Riad Nafis was an oasis away from the bustle of the Medina but an easy walk to everything. It was a sigh of relief, quiet and welcoming after a full day of exploring.The owner and staff were amazing and helped with every request, made wonderful suggestions and watched out for me, inquiring about my day. I would definitely recommend this riad!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’accueil a été parfait, avec le sourire et l’attention du personnel. Le riad est très beau, traditionnel et bien décoré avec une très agréable terrasse sur le toit. Il comporte peu de chambres, ce qui rend le séjour calme et authentique. Les petits déjeuners ont été délicieux, ainsi que le repas que nous avons pris sur place en soirée (un succulent tajine accompagné de salades marocaines et de petites pâtisseries avec un thé à la menthe en fin de repas). Les lits sont confortables et les chambres propres. Le riad se trouve dans une petite rue calme, très bien placé, à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques (nous avons pu faire beaucoup de visites à pied).

Cons: Ma chambre en rez-de-chaussée était sombre et il y a eu un peu de bruit en provenance de la rue. Nous avons été surprises par le mode de verrouillage des chambres : elles se ferment de l’intérieur, mais pas de fermeture à clef en sortant. Peut-être est-ce habituel et traditionnel dans les riads (= chambre d’hôtes) ? Heureusement, chaque chambre possède un petit coffre fort.

Cons: Well we arrived .. to a place i thought was 4 star and paid good money for ( suite with private balcony.) Firstly knowing you are at the right hotel shouldnt be so hard, we knocked on a door we though was it and nothing eventually to have a man chase us like hey this is it. We finally made it in and there was no reception room. No one offered to take our bags, no real welcome or meet and greet the Hospitality just felt lacking 😢, then the room! I went to wash syraight away and the shower whole fell off the wall completely , not what you pay for! A gentleman balanced it back in and said its good to go which it was shaky so it was avoided. I Asked to print boarding passes for our outgoing flight and the gentleman who works there didnt have a code to his own computer and couldnt access anything let alone print so We had to find elsewhere .. Then i thought room was paid for online, I have credit card details .. turns out nope it wasn't paid online and they need in cash fair play. However When ever i wanted someone for room service i found myself walking about the whole place crying hello like a horror movie with an eerie silence and no response. When we left for our morning flight there was no staff to say bye to, no brekky at 7 am we just left to let ourselves out in the dark. Wasnt a welcoming restful stay and felt a 2 star building that has been given 4 stars because it was painted had a cold pool and a rooftop terrace. Also you can't lock your own bedroom doors from the outside if you go out other than with a bolt lock so anyone can go inside. Generally wasn't the most pleasant luckily was 1 night only

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Riad nafis! Yassine a été d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement chose très rare encore aujourd’hui. Il est très facilement joignable à n’importe quelle heure et même par whatsapp avant l’arrivée. On peut booker des activités via le Riad ce qui permet de ne pas se faire avoir par les attrapes touristes. Elles peuvent être payer en euros également ce qui est super! Pour les commentaires intelligents comme quoi l’eau n’est pas rapide ou chaude ou gnigni ou gnigna il faut arrêter nous sommes en Afrique et l’eau courante et chaude n’est pas aussi rapide qu’à Paris 14e ou je ne sais où ! Il y a de l’eau chaude oui il faut parfois attendre oui la pression n’est peut-être pas celle escomptée mais est-ce vraiment important quand nous sommes en vacances ? Je ne pense pas! De plus pour les idiots qui disent qu’il y a double paiement ou qu’il faut régler en espèces au Riad c’est N’IMPORTE QUOI ! Les rues à côtés ne sont pas les champs Élysées ok mais dans la médina il ne faut pas s’attendre à marcher sur du marbre ! Et pour avoir beaucoup marcher dans la médina AUCUN Riad n’a une entrée où est dans une rue magnifiquement belle. Contrairement à beaucoup de Riad le Riad nafis est au calme et loin de la pollution ce qui est reposant et agréable et surtout respirable. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et excellents ! Le ménage est fait comme rarement je l’ai vu être fait et c’est vraiment un bonheur ! Merci beaucoup à cette très gentille madame ! Merci également aux deux jeunes hommes présents quand Yassine n’est pas là qui sont également à notre disposition! Encore merci à Yassine pour toutes ces recommandations sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons à Marrakech et sans nulle doute ce sera au Riad nafis. Merci mille fois pour ce séjour !

