Presque tout. L'accueil. L'agencement des chambres et des SDB en duplex. Les serviettes en forme de cygne avec pétales de rose. Le calme tout en étant très proche des places d'intérêt touristique et du Menara mall. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié servi à l'appartement.

Cons: Sanitaire un peu vieillissant. Faible débit de la douche. Peu de chaînes à la télévision. Un écran moderne et plus grand serait mieux apprécié.

Me gustó la ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto y con zona para poder aparcar nuestro coche. Elegimos este hotel porque nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y cogimos un coche de alquiler para comenzar nuestro viaje al día siguiente. La habitación era muy amplia, estaba limpia. El desayuno fue muy abundante.

Cons: Tout. Je n’irais plus jamais là-bas. Pas de quoi laver les affaires (il faut prendre un taxi pour se rendre à un lavomatique), pas de jacuzzi en dépit d’une piscine. Il y avait une fuite sur le plafond de notre appartement, nous avons changer d’appartement mais l’autre était hyper bruillant avec le passage des voitures. Il faisait hyper froid la nuit et la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Sejour en famille horrible et pourtant j’en ai fais des pays/hotel. J’ai eu à faire à un taxi hyper agressif à l’arrêt un peu plus haut de l’hôtel, il m’a limite prit en otage en famille je lui ai demandé de s’arrêter et d’aller voir la police pour s’expliquer et il a petait un plombs (tout ça avec des enfants en bas âge) - la voiture c’est une sangyang 7 places. J’ai compris qu’il avait entendu l’accent Algérien ce qu’il l’a déplu car en me déposant il m’a dit rentre en Algérie alors que je suis de France et né en France (ça promet la coupe d’Afrique + la coupe du monde si il y en a plein comme lui). Énorme déception pour un séjour en famille. 380€ prix black Friday pour 4 jours au lieu de 550€ alors que même pour 1€ la nuit j’y retournerais pas. Je reviens moins en forme qu’à mon arrivé. Les commentaires sur les notes très basses disaient vrai. Le personnel est par contre hyper attentionné et à l’écoute si besoin, très réactif, serviable et souriant. Le gardien devant la porte est hyper gentille.

Cons: - while the hotel was ok overall, there definitely needs to be a update of the kitchenette and toilets, quite dated and just replacing the cupboards and the sink and the tub would be great, including tiling in the kitchenette - Breakfast was average at best - Communication between change of staff from the morning staff to the night staff was a total let down resulting in Breakfast not being ready in the morning, although was confirmed the night before. Airport drop off price change was very disappointing (different from communicated and when confirmed)

Das Apartment hat eine optimale Aufteilung der Zimmer. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und 2 Bädern. Alles hell, freundlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück haben wir uns ins Zimmer bringen lassen, da im November die frühen Temperaturen für uns zu kalt waren, auf der schönen Dachterrasse zu frühstücken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons: Leider war der Straßenlärm unüberhörbar.

Le studio assez spacieux correspondait à nos attentes, cuisine équipée avec frigo, micro-ondes, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire, canapé, placards et commode pour le rangement. Le petit déjeuner très copieux servi à la terrasse de l'hôtel au 5ème étage avec vue panoramique. Le personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins ainsi que le personnel de ménage. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, merci aux femmes de ménage. Le centre commercial Ménara hall est à 10 mn à pieds.

Cons: Mauvaise insonorisation, beaucoup de bruit surtout la nuit venant de l'avenue principale. L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier de l'hivernage, il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre le quartier Guéliz et le centre.

Très bonne situation dans un quartier moderne, non loin du "Menara Mall" avec ses boutiques, un Carrefour et de nombreux restaurants. Appartement assez grand avec cuisine sommairement équipée. La piscine pour moi seule chaque fois que j'y suis allée!

