La gentillesse du personnel. Vraiment tout le monde est adorable. Abdo qui monte tout les jours pour notre planning, c'est une vraie perle. Fatima nous a ramené de superbes petits déjeuner, tellement complets que nous ne mangions pas tout même en faisant 2 pour 4 pers. Et les chauffeurs, Khaled et Ibrahim gentils et serviables. Vraiment je recommande ce lieu, pour ma part j'aurais du préciser rez-de-chaussée et proche piscine pour surveiller mes petits enfants.

Mon appartement était spacieux, offrant un confort inégalé, avec des lits d'une très bonne qualité ! Un autre point fort de mon séjour a été le petit-déjeuner servi dans ma chambre à l'heure demandée. Quel plaisir de commencer la journée en dégustant un bon repas tout en profitant de la sérénité des lieux ! Mon séjour a été malheureusement trop trop court, mais je suis sûr que je reviendrai pour profiter encore de cet endroit magnifique. Je recommande vivement le In Club Palmeraie Resorts à tous ceux qui cherchent à se ressourcer.

Abdul was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. One of the showers was brilliant. Breakfast brought to you everyday at whatever time you wanted, had pastries (which weren’t fresh but were ok) Moroccan pancakes, yoghurts, coffee, tea etc. there was a carrefour nearby and a boulangerie that had a great menu for westerners.
Cons: Our first apartment we were in, we couldn’t lock the patio doors. Abdul said it was fine as you have electric shutters, which you can just lift up from outside. So after some persuasion we shifted apartment to a smaller one and it had the same issue with the doors and windows but you couldn’t lift those shutters. So felt more secure. The properties are not just next to the rotana golf course, they are a 3-4 minute drive. I was expecting to be able to walk to the course. The check in felt a little odd, we wandered downstairs to an office in a cellar basically, as a woman I didn’t feel safe. Other little things, the tv is far from the sofas, so couldn’t really relax in the evening watching tv, as couldn’t see it from so far. All in all the property is dated, the pictures were taken maybe a few years ago and nothing has been updated.

Location is amazing especially swimming pool facility which is in the compound, about 10 minutes walk. It has carrefour which makes it more convenient. The whole complex looks very beautiful with lots of green spaces and the sound of birds are amazing. We didn't use air conditioner even though the temperature was hot outside which means the buildings are nicely insulated. The staff was amazing, very accommodating.
Cons: We didn't know the swimming pool was 10 minutes walk from the apartment so that was a little inconvenient since we had 3 little kids with us and elderly person to walk with.

Le personnel, la sécurité, la taille de la piscine, le ménage tout les jours et changement de serviettes, les équipements de la cuisine .le calme , la machine à laver . Bon séjour général. La literie est très bien.
Cons: La Clim impossible à régler dans la pièce a vivre, les fenêtres qui n’ont pas de sécurité hormis les volets qu’il faut baisser avant de sortir, la piscine un peu loin, obligation de voiture pour se balader sur Marrakech, manque de couvert pour 9 personnes.

Grosse surprise en arrivant sur place. Je ne m'attendais pas à un confort et une surface aussi grande. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Le personnel est à l'écoute et disponible à toute heure, avec une précision presque suisse ;-).
Cons: Dans la salle de douche il y avait une odeur d'égout plutôt forte et présente. La durée de mon séjour ne m'a pas permis de savoir si une réparation a été effectué mais la promesse a été donnée.

Cons: Foul smell in the apartment on the first day. Furniture and fittings are dated. Needs huge improvement. Behaviour of the staff and expectation of tips. Checkout procedure was disgraceful and disrespectful. The receptionist Abdul and his manager omari are highly unfit for their roles. They harrassed my family at the checkout process to extract money saying their towels are missing. We told him we didn't even use their towels in the first place. He got aggressive. We showed our luggage and the guy didn't even apologise for thr behaviour. Racket of people to extract money at the checkout process by stressing customers in an hurry to get to airport. Then suddenly they started blaming the cleaning ladies. We don't use their towels as we don't know how they are washed. We always use our own towels. Avoid this resort. Its not worth it. PLEASE AVOID THIS RESORT. I HOPE THIS COMMENT REACHES MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS. THEY NEED TO KNOW HOW THEIR STAFF IS WORKING.

