A lovely luxurious hotel right on the seafront, a short walk away from restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and had an amazing walk in shower, plus beautifully soft towels and robes. The bowl of fruit on arrival was very welcome and bottles of water in the room were replenished every day. The breakfasts were amazing, with a wide range of quality options. The pool area was beautiful, we particularly liked the comfortable sunbeds. The beach club area was fantastic, great double sunbeds and beach towels provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, we couldn't fault a thing.
Cons: We couldn't fault the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic, however, Agadir itself, was a bit on the basic side.

Cons: La circulation trĂšs mal faite, des grands espaces froids et inutiles, pas de petit espace cosy pour prendre un verre ou thĂ©, il fallait toujours passer par lâextĂ©rieur pour aller au petit dĂ©jeuner et aux restaurants, pas de signalĂ©tique et dâindication pour ces derniers. Le service Ă©tait vraiment mauvais, personnel gentil mais incompĂ©tent. Le spa immense mais piscine sans intĂ©rĂȘt , pas de petit endroit cosy, pas de jacuzzi, pas de bain Ă remous, pas trĂšs bien conçu.

Well, well, well.. what can I say? Nothing short of an amazing experience. The staff and service were truly unbelievable, especially as it was my birthday. The surprise birthday cake was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch. The hotel views are stunning, the cleanliness is immaculate, and the interior design is a solid 10/10. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel Iâve experienced in the whole of Africa. From start to finish, the stay exceeded all expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was more than comfortable, with exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire experience. Every request was handled with care and professionalism, even during a very busy period with AFCON being hosted in Morocco. I highly recommend this hotel, and a massive shout-out to YASSNE and HOUCINE for making the stay extra special. Thank you very much, The View Hotel, for an unforgettable and outstanding stay! PS and we got to meet the Ivory Coast Football Team who was staying the same time!

Water should really be included when you pay âŹ200/night for a 5-star Hotel - Minibar was empty - Check-In took like 1 hour - Employees seem inexperienced / unprofessional. E.g. one of the pool guys asked me for a cigarette... I was offered that my luggage will be transferred to my room. After 1 hour of check-in when I arrived at the room my luggage was not there. I had to call the front desk for it to be delivered to my room - God knows how long it would have taken had I not called - Often when you asked the staff at the breakfast for coffee they would forget it - At the breakfast buffet why are there no spoons on the table??? Why must we ask extra for a spoon. - One elevator button on the 3rd floor doesn't work - The lock at the breakfast area toilet is broken - Many symbols (arrows, men's/women's toilet symbol, room numbers) are overdesigned and hard to read / confusing - The floor on which the rooms are are a bit like a labyrinth. Very easy to get lost and walk in circles. - The TV has no Netflix or YouTube - Only cable TV

The room size with all equipments inside were very good, the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, suitable for all. I tried the SPA and it was nice too.
Cons: Unfortunately the AC wasnât working properly, which is disappointing for a hotel with such calibre. After complaining many times, it was partially fixed but still difficult to sleep in the room. Furthermore, there is no proper kids club, only a small area outdoor, making it difficult for kids to play while the weather was very hot. Finally the food menu wasnât diversified(for the pool bar), no options suitable for kids, neither proper salad/veg options. Overall I didnât feel itâs a kids friendly hotel.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It is very picturesque and in a great location for exploring Agadir. If you want chill time, it's also great for that, with a very nice pool area or private section of beach. The staff are excellent when things are going well or the place is quiet - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I'd especially like to mention the staff at the pool area, who were so, so friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable while there. The food selection at breakfast is good - fresh, lots of variety and good quality food. The food, drinks and entertainment at Buddha Bar were great, and we really enjoyed our evening in there.
Cons: There were a number of small things that prevent me giving a higher score here, and this is mostly because for the price paid and standard of hotel, you just shouldn't expect it to happen and this is mostly related to the service standards dropping quite dramatically when it's busy: - The shower in our bathroom did not have a proper holder, meaning the shower head was fixed at a 180 degree angle on the wall rather than above you - While the food selection at breakfast is good, getting a hot drink feels like a lottery, especially when it's busy. I'd say 50% of the time we asked for a hot drink at breakfast during our stay, the order never showed up. I think the staff get overwhelmed or easily distracted at busy times and just forget - On one day we were out all day and on our return at 18:00 the room had not been made up. I had to walk to reception to ask for replenishments of water and milk (because they didn't answer the phone) and still those bits never showed. I had to ask again the following morning - We were unable to put the bill for our dinner at Buddha Bar on our room (despite the receipt having the fields to fill in room no., etc) so had to pay that separately Finally, it's been mentioned in plenty of other reviews so I doubt they'll change it, but I'll mention it again - the prices of food and drink at The View are overly expensive. At a place like this you of course expect some markup on standard prices but in some cases it's double the price for a comparable bottle of beer compared to a bar down the road. My tip would also to be explore other restaurants, etc for dinner like we did for some of the nights of our stay - there are places with good, comparable quality food for half the price within walking distance.