Cons: il faut prévenir et indiquer son heure de déjeuner qui est servi en terrasse par du personnel ne parlant pas français, le même menu pour tout le monde. Pas de commode ou d'étagères ou tiroirs pour ranger ses affaires. La télévision ne propose que 3 chaînes (en dehors des chaînes marocaines) France 24 en français, en anglais et TV5 Monde; aucune chaîne américaine, britannique ou espagnole.

The hotel is cosy, not too many rooms. The swimming pool is a great asset. Breakfast on the terrace in the sun is unbeatable, just bring a bit of time with you as each table is served individually... The location is great, Western bars, where alcohol is served, are close by. Great restaurants nearby, too. And the staff was very friendly and helpful! I stayed there twice for two days/a night and loved it both times.

Cons: Some of the interior would need some repair and upgrade, but nothing major.

I really appreciated the staff, I was able to take a refreshing dip in the pool after my arrival, even though it was after dark. I loved my room, and the balcony. Very spacious and comfortable. I also loved my breakfast on the rooftop, as well as the sun lounges. The location was good if you don’t mind walking. The mall was close by as well as restaurants.

Pour le petit déjeuner, il est vraiment extraordinaire, ainsi que l'acceuil que ce soit a la réception et de tous les autre emoloyés, c'est la troisième fois que je vais dans cet apprthotel et j'ai jamais été déçu... Gentilezza della reception. In piscina fino alle 12 circa c'è una parte soleggiata (poi arriva l'ombra). Zero insetti nella abitazione. Acqua calda anche al lavandino. Letti comodi.

Cons: - Ogni mattina chiedevo di non pulire la mia abitazione, ma il terzo giorno sono entrati in camera in mia assenza per ordinare tutto toccando le mie cose (le porte non hanno il cartoncino con scritto "non disturbare"). - La prima camera che mi è stata assegnata non corrispondeva a quella della prenotazione (era molto deteriorata, senza telefono, senza tenda nella vasca da bagno, senza balcone, buia), dopo due notti (su 4) mi è stata cambiata. - Il signore che prepara le colazioni è venuto la mattina presto a bussare alla camera (svegliandomi) per sapere se volevo la colazione in camera. Gli ho detto di no ed ho risposto che dopo sarei andato a fare colazione in terrazza. Quando sono arrivato in terrazza la colazione era sul tavolo da parecchio tempo e la stavano mangiando gli uccelli. Ovviamente non ho voluto mangiare e lui non mi ha portato altre cose. - La vasca della prima stanza non aveva la tenda né il vetro e durante la doccia tutta l'acqua andava sul pavimento. - Nessuna delle due stanze assegnatemi aveva il balcone come era scritto sulla prenotazione. - Quando sono arrivato il primo giorno, dopo mezz'ora ho sentito mettere la chiave dall'esterno nella serratura della porta. Ho gridato e sono andati via. Probabilmente era la signora delle pulizie. - L'hotel è a 38 minuti a piedi (google maps) dalla piazza principale di Marrakech.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything was well organised. The pool was medium-sized but very clean and perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent — in a calm and elegant area, just 30 minutes’ walk from Jemaa el-Fna, 15 minutes from the train station, and close to the airport. El apartahotel está genial para pasar unos días tranquilos en Marrakech. Muy cerca andando (unos 20-30 minutos) de la zona de la medina y otras zonas principales. En mi caso fue un apartamento con dos habitaciones y dos baños, muy bien equipado y limpio todo. Con aire acondicionado en estancia ppal y dormitorios. Estancia muy cómoda y agradable. En recepción te facilitan todo mucho y muy agradables siempre al trato. Servicio de habitaciones a diario. La habitación que me dieron al estar cerca de recepción disponía de wifi sin problema alguno.

Cons: Nada. Simplemente hay que ser conscientes que no se trata de un resort de lujo, sino funcional.

