above you - While the food selection at breakfast is good, getting a hot drink feels like a lottery, especially when it's busy. I'd say 50% of the time we asked for a hot drink at breakfast during our stay, the order never showed up. I think the staff get overwhelmed or easily distracted at busy times and just forget - On one day we were out all day and on our return at 18:00 the room had not been made up. I had to walk to reception to ask for replenishments of water and milk (because they didn't answer the phone) and still those bits never showed. I had to ask again the following morning - We were unable to put the bill for our dinner at Buddha Bar on our room (despite the receipt having the fields to fill in room no., etc) so had to pay that separately Finally, it's been mentioned in plenty of other reviews so I doubt they'll change it, but I'll mention it again - the prices of food and drink at The View are overly expensive. At a place like this you of course expect some markup on standard prices but in some cases it's double the price for a comparable bottle of beer compared to a bar down the road. My tip would also to be explore other restaurants, etc for dinner like we did for some of the nights of our stay - there are places with good, comparable quality food for half the price within walking distance.

So much room for improvement! The Five Star View Hotel in Agadir promises luxury but unfortunately fails to deliver due to cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, our room was disappointingly filthy: the bedsheets were soiled, the floor was dirty, and even the glasses in the mini bar were unclean. The bathroom floor was in a similar state, and to top it off, the bathrobes were stained. When I raised these concerns with the duty manager, he assured me that someone would address the issues, but I insisted he come up himself to see the mess. After this rocky start, our enjoyment of the stay diminished, although other aspects of the hotel were satisfactory. This experience highlights a significant need for improved housekeeping to match the expected luxury standards.

Cons: Dans la communication, il serait plus efficace de dire que la piscine intérieure est réservée aux clients du spa car nous avons été surpris d'apprendre que c'était payant et très cher. Aménager des horaires (en dehors des ouvertures du spa 9h/18h) pour les clients qui aimeraient nager seraient peut être une bonne solution? L'isolation des chambres fait parfois défaut.

Cons: The bed mattress had a pretty big sag, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in, and then there was issue with light. In the room there were these little lamps, stocked to some furniture and we did not find way how to switch them off, even when all the other light where of and also the room card was not in the card holder. So was difficult to sleep with these little lights on.

Very nice located along the beach, with easy acces to the Medina and the Tourist area. The hotel offers a very nice pool garden and direct access to the beach. The room was very nice, airy, spacious and very clean. The breakfast has some variety and we were quite impressed to find some gluten free options since my husband has an intolerance. The personell is nice and ready to help. Thanks to Fatima from the reception and to the hostess who led us to our room and explained everything. All in all a great, relaxing experience!

Recently renovated The View is clean, pleasant and relaxing. Located on the promenade and has easy access to the beach and many restaurants. We had a lovely surprise on arrival as we were upgraded from ocean view room to a suite which was very spacious. The weather in November was warm and sunny and a little chilly in the evenings. We visited many restaurants in the town for dinner and found them all to be good value. The spa is huge and definitely worth a visit. We went twice. Would go back.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Audstattung ist modern und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Frühstück ist sehr hochwertig und sehr frisch. Das Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt.
Cons: scheint mir eine Macke zu sein, immer alle Fenster und Türen offen zu haben, das macht es oftmals sehr unangenehm im Frühstücksraum oder auch in der Lobby, es zieht extrem

I would like to sincerely thank Fatima at the reception for the excellent service. She helped us extend our stay at the hotel and handled everything quickly, professionally, she was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. -5 star unworthy hotel -unfriendly staff -we ordered a coke zero and received a normal coke. We told the waiter that this was not what we ordered. They almost forced us to drink the cola. After several discussions we finally received a Coke Zero. -

What a fabulous Hotel. From the moment we arrived until we regrettably departed it was just wonderful. The Hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are impeccably dressed and trained, to make your stay a pure pleasure. My wife and I have been to Agadir many times but first time staying at the view, will definitely return very soon.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Our stay was made extra special with a upgrade to a sea view room. Everything about the hotel was 5 star. The breakfast was exceptional with an amazing choice of healthy options, breads, honey’s and juices. The beach was amazing too as were all the on-site restaurants food was spectacular in all of them.
Cons: Too many children but to be fair the hotel can’t help that. Would be great if it was adults only.

The view of the pool area with the beach in the backdrop was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and service was excellent. The hotel put the needs of the guest first. The location is excellent and a walk towards the marina provides numerous venues for food, drink, supermarkets, shopping etc. The hotel has a venue called Buddha Bar. The food was unbelievable and the show was great. The food in La Sensya was also amazing.
Cons: Food and drink is expensive in the resort. The quality of the food is really good so prices are understandable. Cocktails/mocktails were €12/€15 and beers were €8.

Cons: Eingangsbereich zu stark gekühlt Reservierungen der Liegestühlen am Pool wird zugelassen. Preise in den Hotelrestaurants viel zu hoch.

Очень приветливый и хороший персонал отеля, который очень страется. Сервис на уровне. Сам отель очень красивый, много интересных книг про искусство. Номера чистые. Красивая территория. Есть подогреваемый бассейн. Рядом океан
Cons: Нас поселили в номера 130 над баром. И нам очень не повезло. Музыка очень громко играла до 00.00. Пели караоке, смотрели в футбол. Я спустился и попросил немного убавить звук, но бармен сказал, что нудно ждать до полуночи, когда выключат музыку. В последнию ночь наш сын просрулся от дико громкой музыки, кто-то еще больше добавил звука. Сын ппоснулсч и не мог уснуть до 4 утра. Все эта история с баром испортила впечатление. Подушки были большие и неудобные, очень болела шея. В оьщем со сном у нас были проблемы