Great place to stay, big and clean. The free large bottle of water was a blessing (it was a hot day). Pool looks amazing even if you don't swim. And service was great, the receptionist reminded me of the hotel continental from the movie john wick but only the receptionist itself, not the hotel =)

Cons: I felt like there was not enough fresh air in the room (I had to leave the window open all night, it's acceptable but not great). Breakfast was good but not enough (at least for me).

Os funcionários são atenciosos, café da manhã é padrão, mas com um pouco de variação todo dia, as instalações são agradáveis como o terraço e a piscina, apesar de quarto poder ser um pouco melhor (tomadas insuficientes, falta de box no chuveiro, luminárias não funcionavam), as instalações no geral são bem mantidas. Foi uma boa opção de hospedagem comparado com outros Riads na mesma faixa de preço.

Cons: No site menciona que aceita cartão de crédito, mas o pagamento deve ser feito com dinheiro, poderia ter um pouco mais manutenção no quarto (p.ex. as luminárias de cabeceira não funcionaram), poderia ter mais tomada no quarto, não tem box/cortina no chuveiro, com isso o chão do banheiro sempre ficava com muita água. Meu quarto era no térreo, próximo a área de café da manhã e por isso durante a manhã era um pouco barulhento.

Super, makkelijk te vinden locatie. Binnen een oase van rust, met het zwembad ziet het er prachtig uit. Hele vriendelijke host. Er is altijd iemand aanwezig, die je ook tips kan geven. Mooie badkamer, met een bad ipv een douche (natuurlijk kon je ook de douche in het bad gebruiken). Er was een prachtig dakterras, waar je in alle rust kon genieten.

It was awesome and the staff was beyond helpful. They even came for me on the main street on my first night in Marrakech because I was a little confused by the narrow streets. Everything was clean and nice, I had a room next to the pool but unfortunately was a bit too chilly to take a dip. Breakfast was also nice and I was happy to chill on the nice rooftop whenever I had the chance.

Cons: At night it could get a bit noisy since the pool / inner courtyard is not covered. Also, if it’s cold outside, the room also cools down, but they do have ACs so you can make the room comfortable easily.

El trato del personal y la amabilidad fue de 10, en especial Hamed, el primer día nos ayudo muchísimo, habla bien el español, a la llegada tomando un té con galletas en la terraza del Riad nos explico todo con un mapa y hasta nos acompaño a comprar la tarjeta del telefono. Su otro compañero que no recuerdo el nombre también muy bien y el encargado Yassine cualquier cosa que pedías o preguntabas te lo resolvían y de una manera excepcional. La limpieza muy bien también. La ubicación está muy bien, unos 15 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el Fna a pie y te daba seguridad la vuelta de noche, al estar junto al palacio había varios puestos de policia y militares en el trayecto. Sin duda volveremos a este Riad en nuestra próxima visita. Muy recomendable.

We spent just one night at Riad Nafis, but it was enough to leave a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Ibrahim and Hamid were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our stay and making sure everything was seamless. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made our stay special. We were amazed by how perfectly the tagine they served us was cooked—the flavors, the spices, everything was just right. Dining by the fireplace in the patio added a romantic touch, making the experience even more memorable. The location of the Riad was another plus. Just outside the Medina, it offered a peaceful retreat from the crowds while still being in a lively neighborhood with local shops, markets and cafés. Overall, Riad Nafis was a fantastic place to stay—comfortable, welcoming, and with some of the best food we had in Marrakesh. Highly recommended!