We booked a superior room but because it was a late booking, they did their best to give us the best apartment. It wasn’t necessarily what we expected, but it was decent. We have a balcony which was nice. There is a lovely lady who makes breakfast every morning- my kids referred to her as aunty. The location is fantastic. We are near the Gueliz area, which is in the new city. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Menara mall which is lovely and potentially the only air conditioned mall in Marrakesh! There are also a lot of restaurant and the area is always buzzing till late night. There is a nice pool- it’s not massive, but also decent. One thing that stands out is the lovely staff. The aunty to makes the delicious breakfast- and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms.

Cons: As I said, I didn’t get what I expected- but it was decent. The only thing is- the sofa bed is not a sofa bed- it’s just a sofa, and not a particularly comfortable one either. The whole building is also a little bit outdated.

15 mins walk and 7 mins by taxi to old city. It’s in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Laundry shop nearby. Pool is nice when it’s so hot. Mall is 10 mins walk if you need to hide from the heat with restaurants and carrefour inside the mall. Staff were helpful as well.

Cons: Pool size when it gets busy but it’s fine for us. NB: there is 2 residence Amina so take note when you order cars to pick up as Google may show wrong address.

L'accueil, la prise en charge de nos demandes, la réactivité du personnel. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Ils ont aimé se baigner dans la piscine chaque jour et qui était propre. Les employés de ménage sont très respectueuses et ont bien pris soin du nettoyage tous les jours. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine. Et une belle vue depuis la terrasse. Cons: The night receptionist was rude and acted unprofessionally by refusing to sell rooms and falsely claiming that the hotel was fully booked, despite us being a family and regular customers. This forced us to spend about an hour searching online, only to end up booking a room in the same hotel through Booking.com, which showed availability. The check-in process was also handled poorly and lacked professionalism. The elevator and some room doors need renovation and maintenance.

Amazing room and for that price, it was wonderful. I'm not sure you can find a better deal. Not the newest building, but you won't notice it - book it without hesitation and trust me that you will leave satisfied.

Cons: Some places in the bathroom had small cracks and some of the utilities were not "Ideal" 2025 quality, but hey - if you are considering this option to travel with comfort and not pay hundreds per night, probably won't matter too much.

Cons: Je m'attendais à une chambre beaucoup plus moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, mais ne correspondait pas à nos attentes (pas de fruit). Nous aurions aimé nous même choisir le contenu de notre petit-déjeuner. Pas de chaussons mis à disposition, le sol est en carrelage... Seul le lit est fait tous les jours (pas toujours bien fait d'ailleurs), la vaisselle reste dans l'évier si on ne la fait pas. Le stationnement devant l'hôtel reste un problème, si vous rentrez tard il n'y a plus de place devant l'hôtel, et il faut se garer au bout de la rue.

Cons: El hotel no está insonorizado y hay una avenida grande muy cerca por lo que se escuchan los coches pasar, a pesar de ello pudimos dormir perfectamente.

This hotel is aging and the room was showing a little wear. The electric heater struggled a little to get the room up to temp. The cleaning staff is excellent and energetic. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The room was dark and quiet and I slept well. The staff did not disturb me and let me sleep in. The wi-fi needs to be better. It was not sufficient for work. Cons: Très cher pour ce que c’est! On pouvait avoir mieux au même prix. le seul avantage c'est l'emplacement sinon l'appartement est vraiment un peu vieillot et la propreté limite limite. Le nettoyage n'était bien fait. L'appartement était équipé d'un seul Wc (il y a un deuxième qui était fermé) . Ce n'est pas suffisant pour 5 personnes. Les seules toilettes accessibles étaient dans la suite parentale. Ce n’est pas pratique, tu ne peux pas déranger les personnes qui dorment à chaque fois pour entrer aux toilettes surtout la nuit.

L'appart hotel amina est très bien situé. On a trouvé le personnel vraiment aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans les appartements et vraiment copieux. La cuisine est bien équipée et permet de se préparer des plats simples.