It just can't get any worse. Let me start with positives first. Hammed the receptionist. Cons My family and I felt the decor are dated and beds are quite old and uncomfortable. No duvet cover was provided despite telling the cleaning person about it. The apartment had foul smell when we walked in. Looked like it was not cleaned properly. CHECKOUT DAY THE WORST PART - THE RECEPTIONIST AHMED, CAME TO US ACCUSING WE HAVE THEIR ONE TOWEL AND THEN CHANGED TO SEVEN TOWELS. We told him we havent got the towels and started harrassing us and mentioned his manager Amar/omar was upset about it. We showed our luggage and left to the airport in a taxi pre arranged by resort. The driver then get call from the receptionist of the resort asking us not to write any review about him as he has 3 children to feed. I REALISED ITS ALL FOR THAT EXTRA MONEY. JUST WONDER THEY HARRASSED ME BECAUSE OF MY COLOUR.

Le calme, la propreté, l'appartement assez grand
Cons: Aucune signalisation pour y arriver, on a mis un temps fou pour y arriver même en téléphonant, mais vraiment incroyable qu'il n y ai rien pour indiquer le lieu. Il n y a pas réception à proprement dire, juste une minuscule pièce, c'était très bizarre. Il faudrait penser à changer le lit et les oreillers, très inconfortables. Il y avait des petites fenêtres sans rideaux ou quoi que ce soit pour être en intimité, une à la salle de bain, juste au-dessus de la baignoire, donc pas de douche pendant 3 jours! 2 à la cuisine et une au séjour, n'importe qui pouvait nous voir puisque ça donne sur l'extérieur. 5 minutes après notre arrivée, le monsieur de la dite réception sonne pour nous donner un " bouilloire" , ce n"etait pas censé être dans l'appartement ? Pourquoi le donner après notre arrivée........ Le lendemain, on sonne , c'était le facteur qui nous a donné une facture de téléphone !!!!

Cons: Nettoyage minimum,trop de moustique dans la salle de bain,eau chaude fonctionne mal,appartement vieillot,très mal équipé,literie laisse à désirer,ustensiles de cuisines manquants et assez âgés,cuisine ma équipée,odeur de moisissure dans toutes les pièces,Tv fonctionne une fois sur 2,aucun gel douche ou shampoing pour le 1er jour,vue au RDC pas belle…terrasse vieillotte,2eme salle de bain inutilisable avec odeur de moisissure…Les photos du site ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité et encore moins au standing vendu..unique point positif est le personnel réception agréable et disponible!!!

La lavandería muy efectiva.
Cons: El desayuno malo. Sin una pieza de fruta, todo pan, bollo malo.... El café escaso, la leche igual aunque muy buena. La cama doble pequeña, el aire acondicionado antediluviano, la ducha cutre aunque de presión bien. En la descripción pone claramente "picina con vistas" deben ser vistas desde otro hotel porque aquí no había, de hecho pregunté al recepcionista dónde estaba y recibí la callada por respuesta. Ah! y el Wi-Fi!! una maravilla!! tardaba menos haciendo señales de humo que usando la del hotel. Si vas a Marrakech compra una tarjeta de datos en el aeropuerto 15Gb por 15€, especialmente si no vas a alojarte en la medina y vas a necesitar usar taxis. Algunos de ellos no tiene datos y se pierden para encontrar fincas de eventos.