Location was great, exactly as described. Yas came to greet us from the main road as a thoughtful gesture as we would have most certainly got lost getting to the riad initially! Breakfast was very homely, tasty coffee and assortment of fresh pastries, yoghurt, eggs on request too. Incredibly helpful staff; nothing was too much effort from booking us a massage to arranging a bottle for us to enjoy by the pool. Our highlight was enjoying time spent on the roof terrace, with distant views of the atlas mountains in a tranquil setting. We would 100% recommend Riad Nafis and Yas's home from home style accomodation and would like to visit again. Thank you :)

Posizionata a sud della città, all'interno delle mura della medina. Camera pulita, la nostra era a piano terra, purtroppo ci siamo rimaste solo una notte e pertanto non posso dire come sarebbe stata la colazione perché non abbiamo avuto tempo di farla. All'arrivo ci hanno accolte con classico tè e pasticceria marocchina sul terrazzo all'ultimo piano, molto rilassante. Comodissimo per l'aeroporto

If you look for a rustic and genuine stay in Marrakech within the Medina I can recommend this Riad. The Riad is located in a good area of the Medina with typical narrow streets. The room we had were quite narrow with a balcony, very clean. The land lord Yasimine and his staff were very helpful and arranged several excursions and gave as worthful advices were to go and what to see and other good tips. The breakfast were incredibly good and the orange juice is just gordious.

The staff were very helpful. I visited with my 85 year old Aunt! In hindsight this was not the best idea but the staff were very supportive.

It was a beautiful property. Gorgeous decor, nice location, quiet compared to other parts of the Medina. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was typical Moroccan, but nothing special to reflect the price point.

Cons: It wasn't mentioned that I had to pre order dinner upon checking in. I was given a tea and 3 small cookies for supper. Although there are many restaurants 10 min walk away, I specifically booked here because they had a kitchen and restaurant.

Das Frühstück ist immer sehr reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Es gibt immer frisches Gebäck, warme Getränke, verschiedene Omeletts, Marmelade, Honig, Butter, Obstsalat und Orangensaft. Der Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr hilfsbereit und helfen bei der Organisation von Tagesausflügen und der allgemeinen Orientierung in der Stadt.

The place is gorgeous, the room is large enough and with style, the terrace very nice, the breakfast very nice and complete, we were even served before the hour when we went for an early activity. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom large, maybe the light not enough for putting the make up :) It seems to be in a safe area as the palace is just around the corner. We ate around, at small local places, very tasty. Easy to find taxis and there seems to be many buses around.

Cons: The swimming pool is rather small(er) than in the photos. We were told it is open so we can use it but it is actually in open air so for early Jan was way too cold to use it - this created frustration as we expected to have a place with swiming pool (that seems indoor in the photos!)... As it has the riad form, in case the other guests are noisy, it is easy to be disturbed as the windows and the door give on the internal patio - not our case as we were lucky with reasonable people but keep this in mind.

A most beautiful Riad in the south west corner of the Medina, a short work to the main square and the southern attractions. A 20-minute walk to the Hivernage area in the newer area of the city. Delicious breakfast and lovely furnishing throughout the Riad. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The only downside was a sleepless second night, owing to persistent noise and low vibration from an air conditioning unit for another room attached to the outside wall of my room … Ear plugs probably worth packing.

Très bonne adresse, accueil exceptionnel, nous avions prévenu d'une arrivée anticipée le matin, non seulement ils ont accepté de façon très courtoise mais en plus ils nous ont réceptionné comme des rois avec un petit déjeuner excellent et copieux. Le Riad est superbement décoré et plein de charme; le personnel est systématiquement à l'écoute et regorge de bonnes adresses. Nous voulions passer à nouveau avant notre départ, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu, mais lors de notre prochain voyage nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.

Cons: I had the room in the ground floor and I think it lacked a bit of privacy as the window and door frames were not perfectly sealed. But I guess that's what a typical riad is.

Everything about our stay at Riad Nafis was brilliant; the staff are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we have ever met. As soon as we arrived, we were invited up to the terrace for complimentary Moroccan tea/snacks. Mr Yassine met us in the morning and gave us some very useful information and tips. The room and facilities were fantastic, we enjoyed the pool downstairs and the terrace upstairs. Very clean; breakfast was lovely and varied over the 4 mornings we were there. Very handy location into the medina. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were looked after very well. We will be back insh’allah!