Cons: The bed mattress had a pretty big sag, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in, and then there was issue with light. In the room there were these little lamps, stocked to some furniture and we did not find way how to switch them off, even when all the other light where of and also the room card was not in the card holder. So was difficult to sleep with these little lights on.

Very nice located along the beach, with easy acces to the Medina and the Tourist area. The hotel offers a very nice pool garden and direct access to the beach. The room was very nice, airy, spacious and very clean. The breakfast has some variety and we were quite impressed to find some gluten free options since my husband has an intolerance. The personell is nice and ready to help. Thanks to Fatima from the reception and to the hostess who led us to our room and explained everything. All in all a great, relaxing experience!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Our stay was made extra special with a upgrade to a sea view room. Everything about the hotel was 5 star. The breakfast was exceptional with an amazing choice of healthy options, breads, honeyâs and juices. The beach was amazing too as were all the on-site restaurants food was spectacular in all of them.
Cons: Too many children but to be fair the hotel canât help that. Would be great if it was adults only.

The view of the pool area with the beach in the backdrop was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and service was excellent. The hotel put the needs of the guest first. The location is excellent and a walk towards the marina provides numerous venues for food, drink, supermarkets, shopping etc. The hotel has a venue called Buddha Bar. The food was unbelievable and the show was great. The food in La Sensya was also amazing.
Cons: Food and drink is expensive in the resort. The quality of the food is really good so prices are understandable. Cocktails/mocktails were âŹ12/âŹ15 and beers were âŹ8.

Die Lage direkt am langen Strand ist toll, die Zimmer sind angenehm hell und freundlich gehalten, der Innenhof ist wunderschön mit den verschiedenen Pools und dem Palmengarten. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Ganz selten haben wir so freundliches und aufmerksames Personal getroffen, egal ob beim Einparkservice, am Empfang (Imam, Fatima), in den Restaurants oder im Pool-Bereich. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.
Cons: Es gibt drei sehr gute Restaurants zur Auswahl, marokkanische, italienische und lateinamerikanische KĂŒche. Alle haben ihr eigenes musikalisches sehr gutes Begleitprogramm. Leider ĂŒberbieten sind die KlĂ€nge zum Teil gegenseitig, vor allem am Abend.

Cons: Birds in the morning while humorous can be annoying, snagging breakfast items from unattended tables and generally creating messes. Lack of self service coffee or tea. Sometimes it resulted in a rather long wait times for hot beverages at the breakfast. Lack of larger trays during the breakfast where you could take several plates (or even a glass of juice together with your plate of food) at the same time would make the mornings a lot more seamless.

Having decided to leave our 'first choice' hotel because of how poor it was (Prestige Hotel) late in the evening of our first day the View staff were very helpful. We were so releived that we were looked after extremely well. We travelled with my ageing mother in law and her cousin and requested a room with easy access. We beleive this was taken into account even at such a late time of day. Breakfast was very wide rangeing with the staff again going out of their way to help. The hotel was extremely clean with excellent standards towards the customers enjoyment. The pool had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, was a lovely experience with top class service, beds and towels provided.