L'environnement et la piscine fort sympathique. Il faut marcher un peu pour accéder à la piscine.1k700 de l'arret de bus, pour accéder au centre de la médina,sinon c'est taxi . Un carrefour market,distributeur et pizzeria à proximité. Jolie vue sur les palmier, les arbres et terrasse agréable. Le personnel très agréable.
Cons: L'état des casseroles et poêles dans le logement.

Nous avons demander à rencontrer un responsable, on a jamais pu le rencontrer. Nous avons demandé un dédommagement, un geste commercial... rien n'a étais fait !! Nous avons laisser notre numéro pour être contacté par un responsable ( mon numéro 0659083494 ) A l'heure où je vous écris personne ne nous a contacté !! Très déçu de booking.com et de cet hôtel surtout pour Le prix que ca m'a coûter pour UNE nuit ! J' ai connu des hôtel sur Marrakech beaucoup moins cher et avec un service excellent ! Très mauvaise expérience et mauvais souvenir pour nos enfants !

I have been going to In Club Palmeraie for 15 years now, it's getting more expensive and more expensive and the service getting worse : -There are holes in the bathrooms. -Some curtains are blocked and there is no way to move them. -No WiFi and cellular coverage is really bad. -The swimming pool contains so much Chlorine that it takes 3 showers to take it off. - A lot of kitchenware is missing and you have to ask the staff to bring you what's missing.

We booked through RCI and was very surprised at the quality of the apartment. Everything was old and grubby. The kettle was broken, there isn't a microwave, the shower head in the bath was broken and the bath had brown marks in it. The resort is quite far from the city centre and main attractions so taxi fare costs a fortune. We were fortunately transferred to Armina Resort which was much more modern and near the centre. Wouldn't recommend the Palmeraie Resort.

The In Club Palmeira is a series of complexes with 2 and 3 bedroomed apartments situated in a huge, exclusive, beautiful and secure palm grove with carefully sculpted gardens about 15-20 minute's drive from the Marrakech Medina. There were 11 points of entry, with boom gates, each manned by a security guard. The lush surrounding estate with its massive beautiful pool is really well kept. There are numerous similar individually cordoned off buildings in this expansive estate which also houses various hotels and a golf palace. One major drawback, is that there is no public transport to the medina so it could be quite costly to get around by taxi. We were three couples who had just completed a two week guided tour through Morocco, so the Palmeraie was the perfect place to unwind. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable but a bit badly maintained. Door handles on some of the bedroom cupboards were missing. There is one master bedroom with a balcony and a good sized bathroom plus 2 slightly smaller bedrooms and another bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pots and pans were fresh and there was a very nice set of crockery and cutlery. The toaster had seen better days and was promptly replaced. Daily cleaning was very superficial though and there were a few large cockroaches seeking shelter from the sweltering heatwave. Wifi was almost non existent - it's a dongle that was only available at certain times and only in the small reception area. There is an upmarket well stocked supermarket about 10 min walk away with an ATM, bureau de exchange, bakery and pizzeria nearby. The pool was spectacular but a good 15 minute walk from the complex. It would have been great if there was some internal transport like golf carts to convey visitors around the massive estate. One of the good things about this resort is Abdul Samed the night manager! He is a real gem who went out of his way to make our stay at the resort as pleasant as possible. If RCI were to upgrade their units a little this could be great place to stay!

Facility is a bit off the beaten track in a gated, guarded, upscale community it is not really a hotel. We stayed for the first week in a large 3 bedroom unit on the ground floor. It was very spacious but not well maintained. Some of the windows and doors could not be locked and we killed dozens of mosquitoes day and night. This unit also had smelly drains which you could smell throughout the flat. In our second week we were moved to a 2 bedroom unit upstairs and this was much more comfy as there few mosquitoes and no smelly drains. Housekeeping came every day and were a very pleasant and happy set of ladies. Each unit has full kitchen and is a self contained suite. A convenience store is on premises but it is poorly stocked. The supermarket is about 15 mins. away by taxi and is well stocked. You would be best off to have a car to stay here. We would stay again.