A 10 m à pied de jama el fna . Un Accès taxi à 2 minutes.les ruelles sont anciennes mais très sécurisées car à côté du Palais Royal. Un Riad superbement bien décoré avec goût et élégance. Im Riad waren alle super hilfsbereit und freundlich, haben uns am ersten Tag in der Nähe des Riads erwartet und dann durch die Gassen geführt und am letzten Tag sogar noch dabei geholfen, die Bordkarten auszudrucken, da wir sie in Papierform brauchten, aber nur elektronisch hatten. Die Zimmer sind super individuell und hübsch eingerichtet, Frühstück war sehr lecker und jeden Morgen etwas anders und im Pool kann man sich bei Bedarf abkühlen und anschließend auf der Terrasse ausruhen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful riad in Marrakech, and our experience was exceptional. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet, authentic neighborhood but still within walking distance of the main attractions. The riad itself was spotless, with an elegant blend of traditional design and modern comfort. The pool was a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city, and we spent many afternoons relaxing there. Breakfast was simply on point—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented every morning. One small suggestion for improvement would be adding locks to the rooms for extra security, which would give an additional sense of privacy. Otherwise, everything was fantastic, and we highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable experience!

シャワーはまぁ普通に出ました。道が狭くタクシーが宿まで入って来れないため、スタッフが大通りまで迎えに来てくれ、早朝出発の時もタクシー待機場所迄一緒に行ってくれたことかな。朝はスタッフは寝てたので起こしたけど。

Cons: 部屋に鍵がかからない！朝食が8:30からとの事、各日それより早い出発の旨伝えたら、「心配ない、コーヒーとか何かしら用意する」と言われたものの、2泊したが一度も用意されなかった。他の同程度のリヤド二軒に泊まった仲間達は早い出発ながら、ヨーグルト、パン、フルーツ、ジュースなど前日から準備してくれてたとの事。普通はそうですよね… タクシー入って来れないので重い荷物持って大通りまで往復したのも大変でした。

El personal es amable y atento, tanto Abdel como Hamid (agradecimos su buen español) se preocupan por hacerte sentir cómodo y ayudarte en lo que necesites. El Riad es precioso y muy tranquilo, te sientes como en casa. La piscina es genial para relajarse en las horas más calurosas del día. Di tutti i posti visitati nei miei soggiorni, questo secondo me è il vero riad! La struttura sorge in una via stretta ed un po' buia (ma sicurissima) in una zona appena defilata della Medina. Posizione comodissima per visitare Marrakech, anche con la macchina (parcheggi a pagamento proprio a pochi minuti). Struttura affascinante, terrazza bellissima ed una piscina aperta h24. La camera è pulitissima con un bagno comodo e bello. Veramente consigliato! P.s. Staff davvero davvero carino e accogliente

Cons: Per qualcuno l'impossibilità di chiudere la stanza potrebbe esser un problema. Secondo la nostra esperienza, la struttura è davvero ben custodita e controllata e, comunque, si ha l'utilizzo della cassaforte per tutti i documenti/oggetti da custodire. Non consiglio l'hammam suggerito.

Superb. Riad Nafis combines the comfort of a family home with the care of a top end hotel. Excellent location in quiet alley, but close to everything. The decor is tasteful and traditional Moroccan. The terrace is lovely in the early mornings and late evenings. The pool was a god send in the heatwave. Yanice and staff could not have done more for us. The evening meals were fantastic, home cooked, tasty, great value and well served.

Exceptional stay, Yassine and his staff really care about your stay. Trips can be arranged, taxis to and from airport, even offering a breakfast early. The breakfast was always plentiful, varied and delicious. Take the opportunity to have a meal as it is tasty homemade food. Very clean, well situated next to the Palace, 10 minute walk to the main square, market place Jemaa el-Fnaa and in our opinion the perfect Riad to explore Marrakech. What a welcome to Morocco, we will be back.

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like. We had a very small issue which was entirely a misunderstanding on our part and Yassine responded immediately, offered us a solution and couldn’t have been kinder to make our stay an exceptional experience. A massive thank you to all the Riad Nafis team.