Résidence très bien entretenue. Grande chambre avec kitchenette et salle de bains, bien équipée, bonne literie, linge de qualité. Le petit déjeuner, que l'on peut prendre sur une terrasse avec vue, est exceptionnel, occidental et oriental à la fois, avec tout ce que l'on peut désirer. Le personnel est charmant. L'emplacement est très bien, avec le Menara mall pas loin, cafés, pâtisseries et supermarché. Belles terrasses où prendre un verre ou déjeuner. Il est très facile de trouver un taxi sur l'avenue Mohamed VI, juste à côté. La place Jema el Fna est à environ 2 km à pied.

Venant pour le semi marathon la proximité avec la ligne de départ a 1km. Proche des bureaux de change et du centre commercial Menara Mall avec entre autres carrefour. Cons: Comme souligné auprès de l’accueil: Un effort de rénovation pour des appartements qui ont déjà un peu vieilli, les informations transmis par Booking.com qui stipule un accès bien être … complètement inexistant , jacuzzi, Hamam et Sauna , bien affiché dans le hall … la note de , 8,24 en 2022 est un peu surévaluée, un effort de rénovation et toutes les activités respectées … ça deviendrait un endroit à prendre vraiment en considération… Booking.com devrait prendre en considération la demande sur un geste commercial… Cela n’enlève en rien la qualité de l’accueil du personnel …. Merci à eux pour nous avoir permis de passer un bon séjour ..

Lovely small appart hotel. Well located in the modern city but only approx half an hour walk to the Medina area and the main square (5mins taxi). Nice quite area. Also only 5 mins walk to Menara Mall and from some shops, restuarants and bar. Handy location for airport which is good bearing in mind local traffic. I had the opportunity to stay in serval rooms. All were very nice, well appointed and clean. Felt like home from home. Finally the staff were fantastic and helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Layla and Sadik who were above and beyond helpful and professional. Thanks fols and hope to stay again soon

La habitación excelente y el desayuno excepcional por ese precio, café, leche, zumo,panes, queso, olivas, pastas tipicas, huevos duros,... vaya, que por 9 euros te vas bien desayunado y ademas te lo traen a la habitacion o a la terraza. Cons: The apartment did not look like the one in the pictures. It was somewhat dated, especially the washrooms, and needs some redecoration.

Del hotel me gustó todo. Calidad Precio la estancia estuvo fenomenal. El desayuno te lo tenían preparado si en la terraza o si preferías en la habitación a la hora que les decías. La ubicación me gustó mucho... en la zona nueva de Marrakech a 20 m. andando de la Medina. Un paseo tranquilo y por una zona muy bonita. La gente que está en recepcion (Un hombre y una Mujer) ambos dos muy amables y resolutivos. La limpieza de 10, nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días y las señoras que lo hacían super amables y dispuestas a ayudar.. P. Ejemplo necesitamos otra almohada y al momento nos la trajeron.

Cons: We were quite disappointed when arriving at the hotel, as the description differs a lot to reality. We hoped for a relaxing spa-Hotel outside the medina. But: there is no sauna or spa area, that is advertised on the description. The pool area looked discusting and there is no whirlpool. We asked for the sauna and only got the answer that we can book a hamam for the day after tomorrow. The apartments furniture was old and did by far not look as fancy as advertised. It was clean, except from the floor, and quiet. All in all the stay was ok, but definitely not what we expected and therefore completely overpriced for a „normal“ hotel.

Petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux, emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville sans être dans la médina et grace a ca profiter d'un quartier plus calme, l'appart hôtel se situe a 25-30 min de marche de la place Jemaa el Fna et Koutoubia, compter 6min et 30dirham max pour le trajet en voiture si vous prenez un taxi avec l'application in drive avec votre téléphone, une station de taxi se trouve a 5min de l'hôtel mais je vous conseille d'éviter les taxis car ils refusent de mettre le compteur malgré que sa soit obligatoire et font le même trajet pour 50-70 dirham minimum une vraie arnaque.. Un centre commercial avec restaurants, boutiques et boites de nuits dont le connu bouddha bar se situe a 10min a pied de l'hôtel avec une belle fontaine illuminée qui fait des spectacles audio visuel tout les soirs. Plusieurs banques comme Société générale et banque populaire a 5min a pied. Appartement très bien équipé niveau cuisine, donc il est possible de se cuisiner des petits plats. Les femmes de ménage sont super gentilles et proposent le nettoyage de la chambre tout les jours. Le personnel de la réception sont également très aimable et de bon conseil. C'est un bel endroit ou l'on se sent en sécurité au calme et aussi bien qu'a la maison. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci a toute l'équipe.

This is a small, beautiful, cozy hotel with a delightful little garden at the entrance and a roof terrace for breakfast. We booked two apartments, both had nice, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel could not be in a better location. The old town is about half an hour's walk from it. There are many posh hotels in the neighborhood and a busy avenue. Maybe that was a bit noisy but it didn't bother us. A 5-10-minute walk away, on the avenue, there is a European-style mall with a Carrefour store. We loved the breakfast, it was plentiful, with many pastries, fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, milk, butter, eggs, olives, cream cheese, etc. The staff is perfect and very nice. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Cons: Los baños estan en muy mal estado, necesitan una reforma urgente. Están limpios, pero las instalaciones muy antiguadas, grifos sueltos goteando, bañera sin mampara ni cortina, etc.

Cons: Mon ancienne note de 9 a été revu à la baisse pour plusieurs raisons, mais une qui m'a particulièrement mis hors de moi. Comment se fait-il que c'est un voyage business et qu'une personne se permette de taper à 1h du matin dans ma chambre pour me demander de garer ma voiture alors qu'elle ne gênait en aucun cas. Comportement inadmissible. Rajouter à cela que la chambre n'était pas desservie par internet donc utiliser la 4G sur tout le séjour et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Petit-déjeuner répétitif et le même à savoir un plateau avec la viennoiserie, un œuf dur, du msemen café et the

La localisation et le calme

Cons: - Le studio : beaucoup plus petit que ce que l'on imagine sur les photos, juste la place de passer entre les meubles. - Un studio sombre donnant sur 1 arbre et le mur derrière. - L'accueil : nous avions demandé un étage élevé...nous avons eu le 3ème étage, une vue dégagée...nous avons eu vue sur un mur, et nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon (comme indiqué dans le descriptif de la chambre au prix auquel nous avons fait la réservation) et nous n'avons pas eu de balcon !!

Location was near the center and across from the hotel where I was attending the event. I did not try breakfast but they offer it and could serve it in your room. The room was excellent and very spacious with all amenities available like kitchen ware, TV, and wifi.

Cons: Parking was a bitch!! No female guests allowed.

Room was nice and big. Comfy beds and sofas. Cleaning staff amazing. Air conditioning worked great. Got overcharged for bottled water as we arrived really late and no shops were open (had no choice as was with family).

Cons: WiFi was not great and did not work most times. Tv was way too small and not smart (needs upgrading). Can’t use Netflix or any streaming other service. Room was a bit dirty in places. Water pressure at sink not very good (can’t use hot and cold together on the mixer tap.

Great apartment/hotel space with lots of character. Close walk to Menara Mall and within 10 minute drive from the busier centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and overall would recommend the stay here. So you're aware, it isn't a buffet breakfast although there is plenty of choice that they deliver to you.

Cons: Would expect the swimming pool to be slightly bigger but not a major downer. Lift is quite small and could do with an upgrade.

Cons: la piscine très petite (et l'eau froide), le jaccuzzi hors service, la climatisation bruyante et peu fonctionnelle, les toilettes défectueuses (difficultés alimentation en eau), de temps a autre l'eau semble absente...