Cons: Le rapport qualitĂ©-prix est le seul bĂ©mol. En effet, les prix sont Ă©levĂ©s et il nây a aucun diffĂ©rence avec des prix europĂ©ens. La qualitĂ© est correcte, mais le prix reste Ă©levĂ©. Il manquait toujours des couverts, une serviette de table ou des assiettes au petit-dĂ©jeuner. Le premier soir, nous avons attendu 35min pour recevoir le menu au Bouddha bar et sommes finalement partis affamĂ©s Ă 23:30 car personnes nâest revenu prendre notre commande⊠il y avait une dizaine de serveurs qui dĂ©tournaient les yeux et la salle Ă©tait Ă 2/3 vide donc ils ne croulaient pas sous le travail. The staff went above and beyond to make my sonâs stay the comfiest as possible. He felt at home on day 1. The attention to detail was topnotched. My advice for anyone who has special preferences, let the hotel know in advance which I did through email. Everything was set when we entered the room. He even enjoyed the nightly music thanks Lasensya. Breakfast spread had a lot of options. Again, special consideration was made for my son whoâs on special diet. They even heated his gluten free porridge for me. The supervisors/managers/attendants in the whole hotel were all attentive and helpful. The boys by the pool, always on alert with towels & waters. The chef even made rice bowl for my boy when i ran out & all i had to di was ask. Lastly, the Hammam experience was excellent. Alma, Amaya manager was very accomodating and ensures your comfort at the highest level. Huda did well who took care of me.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a stunning pool and excellent amenities. However, be aware that the service you get really seems to depend on your status or room category. Overall, beautiful place, but the experience changes depending on who you are or what youâve paid. If you come from money, youâll likely get the best of it.
Cons: I stayed on the 3rd floor, where the lift to the pool wasnât working, and the noise from their beach club was quite loud in the room. Some staff were kind, but at times I definitely felt judged or looked at differently, if youâre not visibly âhigh-tierâ or wealthy, the treatment can feel a bit off.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and can really recommend it, except for the food and the noise (more on this below). The main criticism is the food (except for breakfast): if you are staying for more than just a few days, you should be prepared to eat out, since the cuisine is really not to be recommended. The Italian restaurant serves â barely cookedâ aubergines and dry pasta and is run by a so-called Michelin-starred chef who isnât one and is light years away from becoming one, and who prefers to play around on his mobile phone on the terrace rather than do his job. The Moroccan restaurant is better, but it didnât offer any variety during our stay. The menu is straightforward and can be sampled in two to three days without any chance for some variety. The snack restaurant by the pool had a very small menu, which also gives cause for criticism: a quinoa and avocado salad is a tower of mush rather than a salad that you would expect in this setting, the rice in the bowl is much too hard and a real challenge for the stomach, etc. Plenty of room for improvement The beach restaurant aims to offer an interpretation of South American cuisine, but there is a lack of fresh salads, the fish starters could be of better quality, and above all, there is no bread (or similar) to eat with the meal. Imagine a mediocre âcevicheâ of squid and prawns (which is a bit strange as a dish) and nothing else. What would South Americans say about this? We couldn't try the bar because it doesn't open until 8.30 p.m. and we would have starved to death by then... Another point of criticism is the volume: music is generally a nice thing, unless several sources are playing at once. This even applies when it is turned off at midnight and a restful silence finally descends, allowing you to hear the crickets in this beautiful outdoor area. However, the music is particularly disturbing when you are in a place like the beach, where you want to relax, and you are bombarded with so much sound that you can hardly talk, let alone relax. We were told that the music system couldn't be turned down, so we left and moved to the pool â a real shame. Now for the positives: the view when you enter is very impressive. You look out onto a really beautiful outdoor area, a very harmonious and neat garden and pool area. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the towels are changed twice a day if required. Overall, we were very well looked after. We would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to make us feel at home. For example, the concierge Mohammed, who organised a meeting room at very short notice for a video conference, and the reception staff, who ultimately mastered the challenge of our various requests. No one was unfriendly or annoyed. We would like to express our special thanks once again to Ms Nouheila, who sweetened the start of our day at breakfast, to Mrs Saadia, who tidied our rooms during our stay and kept an eye on everything that might be missing, and to Ms Lamie, who treated us to all our extra requests. We would like to give a virtual hug to all three of them, who always went above and beyond the call of duty. Conclusion: If you organise your meals outside the hotel and wear earplugs when necessary, you will be in very good hands at The View, especially if you are lucky enough to be looked after by our kind souls.

We were seated by a guy however about 20 minutes later at about 7.40 pm we were approached by a pretty woman dressed in white and asked to leave the table that it was reserved and we said we had been seated here by her colleague she said ok stay there then in a obnoxious tone. Then we ordered starters and we got the wrong ones but we eat them and waited for the mains and I ordered chicken and baby potatoes I got two tiny chicken thighs but no baby potatoes he said he forgot but would get them quickly, however it took him 40 minutes and I had the little bits or chicken digested and was ready to go to bed at this time at 9.05 pm.