A few of the taxis did not know where the riad was but we finally found someone who did. We were dropped off in the street and given vague directions of how to get there through narrow winding streets. We had to ask directions from someone but eventually found it. We arrived a little earlier than 3pm but a warm welcome awaited us. I had asked for 2 single beds so the room had to be rearranged for us. The riad was beautiful, amazing artwork, furniture, pool and a wonderful rooftop terrace. Sorry we weren't there a bit longer really. They arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport the next morning at 8am and actually walked us through the streets to the taxi. Some confusion over an early breakfast but we got there in the end. I would definitely go back. It was lovely.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé grâce à la gentillesse et à la disponibilité du personnel en particulier le gérant, Yassine qui a toujours été aux petits soins avec nous. Très bonne situation géographique. Bon petit déjeuner et si vous prenez un couscous maison un soir, vous ne serez pas déçus. Bref, nous recommandons et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons: les ruelles sont parfois bruyantes en raison des motos et cela peut perturber dans les chambres. Rien de grave...

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man kann fußläufig fast überall hin bspw. zum Souk. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alle waren sehr freundlich, vorallem Yassin hat uns alle Touren organisiert und viele Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank auch an Mohamed für das tolle Frühstück. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

L'emplacement est à 10 min à pied de la place Jama El Fna. Et nous sommes placé à côté du Palais du Roi, il y a donc des militaires partout, c'est très sécurisé. Par contre je conseille de prendre un bus pour faire des excursions autours de Marrakech car nous avons vite fait le tour. Super petit déjeuner, copieux ! Ils sont très disponible et souriant, nous avons même demander exceptionnellement d'avoir le petit déjeuner plus tôt car nous avions une excursion à 8h. Ils nous l'on amené la veille dans la chambre ! C'était donc super sympa de leur part. Aussi, il nous on imprimé nos billets d'avion car nous avions oublié de le faire et le Maroc accepte uniquement les billets en papiers ! Très serviable :)

Cons: Il y a eu beaucoup de bruit le premier soir dans les rues. Peu d'intimité car les chambres ne sont pas isolées.

Riad Nafis is a hidden gem, a high quality small hotel where contemporary furnishings blend effortlessly with the traditional decor.

Cons: There was no fridge and no kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. In our room the enamel on the bath was badly damaged and wasn’t comfortable to take a relaxing soak in the bath. Also there was no shower curtain.

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved our time here! The service was beyond our expectations, the food was great, our room was very cleaned and had everything we needed. Tres joli Riad dans un quartier très sécurisé, calme et proche de la place Jama el Fna. Nous sommes rentrés tard et à pied sans s’inquiéter. Le petit déjeuner était top et surtout tout le personnel absolument sympathique, agréable et serviable.

Cons: Clair manque d’intimité car la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas complètement. Impossible de parler trop fort dans la chambre et surtout on entend les chambres voisines parler…voir plus.

Tout est parfait dans ce Riad !! Idéalement placé à quelques centaines de mètres de la place Jemaa el Fna et de la Koutoubia au nord et du palais El Badii et des tombeaux Saadiens au sud. Le propriétaire Yassine et tout le personnel sont adorables. Yassine saura vous conseiller à merveille pour répondre à toutes vos envies ! Il n’y a rien à redire sur ce Riad nous y retournerons avec joie !! Je recommande fortement cet endroit qui est très propre et les petits déjeuners sont très copieux. Merveilleux séjour en couple !

Very cozy and cute place inside Marrakesh. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, nicely decorated and with a comfy bed. Bathroom well stocked and neat. Breakfast was plenty and very good! Although the hotel appears under the "parking" filter, you cannot park outside the hotel, it's only reachable by foot! Parking either 200 m away in a dubious street or 500 m away in an "official" parking. Both are paid.

Breakfast was always very good and everyone extremely helpful. The pool was a bit too cold for February and our apartment was on the ground floor which meant there was some street noise. However, would be happy to stay again.

Das Riad ist super gelegen, allerdings etwas versteckt: man muss durch kleine Gassen (Tipp: zwei mal Rechts, dann links im Durchgang wo eine Kamera hängt an der rechten Tür klopfen). Drinnen heißt einen ein netter Mitarbeiter (oder Eigentümer?) willkommen. Innenhof ein Traum, Zimmer super geschmackvoll (war im Berberzimmer untergebracht) und die Dachterasse auch richtig richtig toll!

Cons: Das wirklich einzige Manko war die Beschichtung der Badewanne..könnte mal einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Aber trotzdem sauber!!

The staff and service was excellent. They made us feel so welcome and relaxed at the property. The riad is in a quiet place and although cars cant get to the entrance of the road, you can easily walk to the place from the main street. Tucked in a little corner and although the outside might not look impressive, the inside is certainly as reflect in the picture. Unfortunately, I was looking forward to swimming but we couldnt use the pool as the water was cold. Also note there is no actual spa in the riad but the owner can easily recommend some good places for you which are close by. Breakfast was nice and typical morrocan styled, there is option to request for dinner should you wish to and you just need to give the staff a heads up. Overall, i had a pleasant stay at Road Nafis

The breakfast was great, it's not buffet however it was vegetarian and very filling. The Riad is 7 minutes walk from the medina and all the touristic activities- palaces to see . we stayed 6 night and we never took a taxi, there was no need. also felt extremely welcome by the staff. we were given a brief explanation on how to navigate the city as soon as we walked in. The room was spotless every day after the cleaners would come. A great experience, definitely recommend!

It's an amazing place to come back to, like another home. - You can rest on the rooftop - comfortable sofas and tables with a great view. - Beautiful and calming interior with a pool as a heart of the riad. - They're very welcome hosts and helped to book the restaurants and the camel trip. - It smells amazing inside! They use products with bitter orange. - You can have the local tea any time you'd like.

Cons: It is located close to the main tourist attractions and the city center, but to walk to the center you need to cross a couple of main busy roads. It's stressful as the cars never stop and the rare lights are ignored. - It's a minaret nearby and the prayers can wake you up early in the morning. But it's authentic! - The swimming pool was too cold in November. Not a surprise!

The staff and owner were exceptional, they make the place, the super little Riad it is. Nothing was to much trouble, it was all done with a smile, and all spoke very good English, my son and I felt like we’d got our own personal butler! Very very good value for money and no extras put on, unlike other places I have stayed. On arrival wondered if area was safe, but after a couple of days and the realisation it is next to Place with lots of security, didn’t have a problem, if we had, had a problem the Riad owner had given us his WhatsApp and said “any problems call, anytime of day or night”

Cons: Struggling to find anything, but the shower head when placed in wall mount, had a mind of its own, and I managed to soak the bathroom floor every time I had a shower.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Riad Nafis! The staff was wonderfully kind and helpful, as soon as we arrived, they made us tea and gave us the run-down on Marrakech, recommendations of where to go, and tips for how to avoid overpaying. The entire place was impeccably clean and cool, and the swimming pool was wonderful to use during the hottest hours of the day. Breakfast was also delicious, and they offered to make us tea basically any time we walked back in the door. We didn't want to leave!

Cons: The location was a little difficult to find our first day, so maybe they could have a sign or two pointing in the right direction?

Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön eingerichtet und eine Oase der Ruhe nach einem Bummel durch das laute Marrakesch. Der Pool bot eine angenehme Erfrischung bei Temperature über 30°C. Die Lage war sehr gut; der Gauklerplatz war fußläufig erreichbar. Das war gut, denn parken konnte man am Riad nicht. Das musste man auf einem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz auf der Hauptstraße. Um den Weg von dort zum Riad zu finden, empfiehlt es sich, am Ankunftstag im Riad anzurufen und sich abholen zu lassen. Frühstück war gut.

Dès notre arrivée, le maître des lieux Yassine a pris le temps de nous accueillir avec un thé et des pâtisseries, de nous présenter un plan de Marrakech avec quelques bonnes adresses où se restaurer et à visiter. Tout au long de notre séjour, le personnel s'est plié en 4 pour nous fournir le meilleur service possible, avec une gentillesse rare. Le petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux servi dans le salon commun nous rassasiait pour la journée. Yassine a pris sur son temps pour me rapporter un parfum que je cherchais partout. Nos vacances n'auraient pas été aussi agréables sans la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Yassine et son équipe. Un grand merci à eux. Notre prochain séjour à Marrakech se fera au Riad Nafis sans hésiter !