Property is lovely. Picturesque and in a great location. Staff are friendly are accommodating. Service was impeccable. Aesthetics are stunning. Only improvements I could see would be is regarding the breakfast which was a bit underwhelming and the house keeping could notice whether or not guests need more towels. Excursions being available would also be nice. The food is lovely but very expensive. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Turns out the reception team allocated my card for mini bar charges only. Donât know why there would need to be separate accounts instead of just to my room but it was confusion I didnât need and resulted in a few trips between bars/restaurants and reception to sort out

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were exquisite, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. A special mention goes to Osama, the pool attendant, who went above and beyond every day â always checking if we needed anything, bringing menus, and even small thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly looked after. His service really stood out and made our stay extra memorable and extra special.
Cons: The only thing that wasnât convenient was that our children (aged 16 and 10) were placed in a room very far from from our room.While it was manageable for us, it would have been a real issue if they were both younger.

The property itself was beautiful and offered great amenities. Beach club was safe to leave valuables and go for a dip. Met some great staff (like security guard and valet that recommended the fish restaurant)
Cons: My recent stay had its highlights, but there were a few service-related issues that affected the overall experience: Breakfast Service: On the first morning, the restaurant seemed understaffed, and I wasnât able to get basic items like sugar or coffee despite trying. Fortunately, this improved over the next two days. Check-in Process: There was no clear communication on how long check-in would take. I had to ask multiple times before deciding to store our bags and head to the beach club while we waited. Room Maintenance: The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, which was an inconvenience. Towel Replacement: Housekeeping removed our towels but didnât replace them. It took several calls and two visits to the front desk before this was finally resolvedâdefinitely a frustrating experience. Missing Iron: I requested an iron on the first night but never received it. It seemed there was a disconnect between the front desk and room staff.

Petit dĂ©jeunĂ© buffet trĂšs trĂšs complet. La salle de sport avec coach n'est pas lĂ pour le dĂ©cor, c'est une vraie salle pour sportifs exigeants. Le must absolu est l'immense piscine et ses jardins. Un havre de luxe.

L'emplacement en bord de mer avec plage privée, le bar de la plage est adorablement décoré, service aux petits soins Le petit déjeuner bien garni, beaucoup de choix et de bons produits, surtout les omelettes à la demande qui sont délicieuses! La jolie piscine, trÚs agréable. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec petite vue sur la mer de cÎté, à la décoration simple mais plutÎt bien équipée, et surtout bien insonorisée. Nous avons adoré les lits ultra confortables. Personnel souriant, poli et serviable. Les animatrices du kids club ont été grandement appréciées, merci à elles. De maniÚre générale, le cadre, le confort, la qualité de la cuisine et la gentillesse du personnel sont à la hauteur du standing.
Cons: 1. Le temps de check in et check out, alors qu'on avait effectuĂ© la procĂ©dure de prĂ©-enregistrement en ligne pour soi-disant accĂ©lĂ©rer la procĂ©dure. MalgrĂ© une arrivĂ©e en fin de journĂ©e, notre chambre n'Ă©tait toujours pas prĂȘte et le verre de bienvenue n'a pas suffi Ă combler l'attente... 30 min pendant lesquels le personnel aurait pu nous faire visiter l'hĂŽtel plutĂŽt que de nous laisser Ă la rĂ©ception sans aucune info. Au dĂ©part de l'hĂŽtel idem, nous avons dĂ» attendre longtemps pour qu'ils retrouvent nos bagages alors qu'on avait appelĂ© la rĂ©ception plusieurs heures avant pour faire le check out. Dommage pour un hĂŽtel de ce standing. 2. Ils ont oubliĂ© qu'on Ă©tait 3 dans la chambre (2 adultes et un enfant) : lors des 1ers jours, il n'y avait des serviettes et des bouteilles d'eau que pour deux. RectifiĂ© les jours suivants Ă notre demande. 3. Manque un porte serviette dans la salle de bain (uniquement quelques crochets dans la douche mais oĂč met-on la serviette pour s'essuyer les mains par exemple? Ce n'est pas la place qui manque) 4. La musique trop forte Ă la plage. Ok c'est un bar de plage qui est trĂšs animĂ© en soirĂ©e mais l'ambiance de l'aprĂšs midi est plus calme, on aimerait plus de tranquillitĂ©. La musique est moins forte Ă la piscine, c'est plus agrĂ©able pour se reposer.