Yassine was an incredible host and made us feel extremely welcome. The rooms are beautiful, comfy beds, excellent air conditioning, lovely pool, AMAZING food, rooftop terrace with comfy places to sit or lounge about. Rashid was also lovely and looked after us very well. Only a short walk away from all the great things to see and 15 minutes from the airport.

What a wonderful place! It has all the charm and warmth of a home stay with the service of a 5* hotel. Yassine and Syed were incredible hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Yassine was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and helped us with booking meals and tours. The rooms are lovely, the bed was so comfortable and the food was excellent. I’m am so happy we chose Riad Nafis for our Marrakesh stay.

Yassine e il suo staff sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa, super accoglienti e sempre gentili. Grazie per gli ottimi consigli anche per dove cenare e cosa vedere. Al centro del cortile c'è una piscina che regala quel tocco di romanticismo al Riad. La colazione è servita nella sala accanto alla piscina ed è abbondante. La posizione è anche ottima, c'è un parcheggio nellle vicinanze gestito da dei ragazzi e per lasciare la macchina bastano 3€ a notte.

I cannot stress enough how brilliant Riad Nafis and its owner Yassine is. From the moment I booked it he helped curate our trip so fantastically it felt effortless. It was our first time in Marrakech with our children (who had never been outside Europe before) so I was nervous that we were starting from scratch. He arranged transfers to and from the airport, giving us regular updates before our trip to reassure us everything was organised. On our arrival we were welcomed by him, given Moroccan tea and treats whilst he talked us through the map of Marrakech. He gave us plenty of recommendations and organised numerous trips, restaurant bookings and guides on our behalf. He genuinely could not do enough for us. The accommodation was amazing, the perfect combination of Moroccan authenticity and modern comforts. The roof terrace was a real treat, with areas to dine, relax and sunbathe against the backdrop of the largest Mosque in Marrakech - stunning! The food is delicious so be prepared to put on a few pounds! Yassine has a wonderful team who had a fantastic customer service ethos, regularly going out of their way to make our stay more pleasurable. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakech by foot, conveniently located by one of the heavily guarded Royal residences. The team at Riad Nafis worked tirelessly to ensure we had the very best time in Marrakech and we cannot recommend both the accommodation and team highly enough. We felt we had experienced the wonder that is Marrakech whilst in safe hands.

My first time staying in a Riad. It really is like living in a pleasant house, so don't expect as much privacy or isolation as you might get in a typical hotel. It's a lot more intimate and close quarters. I enjoyed staying at the Riad Nafis - it was comfortable and you were well looked after. Yassine, the owner, went above and beyond in trying to assist me after I left my wallet in a taxi. He was always happy to help and welcome you as were his team. I happily recommend.

The room was really nice, spacious, clean. Always a nice smell in the riad. The location is great, about 10 min by foot till the main square. Said and Yasmine gets 10/10, because it was a pleasure to communicate with them, helped us with a lot of things (booking a car, getting a guide, gave some recommendations about the city and places to visit). Thank you again. Felt like at home. :)

J'ai passé un magnifique séjour au Riad! Très bien situé. A côté du palais Royal et de la Koutoubia. Yassine qui nous a accueilli, s'est très bien occupé de nous. C'est une personne vraiment adorable. Nous avons échangé des messages avant notre arrivé et il a tout organisé pour que nous arrivions en toute sérénité. Le chauffeur nous attendait à l'aéroport et un délicieux tajine nous attendait au Riad le temps de finir nos chambres. Le tout dans un très beau décor sur le toit-terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Et comme il n'y a pas beaucoup de chambre, nous étions comme à la maison. On s'y sent vraiment en sécurité. MERCI.

Excellent location and staff were very friendly and. I would recommend this hotel to all. Yassine and hameed were superb and looked after all our needs.