I stayed at The View Hotel Agadir with my family and had a very disappointing experience. We checked in late at around 11 PM and were given rooms that were far below acceptable standards â one had a broken door handle and the air conditioning wasnât functioning properly. There were two adults and a teenager in one room, and they only provided a double bed, which was completely inappropriate. We were exhausted, but instead of offering support or a quick solution, the staff were argumentative and unhelpful. It took two full days of waiting around just to speak to a manager before we were finally upgraded â wasting precious time from our holiday. While the hotel claims to be 5-star, the service and room quality said otherwise. I would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better options in Agadir that actually deliver on their promises.

Il y a un rĂ©el problĂšme dâĂ©quitĂ© dans le traitement des clients, en particulier avec un serveur portant des lunettes et un costume bleu. Ă plusieurs reprises, nous avons constatĂ© quâil favorisait certains clients, apparemment en fonction des pourboires ( je pense) Lors du petit-dĂ©jeuner, jâai dĂ» demander Ă plusieurs reprises un verre et une grande cuillĂšre, sans aucune rĂ©action de la part des serveurs. Mon mari a fini par aller les chercher lui-mĂȘme. Un autre client, assis juste Ă cĂŽtĂ©, a Ă©galement remarquĂ© la situation. Il a Ă©tĂ© servi trĂšs rapidement, avec mĂȘme des propositions dâaide, alors que nos demandes Ă©taient complĂštement ignorĂ©es. Ce client a lui-mĂȘme interpellĂ© le personnel en leur demandant de nous servir, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ©. Jâavais dĂ©jĂ signalĂ© ce comportement au responsable Guest Relations, mais le problĂšme persiste, notamment sur la terrasse. Encore une fois, le mĂȘme serveur nous a vus chercher une table, sans jamais proposer son aide ou intervenir. Câest vraiment dommage quâun service aussi inĂ©gal vienne entacher une expĂ©rience par ailleurs exceptionnelle. Avec un meilleur encadrement du personnel de restauration, ce lieu pourrait vraiment frĂŽler la perfection.

Cons: The service was awful, it took forever for the staff to perform very basic tasks. The staff grabbed our bags then promised us something cold to drink as we had a bad experience with a flight cancellation during a particularly bad heatwave, we never got that something cold, so after an hour of waiting I insisted that my friends I and waited at the bar as they couldn't be upfront on how long it would take to get our rooms. Check in took at nearly 3 hours in total, despite us booking online prior.

I wanted to share a bit of feedback from my arrival. There was an extremely long wait to be checked in â it ultimately took around six hours. The team did apologise and explained it was a very busy period. Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, the spectacular views, and the excellent service from the concierge, the delay was easier to overlook. Secondly, given the high rate I paid, I had requested (and expected) a garden-view room. Unfortunately, this wasnât accommodated, which was disappointing â especially as similar rooms appeared available on Booking.com during my stay. Additionally, Booking.com themselves attempted to reach out to rectify the room type issue, but no response was received from the hotel. I only received direct verbal and email contact as late as Thursday, after raising my concerns on Monday, which was also disappointing. That said, the staff were superb throughout, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday gesture with the cake and flowers, as well as the late checkout. I would like to give a special thanks to Imane for the considerate service. I hope you can take this feedback on board, and Iâd be grateful if my preference for a garden (or pool) view could be noted for a future stay.

Cons: It is misleading to say that the property has a private beach, as all what the property has is a designated area on the public beach for sun beds and restaurant. This bit was too disappointing as we choose this property based on the fact that it has a private beach. As we ended up swimming in a very busy public beach!!! Room service doesnât answer the phone so is the reception! Water and towel is not provided every day/ a reminder was needed. Service at the Pool bar is too slow. Food was good though. The most frustrating bit was that we asked for a late check out and two members of staff confirmed that this is not possible as the hotel is at fully occupancy, we received a call 1 hour before check out time asking if possible to leave the room at 1:30 instead of 2 which was a bit odd, additionally we left the room at 2 and went for lunch and we got back the luggageâs were still in the room!!! We had to rush them to get us the suit cases as we had a taxi waiting for us at 4pm.

Le personnel dâaccueil semblait dĂ©bordĂ© et nâarrivait pas Ă gĂ©rer la longue file dâattente. Aucune communication claire ou mise Ă jour nâa Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©e aux clients pendant cette attente.

What an amazing experience! The hotel was so beautiful, we often ended up wanting to skip our plans outside and just stay in. Honestly, youâll find everything you could possibly want here, even a Michelin starred restaurant!

Cons: Chambre 151 super. J ai changĂ© de chambre 284 la climatisation ne refroidisse pas trop. Ăa m'a pas empĂȘche de dormir et de passer un excellent sĂ©jour.
